I only had about 1500 on my wallet so I gave that to her. And she was jumping for joy then she said she had to leave to pay her landlord and would call me later so we can have lunch, hang out and weather permitting, going to the beach.

Cheers. Sprite: This is not a scam. This is typical of how pinay operate. They meet foreigner in public places (mall, bars) , spend 2-3 hours in his room, and ask / hint / beg for money. Sometimes they ask for ridiculously large amounts (or even small amounts). Sometimes they discuss their 'need' in advance in the bar or mall. I've had them ask for 20, 000 pesos. 200 pesos, and even 'up to you sir as I'm desprat to pay me rent'.

Now to the 1500. That's fine. If you were just a few blocks up Mango St at the gogo bars, you would have paid about the same amount (p1700) for a bargirl who would stay LT and boink you twice. But those aren't freelancers. On the other hand, most Cebuanas are happy with 500 for a few hours work, and 1000 for LT. In fact, I've never had a freelancer complain when I hand her 500 for a few hours work, nor have they balked in the mall or bar when discussing the amount in advance.

You might want to try the gogo bars. Also try the disco at Sunflower, on Thurs-Sat night it is jumpin' with talent. Also, Ayala and Robinson's mall are rich with pickups.

As for shaved / hair. Shaved wins all the time despite the efforts of some to promte otherwise, was asked by a good ISG to stop asking girls to shave LOLWR,

If I remember correctly, I was told the cafe is on J. Urgello Street, near the dorms. Just thought this might help in the search for the shop.

Also, I think the girls might have been gone for the holidays. But they should be returning for classes now.

Enjoy!

she enjoyed sleeping for the night. and that's what she did, enjoy sleeping. in the morning i had to head out so i wasn't going to bang her but i asked if i could and she said no, half asleep. i said if i bar fine her again i would bang her 3 times, she said i could find plenty of other girls for this purpose. wtf? point #1.

point #2. i asked her how much would get out of the 3000 i had paid. she said 650. wtf? is this correct? she wasn't asking me for money at all. considering how much rip off i had gone through in manila with zero outcome, if there was half truth in what she said, i didn't feel guilty in handing another 2000 to her.

kc from papillon. overall 5000 damage, tight porn star fuck. really beautiful, lovely skin, dense hair, just enough full body.

she lied about the 650. girls from that side of the street tell me (depending the bar and its barfine) that they make 1000 or 1500 less than the barfine. so a 3000 barfine will net her either p1500 or p2000 for the night's work. its expected lt that she sleeps there with you. however, if you didn't discuss your preference of a boff in the morning, she's under no obligation to stay and do that. you giving her 2000 tip means she will get at least 1500 from the bar + 2000 from you, total 3500 (or more if you bought her lady's drink). and you got one f*ck.

if you had taken one from the other side of the street, you would have paid 1700 (and little or no tip) , gotten a morning f*ck most likely) , and she would collect p1000 from the 1700 barfine. you see the difference between each side of the street:

your side: cost to customer 5000+, girl gets 3500+.

vikings side: cost to customer p1700, girl gets 1000+.

regarding not getting the morning f*ck. i talk to many men who run into similar problems. i lump all these problems into one category: not getting what you expected. these can range amongst: no morning sex, no swallow, no anal, no camera, girl leaves early, and so on. the girl is under no obligation to do anything specific once in your room, unless you spelled it out beforehand. some bar mamasan's get specifically peeved when girls do this. other bars don't seem to care. some bars in filipines have specific policies and tell their girls never to discuss specifics in the bar, as it obligates the girl and the bar (will post an ac bar owner's fascinating story about this later in the ac thread). lot of guys i talk to tell me they are too embarrassed to tell the girl in the bar they want anal sex ("gosh its not romantic the girls don't want to hear that"). they think it will turn the girl off. i'm telling you that it does not. she will either say yes, or no. but she's used to hearing it."of course sir. this is my job." or,"i don't mind you ask it. its my job. but i can't do that part."

try this the next time you find one you want to barfine. ask her first if she's interested in barfine with you. she might say no, for many different reasons (cherry, menstruation, doesn't like you, etc). if she says yes, say to her your preferences: "hon i need a girl who's fine with the camera, mouth, pussy, ass, swallow, phone off in the room till you leave, and stay till 10am with me, all i want. i'll buy breakfast." she will either say yes, or no. anything other than a yes, send her back to the dance line, but first ask if there is another girl in the bar who can do those things for you (often they will point out a girl who will).

I could feel that I was paying more. But this time at least I got something in return. Next time (whenever it is) per your advice I am going to negotiate everything right in the bar. These are pros after all. I keep cutting them too much slack and they keep taking advantage.

I am not usually an LT kind of guy, but last trip, I let one stay till 10am the next morning so I gave her 1000p. Never a complaint; never ran into anyone who asked for more. Good luck.

FZCertainly the Burgos bars are like that. Some girls will balk for less than 2000, and refuse to go. Some ask and get 3000 up front for the tip alone (she's collecting p1000-1500 from the barfine also). I've not been in EDSA, but I understand its the same system, some gents tell me the girls are asking and getting p2000+ tips.

Good place to go for live band, but sounds like a place to be avoided for snatch (I pay 1500 for LT in Manila). Sounds like one might not be getting a FL if she's really an off-duty BG. Freelance elsewhere is 1/2 that. Thanks for the update Mattrick.

Those prices are for LT unless you have the unfortunate luck to get a runner. Know a few girls who have made a career picking up guys in Mango Square and do fairly well supporting their families.

The bars and discos there all have DJ's except on rare occasions. You would think one of the bars would offer live music to attract a more upscale crowd but most young people these days want to dance to DJ spun music.

Grab a chair at one of the many places that offer outdoor seating, order a drink and watch the freaks come out at night!

First night in Cebu (and Philippines) I sat at that exact same spot outside Julianas, watching the sun come up. I am almost legless (too many red horses) wondering if I can make it to the taxi rank. Next thing I know I'm joined by a cute little spinner and off we go back to my hotel. The only memories I had of that morning are photos of her on my bed in a short leopard print dress, and the sex was awesome with her doing all the work. Came back to my senses around mid day, throbbing headache, slipped a 1000 peso under her bag as she got ready to leave. Back to bed again.

Deja Vu: Fast forward two months. My second trip to the Phils, last November. Getting cozy with Bea at Love City and guess who comes by with a "hey I know you!". LOL! She goes by the name Ice.

I took one out of Sisters, Hotrods and Temptations this past weekend and all were 1800P.

Freaking Mommasan in Temptations almost made me lose my cool. I asked a spinner if she wanted to go and she said yes and she had the waitress call the momma over. She came over to write it up and told me that I needed to buy two more LD's. Long story short I told her to get bent and if she did not stop the BS, I would walk out and she apologized and told the girl to get dressed. I hate when the momma's think they can pull BS on customers.

I think the girl had period. I had been in the same situation multiple times. Got scared what the hell. Apparently some girls don't mind having sex when on period here. I had to change couple of bed cover in my condo 'because of blood stains. It never goes easily. Anyways nothing to be worried about. Good luck

Hello,

Where is the place to go for meeting the best girls in Cebu? Spend some time reading back through the threads, invest some time by doing some research of your own and then come back and ask specific questions. Some more forthright members may tell you to RTFF and not be so lazy, I am just giving you a gentle hint. Your question is so open ended a person could write pages and pages and still only scratch the surface

How many guys have barfined a girl only to be disappointed in the room. This girl is super horny and she can't get enough:) She came back 1 1/2 hour before I had to check out of the hotel and we went two rounds and not just sex, she is wild and she gives a great BJ. WR is a great trainer:D

BTW, I went into Folicks and there was five girls and three were not pregnant, but they were bigger then her and a guy came in and took two of them for three days barfine, but I would not even consider taking one of them for ST. So you are correct,"One man's meat is another man's poison"

The going rate of 500p is split 300p to girl / 200p to Mamasan / Pimp. No need to pay tip to Pimp.

The better girls are only in it for a short while, the others are druggies for sure. NOTE: Mamasan.

Across the street from GV Tower hotel is a total nutcase. Beware.

Anyone fancy a beer in Cebu? I am here until Sunday before heading to CDO. Sinulog has already pissed me off, tried to buy a local sim card yesterday in the basement of country mall. Just as I started speaking to the assistant, half the population of a local school turned up, with dancers and a noisy band with loud drums. Couldn't hear anything for the next 15 minutes other than my ear drums exploding.

met two dia contacts today in robinsons. both aged 19 with probably the smallest pert bodies i have ever seen on girls of this age. one of the girls appeared very shy and surprisingly they were not hungry and keen to get down to business. now i am staying with my regular gf and her two kids and though she is very open minded she would have baulked at the idea of me using our hotel room to rep001ter my seed amongst other unfortunates. so we had a brief chat on the stairs of robinsons. i told them i was staying at a friends house with him and his family thus ruling out going back to my hotel. the shy girl was behaving very coy almost like a virgin and she had a very innocent and fresh look about her and within a few minutes of chatting we agreed to go to that famous short time hotel the queensland.

very soon we had hailed a cab and were on our way through the impossibly congested traffic to the queensland. we had only been in the cab a few minutes when i noticed that the loose fitting tops on both girls had bulged out due to the position they were sat in the car. both girls were displaying huge tatoos over one breast almost like clones; i could see clearly as i was sat on the back seat with them both.

now save for ladyboys, this is the second biggest turn off for me, i absolutely detest tatoos. i know it is probably stupid of me and completely without any logical foundation, but i do hate them with a vengeance. i was already having cold feet when both girls announced they worked at club misty a club i have never heard of. bottom line is they are both bar girls and if i wanted a bar girl well i would have gone to a bar.

i stopped the cab, it had only travelled a few hundred meters in the thick traffic (remind me to avoid sinulog in future) , i made my excuses hastily and returned to robinsons in time for a further dia 'interview' that i had arranged and luckily hadn't yet cancelled.

Brymor
01-12-11, 16:47
Well my next DIA interviewee asked to change the venue from Robinsons to SM Mall at short notice so I made my way over by cab. She was an older girl aged 29 but she had promised to bring a young 18 year old virgin in need of money. What should have been no more than a 15 minute cab journey, took nearly one hour due to the traffic. As I arrived I recieved a text from her saying that she was outside SM Mall opposite the Radisson hotel. Well I arrived at that location and was unable to find her anywhere. I texted her back and she replied that she was now in the green zone, wherever the f#ck that is. I was feeling hot and bothered and sent a text back telling her to come to the place she had arranged to meet and I went off for a coffee in Bo's. Well what can only be described as a frustrating 40 minutes of texting back and forth and trying to give the simplest of instructions took place, with me nearly leaving through complete exasperation at the girls inability to understand basic instructions where to meet. Anyway the two girls eventually turned up and we headed to the usual jolibees for a truly wonderful dining experience. During the meal we got chatting and the younger girl appeared very nervous and shy, she was very poor and had lost her parents at a young age. We negotiated a price of 1500 for the girl (very very cheap in my book) and 500 for her older companion. They agreed to accompany me to the Queensland (2nd time lucky I hoped) and as they were finishing their food I went to the basement of SM mall to buy some lubricant and condoms.

We arrived at the Queensland and as usual no one batted an eye as I walked in with both girls. Short time here is 300 for three hours and though it is basic, the rooms are functional and serve their purpose.

The 18 year old was very shy and I went for a shower whilst she undressed. She was only about 4'10" in height and about 40 kilos, very tiny. We started to kiss and I began stroking her now naked body. I pulled the towel away from myself so I was completely naked. The other girl was sat at the table watching everything intently and the younger one began talking in Cebuano. It turns out she is now having cold feet and asked to give me a blow job instead. I pointed out the agreement was for sex and I tried to reassure her telling her I would take things slowly and gently.

She seemed to relax a bit more and lay back on the bed as we started french kissing. I ran my hands over her firm slim body and moved down to her pussy. She was quite wet and I started to massage her clitoris gently before inserting a finger gently inside her pussy. My finger had got no more than a centimeter inside her when she tensed up and pushed me away complaing it hurt too much.

I added copius amounts of lubricant to her pussy and my still very hard cock but as soon as I entered her with a finger the same thing was repeated again. She allowed me to lie on top of her and just rub my cock on the outside of her vaginal lips, but this is like sniffing a gourmet meal when you are starving hungry, but not being allowed to eat.

In the end I had to settle for a very poor blow job without condom and after finishing myself off I managed to get most of my cum over her face and lips.

I gave her 1000 despite the poor performance, her friend 500 and with Jolibees, the taxis and the hotel the total cost came to about 2200. Worth the money just for the experience I guess, but would I return for a second round. Probably not!

Mort, I also enjoy your reports and all the info you share. Glad to see you having fun and still with the girlfriend. She seems to be open to your life style.

Had a good trip myself. Met up with WR and had some new experinces.

Looking forward to your reports. Guess soon we will see some CDO stuff. Spooks has bought his bar back. At least I read where he said he did. Hope you stop by and see him for the local info. Sorry about Sinloug. Have heard from many the city goes crazy.

Well gents, if you survive this (Colon 3 am alone) , you can finally graduate as a doctor of Cebu Nightlife. LOL.

No kidding:

I NEVER had problems this time, just be watchful and VERY FRIENDLY to the pimps you will meet there.

The pims can be a hassle, but very helpful also.

And of course they will ask a tip from you always. Better for your health to do some tipping. I've been to Cebu 2 times and both times I had visited the Colon area at about 10pm. 11pm (don't ask me why). This area was always dark, dirty and not much traffic (foot or otherwise). Not the safest area in Cebu. Seems only the lucky or desperate types will venture here after midnight. Didn't really like the pimps there as most wanted you to follow them into a lonely dark street or building. Again, not my kind of mongering scene. At best, its an area to be careful in rather than an area to endorse-IMO.

SharkI was in the Colon Street area last night at about 1am. I had been to Mango Square and picked up an attractive 18 year old single mom. Daisy and the kids were sleeping in my hotel room so I decided to head for the Sogo Hotel for some short time fun. They only had the excecutive room available for 420 pesos and as I was in no mood to wait, I happily paid. The room was actually much better than the deluxe rooms and almost gave the impression that you were staying in a reasonable budget hotel.

The girl was very cute and her belly had the faintest evidence of childbirth by way of a few stretch marks, but nothing a man on a galloping horse would notice. I was feeling very horny so the deed was over in about 35 minutes, from the time we entered the room until the time we were ready to leave. She had a cute friend waiting downstairs in the lobby, I did try for a threesome but they both looked shocked at the suggestion.

Anyway I gave the girl the agreed money and they departed ahead of me as I was returning the room key at reception.

It was nearly 1am so I decided to go for a wander around the area. Now IMHO the Colon Street area at night is not dangerous provided one keeps one's wits about them. It is not a place I would wander around drunk, that would be like inviting trouble, but I can tell you now, I would pick this place to walk at night above many places in London or Los Angeles that I could mention. Last night the area was very busy, loads of freelancers about, lots of bustling bars and what looked like makeshift night cubs. It is very seedy and about as low down in the local eco system as you can get, but it adds to the charm of the place. There were many girls of questionable maturity, loads of wanabee pimps, taxi touts, and other low life in abundance. I was wandering around alone, like I have done many times before. Stick to the main roads, don't go there drunk and don't flash your cash and you should have no problems. It is an alternative and very seedy option to consider, if you want to try something completely different from the closeted comfort of a girlie bar, or the civilized and commercial set up around Mango Square.

Sorry about Sinloug. Have heard from many the city goes crazy. I have posted on 3 different threads my advice to guys to stay well away from Cebu during Sinulog UNLESS you like to walk and you are staying right in the center of Mango (Gen Maxilom) Ave.

Already I have 3 PMs from guys saying that they wished they had taken my advice and gone elsewhere until after Sinulog, and I read these posts about others getting frustrated by the traffic.

If you are on a short time sked and need to use taxis for meeting girls at SM or Ayala Malls or going to Queensland Motel then you will spend at least 25% of your time in Cebu sittting in a taxi.

MSounds like my kind of place actually. LOL! Any non-short time hotels around there to recommend? I had planned to do strictly the DIA thing on my upcoming trip but the rough edge of what you described appeals to me as well. The Parklane may be my top option right now but only because it sounds like a hassle-free place right next to Ayala. Any other hassle-free place you'd recommend for a week, Mortman?

Parklane isn't anywhere near Colon, or even Mango bars.

Mercedes is a landmark hotel downtown near Colon. If you grow weary of DIA or even Mango I recommend trolling around the downtown Colon malls or E-mall (about halfway).

Our Place. I think that is the expat bar of preference downtown. Old timers may remember Eddies Log cabin.

I hang out in Colon regularly, and I agree. It's not as dangerous as people think. I don't get drunk, I don't flash cash, I don't antagonize people, and I stay alert.

