Westy and his magic maps are back. Pasay area pics, for price range comparison. Pics should be self-explanatory. From MOA, to the airport, to Roxas and Taft streets. The dates chosen can change the prices, so YMMV depending your dates.Wow! Nice one Westy, I forgot that Airbnb had that feature of a map with all the prices, similar to Booking.com.

Sea Recidences cost $793 USD, it went up abit more. I was in Shell Residences back on February, is a nice condo too closer to the bridge connected to MOA, but more expensive.

Prices for the same place can vary widely and I've got significant savings booking immediately before moving in as managers give last minute discounts.

Remember that many towers can have several rooms available with the same floor plan and some have additional features (clothes washers, kitchens etc).

Enjoy. G.

When buying a bikini you should always go with the wisest statement I heard from a friend "XS fits all".

Prices for the same place can vary widely and I've got significant savings booking immediately before moving in as managers give last minute discounts.Quite right. Prices can change quickly on airbnb. During pandemic, I have watched some units that I found of interest for a future trip, to be vacant according to airbnb, for months. Monthly price might have been in the $700-$800 range the entire time. Then without notice, the same unit for the same trip timeframe is $1300.

Attached pic is from the Gramercy / Burgos area. Low end of the price range for a month is $800, high end is $2200. YMMV.

Had success during pandemic by renting a place for a month at the airbnb rate, then re-negotiating off the airbnb books for a considerably lower rate for myself, much the same way GO did. For example, an airbnb unit was $600 for the month, all-inclusive with the utilities. That means the utilities were eating $75 (I use the aircon indiscriminately), and the airbnb's fee was about $75, thus leaving $450 for the owner. I would typically offer the owner an off-book amount of $475 ($400 + $75) in pesos (p23,750). Nobody balked. I even had one owner beat me to the punch and suggest a similar deal one week before the end of my first month there. Sniffing a negotiation, I offered about 5% less than her 15% reduction, and she took the bait.

Are you saying you saw prices jump up? Never seen that. Maybe your reputation preceded you. 😜.

Typically prices will remain constant (maybe a very small discount available for a long range booking first) then a significant price drop a couple of days out to secure someone, anyone rather than leave the room / condo empty. Agoda discounts can be substantial but they are on AirBnB too.

Obviously, this risks seeing your favourite room become not available before you secure it so you do need to be flexible or in an area where there are a few choices. It's only caught me out once in Cebu when I didn't know there was a major event in town over the next weekend.

Its the opposite for airfares: substantial savings for booking 12 months ahead; outrageous prices for flying tomorrow.

Enjoy. G.

Hello,

Anyone know Zamboanga city? Is it a safe city? I would like to visit it and I will go alone. I read that you have to be careful with girls because they cheat you more in this city than in the rest of the Philippines, but is this true or is it just a rumor?

From the US Embassy in Manila, meant for US citizens:

U.S. Embassy Manila, Philippines

U.S. Consular Agency Cebu, Philippines

Message for U.S. Citizens: Philippine Entry and Exit Requirements

Entry to the Philippines: Although travel to the Philippines is now permitted, U.S. citizens should know and comply with arrival and departure requirements as promulgated by the Philippine government, which generally include the following as a minimum:

Being fully vaccinated, except for minor children below age 12 traveling with fully vaccinated parents who can present acceptable proof of vaccination, and;
Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entry.
When making travel plans, check destination-specific travel requirements to avoid unnecessary delays.

If you are fully vaccinated with at least one booster shot, you are no longer required to provide a negative RT-PCR test, provided you present proof of vaccination along with your valid passport and return tickets; see IATF Resolution 168 for more information.

If unvaccinated, you must complete a facility-based quarantine at the first port of entry regardless of onward Philippine destination. An RT-PCR test will be conducted on the fifth day, with the date of arrival being the first day. Regardless of a negative result, you will undergo home quarantine up to the 14th day. See the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) website for a list of quarantine facilities.

The Philippine government requires all arriving passengers to complete a BOQ e-Health Declaration Card (e-HDC). This includes children. You can register up to three days in advance of your departure for the Philippines through the BOQs One Health Pass webpage. Remember to save a copy of the transaction number and QR code, which will be required by Philippine immigration authorities.

Return to the United States from the Philippines: Your departure will be delayed if you test positive for COVID-19 before your scheduled return flight to the United States. All airline passengers to the United States ages two years and older, regardless of vaccination status or citizenship, must provide a negative COVID-19 viral test taken within one calendar day of travel. If you test positive, you will be required to undergo quarantine and take an RT-PCR test on the fifthday. Direct questions about quarantine release times to the local government unit of the port of exit as these may vary by location. A list of quarantine facilities is available on the BOQ website.

Please visit the U.S. Embassys COVID-19 and Travel Information page for information on the most current Philippine entry and exit regulations and procedures.

I read that you have to be careful with girls because they cheat you more in this city than in the rest of the Philippines, but is this true or is it just a rumor?Zambaoanga girls did look good on the dating sites. I flew a Muslim girl from there to Manila for a 2 nights. She was definitely not a cheater and never asked for any money. I ended up giving her 3 K Peso for extra travel expenses but that was it. I think going there is still dicey. Better bring the girl to you.

LOL I know before everyone gets mad as me saying this is not a weather forum. How bad is the weather in Manila during the month of August. I read through most of the report on here on where to find girls, stay and what apps to download. But did not hear much of the weather in August the reason I am asking is become I am fairly young and even though I want to sleep with lot of PI girls I still want to enjoy myself and experience was PI has to offer. Also any tips on other places (cities) to go in PI that is beautiful for site seeing and exploring. Do not want to spend my whole trip in my hotel room waiting for girls to come over while it's raining all day. Kind of depressing if you ask me.

On the way I stopped in Muslim city Cotabato. Arrived 2:00 PM. The bus stop was super small for the city's population. Nobody was there as in nobody selling drinks, snacks, etc. Very few trikes into town. My trike driver had a buddy with him and they tried to make a detour off the main road but I said hell no. Then when we got to my hotel they tried to double the price. I paid them what I thought it was worth and told them they can speak to the police one block away and pointed to it and I would wait inside the hotel. They never returned. Took one street girl and was ok. Tried another one an hour later and we argued a little about the price before starting. She grabbed my junk not so tenderly and quickly grabbed 200 pisos out of my back pocket. I pretty much ran out at that moment. The streets are pretty empty and all the business closed at 8:00 PM. My hotel pulled down a metal door over the front and had a guard. You are not expected to go out at night. My spider sense told me to get the hell out and I was gone the next morning at 9:00 AM. Only time I ran away from any place. I do not recommend any Muslim area in Phils. Later that year or the next there was a mini civil war in the town next door with military involved. True long ago but I assume things are worse, especially with money issues caused from the covid lockdowns.

Just Google Philippine Tourist Attractions and cross reference with girl availability here. Many places have girls nearby, online or at least byo options.

You can also post more specific questions here as many members likely have the same interests as you and can give you opinions.

Storms develop early and it begins raining pussy about lunchtime. Clouds clear to allow a short rest and meal in the early evening. Everything becomes hot and sweaty again between midnight and 4 am.

This weather pattern repeats until your wallet finally collapses.

Sometimes it is not so bad staying in the room with your favorite girl all day whether it is raining outside or not.

If you go to a place during typhoon season that gets typhoons, you might die. Tacloban had been on my list for a long time but my intuition told me to can the idea, otherwise I would've been there during that typhoon that wiped the place out.

Living in the Philippines can be testing for even a rich foreigner. I couldn't imagine no electricity, water or food, and no way out. Incidentally, I finally made it a couple years later and I didn't like it. Ormoc had totally changed. And you could still see damage around Tacloban, and every mid range hotel was fully booked, and every good restaurant was packed with NGO guys with their bottle of wine and their Filipina in their new evening dress. By the way, always check to make sure the place youre staying has back up generator. Also ask if its broken, if someone knows how to start it, and if theres gas.. haha.

The Visayas are noted for water sports but it lies in the typhoon belt. I was in Iloilo once and it started raining. Three hours later it was still raining. It rained all night, and three days later it was still raining.

Across the channel from Iloilo is Bacolod. Bacolod gets a lot of rain too but probably not as much as Iloilo. But on the south end of the same island is Dumaguete, which has the best weather of anywhere I've been in the Philippines. It's typically 30 see and sunny. That's one reason there's thousands of goofball foreigners living there. (No offense, Cups, you're not a goofball).

I was one of those goofballs living in Dumaguete, and I'the sit under sunny skies every day, and you could watch as clouds would form over the southern tip of Cebu island, then rain for the rest of the afternoon. Also you could look out at Siquijoir (pronounced sicky-hoar) and watch clouds develop every day and be raining by afternoon.

I'the look out in the direction of Bohol and watch these giant cumulonimbus clouds towering to 40,000 feet every day then finally over develop, so I assumed it was raining out at Bohol. I eventually decided to go there and hopped on the boat. Halfway there we drive into this huge rain squall. When we finally arrived in Tagbilaran it was still raining. And it rained for most of the few days I was there so I didn't get to do the things I wanted to do. I went to Bohol another time and stayed at Panglao and recall the weather being pretty good.

Are you saying you saw prices jump up? Never seen that. Sorry, I missed this post recently. Yes, out of the blue, more than once, the price of a long-vacant unit approximately doubled (for a month's stay), and for apparently no reason. Strange (and stranger) things happened during the pandemic.

Despite all that, I wasn't deterred and still pursued her. Here is a pic from during those times. She's now married with 5 kids: she was a hot little number.

North Cotabato is incredibly dicey. My general rule of thumb for folks who are not familiar with Mindanao, is to draw a line on the map from Cagayan de Oro in the north, down to Davao (or alternately, down to Gen San) in the south. Don't travel west of that line. Can't imagine the need for any newb to go there. I get PM's from guys who are planning on a side trip to Zamboanga to meet a dating site girl. Please, stay in Cebu and bring the girl to you. So many poonanas available everywhere in Phils, no need to go anywhere sketchy on your first Mindanao trip.

The weather up here in Valencia, West of Dumaguete, is about as ideal as it gets: 70's - 80's and will get steadily cooler the rest of the year. Storm clouds form quickly in and around Mt. Talinis, where I live, and in my netted, open-air house it sounds as if I am inside the cumulonimbus. Rain makes me especially horny especially when the power goes out there is nothing else to do besides fuck or play acoustic guitar. Water outages occur once or twice a month, too, but my swimming pool serves as temporary relief. I love it here. Cheers.

