I'm visiting Cebu in October and was looking for info on getting rid of my double chin. Has anyone hear had any type of procedure done in cebu? I have heard from chatting with girls that belo is the best but none of them know the cost. Hope I can get some useful info here thanks.Belo is the best but I would suggest you look into their Manila offices. You pay premium only if Dr Belo does the surgery (I think its about 30% extra). You can send them an email with what you want done and they will respond back. For some procedures you may need to get the OK from a GP (can be done in phils or your own county but you need it in writing) and also you may need to get some blood tests done in advance so its best you get in touch with them.

December tends to be rainy, but a typhoon is quite rare in December.X Man is correct although I don't recall anything but intermittent rain in my experience.

Typhoons after mid-October are extremely rare. For Cebu there are very few instances of there ever being much impact from any typhoons.

Weather is much cooler and settled in December / January. It's a good time to visit.

Monsoon rains have virtually finished by then.

Last Decemeber and a lot of January (this year) it rained every day (sometimes very heavy). I know was there, but it is cooler and if you don't like really hot and sticky weather (as opposed to girls) then is a better time to visit

Last Decemeber and a lot of January (this year) it rained every day (sometimes very heavy).I think that is part of the weather cycle aberrations WR.

I was there for 9 days in 2008 during Sinulog and it was very hot for the whole time with no rain.

We agree though that, in general, the whole Philippines is a bit cooler (meaning 20 to 25 degrees rather than 30 to 30 plus) during December / January.

Rainfall seems to be difficult to predict because the world systems are not behaving normally (which is why the weather predictions fluctuate so much).

Just carry a payong in case of rain.

Just carry a payong in case of rain.Or maybe as I was there and I rarely see rain where I live. Or maybe it wanted to keep me indoors with the peach more.

But I find the weather lovely all year around whether it is wet or not and rain = chance to stay in the hotel and do our favourite hobby so we can't really complain.

Cooler RK? Defintely but for me that is the winter temperature I am used to LOL.

See you soon

In some ways I can understand filipinas. I can understand motives, needs, wants and fears, but when it comes to the supernatural I give up.

Today I read this in the paper, 'Evil spirit possesses 17 students'.

With catch-phrases like dark figure, Catholic organization that specializes in exorcising evil spirits, infestation, one of the students reportedly levitated during the exorcism rites are all accepted as fact, I came to the realization I will never fully understand the Philippines.

I took my GF to both Viking and Red Lips two nights ago and no drama. We played pool at Vikings. Red Lips is my pick for upmarket but reasonalbly priced drinks and good floorshow.

CheapyThe price now in all of the bars in cebu is 3k for barfine. I would suggest you to get a girl in red lips bar its where they have the good looking and sexy girls. But they are more into japanese and koreans. Sisters is not a very nice bar but its where we meet the two crazy, wild, and fun bi girls. And I suggest you look for a girl named Maria.

Enjoy.

ThanksAll saints, all souls day. Some bars will be open with reduced staff, some closed. Depends on the bar location and owner. Some bars on Mango will be open but turn off the neon to show respect for the holiday and save on veco. Walk around and try the door of your favorite bar, you might be surprised.

Enjoy Cebu.

Does anyone know if the bars will be closed during these two days as they are non working holidays? This holiday is actually more important to many filipinos than Holy Week and Christmas, because it is the time when they remember their dead relatives (and it all appears to be very sincere too).

The 2 days "official" holiday actually morphs into 3 or 4 days as people need travel time before and after to get home and back.

It is the only day in the whole year when malls actually close.

Some bars will open but operating with a skeleton crew only. This applies to all Philippines, and not only Cebu.

So I'm 99% sure I will be coming to Cebu for dental work. Why? Shit, why not? The clinics I spoke to seemed top notch and its a place I've always wanted to go to. I figured its as good a place as any to spend some time. I am trying to get there in the next couple of weeks. If it doesn't work out, it'll have to wait to the beginning of March as I will be busy with my business.

1. I am seeing that R / T flights from MNL are only $77. 00. Is that right?

2. I have to admit that I have been spoiled by Latin America. Rarely, and I do mean rarely, have I ever gone with a P4P girl. OK, maybe they have been part timers, but not full fledged 'hos. I like to meet normal type girls. Its a little more unpredictable, but I like the chase, and the reward are GREAT. How do normal girls react to foreigners in general (yes, a very broad question).

3. I have had great success in the past on Badoo. I see DIA mentioned a lot here and have seen PinayLove also. I have RTFF so I know it can be flaky, but should one even bother?

4. I love to motorcycle and have done so in every place I've been to. Rentals are cheap there. Is it safe to transverse out into the countryside? I like hanging out in the countryside. Is that cool?

5. I have found that if one explores the smaller surrounding cities of a metropolis, the rewards can be fantastic. Is that so for Toledo, Mandaue, Talisay, Danao, etc?

5. After hundreds of girls, I'm getting harder to please and expect more out of girls. Latina girls accept CIM and anal MOST of the time. Is this status quo for pinays?

I have showed the ropes to a lot of you ISG guys over the years up until one took advantage of me and I stopped. I am a straight shooter and would seek the advice of you guys on the ground.

More questions to come.

Thank you senior members! Looks like I have chosen bad time to enjoy Cebu! But the trip must go on and have to enjoy with what they offer! Will report after my trip!

Ps on a quick note, are the barfines back? Been looking at some bar reports and members are reporting that it is going to be dealt with the girls and not mamasan? I went there after red lips had been raided (around July) and remember I had to wait for the girl to finish work before inviting them!

Sorry for so much questions!

Cebu Taxi's are pretty safe. I have been to Costa Rica many times. I have rented a car in cebu one time in 6 trips and drove north. It is safe. As far as mongering outside of city it is not like CR where there is much going on. Now as far as renting a bike I do not know. But I am 57 and seeing how they drive and reading how many people get killed on those little 50cc I have never had a desirer to try. Taxi's are 90% real honest and cheap. The problems for me. I like A / C, room internet and clean joint. Is when you travel cebu the local places just do not offer that style. So, you will end up at some beach resort that is out of town and cost way to much. And only the girls on work training are the best you will get. Now I am sure if you lived in one of the citys you mentioned. You and the locals would learn the pricing and for them a chance at some strang. But as a traveler I would stay with Cebu, Matacan, Lapu-lapu, Mandeuea is jsut a suburb or cebu. I have been to Danao, There is not much there besides a few ferrys. I would not ride a small bike up that way. But on personal level the whole island is safe. Unless of course a father or husband decides he don't like you hitting on his shit. But you know that is true the world over. The ones that want to play in RP will let you know. Happy hunting

As for rideing a bike here, good luck,

Girls, there is everything here for you just depends on your personality and charm, and a little cash,

I like going out of the city as well, but as some one said its just a little harder, to find girls and good rooms.
there are plenty flights to cebu from manila for about that price.

[Crossposted to Manila forum too]

I had a 20 days of trip to Cebu, Bohol, Davao and Manila (Makati) and I had a great time.

Rose Marie.

This lady was a 28 yrs old DIA contact. Single, no kids. She came to my hotel at 2am to meet me. She insisted that we should go to the hills for a good time which the taxi driver even refused to go due to bad weather and roads. I took her to Mango square and I was not comfortable with her. After paying for her taxi fare, I buried her into my memory lane and took the delete action from my address book and yahoo messenger. Next please.

Janice.

This 28 yrs old single mother was my first action during the trip. She was in my room at 8am before going to her afternoon job at queensland Hotel Cebu. She was an 8 with only post kid boobs that starting to look like pancakes. Rest of the body and attitude were awesome. However, she got too clingy. After leaving for her duty in the hotel, I decided to make it last time. Next day, she called me only 21 times. My decision was right to off load her and informed her that I was not interested on a stalker. After few hundred unanswered txt messages, she got the point.

Xyza.

Young 20 years old tourism marketing student with a 9 body. She met we first time and brought a friend with her who was a perfect 10. I liked her friend better but it was impossible to separate them to make a pass to her. We had a great Thai dinner in Ayala Mall which they never had before. It was a great experience. I wanted to Lyka to join us but she left since Xyza wanted to stay with me. We had a great time together. This gal had the tightest vagina for a long time I met. She was not good in bed and very lack of experience but she tried to make me happy. Very nice B+ perky breasts with Pinay style nipples. She kept me company several times during my trip.

Rhona.

35 years old nursing student with no kids, another DIA contact was a great hook up. Nice body but she was just 4'11" and too short for me. After having a coffee in breakfast she came to my room and had a great afternoon session with me. After 3 pops, I had to cut her lose. She started talking about her love and other boring stuff. After successfully sending her back to her dormitory, I decided to keep this for only one time affair. Keeps texting me regarding her love to me and the pleasure she had after 5 years of hiatus having a physical relationship with a man.

Rose Lee.

Previous Cebu contact and another DIA girl. 27 yrs old no kids and married to 70 yrs old american ex-pat. She is now selling condos for a developer. Great body She met me again this trip and she was in my room less than 30 minutes of Starbucks coffee meeting. Right away into the business. After our session, she tells me how much she loves me blah blah blah. So nicely got rid of her. She keep texting me at least 4 times a day. She wants to form a business and wants my help now to make her family independent.

Ivy.

A DIA contact of 3 years. She is now 27 years old. No kids and never married. She hooked up with a Danish guy couple of years ago and she has been a good sport and very good upfront personality. Last year in November she hooked me up with her 23 years old perfect 10 cousin whom I had a great time during my Nov. 2011 Cebu trip. Now her cousin back to her old pinoy bf and 5 months pregnant, Ivy kept me company and later she started sleeping with me. She is a 9 but she has a tramp stamp tattoo and A size boobs. But she is a multiorgazmic, pleaser. A men's dream in the bed. She will always remain as a friend. I hope she will get married to this Danish guy, so I can see her in my European trips.

Rizz.

A 25 yrs old Tagged contact in Davao. An HRM officer in a call center. No kids and great body 9 plus. I was in Davao for 5 days and she treated me like her king. She was nice smooth, great sex and a great pleaser. I was her first man after 4 months of slip from her pinoy bf. I really did not understand why a man would leave a woman like her except me since I have no desire to get married at anytime soon. We had a great time in Samal Island and other tourist activities in Davao area. Davao is a great place to visit. It is not a mongering place except meeting prearranged ladies.

