Pussycat's bar fine is now 3000P:(

Robb

I been in that bar in May 2010 at about 9:00pm. The girls in there aren't all that great. Now they charging 3000 pesos??. I don't like the gogos on that side of Mango Avenue. Pussycats, Dimples, Love City and Papillon, they charge more on the BF and yet the selection isn't all that good.

My friends girl took one sip of her LD and said she had to dance:( I asked who was in charge and the owner came over. She is a sexy mama-san/owner and I asked her why the girl was required to dance while she had a customer? She told me that is the way it works in Cebu. I laughed and I asked her if it made sense to have a girl, who was making money for the bar and herself by drinking LD's get up and dance when she had 20 other girls sitting around doing nothing and not making her any money. She looked at me like I was crazy and then I said why do the girls dance?? She did not have an answer. I told her to me the girl dances so the customers can call them down and if she already has a customer and another customer sees her on stage and calls her down, where does she go?
Robb

Robb, this happened to me and my friend also when we request a girl who is dancing on stage to come sit with us. They will finish their dance and later come down to sit with us. Later on, when it's their turn to dance again, they tell us: "it's my round again, I have to go up and dance" then she would dance a couple of songs and later come back and sit with us.

These girls do get paid for dancing on stage. It's not much though as one of them whom I barfined her younger sister on my last trip and her on my recent trip said that she gets paid 263 pesos a night for dancing. If noone buys her ladies drink or no BF, then she goes home with just the 263 pesos.

I think the bar wants the girls to go on stage and dance even though she's sitting with a customer, just to attract the customers into coming in. If most of the hotter looking girls are sitting down then... there's not much to look at. At least by having the girls keep dancing and doing their rounds, it helps advertise the girls just in case another customer may BF the girl on another night.

Your logic is impeccable GGBL but it doesn't hold in Burgos (Manila) bars.
It is a silly Cebu rule.

Once you buy a girl a drink then she doesn't have to dance any more whilst ever you are buying drinks. Last Saturday in Rogues both of the girls sitting with me were happy because "they didn't have to tire themselves out dancing and they could save their energy for other things" (their words not mine LOL).

Good point Red Kilt. Me and my friend have BF girls from Bottoms Up bar on P. Burgos street. When they sat with us, both of them did not say that they have to go on stage and dance again. But, maybe they were not sitting with us long enough as we BF them after 1 x LD. Heh, I doubt it though, as all it took was just an introduction of names and we were frenching and I sucked her boobs in front of all the girls dancing. Damn, I love it when they're not shy hehe.

A friend and I were the only ones in the bar Sunday night and we had tabled two girls. My friends girl took one sip of her LD and said she had to dance:( I asked who was in charge and the owner came over. RobbInteresting Rob. I stopped into the Mango bars about a month ago. I rarely buy LD's, but decided since I had some extra cash that I was going to hit several of the Viking's-side bars and buy a few. Hit Sister's first right out of the taxi. Asked a fat mamasan a few questions about the girls, my likes and such, she motioned over a spinner wearing a long nightie-tshirt. The tshirt made this girl look out of place, somehow different than the other girls she had been sitting with. Before the girl got to the table I told mama to get the girl a drink. They spoke, mama waddled off to the bar. The girl sat down and we exchanged names, where you from, etc. Then the girl said, "Scuse me sir," got up and walked to the dressing room. A minute later she was up on stage dancing. The waitress sauntered over with the LD and put it on the table. I was taken aback by the girl going to dance. It seemed the perfect setup (get a guy to order a LD, have the girl depart). I told the waitress my girl ordered a drink then went to dance. She said, "Yes its her turn." I said I would not pay for the LD if the spinner did not sit and talk with me for a bit, and I certainly would not be barfining. About 45 seconds later, the spinner-dancer was sitting next to me again in that t-shirt. "Sorry it sir." That's the only time I've experiened that. I was the only cusomer in the bar at 10:30pm mid-week.

I booked last weekend in the Waterfront Hotel (Airport). It was my first time booking here and the only reason I booked here was due too being in Cebu with six of my friends and they choose this hotel.

Overall the hotel is nice, not great, but nice. Staff was good, room was not in good shape, water pressure will push you out of shower. Internet is 600P per day:(

The reason I am posting this: When I went to check out yesterday and as I was waiting for housekeeping to check the room (btw I hate this in the Philippines) and I knew that I had no additional charges. After 10 minutes I ask if I am good and the desk clerk told me no sir, you owe 800P. I was told her that I paid cash for everything during my stay and she told me that because I took two girls home Saturday night, that I had to pay a joiner fee

I just laughed at her and told her that I was not paying a joiner fee and if I was required to pay a joiner fee for a third person, I should of been told when I signed her in.

Robb
Robb,

I stayed at the Waterfront Mactan back in January 2009 the day after Sinulog as all the other Cebu City hotels were booked solid. I agree with your report, and most hotels try to charge a joiner fee for third guests and some hotels try to charge a joiner fee if the monger made the mistake to book the hotel for only one guest not two. If you bring more than one girl to your room before 10pm and they dont look like total BG's you can usually get away with just the look of shame from the front desk girls.

Both Gogobarlover and Robbaf make good points here, and bring to mind a somewhat similar situation I recently encountered elsewhere.

Has anybody had girls (you've bought lady drinks for) blatantly trying to work two separate customers at once?

I was in a place about a month ago (in Thailand), and I bought this gal a drink. I was not going to bar fine her, I just was sitting and talking to her. She kept getting up to go "take care of customer." At first it wasn't a problem; I could see her waiting on new customers that had just walked in (though I wondered "Why aren't the 4 girls sitting near the entrance on bar stools and with no customers waiting on these guys?)

Well, I was seated in a couch (and sitting at a lower eye-level because of that.) This "take care of customer" business kept going on, and at one point she was away for an excessive period of time . . . about 10 minutes. I sit up in the couch, my eyes go above bar level, and I see my girl is sitting at the far end of the bar with some other guy!

Up to this point, I'd been giving off indications that I was not going to bar fine her, and was going to leave after I finished my current drink. But now I'm pissed off at this girl, and decided to teach her a lesson. She came back over to me all smiles and sat down and continued to chat me up. She politely asked me if I was ready to go home soon? I told her I thought I'd stay a while longer, and needed another drink. And I told her to get herself another drink too. The look on her face was to die for! This guy on the other end of the bar was probably one of her regulars, and was ready to bar fine her, and she had probably told him I was about to leave and once I was gone she could go with him! And now I've just ordered another round of drinks for the both of us!

It was around 12:30 am, and this bar closes at 2:00. She got up to get the drinks, and told the guy I had just gotten another drink for me and her. He leaves and walks around on the street in front, wandering back and forth waiting for her to come get him. She keeps looking nervously outside, watching for him. In the meantime, she keeps inquiring if I'm going to leave soon? She keeps looking for any excuse to get up and go somewhere . . . a customer walks in that she must serve, to which I reply "Let one of those girls with no customer up front take care of him; you stay here with me . . ."

A little later, Mr. Regular returns to the bar and goes back to the other side where he was sitting before (mostly out of my view unless I make an effort to sit up.) She is real antsy to get up and go over to him. I tell her again to let one of the other girls take care of the customer. And I ordered us another round of drinks. ;-)

In a few minutes, she says she needs to go to the toilet. I let her go, and (of course) she makes an stop at Mr. Regular for a few minutes before coming over to me. Soon Mr. Regular gets up and walks out, and this time he did not loiter on the street out front.

We sat there together, and I told the girl that she was wrong to be accepting drinks from me, then trying to go sit with other guys too. And she clearly understood the message. But I don't think she "got it" though . . . I think she would try this stunt again. The bar approached closing time, I finished my drink, paid the tab, gave the girl a reasonable tip, and left.

Now, I know that these girls are trying to take care of their families, and just doing it the best way they know how. And I wouldn't normally interfere in a girl's efforts to earn a living. But this girl clearly crossed the line. There are right ways and wrong ways to take care of customers.

A few days later I was back, and had a talk with the bar owner (without mentioning names.) Actually, girls accepting drinks but wandering is (or at least was) a problem at this place. He talked to the Thai wife immediately, and she huddled a bunch of girls and talked to them right after.

I was on the other side of the fence at this bar another time too. I (unknowingly) bought a different girl a drink, later to find out that she had already accepted a drink from some other guy. I never would have done that if she had told me. And (again,) why was she up serving me and taking care of me when she had accepted a drink from another customer?

RobbRobb,

The 800 peso barfine at sister not including tip for the girl just for the bar only, I have barfine girl from BG and viking both time promise LT stay all night but after one shot they leave you need to paid 1700 p upfront at the bar, I like the barfine system in Pattaya better you paid the girl the next morning if they want to leave after one shot I just paid for ST only no runner problems.

Correct.
Once you buy a girl a drink then she stays with you for as long as you keep buying her drinks. That's Burgos anyway.
My experience has been that the girls can take a long time over their drinks just to avoid having to dance. I had one girl in Flamingos one night toss her drink down quickly, sit for a while, then realise that i wasn't a sucker and wasn't going to offer her another one immediately. She said that if she didn't have a drink then she would have to go back on stage. I said OK and started talking to another girl.
The point of the story? Realise that you are in charge and that you can be nice but firm at all times.

BTW GGBL and others: the bar in Burgos is "Bottoms" and not "Bottoms Up" as some of you call it. The names mean quite different things (as no doubt you already know).

Some call it 'butterflying' - as in a butterfly that visits many flowers to pollenate. Some places do it, some places don't.

One of several reasons why I dont play in Thailand anymore. Bargirls have gotten more and more commercial, making it increasingly difficult to find that GFE. To me I would tolerate butterflying but would rather the girl not butterfly. Afterall, you are paying the LDs and in the case of KTVs, you are paying for her time and company in your 'tip'. If she is hot and is butterflying as a result, I dont care as long as I am quite sure she will pick my dick to wake up to the following morning. :D

In Singapore, most KTVs - girls butterfly.
In China, most KTVs - girls don't butterfly.
In the Philippines, most gogos/KTVs - girls don't butterfly.
In Vietnam, most KTVs - girls don't butterfly.
In JKT, most KTVs - girls don't butterfly.

Thailand has gone to shyte.

IMHO it should be Bottoms Up :D- always a nice position .....or Peachys...:D

I have found that in Cebu the girls tend not to butterfly..even if we do. One said she expected us to butterfly and look around the candy store ("only natural, you are a man, you have needs and there is plenty of candy") but she would try and focus on me/the man she is with and get me to take her as if she was a butterfly she may give the worng impression and could make the guy look (and chose) elsewhere. Logic or not?

Dear Mr. London, A while back, you were encouraging me to become a "Paid" member so that you can PM me. So on May 4, 1944, I signed-up and paid the fee. However, You still didn't send me any messages. My inbox is still on zero. Nobody has shared any helpful info with me. Here is my latest Question for everyone: How about this for an IDEAL living situation. It would be a way to have a wife, or GF and still not get bored. #1. You marry a woman who is at least Bi-Curious, or bisexual. #2. You hire one or two housemaids who are lesbians, or bisexual. #3. You make an agreement with your wife that she does not need to do any cooking or cleaning, so that both of you can concentrate on being KIND to each other. #4. 2 to 3 times a week, you invite the lesbian housemaids into your bedroom, where you and the "Help" pin your wife to the bed and give her multiple-orgasms using your tongue or fingers and drive her crazy to the point where she is squealing and giggling from the unbearable sensitivity of her clitoris. Your purpose would be to show your wife that you have a lot of fun "Pleasing" her, but at the same time, there would be the AWESOME fact that you would also have multiple girls in your bed and some of them would be all over your cute wife, driving her to immense satisfaction! The key point in the whole process, would be that you don't do anything physical to anyone but your wife, unless, of course, your wife asks you for some help in restraining the other girls so that she can offer some "Payback"... I. E. Rasberries, tickling, etc.

Just spent the last two days with a nice 24yr old virgin from the Province of Cebu that I met a month ago on the dating sites. She took a ferry and long bus ride to come stay with me. Her training has been rocky but progress is slow with some students, but her virginity is only a memory now. Nice girl but I think she now "loves me". Yikes, but it's to be expected with the Cebuanas who often have deep emotional feelings very quick.

I brought her some nice Playboy panties which she loved and trimmed her HUGE bush last night. The pile of hair I trimmed off her bilat looked like a small animal on the towel and revealed a very nice kitty. I am starting to grow bored of her as her lessons seem to have peaked, and she was too shy to try the vibe I brought along. Only 4'11 with a sexy 21inch waist and loves to wear tight dresses. Also to the 65yr old guy that tried to grab her hand in SM yesterday as we walked around, you made me laugh. While she dresses like she is for sale, she is not. Get your own!

Life is good in the Visayas these days.

I hope this info does not screw my chances of getting a scooter the next time I visit. Haha. There is a place called MB'S Pizza in Lapu Lapu. They have a pretty good selection but can't recall the prices off hand. It is one of the only places I found in Cebu that rents thou. I would suggest only riding a motor bike if your an avid rider. As riding in Phukett and Pataya is for sure more laid back. You have to have your head on a swivel as theres lots of traffic. But for me, its the best way to see somewhere new. Last time in Cebu I would take midnight rides and get lost when there was no traffic. Actually found a great restaurant this way.

I. E. Rasberries, tickling, etc.Childish dreams came true. HM you're killin me here. What IF three pinay lesbians walking down the street confuse me as a lesbian and attack me sexually right there. Then, what IF three female PNP officers join in the fray with their night-sticks. Then, what IF.

SA

LOL, I think she needs some furtehr more prgressive education from the WRU (WR Univeristy) as my good amte JSBacjh would say.

You have done the hard yards so best let her fall out of love when you suggest a good mate is in Cebu very soon and how do you fancy seeing him or a threesome with him...I have an anal plug also so she can progress her studies in sex toys as well ;)

And shall bring some leather and PVC stuff, again purely for 'educational' reasons that a petite pinay would look rather tasty in :D Am sure she has heels...:)

So thats my solution SA :D

And see you Cebu very soon....be good to catch up

I have never heard of renting a motorbike in Cebu, they are so cheap (some less than 50K pesos) most people buy them. I would think some resort places near cebu like like Moalboal or Danbantayan or some beach resort area might have that service but I have never seen such.

You can go to one of the numerous dealships (some even in SM mall) and ask about this.

Stroker the instant love can be a pain. But as was pointed out to me by WR the virgins are soooooooooooo tight. I think that is what we call just compinsation for other side effects.

To be Frank. I wish I was having your problems right now.

Have fun.

RED

Redman,

I agree she is very tight, but she is still in the painful stage of virginity so when its time for her to have another session of training she feels more pain then pleasure at this point. Each time is better than the last but progress is slow. This girl has told me she has never even been kissed by a guy before and I believe her. When I posted I was bored of her, it just meant that it is sometimes hard to be the first, when she is very very nervous and can't calm down enough to enjoy at this stage. Every two minutes I get the "what's that.... what are you doing now?" comments and the look of fear on her face. It's cute at first but after awhile can get tiring having to explain things and make sure she is ok. She refuses to kiss my utin which to me is a big no-no and she is scared to death of the small 4inch vibe I brought but she is warming up ever so slowly.

WR,

Unfortunatly she returns to the province in a few days, but I am working on getting her sexier younger sisters' mobile to help ease my seperation as she lives in Cebu City to attend class and has that look in her eyes.

Send me a PM when you get to Cebu and we will catch up.

I will update my original post with a few pics of the playboy panties once she has left.

Spamhog,

I was planning to go to the Honda Dealer in between the National bookstore and Mango Square to inquire about rentals, since I am curious to the answer myself.

I will go after my hotel breakfast with my girl since I am on staying on Fuente Osmena and its just a short walk.

On a totally unrelated topic. I noticed they have removed the big blue metal fence on the new Raddison hotel on the SM side. Looks like they will indeed open before the end of September as previously announced, so maybe there are promo deals to be had when they soft open soon. Just a tip.

Now into my third week, to say it is easy, or to give the impression that to walk around any corner and you will be molested is wrong. But on the other hand where can a 59 year old get away with talking his way into 18-23 years old knickers before making any financial inducement. 600 taxi fare seems fine. Mind you have not had a stopover yet. All of my success has been from dating sites, Just had a 21 year old leave who gave me all I wanted, all 3 holes where available, I like a stupid idiot forgot (ky or lubb)(any information where I can obtain would be greatly appreciated). The 18 year old sister of the girl with the premature baby showed up today. She was more or less as described ie pretty innocent but prepared to do what was necessary to earn so cash for the family.

She is pretty cute, somewhat short and rather chubby (4ft 11in / 49kg), but nice large and firm boobs. Because she is young the chubbiness is not flabby but quite firm.