Well I have been with my regular gf Daisy and her two kids since Tuesday. I am staying at the Montebello behind Country Mall. I booked this hotel because of the huge swimming pool here for the kids and the sprawling grounds that they can play around in, relative safely.

Daisy is very liberal minded woman and as you will see from my previous posts, she allows me to go off with younger girls whenever I feel the need (Daisy is 32) and she will even help to negotiate on my behalf, with girls that we see when out and about. However I was growing tired of having the kids around. They spend all day watching the large flat screen LCD TV in the hotel room because they do not have TV at home and they have used the pool but not very much. I just feel like I needed a break on my own and I wanted to bring a girl back for the whole night rather than using a short time hotel.

To the other poster who enquired about short time hotels in the Colon Street area, the Sogo is probably the most well known, it is very safe and actually very clean.

Anyway I told Daisy I had to leave Cebu unexpectedly on business, I gave her 5000 plus her bus fare back to Moalboal. I felt like a complete bastard when the kids starting crying because they had to go back home. Daisy told me that they were crying because they will miss me very much. Now being the cynical guy that I am, I was wondering to myself about the tears? Could it be because they are going back to a tin shack called home, with no TV or refridgerator and leaving the relative luxury of a nice hotel with all its comforts and amenities? Or were they crying because they will genuinely love me and miss me. Who knows, maybe it is a bit of both, I will let you fellow mongers decide on that one!

Anyway I paid for a taxi for them to get to the South Bus Terminal took them for a final Jolibees (yuk) and waved them goodbye from the Country Mall as they set off in a taxi. As soon as they were gone I decided to get a cold beer from the expat bar in Country Mall and I sat outside enjoying watching the world go by and trying to get over my sudden attack of guilt.

I had only been there about 20 minutes when I caught the eye of two shop girls no more than a stones throw from the bar. They were looking bored and standing outside the shop waiting for customers. Both girls made direct eye contact with me, smiled and looked away shyly as if they were doing something very naughty. I always find that very alluring and within no time at all I could feel a familiar stirring in my trousers. I decided to take the plunge and left my drnk on the table to go over and chat. Both girls were aged 18 and I homed in on the the first that I thought was the cutest, tough to be honest there was little to differentiate in terms of beauty, they were both stunners. Anyway the first girl told me she already had a Pinoy boyfriend after I asked her what time she was finishing, so I moved my attention to the second girl. Now in my country if I had done this I would have been told to "F*K OFF by the second girl in no uncertain terms, since I was now using her as a last resort. But she was completely unfazed, and we engaged in some flirtatious idle chit chat for a few minutes. She agreed to meet me after work at 8pm. Both girls were aged 18 and my girl had just had her 18th birthday in December.

I headed back to the hotel for a few hours returning to the shop at dead on 8 freshly showered, shaved and ready for action. We went off to a local barbecue place, where she had the usual rice and chicken and I had fresh fish grilled over the barbecue. Within the hour we were heading back to the hotel, as I wanted to show her the swimming pool.

We went to the room and started to embrace as soon as the door had closed. She was a tiny girl, probably about 4'10 with a lovely petite body. I unbuttoned her jeans and began pushing my hands down her panties and she did not resist at all.

Now since I already knew she had been working since 8am I suggested she go shower and gave her a towel and pushed her towards the bathroom. I wanted a clean body to kiss and I did not dare think how some of those crevices might smell after a whole day at work without being washed. She shut the bathroom door and disappeared for about 30 minutes, emerging still wet in a wrapped towel.

Well I am not going into too many details here, but we had the most fantastic session that lasted about one and a half hours. I finally rolled off her, both of us sweating from the frantic activity having tried half a dozen positions before I had exploded inside her.

We rested in a close embrace for about 20 minutes before she starting kiising my nipples and sucking them hard. She was clearly ready for more and I gallantly responded with a further 30 minute session, but I was unable to finish with another climax. We then dressed, went to the hotel bar for a few drinks before retiring to sleep. She held me in a warm embrace most of the night, interspaced with hand holding and soft gentle kisses. In terms of real GFE this was about as close as it comes to perfection.

We had breakfast together this morning and during breakfast I told her I wanted to give her a gift as she is paid very little in the shop (120 pesos per day for 10-12 hours per day) and she did not even have her own cell phone. Money had not even been discussed up until this stage and only when I initiated the topic. I told her I was giving her a choice of gifts, either 1500 pesos or a new camera cell phone. She chose the phone and we returned to the room where I gave her the gift. Actually I had brought half a dozen of these from the UK, they always go down well as gifts and the supermarkets often sell them at hugely discounted rates. These LG cell phones with a VGA camera cost me £12 or about $18, so for a night of passion they work out as a very good deal indeed and the girls are always delighted.

Anyway she left in good spirits expecting to see me again after work today. To be honest I have about half a dozen cute DIA girls keep texting me to meet this afternoon and I am sat in the hotel lobby typing this post and wondering who to meet. Do I stick with the tried and tested local shop girl or do I go for something new.

Funnily enough I have just recieved a text as I am typing, I showed it t the other guy who is sat here with me and we both had a good laugh. The text reads "Hi this is * from DIA. Would you like to meet today for a threesome?"

The Philippines does make decision making the most demanding of all my activities here!

It is a difficult question to answer, I am not sure what you mean by hassle free, as every Cebu hotel I have ever stayed in could be described as hassle free. If you mean convenience to Ayalla Mall, then yes Parklane or the Marriot is well located, but Ayalla is not the centre of the universe and if you are primarily meeting DIA girls, then any hotel in Cebu City is well located. You also get many DIA girls in Lap Lapu and you may at the very least have to pay their jeepney fare if you expect them to travel over to Cebu City to meet you.

Yes it's not a "scam" it's pretty much par for the course for Mango Square pick ups. The smart thing to have done would be to say OK you can have 500P now if you want to leave or you ca stay until xxxx and get 1000P / 1500P.

She's really just trying to get a LT rate for ST work.

Maybe I'm not as devilishly handsome / skilled an operator as WC but in my experience 500P ST / 1000P LT is now the base rate for pretty average girls in Cebu city, even average girls will shoot for more and those who are or consider themselves to be outstanding are definitely holding out for more. At least with me.

Met up with an old 18 year old DIA contact I met last year and posted about. She had been a virgin when I met her last year, she was the one that I panicked about when the condom split inside her and I discharged a gallons worth of tadpoles into her. She was so keen to meet me, she paid for a taxi from Talisay which I reimbursed her. It is the first time I have had a non pro willing to do that without the usual "I have no money for the fare" routine. She arrived at the Country Mall at about 6pm, I had to be very careful as the shop girl was lurking close by, the one I posted about the other day.

Anyway I was greeted with what can only be described as a very chubby cute monster, all happy to see me. She told me she had found work as a domestic helper but I think she must have spent every peso she earned, eating in Jolibees. I initially thought about sending her straight home, but I felt that would have been cruel and unkind. So I did what any self respecting monger would do, I took her back to my hotel so she could meet Mr Todger for the second time. We got chatting on the way back and she told me she had not had a guy since we first met, so it turns out I am the first and second person she has had sex with in a year. It is no surprise since she would not be an instant hit with most guys, but I have a charitable heart and like to help out a girl in need.

I cannot describe the experience because it was not very pleasant, but I closed my eyes and thought of England. Interestingly enough she was quite happy to have sex bareback and did not even think to ask about a condom. I did the honourable thing but it would not even have entered her head. We stayed about one hour, I gave her 1000 pesos plus 600 to cover her return fare in a taxi. Not a very memorable experience and I will not be repeating it.

I was so worn out last night and in need of some personal space, I told my shop girl that I was not feeling well. I had an enjoyable evening sitting at the bar in my hotel enjoying a few cold beers and chatting to some other guys.

Today I went to Ayall, it is by far the busiest I have ever seen it due to Sinulog. I got out of the taxi at one of the main entrances, to be greeted by a crowd of people at least twenty persons deep all trying to get inside. It was raining and I thought to myself "f*k that and walked around the corner, down the ramp and into the supermarket. No queue, straight in and through to the inside of Ayalla. Huge crowds everywhere, I tried walking past Jolibees that had a huge crowd outside watching some buffoon in a jolibee outfit trying to breakdance badly.

Quite a few religious stands have been set up, for the Sinulog festival with some very cute nuns working there. Now that would be a serious challenge for someone!

Ayalla today is a target rich environment lots of girls making eye contact and smiling. Actually some of my best Mall conquests have been girls that did not smile at me or make eye contact and involved me approaching them with some bullshit question to start a conversation. I didn't bother too much as I have my cutie from the shop meeting me tonight at 8pm. If I use all my artillery shells this afternoon, I won't be able to perform as well as I hope tonight. Guess it is my age.

Had a fairly decent chicken broth from Pastrio on the terrace and spent half an hour watching eye candy in copious amounts, walking by. A few obvious pros were there today, they tend to stand around the top of the escalators where the footfall is high and potential victims are likely to pass by.

I've tried. But have thus far been unable to see where I might be able to purchase ferry tickets online. I can RESERVE tickets online. But these are supposed to be paid for and picked up 48 hours before I board. But I am not in Cebu yet. So I can't pick up the tickets! I'm hoping there's a site where I can buy an e-ticket online.

Shame we did not catch up but glad you took a chubby for the team. I like variety but not that 'wild' sort.

As for nuns or whatever the younger ones are called, there were a few around Ayala last week, a stall near to near Bos Coffee Shop. Nice smile and it did cross my mind to wander over and buy something but then I had a date to see but would have a fun time chatting her up and seeing how far one could get.

After my stint down at Ayalla yesterday I headed back to my hotel. I had arranged to meet my shop girl at 8pm when she finished work. However whilst at Ayalla yesterday a group of girls all late teens and early 20's caught my eye as I was wandering round the first floor on my way out to catch a taxi home. Several made eye contact and I know it sounds corny but I just blurted out "wow you are all very cute I want to take you all home" The silly comment was well received with the girls responding with shy giggles and flirtatious looks. Anyway one girl in particular caught my eye, her name was Sheila and I focused my conversation towards her. Long and short of it is that I got her number and arranged for a date that evening. She was 18, really tiny with the slimmest figure I have yet seen on a girl of that age. I would later regret not sticking to my original plans as I had posted yesterday, but sometimes it is like a child being let loose in a candy store with a fist full of money, but being told by his parents "don't eat anything you are having dinner when you get home"

It was only when I got over my initial triumphant feeling of euphoria at having scored again that I realised I now had two dates for that night. I texted the Ayalla girl back and asked if we could meet late at 11pm as I had a business meeting. She agreed and I thought that would give me time to take the shop girl out for food and a drink, tell her I am tired and need to go back to my hotel alone and then see the Ayalla girl.

I met my shop girl at 8pm we went for food and then I took her to see Gulliver's Travels. Complete pile of crap with acting to match but she seemed to enjoy it. As we came out of the cinema at just after 10pm, I made my excuses and sent her home in a taxi. The other girl had been texting me all night and I would respond when opportune moments would arise. I get back to my hotel it is now about 11pm and I decide to call the Ayalla girl so I know where to meet her. WTF the phone was switched off and despite several attempts at calling and texting I got nothing back.

As my buddy from ISG quite rightly pointed out, a bird in the hand is worth two in the Bush, or as I was thinking last night a Bush in the hand is worth more than anything! It served me right for being selfish and greedy. Anyway I finally got hold of the Ayalla girl at 11. 30pm, I was feeling tired and she was not in any mood to come out so late. So we arranged to meet the following day at Robinsons, she didn't give any explanation why she had switched off her phone and by then I didn't care.

Met her at 2pm today, I received about 50 texts from her during the morning, most if not all of them complete rubbish. Things like "good morning sir did you eat breakfast" or "how is your day"? I am used to this kind of banal text chit chat but it still irritates me, especially when you don't respond and they then think you are angry because you haven't replied. It almost holds you to being hostage to a text conversation that you don't want to be part of. After being here for several years now I still am amazed how these girls will have full blown conversations about nothing at all via text messaging. I swear that my right thumb seems to increase in girth by a few centimetres after each visit here, shame that doesent happen to my penis it would be the size of a oak tree by now.

I arrived late at Robinsons, I don't ever set off from my hotel now unless I know the girl I am meeting is at the venue waiting for me. She scolded me for being 30 minutes late for our meeting as I arrived, even though I knew she had only been waiting ten minutes herself. We had some disgusting slops down in the basement of Robinsons and then she agreed to come back to my hotel. During our conversation over the slops, it turns out she had her first foreigner boyfriend at the age of 14 and has had a total of five foreigners before she reached the age of 18.

Anyway as we headed upstairs to grab a taxi she entwined her arm around mine and held my hand tenderly, always a good early indication. On the way back to the hotel I had to tell the taxi driver NOT to go through the Country Mall as they normally do, in order to avoid the eyes of my shop girl who may have been around.

Back in the room this was one hot girl, I swear to god she was so small she could have fit the cheeks of her ass inside the palms of my hands. We got down to business straight away and I asked her to suck me. She giggled nervously and said "I don't know how to do that" WTF 5 foreigner boyfriends, I can't believe that. We spent about 20 minutes engaged in foreplay before she spread her legs, and with her tiny arms grabbing me and pulling me towards her, begging me to go inside her. I obliged and she shouted "push harder please push harder" Being the obliging chap that I am, I pushed as hard as I could, with her groaning louder and louder until I could not hold back myself any longer. I continued for about another ten minutes after climaxing, as she had by now wrapped her legs around me, and was pulsating her hips up and down with me still hard inside her. By now I had had enough and I climbed off, glad to have my feet back on solid ground. She seemed a bit disappointed that I was finished and went off into the bathroom to clean up. Well since I am the paying customer, I thought to myself, I don't have to feel guilty about not satisfying her a 100.

I gave her 1000 pesos as she came out of the bathroom with the towel round her and asked her to sit on the edge of the bed. I asked her permission and took a photo of her, one only and not in any way sexual or pornographic. As she was getting dressed she begged me to delete the photo and I told her not to worry I would not send it anywhere. She finished getting ready and I escorted her down through the back of the hotel and off she went. I could tell she was not happy with me as she walked away.

I got about 15 texts from her later this afternoon begging me to delete the photo that I had taken of her. I told her I had already done so to give her peace of mind, but of course I still have it safe. I have never posted photos on a public forum like ISG and I have only kept it as a personal memento so she really has nothing to fear from me. I can't blame her for being concerned I know there are some low lifes out there who would not think twice about betraying a girls trust.

I usually use Oceanjet (oceanjet. Net) when I go to Tagbilaran, but I've never tried to buy online, nor reserve a seat. I just go to Pier 1, buy the ticket and get on the boat. I don't think you need a reserved seat unless you're going during a very busy time. X.

Great report Mortman. Regarding texting. I had so much texts in my mobile one time that it crashed. No joke. I had like more than 7000 text messages PLUS countless images and videos during my stay in Manila. I had to re-set the whole mobile into factory-setting in NOKIA shop. Before I could use it again.

All part of the game, back home my mobile is sitting idle with no text message at all from anyone..better to have senseless messages than nothing at all :)

Good luck

but sometimes it is like a child being let loose in a candy store with a fist full of money, but being told by his parents "don't eat anything you are having dinner when you get home" .I get the same feeling, my problem is how to fit them all in and be horny / ready when Cebu favourite returns from school ;) As well making sure none come and say hi while walking around Ayala. But it is all part of the fun of our hobby I suppose.

Ever tried texting with your dick M. May work but you will likely be showing a police officer (hopefully not a bakla one) how you do it as well :p:

During our conversation over the slops, it turns out she had her first foreigner boyfriend at the age of 14 and has had a total of five foreigners before she reached the age of 18.

We got down to business straight away and I asked her to suck me. She giggled nervously and said "I don't know how to do that" WTF 5 foreigner boyfriends, I can't believe that. Well likely the ex boyfriends were French or something like that who just went for the 'wham bang thank you ma'am approach. Nothing would surprise me as I have met some girls all lost their cherry to westerner at a young age and have no idea of the basic. The guys please themselves for about 1 minute and she thinks that is good sex. Until I show her differently and change her wardrobe ;)

Suwon. You have given me an idea for my next trip

What a clever remark! This unprovoked (and totally unnecessary) French-bashing just shows how uncultured you are, dude! Have you heard about the Marquis de Sade? Have you noticed that many words in English related to love, sex and debauchery (among other matters such as fashion and haute cuisine, to name just a few) are of French origin? Even kissing is qualified as French when done romantically or sexually by lovers! There must be a reason, no?

Thanks for the compliments guys, glad you have enjoyed my reports. I am heading to CDO so check out the 'Other Areas' thread later this week. AND lets not get into a flaming war about nationalities, at the end of the day we are all here to exchange information about SEX in Cebu!