Catherine Park

30 years old Korean tourist in Cebu. A perfect 10 and great catch. I met her in the bookstore and invited her for a coffee. After refusing with my invitation, she followed me to Starbucks and joined me there for a drink. While I was getting a drink for her another Starbucks lounge lizard was making moves on her. She politely got rid of him and we continued our conversation. She was staying in Tunes hotel and I invited her to mine. Cebu really got infected by Koreans and guys are very aggressive and throw money around to impress local ladies. Scoring with this lady was a perfect revenge for me. I did not have a Korean chick since my US Army days. She was not great in bed but her perfect body made it very nice to have her. Her sexy body and outfit will always stay in my mind as a good memory.

Kristine.

19 years old DIA contact with no kids kept txt messaging me. Finally decided to meet her in Ayala Mall. After seeing her look and presentation, I decided to pass. I really did not feel comfortable to take her to my hotel. So, I stood her up and went back to my hotel.

Edwina.

Another DIA contact. I know her from online almost two years. 25yrs old single teacher with a pinoy seaman bf. Looks like the guy comes there 3 months out of a year and she feels lonely and she has a gambling problem. She came to meet me in Ayala Mall after a long trip. But she kept talking about her debts and her sorrow life which turned me off. She is really looking for a sugar daddy to feed her gambling addiction. So politely I cut her loose and she did not even chance to see my hotel room. Sometimes thinking by the right head keeps your sanity intact.

Gisebel.

23 yrs old Hotel Resort management graduate. I met her in the lobby of Quest Hotel where she was applying for a position. She is perfect 10 with a million dollars smile. We had a great conversation. After exchanging several txt messages it was obvious that she was with someone and did not want to step out. I wish her the best.

Joan.

19 years old DIA contact from Cavite. She met me in Mall of Asia after a long trip to Manila. She gave me a perception that she was an average girl. Most of the times profiling works but in her case profiling failed in a big time. This girl works in Epson plant and has a good job for a regulars. I wonder why they hired her. Perfect personality on a 10 body. After bringing to my hotel, New World in Makati, we had a great time. She did not have lots of experience but a quick learner gave me a great pleasure. Being 50 years old this gal can cause me a stroke after a month of consecutive living together.

Havana Cafe.

It is up and running. I think it has a new management from Middle East. Ladies are more elegant compare to other clubs but aging 6-7 scale looks. Around the place is infested with ladyboys who are extremely aggressive. Last night 3 of them surrounded me to pressure me. Thanks to security guard of Greenbelt who came to my rescue. I think Mall management needs to be more proactive to keep the aggressors out of the mall.

I did lots of scheduling and shuffling around but sometimes mongering requires serious creativity. I am not into bargirl / wg scene. I like to do my homework and find my own connections. Even sometimes not everything pans out, still I do have the best of the travel adventures and mongering.

Since I started coming, cebu became a serious tourist destination for the asian travelers and somewhat europeans. Getting girls became more difficult despite to my fair look. You really have to put some effort into the mongering scene. Especially Korean infestation here is significant and makes me hate Samsung, Kia and Hyundai. For a curiosity I took a look at the us census bureau trade statistics with Korea and USA is in an average of $13B / year trade deficit. Technically they are traveling in the expense of US taxpayers while we do take care their defense bill and everything else. I think we need to dump this country like an hot potato and concentrate of Philippines which is a true ally of America.

Maybe it's been mentioned in the forum before, but Abellana Sports Complex is a good option for for those of you who enjoy a bit of running exercise if you are staying near Osmeña Circle. The place has among other attractions a pool with lanes and a track for running. It gives you a chance to escape the worst of the traffic noise and pollution while doing your exercise.

As an added bonus the complex at times hosts a very nice display of sporty filipinas, if that's your thing. I'm a big fan of sporty babes myself, so during my stay in Cebu I went there a couple of times to do some track running and to enjoy the view of the occasional track babe.

It's definately not a classic hunting ground, but I believe a good place to approach the girls will be at the south-eastern part of the track near the concrete steps. Almost everyone stops for a break once in a while and this must be a good moment to try and chat up the girls while they are trying to catch their breath.

The entrance is opposite of St. Vincent's hospital on R. Landon Extension (road name). It's roughly 500 m south of Osmeña Circle. Entrance fee to the complex is maximum 15 pesos (extra fee is applied if you want access to the pool) and as far as I remember it's open from 6 AM until 7 or 8 PM. The place normally gets quite busy from 3 to 6 PM when people get off work.

Stay healthy!

From what I heard that track is used by alot of PNP recruits training for the endurance exam. LOL, chat up a recruit and come across as a pervert and you might be sorry.

For the expats who live in Cebu and those who visit that think the Philippines have been 'invaded' (locals term not mine) by Koreans, you have not seen anything yet.

Roughly 35000 Korean nationals are set to come to the 'central visayas' to study english in December. I would think most of them will settle in and around Cebu and some in Bacolod. The department of tourism wants the Koreans to be required to attend a mandatory safety seminar about the laws and regulations of the Philippines. The department also wants PNP officers to learn some simple Korean phrases.

Good luck with that LOL.

Hello all,

I am planning a trip to Cebu for next month and am looking to get some advice from the local guys in the know! So I am usually based in Tokyo but occasionally visit Cebu for family purposes. I will only be in Cebu for a really short time; 2 nights in the Marriott between flights from Japan and trips to neighboring islands to stay with family at Christmas. I will have only a few hours to find a girl and get her back to the hotel at most. So of course, I'm looking to fill my bed with a hot, wild, young Filipina and maybe there are some guys who can offer some wise words as to how best to go about it. Whilst I know there are loads of possible girls in Cebu City, I'd like to meet a really super hot one, around 18-22 yrs if possible. I have read the forums as much as I can and have 3 plans of attack at the moment:

1. Hit a bar on Mango Street or such. I did this last time I stayed in Cebu but didn't barfine. I got a dancer's number and met her the next day for some private fun for free. I could try this again and am not completely adverse to paying for it.

2. Use DIA to hook up with someone before. I have set up a profile and have been looking around, messaging some hot looking girls a bit. I have been openly stating in my profile that I am only looking for fun and not marriage etc. I have a few girls looking to meet up with me but am slightly sceptical that I may be wasting my time, particularly if she isn't all that when we meet. Worst still, there have been some ladyboys messaging me which has made me more nervous of doing the DIA thing. I would not have enough time to meet another DIA girl after.

3. Hit Ayala in the evening after I arrive and look to game a girl straight back to my room. I am reasonably young. 30 yrs old, Caucasian and not bad looking so maybe this route would work better?

I would welcome suggestions and advice from the local crowd. If you have any DIA suggestions too that would be really appreciated. If you go to Tokyo and are looking for advice, I'd be happy to hook you up. Thanks all.

I will only be in Cebu for a really short time[SNIP]Pay for it. If you are searching for the hottest filipina and you have only a few hours, go to the Mango bars where you can pick exactly the type of filipina you desire. If you prefer chasing semi or non pros on dating sites it will take time to meet and sort out the quality from the average filipinas, time you do not have. There are alot of young bucks around Cebu these days, so being 30 will get you a few more looks and giggles but in the end we all have to pay one way or another.

Hi there. Thanks for the advice. Can anybody recommend good bars / KTV recently that have a nice atmosphere and good girls? I prefer younger bar girls and am not so bothered on bar fine price since I'll only be there one night at first. I went to a bar called 'Papillon' before, the girls were ok but just wondering where it's at these days.

http://www.channelfix.com/video/239/I can not play the link back on the iPad, but I am sure that site is associated with the jimmy in Cebu guy who made a hate video about Cebu, so I would say read the comments the guys who made it and run the site have NFI, the jimmy dude was a sleaze who had to leave town it sounds like the same reading the comments the guy is also a low life.

Prostittution in Cebu is no different to any city it here to cater for the locals and visitors, most girls I know live at home with their families, the main thing I find is drug use they use drugs to cope with the late hours and other shit. I have no problem paying girls who take drugs I never ask for drugs and will do drugs with the girls.

I can not play the link back on the iPad, but I am sure that site is associated with the jimmy in Cebu guy who made a hate video about Cebu, so I would say read the comments the guys who made it and run the site have NFI, the jimmy dude was a sleaze who had to leave town it sounds like the same reading the comments the guy is also a low life.

It's professionally done and they are fairly objective in most parts. THe beginning and the end are where things seem out of whack. I'm guessing those funding it wanted a little more sensationalism so there was a last minute edit. I could be wrong.

Most bar girls were abused as children. I don't buy that.

Eighty percent are on shabu / meth. I don't think so. Yes, you do see a really wild dancer once in a while. And the next day she looks dazed. Fairly rare, meth users burn out and / or cause problems for bars.

The so-called Sexpat says he treats the girls well, but then at the end seems to say something entirely different. And he refers to religion several times. Suggests everyone deserves forgiveness. I thought it was odd that they showed him unpacking his finished laundry. Oh, but wait, he has a tiny blouse belonging to a girl that he uneasily calls a gf.

Exterior of Mango bars and Lapu2 Mermaid are shown. IBC, near the new convention center is also featured. If that really is an owner or manager on the film, I guess I can understand why the place no longer exists. I don't recognize any of the interior shots. Nor the very well done dance routines. Looks more like something you might find in AC.

If the film footage is legit, it's probably done a whole lot of grief to the people who were interviewed. Either they are actors or they were tricked into appearing on film. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

I stumbled upon this on the internet, can't see that it has been posted before. Great footage, interesting interviews, not sure if everything is 100% objective / true.

Thought I'the post about my first brush with an STD and how to get treatment here in Cebu. Four days into a 10 day spell and my foreskin is swollen and there's a small clear liquid discharge, but no pain [CodeWord112] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord112) – it seems I've got chlamydia. On my first night I had a DIA P4P girl drop by with her cousin. Both I'the had together before without incident. Next day another previous acquaintance (from Pina Love) comes to stay for 24 hours. No girls since then. Unprotected sex with loose women is dangerous – 'no shit Sherlock'.