She is by no means an expert in the sexual arena and would suit someone willing to take some time to teach her rather than someone expecting a sexual athlete. The initial crisis is to find enough money to ensure the electricity doesn't get disconnected. Beyond that they need to unpawn the various items pawned to fund the sister's hospital bills.

If you are interested to help out you can contact her through tagged or PM me for her cell no.

As of now she is only allowed to meet up during the day early evening as her parents expect her back home at night.

Hug Monster: Glad you have signed up: the sensible thing would have been to PM me to let me know you are now able to receive PMs. You can't expect me to be telepathic or to spend my days scanning ISG on the off chance that you have signed up and are thus able to receive PMs.

Though HM has received quite alot of flack for this fantasy, something along these lines is entirely possible here in the Phils.

Infact I met a predominantly lesbian bisexual girl a couple of weeks ago who said that she had moved in to the pad of a German friend of hers who runs a call center here in Cebu and they had just hired a bisexual cook for these purposes. She said they also tried to organise pool parties at the weekend.

Personally I think bisexual/bi curious girls are much better medium/long term partners precisely as it does open up the possibility of developing a steady friendship/partnership whilst also maintaining sexual novelty.

Bella and Jackzonian,

I went to the Yamaha dealer on Mango Avenue this afternoon. I thought it was a Honda dealer, my mistake the Honda dealer is located down closer to Yellow Cab pizza, just for clarification purposes.

I spoke with the general sales manager and he told me no such rental places he knows of in Cebu City or surrounding area. He did know about the rental place on Lapux2, but he told me he was certain it was closed as the rental bikes all were sold. I also hung around and spoke with a younger guy who worked in the service side and asked him about rental bikes and he told me the same story of the only rental bike center closing. The younger guy told me the best option would be to buy a trade-in model and re-sell it after you are finished with it, but I am not sure. The fees and all the red tape might be too much for a short trip.

Had a few street kids about 10yrs old come out of the shadows close to Osmena circle and one went for my wallet in my back pocket. I saw him coming at me and I turned around to grab his hand in time and he seemed shocked when I yelled at him. Both kids disappeared into the shadows as quickly as they emerged, so be careful.

I also sent my chatmate from the province to stay with her sister as she will return home tomorrow and I want to roam around Cebu some tonight alone and see what kind of interesting bikini I can play around in. She was also tampo that I was up at 6am doing work online and chatting with a few girls on my YM, so the last thing I need right now is a tampo trainee.

I just googled MB'S pizza thou and found this thread on a Philippine motorcycle thread. All cabs in this area will know where it is. Hope it helps, And don't beat on the bike to much. I'll be there in dec to rent mine.

P.S. Dear J. E. T. S= the real hard knocks are coming this Sunday.

I know one place where you can rent motorcycles. It is Lapu-Lapu City.

The place is MB's in Kagudoy, Lapu-Lapu City, they are actually into a resto-bar/pizza business but they also have motorcycles for rent.

Last year, I was able to inquire their rates, so here are a few details:

For UB (Honda Bravo)

-P400/day

-P200 gas deposit

-requirements are photo copy of passports for foreigners but am not sure if this is applicable for us.

-drivers license

-other IDs

For Big Bikes (Honda Steed/Yamaha Virago)

-P1, 000/day other additional costs also applies like gas deposit.

-requirements: same applies

I also know another place also in Lapu-Lapu, thats near the old Mactan-Mandaue bridge. Bridgeside Hotel (a. K. A Hiedelberg). But no clues about their rates on their bikes.

If the house is being kept clean and tidy, don't start fucking the maid; a good maid is a lot harder to replace than a girl to stay with you is.

Thanks for that update, Stroker -- and the pix. Only here, right? Hahah.

I found an aussie guy online, Paul, on a googlsearch of cebu motorbikes. He wrote right back - he seems straight up. Find him this way: cebu ex pat services. Says he rents out 4 bikes and is there to help ex-pats.

Read his page. Seems quite helpful and legit but I don't underwrite him in any way. I will be going this November and I will report.

Jackzonia. I will be in Cebu in Nov. staying at the Parklane. Arriving on the 15 and going to Mindiooa on the 22nd then back to Cebu and out on the 28. I will get a local phone upon arrival. Do not have a number to give you now. If these dates are good pm me. At least one other member will be in town then and at the Parklane.

I am at the Parklane, because they have a in room safe. Local internet and wireless for the lap top. At hotels .com I paid 60.00 a night for room with queen bed and desk. Plus 17 per night tax. They have in house food and pool.

Most important is they are guest friendly. And come highly recomended.

I don't know if it is the same through out the Philippines, but I brought two packs of "Jelly Lube" at the Mini-stop in AC. It was located right behind the counter next to the condoms and it was 20P and it works great:D

Once made the mistake of putting the KY jelly on the night stand next to the IcyHot Muscle Relaxant. Rolled over in the bed when it was dark and applied the IcyHot instead of the KY to my dick. Two seconds later my dick was on fire and I was scrubbing it off in the sink. That stuff burned for the next four hours. No sex that night. Lol

while this scenario is entirely possible (the spamhog has a set up like this in thailand some years ago)but t could very well be an open invitation to disaster, as it nearly was for me. check on the thai board and ask how many
"falangs" have shown up dead from "suicide" or and "ovedose" because of their wifes/gfs lover male or female and the pair or threesome split up the decedents property.

i seriously suggest that anyone reconsider having anything to do sexually with "the help" there are sooo many things that can go wrong with such a situation. first off, lesbians are the most fucked up in the head people in this world, not to be trusted for whatever arrangement you might have, their loyalty is to each other, not you especially a foreigner they can take advantage of.

while filipinas are not nearly so treacherous and even dangerous as their thai counter parts, there are a whole list of woes that could befall one.

first, your "maid" could extort you for more money, less work or resort to outright stealing, knowing that her trump card is going to the police with complaints of "concubinage" that is a real life charge here when you pay someone to have sex with you. also abuse or misuse of a servant, another big charge, she could imply that it was forced as a condition to keep her employment, sort of like [CodeWord123] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord123) extortion. more people have gotten in trouble here by a maid going to the cops and lodging a beef about sex than anything else.

yeah, i know you can;t prove (or disprove that) but remember the cops in the phils (and thailand) have the morals or a mafia loan shark and will share some of the bounty on your head, guilty or not guilty doesn't matter.

your post was filled with sound advice and personal opinions, which is fine by me. i only found your opinion of lesbians to be a little "rough", but, again, that is your opinion. thank you for the advice about not messing around with the "help". i will have to go very easy on that scene. maybe we could just invite a couple of female friends to be roommates. i have found quite a few females who are not totally opposed to "wrestling" with another female, or male, in an "innocent", yet "intimate" way.

thank you for your input.

I don't like starting a business on boner pills...its against my ethics..i think fun should be fun ...and especially among Bro's its all about sharing stuff :)

I think boner pills is the only thing i could bring to the table and only thing going for India for what i like ..rest all sucks big time..

============================

So to all guys and girls of the forum, Did you ever wish a guy who would come over to the PH like a santa cluas and instead of Candy give you boner pills instead :)...well..your prayers have been answered...First call to all those who would come to Cebu in next couple of months and in need of boner pills could contact me...well whats the catch...nothing...if you feel too guilty to take free stuff and not give anything in return, then just a cold beer in el gecko will do :D

That is a very noble offer Starchild.
Just be careful about bringing in a "truckload" of pills. They will be easily seen in your bags on X-Ray and some unscrupulous customs official might want to know about the reason for the large quantity. If they know what they are then you might lose them before you arrive.
You will probably be OK bringing them into the Phils, but I can tell you there is NO WAY you would bring a "truckload" into Australia

Starchild. That is a great offer. It is what this board is about. I will be in town in Nov. Would be glad to buy you a beer.

I see El grecko on the living in Cebu board as having the coldest beer in the world. They are suppose to have good pizza also.

Since you will be in town one year. Let me reccoment the living in cebu board. It is family friendly with some wifes on board. But full of good info. And I think alot of the memebers were like us before they settled down. But great local med, houseing and stuff kind of info.

You will probably be OK bringing them into the Phils, but I can tell you there is NO WAY you would bring a "truckload" into AustraliaYou are right RK, I had some concerns earlier, on my first trip to Cebu I wanted to test the ground and did not bring in much pills. However, on my next trip, I brought in close to 50 Pills. I unpacked all pills and put all of them in a bottle and also distributed the pills around my clothe pockets.

I did the same on my trip to Thailand, Hong Kong and Macau and was afraid I might be caught, but I was able to pass easily. However, I had a friend in Australia Melbourne who had problem bringing in pills as they ask for doctors proscription etc. I have heard of similar issues in london.

PH seems to have no issues, hope it stays that way.

Have you an arrival date?Yeah, I wanted to come by September end. But due to work commitments could not make it. I would be in Cebu by November end. BUT no worries, even if you miss me. I will be in Cebu for close to one and half year-as long as the visa stays, so if you come back, we can meet anytime

I will be in Cebu by Oct. 2 or 3 and it might be nice to meet a few of the ISG Members, if they are available. If any of you know where Lincoln St. And/or Freedom Park are located, we could meet in that area for a beer, or two.

Is the air in the Freedom Park area really polluted? Is it just very stinky, or very hard to breathe without choking? Thank You, and I will take the first 5 "CALLERS" for Free Beer. Or just PM me. Are there any go-go bars in that immediate area, or are they all over by Mango St? Again, Thank You!

My last night in Cebu having arrived at the start of Feb. 5 of my girls plus 1 very cute new girl who had been holding out seeing me " because I had so many other girls" - and has now been converted into enjoying multi girl action came to say their farewells and I feel thoroughly exhausted.

I may be the only guy due to arrive in Pattaya tomorrow and worrying how I am going to cope with the radical cut in quantity and quality of sex.

If you have not cried in the departure lounge at Mactan Airport. I would say you have not enjoyed Cebu fully. I have always had my eyes wet both at Cebu and Manila. Its better if you switch off your mobile. Emotions are too heavy to control.

Waterfront airport hotel for now. 1st time here & nice for late arrivals & departures as 1 may walk across street to hotel. Decent b'fast too.

Stumbled upon a case of sex toys for sale at Giasano Mactan, 3rd floor of the dept store. Recall some discussion regarding this a while back. Not a huge selection but could due in a pinch.

I have not been in the place next to Sister, but everytime I walked by there the girl would hang out the door asking if I wanted a massage and anytime I hear that I always ask, "Happy Ending?" and the girls just laugh.

On the road behind Robinson's Mall on the circle, about two blocks down (on your right) is a massage place called K1. I believe it was 250P for an hour and it was a great massage with no extras.

Thanks for the kind words chaps on the forum and through PMs.

A quick point of info for those staying over 6 months in RP. You need to pay 1200P "exit tax" as well as the 750P international airport tax (at Manila). This almost caught me out because at the airport I had used all my remaining pesos bar 750P to buy load for my various girls, I had alway had all my $400 of foreign exchange stolen from the Mango Park hotel safe some months back so had no spare hard currency.

Fortunately the immigration lady was either stupid of kind and (let's give her the benefit of the doubt), and calculated my time in the country from the end date of my first visa extension rather than my date of arrival, and waived me through without yet another rip off charge.

I had been getting a bit stale in Cebu. Empires of any sort never last for ever - just ask the Romans. But my girls really made a big effort to give me a memorable last couple of days.

Having spent most of the last 8 months sharing my room with generally 2 nubile 18-22 yr olds its a culture shock even to come to Pattaya, where girls of the same sort of quality would cost a small fortune. To my eyes Thailand is getting less and less attractive. bangkok and the big resorts are getting so mainstream and modern they just don't seem fun any more. Compared with the girls Ive been hanging out with in the Phils, the freelancers along beach road look yuck warn out and cynical. At least the food here is much better and the hotels better value LOL.

Catch you later as discussed earlier.

Regarding the box of sex toys...mine is still in my room so that is a relief (for the girls :D)

The Waterfront by the airport was also used by a good mate JsBach recently and he was pleasantly surprised. He moved to the Parklane later but for his very late arrival was perfect, so good he spent his last night in Cebu there as he has a very early (7am) flight.

See you soon UP

Hey Greg,

Just wanted to give you a shout out and thanks. I know you've tried to help a lot of people out and posted quite a bit. I never did get to Cebu to follow up on your friend, but maybe soon. I thought you lived there for some reason. Anyway, Pattaya is different, but at the same time, I think there are other venues there that can make it cheaper and that you'll find your way. Not a big Pattaya fan or Thailand fan so much anymore either but it's still nice. Enjoy either way.

According to this immigration officer, your downside in this situation would be to be told to go and pay 1200P in the booth the other side of immigration and before the final check allowing you into the departure lounge, but i suspect they dont take credit cards so if you don't have cash it could be a time consuming delay. Is it too much to think that this absurd extra tax is considered absurd even by the immigration officials? After all we have been injecting cash into the Phil Economy for the last 8 months. A visitor spending say $100 a day in the country is after all probably supporting 10 Filipino jobs during his stay. In a country with chronic un/under employment situation this is a fantastic contribution to the economy.

Yes i know - no one in the Phils bureaucracy thinks like this.

i tend to travel with lots of pills due to multiple medical conditions.

but i also travel with an oversupply of stand up pills. i usually unpack a lot of them and stick thenm in a bottle of multivitamins. i guess vitamins by another name.

but i al so carry numbers still in blister strips, and in smaller bottles.

i have never been stopped , or questioned at any airport about them

i think nobody cares.

the only time i have had problems bringing pills into australia was antibiotics, which i use as anti malarials. but customs sonfirep001ed them. strange.

Who's around?Well, I just ditched the girl I've been with (long story but I'm suffering through mahal-kita/miss-kita text hell at the moment, and another incoming just since I started typing this, any advice other than clean break or suffer through it?) and am now solo at the Parklane until middle of next week. Pipes just cleaned by a FL from ayala and ready to hit the bars.

Oh, for whoever it was a couple weeks ago asking about Alpa City Suites, didn't seem outwardly GF-hostile but when I was there it was loaded with nun guests. Its good value for money though and well-trained staff.

Most of the stuff from generic shops are genuine, if you see label Sun Pharmaceutical or Ranbaxy or Cipla or Dr. Reddy the product would be genuine generic all these companies are from India but are listed in NYSE etc and have market in US and Europe.

The knock off happens during shipment, when these tabs are changed and put chalk powder etc...you could look for Indian generic like Kamagra, levertra, caverta etc etc...i think if local PH company starts to make these boner pills it would be great :)

There is a local 'sindenaphil" equivalent called "Andros" - available from Mercury drug.
Comes in a box of 5 tabs. You can get 100 mg or 50 mg for almost the same price. Buy the 100 mg ones and break in half.