I headed over to Ayalla yesterday evening and stopped at the Park Lane Hotel on the way to enquire about rates. I had a good wander around the hotel, checked out the pool and the gym and the lobby and dining room. They want 3700 for a standard room and though I like the hotel very much, it is slap bang in the middle of one of the worst junctions in Cebu City with traffic to match. Walking anywhere from this place is a nightmare and even though it is a stones throw from Ayalla, you really do take your life in your hands if you try to make it there as a pedestrian. As a hotel in its own right, it aspires to be a Marriot and it very nearly achieves it, but at almost half the price of the Marriot's rates. It is well located if you don't mind making short hops by taxi, but I like to be able to take a stroll when I feel like it and in this respect the Marriot wins hands down.

I had some food at Ayalla and then headed for the terraces to look for another brief loving relationship. I had only been there about a minute when a cute woman walked past, obviously a pro and on the prowl by the way she flashed me a knowing smile. I responded with my own grin and carried on walking to look over the balcony. Now I had my back to the girl and she had already walked past me in the opposite direction but I just knew she would return. I decided to ignore the urge to look round to see where she had gone and sure enough within a minute or two she had returned to look over the balcony a few feet away from me. I just pretended to ignore her, just as a bit of amusement to see what would happen. Within another two minutes I felt a nudge on my arm to find her arm outstretched with a packet of Menthol Marlboros in her hand, asking me for a light.

We got chatting and she turned out to be aged 26, a pretty face but what looked like a small beer belly around her waist. Turns out she has a 3 year old son and comes from Lapu Lapu. Now after my session that afternoon I was not in the mood for more sex, but she was very chatty and outgoing and quite pleasant company. I offered to buy her a drink and we went to a nearby bar on the terrace for a couple of cold beers. I tried a new beer last night called Manila, I had two bottles and could hardly sit on my bar stool after that. Must be quite strong beer, either that or she had slipped a rohypnol into my drink when I wasn't looking.

We had an interesting conversation and I made it clear right at the beginning that I was not interested in sex. She told me that she really liked me and that she would like to come to my hotel with me just for company. Well I guess she thought a nice hotel room and a good breakfast beats going home to a rented room in a shabby shared house.

Now against my better judgement I allowed her to come back, I was sure I did not want sex and I told her under no condition would I be paying for sex, but she still seemed keen to come back. Anyway once in the room, we shower (separately) have a beer on the balcony and end up in bed watching TV.

Now I was genuinely tired, certainly not in the mood for sex at all and just as I felt I was about to nod off, she started stoking my chest and nipples. I felt that familiar and uncontrollable stirring in my loins and she sensed I was excited and began sucking my nipples feverishly, moving excitedly down towards my groin. She took my rock hard penis in her mouth and began what can only be described as an expert blow job, deep throating me and then alternating by pulling me out and teasing me with the tip of her tongue exploring every tiny nook and cranny on the head of my penis.

She then deftly climbed astride me and said "condom, condom please" Now I didn't have any condoms with me in the room and I had deliberately not bought any because I had not planned to have sex. Now even though I was very turned on with all the attention she was giving me with her tongue and mouth, I was still not in the mood for sex, though I must admit I could have laid there I the bed all night and let her continue with her mouth.

She then grabbed my cock in her hands and began guiding it towards her pussy. I pushed her away and said "No" She began pleading with me saying "please I want to fuck please" and I replied "I don't have a condom" That didn't put her off at all and she said "Its OK" before grabbing my cock again. She was just about to mount me when I pushed her away a second time. Now guys I don't want to start all the old debates again about condon v bareback, to be honest I indulge in bareback frequently but under no circumstances would I do that with an Ayalla pro, that would be too risky.

Well guys you may be surprised when I tell you she started crying straight after my second rejection and carried on begging me for sex. I am sat there lying in bed thinking WTF this is unreal and it was the first time in my life this has ever happened to me. She carried on pleading and when I told her I was scared of catching a disease, she declared "I am clean please fuck me" in between sobs.

I told her to go to sleep and after me rejecting further pleas I pushed her to one side where we both eventually drifted off, with me snoring loudly as a result of a cold that I have had for the last few days. I woke her up at 7. 30am this morning for breakfast, I needed to get her away not too late as I had to pack after breakfast and check out ready for my flight to CDO early this afternoon. As soon as I woke her up and she had come round, we began a repetition of last night's performance. First she began touching me in a way she knew was going to get me excited, then we had the bareback oral and then more pleading for sex. I told her to make me climax with oral and I would pay her, so she obligingly began deep throating me again, whilst expertly massaging my prostate. As I guess is the same with many other guys, early morning sex is quite a turn on for me and in no time I erupted with what seemed like a gallon of fluid over her mouth and lips, which began dripping all over my prone body. I ushered her quickly off to the bathroom, followed her in and cleaned myself up in the sink.

We both got dressed and before we went down for breakfast she asked me for 1500. I told her politely but firmly "no, I will pay you 1000 and your taxi fare" and I gave her 1100 there and then. She didn't protest and we went off for a very decent breakfast together before I got the front desk to call her a cab and sent her on her way.

Cebu has been interesting this week but the weather has been terrible. Apart from one day, it has been raining nearly every day and when it hasn't been raining it has been cloudy and overcast. I hope Cagayan De Oro has some nicer weather, I would like at least a couple of days relaxing by the side of a nice pool. I have booked my usual hotel in CDO, the Marco in Cugman which comes with a fully equipped professional gym and huge pool. If the weather is bad when I arrive, I may decide to head downtown and stay in a more convenient mongering location if the swimming seems to be unlikely because of the weather. I had surgery over Christmas and I am keen to get myself back into fitness. The Doc told me to wait a full month before attempting any serious excercise and I just assumed sexual activity was ok. I am keen to get back to the gym before my ever expanding waistline starts to make me look pregnant.

Just about to board my flight to CDO

Like you, I am no superman. So after a lot of sex in a short time frame I start to lose the desire. I usually go out to the bars anyway, just for a drink. I tell the girls that come by,"not tonight sugar, I am low on power". But once in a while the right girl comes along who can jump start my libido by kissing me and rubbing me in the right way. I love it when I hear them say "you got the power" and little Natty has risen once again.

nothing back.

Having just had a weekend in Manila and having gone thru P600 in texts I know exactly what you mean. Madly irritating inane conversations that go nowhere, and even if you reply with "I'm busy" they will reply " busy doing what ". I think If I had replied " am busy fucking your sister" she would have replied " how was it ". Boring boring boring texts.

You wake up and theres 100 texts from yesterdays conquest saying "how are you" " did you die from hunger " etcetc. And the famous "why don't you reply "and " did you forget me ". You look at the time of the messages and realise that they were being sent from 5am onwards, while you were happily in the arms of last nights honey. These girls need a life but sadly, their life is text and tv and telenovas. These are DIA girls we happily fuck and forget.

Yeah, yeah! So, it should be perfectly fine for you to bash a whole nation with a stupid remark based on nothing, but when someone reacts and demonstrates how unfounded your comment was, your opponent "takes life too seriously"? Next time, just insult your own countrymen with the same "subtlety" and we'll see if they appreciate your "humour"! Humour is also a word of French origin by the way, so, as a Frenchman, I should be a connoisseur in this matter too, but I fail to find any "humour" in your earlier comment...

Anyway... Enough with the off-topic posts in this thread, at least for me!

Sorry guys for the inconvenience, and thank you Mortman and others who have posted many very interesting (and well-written) field reports here. Keep up the good work!

I hope this is the correct threat to post this question. I am doing some cost of living comparisons and would like to have some input regarding what members feel is the best place to retire. Cebu or Subic Bay. I know that my income will have an impact. I currently have SS benefits and have filed two disability claims. I am also a vet and have filed for PTSD, hearing loss and tenitus (ringing in my ears). Once I start receiving my VA and disability I should be pretty close if not over 2000. 00 monthly income.

Remember history....the Brits and Rrench never like each other, never will and the Brits love to wind up the Frenches...just as I am now with you :D

Now if you wish me to list famous British conquests over the French (including recent sporting ones in rugby and the Olympics :)) well I will but this is not the forum (nor does Jackson have the bandwidth!) LOL. In fact I was once asked to google "famous French victories" and press "I feel lucky". Very amusing reply. Try it G see for yourself and then write to Googe's founders and complain am sure they willtake your French defending more seriously than I ever will

As for my comments take them as you want. Those that know me will say I truly don't give a damn as I find it highly amusing that only one Frenchie is defending his nation's wham bang thanjk you ma'am approach to mongering. Life is to short and the French need to chill more IMHO (well you do for sur. Come to Cebu and have fun G much better than trying to get me annoyed as all I do is write more inane FRs back to you. Ask Bopalula.)

This is the Cebu thread so bestget back to Cebu

Still raining so who knows how bad July will be...was bad last year but as RK said could be much worse this year. Well a good excuse to stay in the room and have more games and teach Cebuanas the benefits of the Greek language (not French )

What are the prices here as oppose to the regular hangouts for the average monger.

What will the ST / LT FL rates for the girls here. Also, can you BF the girls from the local bars here?

You're better off using Colon as a base to meet local college students and shop girls.

I just had my evaluation for PTSD today and expect to receive some benefits from the VA in a couple of months. I also have a claim in for hearing loss and tinitus. SS Disability is the one that I think will hold me up and keep me from moving as soon as I would like. I really can't decide between Cebu and the Subic Bay area. Subic Bay has some places to monger and I can also go for weekend stays in AC. I've been to Cebu several times. My last visit was this last May and really liked some of the changes that I saw during my short visit. Decisions, Decisions.

Spend a week in Cebu again and check it out. I am reading between the lines that you prefer Subic but you want us to give you some good reasons why.

I think if I were in your shoes I might opt for Subic as real estate will be cheaper, transport is cheaper, it is more laid back for a retiree with health issues, and you have options of AC, La Union and even Manila if you want a change of scene. Cheap fares means a weekend in Cebu is also possible now and again.

I'm headed to Cebu for the 1st time next week and will be around for the better part of 3 weeks.

Having read around on the board it seems pretty clear that girl wise things will take care of themselves. Indeed, I reckon after 2 weeks I will get bored of that side of things.

That said I'm also down for hetro-MMF threesomes and other group sex scenarios _

My mind now turns to how I am going to spend the rest of my time. I'd only wanted a trip of say. 10 days, but the flights were so much cheaper by extending my trip that I figured I'd rather put my money into my time on the ground rather than paying jacked up prices for my flight.

Would anybody care to recommend an inexpensive entry level scuba experience?

I've never done it before, and am keen to try it for a few days, but not so keen that I'm willing to drop a lot of cash on it.

Are there any night clubs in Cebu that are western style, dance music focused, stylish clubs?

I mean big dance floor, no overt prostitution, music such as electro, trance, drum & bass etc.

I read something about how trying to drive around the main city is foolhardy.

How about out in the provinces?

Are the roads 1/2 decent?

How much risk is there of getting jacked?

Any ideas or opinions will be appreciated cheers!

My last visit was this last May and really liked some of the changes that I saw during my short visit. Decisions, Decisions.I would think about it carefully. I retired last year but have held off living here since I would be bored shitless after a few months. I took a contract in Kosovo simply because I needed something to do. Believe you me the novelty of sex everyday will soon wear off unless you have a very time consuming hobby or some form of employment or business here to occupy your time. I have met many retirees from the States and Europe who live here and have nothing to do. Most have drink problems since they have nothing to do all day but sit in a bar drinking with other expats. A lot of them will admit to being completely bored with their lives if you get a chance to speak to them.

$2000 a month is not a lot to live off here despite what others may tell you, most decent condos in Cebu that I have seen and that are well located will cost you about $600 per month, plus bills and other living expenses. Of course you can live like the locals do for a fraction of that, but if you want a decent westernized style of living it will cost. My pension is a lot more than that and when I did the sums I realised it was not as cheap as I first anticipated. However I would want to live in very comfortable surroundings and I am not willing to compromise on that, others may be more flexible and adaptable. I am in Cagayan De Oro at the moment and it is far cheaper here than Cebu. I have a friend here who lives in a fully furnished house 5 minutes out of town with a lot of land. His house is very well furnished and comparable to a western home. He pays 11000 pesos rent per month but when you add the cost of air con, cable, internet, power etc etc the total costs are nearly 30, 000 per month. Obviously condos here work out far cheaper than that.

If you are going to live here it would be worth trying to find a long term companion, one that will allow you a certain amout of freedom. Having a local girl you can trust will help you overcome countless difficulties that you will encounter living here, and they make excellent and loyal companions if you treat them well and find the right one.

Retiring out in the Philippines for the sole purpose of mongering will lead to a very lonely and miserable existence in the long run IMHO. Whatever you decide I hope it works out well for you.

Best scuba to me was moalboal area or go to dumaghette? (spelling?)

Or try mactan but not the best?

Or bohol is close and so is malapascua.

There is music veneus but I forget where.

For scuba go online and look for places or wait till you get there. I do not remember any particular scuba.

But I rate apo island (dumaghette and close to cebu. Moalboal the water is fantastic. And bohol.

The bottom of the list to me is off mactan. But maybe someone has had better expierence there.

Thank you Mortman for your input. Red Kilt has indeed read between the lines on my comments. I guess I am trying to be convinced that Cebu is a better choice. I have been to the Philippines about 10 times. My first trip was to Cebu and have always had a soft spot for Cebu. I do have medical issues and the VA Clinic in Manila would be relatively close. I also understand that there are some VA approved hospitals / Clinics in Subic Bay. I do not drink or smoke but would be lying if I said that mongering was not one of the reasons for my wanting to relocate to the PI. I will tell you that one of my hobbies is to restore violins and violas. I also tinker with vintage stereo systems. I guess I could pursue these interests in the PI. As a young boy, I bread homing pidgeons and other fancy birds. I have checked some websites and have found a number of clubs in the PI. I would love to get back to something like that. I would be most interested in a local lady companion but do not want to be tied down to just one lady. Lastly, I was thinking that I would probably get my VA benefits before my SS disability but I found out this morning that SS has approved my application for disability. Now all I need is to hear from the VA. I expect to receive word from them in the next 30 to 45 days.

I would think about it carefully.

If you do start repairing musical instruments or vintage stereo systems any fees you charge will need to be way less than what you could expect in the US. You will be doing it for love, not money and this may be OK with you because you did say it was a hobby. My only concern with this hobby indulgence is that in doing so you may well be encroaching on a Filipino repairman's livelihood and there are some who resent competition, especially if the competitor is a foreigner.

Mort's comment about having other things to do besides mongering is extremely important and it seems you have taken that on board. Many guys wishing to relocate heresolely because of the women forget that eventually the dreaded ED will kick in and after a while no amount of Vitamin Viagra or Cialis or Chinese wonder Herbs will help. It WILL happen to you eventually.

Of course, mongering in any form requires money, and having a partner can mean you spend 2X as much as you might spend alone (or certainly some percentage more anyway).

These items that I mentioned are not meant to put you off from coming to the PI. They are just a friendly memory jogger of things to factor in when you finally pull the plug and settle here, wherever it may be.

Best scuba to me was moalboal area or go to dumaghette? (spelling?)

Or try mactan but not the best?

Or bohol is close and so is malapascua.

For scuba go online and look for places or wait till you get there. I do not remember any particular scuba.

But I rate apo island (dumaghette and close to cebu. Moalboal the water is fantastic. And bohol. Moalboal is great for diving. (There's also a bit of nightlife but probably best to bring your own companion from Cebu). The Blue Abyss diving centre is well run (by Germans) and the equipment is good. Didn't dive at Dumaguette but passed through it en route to Apo Island. Apo is over-rated in my opinion and the facilities on the island are very rustic. Limited hours electricity via generator and no hot water. There's great snorkelling there but the diving's nothing special. Bohol's good, too (Alona Beach) and only a couple of hours from Cebu via fast ferry.

I have seen is apo reef between mindoro and coron.

But far away from cebu.

And then there is puerto galera.

But nothing will ever compare to tahiti and I heard that fiji is awesome also.

I hear also that analou is good out of batangas? I have snorkeled there and like that but not sure about the diving

Red Kilt.

All good points and that is why I am seriously considering a trial period of maybe 6 months. It's entirely possible that I will decide to spend maybe 6 months in Phils and 6 months stateside. Besides repairs of violins and violas, I play in a community orchestra and really am having a hard time turning my back on that. The 6 month stateside period would probably coincide with the concert season. I do make some money restoring instruments and the money comes in handy. I would probably take one or two projects with me just to keep me busy. I find that the time I spend in the Phils is good for me in that I can do whatever I want when I want and that I tend to forget about things that contribute to stress.

I arrived in Cebu yesterday and after checking in at my hotel, I went to meet two local girls at SM Mall at about 5. 30pm that had been arranged for me by a friend who brought them. I was raging angry with her as she had told me 5. 30pm by text that she was on her way. I didn't arrive till 6pm and she eventualy showed up at 7pm. She sent me loads of bullshit text messages like "sorry the taxi driver is lost" or "traffic is bad"

Anyway I know I should be well used to this lack of punctuality by now but for some reason I felt really angry and I chewed her off a strip when she arrived. Her two companions that met me were not particularly cute and neither were they virgins as I had been promised, both having admitted to having had sex before with their respective Pinoy boyfriends. This was their first time with a foreigner though, I think tuition fees were looming.