Anyway, to the main reason for this post: what to do & what it costs. I looked on the net for local urologists and found.

http://www.chonghua.com.ph/index.php/doctors/bio/490.html?type=view

Nice guy, seemed perfectly competent to me, based in the Chong Hua Medical Arts Centre (taxi driver knew it). I did have to wait nearly 2 hours for him to show up as he has other clinics – on arrival I'the been told to come back an hour later. His fee was 500 pesos for which I got a script for a 3 day course of Azithromycin and (just to be on the safe side) a jab of Ceftriaxone against gonorrhea to be administered in the Emergency Room of the nearby Chong Hua Hospital, near Mango Square ironically enough. The Azith cost 500 pesos and the ER processing and injection cost 1, 870 pesos. So all in all the process took about 4 hours and 3k pesos which obviously could've been better spent. Apparently I might have some diarrhea to look forward to as side effects of the medication and a lot of alcohol is off the menu for a few days. What of course it also costs is a ruined sex holiday (doctor advises no sex for a week) or maybe a divorce (if I was married) when unwanted gifts home get taken home!

I did feel embarrassed as the cute young female ER nurses asked me what my symptoms were, but otherwise there was no guilt-loading from anyone I saw! I tend to travel with Amoxicillin and use it for dealing with strep throat as well as mongers' insurance. But I'm no doctor and self-diagnosis is a fool's game. Best face the consequences and see a doctor ASP, even if it does take hours of waiting around.

I don't know for sure that it was Miss 'Pina Love' who gave the gift of sharing but probably it was, since she has just said 'thanks for telling me hon'! Miss DIA said it couldn't be her or her cousin as they hadn't had sex for weeks (yeah, right!). But neither of them indicated any intention to immediately get checked out despite my plea to do so. And there's another real warning: unless they have the money to get treatment, they won't, even if they know they are a risk. The next monger might just be how they pay for the visit to the doc, so 'caveat emptor' everyone!

I used to post here 2 years back, with a different handle (lost my password and the email is inactive). Is Cebu now not in the Philippines? LOL!

You could have saved yourself all the trouble and the costs by getting azithromycin directly from the pharmacy. I don't recommend self medicating, but on my mongering trips, Zithromax is always something I buy (be it Africa, or the Far East). It's a good braod spectrum antibiotic that works for throat / chest infections, STD's etc. I use it for tonsillitis which I am prone to. On first signs of infection take 500mg (1g for chlamydia / gonorrhea) , and then 500 mg everyday for 3-4 days. Remember to keep it away from meals (1hr on both sides) or you will have a bad case of indigestion.

The reports breaks down cebu into a number of areas where to find girls.

Mall hunting.

The 3 malls mentioned is.

Robinsons. I went there on weeknights and a Saturday morning and I have found the pickings very slim ie 1-2 potientials but in order to do this activity with some measure of success you would have to be prepared to sit at the coffee shop for hours. I was there for about an 1hr and was bored to tears, tho I have noticed some older white guys willing to sit for what looks like 3-4 hours just sitting and nursing a cup of coffee, secondly the possible girls that are working as freelancers I would rate as 4-5 maybe a few 6 and it has been reported that is 1000 ps 1usd=40ps ie 25 USD in my mond not worth the effort.

SM mall. This place is huge and I didn't know where to look but I would suspect the same BS.

Ayala terraces. Here I sa more freelancers but as usual they were not very attractive.

Local brothel CASA.

I went with a local guide tipped him 100 ps to take me to a local Casa by taxi, only went to one where I was quoted 1300 originally but then I complained that was too much and it was dropped down to 1000 which I would assume included his commission, this casa was in the jaksosalem / bonifacia area but given what I saw which was girls that looked at best 6 / s but they looked dirty and druggies I made a quick retreat. I have read that there are other casa in that area in the streets running off jaksosalem but I assume they would be of the same quality and given the inconvenieced I passed on looking for other alternatives.

Streetwalkers.

I jave heard but did not bother to look at the street walkers in junquera or juanan osmana gieb my impression is that the walkers are dangerous, not very attractive and not that cheap.

Freelancers at disco.

Pump. I went to pump and it was mostly transexuals, I asked a korean who was tehre after I saw him negotiate with a younger girls who was prob only a 6 but was prob 22yrs old but he told me she wanted 3000ps as opening bid.

Julianna / Jave. This place had more freelances but given the attractivesness of the freelances ie 6-7s compared to the 8-9s in the bikini bars I didn't bother to try with the freelances because of these reasons. To talk to these girls who have to appraoch them they don't give you more clear cut signals compared to viet / indo freelancers so you run the risk of offending a normal girl, then why need to offer to buy them a drink worth 2 dollars before you can even start price negotiations so imagine if you were to approace 5 girls. I'm not one to like wasting money. So given the prices of 1500-2000mfor these girls compared to the bikinibar girls I stuck with bikini bars.

Areas around the discos.

At night outside the disco are freelancers without money to pay the 100ps entry fee, generally they have been very unattractive girls ladyboys or other undisirables.

Dating Sites.

Admittedly I left this to the very last minute and so I didn't do the proper screening so this could have been a better outcome, but I contatced 3 girls via the site. 1 go 3 number 2 replied back. 2 wanted to do the friends thing sure ill prob be able to seduce them prob as the same level of success as in Vn but here I just wanted a quick fuck and I made that clear with them both telling me to cease communications.

Bikini bars.

Right now the bars in cebu are undergoing close scrutiny by the police so many bars are claiming there are no bar fine and without a bar fine system girls are now setting there own prices based on what they think they are worth some are accurate others are laughable.

I won't name bars as that might not be a good but I would give a general idea of what to expect.

Bar A.

No bar fine, drinks are 60-65pes lady drink 150-200pes supposedly you can organise to meet the lady after the bar closes at 3pm and do something again each girl would be setting her own prices, I haven't asked any girls at this bar.

BAr B.

Similar drink and lady drink costs, I had a friend get a girl for 2200 and I asked a girl and she wanted 3700 her friend 4000 here the girls 6-8s in looks prob only 2 who are 8 / s.

BAr C.

Drinks same as before lady drink 150, many pretty girls here with the cost being purchase 5 ady drinks =750 + 1700 to the girl =2450 in my mind one of the better bars which I intend to take 1-2 girls from later.

Bar D.

Drink 65 LD 150 here I couldn't get a definate asnswer to the cast of the ladies but tehre was one attractive girl worth my attention.

Bar E.

Drinks here 75 LD 200 and was told cost ladies 2000. Lost of young heavily made up girls some passable but prib in the 7's mostly.

Bar F drinsk 75+ Ld 200, I took a 8 from here she asked 2500 and I said the bars here were 1700 but I'm happy to give her 2000. I had previously visit 2 times before once with her flirting with me for no LD, the second time bought 2 LD and me massaging her breasts and french kissing. When I took her I paied 1 LD, gave her 2000 and she stayed with me from 11pm to 10am 3 shots I tipped her 300 so thats a total of 2500 or roughly 60 USD of some very good sex and a very GFE.

Bar G.

Drinks only 50, LD 120, some VERY sexy girls here but here the cost is negotiated with the girls and I asked two girls one wanted 3000, the other wanted 4000-5000, this pace is a good place to enjoy a drink and watch girls dance.

Bar H.

This bar drinsk 75, LD200 cost is 2000 and in my eyes 2-3 grils worthe the effort, I too a girl that had a 8 face but no breast and tiny body but for whatever reason had no skin elasticity but nevertheless was very sexy, she had agreed to stay till morning but as after I fucked her the first time but couldn't cum I said lets sleep and let me rest as I'm more suited for morning fucks. She then told me that she had awork function that she had to attend at 8am otherwise she would be fined, something about her made me trust her so she stayed from 11pm till 2am. I fucked her 2 times payed 2200+300tip=2500 for another GFE.

There are a few more bars but given the lass attarctive girls and / or higher drink / LD prices I can't be bothered to describe.

Some recent information for those coming the first time to Cebu City:

Hotel:

Stayed at the Beverly Boutique Hotel (formerly known as Eddies) – totally girl friendly. Had booked a double room.

Taxi from the airport to the hotel costs 200 PHP.

'bikini bars' (Sisters, Pussycat, Eric the Viking, etc.) are a 2 minutes walk away.

Bikini bars:

Drinks are cheaper than in AC, but take-out of any girl costs 3. 000 PHP (long time)

Mango Square:

A 10 minutes walk from the a. M. Hotel.

A lot of lady boys around – beware.

SW can be found here too (street towards Robinsons).1. 000-1. 500 PHP short time. But not the best looking girls.

Beer bars on Mango square: nice for watching the parade of girls and lady boys.

Juliana Disco: some stunners can be found here – charge 2. 500-3. 000 PHP

NAME HAS CHANGED TO "PABLO" FOR LOCAL PHIL ZONE / Should diminish to a "Cat 3" by the time it strikes Cebu and certainly Negros / Expect widespread flooding; Resort areas may be washed out on places like Mactan Island (Lapu-Lapu)

According to the Saffir-Simpson damage scale the potential property damage and flooding from a storm ofBopha'sstrength (category 4) at landfall includes:

Storm surge generally 4. 0-5. 5 metres (13-18 feet) above normal.

Curtainwall failures with some complete roof structure failures on small residences.

Shrubs, trees, and all signs are blown down.

Complete destruction of mobile homes.

Extensive damage to doors and windows.

Low-lying escape routes may be cut by rising water 3-5 hours before arrival of the centre of the storm.

Major damage to lower floors of structures near the shore.

Terrain lower than 3 metres (10 feet) above sea level may be flooded requiring massive evacuation of residential areas as far inland as 10 km (6 miles).

There is also the potential for flooding further inland due to heavy rain.

Not according to CDN that says it will hit same area that Sendong did last year such as CDO and Illigan etc. Will be rain etc in Cebu and am sure localised floods but not directly Cebu.

Which is why I like the place as seems well protected from most things albeit there is the odd earthquake but that is fine (been in worse earthquakes elsewhere in the world and the Cebu stuff was for baklas LOL)

But friends etc in Cebu are watching this closely to see if it changes course. This is a normal day in the Philippines, a country that has so many typoons etc a yearMost are presently looking at the bright sunshine and not preparing in the least, having been deeply affected by "manana syndrome", LOL. So right now would be the ideal time to evacuate if one is staying at one of those so-called "beachfront" resorts. Sorry, but this is not just another typical typhoon. The very same attitude is what did New York in, which I just survived. Of course I'm also assuming that you all have seen the videos of the silly panic over a non-existent "tsunami" that occurred during the earthquake (I have been there since then). The only "protected" area might be AFTER landfall in Cebu, but that's only rolling the dice. I wouldn't gamble with my own life as some had done here in "Mobwives Land", and lost their lives in the process along the shoreline.