Was watching a youtube video by Tim K and he and his Filipina wife were flying from Kuala Lumpur back to the Philippines and were denied entry. Because 'fully vaccinated' in PH means you had one booster. Neither of them had boosters so they had to wait in 'jail' and were sent back to Kuala Lumpur. If you only have 2 shots they won't let you enter the Philippines, you'll need the 3rd (booster). You have an option of doing 5 days in quarantine but they couldn't find any hotels still offering that.

The Philippine peso is at its weakest in relation to the US dollar since November 2005. This is good news for American punters, and their fawns. Not as good as it might first appear. The peso is at almost $1: Php55 true, but inflation is running at about 5% and for some goods up to 8%, so many commodities have started it rise in price rather steeply, and even more so for imported goods.

If you don't have a booster shot, you can present a negative COVID test result -- either RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours of departure or rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours. I had the latter before returning from Thailand; it costs about $20 and they emailed me the test result in less than 2 hours. Easy peasy!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CO1_zJfLpFk

I am guessing that is the one? At 9:23 into the video, sitting at NAIA, she turns to her husband and says: "What it the difference in getting your antigen test there (KL) and here?" It appears they did not get covid tested within the 24 hour window prior to departure in KL. The BOQ waives the pre-departure covid test only if you are boosted. At 15:50 into the video, the husband confessed that the couple didn't follow the rules. I must say, the gent remained calm and cool thru the video. Apparently the airline failed them in KL by checking their documents THREE TIMES and missing the required negative covid test each time.

A couple of thoughts about the video. The first third is spent at their hotel and the KL airport. The camera is on a selfie stick, and hubby likes to slowly turn circles while talking into the camera; you could get motion-sickness as the background does not stop turning. Also notice at NAIA, the public areas where they are with the BOQ people, calm, orderly, quiet.

The couple was sent back. A stark reminder of how serious and unbending the government is here regarding the 'rules'.

A month ago somebody mentioned this place for printing needs: InterMatrix. See pics. Its on Makat Ave, next door to Hossein's resto, and across the street from the Sogo (Makati Ave corner Burgos street). Walk in with your stuff, or email them and then walk in. They are relatively fast. I emailed them 6 pages of documents that I needed printed in color and walked in to pick them up. I also needed a passport-type pic of myself for a government document, so I took a selfie on the wall, square-cropped it, and emailed it to them right then. They printed the color documents and eight 2"x2" pics for me for p175. I was in the store for 5 minutes. Have been back several times, they do good work. Open 9 am-6 pm.

I have been living in Cebu City since July 2019 and when I arrived I was given a 30 day tourist visa. Immigration allows you to apply for extensions (normally a maximum of 6 months at a time) up to a maximum of 3 years, after which you need to exit the country.

There doesn't appear to be a time limit set on how long you need to exit the country for. On my last visit to the Immigration office in Lapu-Lapu I asked if it would be ok if I left then returned the same day, and was told that would be alright.

So my 3 years is up and I have just left the Philippines, it was my first trip out of the country since I arrived in 2019. I was originally planning a week-long trip to Taiwan (I have never been there), but they still have Covid restrictions in place which would mean that on arrival I would need to quarantine for 3 days!

Fcuk that!

About 2 weeks ago I read that Thailand will be scrapping all Covid restrictions on July 1, which was perfect timing for me! That was a deciding factor for me so I booked a return flight to Thailand and am now in Bangkok and will be going back to Cebu in about 3 weeks.

Now there are no restrictions on entry into Thailand for the vaxxed or the unvaxxed. The outdoor face-mask requirement has been dropped, the requirement for a compulsory certification of fitness for entry has been dropped, the compulsory Thailand Pass registration and compulsory insurance requirements have been lifted, and there will be no requirement to obtain a Covid test before arrival in Thailand. Apparently there will be random Covid tests at the airports on arriving unvaxxed passengers.

I am unvaxxed and have never had a Covid test. Covid tests were not required when leaving Cebu and Manila, but when checking in at the Mactan-Cebu airport I was asked to show my proof of vaccination record and was told it would be needed for arrival in Thailand. I advised them that this restriction has been lifted, from July 1, but they were insistent that it was needed and advised me that without it I would not be allowed to board! So I reluctantly showed them a screenshot of my son's UK vaccination record which I have doctored with my name, and hoped they wouldn't try and validate it but after a quick glance at my phone they gave me the OK.

When I arrived at the airport in Bkk, and before I went through Immigration, I was asked to provide my proof of vaccination record and my passport. I saw that they were only checking the name on the vax record to see if it matched the name on the passport, there was no validation check on the authenticity of the vax record, each inspection lasted no more than about 10 seconds, so I showed mine and I breezed through.

I took my face mask off on the plane when I was about half way to Bkk, I was not challenged, and don't plan to wear it again until I arrive back in the Phillipines.

Face-masks are still required to be worn in the Philippines when outdoors and when entering restaurants, shopping malls etc. From observation since arriving in Bkk in the early hours of Saturday morning, close to 100% of Thais and foreigners were still wearing face-masks outdoors and in the malls, despite there being no requirement to do so! Apparently a face mask is required on public transport, I have used meter taxis and both the MRT and the BTS since I arrived and never bothered with a face mask and I was never challenged.

I had a wander around Patpong Saturday night and Soi Nana last night, and plan to visit Soi Cowboy tonight. I will post a report in the Thailand forum in a day or two.

I'm not sure what's going to happen when I arrive back in Manila, if they are validating the vax records for foreign arrivals then I won't be able to use my doctored vax record, I may end up having to go into quarantine.

A reminder; if you have spent more than 6 months in the Philippines on a tourist visa you need to obtain an 'exit clearance' from Immigration before you leave, I got mine last week and it cost P500.

I'm not sure what's going to happen when I arrive back in Manila, if they are validating the vax records for foreign arrivals then I won't be able to use my doctored vax record, I may end up having to go into quarantine.
You still need your Philippines health pass to be done prior to boarding. Not a problem if you are vaccinated. You should check on process if not.

I have been living in Cebu City since July 2019 and when I arrived I was given a 30 day tourist visa. Immigration allows you to apply for extensions (normally a maximum of 6 months at a ti).You can buy vax papers in Europe for 250 euro, as many jabs as you like. I am sure many doctors in Phils and Thailand would oblige. I am unvaxxed myself and have no papers but would get them under certain circumstances. I will get vaxxed under no circumstances, which is a pity as I miss banging stunners two at a time for chump change.

Here is a DOH list of accredited Covid-19 testing labs. There are dozens of other labs that offer testing, including those who are mobile and can come to your address with an appointment made in advance (find on social media, and my previously posted pics):

https://doh.gov.ph/licensed-covid-19-testing-laboratories

And here is a list of DOH-approved telemedicine service providers (each has a link you can click on):

https://doh.gov.ph/List-of-DOH-vetted-3rd-Party-Telemedicine-Service-Providers

See pics. That's St. Giles hotel with the large "Multiple Use Hotel" sign outside. Some floors for regular customers, other floors for quarantine (you remember, for like the guy previously reported here from the youtube link, you flew in from KL with his pinay wife, and was deported for not getting a pre-flight covid test, and couldn't find a Q hotel) or Covid patients. Red Planet hotels and others are "Multiple Use" now. Other pics are DOH stats on number of cases, number of vaxxes.

Meanwhile this guy here has participated in the society of at least 7 different countries with no vaccination in these covid times. Why should the person with no covid and no vaccination need a muzzle, but the health minister of Thailand with covid and 6 jabs be allowed to roam free and spread the disease around?

I can't find anything online that says unvaxxed foreigners can enter Phils. Previously, I thought that they could, if they quarantined first. Not sure where I saw that (or maybe I misread it). I looked on these, and all call for a full vaccination for entry (in addition, fully vaxxed + booster allows skipping the pre-departure covid test). Anyone see anything that says un-vaccinated foreigners can enter if they quarantine?

If you saw previous post before editing, ignore what I said. I checked Travel Restriction guides I was issued by my HR department for both times I travelled back from Middle East. It clearly says all foreign nationals must provide acceptable proof of vaccination.

Just for those using faked certification, guidance states:

“Fraudulent and/or unverified vaccine certification, and passengers non compliance with insurance requirements shall be liability of airline carriers”

I did check up for the 10000th time travelling from Thailand to Philippines on a US passport unvaccunated. Mixed signals: 1. No entry. 2. Covid test needed.

I am not going to get caught out with such cross messages, arguing with an immigration moron. Nazi / official. I do miss the BBFS and the clap but I have other interests. I was out weeding this morning, much better than being forced to give BBNJCIM in some Manila dungeon.

There used to be a blurb about foreign nationals being able to enter with a medical cert after recovering from covid and / or following strict testing protocols accepting the quarantine. How ever it seems as if they just totally stopped accepting unvaccinated foreigners. Seems like the confusion is that Filipinos can get in unvaccinated given the right circumstances but they seem to have totally banned unvaccinated foreigners. They may not even offer quarantine facilities to foreigners now as this website doesn't even show any available hotels anymore. (https://www.philippineairlines.com/en/ph/home/covid-19/ArrivingInThePH/ManilaQuarantineHotels).

The language seems to have changed and now states "Unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, and those whose vaccination status cannot be verified are not Allowed to travel to the Philippines. ".

https://www.philippineairlines.com/en/ph/home/covid-19/arrivingintheph#:~:text=New%20Entry%2C%20Testing%2C%20and%20Quarantine%20Protocols&text=All%20arriving%20passengers%20must%20register,protocols%20of%20the%20parent%2Fs.

Edit: actually at the top of the page is says this "International passengers must follow the arrival procedures of their PH port of entry mandated by PAL and the Philippine Government. Unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, and passengers whose vaccination status cannot be verified shall be required to complete a facility-based quarantine at the first port of entry into the Philippines, regardless the onward domestic destination. Ensure to check your first PH arrival airport prior to booking the facility." meh? I dont know.... lol!

1) Government mis-information?

2) Internet mis-information?

3) Nobody really knows what to expect?