One of the girls had a bit of a jollibee tummy and acne but the other was quite cute. They agreed 500 for a short time which I guess is very reasonable (including 500 for the girl that brought them) and off we went to the Queensland Manor for some fun. I was beginning to calm down after my initial anger as I could see it had slighly unerved the two girls. As we arrived inside the drive in area I paid the taxi driver a 50 peso note for a 40 pesos meter fare. Now I usually always tip the taxi drivers, but this one driver looked over his shoulder at me and said thanks as he pocketed the money just staring at me to get out of the cab. Being in no mood to take prisoners I held out my hand and demanded the change. Yes I know 10 pesos is completely insignificant but it was just the way he had gone about it that made me angry. He threw three one peso coins in my hand and stared at me and I held out my hand once more with the three one peso coins still in the palm of my hand. He then said "No change" so I demanded the 50 pesos note back and found 40 pesos in my pockets gave it to him politely (though I felt like punching him in the face) and got out of the taxi.

I paid the attendant at the Queensland for the short time rate of 235 pesos and for that you get three hours. The hotel staff would only allow a maximum of three people in the room, so the older girl was forced to wait outside. I was told that if I paid double the rate I could have up to 6 people in the room. Fuck that the older girl was ugly anyway. I was feeling very horny and I knew I would be lucky to last three minutes the way I was feeling, let alone three hours. We went inside both girls were behaving very shy and wanted all the lights off. Well those of you that know the Queensland will remember there are no windows in the rooms and having no lights on at all turns the room into a black hole. I insisted on one light and both girls reluctantly undressed, covering their naked breasts with their hands. I actually had to help both girls pull down their panties as they were acting so shy, giggling coyly to each other. All three of us got onto the bed and I started french kissing both girls, playing with their breasts and pussies and getting them both wet. The girls were obviously very inexperienced as they did not initiate anything at all, they simply repsonded to me and what I was doing. They both lay side by side and I lubricated them both with some KY jelly and entered the slim girl. I spent about 5 minutes pumping away and concentrating like hell not to climax as I wanted the second girl. Whilst I was inside her, I was french kissing the girl lying next to her. I then entered her friend and the other one turned away in embarrassment. With a bit of encouragement from me she turned to face me and we engaged in further french kissing as I pumped the ugly one. Eventually I felt myself about to come, pulled out, whipped off the condom and splurted copious amounts of creamy white cum over the girls chests and stomachs as I waved my hard cock over the top them both as they were still lying down. Both girls went for a shower and I washed up in the sink beside them.

Total time in the room was probably 50 minutes and I have to say it was the best therapy for high blood pressure. I was no longer feeling agitated as I had earlier and after happily waving goodbye to the girls I walked off up the road in a much calmer and happier frame of mind. It was only as I was walking along the road I realised I was suppose to meet my shop girl (read my previous posts) at 8. 30pm. It was almost that time now, so I sent her a text saying I was really tired and needed some sleep. I felt a little guilty about that, at least for a few minutes.

All felt that urge. In all my travels throughout Asia Filipino taxi drivers rank as the second worst. Primarily because their cars are old crap and 50% of the guys assume your their new best friend and therfor your money is theirs. The VERY worst taxis in all of Asia tho are in Malaysia. Great cabs in Shanghai, Taipei, Jakarta, Singapore, HK. Sad these guys just don't get it.

Try Plantation Bay on Mactan for SCUBA lessons. Prices are "reasonable".

Also, for water activities you can venture to the area around Marabago Bay Blue Water Resort. You can find lots of "agents" there. I usually go snorkling, I can find a boat for about 2000p or less per day and take about 4 or 5 friends.

Discos try Julianas, will be very crowded, loud, etc. Nasa, most nights not very crowded, music is decent. Pump (1 and 2) moderate crowds, I like this place (2). Sunflower, kind of like Nasa but more people, usually. Also, you can try Loft near IT Park, usually long line to get in, dress code there (no shorts).

It's usually a safe place, watch your wallet. I've never had any problems but it's a good idea to always have a local with you.

As far as driving, I would recommend against it unless you are renting a motorcycle or scooter. If there is an accident, it will always be your fault and you will pay.

LOL, yeah, most times I would gladly abandon 10 pesos just to save my life. The AC in most of those taxis will choke a person to death. I think they are trying to poison us with carbon monoxide.

Lately in Cebu I have had bad experiences trying to get to Mactan. It seems some taxi drivers are now having attitudes, not wanting to travel Cebu to Mactan unless they negotiate or even, at times, they have just flat refused me.

31st December. 4pm.

So I am heading towards the exit of Ayala Mall to walk back to the Parklane Hotel and a rather cute MILF catches my eye and says Hello. I return the compliment, ignore her and walk out of the exit. She follows me. I turn round and say, do I know you? She asks where I am going and can she come with me as she has never seen that hotel before.

Normally I would oblige but decided to turn her down for two reasons.

1. I had banged a girl 2 hours previously, and had a date already lined up for that evening, and.

2. Attached to her hand was a small boy aged about 6.

The thought of banging his mother while he sat outside the hotel room or waited in the en suite was an apparition that made me feel uncomfortable.

Cheers guys for the further tips

Have been hitting DIA pretty hard, but am getting the impression that just going for a walk around some malls would be at least as effective.

Feels a bit as if DIA could lead to a situation where I end up spending an inordinate amount of time once I get to Cebu doing SMS / texting (which I hate).

On Sunday I did what any self respecting mad Englishman does, I went for a long walk in the midday sun, or in this case the midday cloud. I was in the mood for some exercise and I guess I must have easily covered 15 kilometres today. I walked from the Waterfront Hotel, to Ayalla, then downtown to Colon Street, and around Jonquera, and back to the Waterfront via Robinsons all in the space of about 5 or 6 hours.

I decided to explore on foot all those places that most foreigners drive by without ever really seeing. I went off into little alleys on Gordoro, Maxilom and Imus Road and found whole communities hidden from view, with thousands of makeshift wooden shacks with tin roofs, crammed together in some sort of orderly chaos. Has anyone ever visited the huge cemetary off Gordoro where whole families live in amongst the crumbling tombstones? It certainly opened up my eyes to places I did not know even existed. I don't think they have seen many foreigners there at all and I had several families introduce me to female members of their families when I told them I was divorced and still single.

Without exception everyone and I really do mean everyone was really friendly, happy and helpful with me and when I got lost a number of times and asked for assistance, nothing was too much trouble for them. These people literally had nothing and yet they asked me for nothing, they were just happy that I stopped to chat to them.

I cannot count the number of times I spent chatting to people and literally dozens of cute young women who were there for the picking. You may not believe this but I was invited into the home of one woman who had two daughters aged 18 and 15 and she spent half an hour trying to hook me up with either one of her daughters. I could have had dozens of dates from my walkabout but I have more than enough to keep me occupied here as it is. Most of the girls did not even have a cell phone so they would give out a number of a friend or family to contact them. Obviously these girls are very poor indeed yet it surprised me that even though they live in wooden shacks with poor sanitary conditions, they seemed to be dressed reasonably well given the conditions they were living in.

All in all a very interesting day, I am glad I did it.

Sunday night I decided to hook up with my shop girl from Banilad; I wrote a report about her about a week ago, very short and petite, aged 18 and weighing about 40kg. Anyway I asked her if she had a friend that would like to join us for a night out and I arranged to meet them both at my hotel at 9pm. Her friend that turned up was also 18, also cute and slim and much taller than her friend. After leaving some personal stuff in my room and after I finished giving them a tour of the hotel, we all deciede to head off to the Sunflower for some drinks and dancing. We arrived at about 11pm. 100 pesos entrance fee and with a reasonable live band playing. Drinks are a little expensive with a coke or SML coming in at 100 pesos, but then I guess you are paying inflated prices for the band.

I had a great time although we only stayed about 2 hours. I danced with both girls and though nothing had been discussed about what was happening later, the vibes I was getting seemed very positive. Both girls were doing a sexy dance together, you know the way they do it, facing one another and kind of rubbing their bodies together as they gyrate to the music. I was getting hard and excited just watching them both and could feel my pre cum juices oozing out at the thought of what I was going to be doing later.

There was an older guy of about 60 on the dance floor and I could see a few people laughing at him. He had a huge beer gut, couldn't dance at all and was wearing a massive pair of shorts. He was wearing training shoes that clearly seemed to belong to a marathon runner, with white ankle socks pulled as far as they would stretch up his legs (so uncool). However let me tell you that this guy had the hottest girl by far in the place, and she was wearing one of those slinky short figure hugging dresses that showed off her fantastic slim body. People may have been laughing at this guy, but personally I think he was the one laughing. All the way to the bedroom with his hotty.

Anyway we eventually head back to the hotel and I was becoming feverish in anticipation of the excitement to come. Once we settled in the room, we all sat on the bed watching TV. I started kissing my girlfriend but she seemed to hold back a little and gestured to her girlfriend. Seems she was shy of doing anything in front of her friend and would not let me remove her bra or jeans. She whispered "no my friend is here" and I whispered back "don't worry we can all get in to bed together" My girl seemed to relax a little and I put my arms around her friend who was still watching TV and gently pulled her back gently from behind and started kissing her. She responded and we spent a few minutes french kissing with my girl looking on. I then turned my attention back to my girl, kissing her and pushing my hands down the back of her jeans when all of a sudden I touched an all too familiar and unwelcome object. The top of her sanitary towel. Just as I was mentally thinking WTF she whispered "I have mens" I always think it is odd how Filipina and Thai women use the same expression when they are on their period.

Well I know for some guys that menstrual bleeding is not bothersome at all, but for me it is a big turn off. I whispered to her "don't worry I will have your friend", but she whispered back "no she is too shy she won't". I want to know WR's secret, I love threesomes but only with non pro girls and I know WR seems to consistently find this type of girl.

Anyway both girls made it clear that there was to be no sexual activity taking place in my bedroom that night and all my expectations were dashed within the space of a few seconds. I felt really pissed off with the girls though to be honest it was not there fault since they had never promised me anything in the first place. I suggested that they might feel more comfortable back in their own homes and I gave them enough money to amply cover their taxi fare home and sent them on their way. Spent the rest of the night alone with a hard on, too tired to go back out to Mango Square and find a girl

Its worth it for him to run the meter over. But, he does not have a fare to return, so its not worth it. Offer him p80 over the meter when you get into the taxi. Most will take it. He's not being an asshole, he just can't make a profit for only the trip over as he must drive back.

I met a DIA student last night one of the strangest encounters I have had for a while. We had spent some time chatting on line a few weeks before I arrived in Cebu but I didn't get a chance to see her before I went to Mindanao. When I returned to Cebu at the weekend we started texting one another. Now she asked me by text what I was looking for and I replied just fun nothing serious. After that she did not really want to chat to me again and I left it until yesterday morning before texting her again to try my luck. She texted me saying that she wasn't interested because I was only looking for fun. I then text back saying yes only for fun but if I meet the right girl then who knows? Anyway we had a pretty pointless exchange of text messages all through the day (by midday I had received over 250 text messages from her and other girls) and I was getting to the point of switching off my phone. She then agreed to visit me after her studying at 9pm (she is a college student studying business administration). She then asked me a very strange question by text that afternoon "Have you ever been to Thailand and how many gf's have you had, please answer me honestly?"

Well I knew the implications of admitting to being a frequent visitor to the LOS so I told her I had never travelled there. For guys that do not understand, most Filipinas who have any sort of education, associate Thailand with sex tourism. I can't think why he he he?

Mustering all the honesty I could, I texted her back that I had never been to Thailand and that I had only one regular gf before splitting up a few months ago and I asked her innocently, why she wanted to know? She never told me the reason for asking. Anyway we arranged to meet at my hotel around 9. 30pm and bearing in mind I had only ever seen this girl's photo I was taking a bit of a gamble. I also arranged for another DIA girl to visit me at 8. 30am the following morning as a contingency plan if this one did not work out. She had also told me I was her very first foreigner that she had met, though I don't how true that is at all?

I went for a stroll up past the Sunflower when she texted me that she had arrived, so I hurredly returned to the front of the Waterfront on foot. There to greet me was the slimmest girl I have seen for a long time, slim legs and arms and very small breasts (just the way I like them). She was wearing tight fit jeans but looked classy with a very nice loose fiting top she was wearing. Facially she was what I would describe as cute, but not beautiful. She of course has youth on her side which helps enormously but she had a pretty smile, clear complexion and beautiful silky black shoulder length hair.

We went into the Asia IT Park for food, where we engaged in small talk and then headed back to my room. She was excited at the thought of going into the hotel which must have seemed truly palatial and magnificent to her (she lived in a cheap 800 pesos per month boarding house down town) and she was sad because she had forgot her camera. Always being one to help out a girl in need I told her I had a digital camera in my room and that I would take photos of her and email them to her later. We spent about 45 minutes wandering round the hotel with her being photographed in those silly poses that Filipinas seem to like so much, before returning to the room. After last nights disaster I was in no mood to wait and I started kissing her almost as soon as the door was closed. She responded passionately and I started to undress her. I nearly ejaculated there and then when I saw the beauty of her naked body, I rate this as the best girl physically that I have seen for many years. She had very small but well proportioned breasts with tiny pert nipples that almost looked like a rice crispie sat on top of her breast (sorry for you non English guys out there, but that is a well known UK children's breakfast cereal).

We continued in a passionate embrace and I moved my hand between her legs to find a very close cut pubic area with lovely wet pussy lips literally dripping with juiciness. I began playing with her pussy and she started crying out my name, softly at first but with increasing intensity as I brought her to climax. I felt a little embarrassed as I was sure guests in adjoining rooms could hear her groans and shouting.

I then impatiently entered her and she grew even more vocal, again calling out my name (I am sure everyone on my floor knows me by name now) and begging me to go faster and faster until she came again with the loudest groan I have ever heard when having sex. I could not hold back anymore and emptied a bucketful of sperm inside her. She sensed I was about to climax and pulled me even tighter inside her wrapping her legs around the backs of my legs, as my cock erupted. We both rolled apart and then held each other in a warm embrace. I could feel myself slowly drifting off to sleep but she started stroking my nipples and stomach, this girl was clearly not finished. I was tired and did not really want more sex but I could not resist another bout with her. I was a bit limp by now but she began masturbating me and I got hard enough to enter her a second time but not as hard as I would have liked. We tried doggy, missionary and with her lying flat on her stomach and me lying on top and entering from behind (one of my favourite postions). I just could not seem to satisy this girl and after about 30 minutes I withdrew and finished her off by hand bringing another crescendo of shouts gasps and screams as she climaxed again. By now I was thinking quietly to myself " f*k this I need some sleep.

She had to be at college for 8am that morning and she asked me to set the alarm for 4. 30am and no amount of persuasion would covince her to stay for breakfast. I reluctantly set the alarm for her and in no time at all we had drifted off to sleep in each other's arms. 4.30am arrived and up she got, got fully dressed without taking a shower and then climbed back into bed with me. She started stroking my chest and nipples and my limp cock bringing me to hardness again and I am now thinking to myself WTF is going on here. I started kissing her and started to remove her clothes. When she sensed I was aroused she finished the job impatiently and hurredly stripping off in bed till she was again naked. We had further sex in multiple postions for about 45 minutes and although my cock was rock hard again, there was no chance of me climaxing after the fluids I had lost earlier that morning. In fact it was starting to feel a bit uncomfortable for me, because she would grab my cock roughly as we moved positions, trying to impatiently to stuff the thing back into her pussy each time we moved. No amount of pounding or playing with her pussy, clitoris and breasts seemed to satisfy her and she just wanted more and more. She again cried out my name repeatedly, interspersed with noisy groans and sceaming, so much so I almost expected a call from reception as a result of complaints from other guests. To be really candid here guys, at that particular point in time I would have chosen sleep rather than trying to satisfy this rampant nymphomaniac, the likes I have never ever encountered before.

The sheets were very wet by now and since she had not even showered since we had first met, the pungent smell of sex guices permeated the whole of her pussy region. I don't know whether I brought her to climax again, to be honest at that point I really didn't care any more and I eventually rolled away from her and said "I need sleep" We cuddled together and again we both drifted off to sleep to awake at about 6. 30am. She tried to arouse me again, this time using her feet to rub my cock, but her rough approach was actually uncomfortable and I pushed her away gently saying "no I some need sleep"

She got up and got dressed and I told her I did not understand the logic of waking up at 4. 30am getting dressed and then leaving at 6. 30am but I did not get any sort of sensible answer from her. She knows I am leaving on Thursday and begged me to change my flight so that we can have the weekend together as she is in college all this week. Though I am very tempted, I think my penis needs some rest and recuperation this weekend and my Filipina gf back home in the UK will expect to see me. I gave her a 1000 pesos note with a couple of hundred pesos for her taxi fare home and she seemed satisfied with this, though she is probably too polite to say otherwise. She wanted me to go down to the lobby with her but I told her she would have no problems at all and that it would be busy there even at that time in the morning, as I was still in bed.

