I've been living in Cebu on and off for three months. Thought I'd try to share some of my learning and observations here. Many ISG members have spent years here, and have much more knowledge than I do about Cebu. These are just my observations.

Overall: I like Cebu and am strongly considering living here or, at least making it my base. It is much nicer than Manila, which is a cesspool in my opinion. Cebu is not a world-class city by any means, but it's OK in many ways, and great for girls. Cebu has flights to most places in PH, and a decent amount of international flights to CN, VN, JP, SG, HK, etc.

Beaches: There are no beaches around Cebu City. There are beaches in Mactan, but not very good ones. Bohol has some nice beaches, but it takes two hours to get to them by ferry boat and taxi. The good beaches take 4 hours to get to overland, or you can fly to many major resort areas from Cebu.

Hotels: I've tried the Waterfront and Parklane. Waterfront wins hands down. Please refer to the response I wrote to a member on the Waterfront 1. 2 days ago. I have several friends staying in other, cheaper places, and they have been satisfied. Many places have 15-day rates and 30-day rates, which can save you a lot of money. Some hotels have apartelles, I. E., rooms with kitchenettes and monthly rates. If you're going to stay here a month or more, look into these options.

Restaurants: Please refer to my response written 1-2 days ago to another ISG member re: Cebu restauarants.

Short-term Condos: This has been a disappointment for me and other ISG members. In Manila you can find good condos with expatriate executive amenities (gym, Internet, etc.), available weekly, monthly, etc. Such places essentially don't exsit in Cebu City. There are some in Mactan, which you can find via Web search. You can find condos around Cebu City for six months minimum.

Shopping / Malls: I've been impressed with the shopping malls here. Like most guys, I have zero interest in malls that feature fashion and cosmetics for women or expensive brand name stuff I'm never going to buy. Ayala Mall and SM Mall have every day goods that one really wants / needs to buy. I go to Ayala Mall a few times a week and buy food and drinks to keep in my hotel room, as well as toiletries, etc. The Metro Supermarket is good, and if you need computer peripherals, CD-R King is good. There are dozens of places to eat in Ayala Mall from 50 Pesos. 50 Dollars per person. Western Union in Ayala Mall is great: It costs $15 to send $1, 000 from the US. Citibank now charges 3% on international ATM transactions ($30 on $1, 000). At SM Mall, I could buy 3. 4 items unavailable at Ayala, but I prefer the supermarket at Ayala.

Girls. Ayala Mall: Two years ago, in Robinsons Mall in Malate, Manila, I had girls following me, yelling out to me, and grabbing my arm. Many were ladyboys, but some were actual girls. My first few weeks in Cebu, I was surprised how little obvious pickup action there was in Ayala Mall. I'm not saying it isn't there; I'm saying it isn't always obvious. I rarely even got any favorable eye contact. (I'm 50ish, look 40ish, Filipinas guess I'm in my 30's, I'm fit, decent body, and considered decent-looking by most people, and "gwapo" by Filipinas, so I don't think looks was a negative factor.) Finally, one night, while walking around the Terraces area of Ayala, and waiting to meet my then-GF, I had many girls blatantly yelling out to me, walking next to me, asking if I wanted company or a massage, etc. Over three months, I've seen this pattern repeatedly: no obvious action for a few days or weeks, then quite a few girls on the prowl one or two particular nights. The Terraces seems to be the main place for pickup action in Ayala Mall. Note: many of the most obvious girls on the hunt in Ayala Mall appear to me to be under 18.

There are many good-looking shop girls in Ayala Mall. Many ISG members say these girls can be had. The economics of what these girls earn and what their boarding house rooms and food cost dictate that they almost have to do some compensated dating to get by, not to mention sending some funds home their families in the provinces. After three months and a few weak, half-assed, unsuccessful attempts at picking up store girls, I finally picked up a great one in Ayala Mall. I've had a few very fun, no-sex dates with her and expect / hope to consummate this week. The poor girl works 6. 7 days / week in poor conditions and for low pay. Yet is one of the luck ones who has actually found work. I don' think she's ever dated a foreigner before.

girls. dia: i started using dia late march, 2010. by now, mid-october, 10, 000 girls have contacted me, of which maybe 75% are in ph, and 25% of the 75% are in the cebu area. i've spent way too much time in dia, and most dia girls don't meet my strict quality standards, but there are definitely nuggets of gold to be found in dia. i "fell in love" with one of the first dia girls i ever met: a career professional from a solid middle class family; not a hooker or semi-pro by any means. i pretty much spent my first month fairly exclusively with her. i dabbled a little on the side in cebu, and when i traveled to other parts of ph. another dia girl i met early on and started having sex with later would probably be a model in the us or eu, and i think most isg guys would rate her a 9. 10. she also loves anal, which is a big plus in my book. a great find. but i guess she wasn't happy with my once per week dates for 1, 000p per night compensation, so she suddenly told me she's moving back to the provinces. perhaps her primary sponsor came back to ph.

my #1 recommendation for using dia is to ask girls to provide additional pics to the one dia profile pic, be it via email, friendster, tagged, or facebook. if they balk, then don't waste you are time. #2) there are many girls under-18 in dia. i can tell by their pic or when they send me their fs or fb account info, and their real age is stated in that account. i've confronted hundreds of girls in dia about appearing to be under-age, and they casually respond, "yea, i had to say i'm 18 to join dia. so what's wrong with it? aren't you interested in me?! " well, i'm not a ****, and i don't want to go to a ph jail or pay 1 million pesos in a scam. #3) if a girl is from deep in the provinces, 18. 19, and has no / little experience meeting a foreign guy, then maybe i can agree to bringing a friend or family member to a first meeting. as long as they ask you upfront, and as long as they clear the expense with you. what i don't accept is a girl who is in her 20's, living in / near the heart of the city, claiming to be a modern, worldly career girl or college graduate capable of living abroad. yet claiming to need a friend to accompany her to meet you. i reject such requests. in some cases, the friend / sister / cousin could be hotter than the one you've met in dia, and in some cases a 3-way could happen, so i might be losing some potential opportunities, but i just prefer one on one meetings.

i've only had one semi-scam expeience with dia. a girl who calls herself amanda blair (her dia user name is different) showed up at ayala mall with her mother, nicole, even though amanda had said it would be only her. they milked me for as much as they could at lunch, insisting on one of the best restaurants in ayala mall. and me being fresh off the boat and stupidly agreeing. they ate about two days worth of food. the mother would not shut up for two hours, admitting to me she was monetizing three "boyfriends" in dia. amanda has the iq and social skills of a squid, being virtually speechless throughout the lunch. i realized i'd been had by these professional scammers. i subsequently ran into them in ayala mall on other occasions. this is their fulltime business. the mother pimps the daughter on dia, with the mother actually doing all the correspondence. amanda's pics are the bait. i doubt any foriegner ever gets sex with amanda. avoid these two like the plague.

girls. isg member intros: i appreciate a few generous isg members having given me some excellent chick intros. most of these have worked out very well. one has been a major disappointment. jade in cebu has been promoted by one isg member as a high-quality girl, suitable for marriage to a high-level foreigner, etc. i disagree with this. jade is a seasoned semi-pro. pro hooker. in our first encounter, this "high-quality" girl gave me a std. she knew she was infected and knew any sexual act would put me at risk. yet, jade can never resist a payday, so she infected me. jade will weasle as much cash from a guy as possible until either he figures out he's being used and turns off the cash flow, or until she finds a new, better cash source. her dia profile reads well and all her responses to dia members sound great. because it's all written by a well-meaning isg member who does her marketing. he's a great, wonderful, super-nice, generous guy, whose opinions i respect and agree with on almost everything. i just have a very different perspective from him on jade. jade acts like a schoolgirl needing a few pesos for school. in reality, she's a hardcore hustler and gold digger. she's also a mediocre fuck, and rarely orgasms with any guy. if you date jade, i recommend only paying her the "standard" 500p st / 1,000p lt fee, and not fall for her acting as a gf or her endless cash requests. and be safe.

girls.compensation: i've been paying semi-pro's 500p plus taxi expenses for st, which is usually one pop for me, and 1, 000p plus taxi fare for overnight, which is usually two pops. i often treat girls to either a good dinner or the excellent breakfast buffet in my hotel. i eat very well; no fast food places. i also treat girls nicely, and do my best to make them orgasm. and i think girls value that i'm staying in a very nice hotel, with a comfortable bed, etc. i've asked every girl if the compensation was satisfactory to them, and all have said yes; none have made a face, or let me know in any way that it wasn't satisfacory compensation. and all have been willing to come back another time. in fact, they usually contact me asking to see me again. for some girls, i surprise them by sending them 100p phone loads. for two girls who were semi-regular, i helped them with some relatively small medical expenses. i would not pay less than 500p/1, 000p plus taxis, nor do i feel compelled to pay more.

cell phone: i don't see how one could do anything here without a cell phone. you can buy cheap phones to use with prepaid plans for about 1, 500 pesos and up. most girls use smart or sun. i bought globe initially, and all girls hate that i have globe because it costs them much more to communicate with me. i'll probably change to a phone that can handle two sim cards, i. e., can work with two networks at once. there are two-sim phones for under 2,000 pesos. i've seen a three-sim phone for about 3,500 pesos made by a philippine company, but the phone looked tacky and was large and heavy. i've often sent 30p. 100p loads to girls to cover their cost of communicating with me. this is greatly appreciated by the girls.

Excellent report Genkisugiru ....You pretty much laid out my story while living in Cebu :) This is what would an monger expect to be had in Cebu if he stays longer. More fun with regular girls and few scams.

Of all my dates in Cebu and PH...i only had one scam in which the girl and mama dripped me with mall trips and expensive dinners ....but i did not feel like a scam as it was all new to me and kinda treated it like an adventure :) later when i met many girls..i knew...the other one was a scam :)

I'm sorry to hear your experience with Jade..and too bad you got STD...use condom bro :) I understand we miss the coat sometimes..i hope the member who recommended Jade speaks out.

I also pay the standard 500 and 1000 pesos rate date with taxi cost thrown and occasional mobile load....Man...I don't know how its possible...I'm from India and you are from west but our story pretty much played out same...The girls i met on DIA and yahoo were really nice and showed me a diiferent world that im used to back home.

and like you said..i'm considering living in Cebu also..its just too addictive ...

Great report

Man, this is so much good info.

I have been on DIA since March and will be going over in Novemeber. With the same results. Some scams. Some just want to talk about problems. But a few jems in there also.

My one and only marriage was in Cebu in 91, I have been divorced since 03. We have kids and all the trappings. It was my fault as much as hers. I have a history. And I married my mother. That is what the counseler said.

I think I know who the Jade is you are talking about. I have helped Jynlyn with her having a baby. Jade seems to run in the same crowd. The baby is born. Jyn just will not stop asking for money fror everything under the sun. Mom, sister what ever. So, I do not know if I will use that contact. Right now I think I am in the falling in love phase with a DIA contact. 20 years old. Finished school, Has a job, Have seen pictures of the sisters 60 year old husband. Even a virgin. I will check that out for sure. Might not hit it if it is. Be a gentlemen shit. If I return though and still virgin. Boom that will be the end of it.

Man, you gave such good info, Mall girls, hookers, Semi-pro. But no Bar fines. I think I am like you. I like more than just sex. I want to feel. talk and enjoy my time. But I do need to get the ole nut.

I have lots of nieces and nephews in cebu. I will meet them. I plan to hook up with WR at the parklane. This board has some great guys who give lots of time to the rest of us.

Sorry about the STD, I got one on my last Costa Rica trip. thank God for medicine. No not HIV.

Again let me say thank you. Great read, Great info, And it seems we share most all attitudes about what we are looking for in women.

I must say, that it seems there are lots of Indian, English, German, Assuie, And Gringos that go to PI and have a gret time. Oh shit, Forgot the Japs and Koreans who conqueered PI just a few years ago yet seem to be welcomed also. This seems to be normal in Southeast asia. But not the rest of the world. I just wanted to coment on that thought.

Thanks again

don't even expect to sleep with her. you'll just feed the squid.

I like this report. You are one of the lucky ones to pick up a shop girl, after many attempts. Many fantasize about shop girls in these fora, but one sees few or no reports of success. One of us recommends giving out cheap cell phones. I will give you the inside story. I live in a small city in the Visayas. An experienced promo/sales girl joined me from Davao. She quickly got a job in the town's main mall. I used to pick her up after work at the employee entrance. Each evening I was one of a herd of guys on motorcycles waiting for their SO, though the only foreigner. So nice to see her come out the door, spot me, rush over grinning and climb on the back seat. Now she is back in Davao. She has an Australian BF.

If the girl does not live with her SO, she likely lives with family. Questions will be asked about her going out after work. She can spend some capital, describe a party with friends or whatever, but only rarely. She's not likely to do it for a tourist or short-term visitor. And he has not offered her money while chatting her up in the mall.

I am amused to think of a foreigner offering my ex a cell phone at her shop. She already has two, for Smart and Globe. Most likely she would decline it. Maybe she would accept it and ask me to sell it for her the next day. I might give it to one of my other girls.

Citibank now charges 3% on international ATM transactions ($30 on $1, 000).Great report, Genk. I love Cebu for the girls. Just find it a bit of a grotty city to live in after awhile, aside from the girls.

As for the ripoff from Citibank, let me make a suggestion. If you can open a Wells Fargo account in USA (not sure if you are a yank, or get there), they will do an automatic transfer for about $2.50 for up to $10,000. I was getting my social security sent that way. They have a relationship with Bank of PI. It's a good deal.

Happy trails,

Jade in Cebu has been promoted by one ISG member as a high-quality girl, suitable for marriage to a high-level foreigner, etc. I disagree with this. Jade is a seasoned semi-pro. Pro hooker. In our first encounter, this "high-quality" girl gave me a STD. She knew she was infected and knew any sexual act would put me at risk. Yet, Jade can never resist a payday, so she infected me. .

I think that this is a very serious acusation to make, and is likely to have a major impact on Jade's ability to attract business.

It appears that the sexual act in question may have been a blow job.

If this is the case, then the likelihood of transmision of an STD is very low, because the pH of the human mouth is such that very few bacteria or other germs can survive in human saliva. And if she had told him that she had gonhorrea in advance, and he went ahead with a blow job, then in reality he would be very safe. The same situation exists for HIV; almost impossible to transmit by blow job. Unless the skin around the mouth is cracked, and contact can be made with her blood.

If he is prepared to have unprotected sex with a woman who has told him in advance that she has an STD, then is it his normal practice to have unprotected sex with all of the prostitutes and other women that he has sex with?

Is it likely that he caught his disease from another prostitute, either before or after his activities with Jade?

If Jade had told him that she had gonorrhea, what was the STD that he caught? Was it gonorrhea?

So, the questions may be, (1) had he been engaging in unprotected sex with other women before and after Jade, and (2) how soon after his sex with Jade did he begin to exhibit the symptoms of an STD, given the different incubation periods of the various STDs?

I think that these questions need to be clarified before any blame or accusation of reckless behaviour should be attributed to Jade for his condition.

As a further question, does any one know if Jade has had her disease fixed?

Excellent report Genkisugiru ......

I'm sorry to hear your experience with Jade..and too bad you got STD...use condom bro :) I understand we miss the coat sometimes..i hope the member who recommended Jade speaks out.

....

Starchild is right that this was in general a nice report, however the comment re J was IMHO misjudged. As I know Genkisugiru to be a decent and generally thoughtful guy, I can only think it was one of those instances where one writes something when feeling particularly aggrieved and pissed off and then maybe regrets it once one has pressed the send button.

In general I am not comfortable discussing particular girls and especially non bar girls by name on this forum, however as Gangles has commented, this is a very significant character defamation so I feel obliged to comment.