4) "Hope it works once I land at NAIA based on what that chick Jennifer Terri said on youtube"?

We would all be shocked. SHOCKED to learn this. Previously (2 months ago) on the OHP website, if you failed to upload a pic of your vaccination card, you had to drop down a menu of Q hotels and choose one (you could not proceed with your OHP requirements without it). The list had more than 500 hotels in the NCR. As I am not utilizing the OHP website, I am not sure if that part is even still there. However from the vid provided by Breadman of the KL-NAIA gent who was turned away a few weeks ago, that gent was provided with a list of such Q hotels at NAIA; he and the missus were shown in his vid as busy calling some of those hotels (he had forgotten to get his pre-departure covid test).

Your uneasiness is from not knowing how the process works. When I entered Thailand you had to register with Thailand Pass. You upload your vaccine card and shit. Then when you are approved, they send you a qr code to print out. When you arrived at the airport in Bangkok they are only checking for the qr code. Nobody is scrutinizing your documents or calling around to check if they are authentic. I used to date a chick that worked at a bank. She said the best time to rob it is at lunch time because they don't have time to drop the money.

Landed in NAIA terminal 3 the other night. Easy peasy entry with One Health Pass QR code. You register online with One Health Pass online 48 hours before landing. They said before departure but it wouldn't let me do that. Also OHP will email you hard copy which never happened. Just screen shot the QR code for entry.

Upon landing a few meters into the airport they will check you for your QR code. If you have one then you proceed on. If not, there is a separate line to show your vaccination card and get processed.

I moved on to immigration. Right before immigration they scan your QR code and then you moved forward to immigration. No lines. I was finished in 2 minutes. Possibly because my plane landed 20 minutes early and there were no other planes. Clearly they were caught off guard as there were only 3 immigration lines. As I went thru the line I could see 4 other immigration officers rushing to open up.

For those of us that have been clipped for thousands of dollars for last minute flights to the Phils lately, some good news via Jennifer Terry (first mentioned by West Coast).

Up to now it was necessary to present a negative covid test even if you were just laying over for a few hours in Taipei before getting the next flight to Manila. Just to be in the transit lounge! That obviously stopped lots of people from using Eva. From July 14, this crazy rule has been dropped and using the USA-Taipei-Manila route is back on.

I've been looking at the JFK Taipei Manila flights for September and they can be had for a little over $1 K. An incredible improvement. This undoubtedly will put pressure on PAL to lower their exorbitant prices.

Last week, two days before my flight from Bkk to Manila, I registered online at https://onehealthpass.com.ph by way of clicking on the 'Register' button/link though there is another button/link named 'e-HDC' which appears to link thru to the same page as the first link.

You will be unable to register more than 72 hours before your departure date.

After completing the form with my personal details, I then uploaded a copy of my vax record, in all, it took less than 5 minutes. I did not need to provide a pre-departure negative covid test result.

Within a few seconds after hitting the submit button, their website confirmed my registration and I was given a ten-digit registration code. You can take a screenshot of this page which includes a QR code. There was a note that said they would email me with confirmation but it never arrived.

Later, I went back to their website and clicked on the 'My Profile' button/link, after entering my surname and the ten-digit registration code it brought up a page with a 'VALID FOR BOARDING' message. It had a barcode, this is the proof you will need to show when you are checking in with your airline and also when you arrive in the Philippines so take a screenshot.

When travelling to the Philippines there is no longer any requirement to have insurance. And if you are 'fully vaxxed' (check https://onehealthpass.com.ph to see their definition of 'fully vaxxed') you are no longer required to obtain a pre-departure negative covid test result.

When I dropped my bag off with Philippine Airlines at their check-in desk at Suvarnabhumi airport in Bkk, for my Bkk-Manila flight, I was asked by the check-in clerk to show my vax card and proof of registration with onehealthpass. I showed her the screenshots on my phone and she gave me the ok. She then asked me for details of my onward flight from the Philippines, which I didn't have, and she told me that I couldn't board the flight unless I was able to show her details of an onward flight! She advised me to make a booking online.

I explained that I was actually travelling back to the Philippines on a return ticket that originated in Cebu, and that I was not flying one-way to the Philippines.

She then asked if I live in the Philippines and I said yes, though I do not have citizenship or residency. I still have a rental lease on a condo unit in Cebu City and all my possessions are in the unit. I lived in Cebu City on extended tourist visas for 3 years from July 2019 up till the beginning of this month which was when I had to leave the country, on a visa-run.

The check-in clerk then asked if I had any proof that I had been living in the Philippines, so I showed her my still valid Philippine ACR I-Card (issued by Immigration, and is required for all foreign nationals who have stayed for more than 59 days in the Philippines). 5 seconds later she gave me the OK and finished off the check-in procedure!

After arriving at T2 at NAIA in Manila, I headed for the Immigration desk. Just before the Immigration desk security staff were directing all arriving passengers off into a small holding area where we were asked to show proof of registration with onehealthpass. I opened up my phone and showed a screenshot of the 'VALID FOR BOARDING' page, it was quickly scanned, presumably to make sure that it matched up with the one that was in their database.

So, after they confirmed my registration with onehealthpass, I was out and headed off to the Immigration desk. There was only person in front of me when I got there, when it was my turn I stepped forward and offered my passport, and was asked how long I plan to stay. I said I plan to stay about 2, maybe 3 weeks. I was not asked for proof of onward travel. After about a minute my passport was returned, stamped with a one-month tourist visa.

Having cleared Immigration, I went to collect my luggage and then headed off to the Domestic Terminal to catch my flight back to Cebu.

After arriving in the Philippines back in July 2019 I was given a one-month tourist visa, and then kept extending it up to 3 years which is the maximum period they will give you, after which you must exit the country. There have been reports that some Immigration offices in the Philippines are now refusing to extend the one-month on arrival visa which is offered to tourists from most Western countries.

Next month I will try to extend my one-month visa, and I would be interested to hear from other board members who have managed to recently extend their one-month on arrival visas.

This place will eat you alive until you learn how to conduct yourself in an Asian country. That is good advice. Just the Manila airport will be a culture shock to anyone that hasn't been there. Call center jobs in NCR. Salary up to p37 K monthly. While call center jobs don't pay what engineers or administrators do, they are still considered better than typical 'minimum' wage jobs (p500/ day, or p2500/ week, or p10 k / month). I think we have at least a good 10 years left if not 20 before any real change sets in. I will be too old to care that the Philippines has been changed by that point. I think (hope) that 20 years might be pessimistic. There will always be broke girls around and it's not called "the oldest profession" for nothing. Come back in 1000 years and we will still have Keef Richards, cockroaches and skanky hookers. The ultimate survivors. 😜.

I will hazard this simple guess: The floodgates of re-opening in February has turned out to be a trickle. My guess is that the pandemic (and inflation) has caused jobs everywhere to dry up, either eliminating such jobs, lowering wages, or decreasing vacation time. Either way, now that the NCR gogos and SW scene has returned, there is a lack of sausage (and wallets) available. The 'can of sardines' (thanks the analogy Beavis) still reigns.

I don't have a good explanation of the online scene's income, vs the desperation of the local scene. Many things about the economy here have baffled me (and others) for a long time.

It reinforces what we both said before about a polarised market. While girls are hitting the streets in record numbers, whole districts and decades old institutions are being permanently closed.

As a whole, online is a huge market but it's not a bell curve with lots making money. The superstars are making serious coin but there are very very few of them. It doesn't matter if we are talking about IG influencers or manila hookers: the very top few are making a fortune, others see this and expect to be able to replicate this but find themselves making pennies on the dollar.

The floodgates opening with a trickle has numerous reasons, some of it real (economy, job losses, inflation, flight prices etc) and some of it perceived (future insecurity, chaos with flight cancellations etc).

As I said, it's a time of contradictions: many girls tricking for what ever they can get, 10 k opening bids, pent up demand from johns unable to travel and EDSA like institutions closing down. Go figure. 😊.

Cheers. G.

It reinforces what we both said before about a polarised market. While girls are hitting the streets in record numbers, whole districts and decades old institutions are being permanently closed. The girls never needed the bars. The bars needed the girls. The bars only served as a middle man or meet up place. The game is online now. A chick can sit in the comfort of her own home and wait for a customer to find her. And a customer can also browse hundreds of prospects in a matter of minutes instead of going around place to place. Sucks for the guys that like to sit around and drink beer and look at shows and just touch on the women though. But for the guy that wants to buy pussy and the girl that wants to sell, the old institutions are outdated and serve no purpose.

Hey people,

Need some advice before travel! , October will be the first time in Philippines and I will be there for 3 weeks. I created account in PL and shortlisted around 15 people and got their contact, I was upfront to them and told them that I am only looking for friend and a travel companion and surprisingly most of the people agreed to that. So far the countries I have travelled, I found people using tinder or any dating website and had a awesome experience.

I prefer not to use condom and I believe in Philippines girls are ok with it? I know I can pull out but what kind of birth control available there and what you guys usually buy for girls? There are pills which might be bad for girls and IUD which is safe but expensive. I only plan to be with one girl, and also how to do ask about no condom to girls? Should I just go for it?

Call center jobs in NCR. Salary up to p37 K monthly. While call center jobs don't pay what engineers or administrators do, they are still considered better than typical 'minimum' wage jobs (p500/ day, or p2500/ week, or p10 k / month). You begin to see a glimpse into what girls need to survive, and hence above that to thrive.Hmmm, maybe on the call center salary. Got a couple friends who work the call centers and free lance off time. I sent them that photo. They explained some of that stuff was a scam as that salary seemed high. They wanted to know if I had any more info. If you have a number or contact on that 37 K,please pass along.

Is health insurance card with picture count as picture I. D ?

I have a very pretty girl who says she is 23 still in college. She has this health insurance card with her picture but do not see date of birth. Maybe it is in the back of the card. She sent me only the front of the card. Is this enough to get on a flight?

If not how to ask her to get proper I. D? And what are the normal avenues to get it?

Hey people,

Need some advice before travel! , 1/ The various internet sites are very reliable as a supply of girls. Having said that, the girls themselves aren't. Expect many no shows or girls being hours late to an appointment. Many, myself included don't even worry about prework but only make contact when we are in town. "Coffee today?" Is much more reliable than "BJ next month?