Cost is around 1400 pesos per box of 5, but if 50 mg is all you need then it is 140 per tab.
Box all sealed and legit. Much safer than buying off the street ( for me anyway)

I bought some Vitamin V from the street guys around Robinsons back in January 2009, and it made me dizzy and my heartbeat race with no effect on my trouser snake so I tossed the lot, be careful what you buy from those guys on the street. No telling what kind of crap is in them, and when it's so cheap to buy the real thing around Cebu or the local generic brand it's not worth the risk to save a few Pesos IMHO.

sorry for the late post, as this report details my various adventures last thursday night. i am in the province now and was without wifi for several days.

as previously reported i sent the virgin to her sisters and i stayed in my room to catch up on some work online. it took longer than i wanted but i had a few things that needed attention. i went out around 830pm and made a stop for a one hour massage at my favorite massage place, and my usual massage girl giggled when i mentioned i needed a "lingam massage". she did however suggest an in-room 2hr massage so i will put her on my list of things to do. they know me there by now and the manager told me just to call them and my massage girl will be sent over to my room. mmm, what service.

i left the massage place and jumped in a taxi and headed for blue angels. i walked in there at 1030pm and the place was dead. this was only the second time i went there and the girls clapped and crowded around me and i spent the next 20mins fighting all the usual questions and drink requests. i noticed the same guy at the bar from my previous visit which i learned later was chris, one of the former owners of sd who now owns blue angels. i did not remember him from sd and he looked stressed, and with no customers i can understand why. i saw on the tourist chanel43 on skycable that blue angels is for sale, but i am sure no one wants the headache. i picked the girl i liked the most out of the group and bought her a few drinks and had fun playing with her and preforming the usual tests and interview, but chris kept on looking at her from his chair. i knew the rep both chris and john had for testing some of the girls and it turned me off, so i finished my sml and left.

i went out on escario and jumped in a taxi and told the driver gate3 casa banilad, and off we went. i had never been there but i thought wtf, why not. as the taxi stopped at the gate and the scruffy guard opened the metal gate to let the taxi in i wondered what was waiting inside for me. the answer was not much. i went in the room and there were maybe 15 girls, all older, most if not all already had kids and not one there i would rate higher than a 6 at best. the papasan came in and quoted me 4k, i laughed and he told me 3k, and just looked at him like he had 5 heads. he told me 2500p and i asked him if he had any younger girls and he did but they were all out at this late hour. i told him i would come back another day earlier to see his selection and i jumped back in the taxi and told him to take me to "silver dollar2 on escario". the driver only heard sd and when we headed towards mango instead of escario i corrected his way-ward sense of direction and soon arrived at the bar. i went inside and there were 4 dancers on stage and only a few locals there to watch. one bg looked slim and young, and she caught my eye. i ordered a sml and talked to them. things were slow and during the interview with the slim bg she slowed me her very fresh tattoo on her back which hurt her when she moved. my thoughts of having her ass up in the air as i plowed her tight hole vanished and were quickly replaced with thoughts of her making excuses for her starfish-esque attitude because she could not move with her fresh wound on her back. i finished my beer and ran, jumped in a taxi and went to the original sd on osmena boul.

here i found the usual suspects trying to scrape up a barfine at such a late hour. i saw one very sexy bg as i had her on my lap the previous week but declined to barfine her and thought she would do nicely this night. before i could buy her a drink she jumped up at some other customers who walked in and almost begged them to stay and buy her a drink. i grabbed the first bg i saw and put her on my knee and bought her a drink to say too bad to the other bg when those guys did not stay. yes i am a spiteful bugger indeed, but bargirl games can be played both ways no? i had never seen the bg who now grinded her pu$$y on my leg in that bar before and she told me she was new, and that she used to be a fish monger in manila and she was only working in the bar industry two weeks. lol i laughed when she told me that. she also told me her pu$$y was swollen and sore and she could not barfine, and i threw her off my leg almost as soon the words came out her mouth. yuck! no telling wtf was going on down below with her so i paid my bill and left.

it was 2am and i was still without a girl so i walked over to mango square and went in to julianas. there was a good vibe going on and several girls were game for the taking. a group of several young girls arrived and started to dance in front of my spot along the bar. they had an older woman with them and i offered to buy them some drinks. i chatted with the older 27yr old and the other girls drank and danced. i knew the score and asked if the girls would go and she said yes. i picked the one i liked and just chilled out and drank and watched the show. 4am arrived and the sexy dance compitition started. it was loads of fun with screams and drunk girls up on stage being total wh*res all for the title of miss sexy julianas and a bottle of tequilla. well as it turned out one of there friends was the 7 week previous undefeated champion. she worked her chubby body around and of course her tits fell out of her dress and that sealed the deal, the crowd roared there approval of another week undefeated. she gave the bottle to the girls i was with and they got drunk for free. nice night! the 27yr old told me she would come to my room as well as the young one, and once again i had visions of a good threesome in my head so i agreed. i would pay the older girl 500p and the younger one 1000p, so we were off. i had to pay a joiner fee of 1500p but i did not care since i was pretty drunk and it was 5am. we went to my room and i was super paranoid they would rob me so i took alot of precautions like showered with the bathroom door open and i watched my pants and suitcase in the bathroom mirror to see if they would go for it. everything was ok and i started to play with the 27yr old as the younger one showered but her pu$$y stank to high heavens even from a distance so it turned me off. she just massaged me some and gave me a bbbj as i played with the freshly showered girl. the young one was shy so she refused to remove her towel and i thought i would end up with runners or starfish, so i payed the older one her fee and she gave me her cp# and promised me more girls if i want and kicked her out. the younger girl went to the bathroom and i took the time to hide all my valuables, mobile, wallet, watch, and i made sure to leave out her fee hiden close by. she came out of the bathroom and omg what a body on this girl. she told me she was 20 but she was younger and she had the best rack on her i have ever had in asia. firm breasts that became rock hard when licked and played with. she loved daty on her shaved kitty and when it came time to preform she matched me stride for stride. amazing sexual pse with this girl. i will repeat with her again and again and again. she refused bbbj, but i think that's only a matter of time, she dfk'ed me and sucked on my tounge with such suction. she left in the early afternoon after 3.5 rounds. yah i admit i was too drunk and too spent to finish the second round with a pop at 7am but i did not care.

Magnificent body!!!! Did her face stack up to the body, I hope so! Nice report, SA, fun to read and informative.

I have never been to Cebu, but a friend and I have been discussing going there early in 2011. The more I read this forum and others, the more I believe there are lots of opportunities for mongering at good prices in Cebu. My friend and I usually spend 2-3 months in SEA every year, most of it in Thailand, but we have become a bit jaded with the BKK scene lately (I can't believe I just wrote that!) and we are looking for a change of scenery. Although, I think we will spend some time in Patts this year as well. We are considering AC as well, but with all the raids going on there right now we are holding off on making a decision on going there until we have a better feel of what is going to happen. I realize that many of you are Cebuites or frequent visitors and really know the mongering scene there, but am I correct in assuming that a first time visitor will be able to have a pretty good time in Cebu as well? We would probably spend 2-4 weeks in Cebu, possibly taking some side trips for a few days at a time.

Guys
I am not able to contribute much at the moment since I am marooned in a complete and utter sexual desert at the moment in Kosovo. I can only dream of being back in my favourite place Cebu. I still read the board most days and like to keep up with what is happening. I just thought I would post a warning to all you mongers about Hug Monster, avoid him at all costs. He committed the cardinal sin of posting a board member's real name. If you do meet him, be extremely careful and don't say you haven't been warned!

Agreed Mortman...a cardinal sin...and personally will not meet the member as I now cannot trust he will do same to me or anyone else.

I meet many board members and at no time has anyone posted any names or information that would result in instant ID.

Only last night was having dinner with Radoboy and FSlag138 while same time BBMing with Good Enough and Dragon Slayer, plus had an email from Asian Flava and JohnJohnBob!!! We need a level of trust here on the board and posting the member's real name etc is not encouraging

Ok, I was at the Parklane for 3 nights from Tuesday, reserved through Expedia. Decided I was going to add another couple nights to it, talked to the front desk after 2 days and was assured that there was no problem and I was going to get the same rate. Came back with a date this afternoon and found my keycard wasn't working. Went down to the front (with my date waiting) and found no record of my extension. Got them to issue me a new card, that one didn't work either. Fortunately housekeeping was cleaning the room next door and eventually let me in. An hour later while in the midst of things, front rings me up and wants to jack up the room rate by 1000/night.

After I was through I packed up, checked out immediately and refused to pay the late checkout fee. Never going back there again. Pity though because the rooms were halfway decent.

He committed the cardinal sin of posting a board member's real name.Would point out that this happened and HM apparently has not yet arrived in the PI, and has not personally met anyone from here.

Personally, I sign my PMs with my board name or "J", and the email I use for naughty stuff also does not have true name associated with it. This is to help throw my ex-es off track!

Of course if I meet someone from here in the PI I will share my name and phone number, but probably not my residence address except for someone close.

After reading HM's posts, and going on the assumption that he really exists, I imagine that he probably posted the member's name inadvertently since he seems to be challenged technologically and in other ways.

Let's see what the news is, only two fresh ladies this week (dia), one gave me the best orgasam I have ever had, she was not happy till the tank was emptied. The only trouble was it came from Lapu and I stay close to Robinsons I'm a lazy git when it comes to moving around or paying endless taxi fares I want it on the doorstep with a smile So carry on the resarch. Still not had any luck in mulls (Robinsons or Ayala) has any one had a pick up out of e mull There nearly all sweeties.

Food, maybe not to everyones taste, but the eat all you can buffet close to Silver Dollar 1 is the best value I have found in cebu 169 peso. Has any one found better please tell me.

Well a large group arrived yesterday a well known pinoy basketball team and the hotel is full. Radoboy paid a tad extra I think but he was booking very late when nhe did the same and I never get the same rate from the front desk as I do via the web site so I am not surprised at all at the extra amount. In fact I would guarantee you would be hit for extra. Just book via Expedia again never ask any hotel as you will not the same rate most of the times

Moral of story IMHO......always try and book early, if you can dont decide to stay a few days extra at the last minute as you will likely get higher rates, and you can get the cheap rate if you book roughly 36 hours before from the web site. I asked once at Parklane and was told I would not get the same rate and Radoboy paid different rates for 2 consecutive nights the first time he checked in as he only booked the first night the day he arrived at Parklane

So where are you now and how long in town for? Am going to look over the Elizabeth (opens November) and maybe Golden Peaks (am told it is nice). Radisson i know will be fine as stayed in others around the world. Ultrapilot was going to check the Appletree Suites. Other condotels opening around Ayala so rate i hope will come down with all this new activity and building

Had a great time meeting Stroker Ace last night, sat around Ayala with Fslag138 and my Cebu favourite watching SA try and handle all the text messages and respond to them as fast as they were being received :)

Interesting chat and topics as there always is when international mongers of different nationalities and continents meet. We had quite a few mutual friends from the board

I'm checking into Waterfront today and staying until tuesday. My membership should be active at some point soon so I can be PMed.

What soured me on the Parklane was that they told me at the front in advance that I would have the same rate on the extension, then lost any record of it. I wouldn't have minded paying the higher rate if they told me up-front.

So far this trip my take-aways from the bars have been mostly average, with the exception of one girl from Pussycat (Yeah, I know the most expensive overrated bar on Mango and most of the girls there kinda fat but I pulled a solid 8/9, full of energy and a total minx back at the hotel. Also apparently particular who barfines her, heard she shot down at least one guy the next night.).

Going to stay tuesday night in Tacloban (my DIA girl there's cherry most likely in the offering, though I'm not sure if I want to deal with the consequences), then off to Manila and home wed morning.

I know there is not a specific thread but a few of us have asked Jackson so hopefully we will get one in the future

Despite rumours to the contrary, I do not spend all my time chasing pussy but I thought I would do a little research around the Ayala area on other hotels - I like variety as some of you know ;).

Last night with SAce and FSlag we noted the new hotels coming up including the Radisson Blu and Elizabeth and felt that eventually prices will come down as these new ones start to market heavily for business. So in between other activities I went for a walk and this is what I found. Remember, all are close to Ayala.

Golden Peak: nice place has some special deals on asiarooms.com now (2200 pesos net per night)..but I asked about wifi/Internet and they said 100 pesos per hour. So not for me as that adds significantly to my cost as I need 24/7 access in the room

Elizabeth: soft opening until Dec 15th, nice hotel, saw the triple deluxe room (ie 3 single beds in room), well apppointed, walk in showers, rate until December 15th starts at 2200 pesos per night net. Internet/wifi free as well. Impressed and certainly one to consider for me. Did state in the lobby "no short shorts" and when I asked the front desk so no ultra micro mini skirts...unless she goes straight to the room I suppose and does not hang around the lobby :). Also bans all wearing of vests for men and women! Bookings via hotel only.

Diamond Suites and Condotel: across the road from the Parklane (a further to to the right). New, opened last week, wifi throughout. Told me free in lobby but when pressed free all the time in rooms. Friendly staff. Still sorting out power etc so extremely soft opening but soon a soft opening. Rack rates 3000-4000 pesos. Nice place and rooms. Book via hotel and its web site

Now, in comparison. Parklane, I got for 2800 pesos a night with free wifi/Internet (www.hotels.com). SAce has Crown Regency for around $70 a night. Ultrapilot is in the Marriott for a higher price but in general the Marriott is much higher.

Rack rate at Radisson Blu is 7700 pesos when I called them a while back (but this is RACK) so will be less and suspect rates will be in and around the Marriott (maybe Crown Regency) especially if on the various discount hotel web sites. Has free Internet etc and given what I stayed previously with this hotel chain would be a nice place to stay. Free internet etc am informed. Near SM Mall not Ayala and my preference is Ayala

Ultrapilot was also/is going to do some research for alternate hotels and try and see the Appletree Suites hotel that was advertising at around 1000-1200 pesos a night. He was possibly trying to get a look at rooms in the Crown Regency Residences also. he saw my room at Parklane today as may move from Marriott as getting too expensive versus what he gets in return

SAce did stay at an hotel a while back (Sarasosa I think) and says it will not be repeated as was not that fantastic.

Did not visit the Golden Prince Hotel which is opposite the Elizabeth, looked at it before and was not greatly impressed. But is close to Ayala

A few more condotels are opening up in and around the Ayala Centre so lets see what next year brings. With the extra rooms in Cebu economics tend to suggest rate erosion unless Cebiu suddenly becomes increasingly popular. But at least there is more choice

If I have 8-10 days in Cebu alone then what do you suggest for a 1st timer? Maybe a small trip (with a girl?) to Bohol or some other place? Or are there nice beaches around Cebu City? Is there enough to do for that long a time? I was thinking about booking Marriott but don't know for how many nights. Maybe better to book just for a short time and then get an extension maybe when I see how and whre to spend the time.

Pekkakoo,

I've been in Cebu once, but stayed there for 2 weeks. Here some info...

Bohol is nice. I've been there for just one day. Took a fast ferry from Cebu to Tagbilaran (aprox. 1,5 to 2 hours), then took a minivan with driver and have seen the chocolate hills and the Tarsier monkeys (which aren't actually monkeys). Do some research on the internet if you want to stay longer than just one day.

Another idea could be staying in a resort on Mactan Island. This is the island where the airport is. I've stayed in "White Sands Beach Resort" with my sweety. The deluxe room is accomodating enough. Click onto the "Livin' free promo" to see if you can stay there at a cheaper price than rated on their website (depending on the season): http://www.whitesands.com.ph/

A last but splendid idea could be a trip to Malapascua Island. Stayed there for 4 days with another candy in "Malapascua Exotic Island Dive & Beach Resort". Booked a "deluxe room" in advance, but got a free upgrade to a "Super deluxe room" at arrival, because all deluxe rooms were taken. I've used their private transport (normal car) from the airport to the island and back again. Bit pricey, but relaxing and no concerns. http://www.malapascua.net/home.html

Thanks for the info Brastrav. Looks like I could easily spend around 10 days after flying to Cebu Mactan from Bangkok. I have a 2 week vacation so I am just starting to think how to allocate it. I have never been to Phils but a few times to Thailand so maybe I limit my days in Bangkok to save more days to Phils. Mactan island beach resort and Malapascua sound nice. I have some DIA and Facebook contacts who I could maybe meet. Maybe it would be best to go first to Cebu City and try to meet some girls, maybe it will easiest there? Malapascua and beach resorts might be too late. Maybe I book e.g. Marriott in Cebu City for 2-3 nights and then let's see. Is it easy to find hotels at a decent rate without a pre booking? Because plans might change depending on feelings and girls that are available. First thing is to find some company and maybe check out some wife material hopefully.

I would spend time in Cebu and then take side trips to Bohol and Malapascua as easier.

Always have back up plans for DIA girls as some will not show, some bring relatives etc so have additional plans and contacts

Hotels - best book before you arrive to get the best rates as if you book when arrive it will be more expensive. Seems that www.hotels.com is cheaper of the sites to date but this varies so check them all and watch for add on. Marriott is most expensive try others but your budget will determine it, plenty choices of all standards

Also depends on budget and see my FR below for some ideas as you may not want 24/7 Internet etc. I use Parklane as I need free Internet 24/7 and suits me as close to Ayala Centre other monngers like Mango Park, Kiwi Lodge, Beverelys (Eddies), Crown Regency, Richmond Plaza, Golden Prince...so many so research for an hour then you can compare prices and locations

2 weeks is a pretty short time, especially if you will stay a few nights in BKK.
The question you need to ask is whether what you are really looking for is (1) to meet up and try a selection of say 10 girls or (2) to find one nice girl and take her somewhere beautiful and romantic to see if you are compatible long term.

Cebu is not an attractive city IMHO. Outside the malls, big Hotels and upmarket residential areas its dirty, unattractive and polluted and the hotels are rather overpriced. There isn't a bunch of cultural things to do as in say BKK or great beaches. HOWEVER, Cebu is a great place to meet open minded Filipinas so is one of the world's best destinations for those in search of GFE, with a young attractive and sexy girl who speaks good English and isn't going to cost alot.

There are plenty of attractive and in some cases jaw droppingly beautiful places to go in the Phils. Bohol and Malapascua are both nice and easy to get to from Cebu. I love Palawan , which has regular flights to and from Cebu and Manila which if bought in advance can be very economical (2000P) but bought at the last minute more expensive (5000P) . HOWEVER its not easy to find open minded girls in most of these provincial tourist places, you certainly arent going to be able to try 10 different girls and even if you find some hot prospect on DIA you may find some bait and switch: Yes I love sex, we'll have a great time: then when you actually get there she's either busy because another guy has come along or "Yes I Will love sex AFTER we are married"

For this reason UNLESS you have some pretty reliable prospect(s) in such places it is probably safer to find a girl in Cebu /Manila and take her with you. There are many girls in the Phils who are unemployed perhaps only moderately attractive and such girls will probably jump at the chance to come with you to a nice place at a day's notice. If you are more interested in a girl with a job or who is really going to college or who is very attractive (and thus probably has many guys courting her), she may well not be able to go at a day or twos notice as she needs to plan her life more carefully.