I saw the CDN post, it's much in the same lassez-faire style, I suggest those in or about to visit the area to take heed, this is not a "chicken little" warning in the least. The track will be mostly unpredictable as is usual for a typhoon of this size. Have you even noted it's size, LOL? It's strength is in the "Super Typhoon range at the moment still gathering strength, and even if it diminishes by passing over Mindanao (which would be unusual) there is till a considerable body of water to regain power before making it's next landfall. Apparently you have never seen the evidence of the last Super Typhoon's damage to Mactan and Cebu proper named "Mike":

This is direct surge action against the coast. I'd recommend moving to higher ground as soon as it's possible, especially considering that movement is a specialty developed by those of us on this forum. That way you'll have a jump on the locals who may not get the word until it's too late, and move in a fashion similar to the panic in the streets as previously noted, and clog up the transport that is needed. Find out when high tide is going to occur, for that will be the time of worst combined wave action (14 feet recorded at Battery Park in NYC) making travel impossible anyway.

Very bad form to 'flood post'! IE; to multi-post the same basic content over and over without a reply. Also a BIG No-no to cut and paste direct quotes from other forums even if you were the one to post it on the other forum, which you did not. Are you in Cebu now? No reason to get so hysterical IMO.

I agree with WR, the storm will pass to the south and Cebu will not take a direct hit. There will be heavy rains, high winds, localized flooding, some storm surge, many people who have built in or along drainage canals will have homes washed away. The sun will come out on Wednesday and the cleanup will begin.

I was going to suggest you post in the Philippine Travel Announcements section but I see you already did that. I notice your stay will be longer than 22 days, that means you will need to get a visa extension from BI in Mandaue. Cost 3030p* (2012 prices not sure if there was an increase Jan 1st). Wear long pants, closed toe shoes, and a shirt with a collar like a golf shirt. Although a clean tshirt will do as long as it`s not a wife beater. No shorts, no flipflops, no sandals. If you forget and show up with flipflops or shorts there are a few locals that hang around the gate and will `rent`you some shoes or long pants, but they are dirty and small.

Post a trip report stud.

Enjoy the Philippines.

You most likely will be going to Ayala mall a few times to meet girls or shop. You can drop your passport off at Olivis travel and pick up your new visa the next day. It's a big time saver and time is money when your in the Philippines. I believe I payed a service fee of 500 peso. I assume any mall will have at least one agency offering the service.

I assume any mall will have at least one agency offering the service. With the number of Cebu tourists on the rise there has been an increased number of 'visa service' companies that have opened shop. Personally taking the risk of losing my passport far outweighs the couple of hours that I spend at BI and I get the visa extension on the spot. Trusting a visa service with your passport can be risky. The visa service companies mostly use middlemen or fixers to get the visa extension and the foreigner is often unaware that their passport goes through several hands before being returned and that increases the chance your passport could be lost.

I used a visa service years ago but the last time I used one the fee started to increase and the normally reliable visa service took 6 days to return my passport. I told myself never again. Every day I would go to the visa service office and they would give me excuses and there I was shitting bricks worried they had lost my passport. I was kicking myself for trusting a local with something that was valuable to me. Never again.

Not sure how it is in Cebu but in Davao there is a visa service office right next to the immigration office at Victoria mall. No passing around of passports. You can actually see the person take your passport and walk over to the long line. Risk is close to zero and I personally know of about 40-50 cases where it was used with 100% success. So maybe this could be an option also in Cebu? I hate to stand in line.

BarbaBI Mandaue is located just off a busy industrial area and is tucked down a small mostly residential side street. While there might be a few visa service offices around BI, why pay the extra when you already made the trip and it's much easier to walk in BI and get the extension done in the same time. Most visa service offices are located on Mango or in a mall that foreigners frequent. I have not seen any signs near BI recently that offer visa services.

Please note that as of mid 2012 BI Mandaue and NBI Cebu offices (I can't comment on other Gov locations in the Philippines) have implemented a NO FIXER Policy. This wholesale reform means it takes just as long to process the application-extension as the fixer will take. Gone are the days when long lines exist and the fixers walk to the front of the line and have instant access to the officials to get their papers processed first.

Previously BI Mandaue was a distaster with long lines and even longer wait times. Things are much much better and it's a very easy process now at BI. Even NBI has gone digital and getting an NBI clearance takes an hour not weeks like it did with the old system.

Barba, I hear ya about waiting in line and I agree. I used a visa service before 2011 when paying up to 1000php to a visa service office was well worth it to avoid waiting in lines all day in a crowded office for a priority number to be called. Now things have improved to the point where it's a simple process. Last time in BI it took me 60mins to get the extension and it wasn't crowded or hot. YMMV.

[QUOTE=Stroker Ace88; 1371356Now things have improved to the point where it's a simple process. Last time in BI it took me 60mins to get the extension and it wasn't crowded or hot. YMMV.[/QUOTE]Evolution. Cebu is some years before Davao in many aspects, and probably also when it comes to this. Few things annoy me more than these fixers jumping in front of me in lines. I also implement a NO FIXER policy if I am in the line. This "fixing" a means to an end for many guys and girls that have no other work, I get that, but in this case it is just dysfunctional and annoying.

. .

Please note that as of mid 2012 BI Mandaue and NBI Cebu offices (I can't comment on other Gov locations in the Philippines) have implemented a NO FIXER Policy. This wholesale reform means it takes just as long to process the application-extension as the fixer will take. Gone are the days when long lines exist and the fixers walk to the front of the line and have instant access to the officials to get their papers processed first.I am trying to find the announcement from late last year that BOI (from a certain date that I cannot remember) will no longer allow tourist agencies and others to process visa applications and extensions. It must be done in person by the passport holder. Does anyone have it?

RK,

Here is the news release from BI.

http://immigration.gov.ph/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=839&Itemid=103

Some very interesting stories and news releases on the BI website, like the two Chinese nationals who faked BI entry and exit stamps to avoid paying extension fees.

There is a immigration office on the basement level of Casino in Cebu . Not sure of what services they do?

I was going to check it out but they were closed that day for some holiday.

There is a immigration office on the basement level of Casino in Cebu. Not sure of what services they do?

I was going to check it out but they were closed that day for some holiday. There are three PAGCOR casinos located in and around Cebu. One located on the 3rd floor Crown Regency Fuente, one in Waterfront Lahug, and another in Waterfront Mactan. I will assume you mean Waterfront Lahug.

There is no BI office in Waterfront Lahug but there is a Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) office located on the second floor of the main lobby. This office deals only with foreigners or previous Filipino nationals who reside outside the Philippines and want to retire in the Philippines. The PRA office does not have anything to do with normal immigration issues and no regular BI services are offered at the office.

The PRA is a PI government created entity that is under the control of the Board of Investments (BOI). At the PRA office anyone looking to retire in the Philippines can apply for a Special Residents Retiree's Visa (SRRV). This type of visa is a multiple entry visa issued by BI and SRRV visa holders have increased privileges such as;

-Option of permanent residency

-Multiple entry

-Exempted from BI exit clearance and re-entry permits and annual report.

-Exempted from import and customs duties and taxes for household personal goods up to $7000USD.

-Exempted from travel tax and special study permit fees

-Tax free remittance of annuities and pensions.

SRRA visa holders also have access through the PRA to get assistance and advice when dealing with other PI Gov issues such as;

-Obtaining alien employment permit. NBI clearance.

-Tax exemption-extension certificates.

-BIR Tax identification number

-PI drivers license.

I visited the PRA office in 2009 when I was looking at buying a condo in Cebu. They were helpful but there is a downside to obtaining a SRRV.

-Applicants have to be 35+
-Obtain valid medical and NBI clearances plus a police certificates from the current country of residence.

-One time processing fee of 1400USD. Annual report fee (not disclosed)

-Certificate of Retirees Deposit: -
-1A-Without Pension-35-49yrs old 50000USD- 50yrs+ 20000USD.

-1B-With Pension- 50yrs+ 10000USD.

-Under the 'with pension' scheme the applicant can't engage in a business or be employed in the Philippines.

-Minimum amount of monthly pension for single applicant- 800USD. Married applicant- 1000USD.

The money is held 'in trust' in an authorized PI bank and can only be applied to approved investments inside the Philippines. These investments include;

-Purchase of a condo.

-Long term lease of house and lot (lease not shorter than 20yrs)

-Purchase of a golf club or country club membership.

If a foreigner was looking at buying a condo in the Philippines the SRRV can be a win-win visa, but keep in mind that if the value of the property drops below the minimum investment the government can demand you add additional funds. If you sell your condo your visa will be suspended within 30 days unless the proper investment level is manintained in trust at a PI bank.

Going online I can find a Tagalog translation webpage that helps me get the general jist of online chatter that I want to understand. Is there a good site for Cebuano / Visayan?

Full disclosure, I just want to understand more of what I read online when my Filipina friends converse on FB. For example, a gal posts on FB saying she got a random phone text asking about "ms abc". The first thing I think is that one of her foreign friends has made a mistake. From what I can understand in their language, one of her friends replies,". Blah, blah, is it a foreinger. Asking. Blah?". And then her answer is,"Hahay, puhon na mars. Lagi lisod man dii ning gwapa noh kay monitoron man". If anyone cares to do a translation, I'd appreciate it.

Meanwhile, I should study a bit.

I enjoyed reading the cebu forum while on holiday here in the Phils, some good stories although the malls and nightspots seemed a bit vague with mixed reports. So as I was bored this past Sunday with not much to do I thought I would check out the situation and write a report. I'm pretty rusty as I haven't done any mongering in 4 years but what the hell you only live once and I'll probably never be back to Cebu. My previous experience has been BBK, Pattaya, Dubai, Sinapore.

I'm 35, tall, in good shape.

At about 12. 30pm first stop was Robinsons Mall / Center, I read it is near all the nightspots and noticed some of them on the way past. I found some European guys in the coffee at the back on the ground floor, most of them alone. No one at Bo's out front. After a walk around I grabbed a computer at the internet cafe and spent an hour playing on the net and keeping an eye on anything going on in the coffee shop and outside. From what I could tell there was 0% with only regular shoppers. I was trying to find out on the net if the bars were open Sunday night? Decided to flag Robinsons and head to Ayala.

