Great info Stroker Ace88, must read info for a newbie.Agree with Starchild and David. Post of Distinction about Cebu.

Just a point about DIA (I will put it here rather than on the Chat etc thread).

Guys need to realise that some of the hot girls on DIA get (literally) 100s of hits PER DAY.

If they reply to your message and then don't seem to remember you when you write back it is because they do not have a good "filing system" either in their head or on their computer, especially if they are online in a cafe for 30 or 60 minutes.

I met an "average" woman a few weeks ago and she showed me her DIA on my laptop. She had 55 messages received in the recent 10 hours since she last logged on. It gets damn difficult for her to know who is who.

Just saying this so you can cut some of the girls some slack if they don't answer your messages in the way you expect. You need to make yourself STAND OUT

Six arrested over webcam love scam.

POLICE have busted an Internet love-scam syndicate comprising six individuals who allegedly extorted about $100, 000 from at least five victims by threatening to circulate compromising videos of them.

The suspects, comprising three men and three women aged between 17 and 47, were nabbed yesterday at a flat in Marsiling. From which their illicit operations are believed to have been carried out. And in the vicinity of Ang Mo Kio.

Among them was a couple. A 22-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl. Believed to be the masterminds of the syndicate.

Items such as laptops, mobile phones, ATM cards, Internet-banking devices and bank books were also seized.

During a press conference held yesterday at the police headquarters in New Phoenix Park, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Aileen Yap, who is deputy head of investigation at Ang Mo Kio Police Division, said that the "female subject would befriend potential victims online and gain their trust through chats".

This was conducted on popular Internet website Alamak. Com, where webcam chats would take place between them.

Once a victim's trust had been gained, the suspect would undress to persuade the male victim to strip in front of the webcam. The suspect would then record it, DSP Yap added.

The suspect would then threaten to circulate the footage online unless the victim transferred money to her.

The scam came to light after a 22-year-old man lodged a police report on Sunday, after being scammed of at least $97, 000 over a nine-month period.

The victim had made more than 80 transactions during that time to various bank accounts provided by the suspects.

The police said two other scam reports made in February last year and early this month may be linked to the same syndicate, but at least two other victims have yet to make reports.

If convicted, the suspects face a jail term of up to seven years, along with caning for the male suspects.

Man $97, 000 poorer after online striptease in video chat.

The young man thought he had found a friend.

The 17-year-old girl he met on an online chatroom called Alamak. Com was friendly. Very friendly, in fact.

Within a month, their online chats had moved on to video chats, which then turned risque. She started stripping for him.

He did the same, but that one session of cyber titillation ended up with him being terrorised for nine months and $97, 000 poorer.

Police bust online love syndicate, victims lost over $100, 000.

SINGAPORE: Police have busted an online syndicate which extorted at least $100, 000 from unsuspecting individuals looking for love.

The case arose when a 22-year-old man lodged a police report on Sunday, alleging that he was a victim of extortion.

Initial investigations reveal that the man had befriended a woman in May last year, via an Internet chat room.

Both engaged in webcam conversations which led to the woman persuading the victim to appear naked in front of the webcam.

Unknown to the victim, the woman had recorded the footage. She then threatened to circulate the footage online if the victim did not transfer money to her.

The man complied and this went on for nine months, with several other suspects entering the fray.

In all, the man made over 80 transactions, amounting to at least $97, 000 to various bank accounts provided by the suspects.

The suspects, three men and three women, aged between 17 and 47, were arrested on separate occasions on Tuesday.

The first arrest of four suspects was made at about 4am at a unit in Block 32 at Marsiling Drive.

The other two suspects were arrested later at 3. 30 pm in the vicinity of Ang Mo Kio.

It has been revealed that at least four other victims were conned, with the suspects receiving a total of at least $100, 000.

Two of the suspects, a 22-year-old man and a 17-year-old woman, will be charged in Court on Wednesday for an offence of Extortion with Common Intention. Investigations are still on-going for the remaining suspects.

If convicted, the suspects could be jailed up to seven years and caned.

Police gave this advice.

DSP Aileen Yap, Deputy Head of Investigation at Ang Mo Kio Police Division, said: "Exercise caution when dealing with unknown people over the internet. Do not accede to any request that may put yourself in a vulnerable position such as performing compromising acts in front of the webcam."

Just got back from a weeks holiday in Cebu. Had a great time.

Being North American (didn't see too many other NA there) , it was refreshing to go to a place where almost everyone spoke and understood me well. Although I speak a little Spanish and Portugeese it was so much easier in Cebu. That and the freindly attitude of the native population was especially nice. Nowhere I have travelled, and I've been to many places have the locals been so friendly and polite.

David recommended the Marriot for us and it was perfect; next to the Ayala Mall was a bunus as we always walked to dinner and found many nice girls to talk to. Beware though, there were a few Ladyboys lurking by (np if thats your thing).

I couldn't agree more with David and the other senior contributors to this Forum. To really enjoy the Full experience you need to do your homework. We did and it paid off hansomely. Thanks to a little help from my friends I had ample pro and non-pro action. Average cost was about 2500P or about $60 USD. I have np with that. In a week I had 3 pros and 7 non-pros and all were good in there own way. Personally, although I prefer the Latins in Rio, Cartagena and Havana; BUT, women here were pationate and every one of them tried there best to accomodate my needs. I was never rushed and no-one ever asked for money up front except for the small Bar-Fines I paid (700p) , about 18 USD. All in all would recommend Cebu.

BTW-its a good idea getting a local Sim card and some minutes-I had a non-locked phone I put in a SIM and 500 minutes for 600p thats $15USD. That was plenty for the week and was indispensible in texting the various dates we had.

*URGENT*Scam ALERT.

A very popular forum www.livingincebuforums.com Was run by a convict from US, who has now scammed millions of pesos from newbies in Cebu, the person Paul Petrea who has a history of scamming in US and PH is now on the run. His gate keepers are trying to suppress his whereabouts and his sister sites like www.cebuexpatservices.com Is run by his cohorts. Please do not deal with any of these sites or the persons. Before, escaping he told the forum, he is going to US, but he has a fake passport and bribed the authorities to stay in PH, he cannot escape from the PH, as he has cases in US also, Please inform police if you see him in your city in PH.

As is the general rule as senior members know already here. Never ever deal with your own kind, they are the first ones to scam you. The guy played a LONG CON. Opened forum. Let it run for five years, gained the trust of many members and then started an investment scheme and in first round, he paid out. Words spread that its a good investment and expats invested most of their savings. Never to be seen again.

http://paulpetrea.blog.com/

http://liveinthephilippinesforum.com/showthread.php?tid=124

Please go through the above links to see the extent of the scam and learn that never ever to trust your own kind first. How seemingly guys who appear to help you out of their way are the first ones to take everything you have.

If this doesn't wake you up to not trust anyone in PH especially your own kind, then god save you.

-

I have no personal agenda against the guy, I just came to know about the scam today and people losing their savings, I'm just warning you so that you won't fall for it. Not now. But in the next five years. When this story dies down and he plays his scam again as he has done before. He is now hiding to let time run out on the story so that he can con again. Please be careful. Thanks

Things are never as they appear on the surface. I was aware of both LinC and the blog for sometime now but unaware of the drama bubbling under the surface about a potential scam. I have no insider knowledge of who wrote the blog or if the real motivation behind it is revenge or trying to wake up the Cebu expat community about a scammer.

The blog in question has been active for awhile, and someone has been trying to dig up and find dirt on ALOT of the members (pinoy (a) and foreigner expats alike, mostly mods and admin). Posting divorce records, financial transactions, real estate dealings and criminal records of some senior expat members seems to me like a vendetta and smear campaign, but that's just what I see looking in from the outside.

I am not a member there nor do I know anyone personally from LinC but use the info posted by members to guide me to find goods and service in the Cebu area and will continue to do so. I would NEVER lend-donate-give-buy-invest anything from anyone I met over the internet or even in person. Sucks that the World is full of leeches and the nice guys get thrown in the same box with them, but better safe than sorry.

Personally always best to use caution when approached by someone (tourist, expat, local ect) who says they have discovered a way to make good extra income. If it was so good they wouldn't be needing your money. Alot of shit gets thrown around by fellow expats in the Philippines from time to time over money, jealousy, life-style choices they don't agree with and possible competing forums.

Starchild You can PM me and we can take this discussion private.Very well said SA, I totally agree with you, they have a well oiled con game running in Cebu for a while now. There modus operandi is quite smart, they opened a forum and troll other forums and scout on unsuspecting newbies with as much valuable information as possible to gain their trust, they go out of their way in helping you settled down in Cebu like with their other website www.cebuexpatservices.com. Once they have their confidence they play the game of investment after 4-5 years of trust and they have around 20 newbies in their arms. First they trick you with small investment and pay you off and then they play the final card and play the long con and you invest millions as many did and one fine day they run away with it.

The story is very true, I know the person who have lost considerable amount of money.

The guy Paul is hiding in the PH claiming that he is in US, where he can't go, he has around 20 million pesos worth of investment and he will wait it out, before starting a new con as he has done since arriving in the PH. Many expats have now lost their life saving to this bottom feeder. Please be very careful.

Those who are outside Cebu expat circles will have no idea about the investment con game that he started in August 2011, many expats are pissed and are hunting for him. He is a smart con artist and have cohorts with similar background pimping for him.

My point is these story will die down or he may get arrested if the expats who lost their money makes a complaint, but the important lesson to learn here is to never ever trust anyone especially your own kind. Thanks

Anywhoo, while I generally tend to agree with alot of the things you post I will have to respectfully disagree on this one. Chances are very good Westcoast met them in Ayala (one pic was taken in Bo's coffee Ayala) and did the deed with one or both of them. No reason to think otherwise unless you saw the same pics posted somewhere else on the net, but that's doubtful IMO as WC has been posting his pics forever without any issues.

I was in Cebu last few weeks – mainly for diving (Moalboal) but checked out possibilities in Cebu City on way in and out.

Bars. Pretty disappointing. Sisters, Vikings, Papillion, BJ's, El Gecko. + a couple of others in same area. Only went 2 nights and both times fairly early (before midnight). Girls very marginal and I was rejecting plenty much nicer in Angeles. I was the only westerner in several of the bars and there were large groups of Japnese and Korean visitors being dropped off in minibuses. Pushy in terms of requests for LDs at Sisters and BJs. OK elswewhere. In the end – I did not barfine and wasn't that disappointed to go home alone.

Mall walking. Approached by multiple girls of the Terraces at Ayala and also by Ladyboys. Took one nice dark skinned girl who approached me back to Parklane and enjoyed everything on offer including anal. Gave her a 1000 tip for her trouble. Found it hard to make a cold call approach on girls by themselves or with their friends. Ironically the bookshop at the Terraces was where I had success with this approach and I enjoyed a nice girl I met there. But effort vs reward was pretty high. If you are inherently lazy like me, then you will get sick of the Terraces circuit quickly! Saw plenty of other mongers 'working the strip' so to speak so I guess the pickings must be better than I was able to obtain. Hello if that was you last week!

DIA and contacts. A bit hit and miss. Had plenty of contacts; and made sure that they knew I wanted them in the room and in bed. Nonetheless, two turned up wanting no more than a cuddle or comfortable bed for the afternoon. Sorry! I think you need to be very explicit in your screening. Two others had a quite professional attitude and were competent providers . They made clear they expected payment before we got down to business and so I gave them 1500 each. One other DIA contact I ended up taking on my dive trip and she was very open for all kinds of new experiences so generally very satisfied. But I had to put in a lot of effort and give many free consultations (I am MD) so again effort vs reward was marginal.

Overall – I doubt I would go back to Cebu if mongering was the only thing on the agenda. However if you are interested in the beaches and diving and other things, then it's a good destination.

put in a lot of effort and give many free consultations (I am MD)I hope they weren't like the consultations that one medical or dental professional gave in Peru. I made the mistake of fixing this guy up and later got some feedback that the girl I had fixed him up with was insisting on CBJs. This is very strange behavior in Peru so I got on her case and told her that she was making me look bad by insisting on this ridiculous practice. She told me that this guy had spent the whole time showing her graphic mouth disease photos on his laptop and telling her that this would be her future if she kept on giving BBBJs. I had to show her some statistics and get her mind right.

We have known each other a long time, and I know your gf also. A real keeper.

And we know who did this so best mention his handle and ask why he acted like an asshole. Maybe because he wants her for himself and this way he proves you the bad man.

David33 would have more views on that aspect as the guy is very likely doing this for purely self serving reason and not for anything else.

If he bothers to have the courage to FR here then be interested to hear his view as most of those who do this get flamed badly for their acts.

Sorry to hear that it may not be all nice now with the gf but talk to her and see what she says.

And the ISG member. I know who you are but will let UP disclose and see if you any 'balls' to respond intelligently and in a rationale manner.

Joined him and some of his friends last yr on his be'day and had the silly idea to bring my GF along barhopping w / them.

Perhaps he can never tell a lie so when she asked him how he knew me recently he told her, live and learn.

Been trying to be a good boy and get this young woman thru college, at a cost of 1000s, dollars not pesos.

I haven't been as active as I should on this board myself so I can't knock him on that front.

Will be back and forth Marriott and Radisson for the next few weeks, lounge drinks on me.

I can tell you are very upset with this recent turn of events but IMO there are ALOT of loser asshole members and lurkers around. Never give out too much info and you can never be burned.

Your reaction should of course relate to your loss. No protocol can explain what you need to do. Forget pride and ask yourself if he really harmed you or if he did you a favor?

Cebu is definitely not the place for a lazy monger. For another option, you should have hit a few of the nightclubs in Mango Square as many times it's easy pickings.

I guess if she can manage two overseas boyfriends, she can easily manage a casual monger!

Happy hunting.

I am the person in question whom UP claims "outed" him to his gf. Please allow me to give my side of the story.

I'm not a very active member of this forum (2011 was my last login) and only learned about this when UP sent me a message on DateInAsia of all places. Last year UP, his gf and some other americans met up at ayala for my bday. After that we went for a small barhop together. UP and I are acquaintances and only met that one time. We've exchanged a dozen or so emails over the past year and a half.

Last week I ran into a buddy at Seattle's Best Coffee Ayala and he was sitting with two girls, one of the girls was UP's girlfriend. I joined them and she remembered me from last year but I didn't remember her. She said she always sees me at julianas with different girls. I've been here for 4 months and only been to julianas about 5 times, so for her to see me there all the time means she is the one there all the time. The sexy hostess at sumosam who I've liked for a year came up and talked to her. Realizing they were friends I asked to be introduced but the hostess was leaving so UP's gf and I exchanged #'s with the intent of txting me the hostess's number later.

While we were sitting together UP's gf was checking her YM, DIA, pinalove, and having an x rated discussion with a guy on facebook. UP was also Yming her and she told him she was with Blaze. UP acted like he didn't know me so I told her to message him "ISG ultrapilot". I didn't say he is a member of Internationalsexguide. Com and his screenname is ultrapilot, its a website about foreigners fucking filipinas and posting pics. I'm not stupid, I know the monger code and don't reveal sensitive information. There is no way she could know anything about ISG. Furthermore, if you do a google search for combinations of ISG, cebu, ultrapilot ultra pilot, or UP's real name, nothing at all comes up.