Re STDs I think we can be spared a blow by blow account of who said and did what to whom. Suffice it to say that there are generally different perceptions of such events amongst those concerned and members might wonder why, if they are being told the whole story, a guy who tells us that he has been contacted by 10,000 admiring DIA girls and who looks more like 30 than 50 would choose to appoint such a girl as his no 1 GF for around a month thereafter.

As to the money honey side. If the main accusation boils down to: when the ATM began to not be so forthcoming, she stopped responding so consistently to my texts and a few times failed to turn up when we agreed, so maybe she was just pretending to be my GF all along: well welcome to the Philippines!

On a more general note.

Re "Gold diggers". Personally when I am dating a girl 2 or 3 times my age, I tend to be more concerned about the ones who are not asking for a retainer or help with school fees etc. The real "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" for most of these girls is to get married or pregnant with a wealthy guy from the West. If such an outcome goes wrong a few years later, it could cost you 10s or more likely 100s of thousands of dollars rather than a few thousands of pesos which is all you are likely to "lose" on a PAYG basis.

Just a recap of my trip in October.

Cebu a nice change from Manila but less chances for freelances (I think). I ended up doing the circuit: Eric the red, Viking, etc.

Most of the popular places all had hot girls you just have to pop in and check.

Took a young one from Erik the Red (I think). Cute enough and real tiny. Seemed real excited in the bar but cooled down a bit in the hotel. Good enough though and she stayed until around 11 the next day. Got in 3 sessions.

Next night did the same circuit but avoided that one bar where I picked here up. Also went to some place called Lips or something. Real cool place, nice set up and hot girls but they were all huddled around this couch and not too easy to choose the one you liked. Mamasan would have gotten one I guess but two came over and I bought some drinks. One was ok looking and all over me, telling me how horny she was etc. The other was young, hot, and tiny. After a few drinks I asked to barfine the young one and she took off to the back. I asked what was up and mamasan said no problem. I told her to check and she came back and said the girls was tired. I guess better to know then than later but still kinda lame. So I packed up and went to one of those around the corner (can't remember which one). Ended up with a pretty hot girl. Went home after a few and had some great sessions. She stayed until around 2 the next day. Have exchanged numbers with her and will try her again when I return. Also wonder about the horny girl at Lips bar. She would probably have been good and she was pretty hot too.

All for now, cheers!

Gentlemen,

I would like to tap in to the wealth of information and advice that members of this site are able to offer.

I have accumulated sufficient Kris flyer miles with Singapore Airlines for a few trips during a break from my work in Vietnam and have been thinking of a few weeks in Bali or Lombok and a trip to Cebu and would welcome any advice.

During the day I just like relaxing, reading, and a little swimming, I'm not a great party animal so in the evening I'm not really interested in large clubs or discos. What I do like is a nice meal followed by a decent bar, friendly girls, game of pool, bit of fun and then a nice little takeaway to keep me occupied for the night. I will also be looking for a good GF friendly hotel/guesthouse, not into great luxury but somewhere comfortable preferably with a garden wifi would be an advantage but not essential.

Where should I be looking in Cebu? Any suggestions or advice would be most welcome. I have also posted this on the Indonesian branch.

Welcome to the Viking bars asian guys only get the hot ones.I disagree. I saw some great girls in Viking and Eric the Red and bar-fined two real cuties from Hot Rod and BG's (I posted a report with photos a week or two ago).

It's the other side of the road (Papillon, Love City, Dimples, Pussycat) that caters for the more affluent Asian clientele. The bar-fine at Dimples when I was there in March was crazy. Why pay 3000 pesos when you can cross the road and take (in my opinion) better lookers for just 1700?

Yes, Cebu Local was a good guy. Wish I hooked up with him back then.

Anyway, who do you think is the authority here now? You people still say Viking is still hopping. I agree for the most part, but they tend to be on the high end and I'm half-Filipino. However, that was back around 2002-2003 when I began reading and posting on this forum.VIC,

I meet him 7 yr ago in Manila I think he got married to a chinese girl and move to China or Hong kong .

Hello to All,

I made my first trip to PI and I just got home on Oct. 21. Thanks to ISG!

I helped the homeless for the first 3 weeks, and I scored some bedroom time with some of hotel staff girls, but my best night BY FAR was my last night which I spent at Mango Vikings. I was greeted at the door by 6 beauties who all wanted me to buy an LD for them. The staff told me I should get all 6 of them a drink, but I said "One at a time". The first 4 girls were what they called "Butterflys", who got up after 10 minutes, but the last two were perfect, as they fell asleep in my arms and stayed there more than 3 hours until the place closed. Then they both met me at the Cal-Star next door and we took a taxi to my hotel for the night. THEY WERE AWESOME! It's too bad I didn't know how cool the bar scene was until my last night in Cebu. SXXX, thanks for the advice about Village Maidens as I can see what you mean about the city girls being tainted. I was at Vikings on the night of Tues. Oct. 19 from 9:30 until closing. I also saw a very tall white guy who had about 10 girls all over him for most of the evening, I was not that guy. I was the one who, for the last 3-4 hours had two girls asleep on either shoulder over by the left side of the stage, near the CR and the changing room. So now you know that I am FOR REAL!

Regarding the staff knowing the 'secret' code to get into the in-room safe. Its true... Before taking the old one, he keyed in a 4-digit code, and it opened. He said that worked on all machines in the hotel, but since the machine was defective, my code would not work. I was suspiscious of this secret code and asked me who else in the hotel knew it. He said just him and two managers. Most room safes can be opened by most hotel employees. They do it all the time for those who forget their code.

It is best to use the room safe only as a diversionary tactic.

Throw in a few crumpled bills that you can afford to lose. That way if the safe is entered the thief will take the money, cuss you for being broke, and leave.

If they find nothing at all in the safe, they will continue to search the room.

In the meantime, always bring a few envelopes and some heavy tape, like packing tape.

Put your bills in the envelope and tape it on the underside of a middle bureau drawer.

No one is ever going to open the middle drawer so that the bottom can now be seen, actually crawl under the bureau, and decide to look up to see what can be found.

Just make sure you bring heavy packing tape, as scotch tape doesn't stick too well to particle board, from which most hotel drawers are made.

For extra safety, split your bills into two or three envelopes and spread them around, as odds are someone won't find them all. Just don't forget where you taped them.

Hope this helps.

If you are looking for billiards, food, fun and girls (not necessarily in that order) head to Lonestar. Temptations and Vikings also have a pool table. There are many places to stay in the area that fit your criteria so read back through this thread or do a search.

Took cuties from Vik's and Sister's. Viking's was filled with cano and korean, and when I walked in I was greeted by a cutie, and left with a different cutie. At Sister's I was the only customer. At the place next to Sister's, bigger place, there was only one other customer, and bunch of lookers to choose from.
Last Sunday night I was also the only customer in Sisters and I tabled a girl who gave me the eye while dancing. When she sat down she told me that she used to work at Hotrods (bar you are referring too) and I had her tabled a year and half ago when the mamma called for a lineup for two Koreans who entered the bar and I got pissed off and left.

Long story short, I asked her if she wanted to go and she did not hesitate and said yes. When we got in the taxi to the hotel she was all GFE, got to the room and showered and got in bed she gave me a top 5 bj and fucked me like there was no tomorrow:D I love the Philippines:)

Anyone have a pic of Jade, maybe you can post itYes I do. But I was restrained because of the implications. In the meantime had a few privates eamils from other members that confirmed that she is piece of work which sadly is my opinon. I also spoke to Jade in CB last week and my concern is that there seems to one member here who seems to have a undue or unwarranted high opinion of her and decided to be her self appointed protector. Anyway if a pic that you want I have it. But I am not interested in all the crap that normally follows. Let me know guys if you are intersted and think I should post it.

BTW this Jade profile in CB. Looks like she had a lots and lots of help writng this. What a crock of shit. '. In my opinion.:

Hi I'm Jade. I'm a final year working student in Cebu majoring in psychology. (means I'm smart enough to get partial scholarship but poor enough to have to work in college library for my allowance).

People say I am pretty. And not just my Mum LOL. I'm quite tall for a Filipina (5Ft 5in), slim body and I try to keep healthy and in shape. I speak English well and have been told I have a soft sexy accent. My college is a strict Catholic school run by nuns and maybe I'm sometimes a little bit more naughty than I am supposed to be, but I don't smoke, take drugs, have tattoos or piercings. I prefer my guy does not have these either. I still get tipsey after a single bottle of beer. I'm a sociable girl with many female friends who all seem to coem to me to share their problems. But that's what friends are for. I've given up on Philippines boys who are generally immature and irresponsible.

My goal is to graduate this year. During this final year I'd like to find a decent, intelligent Western guy who is looking for a loving, faithful and charming Filipina wife to build a home and in due course a family together back in his country. Though I am no genius I am smart enough not to embarrass you in front of your friends and family. I am emotional when I see cruelty and unfairness, I am not a drama queen. I am calm, easy going and generally optimistic. I want an emotionally mature partner who is calm and rational. Your personal qualities are more important to me than looks, I hope to find someone who is at least "presentable" and takes care of his appearance and physique.

Many girls here will ask you to "accept me for who I am". But not me. Of course I hope you will appreciate my good points and forgive my short commings. But I am looking for a guy I can genuinely look up to. Not just because you have white skin and an ATM card, but because you are a successful, honest, hard working, intelligent guy with strong moral values (no religious fanatics though please. I have had enough of that with the nuns at college hehehe). I want someone who knows alot about how the world works and can help me grow into a more rounded and interesting person and life partner. My background has meant that have not been able to travel and do all the exciting things that I dream of. I hope that my partner will understand this and help me see and learn new thing. I am not afraid of hard work and if it suits my future husband's lifestyle I would be interested to try and find a good job and start a career of my own especially if this enabled me to help out my family.

I am not looking for someone who is looking for a fantasy girl friend. I'm looking for a great guy with a big hole in his life for a beautiful and loving friend, lover and eventually wife. Someone who can bring beauty, gentleness and a sense of fun into his life and in return provide me with a sense of being loved, and emotional as well as material security.

If you are serious about finding a high quality, attractive young Filipina wife then please write me a message telling me a little about yourself. I am just looking for a few serious suitors not along list of chatmates so please don't be upset if I don't get back to you if you obviously don't seem what I am looking for or just send a wink.

Jade xx

I agree that it is time for this discussion re Jade to stop.

And the way for it to be stopped is for Genkisugiru to tell the truth, and the whole story.

I posted a few key questions some time ago for him to answer, and he has yet to do so.

Jade is not a risk to anyone.

Come on G, tell the truth and clear Jade's name and reputation. It is not fair that he should be able to make anonymous, incorrect accusations on this site, where she can not make any reply, or speak for herself.

I am glad it worked for you HM. Such a step will certainly deter the light-fingered bf visitor or any opportunistic thief.

My problem with this is that if you chain and lock up a cabinet in such a prominent and serious manner then it is a red flag to anyone that you may well have something of major value to protect.

The plastic handles and the cheap plywood materials on most hotel cabinets would certainly not stop a serious thief from pulling the handles off.

I would be more inclined to chain my Samsonite hard case with PIN operated lock to something immovable if ever I resorted to such a dramatic step.

I disagree.

Why pay 3000 pesos when you can cross the road and take (in my opinion) better lookers for just 1700?No disrespect, but that's not the Viking bar's top talent. Hot rods is owned by club temp owner.

And Ace at Ayala or SM or both. Lock from one and chain from the other? Hello, Guys, Here are some responses to your questions. Due to privacy issues, I would like to keep the location secret, although some of you were bound to have seen me at Mango Vikings on Tues. Oct. 19. As I was there from 9:30 til closing at 3:30 am with two girls asleep on my shoulders as I massaged their legs and breasts. TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS... The doors were not maid of plywood and the handles were solid metal, not plastic.

I got the lock and chain at one Ace Hardware, but I can't remember if it was Ayala, or SM.

At the risk of interrupting the hardware discussion, here is some info on the Hotel Elizabeth.

Note this is as of Oct. 29, 2010 during the soft opening. Their Grand Opening is Nov. 15. Suites aren't available for another week or two. Regular rooms are currently 2200P which is supposedly half price. The discount rates are supposed to last until Dec.

The lobby is nice. The attached pic is from the hotel's Facebook page. The mix of modern architectural elements and pseudo-classical murals is jarring. The same can be said of the big chandelier. If I were to guess, I'd say they had a competent interior designer and some gauche owners who made their own "contributions" to the design.

There is still occasional hammering and power tools. There are electricians working in the lobby and people doing finish work. If you are concerned about paint fumes and such not, you should give it a few months to air out.

They said they have been fully booked for a couple of nights already this month. They seem to be doing a lot of duplicate record keeping on paper. So in addition to the printed register receipts you get a hand written receipt as well. It really slows things down a lot. I sure hope that changes once the auditors are happy.

They are girl friendly. There are a lot of families but also a half dozen foreign guys with a rotating cast of breakfast companions.

They required a 1000P cash deposit. This was after they apparently ran my credit card for the full amount of my stay in advance. I've stayed in dozens of hotels in Asia - including the Marco Polo and Apo View in Davao and a couple of western chains in Manila - and I don't recall ever having to leave a cash deposit.

It does have a free in room safe and large shower - no tub. Bottled water is free and there is a small refrigerator. There is no minibar stuff in it at the moment. A good feature when you've landed a grabby one. That may change with the grand opening. My refrigerator wasn't cold when I arrived. A little poking around showed that it wasn't completely plugged into the wall socket.

The rate includes a mediocre breakfast buffet. Don't know if that is just during the promo.

I do object to the lack of drawers and general storage space in the room. I'm sure it makes their life easier, but at the level that they aspire to it is rather downscale. Nightstand drawers in particular are very handy for mongering - you can make cameras and condoms and lube and toys appear as required. And I like to have some drawers to stow candy and other gifts so I don't have to rummage through my baggage with my guest watching.

The wifi free, but you get what you pay for. It is unpredictable up on the fifth floor where I am. The lobby isn't great either so I'm not sure where the transceiver is located. One of the foreign guys got them to set up the ethernet port in his room on the third floor, but it took them five days to do it. If you are staying on the third floor look by the phone jack - there might be a live ethernet port.

Service is okay. They need plenty of work. It is hard to get their attention most of the time and they aren't very good about refills and things like that. The bartender can't seem to distinguish between scotch and soda and on the rocks. When I asked for some club soda I got tonic water.

Avoid the triple room (even if you plan on having a threesome). They will put two of the beds together for you but it will be exactly that - two individually dressed beds pushed together with the comforters overlapped. The beds are on wheels so they are guaranteed to slip apart at the most inopportune time. At least the damn headboard doesn't slap the wall like the Apo View.

They don't do any foreign exchange. I guess they will eventually. Right now they send you to Ayala Mall. The business center isn't open yet. You go down to the front desk and they help you as best they can. They haven't worked out international faxes yet. The fitness center is open and still in pristine condition.

The Mango Park does have free wifi which reaches into the rooms. its not 100% reliable, but is up maybe 85% of the time. Along with the small roof top pool and good location it is one of the attractions of staying there. however ont leave valuables in the reception safety boxes (I had $400 stolen from there.) and the attitude of the management - which tends to permeate into some of the staff, is very poor.

if you are looking for free wifi on a mid range budge, also consider BBH (Ex Eddies). The wifi is more reliable then MP and the rooms (the delux ones - standard are not so nice) more comfortable and specious and the management is courteous and friendly. Main downside is lack of pool.

The are charging $4500 for a weeks accommodation in an unspecified hotel, even if its a good hotel this is worth maybe $700, a girl to pick you up at the airport and be your coordinator/assistant for the week, worth maybe $150, then introductions to 5 suitable girls. There are about 10 million single Filipinas all looking for foreign husbands so unless you are some sort of monster finding 5 dates interested to meet a "serious" guy would take a matter of minutes. At worst they could just pay 5 really cute girls $20 each to show up for a date. So you are getting something worth around $1000n and paying $4500. And the guarantee is if you arent happy come back again for a repeat performance and pay only $1200 LOL

Werner,
Stay away from this lot.
There are plenty of guys living here in the Philippines (and who live in or are very familiar with Cebu ) who will give you all the assistance you need if you want to find a spouse.