Committing to one girl, who you have never met before, for three weeks is a huge gamble. Many girls are great fun for a couple of days but not a couple of weeks. Always have an option to send her home. It's much easier to extend a fun girl than to return someone who has travelled with you to another town, has tickets paid for etc.

No condom is very normal and won't be a challenge for you. Morning after pills are available locally or the girls may be on their own plan. Leaving aside the moral discussion, many girls don't really care and will BB without concern. Allways be honest with them regarding if you have had a vas and if you agree to not CIP, then follow through as they (understandably) become furious if this promise is broken.

Are you travelling to many areas or staying in one place? If travelling, it may be better to find a girl in every port than have the risks and costs of committing to bringing one girl everywhere.

Enjoy. G.

Even further I don't want to pay for overpriced drinks for which I receive no pleasure from, better to give the girl the money and we both gain.In the current environment of poor atmosphere, bored girls shuffling around a pole and price rises, I'd agree. However, meeting a few buddies for drinks, laughs with some pretty girls, watching a quality stage show put on by energetic and attractive girls, then bar hopping with a gaggle of said girls before returning home was often a good night out.

I get the point and shoot crowd but I also enjoy combining bringing a girl home with a entertaining night out. Click, fuck and leave gets pretty monotonous after a while.

Enjoy. G.

It was simply a random ad in my news feed. There is no phone number there. One would have to go back and find the original ad (if it was still online) in the social media and send them a PM. I screen-captured it only with the intent of posting it here, not for contact info. Notice the ad says "UP TO 37 K", or such, which means a lower starting salary. My feed typically has ads for the NCR.

From experience, in the province, agents I knew were hiring in around p13 k (about twice the minimum in that location), moving upwards of 17- and 18-k after a year if their work was good. Add about 8-10 K per month to those numbers in the NCR, rough guess. While the 37 k looks appealing, its a top-end number in the top-end location.

This is really beyond my comprehension that some people are still willing to step a foot in Thailand or Philippines. There are both at the forefront of the covid dementia for political purposes. Spending my savings in a place where the streets are sprayed to fight a virus is too much to endure. In the meantime, Japan is closing down again amid a huge uptick in contaminations and deaths while 31 % of the pop is triple dosed. Not mentioning NZ which experiencing the same crap with 98% of the pop double dosed. I'm still hopping to Colombia where a nurse girlfriend of mine filled me in on the previous 3 months vax mandate to enter the country. It was not sustainable since all our hospitalizations are double or triple vax she blurted out. Go figure. Anyway, brace yourself for monkey pox lockdowns. It's coming, it's WHO worldwide emergency, its lethal even though we are still expecting the deaths, and it required a vax to face the threat. There were never any infections. It is all a media-driven psy-op. And once the vaccine-toxins kicked in, it became a self-perpetuating spiral of indefinable malaise and sickness. The world-homicide organisation perps are relying on multiple boosters to achieve their depopulation targets. Latest data from New South Wales (Australia) shows the 4th booster causes double the damage of the first three combined, some of which were saline placebos. The shots ARE the disease. Think with the big head before shooting up to travel for the small one.

That is exactly what she said. Classes online only for the moment. Anyway I have asked her to get her birth certificate and go get a police I. DProcess for getting a valid ID: Very easy, with some cash. There are 20+ postal offices in the NCR that will make a postal ID on the spot. Cost I think is about p800 for the ID, and if you want same-day, an additional fee of about p400. You can even have it delivered to your home for a delivery fee of about p200. You can find it on the Phils Post Office website.

Caveat: To get ANY valid ID, the girl must present her Birth Certificate, or other valid government ID. A BC can be obtained (often same day) at any Philippines Statistical Authority office. In the NCR, there is a PSA at the Makati City Hall. Or you can also order a BC online thru their website, and have it delivered to your door in a week's time for a small fee.

I covered this in a previous post. I got several of my regulars a postal ID this way. Some girls didn't have a BC (or had a terribly mangled copy, or the BC needed spelling corrections) and we ordered it, delivered, thru the PSA. What was really interesting was that the PSA process for ordering online, where you fill in your own information, can be completely made up and fake. Nobody checked, and a few days later it arrived by motorcycle courier (COD). Shocking, that a child born in a hospital is at lease foot-printed for his BC, but any adult can order one online with little or no verification of anything. One girl wanted a Brgy ID, which is a lesser ID. Her Brgy required only a BC, so we got that first. The Brgy ID was p120, and turned out to be a relatively sophisticated drivers license-type of ID, complete with picture and ghosted image in the background. Other Brgy might hand you a sheet of paper with the girl's picture on it (which is not a valid because its a piece of paper).

Sammon, your gal should be able to get both a BC and a postal ID in about 2 weeks time; total cost with less wait time (you pay more) will be p2500-3000. More info coming later on ID validity and such. The last thing you should do is to purchase an airline ticket (possibly not refundable) in her name and take the chance that all of the airport personnel checking ID's (guard at the Departures entry door, Cebu Pacific check-in counter, Security / xray, and finally possibly at the gate for boarding) will all accept a non-valid, non-government ID (all college ID's are not valid, only government ID's are valid). Each guard and CP agent must make a call on the ID, and any one of those calls could find the girl not getting on a flight.

Caution: A police ID might not be considered a valid ID. Even an NBI clearance is not a valid ID (its a cool blue color, but its a piece of paper). There is a difference between an ID and a Valid ID (government-issued, looks like a driver's license). Police ID's come in a variety of forms, depending on the police station and location, and are often valid for less than a year. Many non-valid ID's are often accepted here or there (or, were moreso, pre-covid), but when its important, it might not work. For example, you probably aren't getting into the Intramuros BI or DFA office with a college or Brgy ID (yet, you won't need to show any ID to get into the Circuit Mall / Makati BI office).

The entire system can be wildly confusing, even to locals. Last week a Manila doctor wrote a good opinion piece in the Inquirer.net newspaper on the Philippines' maddess centering around too many ID's, what it means to be licensed (vs having the ID with you), why is it confusing, and why can't it be simpler? More later.

Try a Postal ID also as that is cheap to get, Voters ID card?

Much depends on the airline also.

If you think age is shown on the back ask her to send you the flip side. I have done this before and never got what I asked for therefore telling me the ID was fake rtc.

Nationals from countries listed below who are traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding thirty (30) days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay.

I'll have 5 months to travel (Nov.-April) and my first stop I'd like to be Manila. I've read this forum a lot and it seems the Philippines is the easiest place to get sex? I'm pretty sex craved, very hard to get it in the USA where I'm from, plus I'm Asian and look very weird. I'm 37 and have had sex with 1 white girl that wasn't a prostitute.

I did a little bit of mongering in Ecuador in February of 21'. Went to once casa and the girl was so hot, probably the hottest girl I've touched, but sadly I couldn't cum because I forgot to take Viagra before and I hate condoms. She was nice though, she said she was Venezuelan and I was her first Asian lmao, I hope I didn't scar her for life.

My other mongering trip was to Guadalajara mexico which I didn't end up mongering at all. I was on tinder and met a 38 year old, she asked to go out for drinks (first girl that's ever asked me that). We went out with her friends from high school that she didn't see in awhile, very nerve racking but pretty fun. After drinks her friend asked if we wanted to go to her house to party. Was a cool drive to her house, listened to oasis wonderwall with a bunch of older Mexicans. They gave me snacks and wine and after 2 hours they could tell I was tired so my girl and I left to eat street tacos at midnight. Kisses in the taxi ride back to my hotel, gave her 200 pesos for the taxi driver to take her to her house. Was a nice night. Her friends paid for all the drinks. Long story short we ended up having sex 3 times, and going out to restaurants about 3 times as well as driving around the city, she showed me cool parts of the city (she drives). She paid for some meals, I paid for some meals. The last night I was there the condom broke while she was riding me. I got scared so I gave her 300 pesos to buy a morning after pill. She laughed it off and we said our goodbyes. Not very attractive but very warm and friendly. She was also a moaner in bed which I like. She also liked it rough when I slapped her ass and squeezed her as hard as I could. I wish I still kept in contact with her, not a looker but a good person with good morals. Also had a really pretty daughter, but I respected her too much to ask about her.

My last mongering trip was to Bogota Colombia last October. I met 1 lady online Colombia cupid. We met at a mall and discussed 60 usd for all night. We bought some liquor and beer and went to her apartment. She sells clothes online from a Chinese store or something like that. Anyways we drink for 3 hours and play dominoes which is a pretty fun game (never played). Then sex, but she was a vegetable. I pounded her hard missionary and she just laid there. She was going on vacation to a resort a couple hours away in 2 days and asked if I wanted to come, I said I was leaving Colombia soon. That was false because of this.

When I first got to Bogota I used tinder and matched with a 19 year old red dyed hair girl from suba. She is in love with Korean anything (dramas, bts) so that is probably why she liked me (I'm ugly with no game). She ended up sleeping with me every night for a month. Not sex every night but about 8-10 times. She worked during the day so I would just stay home and wait for her. This was not my plan coming to Bogota, but never have I ever had a cute girl want to fuck me and spend time with me in the USA so I decided to make her my GF. We went to eat at a couple Korean restaurants but mostly just stayed inside and ordered rappi. She looooved sushi. She never asked for money until late. At first I gave her 15 k pesos for a taxi every day and of course I paid for all food. She even cooked for me a couple times. She did ask me to help her buy makeup and some hair dye which I did because we went together to buy, I'm ok with that. I still keep in touch with her to this day. I'll be honest I want to fuck a bunch of hot girls, but that month was nice staying with her, she was sweet, but firm and had a cute personality. I did get jealous a few times when she would FaceTime her guy friends while I was with her. Giggling and flirting etc. She also flirted with a cashier at a store we went to. I chalk it up to Colombian culture but maybe I'm wrong.

This 5 month long trip I plan to visit Manila, cebu, possibly some islands if I meet a nice girl. If I really like it here I'll stay but if I'm not feeling it I will go to Thailand and Bangkok, Pattaya, chiang mai. I met a bunch of j1 visa Thai students at a previous job I was at and they were all so nice.

I find Latina girls to be much more attractive but I'm also Asian and I do not feel comfortable and I feel like a freak / outcast in USA and even mexico / south america even if most south Americans I've met are friendly. I don't mind having sex with less attractive girls (Asia) if it means I feel more comfortable and feel free and at peace within myself just walking down the street or enjoying life outside outside of meeting girls.