Must have got to Ayala about 2pm. Went in past Bo's coffee (mentioned in forums a couple of times) where some European guys were hanging out. Had a good walk around for an hour. Noticed a few European guys walking around by themselves. Nothing out of the ordinary caught my eye, sure there was a lot of talent but I can't say I had any girls making any real eye contact except for a couple of girls inside one of the restaurants thru the safety of the glass. I didn't bother trying to chat up shop girls as I'm not after a girlfriend. A tall girl at one of the stalls was friendly when I talked to her as they all are. After I finished my shopping and a late lunch I decided to check out the terraces. I couldn't see anything happening at Bo's, and the coffee shop below had 3 European guys sitting at 3 different tables outside playing on their cell phones looking desperate. I did a lap and ended up at a coffee place on the ground floor far at one end semi under cover from the walkways above. A couple of European guys were sitting around but once again I witnessed 0% action although I did noticed a couple of darker skin Filipinos around. Correct me if I'm wrong but in Thailand the darker skin is normally a good sign of a working girl (as the poorer girls from the provinces generally have darker skin. I presume this is the same in Phil's?) Just before I got up to leave a European guy walked past by himself heading toward the entrance of the complex looking like he was on his way out. After I left the coffee place I walked the same way and noticed he was sitting chatting to a girl. This left me wondering if this was a pickup or not, I had the feeling it was a pickup but who knows. I decided to give it some time and check out the same place later on to see if I could get the desired result. I decided in the mean time to go see if I could find a place to get a back massage and kill some time. I spent about half an hour walking around trying to find a massage shop or find one of the mall-map kiosks that actually worked. When I walked past the tall girl at the stall mentioned previously she gave me a friendly look and a smile. With me thinking I have been walking around to long in here with no shopping to show for it. Then 5 minutes later (maybe about 4:30pm) randomly while I was walking along on the second floor in the middle of the mall a girl just approaches me from behind and starts a conversation, she said that she is a (funny enough) massage girl who works in one of the other malls but now she has finished work and would I like a massage. I decided just to go along and see where this took me so I said sure why not. She also told me to walk with her almost straight away so we didn't draw attention. Its quite hard to judge a girls looks when at such short notice but she had a lovely face and after she walked a head of me a couple of times I was very happy to judge her a 8/10, nice slim body good figure and about 5'5 with normal shoes. So while walking along we had a bit of a chit chat all the usual nonsense, I suggested we go into a coffee shop but that didn't seem to register. Then she asked were I was staying, I told her I wasn't staying in town (which I wasn't) to which she suggested we get a short time hotel for three hours 250 Pecos. (I didn't know they existed in Cebu even after I had read the forums). So Anyway I said sure lets go (thinking now this girl is definitely a pro but possible GFE). On the way out we walked past the stall girl I mentioned previously who was having a good laugh with her friends as I'm sure she knew what was going down. (the walk of shame in a mall is a new one for me)

So to summarize Ayala, in my short experience. I would say it would be a pretty brave girl to approach a guy sitting at Bo's or the coffee shop under it. Its pretty much in full public view of all the terraces, and this one defiantly didn't want to be seen picking up in the mall. I think the far end away from the crowds and observers on the balcony's would be a better bet as a first try. Keep an eye out for girls with slightly darker skin. Experienced mongers please correct me if I'm wrong. Shop girls I didn't try but could be a possibility if your after a GF rather than a hooker.

So we got to this short time hotel, I have no idea what it was called or where it was. The girl I'm with knew the lady there (pro pro pro) and quickly organized a room with supplied condom. Her personality definably changed once we got to the hotel, it was like we are at the hotel now I can stop being GFE. I have read similar reports on here and now know what you guys mean. This is different from all the Thai's I've had who generally keep their personality consistent. At this stage I had only agreed to a massage, so anyway she goes in to use the toilet and comes out in some pretty sexy underwear. I was kinda expecting we both shower but apparently they don't do that here. I asked how much the massage was and she said 500, to which I thought okay whatever this isn't going to be where it ends, agreed and stripped down to my underwear and let her go to work. After a whole 2 minutes she asked me to turn over and then proceeded to started rubbing my cock through my underwear and asked if I would like extra service. She took her bra off and let me rub her tits to help me make my decision, unfortunately she must have had tissues stuffed in her bra back at the mall because her tits were a disappointment. Not to worry however I'm more of a ass man and she had a great ass and figure. She then mentioned sex and when I asked how much she said 5000 Pecos, with me thinking geeze she must think I have no idea. Anyway I wasn't going to let her get away with that so offered her the going rate (replacing massage cost) which she accepted to my surprise with no further negotiation (a bad sign maybe ). Things started to go downhill pretty quickly from there. She was pretty intent on getting on with business by rubbing me hard despite my saying "what about the rest of my massage". Then I asked if I could play with her kitty to which she said "bleeding only sex condom etc". Unfortunately my last experience with a bleeding girl was a do anything German, the short of it was. Blood everywhere and it really turned me off doing that ever again. So at this point I was really put off. She was a little upset (probably thinking she wasn't going to get any money). I explained to her that she moved way to fast and it wasn't going to happen like this. At this point she decided it was a good time to finish my massage and spent a good 30 minutes on me after which I gave her a massage (I actually quite enjoy massaging a girl especially if they have a hot body) That regained some arousal and we finished by me sitting on her while she gave me a handjob. I did pay her, no tip or taxi money.

In conclusion this was only one experience, but I wouldn't recommend Cebu malls for no strings sex unless you really have nothing else better to do, a GF maybe although you can find a GF by just being in the Philippines, using public transport and talking to people. I have to say this was worse than my worst experience in Thailand, at least they tell you they are bleeding before you decide to take them home!

Umm you mentioned you were not looking for a pro, but you went with a pro. You didn't bother to interview her and ask important Q's. Things like, are you on your period? How much? How long? What do I get for the price? Anal, CIM, Facial or BBBJ available? Shaved, waxed or hairy as my imported asshole crack?

She did her job mate. You didn't do yours. So why were you upset she changed into a pro from a playful GFE? That's her job, to get you off and get your cash as quick as possible. You fell for the illusion. You confess you are not a monger so I will cut you some slack. There are 3 or 4 Queensland hotels around Cebu City, they are the king of short-time stays. Many other smaller short time hotels around. Taxi drivers all know them. (Eurotel, SOGO, Prince Court, ect).

FYI, many newbies to Cebu confuse Robinsons Mall with Robinsons Cybergate Mall. Both are located on Fuente circle. I watched a dozen or more newbs walk in or around Cybergate a few weeks ago. Some needed help loading a phone, some asked the guard where to get a netcafe when they just walked past it on the way inside. Some asked the guard where Bo's coffee was located, so clearly they were lost.

I do however think you visited the right Robinsons. You missed my posts awhile back where I mentioned that most of the freelance action has moved down stairs to the food court area. The word has gotten out with locals about Bo's on the first floor being a spot for pickup girls. So next time make the rounds downstairs or go walk around on the upper floors and you might be surprised. But then again you seem too green to realize which filipinas are there to shop and socialize and which filipinas are there to be picked up.

Ayala mall. There are freelance filipinas around Ayala. Most are high mileage, most are filipinas who are either former bargirls who can't work in a bar for various reasons or are current bargirls. They walk the mall during the day and work in the bar at night. Personally I avoid the high mileage filipinas and seek out the younger student semi-pros. Just be careful, if you go up to a filipina who is not there to meet guys you might get your ass in trouble. Also FYI there are 3 or 4 Bo's coffee locations in Ayala mall. The one most mentioned is on the second floor next to Watsons pharmacy, but again the girls who stand around at the railing are higher mileage filipinas. IMO the better time of day to go looking for mall freelancers would be in the late afternoon 3-6pm. Filipinas will sleep in late and if its hot outside most might wait until it cools off to go out hunting fat foreigner tummies to ride.

Your impression that darker skinned girls are more likely to be working girls is bola. It's true somewhat in Thailand but in the Philippines it's not true. Filipinas that go with foreigners come in alot of colors.

Your experience there seems different than mine, SA. I'm in there a lot, either to eat occasionally at the food court or to do grocery shopping in the supermarket, and I don't recall seeing anything. Pro or semi-pro. Just lots of eye-candy (damn, I love those schoolgirls in uniforms!).

Perhaps I'm just missing things. I'll take your word for it that there are possibilities there. I generally rely on getting The Look, but I've never received that sort of eye contact there.

Outside, near the pedestrian overpass and the corner of F. Ramos is another story, of course.

Especially in Ayala near Bos where SA noted, lots hang there and I have seen a few newbies think they are chatting up a hot women. As I noted before, they sit by Watsons and then go inside to see their mates to get some free hair curling and make up so they are good for the evening.

Plenty girls Ayala but you neeed to observe for example any schoolie in uniform with FM high heels is likely on the look out. All schools only school allow 2" max or flats not the FM stuff I like. Have seen a few with FM heels on (clearly changed when got to mall) and lots eye contact.

But as SA said be careful. Look, learn and watch don't just rush in as you may get your backside fried

There is a morality policy that has been adopted by most of the schools in Cebu. If a filipina is seen by a school official wearing her school uniform while in the company of a foreigner who is not a blood or family relation. The filipina faces being expelled from school and might not be allowed to graduate. Some semi-pro former students have started to wear old uniforms around because they know it brings them more pesos from horny foreigners.

This is the same morality policy that got a few Cebu students into trouble for posting bikini and smoking pics on FB last year.

Outside, near the pedestrian overpass and the corner of F. Ramos is another story, of course.I'm guessing you're a new arrival (within the last 8months) to Cebu. Yes my experience differs greatly from yours because you are new to Cebu and I am not. On the Cebu General Reports Thread someone mentioned semi-pro street meat over on Junquera, and you replied "Where on Junquera?", so that tells me you know little to nothing about Cebu. Everyone knows about Junquera, and I'm not putting you down just calling it the way it is.

So just to recap. There's semi-pro action available at Robonsons fuente. Look downstairs around the food court or on the upper levels. Alot of the semi-pros will not walk right up to you and announce in front of all the other locals they are for sale, but the action is there. It's just not so in-your-face as it was previously. Gessuuss DS has been posting about (and enjoying) the semi-pros he pulls from Robinsons for over a decade. I think you can't see the forest through the trees.