For example (and purely as an illustration). If I had time I could assist you by flying down from Manila.
Cost for the fare from Manila to Cebu and accommodation for a week would be:
Return Fare 3000 php
Accommodation (6 days at 2500/night) = 15,000

Total Cost: 18,000 php

On todays forex rates, thats $400 usd

I am merely illustrating the difference between what they are quoting and what it might cost you even if you "hired' a wingman.

I bet there are many guys living in Cebu who would take you under their wing for a day or so and all it will cost you is a few beers and a lunch.
After that you will not need any assistance (except some guys to get the girls off your back lol)

If you have spent any time in the Philippines, then you know that this is successful. When I say successful I am talking about being able to meet a Filipina and have her fall in love with you in a week. Now, before I get flamed, I am not saying that it will work out, but how many girls would jump at a chance to meet a guy willing to pay $4000 for a week in the PI????

I can only image what they are telling the girl...these guys are rich and this is your chance to get out of here and when you get out, you can divorce him and take his money and run:D

There was a post on here about a guy spending $3000 a month on PI cam girls and had never visited the PI:(

At the risk of interrupting the hardware discussion, here is some info on the Hotel Elizabeth.
Checked in October 31 and I'm writing this report from the lobby. Have stayed at their Baguio property a few years back so I was interested how this boutique hotel measured up. So far everything seems to be going good as I happen to know an employee and she is excited heading towards the grand opening on November 15 which is fully booked.

There is a 50% discount until December 15 and is quite the deal. Currently, only the first three floors are open and available with more floors opening this month. The rooms are smartly designed and furnished featuring wall mounted TV, frig, hot water kettle and automatic climate control.

The free breakfast is excellent with good quality offerings and fresh brewed coffee. The cook is standing by to cook you eggs or an omelet.

The free WiFi works great throughout and after chatting with their IT guy, the only problem so far was having to do a reset.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and attentive from the doorman to the waiters and I would stay here again with no hesitation!

Took me two minutes to walk to the Metro department store entrance of Ayala mall yesterday but the rest of the mall was shut tighter then a drum due to the holiday.

Nice business.[/QUOTE]It sounds so easy, when I listen you.

But I had already so much bad experience in different countrys. I find always the same girls, just bitches. The stay some days or week or maybe months, until I recognise what is in her mind.

But I want one, not spoiled, one for th erest of my life, and maybe have kids together. I think this is normal for a man like me and nothing special.

On the website www.Lovequadrat.com they say, that they find them from the province or from small islands.

That sounds so interested for me. Because there are no tourists and no money, because the money spoils them (like drugs), and maybe the girls there are really different.

I know one guy, he is married with oa philipina, have two kids and they look like a very happy family. But I don't know, how he met a wonderful person like this.

And about the "big" amount. What is a bigamount for a person, what you was looking for since many years?

I want just ask your experience, if an agency like that is able to find a really nice girl, not an easy hooker. For this I also don't need somebody for help.

I hope somebody understand me.

@ Werner2727

The problem is that you dont know if they are telling the truth, that the girl comes from the province or is someone who is normally working in a bar that is eager to meet someone new.

Just my 2 cents.

It would be cheaper for you to go to Phils yourself, find a place to stay for 3 weeks and see what comes out of it. If you stay with a girl for a coupe of weeks, most of them will be bitchy in some way or other. They mainly had kids mind and attitude. None (or very few) are really mature and can keep a conversation.

Nice business.t sounds so easy, when I listen you.

Werner2727, if you are ready to waste money on this "service" why don´t you just pay Jackson his $29.95 so that you will be able to send and receive PMs. I`m sure that I´m not the only guy who in his search for pussy has come across educated nice girls who just want to meet a serious guy and get married. They do not have sex with all the guys they meet (didn´t with me). I would be happy to pass on contact information so that you could get in touch.

Simple when you know how. There you go again with your 'snide bugger' routine, WR.

Given that it took years to build this place in Cebu, it's not too much to expect them to have their very own. Site-specific, Cebu online address, by now, is it? FCOL, they are already accepting guests! Further more,

There was NOTHING on the Baguio site directly related to Cebu.

So it's still a good question waiting for an answer,

Where"s the freaking site?

Am not snide just a good researcher. I could have said RTFF but am never that rude :p

There is no web site, if you google you will find one but this not an official web site - it is in fact a site set up by a local firm to take bookings etc so just call the hotel itself.

Am hearing from Radoboy that wifi still intermittent but OK in lobby but Mattrick said allw as OK so must depend on the day and floor possibly.

I put up two chica friends in the Elizabeth a couple of weeks ago and while talking with the reservations manager mentioned the lack of website. She said they were "working on it". Since she told me that their target clientele are business men, they will obviously have to get their act together as far as having readily available information on the internet. I would bet that they are aiming at the official hotel opening date to have the website functioning. By the way, they advertise the hotel´s ¨Thai Massage¨ services at the front desk. About 20 meters across the street is another massage parlor with a couple of girls sitting in front of the window. There are another couple of hotels in the same area opening in the near future.

This comment must be based on the cross-section of uneducated girls that you encounter Marco.
I have worked here for 14 years with educated filipinas.
These girls are certainly very mature and could talk the rug out from under many Aussie girls.
It is just not sensible to make such a sweeping statement without qualifying it in some way.
If your sample of girls are from bars or freelancers in malls or off the street then it might well be correct.
If you are talking about the whole sample of filipinas including the teachers, nurses, secretaries etc etc then your comment is just not true.

Werner -- you are getting some good guidance here on the forum. You should take it seriously and don't waste your money on a "service."

First, while you seem like a nice fellow, you seem extremely naive. The best thing you could do to save yourself a ton of money and a lot of heartache is visit the country for as much time as your vacation and money allows.

Then GO HOME alone and visit a second time.

This is called "experience." You surely need some. If you think you are going to go there for a 10 day swing and simply pluck the perfect virginal goddess off the street or out of a gogo club - or through a SERVICE - I have a condo for you in Florida (USA). That's a joke. It means I am going to take advantage of you.

Here is the main problem with men from the West who visit the Asia and other 3rd world areas.

We are wealthy. Compared against the blinding, life-long crushing poverty of our little brown friends in the third world, we are all rich -- whether you are a mechanic in Stutgart or a Banker in Boise. And as a result, you really can not comprehend where these people are coming from. Some forum members say "these girls are all money grubbing, avaricious, blah blah blah."

That is a judgment anybody from the West is unqualified to make - unless you have been that poor; and believe me, nobody here has ever been as poor as they are in these places. Even if you are homeless living in a stolen car - you are vastly more rich than anybody in the places we mongers visit. Why?

Because you are in AMERICA. (Or Western Europe or Japan, etc.) You are a couple of paychecks away from getting your car out of hock and roof over your head and used TV. Two weeks later you are signing up for cable.

While these girls may come across like thieves -- it is survival. It is all they know: get money. When they try to get as much money from you as they can, it's not for a new TV or a payment on the Boat. It is for food and shelter - exclusively; for them or the family or the kid back in the Lean-to. You, Werner, can not possibly comprehend what that means. That is not an insult, it's a warning. It is a warning as to just how far apart you are from any of the girls you are likely to meet.

Only certain sophisticated mongers know what I'm talking about -- the ones who have visited the Shanty towns inside the Land-fills, or the Favelas in Brazil. The rest are vaguely aware of what they think they understand as "poverty," but whoever complains about some gogo girl's attitude -- they are naive.

Anyway, Werner -- a little off topic. In summary, you should take a YEAR of investigation and learning before you jump in here. For you, it would be like visiting the American-Canadian border and jumping in to the Niagra "River." Let me be the first to warn you: there is big surprise waiting for you just a little bit downstream. Stay close to shore at first, Kid, OK?

The opening phrase of the 50,000 pages of the US IRS Code starts out like this: "Investigate before you Invest." Think about it, Werner, and save yourself a bundle. Auf-wider-hussein! j

Sure Red Kilt,
I was mainly thinking of the bargirls and girls from DiA and Tagged that most of us frequently meet.

I have been around (the Philippines) since the late 80'ties and we have an office in Manila with educated ladies, but those girls are more or less working 12 hours a day, and at least 6 hours on Saturdays and are not likely to hang out with mongers like us.
This means that Werner2727 may not expect to meet ladies like this on a dating site, in the mall, or even through through socalled experts promoting the Love2. To meet and date them, you surely need to either live here or visit frequently for longer periods (not just a week every two year :) ).

Agree on the latter?

What I here mean is -- guys like us meet some girl they think is perfect. And she MAY BE perfect! So the guy starts thinking and talking out loud:

"...then I'll get you a visa, and I'll come back and you will love my house, and I'll buy you a car and I'll teach you how to drive -- you are going to love driving -- and maybe you can go to the community college in my County. It'll be great, Sweetheart!"

Meanwhile - this girl is thinking about a $20 dollar bill. That's it. Or maybe two 20's making in total, $40. "Wouldn't it be great if I could get a smooth Hundred out of this guy. He seems very nice." She likes you. And she is nice.

There is nothing wrong with either of these people. They are simply coming at the world from two very different universes. Different goals and objectives. Different lives. He is lonely. She is poor. He has money to satisfy her poverty; she has affection to sooth his loneliness.

But 99 times out of 100, Werner, this is not the basis for a successful marriage. It is, however, the perfect basis for an affair, a tryst or a transaction. I usually opt for a transaction.

Very impressive couple of reports here, Jacksonian. I particularly appreciate the balance shown and the wisdom of your observations. I guess the key thing here is PERSPECTIVE. Most of us, most of the time, tend to rely only upon our own narrow values, outlooks and experiences. We are fortunate to have several 'National Treasures' on the P I Forum who dispense a lot of excellent advice. Welcome to that exclusive club!

BTW, you mentioned The Cebu Grand(e) If you are indeed referring to the hotel on N. Escario, be sure to request a mountainview room on the upper floors. 503, 505, through 511, or sixth floor, the same. It's a very comfortable 3 star hotel with 5 star service.

Mutualism is defined as any relationship between individuals of different species where both individuals derive a benefit. As long as we mongers understand this relationship, we can have a gas and at the same time not only do no harm to the ladies, but help them. I love my Asian gf’s, but I never allow myself to fall in love with them. I know it will not work in the long run and it will just cause me pain later on down the road. Every year I meet one or two girls that are just a little cuter than the others, or a little nicer, or have a sweeter pussy, ect, ect, ect. And I admit that at times I feel myself falling. That’s when I know I got to move on.

But hey, I know there is a never ending line of western guys that want to believe “love” can happen. When “love” enters the picture the mutualistic symbiotic relationship all too often turns into a parasitic symbiotic relationship in which one member of the association benefits while the other is harmed. Don’t say you were not warned.

Like Tungsten, I know quite a few relationships, including my own, that have succeeded. In almost all cases however, the success stories concern guys who actually live here, and who have already been through it all, and have thus clarified what they want and how to get what they want. It's rare that I've met short-time travelers, most of whom know and understand little about the country despite their smug certainty that they do, who have established and maintained fulfilling relationships. It's not that those who live here are necessarily smarter than those who don't, it's that knowledge and accurate perceptions are cumulative, and depend more on time in country and experience than any other factors.

Also, of course, something happens to the brain of some guys when deplaning here, and they become enveloped in a willing suspension of disbelief, that allows them to believe that the girl they picked up in a bar on their first night here, and who provided cataclysmic sex, is really the love of their life. Usually, several months and several of thousands of dollars later the mists of fantasy part, and they come crashing into the hard stone wall of reality.

I've tried to explain many times, via PMs, emails, and the occasional face-to-face meeting, that there's a huge difference between the endless, profuse sex that's readily on offer, and the building of a relationship with a more substantial basis, and with a different kind of woman. Though most profess to understand (and often insist that "this one is different"), most don't really get it.

yes, i generalized. and for the guys who make it work, good on ya. i wrote that stuff to werner to be a bit funny but also to slow him down. you must admit he's heading into a curve at high speed. i didn't write to insult anybody. note, i did qualify it by saying 99 out of 100, right? you guys with good relationships or good marriages to local girls are the minority. i have great affection for and empathy with girls in these places - but somebody accused me of going there to screw. ummm...? is it just me? please. i've never jammed a chica down on price nor never forced it in any situation. rather, i view every girl i've ever hooked up with in asia as a mini-relationship - like a year with a western chick but condensed into one night or two. you meet, you share a laugh, you have a drink or two, you get excited, you go back to your room, you tussle the sheets a bit, you get sick of each other after 48 hours so you end it! like a love affair! in the west, it just takes a more time and a lot more money -- but in the end, you end up in the same place. you spent a few bucks and you busted a nut once or twice. j

I used to own a company in Cebu for about 3 years. 1/2 my time was spent living there. I'm thinking of going back, this time to work at a university as a professor. Yes, the pay is horrible and I don't know how I'd get by (maybe 50K Peso a month and then some side income) but life in the US kinda sucks now for many of us.

Any of you know of someone that did this? When I had the company I had rock star status with Filipinas. I'd imagine being in the education system provides an opportunity to meet a lot of students and there friends, etc.

Of course, this is not the ONLY reason to make such a big leap, but it's important. FYI, I'm in my mid 40s and have good looks, but woman in the US are no longer interested in me because I lost all my money with my start-up in Cebu! I now live like someone in the Philippines so why not be there with others that have no money like me!

Plus, work I've done since the outsourcing computer services company in Cebu has screwed up my career in the US where there are little job opportunities. With an MS degree and experience working a cebu, a WSG member might get a job as above. I have the connections to do it, but don't know how difficult it is in general.

If you prefer to PM about this, please do.

Also, sorry for the ignorance after being away so long, but what is DIA that everyone mentions?