Summary

If you are looking for (1) plan on spending most or all of your time in Cebu and if you are lucky to find a great girl early in the trip then go to Bohol/Malapascua with her

If you are looking for (2) identify 1 or 2 really promising prospects on line, and discuss wit them the prospects of going to Malapascua/Palawan/Bohol etc if you get on well. That would be your Plan A then if things dont work out and she is disappointing etc just continue in cebu and meet a bunch of other girls.

As for hotels. IMHO Marriott is overpriced and not so flexible. If you can get Waterfront for say $70-80 thats a nice option, but you would need to book ahead. Otherwise the mid range hotels at 1800-2500P are perfectly OK and you dont really need to book ahead.

Last full day here in Cebu for me.

Had another great night yesterday with the 9 from Pussycats. Top drink earner in that bar and would probably be the top earner overall if she barfined more often.

Finally linked up with WR and another board member whose handle I didn't catch this morning. Shot the bull for a while, but Roger had some stuff to attend to and I hung around until 10 when the other board member had a date coming. Invited me to come along as his "cousin". Went along and said Hello, to her. The name was familiar, too familiar. Went to my phone, sent a text, asked her to check her phone and there it was. DIA girl that I had talked with and was going to ring up later on. We all laughed a bit about that one. Excused myself and had to leave to get some pasalubong shopping done.

Trying to juggle 3 dates today, the above girl coming up to my room now, another DIA girl (probably not a sure-thing) late this afternoon and a referral from WR's little black book tonight. Texting on 2 phones (all of the above plus my Leyte cutie for tomorrow night) and trying to type this before getting ready.

They do already mate.

Much safer than buying off the street ( for me anyway)Hi RK,

This is new info. Can buy at the normal over the counter places in Mecury? So why all the fuss then for a scrip for the real thing I wonder?

I hope the Diplomat is not a dump. That is where I will be staying.

Stayed at the Diplomat 2 nights this last February and it was a dump, though I might have been in one of the older rooms. I transferred to the Parklane and was satisfied for the duration of my first - only - trip to Cebu.

Visited Ultra at the Marriott and I think rates were a good bit higher, though it was a pretty swank place.

Please post how your accommodations are at the Diplomat, as perhaps with any renovation or different wing etc, you might get a good value.

Pekkakoo,

You're welcome. We are members on this forum to help each other... simple. If you want to go to Cebu first, it depends were you are coming from (your home country). I don't want to know where you're coming from, but mostly because of the long flights, I prefer visiting the location which is most far from my country, secondly the location closer to home to finally fly back home again having the shortest flight. That's my choice, but it's up to you of course if it suits you or not.

I don't know if there are direct flights between Bangkok and Cebu. Personally I don't think so. If you're flying Philippine Airlines, you have to pass by Manila before arriving at Cebu. If you're flying Cebu Pacific Air, idem dito. In case you're flying one of those, check out their websites first for their flight times. I seem to remember that Cebu Pacific Air only has flights during the night.
You can also fly with Air Asia from Bangkok to Manila, but with a stopover and probably one night in Kuala Lumpur, as I've seen on their website.

I don't know if it's easy to find hotels in Cebu without prebooking. When I've stayed there, I've made all reservations beforehand, including the resorts. Maybe other members on this forum can give an answer on this question!

When I've decided to go to Cebu, I've had arranged my candies (girls) already, meaning that I've made clear appointments with them when and where to meet.
Though, it happened that I've picked up an – in my eyes and for my feelings – ever sweet cutie at Robinson's Mall and kept her with me for 4 days. With this candy, I only visited Bohol. I didn't stay with her in the beach resorts on Mactan Island and Malapascua Island, but when she stayed with me I've wished many times I could've done it. Sometimes things are great and wonderfull, but sometimes you can't change the things as you want them to be. That's the choice you have to make: make appointments with the girls you want to meet and fuck and/or don't arrange anything and see what will happen.

Success...

Thanks for the info once again guys. Looks like I still have many questions I need to answer and make some decisions myself. I am coming from Finland and flights are a little complicated here from Northern Europe. I could take a direct flight to Manila and then continue to Cebu but it is sometimes expensive. One option is a direct flight to Bangkok and then through Manila to Cebu but BKK-Cebu also not very cheap and flight schedules are a bit complicated e.g. planes arrive 6 am to Cebu. I thought it would be a good idea to stay 2 nights in BKK, the city I know very well, just to get accustomed to the time zone and visit those nice gogos there. But I have only a 2 week vacation and I don't wanna lose too many days there as I am looking to meet girls primarily in Phils. One reason I had thought about 1 week would be enough for Cebu is that like said hotels are kind of overpriced there, dont wanna pay for 2 weeks im Marriott but as also said there are some cheaper options. The best that could happen would be to meet a nice girl at the beginning and then think of other options as trips to other islands with her. Thats why I dont want to pre book a hotel for 2 weeks because I have also heard that Cebu city is not that nice, but it is ideal to arrange meetings at malls and maybe also look around and for 1-2 nights visit girlie bars there. But I dont still wanna lose the time with professional bar girls as I am really looking for gf and wife material.

Now I just have to make up my mind as what to book because November is approaching fast. Maybe I forget Marriott and look for other options. What hotels do you suggest when I prefer location, e.g. close to malls, maybe some gogos but needs to be safe as I will be carrying some cash and a laptop. Also neighbourhood should be safe (if there is any in cebu) as I have read that Phils is a lot poorer country than Thailand and beggars can be aggressive and it could be easy to get robbed too.

I didn't really post a FR of the earlier stuff, probably will do one big one after I get back and can compose my thoughts.

Early afternoon Miss F (who is one of GregLondon's girls according to WR, but I met her on DIA) came up to my room. Not the greatest looker, a bit of body hair. Fun time, she gives a really good GFE, lots of kissing. Last (or in retrospect maybe next-to-last) day of her mens so I had the hotel-room murder scene to deal with after. Had to cut things a little short with her to make my next appointment though.

Miss C, a 20yo student DIA girl. Had some doubts about her and they turned out to not be unfounded. Painfully shy, cute smile but a bit more acne than her profile picture. Came directly from her classes still in uniform. Didn't click with her at all so after some dinner gave her some taxi fare and sent her home.

Last for the night was supposed to be Miss S, a contact from WR. She was supposed to drop by my hotel around 8 but totally flaked, unanswered texts, phone ring-no-answer. Around 10 I gave up and decided to go say good bye to a few of the girls on the Mango bars. Red Lips, Pappilon, Dimples later, I ended up at my usual haunt Pussycat. Miss H was on stage and came down to sit with me immediately. Had some fun talking, her on my lap the whole time. Had some cialis before I started the afternoon and figured I could manage some more before I left and paid her barfine again. Back to Waterfront at about 12:30 or 1, walked her straight across the lobby without security batting an eyelash though they were hassling the australian guy that looked like a beach bum that came in with a girl at the same time to register her. Guess this is one of those times where paying attention to how you dress and behave pays off. A couple pops with Miss H (she can really wear me out) and I really had to crash and no room-safe in my room so sent her off home.

Update since I started typing, Miss S texted really apologetic and is coming over in an hour or so to make it up to me.

It was not a dump. Its in Fuente, a seedier part of town (Robinson's nearby). It is a 3-minute walk to Robinson's for me. The lobby is nice. The restraunt is nothing to brag about, just some tables and simple menu. The breakfast was p150, and not much to write about, toast, slim piece of ham, juice. Another gent posted two links previously with his videos of his room (it was exactly like mine). Double bed, plenty of room, TV, fridge, in-room safe, wooden floor, good-sized bathroom. The walk up/down F Ramos street after the sun sets looks scary, but I walked it day/night (even late), no problems. Ramos is dirty, but vibrant: internet cafes, restraunts (try Abuhan's), a hospital and two colleges, and a gogo bar (next to Abuhan's).

To give others a flavor of what Diplomat is like: the rooms are just like a Motel-6 in the States (a touch larger with a safe). In the States, Motel-6 is on the bottom end. But in asia, its middle-of-the-road. Diplomat is certainly not the Crown Regency, but its nicer than a pension. BTW, I never stay at a hotel where the rooms don't have an in-room safe (period). If the Crown Regency Fuente had rooms without a safe going for $10 tonight, I wouldn't stay there. Too many gents I've spoken to are hiding their stuff in the room while the girl is in the shower. For the p1380 ($28) net that I paid per night, I thought it was a steal. There are much nicer digs in Cebu, but you pay more.

Guess this is one of those times where paying attention to how you dress and behave pays off. A couple pops with Miss H (she can really wear me out) and I really had to crash and no room-safe in my room so sent her off home.

Update since I started typing, Miss S texted really apologetic and is coming over in an hour or so to make it up to me.I think we all know and hate the feeling of being sooo tired that we think we cant go on, but then the appeal of a new girl seems to create a new source of energy and off we go.

Pekkakoo,

If you don't need a big luxury room and if you're happy with just a basic but clean, neat room and stay there for sleeping and playing only, I would suggest Apple Tree Suites.
When I've stayed there last year, I've payed 1,398 PhP for a "deluxe room" with a double bed (queen size) and a single bed (for my lugage). Unfortunately, there's no safe inside the room. Also no refrigerator, put if you pay a little amount they will put it inside the room for you. The rooms are small, but as I've mentioned before clean and neat, also the bathroom and there's a tv and aircon inside the room.
Breakfast is not included in the price, but this hotel has a roof top terrace where you can eat a breakfast for 200 to 400 PhP, depending if you're taking your breakfast alone or with your candy.
Reservation can be done just by e-mail. If you book a room in this hotel, just print the answer (reservation) that you will receive from this hotel. Of course Apple Tree Suites is girlfriendly and if I remember well there's free wi-fi.

Apple Tree Suites is located in a side street of Mango Avenue en Osmeña Boulevard. It's close to Robinson's Mall, just 5 minutes walking and some bars are located on the road behind Robinson's Mall
This hotel is also fairly new. It dates from May 2006. Although it's located in a side street, you might think it's not so safe to walk there when it's dark already. I never felt unsafe there and what's more, it's away from the busy main road which makes it more quiet at night.
A tip! Don't take Sampaguita Suites. The rooms are clean but dated and can be noisy to very noisy from passing traffic, especially the rooms located at the front side of this hotel.

Just returned from a 7 week trip to Cebu City. Thanks to all of you old hands who have provided so much information. I had never been to the phils before, but your info made all my activities nice and easy. I really had a blast and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart, to the bottom of my scrotum :D

I wont go into to many detail already posted, but here are some of my thoughts and experiences.

I will say to any other newbies, just take the time to read thru the posts going back some time and you will know everything you need to know. Hotels, transport, where and how to get the girls, how much to pay, how to comport yourself. Its all there.

Don't bother asking obvious quesitons, the info is all on this board, if you take the time to read it. If you do, you will pick up info you didnt even know you needed.

I mainly used DIA as my source for girls and since i had so much time in Cebu, it was a very effective tool for me. The girls can and do flake out, so you always have the Go Go's, Casas, and Jonquera as back up. After you have been there a while, you will develop a very nice stable of girls. The malls are there, but are hightly hit or miss. But when you score one there, its can be quite nice.

I now have one serious gf, and 2 not so serious gf's. 2 are very hot 18 year olds, and one is a very hot 19 year old. My serious gf was a virgin before i came there, and quickly became the best fuck i have ever had. She is a dynamo is the sack. And the other 2 are very good as well. What do they put in the water there? I am going back at the end of the year for a 10 week stay, so its nice to have 3 hotties lined up that i can fuck whenever i want.

The Jonquera action worked just as previously reported. When u drive up in the taxi, the pimp guys will swarm you. be prepared for that. I picked up 2 girls form Jonqeura (not at same time). One was a great fuck, she had amazing pussy muscles and squeezed my dick like its never beens squeezed before. I've had that from Thai girls, but not Filipinas, so i wasnt expecting it. It made for a great orgasm. The other was a starfish. I just fucked her and left her. Both girls I took to Queensland short-time motel. I wont take a Jonquera girl back to my room, even with a room-safe.

Just one caution to add. I am always very careful with my cash and dont flash large wads. I had my main wad hidden, and had put a 500, 200, and several 100 piso notes in my front pocket to pay with. After i had selected my girl and I got the guy down to the PHP 500 figure i took out my small money, and faster than a cobra strike, the pimp reached over (he had got into the front seat of the taxi) and snatched the 500 and 200 Piso notes from my hand.

Shit! This asshole was fast!

Obviously, i should have had the 500P note seperate from the rest. I was careful, but not careful enouph. With a crowd of pimps around the car, i wast going to fight to get the 200p note back. Just be warned these charactors are capable of such a stunt and be prepared if you want to brave the Jonquerra. There are better venues for girls, but it was an interesting experience and very cheap.

I will post some of my other experienes at a later time. The real world intrudes, and i must pay attention to it. Thanks again to you all.

Great info Riverman. I will be there in 7 weeks for about two weeks. I wish I was at the point to be there 10 weeks.

I was wondering how the onsite DIA searching would play out. I am doing it now to have stuff to see when there. I am wondering how you dealt with maybe one of the girlfriends in the room when you were out meeting new DIA contacts. I like to sleep with the girlfriend types and get the morning sex.

Next did you bring up 3 somes with any of the girlfriends? If so how did that work out? Do girlfriends 1, 2, & 3 know about each other? I am trying to figure out how to play all that type of situations. Thanks for the great info to date.

I was wondering if anybody has advice on low or no-fee ATMs in Cebu (for pulling funds via "Visa" debit cards) from overseas banks?

I visited a "BDO" ATM, and they were charging 200 pesos as a fee. (And although the sign on the ATM said it had a maximum limit of 5000 pesos, I actually got 10,000 in one transaction.)

I'm hoping there is some kind of setup here for no-fee withdrawals (as in Thailand where the Aeon ATM's charge no fee. All the other ATMs in Thailand charge 150 baht per withdrawal.)

Yesterday I had my very first "contribution" to the city of Cebu CITCOM enforcers. I was in Colon with a girl and I was outside Metro Gaisano and I went to get in a taxi and some old woman with 380bags stepped infront of me and took the taxi, which happens so no big deal. I looked across the street and saw another taxi stop and the passenger was paying so I took my girl by the hand and hurried across the street. Only problem I was crossing against the green light and just up the street on the corner were 4 CITCOM traffic enforcers and one yelled at me and waved me over. Uggg, BUSTED!

The enforcer started to explain the infraction and I knew I was in the wrong as 300 locals watched my imported ass get the full and very public talk and I decided to play the dumb tourist. That did not work and he informed me the fine was 50P per person for a total of 100P. I talked to him and he seemed like a nice guy and I was relieved the fine was not much higher. Alot of the time they try to extort larger sums to help subsidize the small wages they get. I asked the enforcer to just kindly write his badge number on the ticket and he looked at me. He did so and then he decided to reduce the fine from 100P to 50P to "help me out". I payed the 50P and he presented me with what he called "a souvenir from your trip to the city of Cebu". 50P is just over one dollar so not alot of money but it was a valuable lesson.

I was in Colon to buy a bikini for the girl and we walked around some and shopped. Great prices in Colon. I must have bought 5 or 6 bikinis from there in the past 3 weeks and the most expensive one was a very sexy white bikini at 650P from Gaisano Metro which was the bikini my current girl picked and the cheapest one was only a simple cloth two-piece from Happy Mart which was 139P!

Also very fertile hunting ground for the 18-24yr old shop girls around Colon. Not alot of imported guys go to that part of the city and you will be red meat to the lions for some of those girls. Lots of looks and smiles and hellos. Just stay street smart, wallet and mobile in front pockets, no jewelry and do not flash cash as this area is rife with pickpockets and snatchers. Make sure the girl has her purse and mobile well secured as well but she should know that already.

Met with Wicked Roger and later with FSlag at Ayala on Saturday night and had a good time talking shop. Sorry I had to juggle a few txt messages to take care of the girls. Look forward to catching up again soon, just PM me when you return.

Stroker is quite correct that Colon has bargain shops. But he's also right that there is a VERY significant chance that you will get robbed (let's say 10%). For a well healed local eg a girl with a nice phone, the chance maybe 1% but a foreigner must imagine himself as wandering amongst a group of very poor people with a BIG $$$ sign floating over your head.

A friend of mine stayed in a hotel in the area and thought it was cool to get a room for 500P, then it didn't seem so cool/good deal when he had his wallet , all his credit cards and passport stolen.

Front pocket, no jewelry , little cash should be OK for the busy streets in the day time, in smaller streets and at night time you would still be vulnerable to knife stick ups.

I booked a week at the Appletree suites last yr,but could only take one night there. As you stated the rooms are small and lack a fridge and safe and also no large closet but some kind of cabinet. To small for my wardrobe!! Also im 6ft6 240lbs and that makes the room all the smaller. I beat it back to Diplomat Hotel for the remainder of my stay in Cebu City.