I realize now it was a mistake to even divulge that minimal amount of information to a filipina. And I've apologized several times to UP for this breach of protocol. However, for UP to claim that this is the reason for their breakup is a flat out lie. First of all, she told me she isn't UP's gf and she meets tons of foreigners. Her friend that was meeting my friend is a total working girl and has fucked another one of my friends since that meeting. Birds of a feather. She won't stop texting me and wants to meet one of my friends who came up to us at seattle's best. I gave her his number and he told me she texts him ten times a day wanting to meet. I have deleted her number and told her to stop texting me. She also begged me to give her 3000 and offered her iphone as collateral but I politely declined. She also claims that UP stopped paying tuition last year.

I could say a few more things but its not like I broke up a happy marriage here. UP fucks other girls and she fucks other guys. The one time I met UP he seemed like a cool guy but he definitely overreacted in this situation.

Just came from the Cebu office (going for an extention) was refused entry because I was wearing shorts, sorry if this is old news or a repeat. Trousers of course can be rented 100 pesoAll Philippine Government offices in Cebu require long pants to enter. Immigration, NBI ect. Most Provincial offices also demand long pants or refuse entry such as the Capitol building, Cebu City hall. I think the only place I entered wearing shorts was Cebu City health office but as a general rule I wear long pants.

I was with my GF when we visited her university to pick up her diploma and she was wearing a sleeveless t-shirt. The guard refused entry so I took her to a nearby store and paid for a more acceptable shirt. So it's not only Government offices that have dress codes. When in doubt ditch the flip-flops, shorts and tshirt.

It was about time. Whats up with western men and brown khaki shorts, sandals and white shirt and they think they could go anywhere they please. Its an eye sore guys. I'm seeing the same fashion statement all over Asia. I see them at Airports, Immigrations, Malls, hospitals, bars and just plain walking on the streets.

Dressing well is a mark of respect to other human beings. I understand the heat and humidity in Asia etc, but what about changing that "TYPICAL Westerner" look of Shorts and Sandals with socks. Yikesss. I agree, even Asians wear it, but not all the time and not certainly all of us.

I hope, they ban them from all places. Its an eye sore. Times change but seems like fashion doesn't for farangs. LOL

Dressing well is a mark of respect to other human beings.Starchild, you once again display what a fantasy castle you live in. I like the consequences of your fantasy world. It is respectful. Yet it is 100% pure imagination. Subjective fantasies. A bit like religion. Pure fantasies but still quite a nice outcome for the most parts. Like the Philippines as well. Nice but so f*cking distorted.

I dress well, even when I [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) the weak in the face, so gents please have my blessing to wear whatever the h*ll you wish. It is all just subjective opinions by people who grip every straw to make themselves (ourselves) fell better during this short and pathetic visit on earth. Dressing like redneck Joe will make it harder to score girls since they also live in a fantasy world, but deep inside we all know that the length of the cloth on your legs has nothing to do with anything.

I prefer to wear cargo shorts t-shirt and flip flops when running around on days when the mercury levels are elevated and the sun is high in the sky. Summer is upon us in the Philippines, shorts and stylish flip flops are a must to avoid melting in jeans or long pants. I do not wear shorts and flip flops when going anywhere official or out to dinner in the evening.

I can agree that some guys look fugly in the way they dress, but to each there own. I guess some guys are lauging at me too from time to time so what goes around comes around. The guy would look funny and stick out if he was back in the west, but he is in the Philippines where westerners can and do wear anything. Atleast I have not seen many westerners sitting outside a carinderia, with there shirt rolled up to expose there jelly-belly drinking red horse.

I also think that other westerners can look at another westener and tell if that guy has money or is travelling on a budget (generally speaking). I find the local population has a harder time. They just see a foreigner and think we are all millionaries, but we can look at another foreigner and tell with just a glance they are budget backpackers travelling on the cheap or a retired guy on SS.

I do recall a discussion on ISG years ago about some special plaid pants that made me lmao. I vote to bring back the plaid a-la Ron Burgundy style! You stay classy Cebu. *big grin smiley*

BarbaOne of the most endearing talents of my good friend Barba is his ability wax philosophical over even mundane statements. I agree that, in terms of meeting of objective of scoring with multiple, nubile young things, one's dressing style probably doesn't matter. I've seen the archtypal shorts / dirty tee shirt / flip flop and beer belly types dragging around lovely young things. On the other hand, I tend to cringe when I encounter these types, since I agree that the way one dresses says something not only about his self-respect, but also about the respect he has for others. To see guys walking around in outfits I wouldn't even sleep in just turns me off and I tend to avoid venues that would attract the badly dressed. It's a personal preference, but a strong one.

Didn't mean to imply she was my life partner but I have been helping her in no small way to get through college.

Gather she had numerous reasons to want to be rid of me but it didn't help in the heat of our discussions to hear her mention my ISG handle.

How much of it she put together I am unsure, at the time it seemed like a biggie, in my 20/20 hindsight maybe not so.

Have extended an olive branch to Blaze and harbor no ill will.

Cheers

Take no prisoners if she is your life partner! If someone fucks with my family, I will make him or her feel my pain severely. If it is "just another girlfriend" that was affected, you should perhaps just let go of the hot coal.

Your reaction should of course relate to your loss. No protocol can explain what you need to do. Forget pride and ask yourself if he really harmed you or if he did you a favor?

To me the only time to worry about dress code, is if you get refused entry as I did, clothes do not maketh the man no matter what country your in. Have access to the lounges at Radisson and Marriott so perhaps we can have a get together.

Location dependent upon the day. Mid days are best for me.

I have some champagne and lounge drinks.

Marriott on weekends has decent snacks too.

Any takers PM

BarbaDid I hit the nerve somewhere barba. LOL. You are making it too complicated than it has to be man. Whats wrong with dressing well and moving on with times. As GE and SA mentioned. These types have become too common in Asia now. Nothing personal.

Being from India, I came to know, South East Asians, Farangs and no one likes our curry smell. I thought its natural whats wroung with it. Spices and curries are good for health. My ego got the better of me. But my 5000 years of cultural history was wroung. I made effort to correct it and everyone was happy.

I make an effort to not smell curry at all. So that others don't get annoyed of my smell. You probably never heard people complain in Asia about the dress of farangs. Because, here people are too passive to judge or make negative comments mostly.

No matter how poor a Filipino is. He always tries to dress well and make an effort not to smell at all. Its easier this way in metro's and in malls. If there was nothing wrong it, the immigration office would not have banned shorts. I went further and in good faith. Just pointed out the obvious which never was mentioned here.

I do recall a discussion on ISG years ago about some special plaid pants that made me lmao. I vote to bring back the plaid a-la Ron Burgundy style! You stay classy Cebu. *big grin smiley*I agree. Can you imagine if 100 Indians came up with that attitude in Cebu and said. To hell with it, its my money. I don't care what they think about my smell. I'm going to do whatever I feel like doing. Half of the cebu will be empty with an epidemic sign of smelly plague. Not saying all Indians are changing. But with comments from Farangs, filipinos about our smell. Most of the Indians are changing.

We in India think its ok with our curry smell as have our 5000 years of curry smelling was no issue. However, when we went out, we realized its a big problem for others. There are now big debates in India about smell and the use of deodorant in our society.

Its just an impartial observation about farangs dress and the reason, they got banned in immigration. Obviously there was some issue. I did not ever read any Indian going bonkers about smelly indian comment here. We learned and move on. I tell every Indian who ask my advice on visit to PH. To take care of our smell and bring in expensive deo's etc.

I don't want anyone to suffer because of my hygiene, if I go to any filipinos birthday party, I dress well, 'because I don't want him to feel embarrassed about me around his other friends thinking. What kind of smelly badly dressed Indian friend you have.

When in Rome.

Are you referring to me. (why are there no smileys!) But I smell nice, speak well and look like Brad Pitt so that also helps regardless of dress code and why I drag a few lovely things around LOL.

But in some places I have been the dirty vest, unshaven and smelly westerner is not for me either. And I agree you can tell a man by his dress even if is the above

Did I hit the nerve somewhere barba. LOL. You are making it too complicated than it has to be man. Whats wrong with dressing well and moving on with times. As GE and SA mentioned. These types have become too common in Asia now. Nothing personal.Sure it hits a nerve, but if it I need to explain what nerve it hits, I will just let it rest for now. Blink. I just want to urge you to consider what true respect for a mans or womans freedom of choice really is. Conformity to majority? Fantasies about what to show or not to show? I know I am just agitating now, but the topic interests me. Fantasies of mankind. Burkas and long dresses. Evolution will sort them out. Religion will die.

Nothing wrong with dressing in long pants (or what you might refer to as "well"). But it just has nothing to do with respect or disrespect. Some people just likes shorts, and if that is perceived as disrespectful, it is just in the head of the viewer. If a smell is bad, it will require isolation the one that smells bad and can be considered disrespectful, even thought it most likely is just thoughtless. Koreans fart in my elevator all the time. Or burp. Or both. Clothes will not require distance to avoid an immediate discomfort.

I normally wear shorts only when I am in water. Most days I dress for business, but this is since I travel light and must carry these clothes anyway. It also attracts pussy, because females are lazy and shallow. It is like a signboard saying "choose me, I have money that you can get without working anything but your little beaver". When I am an old, fat alcoholic I will also dress in shorts and shirts with flowers that match my red and swollen face. And I will sit next to you, Starchild and smell your curry, while we discuss all the pianys we liked and loved. LOL.

Thank you. This is the Cebu section, please post your question in the Manila section. If you can't find the Manila section don't worry, just ask the immigration officer upon landing at NAIA or MCIA if they have any Cialis for sale. If you get no reply, ask the customs officer and they will provide you with SOMETHING. *wink smiley*

In Cebu fake Vitamin C and V can be bought from touts around fuente osmena. Up to you to make a deal on price. The only time I bought from the street was back in 2009 and it did NOT work. You can buy the real thing from mercury drugs or some other pharmacy but it will be more expensive. Try the mercury drug location on the corner of fuente circle and Mango.

Enjoy the Philippines.

Frenzy, just wanted to thank you here in public for an enjoyable evening. I learned a lot. Enjoyed seeing how you pulled it all off. Also the neiborhoods. The girl who walked me out would not even let me buy her a pop. She is everything you said. I can say it is not the life I would want. But it was good for me to see it. Thanks again. I stayed pretty much with the same girl the whole time there. Went out one night alone to Mango sq. And went to Qeensland in Guadalupe for an hour. Then went to the old silver dolllar and went to Q, again for about two hours. Two girls. Mamasan at the old silver dollar seemed straight up and honest. I have found asking their advice and following thier recomendations have workded out well for me in the RP scene.

Missed You David and WR. Would have loved to buy you guys whatever.

Rented a car. In cebu this is a hard thing to do. Drove up the coast in the north. Went to Coco palms in Danao for two nights. They are adding 25 new rooms and the ocean is clean there. Then went up to Bogo and San Regim for three nights. Nice hotel out in the middle of nowhere. And drove back down the west coast and across the mountians to cebu. Lots of construction on the west coast road. Saw the country side and know that is not for me. I am a city boy. Went to my A / A meetings at the redemporist church. Keep me grounded and went to mass their on Sunday also.

Well, I have been burned out before and am sure I will fall back into my old desirers again. But I did a lot of thinking and site seeing this last trip. And feel different about RP. It is one dirt poor country. The hospital system is a mess. But have been told a few of the private are good. Wish you could own land and house. I guess I would allways be a renter. So would not build a tool shed or stuff to do in my old age. Knowing I could not leave it to my kids. I am still on this journey called life. Want to find happiness. But know it is fleeting. Thanks for all the input from you guys over the years. Sorry but the girl would not allow pictures. I did try. She cryed and so I gave up. Would not even allow me to use the butt plugs I brought. So no anal. But she does seem to like to suck dick, Just not CIM. Makes you wonder what you are paying for. You all know the steady ones cost less than wifes but more than bar girls, RIGHT. God bless. RED

Hello again gentlemen,

I propose this question to those who live in cebu and ajoining area. Are there any hotels that offer club membership? I think there are a few golf clubs but I not play golf but would join is it gave me access to their facilities, for example, when there was a cebu plaza I bought a sports club membership. Nothing to do with staying at the hotel. I could come use their swimming pools anytime. Discount at their mini golf, and shooting range. I stayed in an apartelle near cebu plaza and could walk to the "old" cebu plaza to enjoy the day. A club membership is worth it if one visits cebu often. I go back to the days where there was one bridge connecting mactan to cebu proper. I miss the old magellan hotel that had a nice pool.

I miss the "balls" club that was own by the ruieller family. The pawnshop king. My spelling is off. French name. The only things that have really changed is more people and higher prices but cebu still better than manila every day of the week.

I posted about it on the "Cebu Golf Courses" thread if you want to read the info.

Not sure if its an old twist on a 'teabag' theme or it was a sports related place.

The clan that owns all the pawnshops is the L'huillier family. The head of the family has a big mansion up on Monterrazas de Cebu sub-division over looking Parklane. It has an elevator built in along with other plunder and riches. LOL.

Balls as in Soccer, son of L'huillier founder, and a soccer fanatic, owned the place. It didn't last all that long. Don't get your balls tied in knots over that one, ancient history now.

I could come use their swimming pools anytime.Waterfront Lahug offers a membership for their excellent fitness center and swimming pools. You can also buy a day pass as well. There is also a place called the Sandtrap that has a pool, tennis courts, bar and restaurant with no membership fee. It recently changed hands so it will be interesting to see improvements if any.

I just read your replies. Appreciate the information. I will look into the waterfront and the sandtrap when I get to cebu. Plus the day pass sounds probably the best way to go. I was just reliving past good memory. I not know about the rest of you. But I got to have a swimming pool near by to survive in the Philippines. A great day is sitting pool side in the shade with a mango shake, fruit platter, listening to good musica + a hot chicka babe who doesn't need pads in her bra to look 36B. I will share. Probably the only good bola bola pick up line I have that makes the girls smile. Compare "her" smile or hair or lips to a filipina pop singer. Example: your smile is like Rachelle Go, or your hair reminds me of Sherlyn Regis or your dark beautiful brown skin is like Pops fernandez.

Trust me the girls love it. They will laugh and smile and thank you. Good lead in. No I do not know these pop singers. I looked up pinoy entertainment. Search pop singers and looked at some photos and took it from there. Earlier some were talking about competition. So to stand out from the other guys. Use some humor. You know the filipinas love love musica. Use it to your advantage.

Knowing what's going on within the Philippines in terms of news, gossip and celebrities will make it alot easier to understand some of the inside jokes.

One word of caution when complementing a filipina that she looks like a star can backfire. I once told a woman she had a nice smile just like 'Anne Curtis'. The complement did not go over well. The woman frowned and said "you think I have a big mouth? You think I talk too much?" She was not impressed because to some locals Anne Curtis is seen as having a big mouth on a small frame. LOL. My bad.

Overall complementing a filipina on her looks or comparing her to a filipina star works 9 times out of 10 and as others have observed it can help to break the ice and start a conversation.

Enjoy Cebu.

Starting June 4th there will be a series of lane closures on the Marcelo Fernan bridge, better know as the 'new bridge' for repairs. Seems the expansion joints have to be replaced. The work is scheduled to take 88 days, but chances are high the work will take longer. One lane (out of the four) will be closed at a time for the work. Expect increased traffic delays going to or coming from Mactan.

hello,

it almost seems like, if you want to meet girls from dia cebu is a better place to travel to.

how easy is it to get these girls in cebu to meet up and have some fun without to much hassel?

like getting [CodeWord123] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord123) accusations on you etc?

and how far and how much does a flight cost from manila?