Ya, she's says all the right things. Too good to be true.Just to confirm your suspicions, yes, a foreign man is Jade's "marketing agent", wrote her profile, checks her incoming messages, and answers messages for her. I have first-hand experience with her over a few months, and the eloquent, fabricated profile was followed by her giving me a STD and other unpleasant experiences. All in all, the worst value for money invested I've encountered over 25 years of Asia mongering and 4 months of this time in PH. I could have bar-fined a much hotter bar gi.

i posted a two-part report on oct 17th, 2010 re: my three months in cebu. i appreciate all the positive feedback, with several fellow isg members here saying my report exactly mirrored their experiences in cebu. also, a few members confirmed that my experiences with amanda blair and her mother were the same as the other members' experiences with them.

one aspect of my report provoked much commentary: my comments on jade. some members have asked for additional comments and clarification. so i'm responding to their requests herewith.

jade was recommended by another isg member -- a wonderful, helpful fellow, whom i like very much. he has a vested interest in jade and can't be objective: she is a wing-woman for him and helps him recruit tons of pussy. he is a marketing agent for her, wrote her dia and cb profiles, reads her incoming messages, and writes her outgoing messages. to the several members who commented here how her profile is too well-written to be true, now you know, it was written by an elite-level foreign man, not be herself.

jade had a std when introduced to me. someone asked for std details. i had no sexual contact with anyone for two weeks, then had sex with jade's friend about a week before i got symptoms, and jade 2 days before i got symptoms (burning [CodeWord134] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord134)). gonorrhea symptoms usually appear in 2 - 5 days. we got jade's friend checked within days and she was cleared. jade had been diagnosed with a std and was on medication and a doctor-advised abstinence from sex when she met me. the guy who made the introduction apologized to me after i contracted the std, saying he'd told jade to tell me she had it, and he now regretted leaving it up to her to tell me herself, and wish he had told me. yea, i wish he'd told me too that he was introducing me to an infected girl!

jade's doctor and mine diagnosed the std as gonorrhea based upon symptoms, timeline, etc. it could have been chlamydia or some other std, or a combination. my diagnosis was based upon blood and [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) tests; i didn't have a swab from my urethra as the doctor said it's painful and not necessary, since the treatment she gave me would treat both gonorrhea and chlamydia. the treatment worked.

jade, i, and my doctor thinks she gave me gonorrhea via a bbbj. jade and her promoter / introducer have both apologized to me for not having informed me of her infected condition prior to her giving me the bbbj.

the std details above are provided only because some members wanted the details. actually, the std isn't the main point of my original posting. my main point was to share some details -- both good and bad -- of my first three months in cebu / ph.

overall, jade has been the worst value of the 9 - 10 girls i've been with over what is now four months in ph, mostly cebu. she has cost the most money, time, aggravation, and emotional investment, both in absolute terms and measured on a cost per sexual encounter basis. as i recall, my original report didn't say to avoid jade at all costs. it said that personally disagree with one guy's attempt to position her as an elite gf / marriage prospect. and i recommended not getting taken in, as i did, providing jade with larger sums to help with school and living expenses. as a standard st or overnight provider for 500 - 1,000p she might be a satisfactory provider for someone.

i think exchanging opinions about girls / providers is largely what these forums are about. i mentioned amanda blair and her mother by name, and a few other members here chimed in that they, too, were aware of, or victims of, amanda and her mother's dia-based business of scamming foreign men. similarly, i mentioned my appraisal and my experiences with jade, and others chimed in about her pre-fabricated profile.

update: jade has apologized to me for her various transgressions in person and via texts about 20 times. she offered no-cost additional visits to me to compensate me. so it's moot and very silly for any of her boosters to try to deny my reports here when, in fact, she, herself, has admitted her "many mistakes", and offered to make things right. that said, days after she and i met and she apologized and offered to make things right -- she and her roommate sent me desperate, dramatic pleas for money to pay their rent, new medical emergencies, etc.

i stand by my original posting: jade has been the worst value of the 9 - 10 girls i've been with over what is now four months in ph, and maybe the worst value over my 25 years of being with girls in asia, including 19 years living in asia. but for others with different standards or expectations than i have, maybe your experience will be different. good luck.

any members are welcome to pm me anytime to discuss any aspects of my reports or to ask me any questions about my recent experiences in cebu.

Regarding ISG members who "recommend" and have a "vested interest" in girls. As anyone who visits Peru knows, I try to help any ISG member who wants to be "fixed up". I don´t make a cent, and refuse freebies from the chicas. If I spend time with a girl, I pay the same as anyone. I do this because ISG members are always helpful to me on my trips and I want to give something back, and because pimping (making money off of girls) is illegal in Peru although prostitution is legal. I also have a certain amount of pride and better things to do with my time than pretend to be a girl on DIA.

IMHO any ISG member who might be using this forum to make money or get free sex from girls is a scumbag. If there are members who are manipulating newbies into breaking the cardinal rule of mongering; i.e. NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE OR SEND MONEY BEFORE A VISIT, in order to advance their standing with the girls or get laid free of charge, I think they should be shunned. This is only my tactless opinion and others may differ.

As anyone who has visited Cebu knows, there is NO REASON TO ASK ANYONE TO FIX YOU UP. There are girls all over the place. Even for an extremely lazy, overweight, bald and unBradPittlike person such as myself, there are too many girls and too little time.

Thanks for the update about Jade.

Can you give us an estimate of how many sexual contacts you had with Jade before the event where she gave you the STD? Did you have bareback sex with Jade after the event, and about how many times?

Getting even a poorly-paid university post isn't easy. First, you will need a work visa, and, since you will be hired in lieu of a local, that might not be a simple task. Second, the colleges--especially the public sector schools--are so strapped for cash that they rarely increase the size of their faculties. You might latch on as an adjunct faculty member with a private college, like Ateneo, which has richer students, charges higher tuition, and has more money.

If you do get some sort of teaching position, be prepared for the dramatic differences in student preparation, teaching styles and class sizes. I did a couple of seminars here at the request of a local Dean whom I know, and concluded that I could never teach here. The students are young, ignorant and placid, used to copying everything that comes from the mouth of the teacher, but not accustomed to actually thinking, much less participating. I found it extremely frustrating, but you may be more tolerant than I.

You might be better off looking for a position with one of the many foreign consulting firms working in the Education sector here, usually under one or another bilateral or multilateral development program. USAID, JICA, AusAid, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank all fund projects here, some of them in Education.

Hey GE, good to hear from you again. I think the school I would go to is private. I have an in with someone there but am investigating. I know what you mean about not thinking for themselves. That's why education in the US is better than so many other countries. People learn to be independent. If I have any luck with this, I'll post it.

DIA = Date in Asia: Home of single mothers in the Philippines :D

Regarding your job situation - I found a few expats there on my last visit who "managed call centers" at IT Park. Ever considered this line of work?

I think they get there jobs in the US. Funny thing is I've done both IT outsourcing and have run smaller call centers in the usa....very different work for me. I would consider going there to project management software or internet projects done by local talent (and see if they are talented in other ways or know others that are (-; ) for US businesses that need work done offshore. Anyone know people that work freelance with American clients that do "offshore service work" with Filipinos?

Of course there are a lot of companies, but seems like there are a lot of opportunities for freelance. Heck, if one had a background with transcribing at hospitals, they could go to Cebu and be the middle-person...that's all done offshore now as well.

GE gave you good advice, but i think you want to think seriously about WHY you want to actually live here.
If you think being employed in education will give you "opportunities" to meet lots of willing women and possibly take advantage of them then you have the wrong professional mindset and you will get seriously burned here.
There is way too much tsismis (gossip) about everything here and anything you do or say will leak out and destroy your "reputation" (as it should).

If you want to come here just to be with other broken-down and broke (skint or penniless except on pension day) guys whose main joy is in a bottle then that's another story. There are a few of them around to keep you happy.

Just to confirm your suspicions, yes, a foreign man is Jade's "marketing agent", wrote her eloquent, fabricated profile, checks her incoming messages, and answers messages for her.

Why don´t you clearly the name of this guy?
Everyone reading this forum including your posts know the nme of this " wellknown and most respected " Person.

Why you make such a secret out of this?

The only thing which I learn from you now is that this guy seems pimping his CEBUANA girls for other ISG-Members like he did with Jade.

Or did I get this wrong?

Please clarify.

11-07-10, 18:14
What is the big deal about Jade getting help to write her profile? It is her marketing presentation to her potential customer base.

I am sure that all of you employ specialists to write all sorts of stuff for you.

Like your will. Do you all write your own will?

Do we write our own legal depositions?

Like the business men among us, do we write all of our own advertisements? All of the copy for our ads? Do we design and develop our own web sites?

No, we get someone else to do it for us.

And GEN should know, because I think he is in the business of doing just that.

So why does Jade have to be different?

Get real, and leave her alone.

Remember - let he who is without guilt cast the first stone.

How long is a piece of string?
You can see guys with "really really really hot model type escorts" all over the world.
The answer is the same here as anywhere else. If they are business girls and "really really really hot" then you will have to pay a really really really lot of money for them to sit on your arm. Many of them are starlets or even show business beauties who want to earn some extra cash.

Just go to Cebu after you have RTFF and prowl around either malls or bars. You can always go to escort sites on the internet anywhere too but we all know that you will pay maybe 300% more for that than you will need to.

I've been in Cebu three times. Have a couple of GFs and have barfined a few of the bikini bar girls. Not the most experienced guy out there but getting there.

Recently found the "Best BJ in Cebu" without question. She will not quit until you beg her to. LOL. She loves to fuck, gives a good "moaning act", and has a good attitute (no whining). Also a great ass. She's 24, small and smiling.

Her son was recently in the hospital so she needs a little extra money (600p till you finish or die). So, you can PM me and I'll share her cell number. She's a pro, so use a condom.

Sorry, she is not into anal, black or indian. Enjoy photos of the last two sessions. She's going to "suck me into the poor house".

This hotel opened in July and is located on Gov M. Roa Street (one block east of Osmena) and two blocks north of the circle (south of M. P. Yap).

Offering great promo rates until the holidays, you can get a deluxe room for 1,300 php and a suite for 1,800 php.

Not a 'business' hotel by western standards as they only offer Wi-Fi in the lobby. Safety deposit boxes located behind the front counter.

Less then a ten minute walk to Robinsons and Mango Square. Very clean and well run and of course very girl friendly!.

Wow I am surprised by your question as this is discussed extensively in the Cebu forum.

It is about 5 mins walk to LoneStar bar - the best in Cebu I maintain
It is another 5 mins in the opposite direction to around 8 different bars on Mango Ave (also known as Gen Maxilom Ave)
It is only 3 stars and the beds are ordinary, but it is reasonable for the price and proximity. GF too, but book a double room so there is no quibble over extra guests. The security guys told me it makes their life easier too if you have booked a double room. The desk clerks will smirk at you as you pass by with wife number 1 - 5 ++ over the course of your stay.

If you book a deluxe room, it is in another building behind the main one. And it can be accessed from the side road, so you do not need to walk through the lobby. The deluxe room is much larger, has 2 double beds, and a refrigerator. No fridge in the standard room. You might be able to rent a fridge for 100 pesos a day, I am not sure.

If you have a room in the main building, you can also access from the side into a back door, so later at night the duty clerk will not even see you enter.

I was one of the first 2 in a IT segment that now has over 50 companies doing the same thing. 90% of all businesses fail. What I did was highly speculative and a lot of people learned from it and are very successful over their after working for me.

I know of a very good private college that was wanted to hire me after I put the business under, but don't know if the global recession changed hiring practices.

I seriously feel like ending contributions to this site because the thought of being at all helpful to someone like you at any time is so repulsive. But, then there's the other 99%, and there are people like GE who spends an inordinate of time as a resource and deserves every little contribution others can provide.

I don't know how people can be banned from this site. But you certainly should be, and I'll look into it. Your post is the single most obnoxious I've had directed towards since my first post in 2004 (when the site launched?).

I've been here for about 3 weeks- I'm leave next week. I went barhopping twice.

Early this week I noticed that IBC (Int'l Bar Complex) is open again- near Park Mall on Nationial highway- I always enjoyed the decor in these 3 bars-

Coliseum- Roman theme

The Pharoah's Den (used to be Egypt) which at one time had live Rock on Saturday nights- unspeakably fine!. *****house music in a Bikini Bar- what can I say?

& The Golden Hind (should merge with 'Black Hole') used to be Bounty.

It was very early so nothing going on- the girls didn't look too good- The waitress said they mostly came from Manila- I didn't check the drink or take-out prices. I'm glad they're open again.

Went to Silver Dollar- bf'd a girl, went barhopping-Viking, BG, Redlips, Eric the Red etc, & then my girl wanted us to get another girl at Pussycats. She then had the astuteness to tell me that since it was getting late & I was getting a little pi**ed we better go back to the room & get down to business- We did, a good time was had by all, fluids & funds were exchanged & then we said our tearful farewells- I gave thanks once again to Lord Buddha, & the Pope for impoverished asian girls & to Dr Pfeizzer for his little blue pills- where else can a 70 year old man expect such a fine night?

I never met goodenough & some of the other long term detainees here in The Philippines- but like many who stay here for any length of time I am puzzled as to how a country so corrupt can be so utterly lacking in charm & culinary values & I will be happy, albeit wistful to leave next week.

I hope to be back towards the end of January.

Just a quick bit of non mongering information which will be strange on this board but can be useful for those who care to know…ignore if you don’t care

There was a good and plentiful taxi stand by ‘Fully Booked’ and the bakery on the Terraces (Ayala) which at night and during busy days always had lots of taxis and the queue was fast. Was good for those eating on that side of the Terraces (same side and floor (1st) as Gerrys Grill, Watsons, Bos Coffee Shop) – after coffee etc you could wander down and easily grab a taxi (even when raining) as other places were further walking distance and always IMHO way too busy vis a vis the number of taxis at those ranks.

Now this is DROP OFF only and the PICK UP has moved. To the other side of the Terraces , ground floor, in between the ‘Laguna’ restaurant and ‘The Coffee Shop’ – same side and floor as ‘Siam’ and Gustavian’. Means more of a walk etc but the system works. Was there last night and lots of taxis, better organized than before, easy and very fast

Boring info maybe for some, but for others who like the cornucopia of life, enjoy :D

PS Don Roberts…good the girl is sensible and realised she wanted some cash, you some fun, and you not too pissed etc

Been staying at the Elizabeth Hotel this time and there have been a number of FRs on it so here is my little bit. Saw the hotel when I was in Cebu last time and visited it, is new, and great soft opening rates.

Location: on Archbishop Reyes Street/Avenue, opposite Golden Prince Hotel. Next to Ayala (metro store is the nearest entrance, easy walk, 3-4 minutes), gets you on the 1st floor of Ayala

Soft opening until 15 December, so rates are 50%. So remember...it is SOFT opening...people are still doing some painting etc, lifts are being checked so sometime only 1 lift available

Contact: 032 231 8000 (+63322318000)

Rates: I got a deluxe (ie a double bed), in a nice room for 2250 pesos net. A double deluxe (ie 2 queen sized beds) is 2350 pesos. Triple rooms (ie 3 single beds) slightly more. Rates include breakfast

Beds: comfortable, on wheels, which is a tad odd but manageable. Easily big enough for 3 (and I have tried on a number of occasions to disprove this fact purely for reasons of ‘research’)

Rooms: lovely, mine was wooden floors; Germanboy2 had a slightly better deluxe with carpet, but rooms well appointed. Wooden floors can be a tad slippery at times, maybe needs a static rug or two

Wifi: had read and heard some issues, but for me fine. Only problem is when they changed the password and I did not know but soon resolved. Minimal downtime when wifi stopped but was nothing bad so for someone who need good wifi was a happy camper. And it is FREE :)

Shower no bath tub: big shower, plenty room for a fat bugger like me and 2 pinays (again I tried for research purposes only)

Room keys: they give you one as you then use it to turn on the power, the AC etc, ask for 2. Can be a bit of a trial and error to figure out which way to use the card to open the door as no way of knowing (hopefully this will change). But patience and you will succeed

Girl friendly/walk of shame: very GF, had 3 threesomes one day and no one batted an eyelid. The elevator is to the left of the entrance, so for those who worry about walk of shame, there is none :D Staff saw me come and go with various girls and no one said anything to Cebu favourite (another monger suffered this fate this week when staff told his 19 year old regular that he had had 5 other women with him....so he checked out and is coming to this hotel instead)

Breakfast: passable for a westerner, great for a pinay. Had to get the 6am breakfast twice (as Cebu favourite had early class) and one time not ready at all, the other half ready by 6.30am. Will improve as time goes on. By 7am all up and running, reasonable omelette, no fancy coffee and for someone like me it is passable but remember it is not the Dusit Manila but then not those rates). Failing everything else, try room service or go to Ayala for coffee and a bun

Room Service: excellent food, one of the ladies had a pork adobo and even I thought it looked OK.. strange but true. She loved it and it was cheap (about 200 pesos for room service)

Check in: a tad slow but a soft opening and was getting better by the looks of things during the week. I did notice loads of paperwork, l.ots of signing things so maybe they need to get more automated but still worked OK

Staff: always nice, friendly, had a blocked shower (maybe caused by me shaving 2 girls at same time, sisters (who knows!) but they came and fixed fast enough

Laundry: cheaper than most but comes back the next day. Same day is available but for 100% more

Noise: was on the Ayala side and was a tad noisy at times but not too distracting and I slept well …though that maybe because I was a very tired from all my research ;)

Would I stay there again and recommend? Yes. After 15 December, the rates go to full and the hotel is not yet on the discount hotel web sites making its rates expensive compared with the Parklane etc. It does need to address and I spoke with Sales on this and said I would like to stay again. Even showed them the web site and prices so to prove was not bola.