Well, now in Manila, a couple hours to my flight back to Japan. Its been a blast in Leyte/Cebu. This trip at least I managed to bring enough condoms to last the whole time (high-quality super-thin japanese plastic ones). I need to bring more chocolates next time though, the fancy japanese ones worked really well, just wished there were more of them.

Final tally, 12 nights, 13 girls (some more than 1 day, about half/half between DIA and bars, and bar girls were only once except for Miss H).

Final update on the Leyte girl. V-card was not cashed in but despite that went from zero experience (never even properly been kissed) to oral+greek in a week. And has promised it to me as soon as I returned.

You probably want to bash me a couple times for this girl. I'm breaking all the ground rules with her. Let her fall in love even before landing, and worse, I can't break it off with her.

I expect I will be back in Visayas a lot sooner than the amount of time between my last two Philippines trips. Manila is dead to me now.

Now BDO is 200P fixed foreign withdrawal fee so is the most expensive. Obviously as teh fee is fixed it makes sense to take the max out each time and use other banks for a slightly lower fee

if you are using a "foreign"credit cad there is a service of 150 to 200 pesos per hit, Metro bank only charges P150, BDo more.

even if you open a bank account and get a local bank atm card you are gonna get charged, I get an 11 p[eso hit everytime I use a non BDo bank atm.

I would look into transfering money via xoom, it is only 4.99 US, that is almost as much as 200 pesos for up to $3000 USD and they will deliver direct from your account to any outlet and even Gaisano mall, there is a whole list of places where you can claim the money. I've been doing this the last year and saved a lot on international wire transfers.

Good to meet you M and glad the condoms lasted...always a worry if you run out and need to buy the local brands. Chococlates a must and earn you brownie points IMHO. I always stock up on the way home in the Duty Free area so plenty ready for the next time. Given the price of decdent chocolate here it is not surprising that the girls we see really want some

Just some basic hotel info for Sogo hunters

Was driving around today in a taxi and saw a large billboard proclaining that the Queensland Mansions has 3 hour rooms for 360 pesos and 5 hour rooms for 460 pesos.

Interesting for those who need to use a different place and not want to book the Sogo hotel. Not sure of quality but a mate did use it last year exactly for this purpose (as family in town) and he was fine....but his focus was on the cutie riding his todger for 2-3 hours :D

Great point and nice post. Sounds like you had a nice setup. One thing I learned quickly is to always pay for food with large bills. And other odds an end stuff throughout the day like bottled water etc. So for when i was in a girly bar or taxi. I always had lots of broken down money.. 20's 50's and 100's.. Just a thought for someone who might visit a first time.

Just one caution to add. I am always very careful with my cash and dont flash large wads. I had my main wad hidden, and had put a 500, 200, and several 100 piso notes in my front pocket to pay with. .........................You cannot generalize about bank costs here as they have variable structures.

For example: I use HSBC (Philippines) for ALL my local transactions and I have NO charges at all on ANY transactions in any ATMs all over the Philippines and internationally too.

They gave me this option in return for me depositing my whole salary into one of my 3 accounts (PHP,AUD and USD)

So just ask a whole lot of questions about these charges with the other local banks. Some ATMs are "free" for some cards; others hit you with a fee.

Good idea to me, especially if you don't want the hassle or worries of opening a new account overseas for a first-time visitor.

My local bank card works just fine in PI but they charge $2 per transaction under $300 and more over that. The Walmart Green dot card charges 2% of the total transaction in PI. To me, splitting it up and putting some money on the green dot card is the better idea. What's the difference between 100 Pesos and 102 Pesos when charging with it?

HSBC also free worldwide including using HK HSBC ATM in Phils including indonesia where there is a general ATM transaction charge.

Sadly the one place where we need no ATM transaction fees is Thailand. All machines will get you but after 10 beers with a pretty little girl on your arm you don't complain. Its only when you see your statement and say " wow, I used the ATM a lot. " LOL

Hi guys,

I'm planning a first time trip to Cebu and would like to know where are the best Ideal action packed areas to stay at? Is there someplace close to the beach and action also? Ie. Gogo bars etc. Similar to what there is in Phuket Thailand? I'm just craving for info, as I've never been to Philippines before, so please if somebody can advise of hotels, where the action is located at?, and the do's and don't of Cebu, what to do and see?

Thanks guys

Apple Tree Suites is located in a side street of Mango Avenue en Osmeña Boulevard. It's close to Robinson's Mall, just 5 minutes walking and some bars are located on the road behind Robinson's Mall.

Thanks guysThere's no single place to stay that's going to cover all the bases for you. It all boils down to what you want to concentrate on.

A good place to start RTFF would be WR's list of hotels around Ayala a page or two down in this thread. Any Ayala-area hotel will be about a P40 taxi ride to either the west or terrace entrance of Ayala mall or about P50-60 to the gogo bar area.

As far as gogos in Cebu, best to check out the ones on Mango Avenue (Maxilon Ave) But, this is located in Cebu City which is away from the beach. If you want to stay at a beach, then the gogo bars will be far from you. There is a couple of gogos on Mactan Island but, I suggest visiting the ones I mentioned earlier which is the gogos on Mango Avenue Mactan Island is more the resort and beaches. As you land in Mactan, the airport will be located in Mactan island. Then from there, you will have to cross over a bridge to go into Cebu City.

What would be your daily budget rate on a hotel?

Cebu is not Pattaya or Phuket.

Its a big dirty city with some rather second rate beaches out by the airport in Mactan. A taxi from there to action in the city will cost 150-200P but may take an hour depending on the traffic.

The bar girl scene is rather overpriced and underwhelming compared with Thailand or Angeles. Tghe main attraction of Cebu is the freelancer/semi pro/GFE experience scene which is excellent. If you want to combine girls with beach the best bet may be to find one or two in Cebu and then take her to one of the better beach destinations such as Bohol, Malapasca/Bantayan, Boracay or Palawan, but if you are primarily looking fro sexual variety then you may have to stay in the big cities or Angeles.

I was in Colon to buy a bikini for the girl and we walked around some and shopped. Great prices in Colon. Who's the genius that came up with the name for this place? Must be next to Rectumville, and just across from Snatchburg.

Thanks guys for all your advise, From what I can understand, I am better off travelling to Puerto Galera, Instead of Cebu, as I've heard there you've got the beach, half a dozen gogo bars, and everything is close by. So I may consider going there instead of Cebu.

Why dont you just READ THE FORUM on wherever you want to go.
All the information is there.
You are embarrassing me as a fellow Aussie.
It really annoys most of us guys to see these silly naive questions from someone who seems to be too lazy to see the information that is already here. If you really are "craving for information" as you say then you will read every thread here way back to 2009 instead of asking dumb-ass questions.

RK,

Totally agree with you. These general blanket questions are just a huge waste or time and the poster should RTFF then come back and ask about specific questions if there is still some concern and everyone will be happy to help.

My 21day tourist visa was due to expire on the 30th and since I was too lazy and too busy with girls to go down to the Immigration office for my 38day extention stamp, I dropped by Ultimate Visa on Mango and payed them to do all the running for me. That was on Monday, and I was promised my passport would be stamped and returned to me within 24hrs. It is now Friday morning and still no passport. It is SUPPOSED to be at the office and ready to pickup today (Friday Oct1st) but I have been given the run-around before by them.

I know they process alot of International Visa and OFW papers for the locals but for any dealing with foreign clients I would strongly advise anyone thinking of doing business with them to find someone else. I just hope they have not lost my passport!!!

First, Cebu is not as bad as all that, it is not Pattaya or Phuket just as Manila and Angeles is not Bangkok and the Patpong. But you can have fun.

Puerto Galera on the other hand is a bit out of the way, no where near as action oriented as Cebu, PG is where you take your special girl for some quiet beach/hotel room time. You might get lucky and score a local girl or find something in one of the bars but better chance, better volume and better variety in Cebu plus the amenities in PG kinda sucks, hard to find an ATM, very little western food.

Cebu has some beaches out on mactan but you usally have to stay at the overpriced hotels, Cebu also has the advantage of being a few hours either direction of Malpasqua/Dan Bantayan (north) and Moalboal (south) they have some great beaches and if you get bored you hop a bus back to Cebu.

Bets bet is to find some local cuties to be your tour guide to either of those places. Real easy to do.

It's comments like "so please if somebody can advise of hotels, where the action is located at?, and the do's and don't of Cebu, what to do and see?" that gets us pissed off.

You are asking for such a wide long-ranging response with no specifics.
For example, hotels in Cebu, as anywhere, range from $15 - $300 per night. Just answering your question on hotels would be like downloading the full Agoda site. What exactly is your price range etc?

Read the forums, and then if you want advice about, (say) Marriott or a cheap hotel in Colon by name then we will be happy to answer it.

"Do's and Don'ts in Cebu????" - how long is a piece of string?
If I asked you what are the "Do's and Don'ts in Sydney????" what exactly would you answer me? Are u talking about taxis, food, girls, ATMs, the basketball court, discos? Who knows?

Do some homework first DodoAus - guys will be more than happy to help you when we know you are not just being lazy.

Was in Cebu for 12 days a couple weeks ago and did the same as always, got drunk, hit the gogo's, worked a list of FH and DIA girls, and went back to work tired...

A couple observations:
Went to the Silver Dollar 2 bar on escario street on a Thursday night and it was completely dead. 3 girls on stage and 2 or 3 roaming around. They were good fun and bought everyone 2 drinks, took advantage while its cheap. The owner didn't recognize me and he looked lost. After that figured I would see how the Silver Bar was doing. It was in full swing and looked like evrything was fixed and operating good. Until the power went out and we drank by candlelight for almost 30 minutes. I didn't give a shit as it gave me a chance to put a couple figers somewhere nice. Any longer and a jimmy it would of been like the old days. Took her with and 1 pop and took a nap. She woke me up and I thought cool, another pop, but she wanted to leave at 100am. I told her I said LT and we bantered a bit and she said she would stay, but lost interest and sent her with the negotiated taxi fare. So then went to LS and got drunk and enjoyed another.

One night hit Blue Angels and was completely dead, only me and my girl. So threw some balls and had a few drinks and left. Doesn't appear that it's doing so well there. I hope it stays open as Its a stumble away to my hotel.

Many dates and most were pretty good suprising that I didn't put anytime in advance on any of them. I chatted with a new one for about 30 minutes and asked if she wanted to go out for lunch and she picked me up at my hotel 30 minutes later, that quick. This girl couldnt of weighed 90 pounds and very petite. Incrediable legs and nice ass suprising enough. She had just broke up with her bf from California. I heard this same story from another girl about the same guy from California, haha. Had a couple girls looking for relationships that I didnt waste time with. I opted to hit the semi-pro's this days off rather than the pro's and had an excellent time. I was into training this time. Maybe one day I will figure out how to use a camera and get some of those good WR pics, lol.

Picked up one at ayala out of the many that tried and she was a good one. Would definitely repeat. Just walking by Friday's and she smiled and I said hello, do you want a drink? That easy. 2 pops and a hell of a good BBBJ.

I know a girl looking for some boat money to get to Leyte to visit her daughter. Non-pro and would suprise you that she isnt. 22 y/o, small and cute.. PM me...

Be back in a week for some more fun on days off if anyone is around for a beer. Peace out!

Hey Spam Hog. I'm not disputing you at all, but have you been to PG recently? I have a couple friends in AC that have been going down there every other weekend recently. They say it is great and the bars are in full swing with the girls getting pretty crazy. Also sounds like some regular girls showing up as well to find some action.. It is striking my interest for a trip and visit a buddy who lives in Mindoro. Must be ok if a group of guys are traveling all the way down there from AC... Any comments from anyone been there recently?

When Iw as there it was big news in the press, all have been 'banned'. My Cebu favourite said this mean the signs will be taken down advertising lingam massage but does that mean it will stop...;)

IMHO just another publicity stunt by the politicians or maybe a way to extract more donations to their favourite charities

Seriously, most of us are happy to help IF you post a specific question about a particular request. Happy to help with a PM too.

We will even refer you to a specific post if we know where the info is located.

My frustration was expressed to you in answer to a general question like "please tell me about hotels in Cebu" when I know that I have been reading about many different hotels described by various posters within the last week.

Believe me AusDodo (and any other new posters), virtually all your questions about Cebu in all categories can be answered by trawling through the past 10 days Cebu posts.

We also look forward to your reports - they are never redundant.

It's important to remember that the entire country is always about "form" and never, but never about any substance. There are no laws that are enforced with any regularity, and most of the so-called "mandates" are unfunded and unenforced, so don't believe the crap you read from the government. Most of it is generated to placate this or that donor agency so that the money flow continues. Or it's generated by politicians who want to increase the flow of bribe-generated revenues to their own pockets.

Just yanking your chain. I'm planning on including a few days in Cebu onto the end of my trip to Davao.

Wicked Roger had a great report on hotels. Based on that, I'd like to give the Elizabeth a try:

Elizabeth: soft opening until Dec 15th, nice hotel, saw the triple deluxe room (ie 3 single beds in room), well appointed, walk in showers, rate until December 15th starts at 2200 pesos per night net.
The Hotel Elizabeth website [http://www.hotelelizabeth.com.ph/] still only lists the Baguio City location.

Google maps has the Cebu location but no additional info. A half dozen pages later and I still couldn't find a web site or phone number.

If anyone has the digits or secret URL that lands me a reservation, I'd be more than happy to post a review. I wasn't planning on bringing a vest so I won't be able to confirm that part. Guess I'll leave my short shorts at home, too.

I'll be there at the end of Oct.

I do have the number but cant find it, when I do I will post....maybe call the Baguio one and they can provide?

Remember is a soft opening so when I went to visit the hotel (I was staying in the Parklane) I used the service elevator as the hotel was doing something to the main ones but I was assured this was only for that day. Rooms were nice and I just need a good bed and shower (big enough for 2 or 3 ;))

Just returned from a 7 week trip to Cebu City. Where did you stay? I am interested in coming back to Cebu for a longer term stay and I will be looking for apartments / long term accommodations. Hotels not cost effect for long stays. Although, I like the Marriott Hotel my last stay but it is way pricey for a months stay and don't know that I can repeat the walk of shame everyday ;)

I'm not in Cebu yet, but because there were not too many infos on hotels, I'll post what they told me when I mailed them.

I only inquired budget hotels below 1500 PHP a night.
If you bring ladies always book the room for 2 persons.
All the hotels are close to Robinsons and the big roundabout.

Palazzo Pensionne:
This is a strange one. Even if you book a room for 2 persons they still insist on charging you 200 PHP if you bring a lady in. The deluxe room for 2 persons is 1245 PHP a night. WiFiInternet is for free, breakfast is included. On hostelworld there were only positive comments. So if you don't mind about the 200 PHP it's a good choice.

Fuente Pension:
If you book a twin room for 1095 PHP you can take a lady with you without extra charge. WiFiInternet is for free and there are only positive comments about the hotel if you google it.
- My choice for October 6 to 13

Metro Park:
No problem to bring ladies in. Standard room for 2 persons is 1100 PHP a night. But the internet is not free. Comments when you google it mostly positive.

Diplomat Hotel:
No problem to bring ladies with you. The superior room is 1360 PHP a night, on hotels.com you can book it cheaper. The internet is not for free and if you google it, some comments are positive some very negative.

Cheers, Frimu

Frimu - Be wary about basing your decisions on what you see from website photographs. Many times I have walked in to a hotel lobby and thought "this doesn't look anywhere near as good as it did on the internet". The same goes for what they will tell you too in their selling spiel.

Ask specific questions here on ISG about places if you need advice about whether hotels are good or not, remembering that we all have very different tastes.

I have stayed in many different Cebu hotels over the years. I would NOT ever stay in a room any more that is < 1500 php per night .

My main criticism is that the cheaper the room, the cheaper the quality bed you will get.
Most low-cost hotels have those awful single-thickness spring bases that make a helluva noise when you roll over, let alone the noise if you have some companion(s) wanting to jump around on it with you.
The bigger and better hotels have the double-base beds and they are much better value.

"don't know that I can repeat the walk of shame everyday"

That's putting it mildly. I understand the need for security, but it has become somewhat uncomfortable to stay at the Marriott. The walk of shame is unsurpassed. Plus someone here ratted me out and I got the "my reliable source tells me you were with someone last night". Not fishing..knew for a fact.

Not fishing..knew for a fact.It is a pity to pay those kind of room rates and not have complete privacy. Privacy and security are my number one criteria when staying at a hotel. Most likely it was a security guard and that's why I always tip the security personal at least once during my stay! When I'm in monger mode, I always keep moving around to different properties as it always keeps them guessing!