What I thought was the strangest thing of all was that she did not even take a shower before leaving. I reminded her that I had a clean towel if she wanted a shower and I am sure the bathroom was possibly the nicest one she had ever seen. But she declined the offer and I would not be in the least surprised if she went to college later that morning without showering. Anyone within a few feet of her later that day, would surely be able to smell her pussy. In this one resect at least, Thai girls win hands down. Probably as a nation in general, they are the cleanest girls I have ever met and Flipinas could learn a lot from them about personal hygiene!

We said our goodbyes and she left. I quickly sent a text message to the other girl that was going to show up at 8.30am to tell her to cancel her visit as I was very tired (see I was being completely truthful for a change!)

What a memorable experience! It is one that I very nearly missed out on. When you look back at how we met and the fact she would not have ever entertained me if I had stuck to my guns and said I only wanted fun, it makes for some illogical decision making on her part. I mean she knew we will probably not meet again, at least not for a several months. She left without either of us making any plans to meet again, but what a truly unforgetable and exhausting experience it was.

In Cebu earlier in the month with my regular gf. She has a text saying her son is ill and she needs to go and see him. I give her money for taxi to Talisay and some extra to buy medicine. I make excuses as to why I can't go with her. It is 4pm. After she leaves I log onto the internet and ym. I am buzzed by a hot chat mate that I have not met yet.

BUZZ!

Me: Hi.

Girl: heheehhe.

Girl: still busy with your girl there?

Me: she is not with me at the moment.

Girl: why?

Me: she has gone to see her family.

Me: she live in Talisay.

Girl: ok can we meet?

Me: hehe.

Me: she will be back tomorrow.

Girl: thats why today.

Girl: hahahah.

Me: haha.

Girl: you want?

Me: mmmmmmmm.

Me: you want to meet for fun?

Me: hehe.

Girl: I want to see you.

Girl: ps.

Girl: yupz.

Me: you know I am a very naughty boy in the bedroom?

Girl: really?

Girl: prove it.

Me: yes.

Girl: hahahhah.

Me: mmmmmmmmmmmm.

Girl: so?

Me: you sure?

Girl: yes.

Girl: I am sure.

Me: are you naughty in bedroom?

Girl: yes.

Girl: so we meet today.

Girl: we meet in ayala now.

Girl: I like you.

Girl: when I saw you on cam before.

Girl: I'm sorry I'm honest person.

Girl: I'm sexy now.

Me: he he.

Me: really?

Girl: yes.

Me: how sexy?

Girl: I'm very much sexy than in cam.

Within an hour we are banging away. She is very hot in the sack, and has no qualms that I have a regular girl. I make it clear that she can only stay a few hours and that is ok with her.

We've all been there Mate. Sad these guys just don't get it.Ya the Filipino taxi drivers are pretty bad. I was at the airport once, and it seems the guy wanted to fight me because I wouldn't let him keep the change; but why should I when he ripped me off in the first place (he wouldn't use the meter; we negotiated a higher flat rate).

It seem to have gotten worst over the years. A lot of taxi drivers won't use the meter on foreignors. Impossible to get a taxi to use the meter at Greenbelt during rush hour; there are a lot of people waiting though, but I believe the locals use the meter.

The taxi drivers in Kuala Lumpur are notorious for not using the meter for foreignors; but that's mainly in Butin Bintang; outside that area, it isn't that bad.

In Bangkok, the taxi drivers that wait in the tourist area will charge 2 or 3 times the price; I feel sorry for those ignorant tourists. Also, many of the taxi drivers will not use the meter if the traffic is bad.

In Saigon, if you use Vina Sun or Mai Linh, the taxi has to use the cheap legit meter. Most of the other taxi companys will have rip-off fast running meters.

I am heading to Cebu on Saturday. I would prefer to meet some girls outside of go go bars so I will try Alaya (sp?) Mall etc. But if anyone has any contacts they would like to share that would be awesome. I tend to go for the small girls between 18 and late 20's. Any girl who does anal would be great. Have only tried that once so would like to give it another go. Or any suggestions on finding girls who are into that. Thanks and enjoy the reports. Look for mine in a week or two.

Cheers guys for the further tips

Feels a bit as if DIA could lead to a situation where I end up spending an inordinate amount of time once I get to Cebu doing SMS / texting (which I hate). You are right. I have been spending complete afternoons in my room texting and phoning my DIA girl.

Very tiring and little effect with much effort

The taxi driver doesn't want to go to Mactan because its a long trip for him. Its worth it for him to run the meter over. But, he does not have a fare to return, so its not worth it. Offer him p80 over the meter when you get into the taxi. Most will take it. He's not being an asshole, he just can't make a profit for only the trip over as he must drive back.Yeah, I'm fully aware of potential for empty return trip. I usually offered 100-200p extra which is double the fare, even then a few guys wouldn't consider it. This is going to Hilton. I have had similar experiences in the past going to and from P. Bay. Just not worth the hassle to stay at those places. Most times I have to negotiate fixed price and even then it is a real pain. I recommend stay on Cebu island whenever someone asks.

I have a circle of friends and we tend to share names / contacts now and again because we know each other.

History shows that some guys do not always treat contacts in the appropriate way, and then the original guy ends up in the shit.

I am not saying that about you Rob but you need to understand where some of us are coming from.

I suggest you meet a few members in Cebu early, get to know each other better and then they might be more prepared to share contacts.

Thank you for your comments about my recent posts and thanks to the guys that PM'd me. It is not easy finding time to write comprehensive reports like these, especially when you are actually here in Cebu as I am. I much prefer to give my accounts when they are still fresh, or should I say vivid in my memory. I am really glad my field reports are appreciated, it makes the time and effort worthwhile.

As regards photos, I do take them when permitted. I rarely take out girls from bars and I guess it is much easier to negotiate photos with these kinds of women. My girls will occasionally allow photos but not full explicit frontals (which is a shame) but I guess they are worried about the photos ending up on the internet. You can see from one of my posts week the problems I had with one girl after photographing her in the bedroom. She wasn't even showing anything of interest, just sat on the bed with a towel wrapped round her, but it was enough to freak her out.

My handheld computer just arrived- It has an HSDPA SIM slot which will accept a standard SIM. It's an international- (triband) unit. It runs Windows XP tablet edition.

I want to use it in Cebu for texting & data access. I have used unlocked triband cellphones in the Philippines for voice calls & texting (SMS) with no problem. I also use a Smartbro USB dongle to connect my laptop to the internet. No problem. It contains a different SIM. It connects over local cellphone service towers, via Smartbro supplied software.

What software may help me connect my computer in the Philippines?

PS- I put my USA AT&T SIM in my computer but the supplied Novatel software didn't find it.

Has anyone done anything like this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I arrive in Cebu next week for a month or so- I hope to visit several of my favorite bars after I recover from jetlag. I'll try to pay up my dues for this board before I leave so I can send & receive PM's.

Regards to all- Don

Its their job to drop the flag and take me where I want to go for the price on the meter. Its not my concern if he drops me off, and burn rubber at 100mi hr to get back to where he pick me up in a empty taxi. If he don't want to go back empty, then don't. Ride around like most do and a customer will hail them down sooner or later. Its called WORKING! Problem solved!

Ride around like most do and a customer will hail them down sooner or later. Its called WORKING! Problem solved! If they were getting paid by the hour or a salary maybe what you say makes sense, but they're not paid that way. They pay for the taxis for a 24 hour stint and have to pay for whatever fuel they use. Everything outside of that is their take for the 24 hours. So if you ask for a taxi to take you out to a place where the financials don't make sense, why should he do it for just the meter? You guys can say what you want based on your gut or what you think is good business for them, but if you don't understand their situation then it may be pretty hard for you to deal with taxis as such over there. Staying out in Mactan for whatever reasons comes with transportation issues. If you are having problems getting taxis to take you back there, it's probably for good reason. You probably have to bump up some extra pesos to make it worth their while. They're going to most likely struggle to find a customer going back so they may have to drive a long ways to catch a fare and pay for their fuel costs, when they could have stayed in the city and catch more fares. On top of this whole issue, is they work their 24 hour shift and then basically have to take the next day off. We'd probably all have a better understanding if we were in their shoes, but we're not. Basically they're running they're own business. They can choose to take a customer or not just as much as you can choose to not use their services.

This is my second trip to Cebu this year. I came in the spring for 6 weeks, and I am back again for 8 weeks. I've been here for a couple of weeks already. Previously I spent my time fucking my beautiful 18 year old gf and then working my DIA contacts for other sexual encounters. I had a blast and tho I screwed plenty of girls, I had alot of no-shows (to be expected) from my DIA contact list.

To combat this, I took the time and effort to stay in better communication with my "closed" prospects before comming. So this time around I have an even bigger "book" and they are much more solid. Funny thing is that for the past few weeks, I've been content to fuck my regular girlfriend. She was a virgin when I met her, and now she's the best lay I've ever had and it keeps getting better and better.

This week, however, I've decided I can't let all this pussy around me go to waste and I decided to try out some other venues, like to Go Gos and Casas, besides contacting and meeting my "book" girls. Some roadblocks, however. On my last trip, every time I got into a taxi alone, the drivers would pester me constantly to take me to a casa. This time none did. While watching some porn, my gf revealed to me that she wanted to have a pretty girl eat her pussy. Well, I'm a gentleman, and I wouldn't want to deny her such an experience.

I thought the a casa would be the perfect thing and she agreed, so I put us in a taxi and asked the driver to take us to a casa. He sadly informed me they have all been pretty much shut down in the past few months becasue of a crack down by the mayor. Hopefully, this is only temporary.

Maybe I can find a suitable girl for her at one of the Go Go's. We'll see. I'll report back when I have more to report.

Cheers all

Have to agree with you 100 % good post!

Many drivers don't own the cabs they are driving so margins become thin.

Generally speaking, Cebu cabbies are fair and trustworthy compared to their counterparts in Manila.

The only problems I have noticed is some like to keep their meters off on runs from the airport.

Malaysia has Asia's worst taxis (compared to Taipei and Shanghai, Asia's best and most honest ). The govt knew there were thousands of complaints about people being forced to haggle and beg for rides. So the Malaysian govt, in its wisdom had a brainwave. It put signs on the side of all taxis that said in multiple languages " no haggling ". Problem solved.

So there I was in Penang getting into a "no haggling taxi" and duly asked the driver to turn on his meter, he said "no" the fare is " up to you " I thought it said no haggling I replied.

He said," I put that on the side of my side of my taxi because the govt told me to" I still haggle. LOL. And there you have it. Reasons why in some countries these guys are laws unto themselves and in other countries they follow the law.

Tend to agree Mattrick, Cebu taxis are fair even when I am being very lazy and get a 50 pesos fare they are great and polite. Airport is another thing but even get that in the UK at times. Manila. Another planet but we should should not moan too much as what is a / 50100 pesos to us? To them means a lot more so be a tad generous IMHO

Regards to all- DonYou should be able to use the smartbro sim in the PC. Not sure on required software, you could try going to Smart store in SM mall and asking. The SmartBro has 1 day unlimited internet / data for 50p if you send a text, see their website for details. Let me know how this works out for you because I may try the same thing in a few weeks. Also, some bars have free wifi, believe it or not. I know Liza's Sea fun pub has it, I have used it before.

Anyone been in Liza's lately? Getting ready to make a trip to Cebu. I tend to like Liza's when there is a crowd in there. The girls tend to get a little crazy. I hear she has picked up a few new girls, and a few old ones. Was kind of dead there last time I was there, last month.

i have not had great luck with sun for data in either tacloban or cebu. testing with a p10 "winner" sim plus p30 of load was enough to make the determination i didn't want to use it. unfortunately i only had dongles for smart and globe so my comparison on sun was not apples / apples since i was using it in a phone and wifi tethering to the pc.

overall in both tacloban and cebu i had better luck with globe for data in the places i tried (as always, ymmv and you may have a hotel in a place right next to an uncongested smart antenna).

I'm back in Japan now, has their been any more dirt on the norwegian guy and his DIA fiancee that were arrested for the kidnap / murder of the little girl a few days ago at Mactan airport? Apparently the arrest happened within an hour after I flew out of the airport on the 12th.

Continues to be front page news every day. In every photo, the poor Norwegian guy just looks completely lost, like he doesn't know what the fuck is going on. According to him and the nurse/fiance, they had never even been near where the murder took place, and have solid alibis. The whole situation is very strange including the crime itself.

I'm back in Japan now, has their been any more dirt on the norwegian guy and his DIA fiancee that were arrested for the kidnap / murder of the little girl a few days ago at Mactan airport? Apparently the arrest happened within an hour after I flew out of the airport on the 12th.My money is on the norwegian guy that he is innocent and I feel really sorry for this guy.

He got arrested just because he looks like the artists sketches of the foreigner and filipina who supposedly kidnapped the girl. A local pimp said he recognised the norwegian guy and the filipina from the sketches and claimed that they have gotten girls from him before. But according to the norwegian guy he was not even in the country during the time when the pimp claimed he met them. How about checking this with the airlines? When the norwgian guy was supposed to be in Barili he was at Waterfront. Also the pimp said the guy was heading for moalboal and apparentley he has not even been there. As stated before so many weird things in this story. Another things that upsets me what about the pimp? He admitted he was part of it. Shouldn't he be arrested or something!

Here is some more articles about this story.

I did not get a chance to really monger a lot on this trip. Got a really good rate on Delta, though their service was crap and the inbound flight was delayed 2. 5h so I didn't get out of customs until about 1:30am. Spent most of the time in Leyte with my GF, a DIA contact.

Did manage to get away for 1 day in Cebu visiting a male friend who recently returned there after a long time overseas. Left me with an evening to kill and I was staying at the Diplomat (was a mistake, should have gone with my first idea and tried Elizabeth) so I just walked over to grab dinner and cruise through the Mango bars.

Red Lips. Was dead at 9pm on a Saturday night. Didn't even order a drink here.

Noticed there was a new bar in soft-open on the side road to Red Lips. Didn't go in because it was similarly dead. Wouldn't mind hearing reports about this place for future reference.

Viking. Better than the previous two, but still slow. A few good dancers but most too much belly-fat for me. Just one drink and out.

Sisters. Had a handful of customers, couple girls that I remembered. I stayed about a half-hour here, chatted with one girl who was charming but had a long face rather than the rounder pinay face look that I like. The mamasan here is also fun to talk to and remembered me from my last Cebu visit 6 months ago. Still, this place is pushier on the drinks than I really prefer and the girls like to work the customers for LD in groups (though nowhere near as bad as bars on Burgos in Manila) so I stepped out to my next destination.

Pussycats. Spent a lot of time here on my last trip. I didn't know if my favorite, Miss H, was still working here, and I didn't text or I'm her to tell her I'd be in Cebu this time (last time I was in Philippines I didn't make it to Cebu and she was disappointed). Didn't have to wonder long because barely 10 seconds after I cleared the door there was 5'5" of squealing pinay rushing at me. Unlike the other bars I'd gone in who seem to have had about 90% turnover in the last 6 months, I remembered about half the girls. The girls at Pussycat are just as I like. Superslim and most have the roundish face I like. Ended up taking Miss H back to the hotel with me again, nice extended oral session to start but only ended up managing one pop in the end and a couple hours catching up with each other.

Had a quick meeting with my friend the next morning and then a late afternoon flight out after a little shopping. Just managed to make it from SM (picked up the newest Samsung android phone which is pretty nice) through airport checkin just in time for boarding.

This seems to back up your views:

http://cdn.ph/i_editorial.phpUtterly pathetic and just again shows the police will fabricate and not investigate properly when a juicy reward (for a pinoy) is on offer.

If the alibis prove true watch for scapegoats on this. Never trust the police is my view in PI having seen friends shaken down more than once. Maybe am jaded but how can anyone be guilty as the CPPO is "morally convinced" the right couple are in custody and stops the investigation. Am sure that may stand up in a PI court but am sure in USA UK Europe etc it would take more than his say. LOL.

At the same the whole story make me laugh as it goes to show once again why everyone rushes to PI to invest

I don't know what kind of body type this guy is, but I meet the white and right-age criteria, and passed through the airport where he was arrested right at about the same time (minus an hour or two). Granted I was traveling alone but could easily have been hassled about this at the very least.

I've never personally had any trouble with the police but this sort of thing is chilling at minimum based on how tight this guy's alibi looks at the moment (backed-up story placing him in Lahug 30 minutes before and video in the Lahug Waterfront lobby 15-30 minutes after the kidnap took place 15 km away).

Agree M.