Have recommended to another monger already and he is checking in very soon. Germanboy2 very happy and is coming back soon as well.

So a happy first stay and one I hope I will enjoy more of as long as i can get a good price

As I said, it is still a SOFT opening and dont expect 5 star hotel treatment but service is fine and for me I was comfortable and I can be a tad fussy at times

PS Jackson – still no chance of a separate hotel thread for Cebu as we have for Manila??

Seems to have dropped it rates frim I last saw

Now ut is 230 pesos for 3 hours or 330 pesos for 7 hours (overnight)

Ok if you nowhere else to take the lovely, bargain price

Passed by the QM hotel again

Seems to have dropped it rates frim I last saw

Now ut is 230 pesos for 3 hours or 330 pesos for 7 hours (overnight)

Ok if you nowhere else to take the lovely, bargain price
Yes their massive sign is indeed an eyesore!
They have another location in Lapu2x.
But I would not be so quick to mention this motel as
there is a reason why their room rates are so low...

It is a sort of a s**thole but then if you need somewhere and there is not much else then these prices may appeal. But I do have 'friends' who would consider that expensive.....I dont hang out with them on holidays very often :D

But am sure there is at least one very cheap charlie/monger who considers it a bargain

Extraordinarily helpful information WR.
I am a bit surprised though that you had so much free time to type not only this FR but also the one about the Elizabeth too.
Have you slowed down? I calculated that you spent an hour typing these helpful reports. Either you were between shags and recharging or someone was asleep and you didn't wish to wake heR.

Thanks for the reports mate. Great.

Thanks RK

I like to think, and show, I am a man of many strokes and different ones at that :D

Me slow down?? This was written in between, while peachy was in the shower after a hard pre school session etc which naturally meant her ass was red - nice colour contrast with her uniform, and was recharging while waiting for another petite Cebuana ;)

Your request for a black dress peachy shot? Check the emails .... looked stunning at Maya and others thought so as well :D

Will be back in Cebu from the 12th of January for three weeks. I plan on hooking up with my regular gf for the 1st week and have told her I am leaving after 7 days. I have lined up at least a dozen 18 - 21 year old stunners from DIA for the remainder of my stay and will hopefully spend some time in my other favourite place CDO before coming back home.
I am now working in Kosovo a sexual and cultural desert so Cebu will seem like paradise in comparison.
Anyone who wants to meet for a beer or two, swap war stories and do some joint patrolling in establishments of ill repute can pm me.
Plan to stay at the Monteobello in Banilad, a ten minute taxi ride to Ayalla. It is one of my favourite hotels, prices are three star but the swimming pool and grounds (IMHO) beat many of the 5 star establishments in Cebu.
Have enjoyed keeping up to date by reading the posts on here regularly, I kind of feel Cebu is becoming more and more like my second home

If you think Kosovo is ...we should swap stories. Was in Banilad the other day and saw the hotel, maybe visit it next time and have a look at the rooms etc, but I do like to walk to Ayala and the Elizabeth is very nice. But unless they get their rates sorted (ie gets itself onto the various discount hotel web sites) post soft opening I may go / be forced to go elsewhere

Shame we miss each other again but will PM if plans change

Some of the rooms are a bit jaded, the ones near to the swimming pool are newer, plus you do not have the walk of shame through reception each time. WiFi is available in all the rooms but you have to pay, there is a business suite where you can use desk top PCs, FAX etc. I use the place because my gf has two young kids and the grounds of the hotel are very secure, there is loads of space for them to run around and the pool is one of the best I have seen in Cebu City. Breakfast is good but not anywhere near the standard of the Marriot, but then it does not charge Marriot prices. It is right behind Country Mall which has provided me with a fertile hunting ground in the past, but Country Mall is not on the same level as Ayalla and lacks the size and facilities that comes with Ayalla. Taxi ride to Ayalla is about 50-60 pesos I seem to recall. I think the Montebello lays claim to the fact that it is the oldest hotel in Cebu and it does have a bit of a colonial feel to it, all part of the charm. Although very modern in most parts, some areas do seem like they have not been upgraded since the turn of the century. I paid 2500 per night on my last trip there in May and turned up without a booking. If you are reading Jackson, I agree with one of the other posters on this thread; that it would be a great idea to have a seperate thread for Cebu Hotels, since this is often the topic of much debate here.

I would again second that as would be a good to have his thread given that a few new hotels are entering the Cebu market next year and more mongers are coming to Cebu

Jackson I did request in the appropriate thread a while back but am sure you are a tad busy with flame wars to place this as a priority but can we have sometime soon? Thanks

been here going on a week. Have winged man with WR. Stand up guy. Man to go down any alley with. Have been with Jyn who is the girl who had the baby a couple of months ago. GL did good by her. she is not a wg but she is ok.went to her home and it is the size of a prision cell for 5. the mother was crying for what us ISG guys have done to help.

I am at the parklane, It is a fine hotel with good staff. never an issue. I would eat out as the mall accross the street has better deals.

There is a thai massage place. go out of robinson and turn right. go 1.5 blocks on mango and it is in an office biuilding lower level on your right 200p. after 24 hour travel it was great.

next had a incedent where walking down mango, 3 kids about 9 tried to pick my pockets. I mean wide open trying. I walked into the street with traffick they followed so walked into strip mall and the local girl clerks ran them off. What the emotion is, I know my god loves those kids more than me. I also know I am not going to let someone take something from me. it was very emotional.

I have been hit on in the malls 10 times each time i go. so easy. Went to the silver dollar. cheap ladys drinks but none of the girls did it for me. They have a fair price menu and I got the shepards pie on top. It was good.

doing the dia thing is hit and miss. had two good goes with straight girls but then it goes down hill. could be me. have been told they will give you the tease but then you got to buy a house.

Have been with a few of the local fabs. Allways a good time.

DS, if you are around I owe you the cantour of richards.

guys the city economy is booming. I am from the states. I pray we had this many cranes up and running. Yet still lots of squaters areas. Have felt safe while here. will right more latter RED

Room keys: they give you one as you then use it to turn on the power, the AC etc, ask for 2. Can be a bit of a trial and error to figure out which way to use the card to open the door as no way of knowing (hopefully this will change).Very good report WR I agree in every single point. And stay now in elizabeth after some days in malapascua again.

Only 2 little additions:

- Hold room key card with magnetic stripe down right, and you need only one try to open door.

- Even if you get only one room key and need it to keep air con running while outside, there is an easy way how to manage. Take an old telephone card from germany, a non working crtedit card or the german AAA membership card, and it is working well. I am sure cards from australia, USA or any other place will do the same job.

I do this because ISG members are always helpful to me on my trips and I want to give something back,

Would not recommend. Stayed there for a couple of nights before moving back to Parklane. The hotel and the rooms are quite nice (first impressions), but design flaws hit you once you check in and try to live there.

The bathroom floods when you use the shower. The water doesn't drain out. Had to borrow a mop from housekeeping. Poor lighting in bathroom.

The wired internet point is behind the TV table and not the writing desk. Stupid!

No power point near bed to charge phone overnight in an accessible spot.

Power savings / cost cutting means no a/c in lifts, hallways and lobby, low a/c in restaurant. Made me nauseous and suffocated.

No facility to dial a mobile phone from the room. Front desk girl said come down and use her mobile. Unbelievable!

No in-house laundry. No facility to borrow ironing stand.

Decent breakfast, but inadequate cooling had me sweating.

If you can put up with the above it's quite decent for 55 USD. I chose to spend USD 83 for the more professional service and comforts of Parklane.

Is GF but the night guards made me feel kinda uncomfortable. Also, one of my DIA girls was made to sign-in when she visited me alone (I think it's a good thing though). Very unlike Parklane, where they professionally avoid any embarrassment when dragging in your lay for the evening.

There must be some kind of convention in Cebu this forthcoming week.
All the major hotels as well as the cheapies are booked out.
Even the Elizabeth (on soft opening) only has triple rooms (ie 3 single beds) left. I called up a number of them personally and they all told me "fully booked".
I managed to sneak into Parklane so I am OK but I was a bit concerned for a while.
If you plan to visit this week (Nov 22- 27) then get in quick.

No way was I going to have 3 single beds in one room.
Single beds in the Phils means good for one. Damn small.

Don't think you will have a problem unless you are pushing 300 pounds!
Actually, the triple room has a standard bed pushed together with a single as I found out one night earlier this month. The problem is that all the beds are on rollers.

I stayed at Hotel presidente in San jose before they remodelled. At that time they charged only $45/night and the junior suite was $60/night.
The bed although big was on rollers and the floor was linoleum. Bad combonation. By the time we finished fucking the bed rolled into different positions. Very inconvenient.
But later after the hotel was remodelled they nailed the bed to the headboard and the wall. Somebody must have complained.

cebu is a booming city with cranes on the skyline. butuan is still in the boonies. went to see mom and the brothers and sisters from the x side.

no go go's that I could find, went to the Woodstock disco and found one to take home. lots of local non working girls. but am glad to be back in Cebu. at the park lane. I like this place. want to do a bohol trip with a dia contact, hope that works out for me. this i hope no money will exchange. of course i pay for the books and dinner and trip. but not p4p.

Am going out tonight with a wild local great. contact not allowed.

Pumps one, about three blocks from park lane and one from waterfront is a wild electronic disco. went there twice. plenty of working girls but also good crowd. took nieces second time. first time fun and stayed to sun set with jet lag. but they have so much security it is like good neiborhood and totally safe.

still getting hit on every 1/2 hour in the malls. have not needed to try one yet. I actually rent so they will go away as wr said. some of the dia girls will get naked and cry all night but won't go away. they have their cano, they do not want him, but just can't let him go away. how woman think is crazy.

if you want the girlfriend exp. I have never found better. this dia one i am on now. just closes her eyes and moans. but keeps twiching that booty for the right spot. she actually looks in the mirror at my fat old ass and smiles like she has found a pot of love. This is as good as it gets.

How very noble and altruistic of you. So what makes you a judge of who is a contributor of standing? No doubt your intention is to be generous and helpful but your post comes across as patronising, conceited and self important. There are literally hundreds of girls who fit the profile you have described on sites such as DIA, FH, IC etc and so long as guys have a pocket full of pesos, they will be successful recruiting such girls. A well respected senior on this forum just talked me into Cebu. I was thinking of AC and Manila but I am convinced that Cebu would be more my thing. I searched the forum and read lot of reports on the Cebu thread (through not all 4500).

I like to hang out on a nice white sandy beach during the afternoons and at sunset. I like to dive as well. Are there any beautiful beaches and dive spots close to Cebu city, not too far from the nightlife? I saw several reports that I may have to go north or south for 4 hours or so, overnight it and I may have to take my entertainment with me! Is that inference correct?

I looked at some travel sites as well and all of the images of beautiful beaches of "Cebu", when you read the fine print, are actually islands away from Cebu. I would rather rely on you guys than tripadvisor, so please share your thoughts.

Thank you.

Yes I'm afraid Cebu is essentially a large, poor industrial city. It's not nearly as crowded and hectic as Manila but has similar advantages in terms of a large pool of "open minded" and willing young ladies and a tolerable (though not great, bar scene.) The beach areas of Cebu itself are around 15kms from Cebu City in Mactan near the airport, but the beaches here are frankly underwhelming and there are plenty of mud flats. From a nightlife perspective Mactan isn't so hot. There are plenty of Big hotels out there close to the airport, and lots of guys have condos/retirement places out there. There is a sizeable population in nearby Lapu Lapu, but by and large many of the "naughty" girls head to the City so that LL girls tend to be rather more provincial/conservative in attitude (except for those lured out there as live in GFs of ex pats etc.)

As well as being a city Cebu is the name of the long thin island the City is roughly centred on. The best Cebu beaches are 4ish + hours north or south often on minor off shore islands such as Bantayan or Malapascua in the north. These places have relatively small populations of often quite conservative girls (again with ex pat GFs the exception) , so are BYO babe places. Many girls from Cebu will be delighted to take a free holiday there with you.

Other options are Bohol a largish island to the south which you can reach by ferry with good sandy beaches but again a relatively conservative population, Negros the island to the East where people like to hang out in Dumaguete a seaside town (not good itself for beaches but with some nice resorts out of town and top quality diving on say Apu island a few hours away.) You can find girls in Dumaguete but the large ex pat population makes the supply/demand situation much less favourable than Cebu. Another option is to fly to Palawan from Cebu or Manila which IMHO has the best beaches/islands/seascapes in the Phils. Again "open minded" girls are not so common out there. Though having said that once you have a few contacts its fine. (I generally stay with 2 or 3 girls out there).

What your best strategy is depends on how long you plan to stay and what your priorities are. If you just have a few days, probably best to give up on the beaches and stay in cebu city and enjoy the nightlife and louging around a pool. If you have longer to spend and enjoy the beach lifestyle and are looking for GFE rather than an unlimited number of pussies, then hit the dating sites, line up a few hot prospects and plan to interview a few in Cebu before taking the winner(s) off with you to one of the beach areas I've mentioned.

thank you.on 11/1/10 my first pi trip began. one week in ac, 3 nights in sabang, and 5 nights in cebu. after 2 nights in cebu i was ready to get back to ac. in cebu i went to the mango area bars, vikings, eric the red, red lips and papillon, and i was having a difficult time w/ the ladies. they are more beautiful than anywhere i had been but they were obviously playing me for lds. after 2 nights in a row, i changed plans and high tailed it to ac. what i am getting to is the trip from ac to sabang i/e bus and ferry (4 hrs.) wasn't that bad and sabang was really nice. a small quaint seaside town w/ narrow streets and alleys full of island life. you can rent a boat for probably 500p for half a day and go to any number of nice beaches rep001tered all over the place. and the best thing is they have a go go bar scene there. the girls are decent looking some real nice, and they gave me better service than anywhere else i had been to in pi. i stayed at mermaids hotels a block away from where the ferry lands, and it was awesome. i would definitely go back there. it is more of a diving location than a mongering location which gives it a resort feel. there are about 5 bars w/ 30 girls in each, these girls would love to go frolicking on the beach, i am fucking sure of that. here are a few sabang girls. attaching photos on this site is a little tricky for me hopefully they are attached.

GL's report on the Cebu beach scene is very accurate. Mactan Island has resorts that cater specifically for divers but the place is not at all picturesque. However there is a small island just off Mactan that is a protected nature sanctuary and apparently the diving and beaches are much better there, though I have never been myself. I do have the number of a local diving instructor who is also willing to act as a P4P guide, PM if you need it and I will try and locate it.
Cebu City has all the willing women you could need in a hundred lifetimes but it is impossible to stay there and be within commutable travelling distance of a picturesque diving resort.
The other option is to consider Moalboal, it is possible to travel from Cebu City to Moalboal in just over two hours depending on how reckless your taxi driver is. Here you have essentially two main resorts, one is aimed at the diving fraternity and the other is for beach lovers. It is a very pretty resort and at least it is not too far from Cebu City should you feel the need to head back for some Cebu City night life. Moalboal however is a definite bring your own place. You can also get a bus there from the South Terminal but it takes about three and a half hours. My taxi fare was 1500 one way after some hard bargaining, many drivers will start the negotiations at about 3000. Another thing, if you go to Moalboal (and I guess the other diving resorts in Cebu are the same with the exception of Mactan) make sure you take enough cash for your trip. There are very few places, including the resort hotels that will accept credit cards and Moalboal itself did not have an ATM that I could find anywhere.

X Man
11-27-10, 09:35
I paid 2000 to Moalboal. I realized I had paid a bit too much because afterwards the driver texted me twice offering to come pick me up and even suggested we could stop wherever I wanted on the way -- for the same fee of 2000.

GregLondon and Mortman, Thank you for your earnest replies. The information is very helpful.