I'll post all my reports here and in the other city forums when it happens. I haven't been this excited in a long time. Only 3 more months till I hope to meet a bunch of girls either for paid sex or getting lucky and finding a GF.

Some examples of modern, valid ID's (except the PhilHealth ID). ID's are only valid if they are from the government in some form (PhilHealth ID's are valid because its a government health insurance company, I believe). The new ones came online a few months after the pandemic started in 2020. They look much like a driver's license. Its a sh*t-show sometimes with various clerks or managers disagreeing with you as to if your ID is valid.

I believe the last 3 pics are valid ID's, and the first is not. Notice on the first: Its laminated, you can see the lamination around the edges; and the photo has been taped on. When I say "I believe. . . ", one can never be sure. Even government officials will argue over whether this or that ID is valid. All pics found on google images.

https://dfa.gov.ph/list-of-countries-for-21-day-visaThe part that you quoted: "3. Passport valid for 6 months upon arrival in the Philippines. " Is from the age 12 and under section. However, its generally true for everyone, your PP must be valid for 6 months (or more) into the future upon your arrival date. If your PP is within 6 months of its coming expiry, you will probably be rejected at any of these points:

1) You purchase a ticket online, and eventually the website asks you for your PP number. If your arrival date is less than 6 months before the PP expiry, the airline (or the website selling the ticket) might reject your purchase for that reason.

2) The website didn't catch the 6-month error upon purchase, and you show up at the airport to check in. At the counter, the airline check-in agent catches the 6-month error (it will probably pop up on his / her screen automatically when they swipe your PP or enter your PP digits), and not allow you to board the plane.

3) Should you make it onboard your flight, then thru to Phils inbound Immigration, almost certainly they will catch the discrepancy and not allow entry. You will be held until they can put you on the next available seat home on your carrier (the carrier is responsible for all such costs, which they will gladly pass on to you, including an increased fee for purchasing a ticket TODAY). I know of several gents who were quickly sent back to their home country for this reason (including a board member here).

Flew by way of Seoul (Incheon) . In the US, they checked my vax car, but didn't seem to know what the OHP was. Also didn't check for onward ticket.

In Seoul though, there was a special line for those of us headed to Manila and they checked that I had the OHP and my vax card and an onward ticket.

In Manila, they asked to see OHP screenshot on my phone and then stamped my boarding pass with a green stamp saying "self quarantine" I think. I mention this as I don't always keep track of boarding passes after getting on a plane. I was asked 2 times at checkpoints to see my boarding pass with the stamp. May have asked at the passport check too, I can't recall.

For onward tickets, I tend to just buy an Air Asia flight flex ticket. Costs a bit more, but you can change your dates 2 times. This time I bought a ticket to Bangkok, as I plan to got there at some point anyway. Cost about 175 USD. I have also done this same to KL in the past. From there, you can take another flight to many other cities in this part of the world. So if you are unsure of where your next destination will be, it's a good option.

Yeah sometimes you need an actual ticket number and not just a reservation number. But I think those sites may be booking the actual ticket then canceling the reservation. In other words, doing the same thing that you could do for free, but they are charging you $20 to do it.The route from CRK-SIN is only about $60-65 I opt for this ticket because its a real verifiable ticket. I would buy a round trip ticket but set the return date as far out as I could get it so I would use that half of the ticket for my next return trip. I DID fly the other leg of the trip so I don't think any breaches of policy were committed. But I used to buy a ticket say from Depart in JAN and Return in OCT and then buy a ticket from CRK to SIN at the 30 day mark to show at check in. I would then be free to book my return ticket whenever I felt like it within that 8 moth period. Reason is round trip tickets are cheaper than buying 2 one way tickets so I would juggle these tickets to save a few bucks as I am getting older the need to budget is not as much of an issue and too much hassle. I fly business class now when I can get a deal so I stopped doing this some time ago.

EDIT: I also used this ticket legitimately a few times as SIN has direct flights to Chiang mai, Laos, Myanmar and flights to Jakarta are cheaper through SIN than MNL, during "covid" I don't plan to visit more than 1 country.

You will end up with a no longer valid reservation either way.

Why would you buy a fake ticket? There are real tickets that you can purchase that are fully refundable or refundable with a small fee.OK, I will rephrase that for clarity, I thought the (booked / cancelled) part made it clear enough. What those sites do is to "help" you perform a booking and then cancel it for you. If you try to use this cancelled, non-valid booking at a border crossing, you are essentially presenting fake credentials. Will often work, but sometimes not. Getting caught lying to border officials may lead to negative outcomes.

That will get you thru Immigration. Then I go to my CP or PAL account online and cancel the flight, which puts the money into the CP or PAL account. Later after extending, I will use it to fly to Cebu or other province. It all works out in the end. I realize that might not work for the 2-week warrior.

The 'Every Man Has A Story' YouTube channel recently reported (for the benefit of antivaxers) that Cebu is admitting tourists, subject to 5 days' hotel quarantine and tests; via Manila vax is still compulsory for entry. A dive into the dank web revealed QR-certificates of vaccination, tailored to country-of-origin by selection, for $149.

Well, look who's back. Coming back in with the required covid test, and completing the OHP was less problematic than I thought, but was still a PITA. Regarding OHP. You start entering your info 3 days before your departing flight, including sending them your vax card picture, and answer some health questions. Then within 24 hours you need (ed) a negative covid test, which you upload a picture of the certificate. At that point, OHP generates to you a rectangular bar code, which is good enough to get you on your flight. Within 4 hours of your departure, you are supposed to log into OHP, and it should generate a square QR code.

When I checked in at the airport with my rectangular bar code, that was enough to get me on the plane. However the airline checkin agents were looking thru every piece of documentation, for everyone (it takes time). But logging in to OHP didn't get my my QR code. I tried it several times, right up to the point of being seated on the plane at the gate, waiting pushback. No QR code. Well, OK. A QR code seemed no big deal, according to OHP is simply gets you thru to an 'Express Lane' for Phils Immigration on arrival. However when I landed at my connecting airport, I logged in again to OHP, and the QR code showed up. There were many other passengers at the connecting airport who were not getting their QR code. It turned out to be a clear advantage. Once arriving at NAIA, there were military, dividing up the arriving throng into two groups: QR code to the right, and everyone else to the left. To the left they were lining up to sit and chat with DOH personnel who was going thru all of their documents (at the time, that's a bunch: vax card, covid test, PP, onward ticket, and so on. After they finished there they were heading to the regular Immigration booths. But to the right, there were 2 Immigration booths, and only 2 of us who seemed to have a QR code. They swiped my PP and asked to see my outbound flight. They even gave me an extra day after my outbound flight on the stamp. Then they sent me to baggage claim. Made it thru Immigration in record time, not just because there was no line, but because their checking my stuff seemed to be cursory, a quick look-see. "Enjoy your stay sir". Yes ma'am, there's a good chance that will be happening.

Lets start with Ayala in Makati. All 5 Greenbelts are up / running. Lots of changes in G3. All the restos appear to be re-opened. The first 3 pics are near the Starbucks downstairs show the old Havana Cafe area. HC is gone, replaced with a different resto. The other pics are restos on level 2 and are operating. Everything across the street at LandMark and Glorieta appears to be operating.

More later on Burgos.

I arrived back in the Philippines last month and was given a 30-days tourist visa on arrival. I have just obtained a 29 day visa waiver (extension of stay) from my local Bureau of Immigration office. This 29 day period is the maximum period allowed when requesting extra time on your initial 30-days visa on arrival.

At the end of this 29 day period I will be eligible to apply for either a 2 month or a 6 month visa waiver and then to continue doing this up to a maximum period of 3 years, after which you must exit the country.

I had read reports earlier this year that said the BOI were not issuing visa waivers to tourists. I had previously managed to stay for 3 years using their visa waivers and I was very concerned and worried about this supposed rule change as I plan to stay for at least another 3 years. But as it turned out, my worries were for nothing!

My understanding is that fully vaccinated travellers no longer require the covid test. Maybe t has changed since you entered. From Philippine Airlines:

The pre-departure COVID-19 test will not be applicable to the ff:

1. Foreign nationals aged 18 and above who have received primary series of COVID-19 vaccine, and at least one (1) COVID-19 booster shot administered at any time prior to departure.

So better to get a booster than pay for a test.

For example: is it a couple hits of the pfizer, then some more after a few months, good up to how many months before more boostering to reach / maintain status 'fully' vaccinated?

To be considered fully vaccinated at this point requires the original shots (assuming a two shot system like Pfizer) as well as a booster shot. Not many countries yet are actively pushing or requiring a second booster, although they are possible to get now, so there is no current requirements in place for the Philippines in terms of time frame for when you have had that second booster. I had a booster shot in mid February, and flew to the Philippines in mid July, so that was five months later.

Without the booster, you will need a negative covid test within 24 hours prior to departure to board the plane. Regardless of the effectiveness of your shots over time, Phils doesn't care how long ago you had your original shots, nor your booster (only that you had them for the sake of determining if you must get a negative covid test before flying).

And speaking of booster. Anyone interested in a booster in the NCR can get one anytime at the Circuit Mall in Makati City (Hippodromo St corner South Ave, a few short blocks from the Manila South Cemetery along South Ave), on floor 2. They have a massive 2-story room set up for it. You can walk in and get one if you have your original shots card.

Is it simply a 3rd shot, ie if "fully vaccinated" by Moderna is 2 shots, then the 3rd Moderna shot is considered a booster?

I have already entered PH once in April under the older requirements (shots + neg antigen <24 hrs) but will be back soon. Would be great to forgo the test.

I know of a person who was involved in a serious motorbike accident years ago and the hospital bill was pretty expensive. Luckily he had the travel medical insurance to cover a 2 week hospital stay and the medical flight home to wear his US medical insurance kicked in.

$150 for 30 day coverage is something I gladly pay for.

Simple question:

When do you tell her you've had a vasectomy?