Been trying the Baseline tennis club w / some friends.

Taxi drivers seem to know it and rather close to Ayala.

Not sure exact prices since my buddy was paying but I think in the neighborhood of 500p for 2 hrs which included some equipment for the girls and a quite capable ball boy.

Tennis isn't really my cup of tea but its a nice way to work off the afternoon tea & scones at the Marriott Executive Lounge which is a new and welcome addition there, albeit prices keep climbing there.

As I am a fool for things that fly also found some good frisbee leads.

As usual PM for details. Enjoy

Have been of the opinion that props are for boats for the last quarter century however I am working on a checkout in a small single engine plane out of Mactan.

So after 20 yrs in jets the prop had me smiling. Very special treat for a date w / the potential for some inter island treks.

If you have some interest in piloting its the sort of thing 2 can do for not much more $ than 1.

I am not looking to make money but can be priceyat$100usd / hr depending.

PM if you are into that sort of thing. Happy trails

nice way to work off the afternoon tea & sconesI thought I was the only one eating those scones. No one else seemed interested when I was there except for Wicked Roger. The girls in the lounge didn't have much of a clue and called them "stones" due to texture I suppose. They also had them at the J. W. In Jakarta. Maybe they are Asian wide.

Intended to let this die but have been urged by a few to air this episode.

Could easily be a top ten list but consider the following.

Have met some interesting guys from this board and some I consider friends.

It was my befriending effort that led to my meeting blaze for his be'day gathering last yr and I had a college student w / me as my date that I had been on my scholarship program since 2009.

1.) For some reason when he met her at a later time he thought it would somehow be amusing to divulge my ISG handle to her, sorry I didn't find it amusing.

2.) Blaze assured me he would "NEVER" fuck a girl that was known to be linked to another guy.

Upon examination of his txts to her I would describe his pursuit of her as semi relentless but in any event he did fuck her.

But in his defense he did poney up jeepny fare to offset the abject poverty that has been her life.

3.) I have to chuckle at his facebook page under the same Blaze Pontaine pseudonym, whereby he subscribes to the teachings of Jesus.

Guess his calling me an asshole during my attempt to determine his motivations in PMs was from the Old Testament.

I would encourage WR & Frenzy33 to make our common female friends aware of his generosity.

Any curious if you know or have seen him might have a look at his DIA, Blaze in Cebu, then proceed with caution should you encounter him.

Gentlemen feel free to flame me, but please don't Blaze me! Rant over

Scones are so English hence we like them with clotted cream and lashings of strawberry jam. I appreciate Americans find it hard to appreciate them given that many think Mexican food such as burritos etc is actually edible. Where are the smileys as there would be a lot here at this moment (David. Did you mention this to J?)

But is it a nice addition and whenever am invited to the lounge I hope the scones are there as I am the only to eat them.

Could have been a top 10 list but I digress.

Wanted to let this die but have been encouraged to air my grievance.

Recap. Had an opportunity to join Blaze be'day party bar hop last yr. Took my date that has been on my scholarship plan since 2009.

1.) Somehow he thought it would be amusing to divulge my ISG handle to this young woman at a recent meeting they had, excuse me if I didn't see the humor.

2.) Blaze assured me he would "NEVER" fuck any girl associated with a foreigner he knew. But alas judging by the txts he sent her I would describe as semi-relentless he succeeded in fucking her. Congrats to him. And lucky her came away w / a reported 200p.

3.) Had to chuckle after trying to determine his motivations thru PMs that he found it necessary to call me an asshole which given his facebook page, listed under the same pseudonym, claiming his subscribing to the teachings of Jesus left me wondering what the hell?

For WR, Frenzy33 & those who we share so many mutual female friends you might consider having these girls check out his DIA profile Blaze in Cebu so they may be aware of the riches that await them should they allow him to bed them. Proceed w / caution friends. Rant over.

And not Christain either. Seems you take the Lord's word in vain. The 200 pesos would not even cover a taxi fare if the girl had come from Toldeo etc to see you.

Time to check out FB. Thanks UP for the handle information, it will be a fun evening after all.

(Jackson. Please can we have the smileys back? I would have used plenty in this FR)

Americans tend to like burritos and other Mexican foods because they contain something we in the US (and much of continental Europe) call "spices." Because of the spices, these foods have something we call "taste." I realize, as a devotee of such English delicacies as scones and beans on toast, taste is a thoroughly unfamiliar concept to you, but I will personallly take it upon myself to introduce you to "food with taste" the next time you venture to Davao. Of course, we'll stock up on beans and plain white bread in case you find the spices indigestible. After all, what are friends for?

Is it worse than divulging the ISG handle to a girl I was supporting?

Promising me he would never fuck any girl I introduce him to but then come to learn he did fuck her?

Did my best to resolve this w / him by PMS.

And given his FB is quite private its not as if I posted his name and address.

But I accept your opinion, please tell me how I might better have handled this?

Thanks for reminding me GE.

Make sure you stock up real cuisine when I visit (smiley here) so don't forget the baked beans (Heinz is best) , sauages (ie bangers) , mash potatoes, peas (mushy as well) plus toad in the hole (I will explain the delights of that when we meet!) , and good wholesome puddings such as spotted dick (again that may need an explanation!) , bread and butter pudding and semolina with lashings of jam in the middle. And don't forget the custard.

Perhaps we canb find that someone in Davao? See you soon

You have to draw the line somewhere. With the info you have anyone could find his DIA account and Facebook information.

Some lurker could contact all of his friends and make up stories about him, it could ruin his relatinships with family members, friends and co-workers.

I understand there was an interesting turn of events between two mongers on this site regarding bangN one of our fellows mongers pinay attachment. Granted it is unsportsmen like to invade another mongers territory without his permission and in No way is it necessary or right to go after a friend's girl, there are just too many to choose from. With that said I think Blaze did you a favor. You found out how far your girl's loyalty stretch's and you learn a very valuable lesson. If you want to keep your pinay girlfriend Relatively faithful then marry her but understand that as long as there is this distance between you too, then she is going to to fuck others that's just a fact. I have a pinay that I have a great relationship with I can call it a friendship I informed her that if things change for me than I might even marry her, I told her this knowing that she has a pinoy boyfriend and even if we are engage she going to fuck others. We have a realistic understanding. So if you really care for this girl forgive her, she's only human if was just sex, she may very well love you. Men have to get off this caveman fantasy about the Asian women, western culture dominates this world, she watch's soap operas and Twilight about love triangles. These women are not saints just a tad bit better than western women. I grew up around a pimp and he told me that in order to do what he does and be successful that you have to truly care for the woman your exploiting and treat everyone as a girlfriend and most importantly you have to Recondition yourself and accept that she is fuckN others. That's something the average man can't understand or handle. So, in conclusion there is no need to be vindictive towards another monger or to expose him publicly that is a greater offense than the one he committed. Recondition yourself and accept the realty.

By the way, I still have a few girls getting in touch with me on one of the chat sites, even though I have left Cebu. One has impressed me; seems authentic, is cute (have seen her on webcam, nothing naughty) , and is a student who just turned 18. Appears to just be really horny, and not overly interested in money just wants to meet a nice clean foreigner. PM me if you want contact information and are in Cebu or arriving soon. However she seems innocent and I will try not to send any of the ISG undesirables her way.

We met for lunch the other day. Wound up hanging out for the rest of the afternoon talking about living and mongering in Cebu as well in the Philippines in general. As my ulterior motive for this trip is to get an idea about living here, Frenzy was gracious enough to invite me to his home to give me a better idea of the living conditions here and, I suspect, to show off his ladies too (insert big grin). Aside from being very beautiful, they're a great bunch of girls; they're all very intelligent and articulate young ladies. My hats off to you Frenzy and thanks again!

Went into a place called 'Salon Rose' (Ayala mall, across from Pizza Hut) for a haircut. After the buzz cut, the barber massaged my scalp, shoulders, upper arms and back. This lasted about 5-6 minutes and then he finished up washing off my face and scalp with a hot towel. Is getting this type of massage after a haircut a common practice here in the Phils? Or was that something unique to this salon?

All I can say is that I left there feeling very refreshed as well as with my hair high and tight – all for 100 pesos (plus a generous tip to the barber)!

It is common and a standard practice in most salon's in the PH. They wash your face with hot towel and suck your cut hair with a vacuum cleaner in the end. Which I never knew back home could be done hehehe. Plus they do a general massage on your head and shoulders all for 100 pesos

Hi guys,

Arrived in Cebu from Manila yesterday. Staying at Kiwi, but will relocate to Waterfront in a few days. I will be staying at least a week.

Yesterday I went to Mango Ave, and visited a few bars. Vikings and BJ (BG?) , and a few others. After Manila I must say it was a bit of a dissapointment. About 20-40 girls each place and 3-4 customers. Quiet as a grave. Is this normal or did I just come at a bad time? Or am I at the wrong places? Don't get me wrong, I was very happy with the number of girls. Just seemed like every bar was about to go to sleep.

Where to go if I want a livelier place?

If I want to play golf, any advice? Read that most clubs in the Phils are members only.

And any advice on daytime activities? Aside from hanging around the malls looking at the goodies (which I will be doing aplenty).

Thank you.

Thank you.I have to ask, why wait until after you arrived in Cebu to ask questions instead of RTFF in advance and doing some of your own homework? Chances are good you will not even read the advice until after you have left Cebu, but I digress.

Bars. Cebu bars have been going downhill for awhile and if you want a good bar scene stay in Manila or go to AC. Having said that each bar is different and the number of customers will fluctuate from night-night and week-week. The hot dry summer weather ended recently in the Philippines and the start of the rainy season is here which means a smaller number of visitors.

Cebu is better known for non-pro GFE connections made online or through chance encounters while on the ground around CC. The bar scene in Cebu is for guys who have zero skill or no game in picking up filipinas or guys who want a sex for money evening without the headaches of a GF.

It's BG's not BJ's. Although a bar called BJ's might be a popular place. LOL.

If you are looking for a 'livelier place' I would head over to Julianas AKA "J-Ave" on Mango Saturday night. It's pay week in the Philipiines and there will be lots of filipinas around in need of a foreigner to buy them a tanduay ice or three. 100p entry fee includes one drink. Enjoy.

There's info posted on the 'Cebu Golf Courses' thread that deals with golf in and around Cebu. All you have to do is go read it.

Enjoy Cebu.

But Mango Square doesn't get happening until well past 10:00pm. I was there during early evening and it was pretty dead. Me and my two female companions were the only people in a karaoke joint until about 8:30pm.

At around 1:00am, you can expect good sized crowds and random girls should solicit you, some following you.

In Cebu, you have to hit the dating websites. This city is not a mongering hotspot and you have to make an effort to uncover the gems. I see Cebu less as a sex destination but a social destination where you can meet lots of girls (but sex may or may not happen).

Thank you so much for your answers!

Friday and Saturday were much more fun at the gogo bars. Tried them all this time.

Saturday went to J-Ave / Julianas. So many girls. And they wouldn't leave me alone. Absolutely awesome.

Someone told me Julianas is open every day of the week. Hope there will be some action on the weekdays as well. So far my favorite place in Cebu.

Only problem were the street children. I walked from the bars to Mango Sq, and got mobbed by them. Hands all over, trying to get into my pockets.

The reason I "complain" about the lack of other customers is that I think the girls are more fun if they have something to work for. In my experience if there are 40+ girls and only three customers, most of the girls will sit on the sofa wishing they were at home or sleeping. No real complaint though. I manage to have fun anyway.

And just to give you all a good laugh. On Saturday at 4 AM I couldn't get my girl into the Waterfront. She had no I'd. And I had been thinking about too many other things to ask her beforehand. So close to the goal but no score. My first night in the PH without a companion. Got some much-needed sleep though.

Do not walk the mango ave , you will get robbed , a taxi is 40 peso

All bars in Cebu the girls sit away from the punters, you can ask for a line up and pick who you want to buy ladies drink. If you want fun do not be cheep buy the girls drinks.

As for no I'd sounds you picked a bad apple they use that as excuses to stop girls they know who lie and thieve, never try to sneak girls in and make sure the guards see the girl a few freelancers are banned from bars and hotels due to problems, so use a condom as girls who fail hygiene also turn to freelance.

I posted on another thread about a chat I had with security at Waterfront.

They are very familiar with many of the popular bgs because they see them regularly as they pass in and out (with different guys of course hehe). They also keep tabs on the problem girls too.

Lack of an I D can sound a few warning bells for a punter so be on your guard about this.

I was at J Ave Thursday night.

Ok the Action may be there but that music if so friggen loud I cannot go in there. How does one talk with the girl when the music is so loud. Does the staff last very long at that place? Even my guts were vibrating.

Even sitting at the bar across the parking road entrance it was way too loud.

The bouncer introduced to to a pair and took them back for a 3some. One was so cute and nice titty for her size frame.

Going back to my hotel (Summit Circle) everyone was after my money, not just the kids. Pill pushers, car door openers cigarett pushers, everyone, like a gauntlet.

BTW forgot to mention.

Went to Red Lips with another white guy and had the strangest experience.

I had been warned though, by a report from Sailor Joe on Whorist. That they will ignore you. So just ask for a lineup.

We came in. Lots of lookers. Lots of potential at first sight. But as warned, we were completely ignored. Not one look our way. And the 3-4 girls "dancing" on stage, had all their attention on the mirror, all the time. Correcting their makeup and hair like they were in the bathroom. Every single one with their backs turned.

Even with the warning it was strange to be ignored to such a degree. Then I asked for a lineup. 10 mins, nothing happened. I ask again. 10 mins more, and the girls start dragging their way towards us, looking at the floor the whole time. Very reluctantly they line up, some hiding behind others. No one looking at us.

First time experience for me. What was that all about?

I even asked one of the mama-sans. Only explanation was that the girls were shy.

Do not walk the mango ave , you will get robbed , a taxi is 40 pesoI have been going to the Mango Bars for many years, often walking sometimes not. I have often walked from Julianas to Vikings and the other bars and then continued walking to Banilad, where I often stay or the Waterfront. Never ever had a problem apart from one time when I made the mistake of taking on a couple of persistent and aggressive ladyboys who would not leave me alone. Even on that occasion I courted the problem by being aggressive rather than assertive and polite. I have seen this kind of scare mongering many times here on this thread and it has already been debated endlessly before. However I never get drunk as you might as well walk round with a target on your back (same applies in many Western cities also) , I try to be assertive but polite (apart from the one occasion I mentioned) and I try always to be aware of my surroundings.

Will be back later this month for my second trip and can't wait to start having fun.

I am sure this asked before but this site is so difficult to search and find targeted information on. The fact of being able to create targeted informational threads. Oh on say,"Everything you wanted to know about malls for FLs". Instead everything is just dumped in common threads where the search is not that great.

If someone could provide comprehensive information on mall pickup, it would be greatly appreciated.

1. What' the general opinions on the best malls to visit?

2. What location (s) are the best places to haunt?

3. What are the best times to visit?

Structure could look like this:

Ayala.

Locations. A, B, C.

Best Time to visit. X-Y.

SM.

Robinsons Fuente.

Cybergate.

Country mall.

E-mall.

Gaisano locations.

Etc.

Thanks for providing a more comprehensive list of mall information.