I have a week in PI. Currently, I am planning on 5 days in Cebu and 2 days in MNL. Probably, i will book a hotel in the Cebu city for two days and see how things turn out. If I am having too much fun, i will stay put and may be dive near the airport. if I find good company, may be go to Moalboal or fly to Bohol. BTW, thank you for the tip on Palawan. I am going to research that right away.

Just to clarify; I have been looking at PI beaches on the list of world's best beaches for as long as I can remember. I think I would regret going across the globe and not seeing at least one world class picture perfect white sand beach.

Last questions: Any towns in Bohol that I can fly into that has world class beaches. How do beaches of Palawan or Bohol compare to say... Boracay?

You cannot fly to Bohol, the easiest option for you is to just jump on a ferry or the Supercat, I think the Supercat takes around 2 hours from Cebu and is your quickest mode of transport. I seem to remember Cebu has direct flights to Caticlan which is the nearest airport to Boracay. Just for your information, the main dive resort in Moalboal is very rocky, great for swimming and diving but not for the beach. The beach is about a ten minute trike ride away and is pretty impressive. If you can, avoid at weekends and public holidays, like everywhere else in the Philippines it can get pretty crowded.

Actually, Cebu Pacific offers air service to Tagbilaran, Bohol but only from Manila so if you find a nice friend there it is doable. Bohol also has some excellent diving!

But it does not sound like you have a lot of time so the resorts on the west side of Mactan should satisfy your craving for sand. You can get a couple of dives in and around Olongo island which has decent diving. Buy a loaf of sliced day old bread from Goldielocks to feed the fish.

Boracay has a huge white sand beach which is pretty developed along a 3ish km stretch. It is pretty straight forward big long wide beach but not so charming. The main beaches that one visit in Palawan would be the islands in Honda Bay. For the most part this means island hoping for a day with a boat in which you land on 3 or 4 islands hop around in the sand take a lot of pictures. Most of these islands are only modestly developed with just a few huts selling snacks etc. They are breathtakingly photogenic and the water is generally crystal clear, but they are not "lie on a sunbed under an umbrella and watch guys roar up and down on jetski /windsurf" type places. If thats what you are after go to Boracay.

I have been now 2 nights in Cebu City which is a nice city but not the greatest luck with girls. If course my time is limited and I am looking for wife material. 1st girl I meet at the airport, decent girl, works with IT, very small like 5" but not totally like her face and her english not perfect so did not contact the next day. Was in hotel during day 1 but of course no action with her, quite quiet and shy. 2nd one was from CB, met at the ayala mall here. Cute considering my standards, we ended partying with her and her 18yo cousin she wanted to bring, did not like that idea but accepted it then. If I pay her a few beers and ice teas I wont go broke. We also visited gogo bar at Mango and also Juliana disco which was so packed on saturday night, did not see working girls and could not hear anyones voice there music no loud. Also the mall thing people talk here. I never been hit on any of those. Maybe I should hang around there longer? Like hours? Maybe ayala mall too upscale for this? Not that I am so interested but for the experience. Anyway ended finally fucking this 23y cutie at the hotel. She was also little drunk at 2 am still had to warm her up as she said no and maybe tomorrow but I did not accept that as an answer. In the morning same think finally after lots of kissing she takes off her panties and jumps on me and puts me in, no condom of course was at hand. What the heck it had happened so then fucked her on missionary and doggy, she just said pls dont come inside she not wanna get pregnant. To make sure I come out early and with my hands come on her belly that's it. It was great but can she be gf material if she lets me fuck her on the first date from the mall? The date was actually setup in cherry blossom though. She was little shy, a student, looks like non pro, was hvery shy to go out of hotel alone in the morning as people think she is a hooker she said. Dont know what she wants, she says she like me much and we hold hands, cuddle etc but when I said I finally found her she says it just makes her laugh and said I just found a good friend. Dont know about women.
Maybe I still go to bohol with her dont have anyone else now.

Pekkakoo, I think you are trying too hard and expecting too much at the get go. Relax and take it easy. Sounds like you had a pretty good time with the 2nd girl. Next time make sure you have some condoms.

Whether you see her again is up to you. Since you do not have a lot of time on this trip, I suggest you stay in Cebu and start hitting the bars at night and the malls during the day. Meanwhile see the 2nd girl again if she is as cute as you say. The sex will get better. If you want more than just a good time, you will have to come back to PI many times to get the lay of the land in order to figure things out, and find the right girl for you. If you want a new car do you just walk into a dealership and write a check? No. you shop around. The same thing applies here. The thing about PI is you can have your cake and eat it too. That is, you can have a blast while you are searching for Miss Right.

As to your question:
can she be gf material if she lets me fuck her on the first date from the mall?
Well hell man, what did you expect? A virgin? Good luck. I would rather have a girlfriend that enjoys sex and fucked me on the first date than a manipulative broad that calculates when she will give up that pussy. If you prefer the 2nd type of girl then I suggest you stay in the western world where you will find plenty of uptight controllers. PI might not be for you. You might not be ready for PI.

Pekkakoo -- Seems you had a good time and got your rocks off; isn't that what you wanted? But unless you want to have relatives in the Philippines -- nothing wrong with that! -- use some common sense and condoms. You are supposed to be the seasoned, well-traveled monger in this setup. She is a typical, naive Filipina looking for love and romance, but willing to settle for lust and not taking precautions. If you are not careful, she may get preggers and follow you to Rovaniemi!
Remember, these girls live lousy lives and see you as the Prince Charming.

Always ready to help a fellow Finn. I hope you are in the Philippines for recreation and not love. Because if it is the latter, this is not the proper place for recommendations. In fact, I'm not sure whether there is any good place for love advice as far as the Philippines are concerned. But if it is fucking that you are interested in, this is the place.
What is the problem? You wanted to get into her pants and when that happened on a first date, you seem to be confused, surprised that she let you in. You wonder whether she in fact is a good girl and yet seem disappointed that she didn't come all prepared carrying condoms. Something doesn't compute here.
Yours seem to be analogous to a love/lust dilemma many Finns encountered some two decades ago when the Soviet Union began unraveling and it became easier to find a Soviet honey. They would find a devushka through a mail-order site, go to inspect the goods and then wonder how many others had done her previously.
My recommendation: Spend the rest of your time in Cebu in total debauchery. Have a good time and give girls a good time. Don't be a Lutheran; the Philippines are no place for guilt.
Don't expect to find eternal love. That is unlikely to happen for reasons that many other travelers have written about.
But if love happens, regard it as a surprise and a bonus. Even so, you don't have to marry the girl. Nevertheless, be honorable even if you are not totally honest.

IMHO Boracay is over rated and expensive but the cuties know about it and love it and taking them there may mean super browni points...so depends what is more important :D

Maybe look at Malapascua which is not that far from Cebu centre..well it is not a plane ride (is a boat and car ride), some pretty basic accommodation mixed with 1 or 2 nice places. Nice beaches and fun as long as you are with a cutie (BYO recommended)

As others have said Palawan and Camiguin are nice.

Glad you made it to Cebu as we discussed many months ago.

A few comments.

I strongly recommend buying some condoms asap. If you bareback you do run some STD risk, but probably more importantly there is a pregnancy risk. Many Phil girls wil see getting preg with a foreigner as a two way bet of marriage or financial support. Even if you come outside her if she emails you 3 months later saying she is pregnant you will not be sure it's not yours given pre cum etc. So if you are the responsible type you may find yourself in a costly dilemma.

Re The Malls

In the upmarket ones like Ayala, SM and to some extent Robinson, there are say 20ish (maybe 5ish in Robinson) girls who are specifically hanging around to pick up Western customers. When guys say that they are being hit on every 30 minutes in the malls, it is mostly these girls they are talking about.

Besides these professional girls there is a much larger class of girls who are either window shopping or going about their business, who like most single women in the Phils, may potentially be interested in you, but to target these you will need one or more of expertise, luck or time, they are by and large not going to approach you and say hi.

Re Julianas. There is not such a clear cut distinction between "working girls" and "normal girls" in the Phils, "Good girls" don't go to Julianas so pretty much all the girls you saw there were either bar girls after the bars close (later on) or semi pro to one degree or another. Of course some of them were with freidns or boyfriends, but for sure many if not most would have been potentially available if the price is right.

If you are struggling to find some decent contacts just PM me and I can give you a bunch of phone numbers orf pretty nice girls.

PS a couple of months ago there was some pretty scurrilous misinformation from a guy who had just broken up with one of the several girls that I had set him up with so I am much more wary of providing contact details now, but I know you to be a sincere guy from previous exchanges so am willing to help if u are struggling.

I was there last week and I saw a couple of foreign guys who were obviously looking for hook-ups; I mean, it was a bit pathetic in the way they had that "deer in the headlights" look. I assume they are the guys who are in town for 1 or 2 days and so they have to maximise their experience.

I have arrived in Ayala and had 3 or 4 smiles and hellos within 10 mins of arriving. Other days I have spent 3 or 4 hours and had nothing at all. The best times have been when I go to Ayala to have a cup of coffee and sit in a prominent walkway and read my book. If a girl or group of girls sits nearby it is often a good sign, especially if there are many other seats available. Just go with the flow and find something to start a conversation. I am usually in Cebu for 3 or 4 days at a time so I can play it slowly and gather numbers etc. I also can now recognize the professional hustlers and I ignore them.

on 11/1/10 my first pi trip began. one week in ac, 3 nights in sabang, and 5 nights in cebu. after 2 nights in cebu i was ready to get back to ac. in cebu i went to the mango area bars, vikings, eric the red, red lips and papillon, and i was having a difficult time w/ the ladies. they are more beautiful than anywhere i had been but they were obviously playing me for lds. after 2 nights in a row, i changed plans and high tailed it to ac. what i am getting to is the trip from ac to sabang i/e bus and ferry (4 hrs.) wasn't that bad and sabang was really nice. a small quaint seaside town w/ narrow streets and alleys full of island life. you can rent a boat for probably 500p for half a day and go to any number of nice beaches rep001tered all over the place. and the best thing is they have a go go bar scene there. the girls are decent looking some real nice, and they gave me better service than anywhere else i had been to in pi. i stayed at mermaids hotels a block away from where the ferry lands, and it was awesome. i would definitely go back there. it is more of a diving location than a mongering location which gives it a resort feel. there are about 5 bars w/ 30 girls in each, these girls would love to go frolicking on the beach, i am fucking sure of that. here are a few sabang girls. attaching photos on this site is a little tricky for me hopefully they are attached.thank you. this is very useful. if i may ask, when you say you had a difficult time with the ladies is that because they were too expensive or not friendly/not approachable? i should probably know this but sometimes i get lost with abbreviations. what is ld? thx.

LD=Lady Drink. Jackson, time to add it to your Abbreviations list.

Thank you.

I ask this because I want to respect the local mongering culture and I do not want to do anything to change the norm: Is buying lady drinks considered an ice-breaker or are you taken for a sucker? In most places I have been to (which is quite a few), I don't mind buying a lady drink if I like the looks and I want to interact with her a bit more before deciding to take her to the room. The girls tend to relax and most times you could get an idea of their attitude. Again, if she says, "hello" and "drink" in the same sentence of-course I will pass. Also, I am not going to pay exorbitant prices for the drinks or buy drinks for her and her whole neighborhood.

So, what is a reasonable price for lady drink in Cebu bars and should I buy them or not?

I should probably know this but sometimes I get lost with abbreviations. What is LD? thx.I had an easy time in AC and Sabang, I would go out mix it up w/ the ladies I liked, and usually have fun w/ them later. Those ladies looked good and did not play me for drinks. In Cebu, I went to the Mango area bars and I was being played. I would have a real hot babe sit w/ me, tell them what I want, buy her a couple of drinks and then I would say lets go, and she would say she is on the mens and other times just disappear from the room. Gone. This happened to me 2 nights in a row. Now to be perfectly honest I did drink a couple beers too many so I was not on top of my game, but this m. O. Did not hurt me in the other locations I visited. I felt the big city takes a little longer to master and I did not have the time so I cut my stay short in Cebu. When you buy a lady a drink make sure it is not a double LD, and also make sure you ask her before you buy the drink if she is on the mens and that she can be barfined. Then make sure she knows what you want I/e BJ, pics, all night, whatever. Get the questions answered before spending time and money on her. That's what I learned the hard way. I really liked Sabang, those girls really wanted to spend the night w/ me, it was nice there.

Ladies drinks can vary from 150 (Silver Dollar) to 300 php at the higher end clubs. There is no such thing as double ladies drinks in Cebu fortunately.

What I like to do is tip the girl for her time rather then buy her a drink. Her commission from the drink is measly and many don't care to drink. But some bars do have a policy in place where you have to buy a LD in order for her hang out with you for thirty minutes.

Mattrick's strategy carried to extreme would of course undermine the bar's pricing model. The bar has to cover its costs and make money somehow, and my impression is that (at least the Western owned bars) generally don't make serious money.

LD=Lady Drink. Jackson, time to add it to your Abbreviations list. The rates are as quoted in bars, the better looking you are, or the more drinks you are willing to buy, will determine her staying time. I try to get a bit of of fun before buying the drink, if the drink is not gulped down, and the exploring is continuing then I might, buy a second or slip her a tip.

If the LD is say 150P she will keep say 50P the bar keep 95P and maybe cost 5p. I would say the best way to look at is an entrance ticket to the bar + having a cutie chat to you and let her fondle you.

If you are potentially looking to BF a girl, I suggest asking her upfront before you LD her whether she is willing to be BFed as maybe 30% of the girls will not be for whatever reason (often the more talkative and hot ones too) eg cherry girl, girls with mens, girls with BFs or some other arrangement lined up. These girls are justthere to generate money through LDs.

Went to Sisters tonite 11pm, 20+girl, only 1 japanese customer paying too much. 200 Lady Drinks, 1800 Bar Fine.

Girls were beautiful, but due to the lack of other customers you can't avoid to have at least 4 of them around you, asking for a lady drink, a tip, a balut or a promise to barfine them next day.

Barfined a girl, really passionate in the bar (with two LD). Too much passion, should raise some alarm. The mamasan oushed for LD.

Agreed for 1800BF, house rules, up to the next morning. All the other girls told me "nice fine", "she is very good" and so on.

She turn out to be a runner, just after one (quick) pop.

The excuse was a fight with the mamasan for a problem with the salary. In fact she argued with the mamasan when we exit in a language I wasn't able to understand, but this looked acted and not real, so I guess the mamasan do agree with her on her running away fast.

So, for my personal experience, avoid Sisters (maybe all other bars are similar, don't know).

So, what is a reasonable price for lady drink in Cebu bars and should I buy them or not?Ask for the price when they ask you if you want to buy a LD.

If you call a girl over, you should buy a LD. The bar owner is paying the staff and rent, power and buying the alcohol, so you are paying for the girl's time.

If you go into a bar and four girls come to your table and try to get LD's, then IMHO you do not need to buy LD's, but again if you call her over, or off the stage, you should buy her a LD.

Yesterday, after a quick jump in the Lone Star, I went to Silver Dollar again.
Nice atmosphere, got in touch with some expat living here. Nice time and nice advices about local talents. If you read me, thanks mates.

I met again Angelica, a girl from Manila that the night before asked me 750+2000 for overnight, request I declined.
Yesterday night she agreed for 750+1000, and to be paid next morning too.

So, no more running away after one pop. We spent a good night, nothing to write home about but fair enough. This morning I gave her 1000+200 as a tip.

As for the Hotel, I'm in the Beverly Boutique Business Hotel aka Eddie's. In fact everyone knows it as Eddie's.
Not a Boutique hotel, not a business one but a perfect mongering location. Just a few steps from Lone Star and from the vikings. Absolutely no problem on bringing girls with you.
Just basic breakfast, friendly staff and clean. Good rates via agoda.

I would avoid visiting at that time because of the influx of more people and higher prices!! Traffic is bad enough at normal times,so I could only imagine it when thousands of more people or in cebu. I heard they close down streets also which adds to the problem!