1. At the bar, before you pay the bar fine / while you are still messaging through an app.

2. On the way to your hotel.

3. When you bring her into your room.

4. Before you penetrate.

5. Before she leaves.

6. After she tries to sue you for child support.

7. Never tell.

If you don't sign the birth certificate and your name is not on it they cannot do this in the Philippines take a guess why the Pinoy boyfriends take off the second they test positive? They may be able to try and prove its yours if they have a very good lawyer if you were cohabitating. So I would only breach this conversation if and when you move into a longer term relationship more than a few months of co-habituation. Without that signature they will have to go through an extra step and prove filiation. You giving money for the kid may also be used to prove filiation I guess they can get a judgement to compel a DNA test but they wouldn't be able to even start the child support proceedings without that signature. Among Japanese mongers it is customary to give these girls a pregnancy test if you watch some Japanese porn they will sometimes do this as they can use this to prove that they were already pregnant at the time as hookers get pregnant and need to find a way to pay for it so they rush around trying to find a surrogate father.

As this topic was raised a few times in other Philippines threads, I will share my thoughts and experiences on the topic of Internet Access.

Mobile Internet Access. This has actually improved a lot over the last few years so much so that you could almost consider working remotely with a good phone (4 or 5 G and dual sim). The main drawbacks here is that coverage can become spotty once you are out of major population areas, also due to bad weather, crime, quakes etc. ; outages can be frequent, hence the need for a dual sim then get a Smart and Globe sim card so you can flip between the major networks as needed. Average cost is around 4-500 Paseos for a couple of weeks high cap data.

For fixed line Access there is the two major telecom companies that I would recommend, either PLDT (Smart) or Globe, the other big access providers are TV / Internet companies such as Sky and Converge, I have stayed both in hotels and Airbnb's with both Sky and Converge and if I need to do any remote work, I refuse to stay where these are the Internet providers, they are OK, but if you need to make Zoom calls or have a good connection to work then these are simply not good enough in my experience (reliability and small outages where the issues I experienced).

If anyone is planning to do some remote work while travelling, my advice would be to stay in Airbnb's and check upfront who the Internet provider is (Hotel's will also tell you, but they tend to be more interested in providing TV channels first and then Internet, rather than the other way round, hence the package deals from Sky and Converge), if they have PLDT or Globe then for me this would be the golden choice, you might be able to get by on just a mobile data connection, but personally for work, I would need both fixed line connection in addition to the mobile data to reduce the risk of disappointment.

Would be interested to hear from others about their experiences as well.

Would be interested to hear from others about their experiences as well.Exact opposite. Lived in two properties in Philippines, one with Sky for 4 years and one with PLDT for 2 years. Had 10 x as many outages in PLDT as I did with Sky, equipment provided by them is also rubbish. Have to restart router frequently which gets in way of work calls due to lack of connectivity. TV channels on PLDT are also poor, even channels labelled as HD are significantly lower quality than those on Sky. When I move next time, definitely going back to Sky.

My Airbnb in Angeles had cable internet with good stable coverage. Speedtest says provider was Converge.

38 MB down / 41 mb up.

As this topic was raised a few times in other Philippines threads, I will share my thoughts and experiences on the topic of Internet Access.

Would be interested to hear from others about their experiences as well.Coverage has improved considerably in the past 3 or so years. Not so much for the TV cable providers, Sky and such, you have the same crappy lineup of mostly pinoy channels in low-def. Even the HD channels I tend to call 'HD-light'.

On the topic of speed. A number of improvements. First lets start with outages, there are fewer. Previously, it was not at all abnormal for even high-end hotels to have crappy speeds (at times falling below 1 mbps, or out completely for a few seconds). Hotels who previously had 2-5 mbps would sometimes say, at the front desk when asking why the Internet was spotty, "Sorry po we have intermittent Internet only". Then, explain why you say you have wifi on your Agoda? Fortunately even those places now have 10-30-ish mbps, which is fine for simple streaming of youtube vids for my girls to listen to love songs or watch Halik (yuck).

Many airbnb condos (the newer ones from the last 5-10 years) have PLDT Fiber or Globe Fiber, offering as much as 150 mbps. This is not to be confused with PLDT Smart / Home or Globe At Home modems, which are not connected to coax or fiber, they have only an electric power plug for the wall, and a SIM card, and are dependent on the same cell towers that your phone uses for its Internet access. These modems are typically crap, using 4 g SIM cards, and inside a condo building, surrounded by other large buildings in the area. Last month I was looking to change condo, so I airbnb several in my current building, and 4 more in nearby residential buildings. I asked to view all of them before agreeing to rent. Key here is to run a phone speed test while hooked to their wifi. In my building, 2 owners had the At Home modems that utilize a SIM card. I got 10-15 mbps and 12-15 mbps at their units. This is crappy considering most units in the building use PLDT Fiber and draw 20-60 on their wifi (and 500+ mbps using a network cat-6 cable). I passed on these. Of the other buildings in the area, I got similar low speeds (5-15 mbps) on all 4 units (SIM cards). The units are in older buildings that don't have any form of fiber run into the building. I passed on these.

I live on the Internet. I avoid any place to stay (for more than 1 night) that might have spotty Internet. No effed zoom or vid or voice calls. Streaming services must work fine, all the time. I saw a sign on a hotel recently that said: "Inquire inside of monthly rates". The front desk said p20 k per month. That's p666 per day, great compared to their daily prices of 2800 (or more). The desk clerk said the 20 k doesn't include an additional 3 k for electric and 1500 for Internet. I asked about Internet speed. "Um. 10 to 30. Like that". I see, seemed ok. But reliable? No outages? "Oh. Yes sir. Customers complain most nights that the system is busy and can't stream or FB". Yuck, anathema to what I need.

Even in the province, early last year, I was able to get Globe to install fiber at my home for 150 mbps. Five years ago nothing like that existed.

It's a good conversation to be had. If I decide to work part time in PH I will definitely need good internet. Anecdotally, I always stay at Central Park in AC. Pre covid the internet was abysmal. Like the worst. You could barely watch Youtube. After returning in March, it was excellent. I streamed NBA games flawlessly. Hopefully the country is modernizing.

I just posted this on the Subic thread but it seems relevant here. I just spent a week in the Pub hotel in Barretto. A consistent 150 mbs. I spent 3 hours last night on Zoom with no problems. I'm trying to work as I travel and it's pretty difficult to get info on internet speeds on, say, Agoda.

Like the worst. You could barely watch Youtube. After returning in March, it was excellent. I streamed NBA games flawlessly. Hopefully the country is modernizing.I had PLDT Home 2 years ago for like 5 months, it costed me: 1,699 php / month, with speed of 15 Mbps.

Then this year for 4 months, they had a deal for: 1,299 php / month, with the same speed of 15 Mbps.

For me 15 Mbps is enough, and I worked alot online, some months Full time (5 days a week / 8 hours per day), BUT most of the time because of COVID only 3 days a week / 8 hours per day.

I also watched alot of NBA games with NBA League Pass. And I never had any problems with my work or watching the game, only the few times that there was a blackout while I was working.

Not sure about online video games, I never played any video games online when I was in Philippines (I haven't played video games since I was a teenager with Super Mario and Super Nintendo, LOL).

About Netflix and YouTube I never had speed problems either with 15 Mbps.

These info is in the province of Negros, so not sure about Manila and Cebu. I usually stayed 1 to 2 weeks max in an airbnb condo (the last 2. 5 years) in Manila and Cebu, and for short stays they always have the internet included.

Just thinking about a few ideas for my Philippines bucket list for my next visit:

Shortest / smallest girl. Pinalove maybe.

Two sisters. I had the older sister last trip 18˝ years. She says her (lesbian) Sister turns 18 in October. Might be a chance.

Two for two. I've had a few threesomes, maybe have the same two girls for two days hanging around the apartment for two days / nights.

Provincial live in. Try a provincial city and have a live in for a week. What's it like to settle for a few days.

Church pickup. Attend a provincial church by myself a few times in a row. See what happens.

Heavily Pregnant. A perennial favourite.

40+ - older and maybe bolder.

I'm thinking I'll have time in Makati, AC, Subic and Dumagette to pull these together.

Thoughts?

I've been bouncing around between condos and hotels these last 9 months and when there isn't a comfortable couch in the room I have to improvise a sitting area on the bed using whatever pillows are available to me. Then I got this idea about purchasing an inflatable pillow. But what I was hoping to find was something more than just a pillow, something a bit bigger but still easy to pack along. And I finally found it. An inflatable knee support pillow, might take up about as much room as a pair of swim trunks in your luggage and it inflates around twice the size of a large pillow. Its also got a nice soft exterior. Makes a great back support for your bed. And if you've ever tried to get a girl to put a pillow under her stomach while laying face down on a bed this knee support pillow is ten times better. Its much bigger so your girls ass is that much higher and she won't sink into the pillow. And best of all its easy to rock her back and forth. I paid roughly $6 usd for the one I found, highly highly recommend grabbing one of these.

The girls I had were super clean. What does that mean?

In royal Amsterdam hotel, the girls are required to present ID an vax card, no exceptions. I don't know about the other hotels.

In its current state I would not recommend royal amsterdam. Score birds and Central Park Tower don't do that nonsense and I'm sure the rest also don't check for this. They have taken it upon them selves to become an extension of the NBI and will securitize a valid vaccine card. Very disappointing as this was one of my favorite hotels. I guess this is why they are trying to sell the place?Had a couple of interesting experiences in the past few months in the NCR regarding what's being accepted.

One time a guard asked for a vax card in addition to my girl's ID, a complete surprise to me asking for an additional item. Her postal ID was her real valid ID, and she had someone else's vax card. They had two different names (and pics). The guard should have caught that but he didn't. He took her ID for the evening and handed her back her invalid vax card with the visitor's pass, barely having looked at either form of ID. On one hand thank goodness she had the vax card with her, and OTOH it was lucky she didn't get caught with her friend's vax card. I know she's vaccinated because she showed the card to me previously. In the room: Sweetie where is YOUR vax card? "Lost it. Borrowed Lyn's vax card". Whew!

The following day the same guard took the valid ID of a different girl without mentioning a vax card. A few days later the same girl was back, this time she forgot her ID at home, but had her real vax card in her purse. The guard denied entry: "A vaccine card is not a form of valid ID miss". I wanted to ask him: Then why did you ask my other girl for her vax card a few days ago?