If someone could provide comprehensive information on mall pickup, it would be greatly appreciated. The malls in Cebu do not lend themselves to this kind of summary Kckid, and that's why you need to do your homework.

As many of us have posted here time and time again, you can go to every mall every day of the week between 10am and 3 pm and you may have no luck at all and then, without warning, you get hit on 3 or 4 times in one day.

I have said here previously that the most successful times have been when I go to have a cup of coffee and a snack, read and sit back and watch the passing parade, and suddenly I have luck when I am least expecting it.
When I go with a plan to find someone it rarely happens.
I see so many expats prowling around up and down feverishly eye-balling every potential woman and the "deer-in-the-headlights" look just does not go down well, and other expats will be sniggering at you.

Anyway. Answer to your question (from my perspective)

Ayala Mall is best.

Anytime in the day, as long as you are patient.

Probably Bo's Coffee Shop on 2nd level facing the courtyard (sit outside; get a book or newspaper; take your time; look nonchalant but also look friendly (smile, don't scowl).

Be aware of prospects but be cool too if you want to meet a regular freelancer.

The hard-core pros will come straight up to you. My last visit there I was approached by a very attractive woman (not a LB) at around 4. 30 pm who asked "Hi sir. Do you want to f*k me?" This might have appealed to some but this approach is not my scene, so I politely told her I was waiting for my wife. She just said OK as though she has asked me for the time, and moved on to another victim.

Hi Guys,

I'm after a bit of advice if anybody is able to help.

For my next trip to Cebu, I'm trying to squeeze as much out of the 21 days as I can.

Now, the return leg of my flight home departs Cebu at 00. 50, a flight I presume any of you who go via Seoul will also have been on.

My question is, if technically the flight departs on the 22nd day (I. E. 50 minutes into it) would this be picked up on by passport control or as I pay to leave the country? It seems a

Waste to return a day earlier if 50 minutes is regarded as a day for those purposes, but likewise I wouldn't want to incur a fine or pay the visa extension fee, or create a problem for myself where any future entry into the country is concerned.

Hope this makes sense!

Well I take that flight, I do not know the answer. I can tell you that you need to check in two hours early. Board 20 minutes early. So you would go thru imagration before the 22nd day. But that is using logic. Logic is hard to find in RP. I would think you were safe because if you get there 50 minutes before the plane leaves you are screwed any how. You will not be on the flight. Secound thing. If you have steady get hotel near airport before leaving and just do an extra day. If in the city. Many hotels will let you stay late for a fee. Like 500 peso. You might want to ask about that before check in. Hope this helps. Also show your return ticket when arriving and ask. But that will mean nothing when you come back. Unless you did pay for an extra 60 days. But still. Do not arrive at airport 50 minutes before flight. Lots of Koreans young bucks doing stand by

Logic would dictate that it would be ok. I'll obviously be at the airport from 10pm onwards and sat by the departure gate by about 11pm. But I

Don't want to get stung by a fine, if technically I wouldn't be leaving RP until the following day.

I'll probably either a) take an alternative flight on Cathay, be) leave a day earlier or see) work permitting, make the trip something like 26 days so at least paying for the extra 60 days is at least somewhat worthwhile.

I would be interested to know if anybody has experienced this though. The last time I was there, the girl incorrectly stamped my passport upon arrival and I had 23 days stamped between arrival and necessary departure date. My trip was, coincidentally, for 23 days. When I left RP, on the date of departure stamped in my passport, the passport control guy stared at my passport for about 30 seconds, shook his head, raised his eyebrows and then handed the passport straight back to me. For that 30 seconds, I was concerned that a 'fine' of some sort would be enforced.

SexbombPhi immigration seek out the entry stamp and then only departure stamp is placed next to entry stamp. 21 days are calculated from the day of the entry stamp, not on the time entry is made. Last time in May I entered on 2 nd and departed on 23 Road. Immigration lady checked and made sure I did not stay more than 21 days. Do not know whatever happened with extending visa to 30 days?

So for example you arrive 12:45am on August 1st, your 21 day tourist visa would start on August 2nd and the visa would be valid until August 22nd. It's also common for some BI agents to grant you an extra day making your total stay 23 days if your International flight arrives later in the evening.

If you over stay the 21 day tourist visa for an extra day you will be asked to pay a fine when departing the Philippines. Gone are the days when a foreigner can sweet talk and smile his way out of paying the fine. Now it's all about collecting cash. A few months ago I witnessed a female travelling with kids pull a nasty tantrum at NAIA when she was told she over stayed an extra day and would need to pay a small fine.

Was at Cebu Macatan airport other night en route Singapore. All single girls were asked to fill in a form, pre printed and given to them by immigration officials.

Same for guys with a cutie regadless if a wife or not (one guy had wife and kid and had to sign an affadavit about sponsoring, etc)

All peopel effectively signing the form which IMHO is crazy as half the girls were alone and still allowed on board, did not see any offloaded.

Immigration also scan the passport etc of the guy as well.

For me this is new as never been asked before when with a cutie so was surprsied to see this.

PS: same flight a policeman / security official boarded the plane befoe we took off. An Indian guy had left the restaurant without paying his bill (around 2000 PHP) so came to collect. Inteeresting conversation (albeit brief)

BI had previously requested single female passengers (who they suspected of sex trafficking) and some younger male passengers (suspected of working in another SEA country without the proper stamps and the Philippine bean counters losing out on revenue) who were flying to certain destinations in SEA to fill out a form. There was no hard guideline that BI used to implement who they asked to fill out the form. It was left up to the BI agents to decide.

The fact that married filipinas who were travelling with there foreign spouse have to fill out the form is a new change in policy. Usually once BI looks around the filipinas passport and they see a few balikbayan stamps, they just process and move on to the next passenger without any questions. Thanks for the updated info.

Immigration also scan the passport etc of the guy as well.I wonder where all of that information goes. With the number of people moving in / out of the country it would be some interesting software that would be needed for anything meaningful.

I was recently in Cambodia where they match the arriving person, their finger prints and their on arrival photograph. Upon exiting the country they then match my fingerprints with my passport to make sure I was the same physical person carrying the document and leaving. I can see that they had the software and were actively working to reduce [CodeWord908] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord908).

The Phils BI approach just seems half-hearted.

So for example you arrive 12:45am on August 1st, your 21 day tourist visa would start on August 2nd and the visa would be valid until August 22nd. It's also common for some BI agents to grant you an extra day making your total stay 23 days if your International flight arrives later in the evening."The reckoning of the 21 days begins on the day after arrival in the Philippines and this visa-free stay allows for regular tourism and business meetings."

http://www.philippineconsulate.com.au/visas.html

All over the world the day of arrival and departure do count. It seems that in Philippines they exercise a different procedure.

I was not aware of it so I booked my tickets to exit on the 21st day. Next time I might use that extra day.

Thanks

I notice on the immigration form says you have to declare if carrying more than USD10,000 or more than P20,000. It's not hard to be carrying more than P20k.

I wonder where all of that information goes. With the number of people moving in / out of the country it would be some interesting software that would be needed for anything meaningful. [SNIP]

The Phils BI approach just seems half-hearted.BD,

Information? BI software? Nooooo LOL. The info goes into a file folder. A simple folder that very possibly had been passed around 87 times before it landed at the BI airport office. Nothing ever gets thrown away in the Philippines. Reuse is the mantra to great success.

The word technology for the most part has never been used at BI. A whole illegal logging operation somewhere in the Philippines forks over there truckload of logs on a daily basis just to provide the required three photocopies of everything. Photocopy paper rules the Philippines, not microchips or cloud technology.

It's not hard to be carrying more than P20k.No need to carry around the kind of money to enter the Philippines. Just carry enough pesos (mostly in smaller bills) to get you through the first few days. I think 10000p should be enough. Go to a Citibank or HSBC or other well known ATM to withdraw pesos as needed. I often withdraw the max at Citibank to cut down on ATM fees (15000p).

Technically you are supposed to report if you are bringing in pesos and-or US currency in excess of the limit, but many bring it in and few report. Just don't bring in a suitcase full of bills or so many bills that you need a rubber band to hold your bank roll.

BI might also request to see that you have the means to support yourself (pesos or other currency) while you are in the Philippines. This has never happened to me personally but technically they could ask.

I proposed a small technology use at a local institution in which many people are utilised preparing monthly reports. I pointed out that it could easily be done in MYOB in about 3 minutes. I could feel the silence as everyone realised that lots of very nice people would be out of a job for the price of the software. Not something I was going to implement or the govt boffin. I do have so much to learn.

But technology for handling the data matching and effectiveness of BI. Now that is a great project. Would cost $$, would increase trade, would reduce dodgy trade barriers etc etc. But this is not the forum for that.

As for taking honeys out of the country on holiday. Something I want to investigate more.

I am wondering why you are "just wondering"?

I am not being a smart ass. I am just intrigued why you need intel on a 7/11.

My experience has been that "you see one you see them all". At least that's my experience in Manila and Australia.

I agree 100 percent. Cebu is slowly starting to look just like all the other places, and the queen city of the south is losing it's small city charm. Cebu is changing and not for the better IMO.

No ATM fees if you withdraw from HSBC apart from any imposed by your own card issuerThat was exactly my point. ATM fees imposed by my bank card issuer. Not everyone is a HSBC client and should be aware to withdraw the max to cut down on related bank fees.

My point also was to stick to well-known banking ATM's when withdrawing funds. Any mishap such as the machine eatting your card, brownout, and-or an ATM machine malfunction where the machine debits your account but does not dispense any pesos (a problem in the Philippines) can be dealt with quicker when using a multinational bank ATM or one of the stronger Philippine banks such as BPI and BDO.

Use one of the regional Philippine bank ATM's at your peril. I say this because every few months a smaller Philippine bank goes bust and if the bank ATM you use is one of those banks and they are in the process of defaulting you will have a hard time proving and getting your money back if the ATM does not dispense any pesos.

I used three different cards from three different banks same time Same amount on same machine and then checked my charges. The cheapest one was always my old Greek bank. Maybe this is one of the reasons they are broke now. lol The worst was always HSBC.

WR,

BI had previously requested single female passengers (who they suspected of sex trafficking) and some younger male passengers (suspected of working in another SEA country without the proper stamps and the Philippine bean counters losing out on revenue) who were flying to certain destinations in SEA to fill out a form. There was no hard guideline that BI used to implement who they asked to fill out the form. It was left up to the BI agents to decide. It is the loss of fees for POEA and all the OFW seminars etc that they want to catch and collect. Always comes back to revenue and cash. From talking to some people appears many have visas for work in other SEA countriesbut want to avoid what they seem as unnecessary 'seminars' that the government insists they attend (many apparently only held in Manila) for which there is a fee. SO they go to the new country as a tourist then convert to OFW on arrival thus avoiding the fees and the incredibly long tme it takes to process all this extra paperwork.

Only in the Philippines.

Only in the Philippines.Except that when things go belly-up, as they usually do for undocumented filipinos working abroad, they run to the government pleading for help.

A huge percentage of the filipinos in deep shit in Syria are UN-DOCUMENTED. They are now pleading for repatriation.

The Head of BOI was on local TV yesterday discussing this very problem.

He indicated that it was OK for workers to do direct contracting rather than through an agent IF THEY KNEW THE JOB WAS LEGIT, but often it is not. He just requested that they register with POEA so that GoP knows they are overseas.

Employers in foreign countries LOVE the pinoys and pinays who come unregistered. They rip them off mercilessly. They are a bit more circumspect when there is an official document.

I spoke with a woman yesterday who was undocumented and worked in a Gulf state Hard Rock Cafe. The manager, another filipina, ripped her off to the extent that her 28, 000 per month (php) promised salary became just 12, 000 per month through sheer theft by the manager. When she complained about the situation to the owner the manager kicked her out. The owner did nothing.

She went to the Philippines authorities but they could not do anything as she had no official papers but at least they helped her get back home.

Now she is working abroad again and is a strict advocate for being registered by POEA.

I agree that the seminars etc that they require are often seen as useless by us but at the end of the day filipinos get shafted by everybody.

Only in the Philippines. On a related point, was reading South China Morning Post yesterday in HK. Was telling the story that many helpers, after working in HK for 5 years have less money than when they arrived in HK. Reason being they become guarantors for other peoples loans, they lend money to one of their OFW with the usual sob stories (yes they rip each other off same as they try to rip us off LOL) or just waste it on expensive presents when they go back home.

Some of the seminars they attend in Manila do actually tell them to only spend what they can afford, but it seems to fall on deaf ears often.

Was in Beijing this week and due to rain stopped in a small Italian restaurant. And of course the waitress there is Pinay. Ask here if she got the job thru an agent, she says no. Ask her if she has a permit to work in China, she says no.

Ask her how she got to Beijing, said she took a flight to Macau and arranged a China tourist visa from there. Sadly she was short and fat otherwise I'm sure I would been asking her a whole lot more!

Pinays being ripped off by pinays / pinoys is part of Filipino culture and I can give you many examples, especially with domestic helpers (DHs). They go through all the seminars etc and still end up in some Middle East countries where the agent makes them sign a new contract at 50% less. Naïve etc they do and then work 7 days a week. Very typical and is why the Philippines and some ME countries still to agree on DH contracts (main issue is that the locals won't pay 15, 000 PHP a month and give a day off saying they can get Africans for 50% and no days off.)

In the UAE I am told salaries are becoming lower as so many Filipinos looking for work that the employers take advantage. Example no medical coverage (illegal) , no ticket home (illegal)

The other main problem is the Philippine Embassy and Missions who IMHO are not active enough to stop. When I last asked a few years ago the UAE mission had 43 runaways in its accommodation waiting for someone to send cash to send them home.

I know of a pinay who did this for a relative, who promptly took the cash and departed for PI never to be seen again. Banks and police are chasing her but I have some friends in the country advising her so while she is not in jail (as she can't pay the monthly instalments and live at the same time) , she is managing to keep them away. This was a close relative who she told me she 'trusted'

Met a pinoy waiter last night in KL and chatted to him. He earns around 30, 000 PHP a month and could not survive unless he was single. Said he is there illegally, is buying visa he said etc.

Another I know paid an agent 60, 000 PHP for a job in SEA but so far earns 15, 000PHP as only part time work. Go figure.

FF I think you should have been more magnanimous and taken one for the team with the waitress as she clearly needed help. Or least a huge tip (and I don t mean shave your pussy and lose weight LOL)

She was there on a "student visa". If you meet many Pinays in KL you will find those who are living in KL are also all on student visas. They enroll in a school, pay the minimum student tuition deposit to get the visa and then never go to the school. Tried and tested trick to get a long stay visa in many countries.

Whilst the agents in Manila are very avaricious and shark like, the Indonesian agents can be even worse. Its quite common for a DH in HK, to give up the first 6 months of her salary to pay the agent fees.

the administration who looks after these cases in both countries are a joke, paid and brought off by the royal family sponsored companies. i'm sometimes astonished by the exact degree of cheating and lies that governments and recruitment agencies shell out in both countries to its own people. its almost perfect that these scams work in both countries 5000 miles apart with different country and culture...they dish out the exact bs to both countries and get away with it...

1. Meeting girls for dates and then validating them via a webcam.

2. Looking for webcam fun.

Would the freewebcams site work for this fun? I think they have an asian offshoot website which can be selected by country. I doubt it would get down to selection by City though.