What walk of shame...you have no shame :D Enjoy it, see the jealous eyes on you and have fun...I do :)

Security is normally discrete maybe she was stalking the hotel, had that happen to me before.

A bigger "walk of shame" is either going to breakfast with your lady and she is dressed for school in her uniform..that gets me a few looks (:)) or do what one guest did at the Parklane not long ago and bring his LB overnighter to breakfast .....you will never find me doing that one, despite my 'normal' tastes

Have to disagree with you as your statement is way too general. Can think of a least a half dozen properties off the top of my head that have good quality beds for around 1500 php, some with box spring mattress!

The cheapo rooms (under 1000 php) usually come with thin open cell foam mattress that don't provide much support.

Unlike Manila, Cebu has many good value hotels and pensions that usually include free WiFi, refrigerator, free local calls and free breakfasts all for around 1500 php!

Aus Dodo,

I've added some links of Cebu maps. The first link is the general Cebu map (cebu_top), the second link is the Cebu downtown map (cebu_a).
Close to the Osmeña Circle on the downtown map, look for Fuente Pension. Apple Tree Suites is across Fuenta Pension. The hotels on this map are blue colored, the bars pink.
I've visited Cebu only once, but in my opinion the location of Apple Tree Suites is close enough to the barscene. The most far located bar on General Maxilom Avenue is approximately 500 meters away. For me the hotel is close enough to the bar scene, as I don't mind walking. If you don't like, just take a jeepney.

Hello, Brastrav,

Are there many gogo bars, and easy access to picking up ladies near this hotel? Any info would be great in that regard. Thanks

hi,

this is a continuation of my diary, written in march/april this year when i was in philippines. the first parts of it can be found in the manila and angeles sections of this website.

day 9: cebu

i had an early start next day. i picked up my laundry from the hotel (very steep price) and then swiftly packed. i left sabang at 9am and arrived at the airport in manila early afternoon, via a combination of jeepney, trike, ferry, bus and taxi.

the flight to cebu took just one hour. at the airport in mactan i jumped in to a taxi and told the driver "eddies hotel", chosen from this site because it is in the heart of the bar action. the hotel is now called beverley boutique and although it is aiming to be more upmarket, it is still girl-friendly. my room had air-con, cable tv and cost 1400 pesos per night which included a continental breakfast and a flirtatious 40 year old receptionist.

although it had been a long day of travel, i felt surprisingly full of energy. maybe it was the thought of all of those sweet cebu girls i have read about in thommo's epic diaries?

my first chore was to get some money out at a nearby cash-point. like all atm’s i encountered in the philippines, the maximum withdrawal was 10,000 pesos. i had dinner at a small steakhouse and then headed back to my hotel to get ready for the night ahead.

as i walked back, i was approached by two freelancers along gen maxilom avenue, opposite mango square. one of them was very obviously a ladyboy but the other was a pretty young girl, with a teasing low-cut top showing off a nice pair of tits. although street-walkers represent more of a security risk than other (traceable) girls, i like the sleaziness of picking them up, the speed of the procurement process and the bargain-basement prices. get lucky and there are gems to be found. one of the most memorable bangkok babes i have ever been with was picked up from a street corner in nana. on this occasion though, i decided to decline her advances. given the fact that i had only just declared myself fit after my recent injury, i thought i would be pushing my luck taking more than one girl on my first night in cebu.

my plan for the night was to explore the gogo bars on gen maxilom avenue. so far i had visited gogos in manila (commercial and expensive), angeles (plentiful and exciting) and sabang (small but surprisingly good). i was eager to see how cebu's gogos would compare. i threw on some smart clothes and walked the short distance past iglesia ni cristo church, to the t-junction at the top of the road. opposite the junction are six gogo bars. from left to right is viking, bg's bar, viking next door, erik the red, hot rod and sisters, while on the other of the road is papillon, love city, dimples and pussycat. ten bars to visit in three nights - the things i do in the name of research... :)

i decided to go to erik the red first. it had a sophisticated feel with lots of red sofas and the music was at a volume where you could actually hear yourself think. on the down side, it was 8.30pm when i arrived and i was the only customer. that's not necessarily a problem when visiting gogo bars (choice of girls etc) but it felt like the place was waiting to get started. there were only two girls dancing and most were sat on the couches, chatting to each other. a pretty girl joined me with a nice smile, nice body and nice personality (appropriately, her name was nice). when it was her turn to dance she let her hair down and had masses of long curly hair and was a sexy mover.

two korean men walked in and, completely ignoring how gogo bars normally work, asked the mamasan to line all of the girls up in front of them. they don't mess about those koreans! it gave me a chance to see the girls and immediately i spotted two great lookers. one was a cutie wearing a red bra, while the other was a stunning blonde. wow. there were 15 girls and the standard was excellent.

i hadn't shaved for a few days so nice stroked my stubble and said "you're gwapo". i told her that if she paid me 1000 pesos, she could take me for short-time. she laughed but sadly didn't take me up on my offer. my san miguel light cost just 60 pesos and nice's lady-drink 150. all in all, a great introduction to cebu's gogo scene.

next i went to hot rod, which seemed the liveliest on this side of the road. it had a great layout with a square stage surrounded by lots of sofas. the girls weren't as pretty as the previous bar but there were more to select from. before i'd taken a sip from my san miguel (p60), three girls sat with me and a waitress asked whether i would like to buy each of them a lady-drink. smiling, i told her that i only buy one lady-drink per drink i have... so who would be the lucky girl? all three girls seemed good fun but there was a stand-out choice, sat alongside me to my left, staring at me with big dark eyes.

her name was ann, one of the cutest girls i have ever seen in a gogo bar. i guessed she was 18 but she was in fact 20 years old. as well as having a fresh-faced appeal, she was wearing a revealing top that showed off large boobs. innocence and a killer body - perfect! her lady-drink arrived and cost a ridiculous 300 pesos because apparently i had agreed to an expensive brand of tequila. in fairness to the waitress, at least she offered to take it back and replace it with a regular tequila (which of course i refused because i didn't want ann to think i was a cheapskate).

ann hugged up to me and told me that it was her first night. 'yeah, yeah, i've heard that one before' i thought. whether it was true or not, i was smitten by this girl. she was so sweet and innocent. even though the night was still young, i didn't want to let her slip through my fingers, so asked her about the bar-fine. the fact that she didn't know how much confirmed that it was indeed her first night. a mamasan told me it was 1700 pesos but annoyingly on top of that you must pay for a minimum of four ladies drinks (p600). since i had already bought ann a tequila for p300, it meant i had to pay an additional 300 pesos as well as the 1700 pesos 'bar-fine'. i don't like being stung for extras, i think it shows a short-time mentality from the bar. nevertheless, pay i did, how could i possibly resist?

i could barely contain my excitement as ann disappeared off to get changed. it would also be my first action since my accident in angeles. i crossed my fingers that everything would go to plan.

it took just two minutes to walk from hot rod back to my hotel and the security guard gave me knowing smile as he opened the door. when i bar-fine a girl early, i don't mind taking my time, so we cuddled on my bed and watched cable tv for an hour. when we started kissing she told me that she was shy because i was her first ever customer. i believed her this time. after lots more kissing, our clothes lay discarded at the foot of the bed and we were naked. she had the most perfect tits i have ever got my hands on - they were big but not massive, soft but not droopy and her nipples just begged to be sucked. by now i decided that i couldn't wait any longer, so reached for a condom from my bedside table. then she dropped a bombshell - she told me that she was a virgin.

at first my heart sank. i thought maybe she was a ‘cherry girl’ who had taken me right to the brink before telling me that her pussy was a 'no-go zone'. but that wasn't the case at all - she only told me because she wanted to please me and was nervous. i told her that there was nothing to be nervous about and we could take it as slowly as she liked. she was such a sweet girl, i really wanted to make her first experience a memorable one. after some more kissing, she lay back and with a little effort, i eased myself in to her. her pussy was tight and she gasped each time i pushed a little deeper. it felt great and she seemed to enjoy it too, smothering me with kisses.

i flipped her over, so she was on top, as i wanted a view of those wonderful tits of hers. however, she couldn't lower herself on to me (inexperience), so i had to go on top again, penetrate her, then hold her hips close to mine as we rolled over. she rode me like inexperienced girls do, but it felt fantastic having my face pressed in to those gorgeous tits of hers, sucking her nipples. when she leaned upright, what a view! she caught me smiling and asked innocently "what? am i doing it wrong?". i assured her that she was doing just fine and she gave me a big smile. you've got to love girls like this.

from past experience, when a girl tells you in a club that she is new, you can probably take it with a pinch of salt. it's often just a ploy to make the girl seem more appealing. however, i was pretty sure that i had just liberated this sweet girl from her virginity. and best of all, she seemed to love it. i was her knight in shining armour and she was my fair maiden. sir lancelot was riding again!

we fell asleep hugged up to each other and i reflected that my trip was back up-and-running in spectacular fashion.

day 10: cebu

what a lovely girl to wake up to. i made sure i took her phone number before she left and gave her a well deserved 500 pesos tip. i had a feeling i would be seeing ann again.

my main task for the day was to book a flight back to manila for a few days time. that would give me two more nights in cebu, ample time to check out some more gogo bars, as well as a few other things i had planned.

for lunch, i walked ten minutes from my hotel to robinsons mall. i wasn't impressed with its namesake in manila in terms of picking up girls but this place had a different atmosphere. downstairs is a large food-court surrounded by lots of small canteen-style restaurants. as i was choosing my food, i saw an old guy wearing a t-shirt with 'i make cute babies' written across it, not even trying to disguise the fact that he was on the prowl. i bought a ham and cheese slice and a cinnamon roll from bob the baker (for just p25) and then sat down at a table in the middle. this place has real pickup potential. there were plenty of lookers, a lot of whom caught my eye whenever i glanced in their direction.

sat nearby were two girls wearing blue uniforms, presumably on their lunch-break from one of the stores upstairs. just as i was thinking how pretty the one facing me was, the old man with the 'cute babies' t-shirt approached her and whispered something in to her ear. she shook her head and then, after he had made a swift exit, spent the next five minutes blushing and laughing awkwardly with her friend. she was really embarrassed to be hit upon, not surprising considering she was surrounded by people she works with every day.

guys, please show the girls the respect that they deserve. use 'mr cute babies' as a benchmark for how not to do it. if you do see a girl you like, be discrete. apart from anything else, you stand a much better chance of success. thommo's approach is perfect. talk to them (if possible somewhere quieter, away from prying eyes), charm them and then discretely hand them your cell-phone tag. clumsily confronting girls as if they are prostitutes (like 'mr cute babies') is tactless, disrespectful and unlikely to yield results.

mindful of the fact that i had spent a lot of time on this trip visiting gogo bars, my plan for the evening was something very different. i got taxi to down-town cebu, firstly to have a wander around gaisano mall. it's a typical large asian shopping mall with plenty of pretty shop attendants. although the food-court was quiet when i visited, i got lots of cute smiles as i walked around the stores. i reckon there is a very good possibility of picking up girls here, especially given its location. it's not hard to imagine some of the girls working here (down-town) wanting to supplement their income by spreading their legs from time-to-time.

but my main reason for being down-town was to visit jonquera, what thommo describes as 'sleaze heaven'. if you don't get a taxi directly there, it can be a little tricky to find. locate the intersection between jakosalem and del rosario streets and the entrance to jonquera is 100 yards south, just after a small mj art sign shop on the right. you will get pimps approaching you asking "girls?", looking for their small cut. i walked past them and in to the narrow road, intending to survey the scene for a while.

it's just about as down-trodden as you can get, pretty much a slum with thousands of people living illegally in a small space. i was the only non-filipino but never once felt threatened. the narrow road led down to the famous basketball court, which was very busy and seemed to be a meeting point for residents, especially the young. these days the 'action area' for girls is just inside the entrance to the narrow road (near where the pimps congregate). i bought a beer and sat on a plastic stool as the sun started to set. i got chatting to a surprisingly well-spoken local who explained that customers used to be driven down this narrow street in a taxi to select a girl, but these days the customers wait at the entrance and the girls rush out to meet them.

i sat for nearly an hour and then finally at about 8 o'clock, a customer arrived. a mamasan clapped her hands and about ten girls magically appeared from the surrounding houses and stood in front of the young korean man. there were three quite attractive young(ish) girls but he didn't like what he saw and left. the man next to me told me that they charge 1200 pesos for short time, although i'm pretty sure that the real price is less than that (not for the first time i was mistaken for a beginner - hardly surprising given the amount of questions i was asking).

jonquera is an exciting place with a sleazy atmosphere and some of the girls are definitely worth a peek. one of them, who looked a little older than the rest, had a sensational hourglass figure. she lived on the top floor of a building opposite and i could see her applying makeup in her bedroom mirror from my stool on the street below. apparently as the evening progresses, there are more customers and presumably therefore more girls. but the time was 8pm, so i decided to finish my beer and head back to gen maxilom avenue.

after a much-needed shower and change of clothes, i walked the short distance to viking. the club itself is down a set of stairs and has a small stage, flanked by two six-foot tall viking statues. only a few girls were dancing but there were plenty on the sidelines, as seemed to the trend in cebu. the time was 9.30pm and there were plenty of customers. although i didn’t spot any girls 8/10 or above, four girls surrounded me on my couch who i had a lot of fun with.

one of them took a real shine to me and asked for a kiss, so i obliged, on the lips since she asked nicely. as a result the other three girls decided that they also wanted a kiss. haha. of course i didn't let them down. the cutest one told me that there is a guy who she really likes, who she dances for every night, but he always ignores her. just as i was starting to feel sorry for her, she pointed at one of the viking statues and fell about laughing at her own joke. i bought her a lady-drink (p150) for making me laugh.

next door is bg's bikini bar which gets a good write-up on this site. it was smaller than the other bars but the talent was exceptional with some real hotties. there was no pressure for lady-drinks and i was allowed to select a girl in my own time. this is how gogo bars should be run. a slutty looking porn-star-wannabe with big fake boobs and lots of tattoos was dancing on stage while a babe nearby had hair down to her hips and the longest tongue i have ever seen (she kept pulling it to her friend). both girls would surely be tigers in the bedroom.

i opted to buy a lady-drink (p150) for a cute girl who was sweetly smiling at me from a couch nearby. her name was mae from mandaue and she had cute dimples whenever she smiled (which was a lot). oh and guess what, it was her 'first night'! haha. i was tempted to bar-fine her but it was only 11pm and i wanted to check out a few of the other bars first. a definite possibility for later though.

i walked in to viking next door and heard "hello!" shouted at me. it was nice, the pretty girl i bought a drink for in erik the red the night before. what was she doing in this bar? i ordered us both a drink before i scanned around and realised that this was erik the red! bizarrely, the doors for both erik the red and viking next door lead in to the same venue. nice's pretty sister joined us and i noticed that ‘miss red knickers’ was there too, talking to another customer. the blonde girl wasn't though, probably already bar-fined. if there are any gogo girls reading this, here's a tip: dye your hair blonde, the koreans and japs love it!

the other side of hot rod is sisters, which is the smallest of the bars on this side of the road. there were about 20 girls but the talent was some way behind the other bars. on top of that, five girls swarmed around my table, vying for my attention. i like to relax when i'm in a bar, but it felt like a job interview answering all of the questions that they fired at me. a foxy little girl with a top-heavy figure caught my eye but instead i decided to buy a drink for the shyest looking girl, the one who i thought could most do with a confidence boost.

it was midnight by the time i left sisters and time for me to make my choice of which girl to take. there was a big temptation to bar-fine ann from hot rod again but i decided against it for three reasons. firstly, i had her mobile number so could meet her during the day for a fraction of the cost; secondly she was the type of sweet girl i could easily fall for and one of my golden rules of sex tours is never to get too close; and thirdly i was put off by the additional p600 that hot rod charge on top of the bar-fine (sometimes it backfires when you rip your customers off!). i decided that it was either between mae from bg's, or nice and 'miss red knickers' from erik the red.

i decided to go back to bg's bikini bar. mae seemed really pleased to see me so i knew that i had made a good choice. without buying a drink for either myself or her, i paid the p1700 bar-fine (no additional costs like hot rod) and we went back to my hotel. the security guard gave me another knowing grin as he opened the door for us. he struck me as a bit of a rascal.

mae was another really sweet girl. she cuddled up to me and we watched a movie. she told me that she lived in a flat in the down-town area and shared a very basic, very small room with another girl. it's no wonder the girls love to watch movies and spread themselves out in comparatively large, luxurious hotel rooms!

she was a really inexperienced kisser, admitting at one point "i'm not sure what to do". surely not two virgins in the space of two nights? she had smallish, pert tits and loved having her large nipples sucked and being kissed on the neck. she gave me a really nice, gentle, girlfriend experience, riding me by the light of the tv until i couldn't hold out any longer in her tight pussy.

another night, another lovely girl. cebu was definitely living up to expectations.