Recently one of my regulars came. We had been out of touch with her for a year. But, things change over time, and she was in need again. I met her up the street and bought her some McDo. After, I asked to see her ID. "I have vax card only. But I used it before at your place. Its ok there". Can I see it? She showed it to me. It was the worst faked card I've ever seen. It was laminated, but cut around the edges with either a knife, or curved cuticle scissors; you could see the jagged edges all around it. The pic was not hers. The name was someone else. And so on. The guards at my place would sniff that out quickly and I told her so. "No its fine I used it there before". OK, we go give it a try. Sure enough the two guards almost snickered when they saw it. "Miss that is not you on this card. Get a valid ID". Off we went, both disappointed. BTW sweetie, where is your Brgy ID card and Postal ID we got you from last year? "I lost my both". Great! We got a tryke to the Brgy hall and asked for a replacement Brgy ID. P150, a quick picture of her on the wall, and 10 minutes later she had a new Brgy ID card. Sweetie, didn't you think about just getting a new Brgy ID? "I did not". Great! Went back to the condo and they accepted the new Brgy ID.

The good news is that everything has worked well in all other instances.

Cebu City drops the mask. . .Thanks for the continued updates. Do you think they'll change the restriction anytime soon that unvaccinated foreign nationals are not allowed? (As of a couple months ago the US State Department states the Philippine government did away with the quarantine option, and I've confirmed that with PAL). The quarantine option remains only for Filipino nationals. Is that other people's experiences also? Any thoughts on if the new government may relax things, please? Im afraid not, since it seems the rule changed right after he took office.

I assume that PAL is always up to date, as they pay the financial price of allowing the wrong people to come to NAIA, by having to transport them right back to the point of origin.

My crystal ball is as clear as all of ours back when the pandemic was young:

They should open up by September. Wrong. Certainly they will open up by Christmas. Wrong. Sure they got to open by March 2021. Nope. They can't stay closed forever, they *need* us tourists. May for sure. Nope.

And so on. Pinoy thinking, including its caution, stubborn-ness, superstition, and dependency on what other pinoy think, will probably keep the joint in the quagmire MUCH longer than needed. Not that my crystal ball is any better than the gents thoughts (above). The good news is that CC has bucked the system, with several others about to do the same, so we see where it goes from here.

Crystal ball? None functioning so far.

I like your attitude regarding this whole program, and the newly rolled out technology; the only shots available to those of us in the US. You seem to have an open mind about it all. Im not opposed to something like the yellow fever vaccine where they take a part of the actual virus and put it in you, actually inoculating your ass, without some messenger RNA I know very little about.

However, most info that I have read suggest that you bring your own. I took a girl to Boracy one time that I met in Manila, it was the second (and last) time I met her in Phil. They are then free to travel within Cebu province only. Manila: still no entry or quarantine option for the unvaxed. I recently posted about yellow fever requirements on the Madagascar thread but fortunately it is not endemic to South-East Asia. However, like the Covid shots, adverse reactions, including death, do occur. Colombia waives yellow fever shots for the over-60s, suggesting vaccine reactions are age-dependent.

I took YF vaccine, aged a super-healthy 20, but it still laid me up in bed with a kind of 'flu' (bodily detoxification from the vaccine) for a few days. 'Viruses' have never been scientifically isolated and proven to transmit; they were concocted a century ago by the ruling elite for population control through toxic, 'prophylactic' (preventative) vaccines. Millions will die prematurely from the shots, or not be born at all through infertility, but the good news is that the Covid plandemic has alerted a critical mass of people to the true global agenda.

There are clear processes for the unvaxed to enjoy the world, he's made a choice to go to Africa and presumably he will go to those threads. He may want to check the incidence of HIV on that continent.

Meanwhile, Let's just enjoy our mongering stories. For me it's still some 74 days until I again arrive in Manila. I have everything ready. I booked some super cheap internal flights, for less than $20 each to provincial cities which I have not previously visited.

I would question the quality of shots in such a shtt hole but that is just me. I get it most folk here just want a comfort blanket, to believe they can jet around the world, bang paupers and not get taken down.

Here are global COVID rates, the Philippines included https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/.

For my part, I find links, all links, interesting but not all links worth clicking through on. I know most people don't give a FK about Covid and never did, just as long as Faucci or some other weasel says they are safe.

Covid will be back this winter as we freeze our nuts off. They now have kids in Australian eating crickets.

Me? I am reduced to banging Brazilians and paying more than they are worth. I check on them and see they'd hooked in Brazil before. One price there, another here for the same mutton. Pinay meat, sadly, does not travel well.

Some good news for those people like myself who detest the wearing of face-masks! The mask mandate was lifted in Cebu province 3 months ago (only in the province, not in the tri-city areas of Cebu City, Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu), then it was lifted in Cebu City 2 weeks ago, now it has been lifted across the whole country, but only in outdoor settings. A step in the right direction.

START:

THIRD ANNE PERALTA-MALONZO.

September 12,2022.

PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. Issued on Monday, Sept. 12,2022, an executive order (EO) allowing the voluntary wearing of face masks in outdoor settings across the country amid the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.

Under EO 3, which is "effective immediately," wearing of masks is no longer mandatory in "open spaces and non-crowded outdoor areas with good ventilation. ".

Still not clear, is J&J "fully vaccinated" or are they requiring "boosters?" The J&J doesn't have any actually FDA approved boosters. They're only EUA.

Well fellas. Checking flights. google.com. First pic, I chose dates for a 6-week round-trip, MNL-LAX flight around April of next year. Results in the picture below. Flights below $1,000 US Dollars can be had.

Second pic, similar for November of this year, LAX-MNL. Round trip flights well under $1,000 USD.

Its time the fellas return. Me and Mdemde are tired of having to do all the vaxxing around here. The work never ends; its exhausting.

Good info but I don't do 37 hour flights with 2 stops. And I'm coming from LAX. December apparently sucks. $2400+. But I'll do it. Really looking forward to doing nothing for a month other than romancing sexy pinays.

Here (pic) is a quick search from LAX to HK, for the month of November, the first few flights listed. Just under USD $1,000 to $1,300, round-trip.

Note that last time I was in SG, transits were no longer allowed through Customs to spend the day in town.

Do you have any links to the new rules? If official, it's certainly good news as Singapore Air quite often have 10+ HR stopovers for me.

My Philippine visa expired 2 months ago and I needed to exit the country. I went to Thailand and I was there for 3 weeks before I came back to the Philippines.

I planned to use the time in Thailand to have a complete break from vaxxing Pinays in Cebu, which would have given me a chance to recharge my batteries. Alas, I was press-ganged into vaxxing some of the local girls in Thailand.

I'm back in Cebu City now and being the conscientious and dedicated person that I am have resumed my vaxxing duties, but I really don't know how much longer I can hold out. As Westie said, it's time for some of the fellas to return.

If you are vaccinated there are ZERO restrictions to enter. No test, no quarantine, hell you don't need to wear a mask on the flight here or anywhere in the city. You need to fill out an entry form online and upload your vax cert. Thats it. And if you don't have vax, you can enter with a PCR test. How much easier does it have to be?

Is it true, that nowadays all girls are required to show ID and vaccination-proof to hotel / airbnb staff when you want to bring them to your room?

If so, how do you manage to handle that big stress? .

All the other times we entered she didn't need to show it. But had she just breezed through the first time then she would not have had to show it at all. Just relying on self reporting it seems.

Also my browser normally times out after about 45 seconds of trying to hit a website. Hitting the 'Preview' button on a typed post gets a fast response, but hitting the 'Upload Report' button is taking 3-4-5 minutes to post. Normally that would time out, but there is no timeout currently on the ISG when hitting 'Upload Report'. Strange.

I noticed in both cases the guy gets punted the when he becomes inconvenient.Concur. The author of the article appears mid-30's, slender, and nothing terribly special. Bland by standards here. Yet given where she is (RWML), she's apparently a catch. It just took a while for her to realize it. Rich white fellas fawn over her: "I would love to support you in your travel to France".

This is little different than less-wealthy gringos who fawn over their asian girl here, send them possibly more money than they should (causing them to skimp on other expenses) and more money than the girl is worth here (have known gents sending p50 k+ monthly in remit, who has never traveled outside his country). They consider the girl his GF (regardless the fact that she might have several such idiots on the hook).

The same way the RWM took the bland girl away from her po' American BF's, the less-rich gringo took a looker here out of the poon-selling market (usually, not always; sometimes when they have an emergency they will sell it on the cheap). Some of the fellas here don't like that some other guy is giving her more to stay home than she'd be making selling it.

Began operations 1995 as AsianSpirit, later Zest Air. Zest was grounded because of safety issues and had to "merge" with AirAsia to form what is now AirAsia Philippines to continue operating. I have always considered this airline a bit subpar, and it was on my no-fly list as long as they were operated by the sugary drink guy.

and hello eArrival Card. It will replace the OHP on November 1st.

Link below.

October 21,2022.

PH to replace One Health Pass with eArrival Card for inbound travelers on Nov. 1.

MANILA, Philippines Starting November 1, an eArrival Card will be required for all inbound travelers arriving in the country instead of the One Health Pass (OHP), the Department of Health (DOH) said in an advisory on Friday.

DOH said this was done to "streamline arrival requirements for our travelers. ".

Arriving travelers should register for an eArrival Card within 72 hours prior to their departure via onehealthpass.com.ph or by scanning a QR code that could be found on the DOH website.

In a statement on Friday, the Department of Tourism (DOT) also welcomed the development, saying the idea was proposed by the tourism agency "amidst numerous complaints from inbound travelers to the Philippines. ".

"Prior to the adoption of the new eARRIVAL CARD, travelers were required to register for the OHP a few days before their travel and accomplish the electronic Health Declaration Checklist (eHDC) on the day of departure," the DOT said.

"Compared to the previous OHP system, the eARRIVAL CARD also removes unnecessary information fields," the DOT also added.

For those traveling to the Philippines or planning on staying a long time found out a few tricks to make life a bit easier over here. Highly recommend you set up an account on Remitly, it can send money to yourself for cash pickup if you find your ATM card not working. When I arrived I bought a sim card and installed Gcash. I then uploaded my passport and got my account authenticated which allowed me to send money directly to my Gcash account for no fee. They give you a slightly lower exchange rate but that's acceptable. You can then used Gcash to purchase food deliveries from Food Panda. Also if you download the Grab taxi app you can send Gcash to your Grab account for a 15 peso fee. This allows you to pay for taxi's and trikes without having to have exact change (or leaving a big tip if the driver says he has no change). You can also download the JoyRide app for motorcycles in Cebu city and Manila, they too accept Gcash into their app and it goes directly to the driver after the ride.