Some of the girls I've met on various dating website are happy to go to Yahoo Messenger for web chat. Each girl has their favourite webcam program that they understand. Sometimes it is easier to just install the various alternate cam programs ie Skype, Google, whatever. The alternative trying to get them to install new software, setup an account takes a lot of patience. I can be installed and registered a lot quicker. I think even Facebook has webchat now.

University is not free in Australia unless she has a scholarship (competitive) and her study will be strictly monitored too. If she doesn't attend classes or shows that she is there for reasons other than study she will be kicked out AND black-listed too. Most of the SE Asian girls studying English in Australia come from wealthy families or they are smart girls (Vietnamese, Indonesian, Filipina, etc) who have won scholarships or are on the Australian Government Development Scholarships scheme.

The fact that she has applied twice and been rejected means she is flagged on the list and any 3rd application will be watched closely.

Pinays have a rose-colored view of Australia and don't believe me when I say that I it is very expensive to live in Australia. Your final sentence is your own very good reason why you should not "sponsor" her. If you do there is no way you can avoid having to provide a letter of support for her with your name and passport number. I know how difficult it was to get my (then gf now wife) a visa for her first trip. After the first one was granted we have returned at least twice a year.

I never found any in Cebu when I had the same very bad idea that you have. Almost all were in Manila or around that area. The local authorities have an extremely dim view of girls working on webcam sites. This is why there are no longer any private rooms in the cyber cafes.

Having experienced how unbelievably easy it is to meet girls in Cebu, I realized that spending money on webcam chats trying to hunt down a girl who was living in Cebu and was interested in meeting me was a waste of time and money. There are a few individuals on this forum who seem to not have anything better to do with their time than spend every waking hour chatting with girls on DIA for months and months (check the Chat Rooms & Pen Pals thread). They then try to analyze who is a scammer, who is a lady boy, who will actually meet them, how large the boobs are etc. etc.. You might want to join this "club of losers". However if you actually HAVE A LIFE and will actually be TRAVELING TO CEBU, simply read the forum and don't worry. Even if you look like Quasimodo, as long as you have $30 or $40 bucks to spend (at the very most), you will find plenty of company.

By the way, congratulations on paying your $19.95 so that you can send and receive PMs. This is very useful since some forum members can help fix you up if you need a little help.

I was going to catch up with her again when I'm in Ph later this month. Maybe I might have to reconsider that. I think being a cynic and looking after her when I was in Cebu previously is OK. They create fake filipina profiles, then give out the profiles to any and all. They say "oh but she seems so nice and horny, if only I can visit her but I cannot right now so I give out her profile and small background info as an offering to those more fortunate to be visiting the RP soon". Boooo-Hoooo hooooo.

To the guys who took the bait and contacted the filipinas on offer, you better have been wise enough to use a fake name on your dating profile and give out a monger use FB and YM profile and to keep your life back in your country of residence private. Otherwise if you give out your personal info to trolls or NGO parasites disguised as simple filipinas you could be in for more 'fun' than you expected.

Despite rumours to the contrary the immigration still gave me a 21 day visa on arrival.

Seems that the recently announced increase in tourists in the first half of this year (all over the news) could mean the government won't change the rules (?) as lots more people are still visiting regardless. Bizarre logic if it does happen but this is PI and there is no logic to many thingsYes, the tourist visa is currently still 21 days. The increase to 30 days has no firm implementation date.

At least the departure tax (200 php) in Manila is now (as from August 1) included in the ticket. Not sure about Cebu yet.

If ticket was booked before Aug 1, it still must be paid as before at the regular windows.

Always have to be sure I have just enough pesos left to cover airport taxi and that tax.

Makes me laugh how they have that counter, carefully hand the tax tix to me and then in less than another metre it is collected by another person. Having the airlines include it will dramatically improve the net bottom line to the airport assuming they reduce staff accordingly.

Ohh. Not that easy, I just Googled it for more info as the days pass on, new stuff comes up.

http://manilastandardtoday.com/2012/08/02/airport-fee-rules-clarified/

Airport fee rules clarified.

THE Manila International Airport Authority has started integrating the P200 domestic terminal fee in the airline tickets but clarified that it only covers departures from Terminals 2, 3 and 4 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines clarified that domestic passengers boarding at all other airports will still have to pay the terminal fee at designated counters of their airport of origin.

The terminal fee for international airline companies, according to MIAA General Manager Angel Honrado, shall eventually be included in the cost of a ticket when the second phase of the integration project gets implemented.

Had a member send me a few DIA profiles via PM. He told me "tell her you are a friend of (insert name)." I assume he sent the same profile message to a few ISG members and used a different name on each message to make it easy to tell who was who. I deleted the message and did not bother to check out the profiles.

The sharing of DIA or other contact info on p4p girls from one senior member to another (with the girls approval) has been happening forever on ISG and has resulted in many happy encounters. Alot of the senior members have met one another or have mutual friends on the board and most of the time things go smooth. The red flags start to go up when a newbie wants to help me out and I don't know him from a bucket of spicy chicken joy.

A 36yr old filipina and a 46yr old male from the USA have been arrested in Cebu for pimping out her 14 and 15yr old daughters and according to one of the daughters the mom and the 46yr old dude also sold there younger siblings back in Leyte.

I dunno WTF that guy was thinking, but if the story is true he will have alot of time to think in jail. He might want to brush up on his dance moves because he will be dancing to Michael Jackson in his orange jumpsuit the rest of his life.

Another example of a foreigner who got off the plane and thought no one would notice or care what he did because he was in a third-world country. NGO's will use this story to publicize and promote there mission statement for the next 24months.

'We saw her mother (Dina) on Pelaez St. Standing together with the American national. Her older sister was there, prompting us to arrest their mother, ' added Timagos.

Based on their investigation, Timagos said Jane's older sister was pimped, prompting them to rescue her.

I have searched this section but didnot see anything recent. Will be traveling to Cebu for the first time ever! What's the situation there in a nutshell? I understand there is Mango square area with bars. What girly bars are good and what can you get there? What are the rules and the scams? I have been to Thailand a few times, is it similar?

What about freelancers in the mall? What's the standard gift amount? How about asking a girl to accompany you to a resort for a few days? How much should I be awarding her?

Thanks for help in advance!

I follow this section closely and there are usually 3 or 4 helpful posts EVERY day about Cebu.

All of your questions are answered in the top 3 Cebu threads. You need to search back around 2 or 3 pages on each thread.

The situation "in a nutshell" is that Cebu is a very hot mongering destination as the threads testify

Went to the bars and none would admit allowing bar fines. I am sure there is a way around it but I would not bother. Found yet another hottie in Mango Square tonight from 1. 5 hours north of Cebu. She comes in on weekends to meet tourists. Inexperienced so I needed to be a bit tolerant-ended sex session a bit prematurely. Yet really pretty, soft skin. 19 yo, totally non-pro acting (although pro technically). Spent the day with a 20 yo DIA girl who it turns out dated one of Roger's mates 2 weeks ago. Thanks to Frenzy and Roger for their advise. They are both gentlemen and scholars.

"The reckoning of the 21 days begins on the day after arrival in the Philippines and this visa-free stay allows for regular tourism and business meetings."

http://www.philippineconsulate.com.au/visas.html

All over the world the day of arrival and departure do count. It seems that in Philippines they exercise a different procedure.

I was not aware of it so I booked my tickets to exit on the 21st day. Next time I might use that extra day.

ThanksIf you take a look in your passport, you can check out your prior Philippine arrival stamps. Each is dated the day you arrive and also has a date for your departure entered. That day has always been 21 days after my entry date. For example: Arrived July 5, Departure date July 26.

.but there are a few forum members who have been agonizing over DIA girls for months and seem to have not even come close to purchasing their airline tickets. I am referring to these guys. Then I must fully agree. If there are actually guys chatting with females and pretending that they will visit the Philippines, it is just really sad. To call such a man a looser, would be too harsh, David. That guy is just a very sad and selfish wreck. I think I do not follow ISG close enough because I never detected any users that I suspected to live purely a monger fantasy life behind the keyboard. I read about them, but never manage to figure out whom people refer to.

I work behind the computer and enjoy to have some social site on one monitor. Association contacts are fun. And sometimes it takes 2-3 months before I meet the girl, but the advantage is that you know each other well and do not have to waste valuable field time before ripping the panties of her teenage body. To seduce via the chat or a social site is an art. A tier 1 teenage girl will be easier for me to work on a social site than to catch her on the fly, and chat her up. If I only apply this strategy I will end up with the ones that used to be tier 1, at best. At least a part (the best part) of the girls I aim for, will require me to be a bit more dedicated. I understand the strategy of logging into some sites just 2-3 weeks before you land, but for some places and some type of girls, it will just not work well enough. Some girls will need to know you well to feel comfortable. We need to adapt the strategy to the target group, right? I find that you can most often forget that you chat up a teen model or prepare a virgin (a real one and not the fantasy virgins I read about here) mentally in just 2 weeks. Maybe Cebu is different from other places I have been, but the 5-6 times I was in Cebu I mostly met teenage and 21-22 year old pros that I in all honesty I would reject in another setting. The one girl I really liked would only agree to jerk me off because she felt she did not know me well enough to let me open up her tiny little pussy (and now she has a baby so that train left the station).

I have had spotty luck with the mall freelancers. Since they usually stay for only one pop, I give them 1k plus a hundred for taxi. If I've been treated very well, I tend to go to 1, 500.

The beach gals, you should probably think about the same, but of course you'll be paying for all her food, transport, expenses and maybe a swimsuit or t'shirt here or there. The last gal I took to the beach had a regular job and wouldn't take any money. But of course I paid for all expenses. I tend to give my beach date a few thousand right up front. Partly to give them peace of mind, but also if my wallet goes missing, we still have some money.

A lot of the bar girls won't go to the beach unless you pay some kind of long-term bar fine. I prefer to find a gal online. Good luck. X.

B.Thanks for the good post Barba, written from the heart. This sentence stood out to me. I have visited Cebu three times in the past 9 months. Easy to find mall girls and online dates using the websites 2-3 weeks out- which has been by MO each time. But now, there is one lady whom I have dated twice, she likes me well enough to give me a BBBJ but not well enough to get into her pussy. Now, on my next trip she will date me again and promises to stay the night.

What is interesting though is the various tiers that we have to work through. Landing into town for a few days will not grant access to the higher tiers. Too fast for the quality ladies.

But to be fair though, some of the girls whom do accommodate our short term punting plans are still pretty awesome!

With my limited Cebu experience I am still awestruck by the talent pool.

I have posted earlier about by MO of connecting via the dating sites 2 weeks out. On each of my visits there is always such a new pool of talent looking to meet up.

When I try and contact prospects that I didn't meet just three months ago, their mobiles don't answer or are disconnected. Yep, they do change numbers frequently but I also thinking many of them don't date like this anymore, have met a partner (you!) or have simply moved on. In each case though they have been replaced with new babes.

When I browse dating sites here on home soil, they are the same ladies whom have been there for years.

The Philippines is just such a rich vein of talent.

Happy times.

Round trip taxi fare to Toledo should be between 1200-1500php but of course they will start out asking for more. Argao around 2000+. Bus or V-hire would be the more sensible way to go but if you insist on a taxi, call Ken's or Scorpion taxi service as they are straight shooters. They do not have the the means for a bus-ride and they haven't asked me for "help".

A taxi would give me control of their arrival (or not) and I can plan my day better, with the ones I am with. (I wouldn't want to have wasted a day in anticipation / expectation and all the grief that goes with the 269 texts of the adventure.)

Noted the belief that only prostitutes & foreigners ride taxis. Not good for the girls.

If you happen to take any regular medication bring double your needs in case of loss or theft. In most Southeast Asian countries, excluding Singapore, you can buy many medications over the counter without a doctor's prescription, but it can be difficult to find some of the newer drugs, particularly the latest antidepressant drugs, contraceptive pills and blood-pressure medications.Read more:

It's more expensive but it's better than the fake crap they sell outside Robinsons and around Fuente. Try Mercury drugs right on Fuente. If they refuse go into another pharmacy and you should get what you want.

I have also found that male pharmacy assistants rarely ask me for a prescription, but many females will ask. Sometimes you have no control over who serves you because of the priority number system but getting a guy to serve you helps. I would also suggest you write down the name of the drug you want on a small slip of paper and include the generic equivalent if you are shy. Sometimes there can be as many as 30 people waiting at the counter and asking for VIAGRA in front of everyone will bring about some strange looks from the mostly older aunties and lola's.

Wikipedia tells me:

Viagra pills are blue and diamond-shaped with the word "Pfizer" engraved on one side, and "VGR xx" (where xx stands for "25", "50" or "100", the dose of that pill in milligrams) engraved on the other. The dose of sildenafil for erectile dysfunction is 25 mg to 100 mg taken not more than once per day between 30 minutes and 4 hours prior.

If you are shy write it on a slip of paper and hand it over when your priority number is called. Most of the places like Mercury drugs might only carry one size tablet and the pharmacist will return with the boxes and inform you about tablet size options (if any). I would inquire about the price at that time before handing over any money because some pharmacies price per box and some are per tablet.

Just showed that to the female attendant as there were no males around. A few minutes later I walked out with a supply 4 tabs. They were happy to sell me whatever.

I was a little surprised at the price though. It was about P3, 000 for 4 50mg tabs.

Anyway, girl #2 showed. She seemed to have a good night and morning.

Happy hunting guys.

Hey, I am planning another trip to Cebu I September, perhaps combined with an Angeles City visit. Last time I met the nicest girls / had the best time in the Mango Ave girlybars but also had two successful DIA hookups and some good times at Juliana's at mango Square mall, now called J. Ave I see, all in all I had a good time in Cebu!

I have started the DIA and tagged. Com hunt as I find it pretty entertaining / exciting to do some of the work before the actual trip hehe, but I need an advice I was contacted by a "joeven" on DIA, saying she wants discreet sex but I am suspicious when she asked me about my cock size and when I gave here the length and girth in centimeters she wanted me to convert it to inches, I thought it was almost only Americans that used inches? Do some phils girls don't know the metric system? I don't want to sit and flirt online with some fat american bloke haha

By posting her DIA I'd she is now going to have a ton of people atleast going to her profile and perhaps plenty of takers. With no photo, I would definately cam with this girl and careful she is married.

I would not worry about her asking your cock size, also plenty of metric conversion websites.

Inches and you should cam then that way you will know it is not a fat American guy or worse (?) a LB. Always C2C as the only way and if no cam don't bother IMHO.

Girls always ask size wherever in the world you LOL

I've taken my own when going to Cebu, but would not mind buying locally if not too steep in price. How much does that place charge?

Thanks guys, she seems pretty believable in our mail conversations, she sent photos that looked "real" etc, perhaps I do some cam-session later but I am not too worried as I am not spending too much time / effort on any particular DIA girl. But I got surprised about her using inches, all I found on internet pointed to Phils using metrics system?

Cam with this person, call her on YM or Skype and hear the voice. If you don't you maybe surprised / disappointed. One of my good ISG mates who told me he could spot a LB at a "thousand yards" was 'surprised' twice in Cebu as he broke his own rules. He relied on the DIA / FC picture not a C2C session. I found it amusing but he did not LOL

Day 4, Tuesday: Cebu.

I didn't sleep well as my meeting with Lina in Manila Bay Café was playing on my mind. The walls are thin in Amazonia so I lay awake listening to the groans coming from the room next door. The man definitely wanted value for money. After they'the fucked for the second time the girl wanted to sleep and an argument ensued. Minutes later the headboard was banging against my wall again.