Point here is that is a nice reward and the police etc want it so close case early and be done, donn care a joy for justice or the alibi or evidence just find a suspect and game over as fast as possible and claim the reward. Saw further news that despite evidence he not the guy they are looking for the police still filing the case. Money talks M and I am always wary of police. This incident, if proven that the guy and his lady have a solid alibi, is worrying IMHO as police driven by greed not facts or innocence before guilt.

http://cdn.ph/news_details.php?id=8823

Even the police chief says the reciepts etc are not good evidence as can email (despite witness to state the couple were present)

http://cdn.ph/news_details.php?id=8824

So they continue to file.

Lots of crap on face if / when the alibi holds LOL

I did some trolling of google image search and found some pictures of the guy. Facial features obviously different, but caucasian, age/height/hair length/hair color nearly the same as mine, and only slightly heavier built. If my GF hadn't been working and was able to come to Cebu with me that day I could have been a dead match for a written description and be rotting in a Cebu jail right now since I would have been passing through the airport just before him.

I had a few days in Bohol earlier this month.

Other posts have suggested taking a girl with you if you go there, having not done so, I would certainly now agree with those posts.

I stayed at a small, pokey place that was cheap and cheerful but only really served as a place to crash (though I guess it would have been OK to bring girls in there I didn't).

I checked out Wregency in passing on one of the days I was in Tagbilaran and that seemed like a good option with decent rooms in the 1200 1500 range. I'd assume Metro is nice but I didn't check their rooms.

Metro bar / night club I visited twice and did not get the impression that it's a good place to find girls.

I had thought that I had 5 DIA girls lined up for Bohol, but 3 of the 5 when I contacted them to say I was in Bohol replied that they didn't actually live there any more. 1 of them promptly ran out of load and contact was never re-established. The other one was (to be brutal) a weird little shit and made me feel so ill at ease that after a few mins of walking around I called it off and said goodbye.

Behind City Sqaure Mall is a KTV bar that has girls that you can take out. They had some nice enough girls in there but I wasn't in the mood and thus have no further comment.

Beyond that Bohol does have some cool places to visit, especially Danao adventure park aka E. A. T.

While waiting for the bus in Danao one cheeky lad offered me the use of his mum, his buddy, and his chicken, which was very funny but not very tempting.

while waiting for the bus in danao one cheeky lad offered me the use of his mum, his buddy, and his chicken, which was very funny but not very tempting. i used to go to alona beach from cebu when i was living there part of the year. best bet is to meet chicks in cebu and then bring them with you to a place like alona. take them on the high speed boat which costs nothing for a westerner, and they will be thrilled. most locals would take the slow boat. also, i often got bar girls to go there for free on there days off or if there was a way for them to skip work for a couple days without bar fine. this is the exactly why ph is all about gfe experience with bar girls. don't think many thai bar girls would go with you "for free" to a beach spot all things considered, at least that's what they say, but i'm not sure about the truth to that. this the perfect comparison point of gfe between both countries.

also, bohol is very conservative. not the "big city" of cebu

city. not the best place to meet girls willing to sleep around after couple dates. word gets around there. there reputation with friends / family is damaged if someone finds out.

bohol women are known for their beauty. i can certainly attest to that. many move to cebu city for work and to meet their man. meet a chick from bohol in cebu and she'll make an awesome companion if you offer to pay for a weekend trip back to bohol.

i sometimes met a girl, and on the first date i liked her a lot, i'd offer to take her for a night or two at a beach

resort in bohol ($20 a night or something like that for room). if she says yes then she's pretty much agreeing to sleep with you. if she joins you and doesn't; well that would just suck.

one of the girls i ended up poking on a regular basis in cebu was someone i did the above with. lot of fun to fool around on the beautiful beaches at night on bohol with someone that you're on a second date with.

So all the silly interviews in porn "gonzo" movies start with interviews of the girl. Ever think about how great a real interview in Cebu is as a way to meet girls? I used to speak to some of the most gorgeous girls in the city about jobs at my small company after running 1/4 page employment ads in sun star. This is tricky, though, because if she doesn't get the job and it's another person in my office that called to inform, I'd have to very careful contacting her about meeting for a drink even though we didn't have a position for her. I didn't do this much at all because I didn't want my employees to find out, which they prob would one way or another.

But, If I go to Cebu again soon, it will be part business. I'll be looking for people that can do outsourcing work with. Meeting in person is much better then over the Web. Girls are very impressed by your work credentials in the US. Do interviews at Starbucks. Play and work can go together quite easily. So, start some work on the side of your day job in the US if you can get some biz in the US with something like transcribing. Or, web marketing simple stuff that any computer literate recent college grad in Cebu can do that will help promote a website of someone you win biz from in the US.

MY QUESTION: how many of you have done exactly this? Stories?

BTW: if you ever have office space in Cebu, nothing like using the conference table on the weekend as a place to undress a cutie and go at it. If the office has an outside area or balcony, that's even more fun than a hotel balcony if it happens to be away from prying eyes. I used to look out on Cebu harbor while a girl went down on me. Always Saturdays or Sundays.

WLWhy all those difficult set ups? Just start sending around mails to the top 50 hot girls on DIA or Tagged 2 weeks before you arrive. If you are a little funny and can chat them up, then about half of them will agree to meet of which again half you can fuck after 1, 2 or 3 dates max. Which makes about 12 great fucks. Do not need outsourcing and offices for that.

Unless you are into men, massage services with extras seem to be in short suppy here in cebu city. Today, however, I finally found a place that will give you a hand job. But that seems to be about it, at least with the girl I had.

The massage was actually pretty good. On the flip to the front, she will ask you if you want a hand job with her naked. My girl was very clear that that's all that whe would offer. She was very pretty and had very nice large breasts, not a filipina standard thing. The massage was P500 (about twice the going rate) and on the flip she asks for more. Payment for the had job was required up front. She asked for P1, 200 and would absolutely not take less than P1, 000.

This, of course, is pretty expensive for a sex act here, but not totally out of line, IMHO. I took a jonquera girl the other nite, and by the time all was said and done (payment to pimp, taxi, short-time hotel, tip / taxi money to girl the full cost was around P1, 400. So a great massage and a dedent hand job was OK for P1, 500.

And its convenient. Sometimes I just want something reliable, nice, sexy, but relatively quick and now I have this place, so its cool.

For those interested its called "Stressfree Massage" its in a shopping center off the main drag, but close to Mango Square / Juliana's. If you are walking away from the Jollibee on that side street by Mango, past the National Bookstore, but before you get to the NS Royal Pension, its on the left hand side of the street.

You just don't know if Cebu girls will put out on 1st. 2nd, or 5th get together. If you want to be really pushy you can usually get it on the 1st or 2nd if they come to your hotel. But I've had a couple chicks get all worked up because they were "good girls" that never did that before and for me that wasn't pleasant. Also, this way of meeting gives you more cred in general so you can raise your standards higher than what they would be for a simple pick-up.

Your point is well taken, though.

Last weekend I was not going anywhere and I got a call on Saturday morning at 9 am that I could fly up to Cebu free, so I said WTF and booked a return ticket and hotel. I have to say, I AM SO HAPPY THAT I WENT!

I stay at the Airport Waterfront, as my departing flight is at 0550 and I can sleep later and walk over. I arrived at 2 pm and went to the hotel, room not ready. So I went into Casino and put my girl on hold. After losing 20,000P and holding her off for three hours, I told her to jump in a taxi and I went and got my key. As I playing slots in the Casino they had the weekend bingo game going and someone one won a million pesos in 47 numbers. Nice.

I waited in the lobby and my girl arrives and we head to the room. I needed to check my work email and she was already naked in bed yelling at me to come on. You have to love Filipinas. After two rounds and a hour nap, we went downstairs for dinner. I should know better, but we went to the dinner buffet. 700P and the food was crap.

We caught a cab into town and I tipped her and she dropped me off at Pussycats.

Pussycats was pretty busy and had a nice lineup. Left there and walked into Dimples and a Asian had every girl but one at his table drinking and eating, so walk through only. I went into Papillon and there were about six girls on the couch and three dancing. I got three smiles when I walked in. Ordered a beer and two girls came over, but I could tell they were working for drinking, working way to hard. I finally got a very sexy little spinner to come over and she sat down. We talked for a minute and I offered her a drink. She called the waitress and ordered a drink and as soon as the waitress left she informed me that it was her time to dance. WTF? I canceled the drink and the waitress told me that I could not cancel the drink and I told her, she did not have the drink in her hands yet and to cancel it. Little drama, but I paid for my beer and left after tipping the girl 100P (as she told me that it was the rules that she had to dance).

Walked across to Erik the Red and it was very slow. I brought one waitress who I had taken 10 times in the last four years a drink and left and went into BG's. BG's was full and I turned and walked out.

Downstairs in Vikings it was also busy and I sat on the side bar. One of the dancers that I had taken before came over and I brought her a drink and as soon as she drank it she said I have to go dance, so I said bye.

I walked over to Sisters and the bar was full. I sit down and one of my best f*cks in Cebu came over and I was already thinking to take her home and she dropped the mems bomb. I paid my bill and walked down to Red Lips and it was the busiest bar that I visited. I met a Korean in Sisters and we started talking. He is 29 and a nice guy. I asked him if he had been in Red Lips and he said he did not know about it, so he went with me. We stayed for one drink and I brought five LD's for girls who I knew and we were out.

I headed down to the Coliseum and I think this is the worst bar in Cebu. From the moment I walked in the mommasan was all over me to buy her or a girl a drink. I asked her if she went barfine, as she was only 22 and she said no. I told her that I only buy drinks for girls who barfine. She brought over a 19 year old sexy spinner and I brought her a drink. As we were talking I asked her if she goes barfine and she said NO. I turned to the Momma and I said WTF she also don't go and the mommasan talked to her and she turned to me and she said that the girl did not understand the question, but I know better. I paid my bill (380 = a beer and a LD) and left.

I went back to the Waterfront and went upstairs to their club and got one of past girls and had a great night.

I woke up Sunday and had a freaking headache and my girl left and I worked for a couple of hours and then went down to the Casino. That Casino is not paying out on slots. I lost another 10,000P:( By now it was 11 am and I could not shake my headache, so I went back to bed until 4 pm. Woke up and still had headache, so I went over to SM and had dinner and as it was still early and I had a headache, I decided to go over to the Waterfront in the city and check out their Casino.

I am so glad that I did, as I ended up hitting a slot jackpot of 869,740 Pesos ($20,000). Now if you ever win a jackpot in a Philippine Casino, be ready for 200 new friends. They followed the staff and I around the casino and kept asking for money. The Casino paid me in CASH and I told them that I could not carry that much cash, so they offered a manager's check for 100P. After almost three hours I got my check and a security escort to a taxi. I finally went to the Pharmacy and got some aspirin and got back to the hotel at 11 pm. I decided that I had enough excitement for one day and did not answer any text and slept alone. (not really sleeping, thinking that I had dreamed winning the jackpot)

I once had to carry P2.1 million in cash a short distance in Malate. I have never felt so vulnerable in my life. It felt as though every pair of greedy eyes were centered on my briefcase. I would have felt safer walking down the main street in Sangin in my pajamas with a big target sign pinned to my back!

Robbaf congratulations. That is just enough to organise an ISG party in Cebu with loads of girls. Admission for ISG Members free of course.

WR: I will.

WL: yes everyone has a different style I think. Any girl I write I like to fuck. If they turn out to be really nice and you can have a decent conversation with them, then I will meet them more often.

But let me know if you need somebody to back you up at the interviews. Or you do the interviews and I do the medical test.

Checked out the nightlife here (for the first time). Wednesday was a good night for clubbing I was told.

Mango square: girls everywhere. But I was not very impressed. Clubs (Juliana etc) were quite full but not too exciting.

Around the streets there loads of bars.

It-mall: Loft (10 taxi min from Mango square) : turned out to be closed on Wednesday. Open only on FR / SAT? But must be one of the best places in Cebu.

So asked the taxi driver for another place and he brought me to Sunflower (close to Loft). Open with live music (quite good) but only about 10 people.

All in all not a too exciting night. But maybe I missed something. WIll try again coming weekend.

For those of you following the case of the Norwegian and his Fil gf being arrested for the supposed murder of the young kid: the chief of police resigned today (forced by the governor) because of his handling of the investigation. I would have felt safer walking down the main street in Sangin in my pajamas with a big target sign pinned to my back! Thanks! Yes, I got home and got it into BPI with no problems.

Four years ago I was a courier for my company and I used to go to Citi Bank on Makati Avenue and withdraw 5 to 10 million pesos and bring it back to the work site. I was going through Terminal 2 and the guards at the finally security check saw it on the x-ray. The idiot poured it out on the table and said hey where did you get this and why are you carrying it. I had all the right banking documents and he let me go, but he warned me it was unsafe to carry it. I told him it was not unsafe until he showed everyone that I had it.

Little drama, but I paid for my beer and left after tipping the girl 100P (as she told me that it was the rules that she had to dance).Well, of course she had to dance, she could have told you before you bought her a drink.

I would not have tipped her more than what she would have earned from the drink.

So asked the taxi driver for another place and he brought me to Sunflower (close to Loft). Open with live music (quite good) but only about 10 people.

All in all not a too exciting night. But maybe I missed something. WIll try again coming weekend. Well am sure you have had plenty of excitement so a quiet one will do you no harm LOL.

Sunflower is busier on ladies night and weekends, I go there with Cebu favourite and is full with all sorts including the older guys dancing (well trying to) with the honeyko. Watching them is why I don't try and shake my booty on the dancefloor preferring to do so elsewhere

I think Wednesday is ladies night at Pump (2? Or maybe both 1 and 2). Generally within the last year I have found Sunflower to be lifeless almost any night of the week. It does seem to be a little busier when the colleges are in session.

If you don't like Julianna around 1am then I don't really have any recommendations for you, that's about as good as it gets in Cebu. That place is usually packed to the walls. For a fee there are a few VIP areas there if you want to get out of the crowd, but usually will cost a little more than one person would want to pay. Julianna's also has contests some nights of the week, I don't know the schedule. Those are usually the best nights.

For live bands you are pretty much stuck with Sunflower and Nasa. Nasa even less lively than Sunflower, I. E. Boring. There used to be many good clubs with live bands, they seem to have closed up. There is YOU in Parkmall also but not much dancing there. There is Slabadu which has live band but mainly older tunes, small crowd. Also JazzNBlues near Marriott is about the same. Just depends on what you like.

I like to hit Julianna's, that's my favorite, but you have to go late (12-1am). Another good place is the joint to the left of Julianna's near the street, upstairs.

Can't comment on Loft, but I agree with your comment, I think it might be pretty good. I got turned away the one time I went. There is a dress code and someone in our party wasn't allowed, so we left. I hear it's something like Vudu but not sure.

Good you said that as I sit and watch and also watch others drooling especially in her killer FM heels and her short black dress with no panties (truly a lovely sight. As you know). Very similar. See you April for some education LOL.

RivermanJust to let you know. You only need to pay the pimp for the gals service and nothing more. The only other expense would be the taxi ride back to your regular hotel. Why bother renting another ST hotel if you have a hotel already?

You only need to pay the pimp for the gals service and nothing more. And beware of JONQUERA girls. All the Jonquera girls left after one pop even 3 hrs ST have been agreed in the presence of the pimp.

And most do not want to give a BJ even they agree when the pimp were around.

Just my own experience

Only hassle so far.

My experience has been completely the opposite but I tend to spend a long time walking around trying to find a girl that gives off the right vibes. It is totally subjective but so far I have been lucky and many of the the Jonqera girls have actually provided a true GFE. However I have gone there on many occasions and after walking round, decided not to take a girl because I just didn't feel right about the ones I saw.

Phantomtiger you are correct. I pay 500 to the pimp up front and that is short time which can be from 3-4 hours. I haven't had any girls try to do runners, in fact I couldn't get rid of a couple of them. Don't know why Riverman paid so much, it should have been 500 plus taxi fare there and back so a maximum of 650 depending on the location of your hotel. Jonquera girls in my experience do not expect tips like some of the bar girls do, however if I really like the girl I usually get them to stay till lunch time and I give them another 500 which is still only 1000. They are always happy to pay their own taxi fare out of this. I like to get to Jonquera at least a couple of times during each visit, I feel at home in the seedier parts of town for some reason

For those of you following the case of the Norwegian and his Fil gf being arrested for the supposed murder of the young kid: the chief of police resigned today (forced by the governor) because of his handling of the investigation. Couple will be released any moment. So it is not so bad as many negative comments suggested. They were set free today without bribing anyone.

The only thing that they had to pay was lawyer fees.

I wonder were all the evidence and witnesses disappeared to?

But the police should now put in all their efforts to get the one person that has done this terrible thing.

The law works without bribes, but VERY s-l-o-w.

Of the Cebu bars or places, my understanding is that mostly the girls remain clothed, I think sisters was where they did a little topless last time I was there.