In the good ol' days guys would gather at Bo's coffee and the filipinas would circle. Back then there were fewer foreigners in Cebu and most of the locals could care less what happened. There used to be a alot of semi-pro filipinas that would work Robinsons both inside and out and the quality was ten times better IMO. The corner of Ramos and Mango used to be a big spot for pickup girls, not anymore. Things have changed.

It seems Robinsons is trying to clean up it's image. Locals have known for years that the mall and in particular Bo's coffee was the place to see filipinas go with imported guys in exchange for pesos. Now Robinsons has changed the planter boxes on the corner of Mango-Ramos from a flat granite top (where the pimps, viagra touts, street kids and semi-pros used to sit and offer services to passing foreigners. The new granite is peaked to prevent 'stand-by'. The mall has also stationed a new guard that walks between the employee entrance over to the fruit stall on Ramos. He is there to make sure everyone who is hanging around leaves the area. Notice the locals who sell puppies have moved from the Ramos side of the walk-over to the other side? The guy with the peanut cart is gone too. Now you know the reason why.

Also the guard stationed inside Robinsons department store on the first level (between Bo's and Cafe de Paris) has been moved from inside the store to 20ft outside the door in the main portion of the mall. His job now is to watch shoppers who exit the store and to watch out for semi-pro and locals inside the mall who are not there to shop. Subtle changes indeed but it has forced the action away from Bo's. Yet whenever I walk past Bo's I shake my head at the half dozen or so desperate looking sexpats who continue to sit there and cast a line into an empty pond. I have seen the same guy with the same worried and sexually frustrated look for the past couple of months. He has balding jet black frizzy hair down in kind-of a mullet. He has thick black beard growth, dark eyes, no tan and always wears the same clothes. Black sneakers, black socks, black cargo shorts and a black t-shirt. The only thing that changes is the t-shirt. He hangs at both Cybergate and Fuente malls. Is that you Azil?

Couple those factors with the stigma that's been attached to being seen at Bo's coffee inside Robinsons fuente and you know why the action has moved away from that spot. Geessus if you can't spot the semi-pros around the food court stop at the first table behind the lechon baboy store and infront of the grocery. Ask the old time expats to show you the semi-pros. After the laughter stops (5-10mins) they will be happy to point out the filipinas or call one over for you.

This is the same morality policy that got a few Cebu students into trouble for posting bikini and smoking pics on FB last year.I know about this SA and I reckon it has always been there. The farcial fuss over the bikini pictures on the girls Facebook is a good example of the world going mad (well the Philippines and some crazy Catholic faulty) and I think the parents won the court case as wel.

There was another more recent 'scandal' with a USJR student taking a sex video with her then boyfriend and this being posted. She is also still at school and it made the headlines locally plus all the Facebook chatter. Pathetic from our viewpoint (well mine)

My Cebu hottie is still at school so tells me all the stories and she is more of a rebel and will walk with me and wear the uniform (and she wears it for other reasons LOL).

But while the morality police don't want the girls to be seen in uniform with us naughty white boys it does nothing about the pinoys who hang outside most colleges and pick up girls for tutition fees on a regular basis. Happens all the time but the school authorities won't act as they all know we are the ones who corrupt their students not the pinoys LOL

If I'm ever in the same situation again I will take your advice and do a interview prior to leaving the mall. I didn't say anywhere that I wasn't looking for a pro. I can see your point that she wants to "get you off and get your cash as quick as possible" I guess in the past I have just been lucky in other countries where they have quite often stuck around longer than they needed to and performed a much better service without the need for me to specify what is required beforehand. I did most of the mongering in my 20's so maybe that has something to do with it!

Similar but IMHO opinion the officials are not as anal as in Manila or Clark (which am advised is really bad). Singapore tends to be the one more questions are asked and you maybe asked to sign an affadavit tos ay she will return etc (even a married white guy with kids had to do this!) but that is nothing much so just sign and move on.

Some mongers going overseas have an affdavit ready to show (ONLY if asked) saying he will pay all costs associated with the vacation and bring the cutie back.

I would always chose Cebu over other airports for international travel but the the drawback is the limited number of destinations that the budget airlines fly to.

Email me for more details but the destination has some influence (Singpaore harder IMHO, HK much easier) but am sure others will / may have a contrary opinion

More feminazi parasite NGO B.S.. Bill Gates should be ashamed that he is funding the poorly named "International "Justice" Mission" which is behind all these scandals. Just trying to keep the money coming in so they can continue to ride around in their 4WD vehicles, eat at top restaurants and live the 5 star lifestyle. As all here should know, the cyber-sex, porn webpage, trafficking charges are ridiculous. He booted a few of the girls after they ripped him off and this is the result. A good lesson regarding the extent to which "Pinoy Pride" can have nefarious consequences. W. R. and others of us who saw the papers today decided not to mention anything, since after all its a load of NGO crap as usual (like the infamous "nude wrestling minors" bust). But unfortunately it will take a long time for things to get cleared up and in the meantime he'll be in jail. This is what comes from giving a bunch of poor girls a job at 10, 000 a month (doing online book keeping entries) plus paying for their schooling. As anyone who met the girls knows, they were not available to anyone for anything. If he was enjoying their company that was between him and the girls. I'm sure the IJM will now pay the monthly wages that the girls will no longer be receiving as well as the cost of their schooling. Fat chance!

http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/392839/nbi-agents-nab-aussie-rescue-15-women-girlsThe person arrested was until fairly recently a former high profile Cebu poster of ISG. I have detailed info about this person, but not going to discuss on a public forum. I feel sorry for him, but did not approve of his activities, just the same. He was too reckless to survive, too reckless. Liked a high profile. Dynamite when your doing what he does, grey area, especially in a foreign country, in this case Philippines. Sad, cause he didn't have to go about it the way he did. Over confident, boastful type. Low profile is the best profile, when in foreign countries.

Long term established ISG members, who I am familiar with, can PM me. Maybe I will offer more info to them, not sure. Others, no way Jose. No reply to your PM and you know I am not willing to divulge any more info on the individual concerned.

they yet have to raid their very first pinoy-run casa?Very astute observation.

By the way, another forum member just PMd me with a link to a porn site supposed to have been run by the person in question. It is blocked in the Philippines. So I may be wrong as far as the guy not having anything to do with pics for pay. I had visited his place about half a year ago and also met with him a couple of times for a bite to eat in my hotel. He never mentioned the porn site and only spoke about his social media marketing project and online bookkeeping work.

I remember someone previously pointed out that one of his girls had appeared on a porn site before and attached a picture of the girl sitting in a jacuzzi. He later said that yes, she had previously modeled in a porn site. I wonder if it was his own site?

Nothing to seems to happens about shutting them down. The fair maidens of course would never do such a dastatdly thing as showing their intimate parts unless a big bad foreigner coerced them to do so. More hypocracy in the Philippines. But these are so expensive. Saw a rabbit vibe for 12000 pesos! These cost nothing in other places so I would recommend you bring in to save cost unless you really want to save weight and the bags.

But someone else may know better than me as I have asked around and found very little and what there was hugely overprices. I do tend to know vibe etc prices elsewhere for some reason LOL

it never ceases to amaze me how dumb some people can be. according to the article, he was confronted by hotel staff about bringing **** girls to his room (undoubtedly for sex). he chose to ignore the warnings given by hotel staff and he continued to bring young girls to his room. maybe he wanted to go to prison!

anyone have any idea what hotel he was staying at? seems like they may share some culpability if they knowingly allowed it to happen or am i reading into the article?

what i also found interesting in the article was the part of the pertaining law that was quoted, namely: republic act 7610; article vi; section 10; para (b) :

http://www.chanrobles.com/republicactno7610.html

"any person who shall keep or have in his company a minor, twelve (12) years or under or who in ten (10) years or more his junior in any public or private place, hotel, motel, beer joint, discotheque, cabaret, pension house, sauna or massage parlor, beach and / or other tourist resort or similar places shall suffer the penalty of prison mayor in its maximum period and a fine of not less than fifty thousand pesos (p50, 000) : provided, that this provision shall not apply to any person who is related within the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity or any bond recognized by law, local custom and tradition or acts in the performance of a social, moral or legal duty."

what i wonder is if anyone has ever been charged with "dating" a girl who is "10 or more years his junior" or does that fall under the exclusion of "any affinity or bond" etc?

sounds to me that if the courts were to enforce that law then they would see a significant decrease in the amount of male tourist traffic every year, most of the expats would be in jail, places like the bars in ac would be shut down and many "marriage and dating" websites would go under, lol.

on another note, a different board is reporting that a canadian man was arrested on friday for also being with **** girls. reportedly he was bringing several of them at a time to his condo to "give them swimming lessons". he was reported to the nbi by another expat living there. as this happened on a friday he probably won't be formally charged until monday or tuesday. i'd expect to see it reported in the local press then; that is of course unless he managed to make a financial arrangement over the weekend.

In other words, a 20 year old might get away with having a 17 year old in his room, but someone who is 28 or older would definitely have legal problems dating someone 17.

However, best to avoid minors in all circumstances. Why people risk this makes no sense to me.

during my recent trip, a gal from cebu i barely knew from some online dating site kept contacting me via sms. when she hinted she was 18 i literally cross-examined her about her dob via sms until she confessed she would be 18 in a months time. i refused to meet her. she wanted to bring a younger friend along and needed some money for school.

given that i could not recall a chat history with her or remember developing even a semblance of a rapport before my trip, i acted paranoid.

When using sites like DIA I usually search from 19 or 20 and up. Just in case a girl is adding the time she spent in the oven and not from the actual day / year she popped out. And I always insist that they bring a photo I'd; I usually tell them the hotel may ask for it. No I'd or if it looks suspicious, I'll give them a 100 or 200 pesos for taxi money and I walk away.

The old silver dollar is known as Mavericks Bar. That info has been on the forum for awhile. Atleast 18months.

Mavericks is NOT located at Mango Square, it's located on Jones Avenue just down from Fuente Circle.