Me and my gf barhopped there and let me tell you the girls there are like sharks!! I was with my girlfriend but that didn stop them from hawking for drinks by massages(i declined) and they wouldn't take no for answer! So I said HELL NO I already had massage today!! Not many gwapa girls there also.

It does sound like a cool festival. The last day of sinology i.e grand parade is on the 16th. I bet it would be fun to watch with several photo ops. Too bad that I am going to have to miss it.

i stand corrected: with a bit of luck, i think you can find a girl for a long term relationship in the pi. i did not, but the girls in cebu changed my mind. even though they were on the game, they were interesting and different. read on if you like.

first, let me say almost all of what gets written here on the forum by you guys is spot on accurate and helpful.

p. burgos (makati) is indeed expensive and sort of weak. edsa is a lot like nana plaza (bkk) with the best variety and friendly girls and reasonable bar fines. you get pounced on in the burgos bars and pushing drinks is aggressive. not to mention when you have at your table of 4 or 5 girls just hanging around because the club is empty. each one looking for drinks.

different at edsa. i never got to angeles or the other places. but if you are in manila with limited time, focus on edsa.

airforce one is a huge complex, fancy in p. i. terms, where business guys go to entertain clients. 3 tiers of classes, (1st class; business & coach) with the hottest girls in 1st class for the most money, down to the 30 why / o chunky mommies in coach. you get the idea. the average monger should probably stay clear of this place unless you want to be a high roller for a night. go first class or you will likely be disappointed.

cebu.

a while back i posted a few comments about s. e. a. go-go babes and got flamed a bit. a small flame, like from a bic lighter. but here's the thing: i just got back from cebu and my attitude has changed regarding filipina go-go girls. at least the ones in cebu.

here's what i learned: the cebu girls are very different than the girls in manila. they are more "real," i would call it, and this may be the reason. i think the girls in manila are more or less alone in the big city and subject to all those difficulties. nobody is there to help them so they are there to do what they got to do.

it's different in cebu. (. the second largest city for those who don't know, but cebu plays out like just a good sized town.) the island seems mainly rural and industrial apart from a small downtown cebu with a few high rises. all the girls i met were mainly local girls from the region, and i think that's the difference.

in general they have families pretty close by, so they are less serious than their manila sisters. they are more relaxed and they don't go with you if they don't feel like it. in my experience, typically, a babe in manila wants the cash and doesn't think to long before saying,"yup, let's go."

i had my eye on this cutie from the black hole. a petite thing with the most delicious shaped caboose [named: "summer" if you get there and want to test your luck; an ass to die for]. and for two nights i was buying her drinks and flirting until the third night, playing pool, i gave her the hard word and she just wasn't into it. plain and simple. i'm not brad pit but i'm perfectly acceptable 99% of the time.

[ (*). the small place with the one pool table at the back? ]

but this is what i'm talking about in cebu. they have family. they don't always need to go with the idiot buying drinks. they aren't desperate. it makes them seem a little more normal, not like sex robots you might sense in bkk or mnl.

"dimples". an ok place, but be warned: i discovered the cute, young hotties in the white bikinis are mainly eye-candy to suck you into the place and keep you there buying drinks. when i was there, the girls in red outfits were on the take-out menu. i learned this the hard way.

i was sweet on this one adorable honey. 20 why / o but looked innocent and youthful. petite and smiley. she agreed to go with me, bar fine, off we go. long story short: she had had a kid 1 month earlier (my bad, always ask) , she claimed i was her first, which i didn't believe, of course. i began to believe because she was petrified, petrified, when we got into the hotel room. literally shaking.

i was way off balance, starting to feel bad for her, wondering if i was being played, going slowly, ready to abandon ship. but she got her shirt off so i figured we were still sailing. then, when i brushed against one of her perfect firm guns, she lactated a little! yikes! right on the bed! lac-tate-ted. wtf."thanks everybody, you've been great, good night!" suddenly, i realized every word she had told me since getting into the taxi was true. now i know that lactating thing is a turn on for some of my fellow mongers, but ahhh, no thanks. not me. this girl made a mistake by agreeing to go home with me. i'm no [CodeWord126] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord126) so she got dressed and i took her down to the street, gave her a few hundred p and put her in a cab. though she was 20, she was not ready for anything beyond the eye-candy dancing at dimples.

"papillon". on the upside, i got extremely lucky at papillon bumping into a petite, dark-skinned 19 why / o spinner

named angel. and again, this is a normal girl who you might be lucky enough to meet at your local community college, just short on money and willing to bang the occasional foreigner to balance the books. otherwise, a really normal girl. i say this only because i saw the girl's fb page recently, and it could be anybody. your sister, your ex-girl.

she was a little shy in the rack but she knew why we were both there. perhaps i delude myself, but it was almost like picking up a cutie from meat market bar in my town. her tiny body was adorable and perfect [google: "thainee" with the safe search "off."] and she liked getting a massage. she went for the body oil and i almost blew just rubbing it on. heaven.

the forum. the final truth i will concur with: every p. i. babe i hooked up with was willing to give a bbbj. [none allowed bb-fs, but i wouldn't want it. ] they were all pretty good at it. (in thailand, some just won't do it and others you got to coerce with more dough or holding them to the verbal agreement.)

i was a little down on the p. i. because it was so dirty and difficult and swelteringly hot. but that's s. e. a.

whattayagonnado? i would go back to cebu now that i know the go. and probably grab a gal and take her out to the east side of mactan. it's not far, just the other side of the airport. there are some ok resorts, one in particular. the boyla hotel and scuba shop. only p-900 per night with a pool etc. good value. it's not the hilton but if you want to stick with your budget. spend the xtra cash on the bar-fining your perfect babe for a couple of nights and avoid all the nonsense in the center of town.

sorry for the long note. nothing really new here. just thought i'd post the report.

Gents,

I'm currently in Thailand and will have to do a visa run at the end of the month and among all the options available, I have decided to go to the Philippines for the first time. After some research, I realized that Manila is best avoided and a better option would be Cebu. I'd like to ask the experts in here what would be a good / best area to stay at in Cebu? I am right in my decision to skip Manila and go to a smaller city where the girls are less hardcore, more down to earth like Cebu?

If anyone's in Cebu at the end of the month, early Jan, would be cool to meet for some drinks and share stories and maybe go hunting together.

Thanks guys,

Thanks guys, Well you have been a member of ISG long enough to know that you need to read this thread.

If you want girls, stay around Mango Ave area (Gen Maxilom Ave)

If you want beaches and sea, stay on Mactan.

If the first option, then search for hotels that say Cebu City. Ignore Mandaue or Lapu lapu or Mactan.

Avoid Colon area unless you are comfortable with sleazy streets full of car fumes and touts.

Remember that Sinulog Festival is on the week January 10 - 16. Avoid Cebu then. It is chaos. Very hard to find taxis and if you do it is no use anyway because the streets are clogged with cars. Prices go up; all hotels are filled; beggars are everywhere and so are the pickpockets and other low-life who crawl out of their holes around this time because they love crowds and unsuspecting tourists.

I have been there for Sinulog a few times but the novelty has long worn off. I was actually in Cebu for 5 days of business in the week before Sinulog 2010 and I left after 2 days. Hated it. Wait until at least January 19 or thereabouts if you prefer more relaxed conditions. Cebu is not itself during Sinulog so whatever impression you get it will not be accurate.
I actually love Cebu but only for the other 49 weeks of the year lol

Ah well, guess I'll be diving in Sabang that week. Or else scuba in Bohol if I find a girl in Manila I like well enough to take with me.

Thanks for the heads-up, RK. I knew Sinulog was on, but I didn't know it was as ugly as that.

i actually love cebu but only for the other 49 weeks of the year loli would also add read the hotel thread as some useful tips. much depends on what your budget is also. if a lot try radisson or marriott (silly prices) if not try diploamt, richmond plaza, golden peek, mango park. again some charge for wifi and some it is intermittent. if prices are medium budget then plenty choices (parklane, diamond suites, crown plaza, elizabeth)

i avoid colon, even locals get ripped off there and friends of cebu favourite recently was mugged (again!)

rk likes cebu for a number of reasons and if offered peaches and cream during sinulog he would enjoy cebu trust me :d he may stay in his hotel all day but but he would enjoy :)

I was now two weeks in Cebu, coming back beginning of December. Just now I read your very nice written "advice". Too late! I booked the service already and arrived in Cebu 23. Of November.

Because you write so nice for me, like a person who really wants to take care of me (you are right, I am 50+ but like a young fish, no idea from these kind of countries. It was my first time in an Asian country) I will tell you what happened there.

After pick me up at airport they bring me in a hotel named montebello. A nice hotel with garden and large pool, room nothing special but ok. I had some drinks with one of the staffmembers of the Lovequadrat agency, she introduced herself as Anita and she told me that she is my coatch for one week. We talked about everything and nothing, just to get comfortable each other. Of course we also spoke about which kind of woman I like most and what I plan for my future.

Next day Anita arranged a party with 6 beautiful girls (age 20 to 28) and 2 boys (friends of the girls, they entertained the girls, in the time when I am not having conversation with them). I was the only foreigner. After some hours joking and first contact, we went for dinner, the girl what I already had choosed sitting beside me. After dinner we went all to a disco (sunflower). A lot of fun and Tequila, an unforgetable evening. I quickly realized, with which girl I want to spend the next days. Her name was Yulen.

Also the second night I went to my room allone and next day I made a boattrip just with my favourite girl and nobody else. The rest of the week was like I was imagine the honeymoon. The second week we visited her family, and I have to confess, I was going melt when I saw her parents brothers and sisters and uncountable number of cousins. I booked a room in the next village (Bogo) the hotel had no pool but was direct on the sea. After hanging around and making some excursions (rent a car was about 50 Euro a day) the week was passing so quickly. The last day they arranged a Fiesta Farewell party.

Since I am back in Europe we have contact every day and our wedding will be in Februar after finishing all the papers.

For me this 3.300 Euro was the best investment in my whole life!

I really hope things work out for you Werner.

There are some very cynical characters on this list, but sometimes you just have to go with your instincts and grab your slice of happiness when it presents itself.

It's worth being aware of the potential pitfalls but I have known other guys who have married more or less the first Filipina they came across and (at least so far) it has worked out very nicely. Some of us can be so cynical that we continue searching for something and never quite find it as we always find a reason that Miss Almost Perfect can be improved upon.

Since I am back in Europe we have contact every day and our wedding will be in Februar after finishing all the papers. Werner, she looks like a special girl, and you look a lovely couple. May I propose an old Irish toast to you:

"Here's to the roses and lilies in bloom,

You in my arms and I in your room.

A door that is locked, a key that is lost;

A bird, a bottle, and a bed badly tossed;

And a night that is 50 years long."

I wish you great happiness.

A suggestion for others who want to see the PI for the first time:

- Join the US Navy. (other countries or Merchant Marine services may do, but they may not be regarded as highly in the eyes of the girls).

- Wait for a port call in Manila or Subic Bay.

- Hook up with some more experienced ship mates. They will want to ditch you early, but hang with them as long as you can.

- When girl latches on to you, run for the ship. Its sanctuary. Well. Used to be anyway.

Robb,

I think one day Lone Star closes. The whole gang goes to some beach resort for their Christmas party. Now that's a party I want to get invited to! Same thing goes for Love City and the sister KTV on Ramos. Although they have their party in the bar on Ramos. I'm in AC now. Not Cebu. But you can be sure that most of the bars will be open.

Not sure if RK is around but a promise of a peach may drag him to Cebu for 'business reasons' LOL

Not sure if RK is around but a promise of a peach may drag him to Cebu for 'business reasons' LOLI am around WR but I have a ball & chain attached to my ankle right now (and not the sexy dog collar that you prefer to use LOL).

My memories of the "peach" (as in "ass-shaped peach") are still vivid from my last trip but I know that she is getting more than enough attention from you so my presence is not needed right now.

I hope you can juggle your names and CP numbers Roger while you are in Cebu but I know you can do it.

Sprite13. Be warned what WR will do for you. Take plenty of energy pills and stock up on the Red Bull and Cobra. Have a blast guys. I hope to be back in Cebu around end of January so I will take care of WR's business when he is away hehehe

Well. I never like to rain on someone's parade unless they truly deserve it. But with all the lovely girls in PI he did seem to chose one very fast. If this is correct full marks for marketing.

Maybe Jackson can ban him? Imagine trying to fool us dirty ass mongersVery clever and well-conceived scam.

Someone buy Americanthief a drink from me for picking up this scam. He would not have caught me as I don't ever use these "agencies" but I can imagine a lot of other softer romantics falling for his clever line.

What a scammer! Makes some of the conniving little minxes in the PI look like amateurs.

Thanks for the info X man. I will report tomorrow.

Robb.

This guy is a scam. He is part business owner of this service. He has posted this exact same story / report on multiple forums. Do you guys actually believe him. Anyway, this is his business, and he doesn't this in other countries too, no only PI.

Here is his other videos for his service for meeting Eastern European girls.

The girl on first video is cute though. Nice jigs, I could imagine getting under her shirt.

I knew there was something way fishy about this nitwit. And he's more than a nitwit. Like written below, he is an a-hole scumbag. He should get off our forum. A forum where we share legit intel. I guess you give him some marks for enterprise but I get more and more p. O. 'd when these see#cksuckers ruin a good thing. Like they did with Craigslist. I am all for free enterprise but not everything is MARKETING MARKETING MARKETING. Leave somethings like this excellent forum unMOLESTED by these marketers.

There, I said it.

Dammit! And I was planning on visiting Cebu 1/7-1/14.

Ah well, guess I'll be diving in Sabang that week. Or else scuba in Bohol if I find a girl in Manila I like well enough to take with me.

Thanks for the heads-up, RK. I knew Sinulog was on, but I didn't know it was as ugly as that. I was also thinking of making my first visit to Cebu that week, but like yourself, it looks like it is back to Sabang for me also. That isn't so bad, as the diving is great, and there are enough girls to keep me interested for sure. I was looking forward to trying a new venue however!

R. K. I also appreciate the heads up about the "timing", next round is on me!

If you are going to market online, you really have to be totally upfront, or totally out of the picture. With Google now, anything you post stays forever essentially. Google will sniff your shit out.

we started out in silver dollar around 7 pm. they had about 7 customers and 10 girls. five i recognized as being there for the last year. we had three girls sitting with us and they took one slip of their ld and two announced "sir we have to go dance". that is one of my pet peeves, if a girl has a ld, that means she already has a customer she is sitting with, so why pull her to dance? what happens if another guy wants to call her down? so i told the mommasan to give me my check and i sat there five minutes, no check, so i got up and went to the cashier myself and paid the bill.

pussycats: fours girls and one customer. we stayed for one beer and brought two ld's and had some couch fun with the girls.

dimples: around three girls and one customers. in and out.

papillon: three girls, no customers. in and out.

love city was open, but we did not stop there.

erik the red: two girls and one customer, walk through only.

bg's: zero girls, six waitresses. another walk in and out.

vikings: two girls, two gro's and no customers. another walk in and out.

temptations: two girls and four customers (locals i think, drinking at bar and not talking to any girls) we got a beer and sat down and they brought the girls over from the ktv and before we finished the beer they had closed hotrod's and brought six girls over.

sisters: around six girls and four customers. stayed for one beer and brought a couple of ld's. i had a nice spinner and she wanted to go st only.

red lips: around 10 girls and 10 customers. the customers were korean and they looked like they were dead. no girls with them and two were sleeping on the couches. i brought over a cute spinner and after a ld, she wanted to go and said she would stay until 5, 5 pm. lololol. told her to get dressed and paid the barfine (1700p). long story short, she got up and turned to me and said it was her turn to dance and she went on stage. i was like wtf? i called the waitress back over and she told me she had to dance three songs before she could leave. i again asked her, what if someone wants to call her down? i got the deer in the headlights look and i had her to get my money back. the girl was pissed, but i am not going to wait an hour (dance and dress) for her.

went back to pussycats and now they had five dancers and 10 customers. the customers were korean and dressed up like santa and reindeer. very weird scene, in and out.

walked into dimples and second time they had 10 girls and 7 customers. we both pulled friends out of here. mine was good, but pulled the i have to go by 3 am bullshit after we got to the hotel.

went over to mactan to folick's and met up with some friends for a few drinks. they had 12 girls, four customers, but none with girls.

hit mac do (we had not eaten all day) and back to the hotel at 12:30 am.

over all we had a good time, but could of been better. hopefully tonight we will see better lineups.

nice mango crawl robbaf. the girls dancing in turns has made logic fly away many times. i have asked the girls about this and they say, its their work and if a customer walks in and sees no body dancing on the stage. they directly walk off. so it's a pull in technique. but thats logical but what you describe is really illogical when you pay the barfine and ready to take the girl out. why is the need for her to dance more.

only place i haven't seen this stunt is in jaguar bar but its more like ktv but when the girl sits with you. you pay like 200 peso for 40 minutes.

hope its turns better tonight. check out juliana disco after 2. most bar girls will show up there after 2. 30. good luck

Sunday was only a bit better, as there was 2X as many girls, but still very dead.