In the morning I took a metered taxi from Ermita to Terminal 3 of Nino Aquino airport. The driver was a character. We talked the whole journey and he told me about his 19 year old niece who is a nurse."She is very beautiful" he told me,"would you like her mobile number?". The flight took an hour and as ever I was impressed by the quality of stewardesses that Cebu Pacific employ. I got a taxi from the front of Mactan Airport and felt excited to be back in Cebu. I'd enjoyed my visit two years ago and wondered whether I would meet any girls of the same quality.

Once again I stayed at BEVERLEY BOUTIQUE HOTEL. It was formerly known as Eddies but has rebranded itself as a business / boutique hotel to attract higher paying customers. When I told the taxi-driver 'Beverley Boutique' I was greeted with a blank stare. I explained where it was (on F. Manalo, next to Iglesia Ni Cristo church) and he said "Ah, you mean Eddies"! It's the perfect location for the Mango gogo bars and is girl-friendly. My standard room cost 1480 pesos per night. It had air-con, its own bathroom and a TV but it didn't have a safe or fridge.

It was early evening so after a shower and a meal in the excellent restaurant downstairs, it was time for me to hit the gogo bars. The main gogo area in Cebu is located on General Maxilom Avenue, next to the huge Iglesia Ni Cristo church. On one side of the road is Viking, BG's Bar and Erik The Red, all of which look deceptively small from the outside but are large inside. The next block contains Planet X (formerly Hot Rod) and Sisters. On the opposite side of the street are Pussycats, Dimples, Love City and Papillon. They look more impressive with bright neon signs but two years ago only Pussycats impressed me. The others were over-priced and despite being aimed at big-spending Koreans, they had the same quality of girls as the cheaper bars over the road. This is the main concentration of gogo bars in Cebu although a short walk away are Lone Star and Red Lips, both of which I planned to visit.

The time was 8. 30pm when I walked down the stairs and entered VIKING. It's a large basement filled with red sofas facing a stage. Only one girl was dancing with half a dozen sat on couches at the side. I sat on a stool at the bar and bought myself a San Miguel light for 50 pesos. It's not the easiest bar to survey the talent as the girls sit in a dark corner but I was soon joined by a pretty girl called Nerce (an 8/10 on my scale). She was 22 and as well as long curly hair and a sexy figure, she had a bubbly personality. I bought her a lady-drink for 150 pesos and we played pool. She beat me in one frame by wiggling her bum in my line of vision as I tried to pot the black. It worked, she had a nice bum. I decided that she'd be a good option for later. By the time I left at 9. 30pm the place was busy with customers. There were probably 20 girls in total, including a few very pretty ones.

Next door is BG'S BIKINI BAR. It's a more intimate venue that gives you a better view of the girls. Only one was dancing, a fair-haired girl with large, firm (but almost certainly fake) tits. 20 girls were crowded on to the couches in front of the stage, some of whom were very attractive. I bought a San Miguel for 60 pesos and waited for the big-boobed blond to finish dancing. Disappointingly, she went to sit with a customer at the back of the room. Two Korean men walked in and had the mamasan line all of the girls up in front of them so they could choose their companion. The girl next to me said "Koreans rude, no respect" which sums up my opinion of them.

It gave me chance to survey the talent and I was impressed. My favourite was a cute girl who looked fresh to the business. The bar-fine in BG's is 1700 pesos, great value considering the quality of girls.

Two years ago I fucked a girl from Hot Rod, who memorably turned out to be a virgin. Hot Rod is now PLANET X. There is a square stage in the centre, surrounded by comfy seating. Three girls were dancing on the stage when I walked in and about 30 were dotted around the bar. All were young. I ordered a beer (65 pesos) and immediately a girl with a 7/10 face and a 9/10 body sat next to me. Her name was Gemma and she was very flirty, rubbing her hand up and down my leg. A waitress asked whether I'd like to buy her a lady-drink. When I agreed the waitress said "Baileys. 300 pesos, is that okay sir?". I know I could have insisted on a 'single' for 150 pesos but I don't like looking a cheapskate in front of a girl I might want to fuck later. Gemma gave lots of sexy vibes so I asked about her bar-fine. It was 2000 pesos but she suggested that we could meet at my hotel when she finished work at 3. 30am. It would save me paying the bar-fine and she'd get more too, without the bar taking their cut. (please note, for the sake of this diary, I've changed her name to Gemma to protect her in case the management at Planet X ever read this). I knew I'd be asleep by then so suggested we could meet next afternoon and I'd pay her 1500 for 2 hours. We agreed to meet at 1. 30pm at Bo's Coffee Shop.

Planet X is a mixed bag. It has a great layout with more girls than other Mango gogo bars and some pretty ones too. But it's more expensive and there is too much pressure to buy lady-drinks.

It was 10. 30pm and time to pick a girl. There were a few candidates but my favourite was Nerce as she seemed likely to provide the 'girlfriend sex' I was after. I entered Viking but couldn't see her. I asked a waitress but was told that Nerce was 'absent' which I interpreted to mean that she'd been bar-fined. That's the danger when you like to bar-hop like me.

I returned to BG's and watched a sleazy girl with tattoos gyrate sexily on stage. She had big tits and a slutty appeal with far too much make-up, but when she finished she walked to another customer. It was a shame, she'd be an interesting fuck. Standing nearby at the bar was a tall girl with pale skin who looked Japanese. I bought her a lady-drink (150 pesos) and we chatted. Her name was Angel and she was good fun, the type who'd probably provide a good service. I decided that she'd be a good choice so paid her 1700 peso bar-fine. I hoped Angel might be a devil in the bedroom as we left hand-in-hand.

It took two minutes for us to walk back to my hotel. As soon as she entered my room her personality changed. I switched the TV on so that we could find a movie on 'Star Movies' (she told me that she loves movies in the bar) but she acted surprised."You want to watch a movie?" she said,"I'm here for short-time, you need to ask in bar if you want longer". Her cold business-like attitude was a turn-off. You expect it in Amsterdam ("50 Euros, suck and fuck, two positions") but not in Asia. Last time I was in Cebu all three girls I bar-fined stayed all night without question.

It went down-hill from there. She told me that she hated her job and that she cried the first time she had a customer, an old Japanese man. One of my rules of sex tours is that I will never fuck a girl who doesn't want to be in the industry but on the other hand, I'd paid her bar-fine and if she doesn't want to fuck customers, she's in the wrong job. When I pointed this out to her she told me that she had a kid and was doing it for him.

I weighed up the situation and told her that my only option was to take her back to the bar and get a refund on the bar-fine."But I'll get in to trouble" she said sadly. She was expecting me to pay her bar-fine and get nothing in return! I stood up and told her to put her clothes back on.

She quickly changed her tune. She pulled me towards her and a few minutes later I was fucking her. She groaned loudly, a loud, fake groan, like she was trying to make me finish sooner. We did a few positionss and as I was fucking her doggy-style, she looked over her shoulder and said "finish, okay?". Again it reminded me of fucking a prostitute in Amsterdam's red light district. I told her 'you on top' and she rode me to a climax. As we were getting changed afterwards she told me that in three months she'd only slept with six customers.

What a strange experience. I'd wanted 'girlfriend sex' but I'd got a girl with attitude who hated her job (in stark contrast to how fun and flirty she had been in the bar!). On the plus side, it was my fourth fuck of the trip and I had seen some pretty girls on my bar-crawl, some of whom would be good options for another night. I'd also arranged a daytime meet with Gemma from Planet X for the next day. Things were happening.

(The previous three days appeared on the Manila thread. Please note that my visit was in March this year but I haven't had chance to post it before now).

Only a 'size queen' would ever ask for your measurements before meeting, and most of those are chubby western woman looking to fill up their rather large void.

Unless the crying game is to your taste drop this one. I would also encourage you to cam-cam with all filipinas before meeting to check that her looks matches her profile pic as others have suggested.

A few minutes of chat and cam time is priceless.

Thank you Sir Lancelot for your play by play. I've been there, done that, but it's interesting nevertheless. Since some of the Cebu bars were recently raided, it's probably not such a good idea to be so explicit about the p4p situation, but I guess it can't be helped.

I do want to make a few comments about what you wrote below. I also find it annoying when they do the lineup, but like you it has given me an opportunity to size up the dancers. In AC they typically put as many gals on stage as possible, but in a big place like Viking, you often see one at a time.

As for the stereotype about Koreans, I see plenty of Koreans sitting and chatting and spending money with the gals. I like to chat with the girls and get to know them, but for someone with no English skills this might be a waste of time and money. I also see that many of the gals who get in the lineup are doing their best to get picked. So not all of the ladies are as discerning as the one you talked to. And lastly, this wouldn't happen if the bars didn't allow it, or more likely, didn't encourage it.

We agreed to meet at 1. 30pm at Bo's Coffee Shop. You did the right thing to change her name, many locals read ISG and if she still works at the bar this would cause trouble for her. I don't know if you exchanged CP numbers with her, but if you didn't chances of her showing up would be under 50percent because you have never barfined her before. But I wait for your confirmation on that.

Past performance does not dictate future performance. Two years is a long time in the life-cycle of a bar scene and things change. Also 300p for a LD, that's on the high end IMO but to each there own and you are spending your money. From my experience a BG would respect you MORE if you told her she was only allowed the regular LD instead of the more expensive option, but YMMV.

I returned to BG's and watched a sleazy girl with tattoos gyrate sexily on stage. She had big tits and a slutty appeal with far too much make-up, but when she finished she walked to another customer. I want to dress you up in heels and tback and take lots of naughty pics. I want you to stay all night and I want to use sextoys and spank your ass some. I want to pull on your hair and for you to give me BBBJ and you to swallow my cum, is that ok with you? I am looking for sweet GFE and PSE with no drama." Simple.

I doubt she had only 6 customers in three months, more like 6 customers in two weeks. When she was trying to pull a runner, you should of gone with your first instinct. Bring her back to the bar, it's only 400ft from the hotel. She clearly only wanted your cash not your johnson. Any sex that happened after you told her you were going to take her back to the bar would of been robotic filipina starfish motions.

And lastly, this wouldn't happen if the bars didn't allow it, or more likely, didn't encourage it.Because they spend cash (lots) have small dicks don't last long etc. We all know the stories but I know a few bar girls who all say the same.

The Koreans smell bad (due to eating too much smelly Korean food am told) but "who care when it lasts 2 minutes sir WR and they pay big".

Our (ie westerner) problem is generally the reverse. We don't pay as high, we have much larger dicks and want to shag forever or multiple times.

While am about it and bars in Cebu. Was in Thailand recently and the bars there are not tame as we know and far more naughty than Cebu but as Thailand does need USA finance the NGOs won't go there. But what will happen when Subic is again taken over by the US military. Will the NGOs make it an exclusion zone or will those busy bodies go and work somewhere else. Interesting conundrum?

And lastly, this wouldn't happen if the bars didn't allow it, or more likely, didn't encourage it.Thanks for the compliment. Regarding Koreans, I don't mean to stereotype and later in my diary I compliment a Korean guy who was a lot of fun and had all of the girls in a small bar in Angeles in hysterics with his antics. But he was an exception and I think a lot of their behavior is disrespectful to the girls. I actually don't mind them lining up the girls because this is how they seem to do things and, as you say, the bars seem to encourage it. It might be quite ruthless but it's also a good way to see the talent on offer as quickly as possible.

What irritates me is when a Korean man walks in to a gogo bar, right up to the stage, checks each of the girls and then walks out. This must have happened at least a dozen times on my trip and it's only ever elderly Korean men who do this (maybe they go to the front of the stage because their eyesight isn't very good?). I know for a fact that the girls find it very rude.

I don't know if you exchanged CP numbers with her, but if you didn't chances of her showing up would be under 50 percent because you have never barfined her before. But I wait for your confirmation on thatI didn't swap cellphone numbers with Gemma so I wasn't holding my breath for her to show up. As you'll see in the diary I will post later, you and I were totally right to be sceptical, she didn't show up!

Also 300p for a LD, that's on the high end IMO but to each there own and you are spending your money. From my experience a BG would respect you MORE if you told her she was only allowed the regular LD instead of the more expensive option, but YMMV.Great point about the lady-drink. My stance is that I will pay for a double if it's a girl I really want to bar-fine as she'll see me as generous and know that there is a good tip for her next morning if she performs well. But the respect issue is something I hadn't considered. These girls are very shrewd and definitely respect money.

You should of made your expectations clear to her in the bar BEFORE paying for the barfine…I agree that listing expectations in the bar beforehand is a guaranteed way of getting what you want but we all have different modus operandi. I think that if you treat a girl like a hooker, she will act like one. I like to make it as informal and relaxed as possible and in my experience it's much more likely to lead to the 'girlfriend experience'. Of course sometimes my instincts about a girl are proved wrong, as this incident shows. However, bear in mind that this was my first night back in Cebu after a two year absence. Two years earlier all three girls I bar-fined stayed 'long-time' without me even having to ask. A lot has changed in two years. As you'll see as my diary progresses, I've realized that now you MUST stipulate 'long-time' or otherwise you'll have a 'Dexy' on your hands (midnight runner).

Your info is 6months old and the bar scene has changed. My apologies but I did have a very good reason. I wanted to contribute something to this forum though, given how many questions I asked!

Day 5, Wednesday: Cebu.

After a lie-in and leisurely breakfast I walked to ROBINSONS to meet Gemma, the girl I'd met in Planet X the night before. Robinsons is located on Osmena roundabout and it was 1. 25pm when I arrived. Bo's Coffee Shop is situated on the 1st floor in the central walkway, offering a good view of shoppers walking past. I ordered a coffee and sat down at a table. We had arranged to meet at 1. 30pm but I knew it would be a miracle if Gemma showed up on time ('Filipino time' stipulates that Filipino's must be at least 30 minutes late for any given appointment). I sipped my coffee and read a book until 2pm but there was no sign of her. I saw some attractive female shoppers walk past but no Gemma. I waited until 2. 45pm before I gave up and left.

Although I'd hoped to get some afternoon action, Gemma's 'no show' wasn't unexpected. It summed up what has been a frustrating start to this trip. Manila Bay Café had been disappointing and my time in Cebu had started badly too, with Angel's poor performance last night and now being stood up by Gemma. So far I'd fucked four girls but only one of them, the cute blond from Manila Bay Café, was anywhere near the quality I expected in the Philippines.

I didn't want to waste my trip to Robinsons so went for a walk around the canteen downstairs. Two years ago I thought it seemed a good place to meet girls as it is a large open-plan food hall where you can get something to eat, sit down at a table and make eye contact with girls. Robinsons employ a lot of pretty shop attendants and most of them spend their break in the canteen. However the food hall now has dividing walls around the tables which means it's impossible to survey the whole food hall for likely targets.

You can still try to swap numbers with pretty shop assistants though. Some of them will be more than happy to fuck foreigners for a little extra cash and if you had time on your hands and plenty of charm, there could be rich pickings. These girls don't like to be seen to be prostitutes in front of their colleagues though, so discretion is key. I once saw a man with silver grey hair, wearing a T-shirt that said 'I make cute babies', approaching a pretty girl in the middle of the canteen, in full view of everyone. He whispered something in to her ear but she shook her head and he made a hasty retreat. She laughed awkwardly with her friend but it was clear that she was extremely embarrassed by the incident. Respect the girls and be discreet.