DAY 11: Cebu

Cebu was turning out to be memorable and thankfully my injury wasn't hampering me at all.

In fact, I decided that I was having so much fun, I wanted some daytime action too. After a leisurely breakfast, I texted Ann to see whether she wanted to meet that afternoon. Just the thought of the virgin experience she gave me, got me excited. It didn't take long for her to text back so I suggested that we meet at Robinson’s food court at 4pm. When she didn't reply, I assumed that she couldn't make it.

After a couple of frustrating hours in an internet cafe attempting to download photos, I headed to Robinsons anyway, as I liked the food and it's a great opportunity to perv on pretty girls. As I was choosing something to eat, I noticed a sexy looking girl smiling in my direction. I returned her smile. Moments later she started walking towards me, staring in to my eyes but just as I was about to open my mouth to say hello, I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was Ann - talk about split-second timing! 'Foxy Girl' walked away disappointed and I said hello to Ann instead. She was tinier than I remembered (no high-heels) and looked much younger with no makeup on.

Any thoughts of a straightforward afternoon session were scuppered though when she introduced me to her cousin/flatmate, Victoria. She wasn't a looker but I bought them both lunch and enjoyed chatting. Ann seemed quiet though. I wondered whether there was an awkwardness because she was with her cousin. Maybe she hadn't even told Victoria how we had met?

I considered my options. As much as I wanted to go with Ann again, it was definitely a case of 'three's a crowd'. I decided to buy them both some treats from the bakery and send them on their way with money for a taxi. Ann was such a sweet girl and there was a certain vulnerability about her that made me think it would be too easy to get too attached.

So, for the third night on the run, my girl would be from one of the gogos. I decided to go to the four bars on the opposite side of the street this time. These bars looked livelier from the outside. I started at PAPILLON, which had four girls dancing and many more in the shadows on the sidelines. I was joined by a gorgeous 21 year old called Bea, who looked Puerto Rican but assured me that she was 100% Filipino. She had a sexy slim figure and was a great little mover. I bought her a drink (p200) and she told me it would be 2000 pesos to bar-fine her. A definite maybe.

There was a sign outside DIMPLES saying 'Welcome to the Kingdom of Love'. I walked in at 9.45pm and initial signs were good. Four girls were dancing on stage in sexy leopard-skin outfits and three pretty girls joined me at my table. Summer was black, Venus was half Chinese and Meredith was half Korean. On the down-side though, the bar-fine was a hefty 3000 pesos, madness when you consider that Bea from the previous bar could be bar-fined for 2000 (and girls from BG's for just 1700). This side of the road has a reputation for being the expensive side of the street due to the largely Asian business clientele, which means silly prices get quoted.

At the end of the block is PUSSYCAT. It is set back from the other bars and you will be watched by large cats-eyes as you approach. At first I wasn't impressed as there seemed to be a lack of talent and I was shown to a stool at the back of the stage. Then again, it did give me a great view of their jiggling arses which were quite hypnotic up close! The place was busy and there was an 'anything-goes' atmosphere, with girls sat astride customers or lap-dancing for them. The waitress who served me was outstandingly pretty, undoubtedly one of the standout girls of the trip. When I told her so, she seemed quite embarrassed. A girl sat on my knee called Marilyn, who wasn't the prettiest but was sexy as hell, kissing me passionately (with tongue), placing my hand inside her bra and rubbing my cock with her hand. She was a dead-set *****, no mistake, but she got me rock hard inside my pants.

The final bar for me to visit on this side of the road was LOVE CITY. I walked up a flight of stairs in to a large room with an octagonal stage in the centre. There were hardly any customers though and only two girls dancing. It was quite dark too, meaning it was difficult to gauge the talent sat on the sidelines. The mamasan sat next to me so I asked her to call the girl over who looked the sexiest in the shadows. Her name was Diane and she had a tongue-stud, a turn-on of mine. When I offered her a drink, she asked for a tequila which cost 292 pesos (a ridiculous price for just a small thimble of alcohol). When the waitress returned she had a tray with two tequilas on it, indicating that I should buy one for the mamasan too. I politely refused ("sorry, one boy-drink, one lady-drink") and decided that this was one of those rip-off bars that tries to squeeze every last peso out of their customers.

I thought that this side of the road was mixed. Papillon and Pussycat were good alternatives to the bars opposite and although Dimples and Love City had some nice girls, their pricing policies seemed geared to ripping off first-timers or Asian businessmen.

So, who would be tonights lucky girl? Without question, the best looker was the waitress at Pussycat but she seemed quite cool towards me, so it was between 'Latino Fox' from Papillon or 'Dead Set *****' from Pussycat. It was a close call but since I had taken two very inexperienced girls the previous two nights, I fancied the challenge of a dead-set *****. Variety is the spice of life, after all.

I returned to Pussycat and immediately bar-fined Marilyn for 1950 pesos. As I was waiting for her to get changed, the outstandingly pretty waitress smiled a few times in my direction. She was definitely flirting with me but it was too late, I had already paid the bar-fine. Why couldn't she have shown me any interest earlier when I told her how pretty she was? She was special, no doubt about it. If it wasn't for the fact that I was leaving Cebu next day, she was the type of girl I would definitely go to great lengths to pursue.

As predicted, Marilyn proved to be a tiger in the bedroom. She was a passionate girl who knew exactly what she was doing. Enough of the gentle girlfriend sex, this was a hot'n'sweaty shagathon, fast and frantic with loud groans and shouts of 'fuck me!' as we threw each other about the bed.

All in all, I was very impressed with the small but vibrant gogo scene in Cebu. BG's Bikini Bar was the best as it had the prettiest girls for the cheapest prices but I was also impressed with the talent at Erik The Red (aka Viking Next Door). On the other side of the road, Pussycat had a sexy 'anything goes' atmosphere and Papillon had some nice girls too.

The next part of the diary will appear in the Manila section.

Gentlemen

Can anyone recommend a reasonable hotel (Parklane International standard) close to SM Mall in Cebu? Ideally that has a pool as well as being GF!

Thanks in advance!

..............Can think of a least a half dozen properties off the top of my head that have good quality beds for around 1500 php, some with box spring mattress!

Please list the 6 off the top of your head then Mattrick.
I am interested to know where these hotels are. I guess I have missed them.

I have been going to Cebu around 8 times each year for the past 10 years and I have found that there is a close correlation between cheap room rates and very poor quality beds.

Hi Brastrav,

Thank you for your information, it is very helpful.

As SAce and RK said previously..and now me...RTFF. Is getting very annoying that you cant go to a discount hotel web site, search for Cebu, and look at the hotel location maps and do some of your own research. A trawl back through your earleir FRs and you say you would do this when replying to SAce and RK so please save bandwidth, use google and other search engines/web site as the answer to your question is in the thread and in many other sites..if only you would spend time doing it..

Are you truly an Aussie? As we are not normally this annoying and lacking any discipline to do some reseach (well the ones I know certainly spend time looking).

You wont get much help as your PI FRs have all been about asking questions on the same theme that a short 30 minutes would help

When I first visited PI I spend a long time checking and reviewing and made lists then i asked a few specific questions. Loso69 did same when he vistied me in the UAE. So it can be done just needs some effort and diligence

Rant over!

Sort of expensive but sort of not expensive either.
Now.... RTFF and see what others say about Cebu MidTown. Nobody likes it much.

Call them. I was told that they were almost giving the rooms away to local travel agents for the soft opening. (1000 pesos a night). However travel agents always get great rates, so maybe these prices aren't even close to what you can get. That said, going by the published rack rates only is not a very good idea. I will call later today and see what the best rate is.

Mango Park Hotel man located on General Maxilom Avenue. The rates should be about $30-$40/night depending on what room you are getting. There is an outdoor pool also.

However, previous postings in regards to Mango Park Hotel and its security deposit boxes at the front desk wasn't good.

OK, I just called the Radisson. I told them I'm staying at the Marriott and would like their best room rate for a 6 night stay. The best they could give me was the long stay rate (7 nights +) for the 6 nights. Deluxe room with breakfast and taxes included: 5,575 pesos. Expensive.

Just a comment on taxi's at the airport guys. DO NOT get a taxi from the ground level when you come out of the Cebu airport, walk across the street, go up the steps to the top and wait in line for the regular taxi's. Make sure the little weasel turns on the meter, A run to parklane, near Ayala should cost in the 135 to 150 range.

Those guys at ground level charge you 350, they even pull that crap on a local like me. HAH

SpamhogInside the terminal go up the stairs or elevator to next level , and catch same taxis your talking about. Avoids approaches by all and sundry outside the airport, at ground level.

I'll be there at the end of this month. I'll let you know if their soft opening has firmed up.

SbySWI went to take a look at the rooms at the Elizabeth Hotel one week ago and all seemed ok. Soft opening means the hotel can open for business but still has cosmetic work to complete and this was the case. Main elevator was now operational and they were happy to show me a triple-single room, which means three single beds in one room. I inquired about reserving a room with one double bed, and they informed me they only has three, yes three rooms available at that time. I left my contact info and made a reservation for the following monday for two nights. The hotel called me back on the weekend to inform me they could not honor my room request and suggested I book the triple single room and I declined. Then the girl suggested I can push all three beds together and I declined again. The hotel looks nice inside but has no swimming pool and the low promo rates will be in effect until Dec 15 from what the girl told me. I would book here in the future, just not currently.

Looking back I might have missed a good chance to have one HUGE new bed and invite two girls over to stay with no joiner fees. :D

Your report is the best I have seen for a long time. That's extremely flattering to hear, thank you. I enjoyed writing it almost as much as I enjoyed researching it.

I have turned the entire diary in to a pdf, including all of the pictures, which I may soon post as an ad in the classified section (if that's allowed on this site??).

Incidentally, I've posted the next part of the diary in Manila section, I hope you enjoy it.

I think it was a beer , but then it could have been a bear.

Nothing to do with sex, but since there isn't a hotel and restaurant thread...you can get a Nathan's Hot Dog for 75 pesos at ground floor Metro hot dog stand in Ayala Mall. They have local mystery meat hot dogs as well. Cheaper, but I stuck to the Nathan's product.

Sir Lancelot,
Unfortunately your excellent reports are hidden down the threads, so they probably get overlooked by a lot of forum members (myself included). I just asked Jackson to give you senior member status so that your reports won't continue to be delayed before they appear. I hope he acts on my suggestion. You also might consider paying the $19.95 so that you can send and receive PMs. I'm sure many members want to thank you for your reports but don't want to clutter up the threads.

I had same 'mystery meat' when I was a student in the UK, generally turned out to be dog or cat (based on the fact that the local health and safety closed the most popular student restaurant due to finding a dog carcass in the fridge!!!)

But the real hot dog in Metro is nice and I was never sick after eating such great cuisine... GE you should try!!

I know WR, that you spent several years in England and thus don't really understand the concept of real food. This is not your fault. Had you just headed across to France, what a difference it might have made in your culinary preferences! The local hot dogs here in Davao are bright red and probably contain less than 5% of material actually found in nature. Swiss Deli though makes it's own European hot dogs with actual pork meat inside, and I purchase these to cook at home frequently.

Still cant convince you GE about the merits of fish and chips, bangers and mash or even toad in the hole?

The Swiss Deli hot dogs are wonderful having tried them myself but sometimes I like to stray into more adventurous cuisine. And for those on a budget Nathan's is good value.

Its all in how well you dress and present yourself, and not only to the girls. When two mongers with girls come into a security-minded hotel simultaneously, one well-dressed and confident, the other stumbling in wearing a T-shirt, shorts and flip-flops, 9 times out of 10 I can tell you which one the security guys will bother for registration and joiner fee while totally ignoring the other.

Please say to Celina and hopefully next time am in Davao I will speak to her about increasing the variety on her menu :D

Back to Cebu...the Maya restaurant is excellent as is the one at the Shangri La though it is a long drive. Excellent lobster. At a recent outing with a good friend, my Cebu favourite over indulged (in good food, not me ...she does that later after dinner ;)) but was remarkably calm and composed when it was upchuck time. It was a though nothing had happened he said. But the food is excellent. You should try Maya when next in Cebu.

Also I liked Gustavian on the Terraces. The US guy who runs it is very pleasant, has a variety of wines and does good steak and fish courses.

Enjoy Farfalla GE

David_33: good point I have asked Jackson in the thread where you ask such questions, if others could as well maybe we will get as a hotels thread is certainly needed in the same vein as Manila and AC

Maya is a tad pricey for the city but is a nice change from the Terraces where I tend to eat most nights when in Cebu. Also I like Banana Leaf and Lemongrass, the latter does a excellent rice crepe dish and prices are very good and reasonable

Well. I'm happy with Fuente Pension.
The disadvantages:
- The rooms are visually awful. They look like big bathrooms.
- You need earplugs to sleep as the aircon is noisy.

The beds however are o.k. and not noisy. Just ask for a double bed instead of a twin bed.

I think you supported my argument that when you play very low prices then you get pretty ordinary rooms and usually low cost janitors, bellboys, receptionists too.
As WR and others have stated on this thread - there are some fantastic deals around right now in Cebu.
I had a sudden urgent trip to Cebu sprung on me on Thursday, Oct 7. Two nights- return on Saturday. I checked out Hotels.com and Waterfront Hotel (in the city) had a special promo. I called them; asked to be connected to marketing manager and got a fantastic room; non-smoking; huge king-size bed for $60/night. That's an amazing price for a 4-5 star hotel, with great breakfast included and a fantastic pool area.
Another brand new hotel called "Elizabeth" is 50% regular rate at present on a soft opening. It looks fantastic, and is closer to Ayala Mall than Parklane.

I don't know why anyone would pay 1500php for a place described by Frimu when for 2500 php you can have a 4 star hotel. Just my opinion of course.

No WR - I never had time for any peachy desserts or in fact ANY desserts whilst there this trip as I am saving myself for your next visit.
However, whilst in Waterfront I did ask about extra guests and the guard said no worries if I had booked a double room. However, once I got chatting to the guard he relaxed and told me all sorts of stuff. How they usually ask for a girl's ID if they recognise her as a bar girl, mainly from the way she is dressed.

Maybe we overlook an interesting fact when we are mongering for just a few days / weeks at a time. The guard told me that they get to easily recognize the regular high rotation high demand bar girls as they see them several times each week. He said there are some girls that are barfined every night of the week and the guards in the hotels around the city get to recognise them as they come in quite often with different guests from time to time.

He told me one top girl from "Temptations" goes only with mongers staying at either Waterfront or Marriott and can usually get a punter for the night staying at either of these hotels so they see her often LOL.

I have no idea (aside from what I've read here, about the ranges of choice, cuisines and prices available. If there's anyone out ther in ISG-land who has done a restaurant review post, I cannot find it and I would appreciate a reposting if possible. WR and I are good friends, and I trust his tastes (impeccable) in everything, with the single exception of food. He has a bangers and mash fixation.

I have now stayed in the above accommodation for 6 weeks so far, as I have it on the monthly rate 995 peso a day. To me the rooms are generous in size, lots of storage space in the rooms, all the staff have been efficient in performing any request I have made. The rooms are made up, on the room needs cleaning dongle on the door system. The floors are tiled in the room and all the furniture is certainly dated, Nice roof garden restaurant that a few expats use just for eating. There is a safe deposit box system 2 keys which I have had no issues with, all in all would I use again yes.

Imagine a cuisine feast with Barba and I leading the way :p...you are correct best save until later - dont do these things on your own when you cant share your delights of such an experience with your good friends...

Even I have limits GE as you know :) A buffet of only Filipino food could be enticing to some and not to others....my concern is the arteries may revolt later let alone the stomach :) You and agree that some Filipino food is truly not good even with a decent glass of Margaux :p

When in Cebu go try Gustavian buffet as reasonable and very edible, as well and reasonable price, very much non Filipino but also good steak etc al carte (trust me on this GE).

Would highly recommend NS but they are not on Mango Ave. They are located about one block north of Gen. Maxilom Ave. (Mango Ave.) on J. Osmena. Perfect location less then a five minute walk to Juliana!

Yes of course they are girl friendly! More like a hotel in every way. Safety boxes located behind the front desk which is better then in room in my view. Free meager breakfast included.

3 weeks @ 3 diff hotels, 1 week each.

As Marriott prices are on the rise I am seeking a bigger bang for my buck.
Even w/my corp rate @ Marriott well over $100usd/nt. If you are not gold status or higher thereby having access to the executive lounge I say fuhget about it. 50+ nts a yr 2 yrs running I have never been offered an upgrade at this Marriott. Internet charge way high as well.

Had a fine time there as usual.