Basically what you posted on mall pickups is bogus. If you're telling guys to go trolling malls at 10am, alot of guys will be sitting a heck of a long time and get tired and leave just when things get busy. Most malls in Cebu are dead until lunchtime unless there is some kind of mall-wide sale. Generally the late afternoon / evening is better IMO. If you go "chasing" after some sales women or students that walk around in the common areas of the mall (your dumb words not mine) you could find yourself in hot water if you hit on someone who's not interested. I have seen several foreigners that hit on a filipina who then complained to mall security and were given the boot.

Most of the mall hookup filipinas will stand around so they can watch you and make eye contact or they will sit close to you if they are interested. If you see a filipina that looks at you alot and is standing there alone pretending to play with her CP wave her over with a smile if she makes your grade. If she looks at you like you are crazy, she is not a pickup girl. If she comes over with a smile you have just made a new contact. Simple.

pardon me, but its normal for me to be confused like this because i exceed my normal quota of drinking when bar hopping. like for example i recall thinking i was at high heels at burgos the first night there and it was only the 2nd night i actuallly found myself in the real hh.

I have been to Ayala hundreds of times on a morning and early-mid afternoon and never really seen any girls actively touting for business, but I'm generally not seeking it either. Only once have I ever been directly approached and that was literally as I was walking out if the toilet and zipping up my flies! I don't really go there of an evening because I prefer other nightspots BUT, on my last visit the day before I returned home I went with friends in the evening for a few coffee's and then to TGI's for a few SML's. Abuhan's restaurant is a nice family place, has good food, fair prices, and takes credit cards. Its across the street from Bo's Coffee, on F Ramos street.

Ayala Mall. Over a 5 day period, I got hit on by 2 pair of girls, and separately one gal.

Pair #1. I don't recall the names. It was 2pm, and I'd just come in from the taxi and stopped at the information desk to ask a question. As I got off the escalator on the second level, a girl walked right up and asked the usual: "Hi. Where you going." A few steps behind her was the other gal. I told them that I'd find them in the mall later, that I needed to stop at the Globe store and it would take a while. They decided to stick with me and be my tour guide. Off to the Globe store we went, where it took over 1. 5 hours to resolve my phone issue. The girls waited outside in the hallway the whole time. After that I did some other shopping with them right at my side. I told them I wanted the other girl only. When we got to the taxi the first gal tried to get into the taxi. No thanks. Something didn't feel right. She made every excuse to come and stay in the room. Minor argument. Got out of the taxi with the girls, handed them a small note for their time, and walked away.

Pair #2. One of them is Clair. Chubby, late 20's. Her friend was also not attractive. Exchanged phone numbers and blew them off. 12:30pm.

Single. I'm sitting at Bo's Coffee, outside on the terrace, reading, alone. 11:30am. Suddenly I notice a woman sitting right next to me."Hi sir. What you doing?" Late 20's, very pudgy, unattractive. She was selling trinkets and offering hotel massage. Exchange phone numbers in an attempt to blow her off, but she wouldn't leave or shut up. Walked off to have lunch elsewhere. Some good intel: she cautioned me to stay away from a pair of girls roaming the mall. She said they would get to your hotel room and then steal your stuff. Her description of the pair sounded like my Pair #1 above. She also said that the pairs of girls usually show at noon or after, which is why she was sure to get there early.

Just a note to all that the entrance into Ayala that you would normally take if staying at the Parklane, Quest (and the new Mandarin) is closed. This mean you have to walk to either the Metro entrance to the right as you look at Ayala or go all around the mall to the left side.

In the current mix of heat and rain this can prove a sweaty undertaking.

No idea when the entrance will be reopened but was a great way quickly get into the mall from those hotels.

Responding to W C's report regarding 'Shark Attack' at Ayala. Just want to say that all pairs are not necessarily predators. Frequently girls from the provinces will come to Ayala, hoping to find employment. Usually they will be paired up for moral support. Sometimes they will tentatively and awkwardly approach you. These can often be worth exploring over a McDo's burger and coke. Most are poor, sometimes desperate, but also excited by the prospect of a threesome with possibly the first foreigner they have ever met.

The Colon area is notorious for thieves and beggars etc. Lots of 'snatchers' the girls tell me and say we westerners should avoid. Some do some don't and all have different experiences. But it is cheap (please note that CaliPro as you are soon to be in Cebu)

The link below is from a blog that another member recently posted and has a piece on Colon. Now he maybe be exaggerating some but is worth the read. Not sure if this is really written buy a Fil-Am (now returned to the country) or someone else but the blog itself can have some amusing bits also.

http://philippinefailblog.com/tourist-attraction-fail-they-call-it-colon-for-a-reason

Personally I avoid Colon (just as Xman does parts of Manila. See his latest FR) but Gangles I know has stayed in hotels there and felt fine so each to his own.

Also my attraction to Philippines is the island hopping and booze cruise activity. Is Cebu the best spot for that combo? There is a facebook page (link was sent to me by another member) of Cebu Booze Cruise. Pictures on the page show lots of drunk people on a bat. Beware of some of the girls as they are transgender and lady boys (the really stunning ones) so don't get too drunk LOL.

That means your dalliances will end up on a huge number of sites.

If this doesn't matter then it might be a load of fun. If there are employers, family or partners whom you would prefer not to know, then definitely DO NOT take the Cebu Booze Cruises https://www.facebook.com/CEBUBOOZECRUISES?fref=ts

. Off to the Globe store we went, where it took over 1. 5 hours to resolve my phone issue.

WCPresumably it was something intensely difficult and challenging such removing some Globe spam, or checking your outstanding bill.

Took me 3 hours and signing my name 8 times to change the billing address.

Those Zobel brothers maybe laughing their way to the bank but the rest of the population meekly put up with Globe and Smarts inability to process simple requests. Not too disimilar to Cebu Pathetic.

Hire juniors to do seniors job and look what happens (I was going to write " hire children to do adults work". But in this PC / HT era have to change such phrases)

Sorry for typo but I am not allowed to edit for another 5 months for reasons you know so if I make a mistake so be it.

As for Globe went there at 4pm and wanted to pay something. I was 45th in the queue. Two on the cashier desk, one on express and one on customer service. I remember your post RK on something like this and sure enough all at lunch. Also the Express desk was helping some with their mobiles such as "how do I load" or "how do I insert SIM" so that took an age. I gave up and came back the next day!

But it is quite impossible unless you are a member of a certain organization. I know the woman who spearheads the monthly cruises, always on a Sunday. They use their FB page to announce, update and reserve seats. Many times they need to schedule a second banka because the word is out and the parties have become legendary. As for the photos, they will respect your wishes not to be photographed and posted on the net.

I received a PM almost as soon as I posted warning me about issues with posting girls faces. I would not post current pictures as those have caused me drama from Capt-Save-Hoe's running to the girls. I will repost as soon as I have time to crop and cover faces.

Any suggestion where to buy in Cebu city? Anybody know of any bi-girls in Cebu, especially Koreans.

Or curious DIA girls.A few years ago there was a small place in Ayala that sold a few very discretely. They were never displayed and sold only to filipinas. They do not sell them any longer. There was also a few places around Colon where a simple vib could be found. I checked those stores before Christmas last year to see if the selection had increased. They too stopped selling vibs.

From what I understand selling vibs in the RP is technically illegal and falls into a moral grey area. There are / were a few places in Manila that sold vibs but not sure if they still do. Best to bring whatever vibs / toys with you when you arrive.

As to your request for members to provide bi chicks, my reply is to do your own legwork and FIND YOUR OWN if that's what you are into. Best chance to find a bi filipina that will do a threesome at a moments notice, is to rent a willing GRO.

Your request for bi Korean chicks made me lmfao. Ya got balls, but come on Korean females mingle with other Koreans not locals. The only time a Korean female speaks to a local is to ask a waiter / shop girl / maid / taxi driver for something. Your best chance is to go to Korea, because you're dreaming if you think you can walk up to Korean women in Cebu and chat them up. Most are cold and unless you know how to speak Korean your chances are slim to none, and slim just left town.

Best to bring whatever vibs / toys with you when you arrive.Maybe illegal and one senator last year tried to introduce a ban on all sex toys as it corrupts the girls. Clearly she had never tried a rabbit vibe LOL. But these web site use LBC and deliver. Price are reasonable (I did a price comparison with UK, Australia and USA but China is dirt cheap but then you pay for what get)

http://www.pleasureshop.com.ph/

http://www.lovestoremanila.net/store/

http://www.cherrytickles.com/sextoys

Now some hav limited stock. Cherrytickles is a good but the site is "under maintenance"

Or as SA said bring your in as I do. A collection of vibes and strap ons for the bi girls. And no Cheapy you won't get any of my college girl bi contacts, work for it as SA noted but beware GROs may / will fake it for the money but that may float your boat.

Some will say offering places to buy vibes etc is wrong but stuff them as they don't understand the joy the cutie has when using it when we have left and sending us pictures of her practicing with it LOL. And for one like to see the face and eyes f the cutie when she uses it for the first time and realizes what the nuns said was very wrong LOL.

Not sure about the extension stamp size.

This is a good move by BI. My passport is almost full so the reduction in stamp size comes at a good time.

Now there are some misguided mongers IMHO who think a forest is better than a good wax / shave. In Cebu my cuties go to Lay Bare (Banilad or SM Mall) for a good Brazilian. Something I encourage when am around (that and toys also LOL).

So for those who like a really smoothe treat this is a good place.

Cost for the Brazilian and underarm is 950 pesos. Cheap at half the price IMHOYep, I agree Lay Bare is great. It's a strange experience to be sitting in the VERY small waiting area (Banilad) and hear the customers inside the 5 or so small rooms get waxed (you can hear over the top of the wall). Some giggle, some scream abit and alot of in between. For just the Brazilian it's 500php if I remember right. Sometimes no one in there and other times the waiting room is full so it can be hit or miss.

I was told that the filipina waxing technicians spend 6months at the Banilad location and then 6months at the SM mall location. Back and forth. Also note that guests can NOT go into the room to watch, that's not allowed. I asked hehehe but they pointed to the sign on the wall that says only one in the room at a time.

Some like Starbucks to hang around and watch the cuties, others Bos Coffee or Seattle etc. Well for now Starbucks is closed for renovation and not sure how long. Hopefully not too long.

This has meant more mongers in the other places but a few new faces you may never have seen before. One things. It is getting crowded at times, no seats at all whether outside or inside is your preferred place.