I like nothing more than picking a set of breasts from the line up.

Are there any decent "show" bars left in Cebu & surrounds that anybody knows of where you get to inspect the goods before you buy?

RamI think all the girls in Jonquera require payment to a pimp up front, that is certainly my experience since going there and I suppose it does not leave you any more vulnerable that paying a barfine up front, although you could in theory go back and complain at a bar. The key is to handle the pimps firmly but politely, they can be very determined and persistent and will use any opportunity to accompany you around. Just tell them you are having a drink (there are lots of shacks selling beers or soft drinks) and then walk round alone at your leisure without any pressure.

For those punters uncomfortable with the walk of shame, I think the Parklane is brilliant. The top level of the parking garage underneath the lobby is open to the street 24/7 and is staffed with a single dick. All these are friendly enough with a nod, wink, and 20p once in awhile. Elevator direct to your room, no worries.

RamI have cut and pasted part of a post that I submitted on Jonquera last year (see below). I could write a book on Jonquera so PM if you need any specific questions answering and I will be happy to oblige. There are many old reports on Jonquera and you may find a lot of your questions have already been answered on the Cebu thread.

Had a wander round Colon Street today and noticed quite a few what looked like down and out foreigners sitting in bars downing afternoon san migs. Even saw one westerner sat in the gutter with some street dwellers with a filthy looking white vest and shorts, almost looked like he had been living on the streets as well.

Went into Jonquera for some earthy excitement. I know Jonquera has been reported on hundreds of times by others who are far more knowledgeable but it doesen't hurt to give some up to date feedback. I had a quickie there today with a young looking 19 year old cutie, more to fulfill a burning need and not really worth reporting on in detail here.

For those not knowledgable, Jonquera is actually the name of a street that has adjacent to it a small town of wooden shacks and tin huts, typical slum dwellings that house many young hookers. The place is like a rabbit warren and encircles a basketball court. If you order a girl from a taxi driver, street pimp or doorman, chances are that the girl came from Jonquera. The only difference is that they will charge you anything from 1500 to 2500 whereas if you go there yourself the average rate for a few hours is 500 pesos. Quite a saving for doing your own leg work!

There are lots of alley ways leading into this place but the main entrance to this area if you can even call it that, is a wide alleyway leading from Jakosalem Street (a short walk from Colon Street). Every single taxi driver in Cebu knows this place if you want to be dropped off at the doorstep, but be prepared as they will usually insist on helping you which means paying extra to cover their cut.

Be warned it can be a daunting place for the faint hearted especially at night, it is teeming with low life pinoy scum, who look like they would most likely rob you given half a chance. Despite this appearance you are quite safe there and I have never had a problem. You will get attacked from all quarters by pimps and sellers, just be firm but polite and you will have no problems.

Afternoons and early evenings tend to be fairly quiet, however if you go around 10pm or later the place transforms, with crowds of young hookers gathered around in small groups for you to choose. For newbies I would recommend taking one or two wingmen, not really for safety but it may make you feel a bit less uncomfortable on your own.

Going there at night is like being a young child let loose in a candy shop, it is definitely the bottom end of the P4P market but trust me you will find some amazing gems there. Happy hunting I may pay another visit this evening!

I think all the girls in Jonquera require payment to a pimp up front, .Correct.

Only other payment needed is for the taxi ride to your hotel and tips for the gal if she was very nice to you (but this is optional and not required as Mortman had reported from his own experiences).
Truth is, I never took any from here LT as for the same price, I could experience 2 gals ST for the same price (maybe even 3 gals if you are a very good negotiator).

RamNope. Can't be done here.

Have to pay up front or the the gals won't be free to go with you. Remember, it's the pimp or in some cases the mama that you pay as you never pay the gals directly. It's just the way things are done here.

Seems there is more? In general, the basketball court is the main open lit area and if you don't know the area, walking around the small dark alleys surrounding the court is very daunting and scary and not recommended for the newbie. Also easy to get lost in the alleys as being a veteran I still sometimes lose my way.

Happy hunting I may pay another visit this evening! It's been several years since I ventured that way with a taxi driver late at night and the memories are quite addled by the booze, but I'll take a further shot at the location. I'm looking at Google Maps in satellite mode and I think the wide alley way referenced appears to be about 400 meters up Jakosalem on your left as you walk away from Colon St. Another 90 to 100 meters down that alleyway and you get to the open area. It might not be the shortest route from Colon, but it seems the most straightforward as it's very easy to get lost in the alleys as once happened to me in another slum area.

Yes, it was an eye opener, I had to rely on my driver for comfort. Not an easy feeling, that. If I go again and am by myself, I'll go during the day to start. Also it's not just the pimp you have to pay up front, your taxi driver if you took one there he will want to help you for an extra tip. Maybe the first time you go, you can let him help you. After that I think you should be able to shoo him away.

But it is more easy to enter the basketball court from the north, when you take a walk away from San Carlos University (go left when coming from Uptown Cebu).
And go there in the afternoon in daylight, is is less frightening when you are alone. Immediately I arrived in this open place a pimp excourted me into the houses there.
Next time I maybe better try to get rid of the pimps.

You don't get rid of them. I actually turned away and walked all the way around to the other entrance and the same skannky guy still found me. I bailed out. I don't suffer fools kindly.

That being said, if you find a guy who seems nice and will help you out, go for it. I recommend you do NOT give him you phone number unless you are a really desperate sort. Get his no. Instead.

Was out tonight again around mango square. After quite a disappointing experience I decided to give it another try.

With all respect I really do not understand what is so great about it."Sitting outside is great fun","Juliana's bla bla bla" (see other reports). I think for a city with more than 800. 000 people. It compares to a village disco in Thailand. And the square itself? It is nothing, sorry to say. I believe there are nice girls in the bars around mango, but I am not a bar guy. But it could be the only positive aspect I could think of. Utter disappointment.

Mind you, my opinion about Cebu itself is totally different, I like the place and the atmosphere, friendly people and loads of hot girls. But if "that place to be" in a city of 800. 000 turns out to be a dirty small square with just a bunch of plastic chairs, then it is time for some independent consumer info.

Is there anywhere to get some game? I like the exercise. I'll be in the Cebu area for 2 weeks and I sure would like to play some pickup ball. 'Taking it to the hoop' is my favorite pastime, on and off the court. Thanks.

. . . . . . . . . . Agree wholeheartedly Fslag. It is not my scene either. Pump disco is another over-rated place. Many Korean chicks (and guys) who look right through you. Noisy as hell too.

I know you are a very experienced monger like me and yet from my perspective if you want to avoid the bars then it is much better to meet girls on DIA and offer (but never promise) to take them out for dinner, movies and then to Sunflower disco after you meet in person and check them out face to face. Most of them get really excited by this possibility.

Only once have I failed to have her come back with me to my hotel on the first meeting, and that's because I kicked her to the curb soon after we met and had a coffee. She was nothing like her profile stated nor what I saw on cam. She was clever to have the cam angled so as to deceive me about her ample waistline. Also, cams don't reveal bad breath and hygiene issues, and she appeared grubby to me LOL.

As with many bars and nightclubs, things can change almost on a hourly basis and YMMV. But it is a well known fact that the bars in Mango Square specifically Juliana, is the best 'meat market' in the Visayas! Pinays come from far and wide to dance, sing and tip a few cold ones. Many times the amount of women present is amazing!

From my observations, things don't start happening until after midnight so maybe it's too late for some of the members here. Have had great success both with off duty BG and regular women that want to let loose. Of course you need to be prepared to dance and / or sing OR have some game. If not your wasting your time.

There is a private sports facility called City Sports Club located near and owned by Ayala. Have not checked the place out yet but maybe they will give you a day pass if you act like a prospective member. Looks like a top notch place.

Most every barangay in Philippines has a basketball court so if your feeling like you want to test your skills, check with any barangay hall.

Stayed in cebu two nights. Had a really good time. But not really connectiing with the girls this time.

One girl came to my place at waterfront hotel and had menstration?

The other girl I liked said her pussy hurt?

And the third girl all was lookiing good till we are walking into the hotel.

Waterfront cebu city and security takes her to the front desk with a goon

Watching everything we are doing getting ready to jump on us.

And they refused her entry.

I had reserved the room for two. When I checked in and for some odd reason? She did not have I'd?

What the fuck.

Now should I be mad at the hotel? Or mad at the girl?

I guess now I am mad at both and just figure fuck cebu. Its just not my place anymore.

I don't have this trouble most other places I go.

I have walked into fancy hotels with five girls staying with me and they don't ask for I'd?

And now I figure fuck waterfront?

Anyway I am so mad at this place. I guess it would be nice for someone to tell me that what the hotel did was right?

I do understand the security sitution but if the room is in my name and I am financially responsible then

My guest is my responsibility?

My guest is my responsibility? Mhhhhh, I did the research before and I think it was on their webside were they mentioned I'd for guests after 10 or 11. Since I knew I asked they girls I picked up if they have I'd. At least in the bar they must have in case of police checks, One girl had to get it from her locker, it wasnt actually an I'd but a health certificate from her monthly check with a foto on it. (made me even feel more save). She had to sign in and show I'd at the desk thats it.

For me the walk of shame was a little akward but I felt very safe and slept well knowing the girl couldn't rip me off and leave without getting in trouble.

Anyway the hotels know that stuff like this happens (stealing, breaking stuff etc.) so I think its a good idea.

She was not new to working a bar.

She called me the next day and said she wanted to see me. The hotel does not ask for I'd during the day.

But I don't trust her and have been thinking she is more the problem and I just have to think it was her way of.

Leaving without doing anything.

Are all girls liars.

My other girl in angeles says its my fault for not verifying she had I'd. Okay so lesson learned

I'm on the ground in Cebu again. With the unpleasantness in tokyo with rolling blackouts, train delays and shortages of milk / eggs / bread / etc. I decided to move my lasik plans forward.

Just did a quick barhop tonight. 3 bars and hit up Julianas (lots of action but nothing that interested me.

Things of note:

* The new bar Amigos next to Red Lips is Ok. Independent ownership, a french guy I'm told. LD are 150.

* Pussycats has reduced their barfine but seems to have DLDs available so expect to be hustled for them. My favorite girl there was happy to see me but forgot that I was living in Tokyo so thankfully wasn't panicing the way my GF has been this last week.

I have some appointments with DIA contacts old and new in the coming days.

If you go to "edit" and change it to I D then it is OK.

Alternatively, better to put a space between the I and D in your original post and it works.

I have been amused by the incidence of it in posts - seems to me that guys don't re-read their posts to check for glitches once they hit the post button.

But I was planning on having it done in US, where I live. I suppose this kind of stuff is less expensive in Phi though. Do a lot of people do this? Is it quality, reliable work?

Do a lot of people do this? Is it quality, reliable work? There are 3 top-tier places in Philippines for lasik. Two of them are in Manila (Makati Medical and St. Luke's) and the third is in Cebu at Cebu Doctor's University Hospital. Doctor Larrazabal at Cebu Doc is probably the best known in the country. He's kind of a rock-star surgeon too, married to Donna Cruz, the actress / singer.

The price is not all that different from what I'd be paying in Japan or the US for the work actually. There are some cut-rate clinics in all 3 countries though that I would not touch.

Obligatory monger section of post:

Met up with Miss F yesterday. a DIA girl I first met last september (interesting story, fslag or roger would probably tell it better though) and sent her a text when I arrived the other day. Found out she moved to different province since, but happened to be in Cebu this week visiting her auntie. Came right over to my hotel for a quickie. Quality experience, only time for one pop though.

Before meeting up with Miss H at pussycats I stopped in at Sisters. My experience with this place runs hot and cold. A lot of girls, some not the greatest lookers but some pretty good that are pretty agressive in the drink-hustling department. The thing is its probably the raunchiest bar in the Mango area. Monger junior was really getting the hard-sell by a pair of cuties and he was really tempted but I had promised Miss H that I'd be back there tonight for her.

I've talked about Miss H a couple times previous. I think that as of my last trip a month ago, I've already lost any ability to barfine anyone else at Pussycats because I'm marked property there.

Anyhow, I'm off to Tacloban in a few hours to go see my girl there for a while before the surgery. That will be a no-monger period though. Getting back to Cebu middle of next week when I have 2 or 3 dates set up with new DIA girls (18, 18 and 19, one of the 18yos I still haven't gotten on the camera yet though).

I had mine done in 2001 in the American Eye Center in Shangri-la Mall, Ortigas.

It cost me the same for 2 eyes as it would have for one eye in Australia, and was very very professionally done by doctors trained in US.

They are amazed by my results. I still have 20/20 vision and still don't need reading glasses and before the lasik I was using contact lenses for 38 years.

Just remember that the eye needs to recover for an extended period afterwards so you need to stay put (and not fly) for a fixed period afterwards. Don't plan to fly in, have it done and fly home again like you can for dental work.

I'm planning on sticking around Visayas for about 3 weeks and have a 1 year open return ticket in any case so I can be flexible based on the situation on the ground in Tokyo.

The restrictions on flight though seem to be a lot less strict than they used to. They were OK with me taking a short domestic flight (40 minute) away and back for my one-week post-op checkup once they okayed me after the 1-day followup.

Prices on lasik worldwide have come down a lot in the last 10 years, there's not much of a discount for having the work done in the PI any more. In my case I'd only save about 10-20% vs having it done in Tokyo.

I talked to a friend of mine, who is a filipina, a single mom, and she told me that she had been robbed recently near Ayala. She sais that she was walking to a jeepney to go to her work at 8pm near Marriott when some guy pointed a gun at her and told her to give him everything she had in her bag. Sounds like she was telling me the truth. Is Cebu really this unsafe a place these days? Or was she just telling me a story to ask me for money later? I dont think so because she never has done this and I dont think she will ask me but she just said she had now some problems with her ATM card.

Of course there are bad people everywhere in Phils and anything can happen sometimes...

Of course there are bad people everywhere in Phils and anything can happen sometimes. Shit can happen anywhere in PI. Less likely in certain parts of Cebu like the Ayala mall and more likely in the Carbon market area at nite. But can see if a mugger not getting anything at the low end of town heading to uptown to score is not out of the question either.

Like you said P it can happen everywhere.I also walked around Ayala a lot when I was a few days in Cebu last year and felt like it was a very safe place with lots of security around because of the mall, Marriott, foreigners etc. And people around there seemed sort of from better class. I also walked from there to Robinson's, Fuente Osmana and Mango square during evenings without any trouble at all. No one ever stopped me. Still overall anything can happen there, some alleys where I was walking it felt like taking a cab could have been a better idea maybe only because Cebu is not built for pedestrians it seems and some streets are quiet and a bit creepy when alone.

Of course Thailand overall in probably more safe than Phils. At least in Bangkok where I stayed a few months I never ever could have imagined someone pulling out a gun to rob you in the streets.

Still I think I am heading back to Cebu in May...

. . . . . <SNIP

Of course there are bad people everywhere in Phils and anything can happen sometimes. Unfortunately, you're right. You just have to back the odds, and they are much lower around places like Ayala in Cebu. However, evn though this is the Cebu thread, I should add that after 13 years in the Philippines with absolutely no street problems whatsoever anywhere in the country during that time, I had a gold bracelet snipped off my wrist in the midst of a crowd of pedestrians on EDSA in front of SM Megamall in Ortigas Center at 3pm late last year.

The whole thing took 3 seconds, and even Jackie Chan couldn't have done anything about it.

Two guys. One tapped my left shoulder and as I turned to see who it was the second guy grabbed my right arm from behind, cut the chain with small pliers, and they both ran straight into the EDSA traffic and disappeared. I am tall and fit and I was striding along purposefully but they were still confident enough to tackle me using surprise tactics. I am always aware of where I am but I had absolutely no warning nor did I remotely expect that such a thing would happen. A few people around shrieked when they saw what was happening but it was so fast that there was no time for anyone to react.

A security guy who saw it said that it is one of those things that nobody can do anything about, and I was lucky that I was not injured. He told me that if I had by some chance grabbed the wrist of the guy who cut the chain, the other guy would have slipped a knife into me.

I wear no jewellery any more, carry my cell phone out of sight, use a money clip and not a wallet, because I have seen at first hand that shit can happen ANYWHERE, and such a thing could easily have happened strolling between (say) Marriott or Parklane or Fuente Osmena, strolls that I have done many many times.

Unfortunately, once you're targeted there isn't too much you can do about it, despite the invincible bravado that some wannabe Jackie Chan / Jean C Van Damme's might think they have.

Is Cebu really this unsafe a place these days? Or was she just telling me a story to ask me for money later?Yes it is a fairly common occurrence with young women in and around jeepneys, usually at night.

One of my gf was robbed about the same time a month ago. She was on her way to her IT job and was relieved of her cell phone, purse and company ID. It was a first for her and she was crushed. But I would not be too worried about it personally as robbers always go for the weakest targets.