I had dinner at Sideline Garden, one of the restaurants recommended in my tour guide. It's situated on a side-street off General Maxilom Avenue near National Bookstore. It's open-sided and the ceiling fans rotating lazily above did little to cool me down from the heat and humidity. I ordered crispy pork and it was delicious. I enjoyed watching premiership football from back home until the waiters changed the channel to basketball.

It was 8. 20pm before I set out for the gogo bars. My goal was to find a 8/10 or higher to provide me with some long overdue 'girlfriend sex'. It was about time this sex-tour delivered.

I started at RED LIPS as it receives good reports online. Walking away from the church I turned left 30 meters after Planet X down a small road between Yellow Cab Pizza and Vienna Café. I found Red Lips a short distance down this road. Only one girl was dancing when I walked in but a few more were getting ready. The interior theécor had an upmarket feel but the place felt sleepy and I was the only customer. Some websites suggest that 8pm is the time to arrive at gogo bars in Cebu but it's too early. The best time to arrive is 9pm. Most girls will be there by that time but there won't be many other customers, so you still get pick of the girls.

I bought a San Miguel for 50 pesos and sat down on a leather couch in front of the stage. As time marched on, more girls appeared. By 9pm there were three girls dancing sexily and ten more were sat on couches to the right of the stage, wearing just bikinis. The only other customers were a group of three middle-aged Filipino men. One of the dancers was wearing a figure-hugging all-in-one white 'Von Dutch' dress that showed off a spectacular curvy figure. I was hypnotised for a couple of minutes, watching her hips sway and gyrate. When I snapped out of my trance I decided that Red Lips definitely has potential.

On the way out I asked a waitress how much the bar-fine was. She looked unsure, then said 'we no have bar-fine'. A number of bars in Philippines have been shut down which has forced bars to revise their payment system. In Red Lips it's up to you to negotiate directly with the girl. According to online forums. 1700 pesos is the going rate for a good-looking girl in Red Lips.

I couldn't resist going back to VIKING to find Nerce. Her playful personality suggested she'd provide the 'girlfriend experience' I craved. A tall girl was slow-dancing sexily when I entered as eight girls watched on from a dark corner. I don't understand why some bars in Cebu operate like this. The girls should be show-cased with more than one girl dancing and those that aren't on stage shouldn't be hidden in a dark corner. I sat at the bar and the barmaid recognized me."I go find Nerce" she said. She returned a minute later and told me apologetically that Nerce wasn't available. It seemed that she was a popular girl, not surprising given her pretty face, enticing curves and bubbly personality.

I was joined by a girl called Lovely who lived up to her name. She had a pretty face and looked sexy in her tiny bra and tight shorts. I was surprised when she told me that she was 26 as she looked much younger. I bought her a lady-drink for 150 pesos and enjoyed chatting to her. She pointed to a bayut (ladyboy) that was standing near the entrance and told me that she / he is the make-up artist and charges girls 50 pesos to do their makeup but 100 pesos if they get bar-fined. I found this amusing. Lovely was sexy, flirtateous and fun. And the way she wrapped her legs around me and wiggled her bum on my lap, fixing me with a sexy stare, suggested that she would be a good choice. I decided to talk numbers.

The bar-fine in Viking is 1700 pesos but the waitress told me that I had to pay the bar-fine directly to Lovely as 'it's expensive to pay the police'. Lovely went to get changed. Normally I like to visit 3 or 4 bars but sometimes you have to act decisively if you find a girl you like early in the night. The night before I'd missed out on Nerce because I'd hesitated and I didn't want it to happen again.

She appeared five minutes later wearing a rock'and'roll T-shirt and a tiny pair of denim shorts. It took two minutes to walk back to my hotel and as predicted she was lots of fun. She loved her nipples being sucked and groaned loudly when I was fucking her (so loud I felt self-conscious that guests in neighbouring rooms might knock on the wall). We tried lots of positions and after fifteen minutes I asked her what position she liked best. She chose a position I'd taught her earlier. Missionary but with one of her legs flung over so she was twisted on to her side and her pussy was tight.

We finished with her on top and as she lowered herself on to me, she massaged my ego by saying 'big dick'. Some of these bar-girls aren't used to fucking European men. She grinded her hips on mine until I shot my load in a shuddering climax. 'You last long time' she gasped as she lay on top of me and we got our breaths back.

We lay next to each other naked, chatting. She told me that her nightly wage is 200 pesos but for every 150 peso lady-drink she is bought, she makes 40 pesos. On an average night she gets about ten lady-drinks which means that she can make over 400 pesos just by talking to customers. If you add her wage, that's 600 pesos per night without having to spread her legs. When you consider that if she gets bar-fined, she only makes 800 pesos, plus an optional tip, you can see why popular girls can be picky about which customers they go with. Staying in the bar can be lucrative and much less effort.

Disappointingly she asked to leave at midnight. Two years ago all of the girls I bar-fined in Cebu happily stayed all night without being asked, but the climate has changed for the worse. If you want long-time, you now have to ask for it. I hadn't specified 'long-time' in the bar so I couldn't blame Lovely for wanting to leave, to try and make herself more money. She was a great girl though, so I told her "tip in morning if you stay". We fell asleep arm-in-arm.

"It was 8. 20pm before I set out for the gogo bars. My goal was to find a 8/10 or higher to provide me with some long overdue 'girlfriend sex'. It was about time this sex-tour delivered."

May I suggest that you try Lone Star? If you haven't spotted it, it's up the street of your hotel going away from the go-go bars: At the corner, turn left and it's up the street on your right. Owned by a couple of Aussies. When I was there in July there were a whole bunch of prime ladies. A couple of sisters escorted me back to a dark corner in the bar and encouraged me to take them both out. They were stunners, but unfortunately I had other plans already. Will suggest Cobra Bar also in my next message.

Good music, good atmosphere, nice layout and most importantly some nice girls. Not so sure about the stuffed animals on the walls though. It seemed very popular with ex-pats which is always a sign of good value.

Maybe you are thinking of Chris and John who used to own Silver Dollar years ago. If there are indeed two owners I have yet to meet the other one.

My two centavos. Lone Star is an ok place. Good bar to enjoy a meal and have a cold beer and chat with a few expats. The centrally located dancefloor with barstools on three sides is great for watching the girls on stage.

I do not barfine from LS. The girls seem sweet and flirty enough in the bar but once in the room they tend to forget alot of what had been previously agreed upon in the bar. Most are runners. Again YMMV. The mamasan is not very friendly and will side with the girls on every matter. When one of the barmaids asked me why I no longer buy LD's and barfine I tried to explain the situation to her and the mamasan. She just brushed it off or made excuses for the girls actions. When the manasan does not require the girls to provide good service and keep the customers happy then it's all a big nothing. The girls do not fear losing there jobs or upsetting the mamasan because they know she has there back. No fear of losing there job = bad jerjer and runners.

I used to go into LS and spend 1500-2000p a night on drinks and food for me and the girls. I did that several times a week for almost two months. Graham for the most part never came over to say hello and chat, never bought me a beer and never chatted with the girls I barfined telling them to take good care of me. I know, I know I sound like a bit*h complaining. LOL. When the girls did not perform and started to run I said the heck with it and took my business somewhere else.

I know a few other bar owners who are 'good sh*ts' as the saying goes. They come say hello, sit and talk. I buy them a drink and they buy me a few in return. All of them instruct the girls I am with to take good care of me. All of the girls gave me perfect no drama service because of it.

When someone goes out of there way to make sure the customer is happy, the customer returns again and again. Happy customers keep the pesos flowing.

FYI, Cobra Bar is for sale, so if anyone wants to burn a couple million pesos get in touch with the expat owner.

I was in there the end of May for 2 separate days and both times there was me and another ther person in there, girls dancing for empty chairs. This owner could be hurting I thought.

I did not bar fine and the owner was pushing drinks on me when he saw I was having hot tea. Only one girl came up to me.

I do not like bar fining much because you pay in advance and most never do that with an FL.

Day 6, Thursday: Cebu.

Sometimes I like to dilute my girlie adventures with a bit of tourism, so I woke early and got a taxi to the port, where I took a Supercat ferry to Bohol. Bohol is home to the 'Chocolate Hills', one of Philippines most famous sights, as well as tiny tarsier monkeys that have huge eyes that make them look like they're in a permanent state of shock. It was an enjoyable day. My tour finished at 4pm so I killed time in Tagbilaran walking around a large mall, where there was no shortage of attractive female employees. The ferry back took two hours.

I got back to my hotel at half eight, so had a quick shower and put some smart clothes on. I will never, repeat never, go to a gogo bar wearing shorts and a T-shirt on! I walked up to the junction on General Maxilom Avenue where the gogo bars are located and wondered which to start at. One of my rules of sex tours is that I never bar-fine two girls from the same bar. 'Loss of face' issues aren't as prevalent as Thailand but it can cause embarrassment to the first girl if you take another girl from the same bar. This meant that my chances with Nerce had vanished. I also like to try and sleep with as many girls as possible each trip, so I decided to skip Viking.

The time was 8. 50pm when I walked in to ERIK THE RED. It was quiet with only one dancer and just a sprinkling of girls sat on the sidelines. I noticed a very attractive girl with a 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon' look, chatting with a guy at the bar. Sat on a couch in the far corner was a sexy looking girl, every inch Hollywood's clichéthe portrayal of an Asian hooker. Although I prefer the cute, innocent types, I love to mix things up every now and then with something from the other end of the scale. However, when she walked past a few minutes later she was a bit older than I first thought and not as pretty, maybe a 6/10.

I like Erik The Red. It has a good layout, good music and the glitterball adds to the romance. There are nice girls too. I went to the male toilet and there were five girls in there, carefully applying makeup in front the mirror. A few were young and pretty. I would suggest 9. 30 is the time to arrive at Erik The Red as that's when it starts to liven up.

Next I went to LONE STAR. I'd never been before but it was easy to find. I walked down F Manalo Street, the road opposite the Viking Bars that runs alongside the church, past Beverley Boutique and at the T-junction I turned left. Lone Star is a short distance down this road on the right. It doesn't look lively from the outside but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It was busy with customers and there was a nice buzz. Two girls were dancing on stage and probably 15 were circulating around the bar. Most customers were expats, always a sign of good value. My San Miguel cost 80 pesos and I sat at the long table that runs along three sides of the stage, giving me a good close-up view of the dancers. The two on stage weren't to my taste but I saw others who were.

The place had other plus points. The music was excellent and as 'Supersonic' by Oasis played, I was approached by two girls. They were good fun so I offered to buy a lady-drink (190 pesos) for the one who could guess closest to my age. The winner was a cutie called Leanna who was 21. I might have considered bar-fining her but lookswise she was too similar to Lovely from the night before.

Ten minutes later a girl with plenty of curves was on stage. She danced sexily right in front of me and then leaned down to speak."I like your face" she said,"you're like ice-cream, I want to lick you". She was a 6/10 but had a great body and seemed the type guaranteed to provide a wild time. Maybe one for later.

I walked back to the Mango Bars. The side of the street with Viking, BG's, Erik The Red and Planet X is where good looking girls can be bar-fined for reasonable prices. The opposite side of the street is where girls of a similar standard can be bar-fined for much higher prices, mainly by big-spenders who are happy to be seen splashing their cash.

Two years ago I visited Papillon, Dimples and Love City but I wasn't impressed. There were nice girls of course but no nicer than those in the cheaper bars opposite. The bars might look impressive but don't be lulled in by the flashing lights.

The exception on this side of the road is PUSSYCAT. It's set back from the other bars and you are watched by a big pair of cats eyes as you approach. It was 11pm when I entered. Three girls were dancing on the stage in the middle of the room so I sat on a stool behind them, giving me a great view of their jiggling arses. 15 girls were huddled on to a couch near the door. The place didn't have the 'anything goes' atmosphere of two years ago. Back then a horny girl got me hard by grinding against me and slipping my hand in to her bikini top and I saw other girls sat astride customers. It seemed tamer by comparison.

There were of course some nice girls though. I bought a lady-drink (190 pesos) for a 7/10. She was a sweetie but since I was in Pussycats, I wanted a tiger. A sexy dancer caught my eye but her stare was transfixed on a big spender sat opposite. The bar-fine in Pussycat is 2000 pesos.

I left and considered my options. Although it was getting late and I hadn't found a standout girl yet, I was having an enjoyable evening. It's always fun visiting different bars and having drinks with sexy young girls.

I went to RED LIPS as it had impressed me the night before. It had been quiet at 9pm but by 11. 30pm it was busy with customers and there were lots of girls. They were all young and I spotted a few 8/10 or higher. I went to the bar to buy a drink but had to wait as the bar-maid stacked glasses. A man shouted 'hello' to her from over my shoulder. She recognised him and they exchanged chit-chat before she asked "would you like a drink?". Despite the fact that I had been waiting patiently and it was obvious that I should be served first, she served a man stood behind me! I don't like poor customer service so I walked out.

BG'S BIKINI BAR is a good bet to find gorgeous girls. As I entered I brushed past a 9/10, her tiny bikini showing off a large pair of fake tits. She gave me a smile as I walked past. In my opinion, BG's has the prettiest selection of girls in Cebu. I bought a beer and sat on a stool at the bar. One girl was dancing and 15 sat shoulder-to-shoulder on a long couch in front of the stage. One of those girls was Angel, the girl I bar-fined on my first night in Cebu. She smiled sheepishly towards me. Despite her poor performance two nights earlier, I sent a tequila over to her. I felt sorry for her, doing a job she disliked to support her child. She seemed surprised when the waitress handed her the drink and pointed towards me to indicate who had bought it. She mouthed 'thank you' and raised her glass in my direction.

I got chatting with a gorgeous 23 year old girl with fantastic tits. She was an 8. 5/10 and, coincidentally, the older sister of the 9/10 who smiled to me when I entered. I bought her a tequila but she downed it almost instantly and without another word, stood up and went to sit with another customer! I wasn't impressed. When I buy a girl a drink it's my way of expressing an interest, I don't expect them to walk away.

I noticed Angel weaving her magic on a big black guy at the bar. Despite her cold attitude in the bedroom, she was the life of the party, laughing loudly and wrapping her legs around him suggestively. I had to smile. Some of these girls are born actresses. Nearby I saw a cute, pale-skinned girl with light brown hair. She was tall and flat-chested, with Japanese features. A definite 9/10. Sadly she was with another customer, a huge hulk of a blond man, possibly Dutch. It was becoming a frustrating night.

At midnight I went to PLANET X. I bought a beer and found a seat in front of the stage. Just as I was admiring the sexy moves of an oriental blond with pigtails, two average lookers joined me."Would you like to buy the girls a drink?" a waitress said, pointing to the girls. I hate this kind of pressure. I like to buy a drink for my own choice of girl, which of course increases the chances of me paying the bar-fine. Soon I was surrounded by four girls, none of whom I was interested in."Drinks for the girls?" the waitress asked again. I opted to buy one for the sweet young girl sat to my left. She wasn't the prettiest but was the one I felt would benefit most from the confidence boost of a lady-drink from a 'gwapo' man like myself (so the ladies say and they would never lie about such a thing).

A familiar face walked over. It was Gemma, the girl who had stood me up in Robinsons."Where were you?" I asked but without even apologising or offering an explanation, she said "We meet later, okay?". I had to admire her nerve!