I have noticed a definite increase in the last month or so of numbers of foreigners floating around Cebu City, a mix of male/female couples, groups of men and solo men, but very few solo ladies. I think a large proportion of the groups of men and the solo men must be here to help with the vaxxing programme for the local girls because there has been a slight but noticeable decrease to my vaxxing workload. It's a great help to me personally and to be welcomed, my vaxxing work here has been extremely exhausting.

But more help is needed. As Dr Westie says, with the easing of entry restrictions there are no excuses now to come and help take some of the workload.

Needs mentioned so far: Breads, coffee, spaghetti, macaroni salad, ice cream, jumbo RH, tandauy, empirador, candles, and fare for the fam to go to the cemetary. Seems everyone needs to stop by for a quickie in the next 3 days. If only I could keep up with that. In fact one week ago I mentioned to several of my regulars that they should schedule with me an extra session with me this week BEFORE this weekend. Only one of them did that. And now all of them are wanting to jump in the game at the last minute. I'm a bit worried that they will burn a hole in my Johnson this weekend. If I post any dick pics next week and things look worse than before, you will know the dangers of pinoy halloween are not ghouls or gobblins, they are from pinay holiday poonana over-usage.

1) Unvaxxed travelers need only an Antigen test, and they can wait and get it at NAIA when they arrive.

2) Vaxxed travelers (with or without a booster) no longer need any kind of test.

3) Still need an e-ARRIVAL card (the previous One Health Pass; fairly easy without the covid test).

4) No masks are needed (except in public transportation, jeeps, busses, trykes, taxis).

You can cash in (load) your account at thousands of those electronic touch-pad kiosks. Available in malls, convenience stores, and so on. So if you don't have your own GC account and your girl does, instead of remitting it to her, you can use a kiosk machine. Just touch GCash, then enter her account number (which is her phone number), the amount you want to enter, and confirm the confirmation screen. Then you insert the peso notes one at a time until it reaches your total amount sending. The machine then prints you a receipt, with either a reference number or QR code.

Caution: you must deposit only bills (no coins), and the machine will not make change, so make sure to send her the total amount of some combination of peso notes in your pocket.

The machines are the same ones you can pay your utility bills with, and load your SIM card. If you use the 7-11 machine, you tell it how much you are sending and the GC phone number you are loading. The machine spits out a receipt with a bar code and the amount. You show the receipt at the counter, they scan its bar code, and you hand the clerk the money. Your girl will receive the amount minus the 1% 7-11 convenience fee, and you will get a fresh receipt from the clerk showing it.

Everywhere you go in the Philippines now there is some idiot with a camera phone filming to post on Youtube. If you watch 10 videos on the same subject all will give different answers. I guess if you just visit it is a source of information but way to much opinionated BS to listen to for me.

I can find the info in about one minute without having to listen to her take 20 minutes to give the same info.

The current situation is not that hard to understand, countries have had arrival cards forever.

I am a fan of some of her videos. However all of her videos are too long! Sometimes she crams 5 minutes of info into a 15 minute video. Her Pekinese voice? It goes with the territory. If only we could think of a way to stifle that voice?

The Pea is pretty hot and very intelligent. After Sailor Jack's regular diet of so many ditzy bar girls she is something of a unicorn. And the Pea is clearly coached very well.

I recommend the video where she has a female attorney discuss legal issues in the Phils. It is 30 minutes long and is as entertaining as a trip to the dentist. But the legal info in this video is a must see for anyone who is doing more than just passing through.

Have you ever been with a filipina that talks this much? . Haha. Yes. She's so Filipina.

I kind of miss the silliness. The same thing that drives you nuts sometimes is the same thing you like. Sometimes when they talk too much it's in the form of making an excuse; try to wear you down to where you finally go away, rather than actually doing their job.

One time I'd been tracking a package to Davao. I'd been to the post office a couple of times already regarding it. The tracking number showed step by step until it hit Manila. , then just fell off the face of the earth.

So the last time I asked to speak with the postmaster. Her desk is in the middle of a huge wide open room with all kinds of other desks and computers. She looks up the tracking number and says "Sir. Your package is not here". I said I know. Where is it please? It arrived in Manila two months ago. "we don't have our own plane sir. . Blah blah blah". I said so you mean it's sitting outside on the tarmac in manila? "No sir. They brought it inside". So where is it please? This whole thing goes round and round for a good half hour. Doesn't your computer link to Manila's computer? (Because Manila is like God you know, it's the center of the universe). "No sir, this computer does not link to manila". Well which one of these computers does link to Manila, please? This is a post office, your computers have to be linked. " Sir, that computer over there links to Manila. She points at the guy across the room. The guy looks over and jumps up. "Sir! Your package is here!" he bends over and it's on the floor next to his desk. Haha. I swear to God, that really happened.

Guys that have been there a long time have seen this a million times. They won't actually do their job until answering your line of questioning becomes more difficult than actually doing their job.

. . I can find the info in about one minute without having to listen to her take 20 minutes to give the same info.. I hear you amigo. But I'm glad my friend sent me that. Because at the time I posted that, the US Embassy hadn't caught up to speed and updated, nor had IATA Travel Center. PAL was up on it, as well as Fareboom. However by today Fareboom had backtracked to something conflicting like mandatory quarantine for the un-vaxxed.

I wouldn't bet on what the airline said, and especially not a YouTube channel. But I found a PH government publication. https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1187592

Just about everyone knows you don't use the Philippine post office.. just about everyone, but I was new. I lived in the Philippines for eight years, mostly Davao. I placed overseas orders once a month for years. Mostly vitamins and mostly through Phil Post, until the company got tired of refunding money and finally quit shipping to PH. (even though it wasn't guaranteed). Phil Post wasn't that bad for the most part, usually only took three weeks and I never actually lost an order. Not bad for US$25. Twice the company refunded my money but the package eventually arrived after three months. But that only happened in the end. It's usually pretty good, and a hell of a lot cheaper than FedEx. I'd use Phil Post before I used DHL where you can pay more and count on it getting stuck in customs.

But since then I discovered a company someone might be interested in if you're not already aware of it. Shipping Cart is partnered up with LBC. They offer US, UK, Australia, Korea, and Japan address. You have whatever you want sent to your account address. They repackage all your orders to save space, then ship it either air or sea cargo. Once it hits Manila it gets turned over to LBC. Super efficient and a good price.

I agree the Filipina Pea's delivery is annoying. I watch her occasionally for light entertainment. She's kinda hot but not THAT hot, insomuch that I would not watch just for that. If you want current data backed up by government references, watch Jennifer Terri. And yes it seems the unvaxxed will now be allowed in. I kind of enjoyed hanging out in PH with only non-conspiracy theorists but I guess this change will be good for the overall bar scene and probably attract more talent to the dance floors. Will be excited to check out the vibe when I arrive in December.

Greetings fellow mongers. I'm starting to look at possible destinations for a spring 2023 trip. The Philippines are on my shortlist, but I have a question I haven't seen addressed here. I'm an anal aficionado and wonder how generally receptive Filipina girls are to backdoor action. I'm hoping those of you with experience in the Philippines will offer me your ASSessment on that.

I had booked a Thai airways ticket before covid. The flight was canceled. No refund was given. Called Thai airways in USA and was asked to contact Philippines office for refund. I contacted them. They asked me to send the credit card number and details to process. I sent it. I got the e mail saying it was processed but no refund. Waiting for two years now. When I was in Manila I tried to call them but it says office is closed. Contacted USA office again and they said refund was processed and contact Manila office. Sent no less than 6 e mails with copy to Thai airways in Bangkok, USA and Manila. Still waiting. On my next trip to Bangkok I will personally go to their office and demand.

All my other bookings during covid were promptly refunded.

Philippine efficiency is lacking.

This is not a PH issute, the Thai that has emerged is for the most part simply not honoring older liabilities. Suggest you write it off and book with a better airline in the future.

You can try to talk with your CC company, next time do that rather sooner than later.

In all three cases, with their permissions and encouragement I introduced them to the new activity. One girl went on to demand it more often.

Many fiipina consider it off limits.

Any girl offering it up front should be profiled as a ladyboy.

I guess my account is somewhere in the last page Thai airways owing list in bankruptcy proceedings. Generally unless the airline starts making money and the creditors get paid and big creditors get paid first. And also only certain percentage of net profits can be used to pay creditors. I do not think credit card bank can do anything in this situation in the bankruptcy situation.

This explains why my refund was processed and not paid. My name should be in the creditor list somewhere. Better to forget about it.

I have noticed in Manila Malls last week that a lot of people are bringing their small cute dogs to the malls. Either walking them around or carrying them in their designer bags. It is disturbing to me in a country full of starvation that a little fashion dog is elevated above people. Just my opinion but can't help the dog owners seeing my disgust with them.

The other day at SM Clark Mall there was a lady walking her all white fluffy furry CAT on a leash in HyperMart. She noticed my disgust and quickly put the cat in its fashionable carry bag.

Wtf!

Philippinos bring these miniature dogs to the mall in a disgusting display of pretentious wealth in a third world country. Meanwhile there are near-death feral dogs (and people) roaming the streets.

If you are unable to go the mall without a little dog then you are just not ready to go out period. Grow up!

And have you noticed that these dogs do not act like normal dogs? Dogs bark and play and dogs are often hyperactive. I really think that these miniature dogs are drugged. Seriously. Look at their eyes sometimes.

It is disgusting.

She simply enjoyed it in the ass for variety. Most Kenyan women have a more casual attitude towards sex than typical Filipinas.

Why? Girls want to avoid pregnancy? Crazy fundamental religious way to not have sex before marriage?

A few areas have an abundance of anal, sometimes for the strangest reasons. So a number of years ago I read an article in a medical journal about anal sex. Apparently only about 20% of the population have the nerve endings in the right places so that they can enjoy anal sex. Since this is a genetic trait it makes sense that there would be clusters where the percentages in the local population were higher.