I have been to Cebu over 100 times, but only to Juliana once, as that is not my scene. I also visited Jaquar once and was the biggest joke that I have seen in Cebu. I hate when I am told "Sir, you need to buy the momma a drink". WTF? I asked if momma went barfine and he said no, and I said then she don't get a drink and then they tried to add her a drink on my bill.

Would you mind if I ask about a simple description of location of these bars? There's mention of several bars but it's not clear if they are all located on one street, although I am guessing they are (I may be wrong). What's the name of the street? What do you mean when you say Mango bars. Is it like EDSA complex in Manila?

What do I tell the taxi driver where do I want to go. If there's any ambiguity in the destination then it opens the possibility of them touting their own preferences. I wanted to roam around tonight. Will check in to Diplomat on recommendation from this forum.

Also, there seem to be two levels of clubs. What's the expected ST and LT bar fine and lady tip? I am aware of Manila rates but did not (yet) come across such a summary about Cebu.

When you walk out of Diplomat hotel, just before the street, a security guy will ask where you are going, and hail you a taxi. They are good about running the meter. At night its only about a 3-4 minute drive to the mango bars (on Mango Avenue!). Tell the driver or security guy you want to go to the gogo bars on Mango. Better, say you want Vikings Bar on Mango. You'll be there in a few minutes.

The Mango bars. On one side of Mango Street is a large, very tall, white church (Iglesia ni Cristo?). Impossible to miss. Across the street from the church is a series of girlie bars, all barfine. At one end of these 5-6 bars is Vikings, at the other end is Sisters. They are all next to each other. I think in Vikings you take the stairs from street level down one level to the bar. Several pool tables, dancing girls on the stage, can be a large number of girls after about 11pm. Or sometimes relatively few. I think Sisters is the smallest of those bars. Barfine at every bar is p1700, no tipping is required, completely up to you the next day. I've had numerous girls from these bars, they don't ask a tip even upon departure. They all say they collect p1000 of the 1700. The bar right next to Sisters (can't remember the name) has a good lineup of hotties. Barfine here is also 1700, but when I tried to take one, the waitress came back that they needed an extra 1000 pesos if I took a girl prior to (can't remember exact time) either 11pm or 1am. I got torqued and left, went to Sisters, and paid 1700 for a hottie (will post later pics). Careful Sisters. My gal was hot, performed well, and was relatively new in from the province. But, she snuck out at 3:30. When I complained the next night, the mama got into a txting argument with the girl (it was her night off) to come back to the bar and finish her time with me. No kidding, the mama got red in the face, cursing the girl who refused to return, nearly throwing her phone against the wall at one point. Another friend of mine got a runner from Sisters last week, and I think if you read this thread back a page or two you will see another runner from Sisters. Other than this one runner, every girl I've had from this side of the street has been very good to excellent. They often stay till noon or even longer (one went to the mall and then the beach with me the next day). All barfines from these bars are for LT. The ST / LT is terminology for freelancers. As these clubs don't open until 8pm (or later) , there is no ST like some of the Angeles bars, where if you get a girl in the afternoon, its assumed she's not going to spend the night. However, to be smart, specify with the girl before barfining what time you expect her to stay until. Gents, do the gogo girls do ST? I've taken them as early as 8:30 in the evening from Mango, and she's still there at 9am.

Across the street by the church are several gogo bars. Their barfines I think were 3000. Gents?

Freelancers who hit you in a mall or on the street are glad to perform ST for p500, and do a full LT (evening and morning pop, stay thru breakfast if you specify) for 1000. Even wilder, if you exchange phone numbers after her performance, she will want to bring a cousin or friend for the same action. Its an amazing place. NTW, give us a report tomorrow.

Infact, I had to choose and point girls to buy them a lady drink. They never come close to me hehehe. Once they know I'm spending. Its a different story.

Great post westcoast!

So when you say that the bar fine is 1700 and no tipping required and that the girl takes 1000 of that, does that mean that that is the total to be paid to the girl or is it like Thailand where there is a bar fine of say 6-800 Bahts then the fee for the girl can be anywhere from 1k to 3k. Could you please clarify this as just came today from LOS for the first time in the Phils and would like to understand how things work before heading out later tonight.

Thanks.

Thanks. You pay the 1700 to the bar . Of that 1700 the bar will at some later stage credit the girl with 1000. You don't have to pay anything lese to the girl when she leaves, though in practice most guys would give anything from 100P for "taxi" to say 500P if service was outstanding

Thanks. You pay p1700 to the bar. Nothing more. It is not like the cheap barfine in Thailand, where you pay the girl an additional fee (tip). The next day, if you want to tip the girl, tip her. She will not ask for one. I tip p100 for taxi, no matter the price of the barfine. The girl gets no money that night. The bar will credit her p1000 when she leaves with you from the bar. The next time she reports to work, she can pick up the cash that is in her account (barfines, LD's, etc.). In chatting gents, I find tips range from 100 to 500 in cebu (more in manila).

Guys.

I know some have asked before and there are some of you mongers who like them pregnant (my good mate Barba does at times)

The links below are her photos before she became pregnant. Am not the father for any enquiring minds. She is 18 years old, at school and now up the duff and has no idea who the father is. Well she may but is not saying (pinoy).

She is great, very vocal, is bisexual and licks pussy well and has a few girlfriends that she enjoys.

She contacted me today asking to meet and I said yes when she dropped the bombshell. Now am not great on that, yes am kinky, but pregnant is odd and weird for me not kinky.

So she is 4 months pregnant, still very pretty, vocal, bisexual and want to meet giuys in Cebu and will do FFM or MMF as she enjoys pregnancy notwithstanding.

Some pictiures in the link below, wonderful rack and nipples, hence I called her "Another Bullet Nipples". As BN is another 18 year old submissive I enjoy.

http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/showthread.php?2446-Photo-Gallery&p=1072455&viewfull=1#post1072455

So gents. If you like a pregnant Cebuana and are in Cebu (naturally) PM me and I can pass on her details. For those that know me, I will need to know a little about you first. If I already know you then no worries.

Another sad statistic I know but she is a college girl not WG or bar girl and is somewhat worried etc, school is stuffed for now, and she needs help. For those that know me I would not do this if I did not know the girl well and she was genuine. So if you like pregnant 18 year old bisexual girls PM me

wr,

i wish i was in cebu to help out your 18 year old, preggy friend. i'm not really one to search out preggy girls for this sort of thing, but i have had that pleasure in the past. my ex-wife and ex-gf both were so horny while they were pregnant. how could i possibly say no to either of them? unfortunately, i don't think i will be there, until about the time she pops the baby out, or shortly thereafter.

on the topic of shaved or not, i have had both. i don't think i would turn down either. but i do like a freshly shaved pussy to one that is hidden behind large amounts of hair. at least with the shaved ones, you don't end up chocking on the hair, or having it stuck in your teeth. my ex-gf maintained her shaved pussy everyday. she claimed that she had been shaving since she first notices the development of hair in that area. claimed she didn't want it collecting the smell of [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) or blood.

one more topic, i wondered if anyone knows the area around the southwestern university, and sacred heart hospital in sambog i. i have a vested interest in an internet cafe there called christwood cafe. if anyone has an opportunity to stop by there and check it out, let me know what you think of the place. i am told that many of the girls training to be nurses spend a lot of time there checking their dia messages, and chatting with guys. it might be a good shopping area for mongers.

enjoy!

Well so far the pregnant girl has been a hit, one monger already seen and said she was awesome. She is cute. Had a few other PMs etc.

Will wander down that cafe if I have time and see would be a change to malls.

As for shaved / hair. Shaved wins all the time despite the efforts of some to promte otherwise, was asked by a good ISG to stop asking girls to shave LOL

Westcoast, thanks for your description of the area. That answered a lot of questions I had. I only had to tell the taxi driver to get to the Mango bars and he knew.

Started with the 1700 side of the street, went to the one far left. Vikings. Saw 2-3 absolute knockouts dancing or cuddled up with punters among a sea of average ones. Hung around there for some time, half heartedly motioned a half cutie to come over for a drink. She pointed to the one sitting to her side who pointed back to her, either they were confused or not interested. I lost interest and went to pay my bills when they both came over saying they were confused. I tipped a little to the one I thought I had asked to come over and got out.

Went to the one next to its side, had a drink, didn't find much of interest, got out. One second in and one second out from the one to its side.

Decided to see what the 3000 side of the street looked like. Pappilon (or however it is spelled). Found no difference in quality between both sides of the street. After being there for a few drinks I started to like one of them. Slightly on the bigger side as compared to others and she had the typical filipina appearance. There's a certain filipina look I've come to identity as the traditional filipina appearance and have seen many beauties with that kind of look roaming around in the malls, everywhere. I was looking at her. She looked at me and smiled and looked very much like a hottie I could be found staring at except that she was available for a price. I paid her price. She said she was 20 although she looked more maybe because of her size. She wasn't big in traditional sense mind you, there wasn't a single pound of flesh that was extra, she was just bigger than others around her, about 5' 3" in height.

With just a little bit of tickling she started making sounds. Not more not less, precisely the kind you expect. I checked down there, she was all wet, so she wasn't pretending. When the time came to pork I found the entrance wasn't easy. Helluva tight, she sure hasn't had a lot of experience. Did some missionary then laid her on her side to continue. She had squirted a lot of white by now. She would repeatedly throw back her head and hair, spread her mouth wide open, me porking her from behind, banging against her rounded full ass. I tell you it was like I was in the middle of a porn movie.

She enjoyed sleeping for the night. And that's what she did, enjoy sleeping. In the morning I had to head out so I wasn't going to bang her but I asked if I could and she said no, half asleep. I said if I bar fine her again I would bang her 3 times, she said I could find plenty of other girls for this purpose. WTF? Point #1.

Point #2. I asked her how much would get out of the 3000 I had paid. She said 650. WTF? Is this correct? She wasn't asking me for money at all. Considering how much rip off I had gone through in Manila with zero outcome, if there was half truth in what she said, I didn't feel guilty in handing another 2000 to her.

KC from Papillon. Overall 5000 damage, tight porn star fuck. Really beautiful, lovely skin, dense hair, just enough full body.

HW.

As for shaved / hair. Shaved wins all the time despite the efforts of some to promte otherwise, was asked by a good ISG to stop asking girls to shave LOLJust had a successful weekend in Taipei where I nailed one Taiwanese and the obligatory Filipina.

But damn, my lips are dry now, not from too much pussy kissing but from too much damned pubic hair.

Both girls hadn't had sex for over a year and both need a damn good trim. Which they will get in the coming weeks.

Shaved wins EVERY time. Looking forward to my next Manila trip and shaved Paradise.

I've been in Cebu for a week now and the more time I spend here, the more I can't wait to get the hell out of here. Coming from BKK, I feel this is a big step down in every regard, save maybe cost as things are a lot cheaper here than in BKK. I could write a book about all the bad things I have encountered, but I will spare you that. I'm just going to report on a bad experience I had last night.

I've been down with a bad fever at the worst time of the year right on new years', but that's my luck I guess. Anyways, I got scammed last night. I was at Mango square, in front of Beat KTV bar, having drinks with friends on Thursday night, met a beautiful 19 years old outside the clubs, we exchanged # but I was already with another hottie at the time. So I last night, I was finally feeling better and went out a bit, called her and she came right away at Mango square, we had a good time having drinks and chatting (I refrained from alcohol as I was still not 100% back to normal) then we went dancing to the club next door, Juliana. Good time there, so at 3 am, we go to my room. She's as sweet, innocent looking and beautiful as I like them.

Then in the club, we briefly had sex as I was still very tired and all and after that she starts crying saying that her rent is due this week and she doesn't know how to pay it and she's afraid she'll be kicked to the streets. Being the romantic and nice guy I am, I fell for it and asked her how much is her rent and she replies 2K pesos (about 44 bucks / month) , at the time, I only had about 1500 on my wallet so I gave that to her. And she was jumping for joy then she said she had to leave to pay her landlord and would call me later so we can have lunch, hang out and weather permitting, going to the beach.

This is a very pretty girl, like an angel and I fell for her. Then, later a friend I know here comes here and tells me about her and that she's a serial scammer. Just to warn the brothers in here, sooner or later, you will get hit with those sob stories, no matter how pretty the girl is, don't fall for it. I know it's easier said that done, specially when you have that little thing laying naked besides you. A good lesson learned, so be careful about that guys. If anyone goes to Cebu, her name is Rozana, she's short, a few extra pounds, but not fat or anything, extremely pretty and has a nice rack, which is rare for filipinas. So be warned guys.

If anyone knows or can recommend any other good clubs / areas with bars / clubs other than Mango Square, I'd be very interested as this place I feel is filled with scammers. All in all, so far, not very much enjoying this place, maybe it's due to this being my first time and not knowing the good places, so I'm all ears for any suggestions to save my Cebu trip. Much appreciated guys.

On a positive note, got to meet Wicked Roger and a few other guys on Thursday night at Ayala and it was a good time, Roger, you're the man in Cebu! Too bad I've been down with that shitty fever. Can't wait to get better so I can sample that delicious apple.

Cheers.

I only had about 1500 on my wallet so I gave that to her.Well don't feel too bad. 1500 for a hot looking date does not seem to be in serious scam territory, except that she skipped out on you. (perhaps in hindsight, you give her 1000 and say you'll help with the rest the next night).

But really "great rack". "can't pay her rent". Even a 1960's IBM would say that does not compute.

I agree with Jambo's opinion, your encounter does not really fall into scam terrirtory at all. It is just one of millions of Filipinas who have a hard luck story that 99% of the time ususually involves the need for some extra cash. It sounds like you had a good time with her and I am assuming that you probably would have paid her close to the 1500 you gave her, so you really have lost nothing at all. If you think about it fairly just think how many mongers have lied to her in the past, my guess it will be dozens. Maybe she also told you that you are a handsome man! I am sorry you sound like you are very disappointed with Cebu, I felt a little like that on my first visit there. I have visited Thailand more times than I can count and I speak Thai to a reasonable level where I can have a decent conversation. I don't even try to compare the two countries anymore, although both are in Asia they are as different as chalk and cheese. Cebu does grow on you and as you have pointed out Bangkok is working out a lot more expensive. If you compare the cost of most things (hotels is the exception) then whatever the cost is in pesos, it is usually mirrored by a similar cost in Baht. So for example a girl for long time can cost you 1500 pesos or baht depending on which country you are in. Since I am only getting 45 baht to one UK pound, but get 65 pesos for the same pound, the economics are self evident. I guess if my currency ever strengthens back to its original level a few years ago I might split my time more evenly between the two countries. I do have to say that I love Filipinas though.