Tried the Waterfront airport the 1st week, so convenient to the airport as I had an 11pm arrival short walk I am in the room. Descent b'fast, free wi-fi in lobby only. Pool was ok & no issues w/the airport noise. @60 per nt from hotelsdotcom.
Last week at the Parklane, again I think about 60/nt. Good b'fast, usable pool w/hot tub, no issues having my guests meet me at the pool on 4th floor. Free wired, in room internet. Hot water was sporadic but WR assures me this is not the norm. I found the lighting in the room to be way too low. Freq power outages would lose TV satellite signal for a while but generators kicked in and no loss of AC, lights, etc. They told me I was upgraded in the room I had which was adequate to say the least. As w/all of these hotels a fridge was in room. Hot water pot was nice for soups and coffee.

Come Dec I will add the Crown Regency Mactan the list of hotel I have tried. They advertise in room kitchen or kitchenette and free airport shuttle. 12 days @800.

So, it's not a guarantee that you will get a room with an in-room safe. Hotels.com has the Superior room for $65/night. We've been in the hotel and in the Casino but, never stayed at that hotel yet.

Also, when bringing a guest into Waterfront, anyone had issues? Maybe...they ask for the ID?

Oddly enough I was there over the weekend, Expedia had it at $64.00 per night (free breakfast) but that is with advance booking. There are guards at the front door with a police dog but no one was checking any IDs which is something you should want them to do and not the converse in my view. People are coming and going all the time, lots of girls are also sitting in the lobby/seating/dining area after you pass the guards. Some eye contact indicated some may be available but I was handcuffed during this trip so could not fully test the waters. No in-room safe as you noted, breakfast was good with a wide selection and the dining room is huge. Fitness center is excellent! Rooms are spacious but they’re still using those antiquated TVs. Despite the Casino and other shops and bars/restaurant, the rooms are about 3.5 to 4 stars but for the price, I'd say it's a great deal.

You mentioned your friend, so if you are traveling with a mate like I was. The twin beds were kind of small to share with the ladies. I managed, but I look for queen beds in this situation now.

It was hit or miss with security for me. The first time they didn't say anything to me at all when bringing someone back. The second time I had trouble. They said only 2 people were only allowed in the room at one time. My friend that was sleeping at the time in the room was a great sport. He woke up, wet his hair, and purposely went downstairs quietly in his bathrobe and sat in the lobby while I did my business. They weren't pleased with this but rules are rules right? I believe before 10pm you are fine to bring people up without question. Other members may confirm this I can't remember. There is a way to sneak someone in your room until 2am thou. PM me if your interested. For sure worth 65 IMHO. I paid around 80usd I believe. The gym is decent for a hotel also. If your into that like me.

Why are so many guys so uptight about having in-room safes?

I have a Samsonite hard case with a 4 digit security PIN and I put my surplus cash in there and carry the rest. In all of my travels to around 15 different countries I have NEVER lost anything from out of my case left in the room. Girls have no idea about the combination locks on my bags.

The room safe might lull you into thinking your valuables are safe but I believe it doesn't give the security that you think it does.
Once you lock your safe it signals to anyone who comes into your room when you are not there that the safe now holds something of value.
I conspicuously leave the safe door open so that room maids etc assume I haven't left anything of value around or I would have put it into the safe.

I have never used them after my friend told me of his experience in a 5-star hotel in Hanoi. The code he had inserted when he locked the safe refused to open the door. He called front desk. 5 minutes later a guy in a suit arrived, keyed in some default code and the door popped open. The lock just needed a new battery and even the default code overrode the lo batt.

I expect that more than 1 person in the hotel would know this code. If 2 people know it then we have to assume many others do too. I don't think they are as secure as you might think but I could be wrong.
Maybe someone has a story to tell of losing stuff from a safe?

Why are so many guys so uptight about having in-room safes?

I have a Samsonite hard case with a 4 digit security PIN and I put my surplus cash in there and carry the rest. In all of my travels to around 15 different countries I have NEVER lost anything from out of my case left in the room. Girls have no idea about the combination locks on my bags.

The room safe might lull you into thinking your valuables are safe but I believe it doesn't give the security that you think it does.

I have used safety deposit box in the room as well as at the reception all the time. I never carry more than what I need in local currency. Never had anything stolen or misplaced. True the desk person can open your box with a master key or code.
One time two girls in AC tried to open my locked box. I was little bit drunk. After having very good sex I was worn out and was sleeping till I woke up in the morning They were nice and we had another round and I kicked them out at 10 am. I went to the box to open it to get the money to pay them the tip but could not open because after a few tries with wrong numbers the box locks up. Immediately I asked the girls if they meddled with the safe box. They denied it.
I told them clearly that they did because I could not open with my code and even demonstrated to them. I kicked both of them out without tip telling them all my money is inside and the hotel has to call a expert to open the box. Ofcourse after they left the desk clerk came and opened it with a special key.
for meddling with the safe box I hope they learned their lesson. They lost 500 each on tips.

i only stay in rooms that have an in-room safe. i was ripped of for a few thousand pesos once about 4 years ago. woke up in the morning to find the lt manila girl gone. my wallet, which i thought i had cleverly hidden under the mattress (on my side of the bed) while the girl was showering, was on the floor in the bathroom. the cash was all gone, as was my driver's license, employer health insurance id card, and several family photos. everything else that was previously in the wallet was rep001tered on the floor. she had sat on the toilet apparently, going thru it and throwing stuff on the floor as she did not want it. she did not leave a single item inside the wallet. she did not take the atm or credit card! interestingly, she had tossed the room. my suitcase was wide open (it had been zipped shut previously), and most of the contents were on the floor. i had a zip-lock plastic bag with pills in it -- multivitamins, decongestant, etc. the bag was empty on the floor, and all the pills were gone. my airline carry-on was also nearly empty, but she missed the compartment with my camera. fortunately there was a safe at the front desk, and i had my passport (thank god!) and some cash stored there. in all my travels, this is the only time i am aware of that anyone has even attempted to mess with my stuff. several times i have left important things laying around the room while i was out (documents, cameras, cash, etc), or more stupidly i left the in-room safe unclosed once, and have never had anything taken by hotel staff (inside the room), including spare coins i left laying out for the cleaning staff hoping they would take them as a tip. ever since, i only stay in hotels with safe in the room. i refuse to visit some provincial towns because they do not have a hotel with an in-room safe.

the front-desk safe, on the other hand, is not necessarily so safe. i find that if it is visible (like at city-state on mabini) to everyone in the lobby, its harder for staff to just waltz into someone's box without him present, as the intrusion could be viewed by anyone, including the client himself if he casually walked by. however, at the citadel on burgos two years ago (where the safes are on a back room behind the front counter), i got a box and put a camera and p10000 (ten fresh p1000 notes) inside of it. a young man let me into the room and watched as i put it inside and i said to him, "one camera and ten thousand pesos". he seemed not to care as i quickly counted the 10 notes. later in the evening when i went to retrieve some of the money from the box, there were only eight p1000 notes. i complained (wondering why the theif had not taken it all), but to no avail. its possible i originally mis-counted, but i had just come from the atm. the young man said to the manager that he could not remember how much money there was. ces't la vie.

regarding the staff knowing the 'secret' code to get into the in-room safe. its true. i was at the diplomat in cebu recently, and my in-room safe would not work at all. the desk sent up a guy who said the batteries were dead. he replaced them, but still could not get it to work. he brought a new one and replaced the old one. before taking the old one, he keyed in a 4-digit code, and it opened. he said that worked on all machines in the hotel, but since the machine was defective, my code would not work. i was suspiscious of this secret code and asked me who else in the hotel knew it. he said just him and two managers. he said that if the night manager was not present and a safe went defective on a customer at night, then one of the managers or he himself would be summoned from his home to come open it and replace it.

rk, i like your idea of the locked case. i think its six-of-one, half-a-dozen of the other. you can get ripped off in any scenario. your case itself could be stolen by a rotten girl while you sleep (or hotel employee while you are out). your cash could be stolen by the front desk employees from the front-desk safe. i prefer the in-room safe because it keeps the girl from stealing your stuff. i'm much more trusting of the hotel cleaning staff than my sleeping partners. rk, is your locked case large enough to hold your laptop?

Yeah, the the locked case itself can still be stolen when the girl leaves when your sleeping or, it could be stolen while left in the room. They may not be able to open it right then and there but, can just take the whole case with her and later open it. I doubt you'll want to carry the case with you wherever you go.

It's true the in-room safe is not full proof also but, it does help minimize the chances of something being stolen. Plus, it's not like a girl would easily pickup the entire safe and steal the whole thing with her.

The safes in Diplomat hotel, they have a silver screw cap that can be unscrewed and a tool is then inserted in the hole to I believe reset the code or open the safe door. My in-room safe at diplomat, I wasn't able to lock it because the battery was low. When someone came up to my room to open the safe, he unscrewed the silver screw cap in the middle of the safe just below where you enter your code digits. Then, he inserted some screwdriver tool in it.

Hehe, this sounds silly, but, if you're worried about the in-room safe being open by someone, then bring a chain and a combination lock and wrap it around the safe as well hehe.

I actually think the simple "rule of thumb" is that the more stars your hotel has, the less likely it is for anything to be stolen.
If you stay in a very cheap hotel then apart from usually being in a rather less salubrious area it is likely that the staff are not well-trained or well-paid either.
Obviously not a hard and fast rule but it seems to have served me as I have never had ANYTHING stolen from inside my room.

WC - I have two locked cases. The one I use for international travel is very large and easily holds a laptop for storage in my room.
I have another, smaller hard locked case that I use for in-Philippines travel. It fits in the overhead locker of the planes. It also holds a laptop (when I unpack my clothes etc.

I think the odds of anyone taking your whole bag are very low, and much lower in 5-star hotels where an important role for security guards is to check on pilfering by hotel staff.
How many guys have ever had their whole bag removed from a hotel? I am sure that it has happened, especially with smaller tote-type sports bags.
I am talking about substantial, hard case, combination locked "Samsonite Oyster" type cases.

Hey D Cups....did you read this?:

Third and FINAL (and I warn you use this information at your own peril) is to SING to her. If a girl asks you to sing to her, she might be 'on the edge of falling for you'. Not knowing better, and trying to keep her 'happy'. I sang to her once when she was in a cafe, and another when she was with her family. Didn't think it was crocodile tears when she's breaking down and crying. THIS was what made me think WTF did I do to make her cry? After checking with my friend, this is known as 'Haruna' where the guy sings to the girl his love. At this point, almost ALL GIRLS fall in love with you at this point. Once you've sung to them, Its almost like putting on an engagement ring.

Hey, anyone stayed at the Waterfront Hotel in Lahug
yet? I'm sure someone has already. My friend wants give it a try but, the thing about that hotel is that the in-room safe is only by request. So, it's not a guarantee that you will get a room with an in-room safe. Hotels.com has the Superior room for $65/night. We've been in the hotel and in the Casino but, never stayed at that hotel yet.

Also, when bringing a guest into Waterfront, anyone had issues? Maybe...they ask for the ID?I've been essentially living here in the Waterfront Lahug the past three months, with a few short breaks away. Have been here the past six weeks in a row. It is by far the best hotel value I've found in PH. I stayed in the Parklane a few nights for about the same price, and it was much less of a hotel than the Waterfront. The key word is "value". I book a Deluxe King bed room, get one of the best gyms in Cebu, one of the best pools in Cebu, and a fanstastic breakfast buffet for two, all for $64 / night on my long-term rate. I've invited guy friends to breakfast who have eaten $25 worth of food. And I value the gym at $10. $15 / day. So it's a hell of a value overall.

When I first came in July, online promo rate on the hotel's own site was $82, then a week later it was $88, then a week later $90+ for deluxe or superior room (I think deluxe = superior). I've never found a rate cheaper anywhere than on the Waterfront's own site. The standard rooms have shower only, no bath, weak water pressure and lukewarm water, so not up to my standards. All other rooms are fine. The executive suites are really nice: separate bedroom and living area; two flat panel TV's, one full bath and one toilet (powder room). If you've got the bucks, these are really nice rooms.

I haven't had an in room safe here for the past six weeks. I lock my wallet in a softsided bag and leave my laptop in full view of all staff all the time. Without giving it a second thought. You will not get ripped off in this hotel. However, if you can leave things in the deposit boxes in the lobby. Again, you are not going to get ripped off in this hotel.

As far as bringing girls in, ironically, the only girl they ever asked for ID at the front door was my first "girlfriend" here, who is very respectable, an employed professioinal, quite upper middle class. But I was a newbie to this hotel then. Since I'v'e become a regular here they've never asked for ID from any others, and I've had 8. 10 girls here. Actually, there is no checking before 10PM and they are supposed to check ID's of "visitors" after 10PM. But they generally won't check if you walk in arm in arm with the girl. And with me being a regular here the past three months they never check girls' ID's anymore.

This hotel is very monger friendly. The staff know I'm boning different chicks here all the time, and the waitresses in the restaurant show genuine concern for me when I'm eating breakfast or dinner alone. The Western monger guests here tend to be mature / older, well-mannered, sober. I've never seen anyone walking through the lobby shit-faced drunk with a bunch of loud girls acting "slutty".

I always book my room here and in every hotel for two people, so I'm covered for when I bring chicks to stay. And, again, the breakfast here is great, and chicks really enjoy it if they've spent the night.

The hotel has free shuttles to Ayala Mall a few times per day, but it's a $1 / 45P taxi ride and a 10-minute walk.

Take your laundry to Sunny Days & Rainy Days laundry 5 mins walk out the front of the hotel and turn right on Roxas.

Many good restaurants out the back exit: Go to Salinas Drive across from Asia IT Park, and turn left: La Tegola, Chika-An, Golden Cowrie, AA Barbecue all within 5. 6 mins walk and all recommended by me. Sunflower disco is also there, with good live bands and dancing. Not much of a pick up bar, more for taking chicks there.

Maybe not every ones choice but I rate apurada eat as much as you like buffet 169 peso. Bangers and mash yummie where?Trip Advisor has ratings for 164 Cebu restaurants.

Spice Fusion (Banilad Town Center and SM Mall branches) is good Asian food, reasonable price.

La Tegola (3. 4 locations) is decent Italian food, Filipino style.

Golden Cowrie (many locations) is good Filipino food.

Chika-an on Salinas Dr is also good Filipino.

AA Barbecue on Salinas is also good.

The Ayala Mall Terraces have dozens of restaurants of many varieties, and there are cheaper places in the Supermarket basement floor in Ayala as well as the 3rd floor near the movie theatre. You can eat in Ayala Mall for 50 Pesos per person. $50 per person. Something for everyone there.

Staying in GV Tower Hotel (best value in Cebu) and doing some of the local talent at 500p a pop. Got to watch for the druggies and use a condom. But it is worth it for local room service by the working girls.

Don't post here often because unfortunately I don't have much to add to the forum. Now then, since there have been several posts regarding restaurants in Cebu, allow me to recommend one I just found. It is called The Ranch. It is on Banilad Road on the right hand side as you are going away from Cebu. Good Steaks, great menu, good service. I recommend highly!!!

Hey, I am new to the site and appreciate all of the great suggestions here. I went to the Philippines for the first time last week. Good times. L.A. Cafe is great if you get there early. Seems to be tougher after 11 but still plenty of girls. Cebu was a nice break from Manila.

So my question is how do you find a girl who will do anal? Do you ask around the bar? Ask the girl? Just trying to figure it all out for when I head back in Dec. By the way how is Christmas in Cebu?

Hmmmmm there are views and there are views Sarge, but hey! I know a few other guys who love to stay in that area too.

BTW. Those black spots on your pepper steak are not ground pepper as you thought but lumps of carbon particulate emissions from the jeepneys plying the Colon streets. I have a few workshops in the so-called "Business Hotel" in Colon and I do a regular "hit-and-run" into the area each morning. Once my workshop/seminar is over I get away to more salubrious areas as quickly as possible.

As someone else pointed out - to name an area like this as Colon has got to be one of the funniest labels I have ever heard. I always think of the function of a colon whenever I am "passing through" (pun intended) Colon.

Place looks OK, a little seedy there at night is it not? Do you have info on a what a good price is and booking online? It is down the block from Our place, yes?

Room pics and restaurant look ok but their website is basically useless. At least they gave their contact info.

Hi,

I am going to be in cebu for 6 weeks in mid november. Can anyone recommend a good yoga instructor or godd personal trainer as the ones in the Marriot gym absolutley suck.

I ended up hurting my back badly using one of them.I've been in Cebu three months. The places I know of are:

* Total Fitness in Ayala Mall: You can pay day fee of about 500P. I don't kmow about trainers, but class schedule looks good.

* Holiday Fitness and Spa in Banilad: I think 250P per day. They have a Web site.

* Citigym in basement of Waterfront Hotel: I use this gym a lot. I have not used trainers, but they seem OK, if not up to US standards. Boxing fitness is big here; they have a ring. Classes are good with decent instructors. They have yoga, spinning, etc. I don't know fees, as I'm a hotel guest. The gym is open 24 hours.