I did my homework and it paid off. Apart from reviewing all the back pages in this section, I took the time to look at Cebu and the Ayala Mall with the help of youtube. I felt right at home as soon as I hit the pavement.

At the Ayala Mall, I recognived some of the freelancing duo acts that have been mentioned here before. The mall is packed with potential. I felt like a kid in a candy store.

Having travelled to many parts of the world, my take on the safety issue here in Cebu is a definite a yellow alert. There are always groups of young punks sitting around areas where us foriegners frequent. Of course, they are looking for the weak ones so don't behave poorly. Anyone that wonders into side streets at night is asking for trouble.

In general, I like Cebu because of the people. So far, the service I've received from hotel and mall staff has been excellent. The next 2 weeks will be an interesting adventure.

Funny but true.Your friend was lucky that he met a solo thug. Most of these guys work in pairs or threes and they watch out for one another.

If they target you and you fight back then you need to be careful there isn't someone behind you with a big-ass dagger or even a gun. All of my security briefings here have mentioned this factor so just be warned.

I know many guys here think they are 10 foot tall and bullet-proof but you may not be able to take on 2 or 3 of these wiry little buggers at the same time, even if your heroes can do it in the movies.

Guys.

Cebu City IMHO is no more dangerous than most European Cities, in fact I feel safer walking around Cebu City late at night than I ever would do in certain areas of London where I live.

Common sense is the order of the day, no matter what city or country you find yourself mongering in. Victims are often targeted because they look like victims and they are not alert or fully aware of their surroundings. Most attacks rely on the element of surprise and if you remain alert then you reduce the likelihood of an attack. However as RK has highlighted, attacks do occur when and where you least expect them and in broad daylight with hundreds of witnesses around.

I have never been so unfortunate to have been robbed although I have thwarted one or two attempts in the last few years. I have no illusions about being heroic, if I sensed there was a risk of serious injury or death I would gladly hand over whatever I had. At the end of the day, personal belongings can be replaced, your life cannot and your penis cannot!

Manila14You did not mention the reason for your trip, but if it is primarily for mongering then I would forget Mactan and stay in Cebu City. The subject you have asked about has been covered in great detail many times if you read back through the posts. Mactan can be a real pain to get to and from as most of the action is located in Cebu City and Mandaue. If you travel in the morning or evening rush hour, expect your journey to take around 45 minutes or more from Mango Square to Mactan. If you are travelling late at night and want to get back to Mactan getting a taxi can sometimes be a real problem and if you do find one willing to take you, expect to pay a premium for the pleasure. The resorts on Mactan are over priced and out of the way, the beaches are more like mud flats and the nightlife and bars though available are nothing in comparison to what you can find in the city

Reports suggesting Cebu is as safe as many European cities is going a tad too far.

If you are alone and walking between Mango Square and Osmena Circle at night,

Beware the pack of young kids that cruise this area. Often they are high on gas fumes.

Or perhaps shabu. They can be very aggressive. Several may begin to hunt in a manner.

Similar to a wolf pack. They will test your reactions to their begging and if sensing

Vulnerability, can move in, shoving a little kid into you, as a distraction, as another goes for your wallet.

They can be quite brazen, not at all concerned that other pedestrians may be around.

Be aware, be careful, and always be prepared for potential danger at night in most areas of downtown Cebu.

Hi Guys especially RK. I'm staying at Cebu R Hotel on Don Mariano Cul Street May 21 and 22. Are there any clubs nearby, please? (within walking distance) Thanks!D Cups I expect we will catch up in Manila before you go to Cebu but in case we don't. . . .

Your hotel has you placed with a 5 minute walk to Fuente Osmena which is a large roundabout between Jones Ave and Osmena Blvd. You will walk down Osmena Blvd from your hotel until you reach Fuente Osmena where you will see the famous Robinsons Dept Store (with the ground floor Bo'S Coffee shop which can be a meeting place) and numerous patrolling FLs on most floors (most of whom I wouldn't touch with a dick and 2 condoms but many other guys don't share my tastes).

You can either head off down Gen Maxilom Ave (aka Mango Ave) to around 8 bars on both sides of the road (about 10 mins walk) or you can go down Jones Ave about 100 meters and check out Silver Dollar (open all day).

In walking along Mango Ave you will pass by Mango Square that has Juliana's Disco and a few others too but you wouldn't notice them in the day time.

Walk it during the day to check out where these places are. You don't want to be wandering around at night looking like you don't know where you are (see other posts on this thread).

Easier to get a cab and ask for "Robinsons" or "Silver Dollar" or ask for the "Mango bars"

If my evil eye doesn't scare them away I bellow like some kind of enraged buffalo. That usually scares them away. Just act crazier than they are. They will leave you alone. Better yet, raise your fists and look maniacal as they approach and they won't even get close to you. That being said, if I come across a beggar that is handicapped or elderly, I will part with my change.

I never give anything to the kids, nor the fake mothers of babies. Give 'them food if you have a soft heart, casue any money you give will go to their minders. X.

Perhaps I have been lucky, I have never ever had a serious problem in Cebu City and I have walked round some of the very worst areas of downtown late at night. Maybe my perceptions are wrong, however given a choice between walking round certain areas of London late at night, compared with downtown Cebu City, London would always come second. The advice you have given is sound advice but it is applicable to every foreign city you visit, especially where you are unsure of your surroundings.

I was really freaked out by being robbed at 3pm in broad daylight on EDSA in the midst of a crowd of people precisely because I was absolutely not even remotely expecting it. I work hard all year and going to have a 20 days of vacation in August. I am 29 and I enjoy doing other touristic stuff besides mongering. I like to spoil myself when I am in vacation. I can't spend massive amounts of money, but don't need to count every penny I spent. I also like chasing for freebies, just for the thrill of the hunt. Mongered in Shanghai, Penang, KL, BKK, Pattaya, S'pore and HK before so I am not that green. August is still months away, but that does not stop me from planning my ultimate summer trip:

-2 days in HK: (weekend) Want to try DH scene, or can try K pressure. I had tried 141 hotel girls so want to try something different. Going to eat at temple street restaurants and try wan chai bars. Also can meet with some ladies I met online through F. Cupid. Planning to stay in beverly hotel close to 100 $ range.

-8 days in cebu:well never been to phils, it will be my first time. I don't really enjoy Pattaya or angeles city theme, and I feel so green for Manila so picked Cebu thinking its a bit cleaner and safer than Manila. Also think freebie scene is better. Already opened a profile in FC (can't log in to DIA from my country) and collecting ladies who are "interested" One month prior to my trip I am planning to become a member and collect their contacts. Also going to try the mall scene and definately visit the bars at Mango Avenue. Will try restaurants that are mentioned in Cebu Restaurants thread, Lemon Grass probably because I like Thai food hehe. Will not try basketball court or other casas, I think other options are enough to keep me occupied. Planning to stay in parklane or waterfront.

-3 Days in Macau: Been to HK but never been there. Going to try the sauna scene. (sanado and Darling I am planning) Also won't mind losing some money at casinos. And hit the bars, visit the Lisboa race track and possibly get rejected hehe. Planning to stay in holiday inn, emperor, royal or metropark.

-4-5 days in HK: Back to HK. Will follow my routine. Visit ocean park with one of my contacts do my usual stuff. But surely want to try mongolians this time so going to visit Hari's.

Here are my questions:

-I can't change the date of my vacation and concerned about the weather in HK and Cebu. Is it really that bad?

-Have doubts about Cebu. Is there anything else to do besides the malls and the girls in Cebu City? Can visit Bohol for a day or two but, I need things to occupy me during day time and when I m sober.

-Safety in Cebu, I know common sense and being street smart goes a long way but are there any scams which are common like the temple is closed scam in Thailand? Also heard about electricity and water shortages in Phils, wonder that if it applies to Cebu.

-From the FR's Sanado sauna is good quality, good selection of Chinese dolls and great management. Darling18 is good for variety and number of girls. I know quality is relative but want to know if you have other recommendations about saunas.

I also appreciate other comments and advices. Still have more than hundred days I have to waste so I can re schedue my plans.

Thanks in advance.

I am now MUCH more prepared when I go out, even down to having a small cheap wallet in my pocket with out-dated credit cards and 200 php in it. I may never have to hand it over but it is cheap and easy insurance.I think this is very very good advice. I once watched an interesting documentary on travelling abroad and self protection issues. This same advice was proffered then and I remember at the time thinking what a good idea it was. Trouble is that I am so lazy and disorganised that I have never have had such a wallet prepared. One day I will eventually get robbed and then I will get my ass into gear. Nothing like shutting the stable door once the horse has bolted!

thanks in advancesahin, i can't answer your questions about hk, but in response to cebu:

weather: august in cebu will be hot (28c. 32c) , humid and probably rainy or at least overcast. good news is that there's also a brisk sea breeze. it's a bit cooler a few months later, but you should be ok in august if you're acclimated to the heat, dress appropriately, and watch your water intake. if a storm blows through there is still plenty to do indoors until it passes.

activities: plenty to do to keep you busy for 8 days. besides girls and malls, there are restaurants, fine hotels (both waterfronts, marco polo) , touristy historical sites, movies, etc. there's also tops on the mountain overlooking the city, a scenic trip on its own (best by habal-habal) with restos, bars, and even a series of zip lines on the way up. and of course diving, snorkeling and the other [CodeWord117] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord117). if you get out with some locals (or a gf / tour guide who's into doing stuff with you other than the horizontal) , getting out is a much better experience. bohol / panglao island is a short side trip by fast cat, mostly what's there is a better beach with more of a casual nightlife all within easy walking distance. plus the chocolate hills / loboc river / tarsier tour if you're so inclined. not a place to find a girl, but a great place to bring one if you want a 1-2 night side trip to enjoy the casual beach experience.

safety: much safer even than manila, i was not uncomfortable anywhere there. standard precautions of not walking around drunk, not flashing cash or expensive jewelry / cell phone, not going to private card games, being wary of freelancers, etc. not hard to find a wingman if you want, especially if you get an early start on the evening. water available at every store, and brownouts ought not to be a problem, especially at the hotels you mentioned. i'd be shocked if they didn't have their own backup generators on the off chance of a brownout.

cebu is a good choice for your first trip to p. i. ac is a must-see for a future trip but that's the place where you might worry about getting bored on an 8-day trip. not cebu.

Hey Guys,

Long time reader, first time poster to the forum, First I want to thank everyone for all the information you guys have provided on cebu. It has saved me lots of time, money, as well as help me make good decisions.

Now that is out of the way, I have been to cebu city a few times and have been downtown a few times. It is obviously not hard to find woman, they find you. But I was looking for some advance mongering info on the downtown seen. I have not been to Juanqura (sp obviously wrong) but it seems like it is not hard to find.

I have seen the pimps walking downtown, An experienced person told me just ignore them, they just want a cut and will cost you more.

Lastly coming from the airport to cebu city I saw about 40 girls working a street corner, about half way from the airport, did not ask the cab driver details but it was pretty obvious what was going on. Does anyone have details on this area or. Feel free to pm me, thanks so much in advance.

I have read the forum front to back, just looking for detailded info from the great peple here.

Thanks

I also appreciate other comments and advices. Still have more than hundred days I have to waste so I can re schedue my plans. Little confused on what you mean by can't spend massive amounts of money but don't have to watch your pennies. Based on the information you are giving, it sounds like your somewhat of a high roller. Maybe saying what you are willing to spend a day and break it down may be helpful on your situation a little better?

I think spending 8 days in Cebu may be a bit much. I think I'd get bored, but I don't go looking for freebies like that, so maybe for you it would be different. I am not an Angeles or Pattaya fan myself, just not my scene although usually a lot better if you have a wingman. If not, I prefer the bigger cities. I think you should consider staying in Makati which is close to Manila and relatively cheap to get to by taxi. Are you into water activities like diving and snorkeling and swimming? Maybe consider Sabang near Puerto Gallera? They have girlie bars there, but freebies probably doubtful. The only problem is that it may not be a good time taking a boat ride over there with the weather the way it is as they may not allow the travel.

Just giving you some other suggestions to look at, just in case you get bored in Cebu which I think may happen within a few days if things don't go according to planned. Domestic flights are relatively cheap and can be booked somewhat last minute. Eight days isn't a lot, so wouldn't worry about getting freebies too much and make sure you get it period.

There are several areas of Colon Street where you will find street hookers if that's what you're into. The corners of Colon and Pelaez Street is especially full of them, seemingly any hour of the night or day. There are full timers with mamasans and also schoolgirls who are only there part time, or so they say. The female mamasans I dealt with were mostly OK, just be firm with them about what you want or don't want. They're looking for repeat business so it does them no good to rip you off and they know that. You will also be asked to go look at the girls in the boarding houses that are apparently nearby but I never bothered with that. It's probably safe but I just don't like being led to places I'm not familiar with by someone I don't know.

There are several worn out malls within a few blocks of that spot as well where you will definitely get the eye from any number of shop girls and others just roaming around. On my trip there a few months ago, I was handed a half dozen phone numbers from a group of uniformed schoolgirls who approached me inside Gaisano Metro Mall. I didn't ask, they just offered.

There are also a few local discos on Sanciangko Street, a block north of Colon Street, where you can find teenage girls from age 14 and up (one of them told me she was 13) who are willing to go home with you. Obviously, use discretion and seek out those who are older. The discos are very local and a bit unnerving for the Cebu novice because of the gangs of touts who will approach you and want to bring you inside. For a commission from the club owners, apparently. Just be friendly and smile a lot and you'll be fine.

I tried the basketball courts twice at different times of the day and didn't like the pressure and the crowding so I left both times without partaking. I think no need to go there again.

Do us a favor and file a report when you're done eh?

1. Radisson Blu

2. Crown Regency Hotel and Towers.

3. Midtown HotelCebu Midtown Hotel, due to its location right on top the Robinson Place Mall and a short walk from Mango Square. I tried Parklane and moved out, back to Midtown. Nothing wrong the place, as its just a short walk from Ayala Mall, but once the mall closes, there's nothing of interest anywhere nearby other than one disco.

Easier to get a cab and ask for "Robinsons" or "Silver Dollar" or ask for the "Mango bars"As some of you may or may not know Silver Dollar has been closed since April 1st and that is no April fools joke. Plenty of rumors on what happened and what is to come floating around but since I have not heard anything factual I will decline to post about it.

I was at another bar a few days ago and the old mamasan and some of the waitress visited while barhopping with two of the regular customers from SD. It was someones birthday in the group and they ordered alot of drinks. I don't really know anyone of them that well so I just said Hello, and watched from across the bar. The bar in question charged all the drinks as customer drinks and one of the women in the group secretly asked to have the drinks changed to lady drinks so they could keep and share the extra 50P drink commision. Not only did they get drunk but they were making a profit off the two longtime SD customers and they had no clue.

It just goes to show they can and will drain you of every last centavo if you are not careful, and even if you do pay close attention there are numerous other ways they can find a way into your pockets.

Guys, don't take it too seriously, eg "The corners of Colon and Pelaez Street is especially full of them, seemingly any hour of the night or day"."and also schoolgirls who are only there part time". Both pieces of information crap.

Female Pimps : "They're looking for repeat business so it does them no good to rip you off and they know that" Truth is they are much happier to rip you off, no thought of tomorrow, or repeat business. Most of the time they only get one chance at a Joe, and they know it, and they go for it"

There are no "girls in a nearby boarding house". But there is Jonquerra, if you call that a boarding house.

Their website says it's up for sale!I was in cebu in sept of 2010 and several of these bars were as empty as could be. I was in hot rods and I was the only customer in there for about 2 hours. I think many of these bars are struggling with the economic set back in most countries.

Another problem I see, Is there are just way to many of these kind of bars in cebu city. There has to be close to 30 or 40 of them. Not including the ones the locals use. Then when your business plan for most of them is to rip off their customers for as many dollars as they can. I suprised more have not shut their doors. But I liked the sliver dollar more than most, something charming about skanky woman. And a few cute ones.

Cashier did the well known cry " don't you have any smaller money ". And it took 20 minutes for the various bar staff to come up with some change. But yes, remember the place well for better more fun reasons

If it is true that there are 20 girls on a street corner waving at cars my bet is it won't last long.

Cebu is a bit too conservative for that sort of thing and although there is a very vibrant night life most cebuanos would prefer it to be kept away from this "in-your-face" scene on the main highway to Mactan.

I have had an early flight out of Mactan and was amazed at all the attractive Filipinas enroute to their jobs around Lapu Lapu. I thojght about going to the jeepney stop and passing out my phone number. Surely more cost effective than spending time at DIA and the other online friend sites.

I've also been at Lapu L at night and never seen an obvious streetwalker scene. I've also been down the strip of bars (mostly for Filipino guys) in Lapu L and not found street workers there either. There are (sometimes) a few near the Chinese restuarant / abandoned building in the pier area of Cebu city just after you cross the bridge. And before you get to SM.