After a long day, suddenly I felt tired so decided to head back to the hotel. It had been a frustrating night. I hadn't been impressed by the waitress at Red Lips or the big-boobed hottie in BG's and it seemed that all of the girls I really liked were already with customers. Sometimes that's the way it goes on bar-crawls. You're not in the right place at the right time.

As I walked to my hotel, a girl started walking alongside me."You wan go with me?" she said,"500 pesos". I was tempted because she had large tits but she had a masculine face and a strong jawline. I think 'she' was probably a 'he'.

Graham is the only owner as far as I'm aware, and he has always bought me a beer every night or so when I've been in there. I am also a regular in Maverick as well, though and I do spend a fair bit on SM Light whilst there. I just prefer the feel in those places as opposed to some of the others which are generally full of arrogant Koreans.

Personally, I have always got on very well with the Mamasan in Lonestar, she's certainly quite a character. I don't know when you visited last but there were previously two that I knew, and I think the other one left. Admittedly, I didn't really know her that well. I also like the other staff and feel they are more personable than some of the Mango bars but there are one or two exceptions. I haven't visited El Gecko since it changed hands again recently from Wayne but that was always a good starting place too.

I certainly agree that women can change drastically from being in the bar to when they get to your hotel room. I've only really ever had a problem once like this before with a girl from one of Graham's bars (admittedly that is in part because I feel there are better lookers on bars at Mango, such as Viking or Planet-X, even if the rumours are that they do not undergo particularly stringent checks in some) and when I told him he gave me the next one for free without an issue.

Like everything, especially in Cebu it seems, YMMV.

Day 7, Friday: Cebu.

I don't travel to the other side of the world to drink beer, I come to sleep with lots of girls. But after three nights in Cebu I'd only fucked two, both for 'short-time' and one of those had a poor attitude. Cebu had impressed me two years ago but on this trip I'd been underwhelmed so far. This was my final day in Cebu. I needed to end my time here in style.

I considered looking for some daytime action. Cebu has plenty more to offer than gogo bars. I visited the downtown brothel area of JONQUERA two years ago, which was an adventure. You walk in to what is little more than a slum and hookers appear from the ramshackle houses. In terms of sleaziness it beats anything I've done (even sleazier than the 'gang 3' brothels in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, or the soi 6 'short-time' bars in Pattaya, Thailand). Another option is to find streetwalkers. Apparently lots hang about on the corner of Colon Street and Palaez, near Century Hotel. I love the sleaziness of picking up girls from the street. It's exciting bargain-basement banging but in the relentless heat, scouting for girls on the street seemed a lot of effort.

A massage parlour would be a good alternative but that is an area where Philippines lags a long way behind Thailand. FINLAND is meant to be Cebu's best but the price is 3000 pesos, for just one hour with a girl probably less attractive than those that can be bar-fined from the gogo bars for almost half price. In terms of value for money, massage parlours aren't worth it unless you know you're getting top notch quality, for example Nataree in Bangkok (I've never seen so many pretty girls in one place at a time).

I considered going online and logging on to DATE IN ASIA. Before the trip I'the made a few contacts but it's a hit and miss way to meet girls. It's time consuming, the girls can be unreliable and often they turn up for dates with friends or family in tow! If you lived in Philippines I think it would be a goldmine of available pussy but with just one afternoon at my disposal, it wasn't likely to yield a positive result. Another option is JULIANA'S disco. It's in the Mango area and supposedly there are a lot of freelancers, especially after 2am when girls from the gogo bars supposedly turn up. Nightclubs are an exciting way to meet girls but the disadvantage is that you have to wait until the early hours of the morning to see any action. I'm usually asleep by then after fucking a gogo girl.

There are plenty of ways to meet pay-for-play girls in Cebu but I decided to have a relaxing day, to recharge my batteries for another gogo bar crawl.

I had dinner at Beverley's Boutique and again the food was excellent. It was 9. 15pm by the time I was ready to visit my first bar. Although I had enjoyed visiting the gogo bars in Cebu, I had been disappointed with the end results. Tonight though, things were about to change.

I started at ERIK THE RED. The night before I'd seen some very pretty girls before I left and was keen to see them again. I bought a beer (60 pesos) and sat on a stool at the bar. A tall, slim girl was slow-dancing to a power-ballad and 15 girls were crowded on some couches to the left of the stage. At such a distance it was difficult to assess the talent or make eye contact but I noticed a couch was free near to where they were sat. It proved to be the ideal vantage point. I could watch the dancer on stage while checking out the girls and since I was closer, they now returned my smiles and playfully flirted with me. One girl pointed to her friend and they both collapsed in a fit of giggles. I saw the pretty 'Crouching Tiger' girl from the previous night and a few other hotties.

After five minutes, two waitresses dragged a tiny girl over and pushed her towards me. Much to the amusement of the other girls, she fell on to my lap with a scream. When the girl had stopped blushing, she introduced herself. Her name was Rosalyn, she was 21 years old and she was extremely pretty. She had a lovely face and the cute, innocent girl-next-door look I like. She had long, straight hair with a fringe, unusual for Filipino girls. My luck was changing. I introduced myself and offered to buy her a lady-drink. When her beer arrived we clinked bottles.

She was good company and held my hand as we chatted and hugging up to me when we laughed. I knew I'd found my girl, the very first girl from the very first bar! I usually don't like to bar-fine so early but I couldn't let this girl slip through my fingers. She was pretty, had a playful personality and she liked me too. I teased her and asked why she had screamed when she was pushed towards me and she told me that she was 'shy'. Apparntly the waitresses had dragged her over to me because she had innocently told them that she thought I was 'gwapo' (handsome).

It was her turn to dance. Since she was shy I expected her to be one of those girls who shuffle self-consciously for a few songs but I was mistaken. Rosalyn was a very sexy mover and then suddenly, unexpectedly, she did the splits, her leather boots making a loud bang on the stage. Every person in the bar including customers, waitresses and the others girls, watched closely. She was the best dancer in the bar. She contorted her body in to all kinds of amazing positions and my mind raced. At one point a waitress walked past and waved her hand in front of my face to wake me from my trance!

She returned to my couch and we cuddled up to each other. I told her how amazing she was and bought her another drink. I noticed other customers looking over to her, so I hugged her tighter. A girl walked past wearing regular clothes and Rosalyn sprang up and said "hairdresser! Wait here!". Before I had chance to answer, she ran off excitedly. Ten minutes later she came back with her hair curled. I'd really liked her hair straight but she looked cute with curls too.

There is always a moment when you tell a girl that you'd like to bar-fine her, when you worry she'll tell you that she's a cherry girl or on her 'mens', but she smiled and said 'okay'. She went to get changed and I paid her barfine (1800 pesos) and bought a tequila for the waitress who pushed Rosalyn on to my lap, to thank her. The waitress was a mute ladyboy and obviously didn't get bought many lady-drinks because she gave me a hug and looked like she might start crying. Who would have thought that it would take a mute ladyboy to get this trip up-and-running?

Rosalyn appeared five minutes later wearing a pretty black and white dress and we walked back to my hotel. A negative of the Mango gogo bars is that beggars congregate outside and it's annoying being pestered when you're with a girl. Back in the room we showered and then cuddled up to each other on my bed. She had a lovely warm body and small but firm tits. A film was on TV but we chatted, kissed and cuddled. After an hour we fell asleep, legs intertwined.

Day 8, Saturday: Cebu / Angeles.

It's a great feeling spending the night cuddled up to a gorgeous young girl. I was concerned that she might attempt to leave first thing in the morning, without any sex, but I needn't have worried.

She woke and we were soon kissing. She was a good kisser and before long our hands were stroking each other. She had small tits but her nipples were erect. Her pussy was wet so I inserted a finger and slowly fingered her as we continued to kiss. After a while I was erect, so I rolled a condom on, climbed on top and slid inside. Her pussy was tight and we had the kind of 'girlfriend sex' I'd been craving, with lots of kissing and eye contact. We fucked in a variety of positions including her on top, slowly grinding her hips on mine. After a while she put both feet on the bed and rode me in 'Asian cowgirl', bouncing up and down on my dick as she closed her eyes tightly. I usually like to climax with the girl on top but I flipped her over in one movement and fucked her hard in missionary, her ankles on my shoulders. She groaned as I pounded her pussy hard until I came. It was a fantastic session with a truly gorgeous girl, one of the top 10 girls I've met in Asia.

We cuddled for half an hour before she showered and got changed. I took some photos and slipped her a generous tip before she left. What a girl. If I was staying in Cebu for longer I would have got her mobile number and arranged to meet again.

My flight to Clark was late afternoon. During the one hour flight I saw one of the prettiest stewardess I have ever seen. She had an amazing face with sexy slanty eyes so I&8200; tried to photograph her when the cabin crew did their usual mid-flight games. The photo was blurred and didn't capture her beauty but if I could bar-fine any girls as pretty in Angeles, I'the be happy. I was excited to be returning to the 'Gogo Capital of the World'. There are many bars and thousands of girls. I met some stunners there two years ago and along with Pattaya in Thailand, it is Asia's 'supermarket of sex'.

Been a while 10 months since I been there, over the 5 years I lived here I never met the aussie owner I use to go there often as most the girls where 6/10 but did anal. I would not rush back as it seems to be the bar for the girls who have worked long time in the game, hence the you set the price with the girl. I never paid more than 1000 plus the bar fee and every girl I told her anal or stay there.

[QUOTE=Sir Lancelot; 1322733]Day 7, Friday: Cebu.

"She woke and we were soon kissing.

If I was staying in Cebu for longer I would have got her mobile number and arranged to meet again."

Sorry, MrNewbie here doesn't know how to do a proper quote.

This girl you were with is the kind that makes it all worth while, huh? I was fortunate to have a such a GFE from my only selection from MBC in Manila in July. Our second meeting, she stayed overnight. I woke in the middle of the night in pitch dark with the urge, reached for her, found her willing and able. The lovemaking we did was better than anything I ever experienced in 16 years of marriage, or a whole lot of years after that, LOL. She was holding me tight, passionately kissing, fully and totally into it. It was wonderful.

Now, on to your next posts from Manila!

Mr J, Westcoast, JP.

Thanks for your compliments. I will be posting the remaining 15 days on the Angeles thread (with a brief interlude in 'Other Towns'. Coron). You can also read the first four days on the Manila thread.

Hi All, fabulous reading all over these threads. Thanks. I have a 3. 4 day window of opportunity to indulge a bit of mongering, and my mind has recently fixed on the Phillipines, to where I have never been! (Yeah, I know!) I don't feel like constantly moving, so wonder should I just stay in Manila / Angeles, or give Cebu a try. I ask this because I have met some stunning. It seems. Mid-20 somethings on DIA from Cebu, and while nothing is promised, they are, as mentioned, stunning. So, question is, hang in Angeles and deliriously bang my balls off (as seems to be the case) or give the honeys of Cebu a shot? Other than what DIA tosses up, is Cebu worth a stay for that brief period?

Thanks in advance for all responses.

Thanks in advance for all responses.I would go to angles as AC beats the rest hands down. For a short stay, you will never run out of options.

DIA girls are not a sure thing, bar girls are. Three days goes by quickly when your having fun!

Can you fly direct to AC? If so, do it. If you plan to fly into MNL and also want to visit AC you need to review the times and travel options available to you. It might make more sense just to stay in Manila.

I personally don't have the option of a direct flight to AC, so I would go to Cebu. It's a less stressful, less congested city (than Manila) and you can much better mix the DIA with the bars. X.

Thanks in advance for all responses. You're best bet is to go to Angeles. The reason is when you have a short time like a few days, Angeles is lots of fun. I promise you will have a great time. Cebu is great but the club scene is much better in Angeles City. Enjoy your stay. I am sure you will be back, the Philippines is addicting.

Thanks to all who responded, I really appreciate all that. I can fly direct to both Angeles and Cebu, as I will be coming from Sing after a conference. (Kerist! Imagine that, from a conference in Sing to whatever awaits in Phil hahaha ya got to laugh) I am getting such good feedback from DIA Cebu gals. Fully aware of the potential snafus of course. That I might tend that way. Whichever way the dice. The undies. Finally fall, I will be sure to report back, and add my little bit to this wonderful site.

Thanks again those of you who gave me some of your good oil!

Read the FRs in the other thread. And take that advice seriously as when senior members advise AC best listen as the chances of a total mess up in Cebu with DIA girls is high IMHO. DIA girls regardless of city are very variable in quality and reliability. AC girls will give you what you want no hassles no messing around, no jeepney / taxi for 1-3 hours to meet you in Ayala etc, and then they arrive 1-3 hours late and say they must be home by 10pm.

Read the forum about DIA and you will see these comments have validity and substance

Can you fly Singapore to Clark daily? I'm guess you've already done your homework on this. What is the flight time? Have fun! X.

When researching flighst and unsure of which airlines service a place I go to the airport's wiki entry. For Mactan (Cebu) it cna be found here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mactan-Cebu_International_Airport

The table "Terminals, airlines and destinations" gives you all the info.

Silkair is also an option and is excellent but not cheap.

Especially for non-English countries, assuming the info is updated if there are changes, Wikipedia is a great help in finding out in advance what terminals specific airlines or flights depart from. The same airlines may depart from many different terminals depending where the flights are heading, I. E. domestic or international etc.

Nonexistent or unclear/wrong signs and directions are big problem especially at China's huge regional airports where English is not used. You will be walking forever between terminals since ground shuttles are not available. It would be difficult to ask for help without command of local languages.

To make doubly sure, call the airlines and confirm again what terminals / gates your flights depart from. You don't want to walk to the wrong terminals then spend another half or full hour trying to race to the right places.

Believe me confirming all info in advance may save you missing flights and headaches at local airports where there are no signs and directions are unreliable.

Hate to miss the flights and have the girls wait while you have to buy new tickets and wait for the next flight.

Thanks for posting this tip.

This is a very good site

http://www.flightstats.com/go/FlightStatus/flightStatusByRoute.do

It tracks arrival, departure, terminals etc.

FlightStats collects information from a large number of sources (governments, airlines, airports, reservation systems, and others) and presents an intuitive display of the data we compile. Registered users can explore details collected from the data sources. For more information, see an in-depth explanation below. In summary FlightStats:

Tracks flight status in near real-time.

Reports both runway and gate times.

Has global coverage.

Provides excellent codeshare mapping.

Links airport delay information to the affected flight.

Stores information historically and calculates on-time performance rating for flights and airlines.

Complete, accurate data is the cornerstone of our business and what sets us apart from competitive solutions:

Geographic Coverage. FlightStats provides definitive information for approximately 99. 5% of USA flights, and better than 86% of flights worldwide.

Completeness. FlightStats queries multiple sources to create a record for each flight enabling us to offer a broader range of information (for example, gate information).

Accuracy. We have invested heavily in the areas of parsing, interpretation and error checking and developed the logic that enables handling of difficult issues such as cancellations, diversions and changing schedules.

Codeshare Support. Our codeshare logic enables us to deliver flight information for both the operating and the marketing carriers, filling what is often a major gap in coverage.

Real-time data sources include:

FAA ASDI Data Feed.

European Data Feed.

GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo)

Direct Airport / Airline Data Feeds.

Batch data sources include:

Innovata Schedules.

TSA Security Wait Times.

Security Information.

Health Information.

Consular Information

We are all Brad Pitt when we get here. So why bother unless you are chasing cuties back at home and feel it would help?

Also try Thailand as some very good places there. Chong Hua is the best place IMHO.

Belo will be expensive due to the name regardless of the procedure