But I always find a spot in my favourite places so I can't complain but this information is for those where the cutie says "meet you Starbucks sweetie on Ayala Terraces"

Have fun

Does anyone have experience with a local surveyor? Or can you suggest one that you know who charges sensible rates?

Thanks in anticipation?

Ain't there two starbucks at Ayala? Let the lads know if both or just one. Even though I am out of the game. I still have memory of waiting an extra hour or so for a few. Alma comes to mind. Redman, just a heads up since you're kinda slow di ba. DO NOT USE FULL NAMES ON THIS WEBSITE! I have no doubt you used her full REAL name on a sex monger website that's read daily by alot of locals.

In the future use 'Miss. A' or some other kind of nickname. There are Philippine laws created within the last couple of years that deal with online defamation of character, that were created to protect the elite from being talked about online. I have no doubt those same laws could be used against you to kick your Kano azz out of the Philippines if the filipina you named realized you posted about her and filed a complaint. Now you know why senior members here blur faces and anything that could identify a filipina when posting pics. I'm just saying it's better to be safe.

just back from an amazing weekend in cebu. the trip getting there from taipei sucked big time – cebu pacific flight left at 0120 arrived manila 0330 and the next flight to cebu left at 0630. if you are traveling from taipei i suggest getting a room near the manila airport and taking a later flight cebu. all i can say is the manila airport at 0330 is a glimpse of hell.

ok so i'm in cebu. my wife and i upgrade to a suite at the quest hotel – nice but not great. she was there the week before so i crashed while she did her work. i awoke at about 2p and headed over to alaya for lunch – nice thai place. i walked outside to get a smoke and bam i got hit on – got to love the pi. she wasn't interested in a 3p so back to texting a couple of contacts i had from wr and other source. a side note: wr is a great and generous man and for i guy i never met – i owe him big time. within 30 minutes one of wr's contact texted me back. to protect the guilty i will call her r. r set up an appointment for us at 10p she would meet us at the hotel and yes she was up for playing with my wife. i asked her for a picture as i had a bad experience recently in ac where the girl was a dinosaur – she responded that she was hot enough for us and i should relax. not sure what to make of it but liking her confidence we agreed to a price. i head back for a nap and then dinner with some local friends. at 10pm i got a text from r she was coming by and could i meet her in the lobby. i hustled down and man i could not believe my eye – darn right she was hot enough she was an easy 8/9 in my book – we got to the room and my wife was quite pleased. the girls played with each other my wife came 2 or 3 times. then they did a double bbbj. and r rode me for all she was worth. a good 90 minutes of playing around for all 3 of us. we took a break and then the girls paid close attention to me – cumming on r's tits and my wife licking her clean. exhausted and happy i paid and dismissed r we promised to hook up the next day and she would bring friends – this really got my wife excited. (my wife tends to like to sleep with me alone and recount the night's action which she did).

saturday night – after a long sleep i wake up and have a text from r – where we serious about her bringing friends? – yes of course. did we really want to go to dinner and then bar hopping. yes of course. so we set the plans. dinner at maya and then bar hopping. we start at 7p. i get a swim in and we head to the restaurant at 7. the girls are about 30 minutes late but, they texted that they were in traffic. i have come to learn that filipino time is very different than real time and besides my wife and i wanted to start drinking so no harm no foul. the girls show. r looks stunning. her two friends are equally hot a small one in particular i will call c was very hot kinda chinese looking and the other a had classic filipino good looks though she thought herself too fat as she had a little belly left over from her pregnancy. trust me when i say it was hardly noticeable. between the 3 i doubt they all weighted 120kg which made me bigger than the 3 put together! after dinner off to a couple of bars i can't remember the names but these were local sort of places cheap drinks and local bands. the girls got well lubricated but r doesn't drink. which was good as we needed a den mother to keep the team together and focused. then we headed off to the penthouse. this is an overpriced club similar to what we have here in taipei. i grabbed a table and bought 2 bottles 7500 php. cheap by taipei standards – ridiculously expensive by pi standards. but this was a classic asian dance club that my wife likes and the girls had a ton of fun too. as the night got going the 3 girl ran into 5 other friends. all were very hot – as people filtered into the club (it doesn't get going until midnight / 1a) all the white guys start stopping over at my table introducing themselves to me – i'm sure they were thinking – who is this fat western smuck with all these hotties. hey i didn't care it was hilarious as i introduced them around to see my wife sucking face with a while r and c doing the dirty dance with each other – tonight was going to be a great night. as c was supper hammered we decided to leave around 1:30/2a and head back for some serious fucking and sucking.

back at the hotel i had a pain getting the 3 girls and my wife up to the room as the hotel had many rules and paperwork. we eventually all got to the room – then the clothes came off and the girls basically raped my wife. at one point c was going down on my wife and a was going down on c and fucking her with a dildo – r was kissing my wife and kind of directing the action. in the middle of this scene one of the girls ask me if they could take some pictures. yea they wanted pictures. not the other way around. next thing you know i have one of the girls cell phones in my hand taking snap shots of all this. wow amazing. after that it is a bit of a blur. my wife got licked and dildo fucked by each girls and came with each time. r and c got in a 69 while my wife fucked one of them with the dildo. then this was repeated with my wife and c and a used the dildo on them. i fucked r and c and got bbbj from all 4. 'a' licked all the girls but was on her period so her action was all oral – which was fine though my wife was super disappointed that she didn't get to go down on her (next time baby). in the end a blew me until i came in her mouth and then swapped it with my wife. to the applause of the other girls. exhausted and happy – i paid the girls and sent them in their way. i also thanked my luck and wr for his great advice. i owe him big time.

what a party. my wife didn't want to leave and can't wait until she can come back. a total success!

Recently went girl hunting with another of the contacts and her girlfriend. Great night found a girl, back to hotel (no hassles) and lots of fun. I call it an 'educational' tour for those who have yet to experience the hunt etc.

PM and email as am sure we will catch up and I can bring a few more cuties (bisexual of course) for the wife as it is important she is kept happy and well licked LOL.

Ayala construction held up although being on the 12th floor this morning was definitely not an advantage. Executive lounge wiped out with food, glasses, etc. all over the floor. Very alarming and lots of nervous guests evacuated out to Ayala Mall lawn. I just discovered how out of shape I am after climbing the stairs back to my room. Luckily no cutie around at the time of the quake.

Was a reasonably sized eqarthquake this morning. See link below. Hotl shaken around as were most buildings (David how aas Marriott, shaken not stirred)

Already the cuties are texting me about buildings that have fallen down, some are scared some and worried about another as there are more aftershocks as I write.

When the aftershocks cam most ran out of my hotel but the only ones left reading the paper and asking for more tea were the westerners. Some like me have been in worse earthquakes so this is cool but I know that the building quality has a lot to be reckoned for her so that is the worry for anyone. No glasses etc broken here and the elevators also fine saves me walking up numerous flights of stairs also.

Quest hotel is cordoned off with yellow tape and a friend said Raja Palace is closed (more yellow tape) , Winland condo tower shook heavily and maybe some damage there, some damage around Osmena Circle with Robinsons closed (or it was an hour ago)

Maybe best stay in with a cutie and protect her from more aftershocks LOL.

Radisson swayed back and forth quite a bit. Luckily I was only on the 8th floor this time. My last 2 times here I was on the executive (20th) floor. I can only imagine what a mess it is up there now.

The hotel has taken pretty good care of us. Everybody went out to the back garden area. They put out most of a usual buffet breakfast. Drinks, including San Migs, have been flowing for free all morning. I wish I knew you other guys were here. I could have invited you over. It pays to be in a nice hotel when these things go down. You have a better chance to be taken care of. As of now, SM is still not open and I imagine most malls and restaurants are still closed.

Unfortunately, I'm being told that they may not allow guests in the hotel for the rest of the week, for safety reasons. They have to give the hotel a thorough structural inspection. I may vamoos up the coast to Danao since I have a girl up there.

Well, if it swayed it was probably done up right. Of course the swaying isn't too good for the elevator equipment, nor for those prone to seasickness. And after 3/11 Japan disaster, some of my Tokyo friends regret living or working in high rises.

As for construction defects rumours, the building that is now the Rad was built but left unopen for many years.but was that because of a construction problem or an unpaid bribe? I think it was originally meant to be a Hyatt.

D33, what is a wet cement defect?

I'll ask around anyway. Is when the cement is poured too wet and does not 'cure' properly. In the MIddle East they only pour and cast cement in darkness in the evening due to temperatures. Something along the lines that making the cement mix too weak (likley not using enough of the stuff maybe to cut costs) = wet cement = poor quality construction = it falls down eventually.

Am sure an enginnering monger has a better idea but basically was told it is a weak structure.

It was originally meant to be a state-of-the-art Sheraton and the shell had been completed around 2000 but then I understand major structural defects were found in the foundations and it sat there idle for the next 10 years before it miraculously re-opened as a Radisson Blue.

An engineering friend of mine said that the defects could not be patched-up and the building should have been demolished and rebuilt. I guess a building inspector received a new SUV for ticking off the right boxes but that might be unkind.

That was the story I presumed was the real one right through from 2000 to now and I wouldn't attend a cocktail party there never mind staying there.

I guess we will never really know what is the real deal.

As far as SM mall goes; I went to the early IMAX 3D showing of Gravity today and my chica and I were the only ones in the theatre. 400 admission too much for most locals I imagine. Keeps out the kids. Great movie so if anyone is around and needs a change from cuite boto, I suggest seeing this flick.

For those many years that it was vacant, I heard the "construction problem" story. I find it surprising that Radisson would ignore that.

I've seen a few places in the Tokyo area where the reclaimed land had sufferred from liquefaction after the 2011 earthquake. Putting a multistory hotel on reclaimed land is probably not a good idea.

I'd love to hear from someone who actually saw some damage at the hotel. Someone earlier said there was swaying, but that is usually part of the earthquake resistant construction design.

I was just lookimg on expedia. Com. The prices at the Marriott looked good. There are daily after-shocks in the 4. 5-5. 0 range around the Bohol strait, although the past 12hrs have been relatively quiet. From what I hear through the bamboo telephone the Blu remains open, but with limited available (read undamaged) rooms. I'm hearing there was a ton of cosmetic damage. Broken windows, broken tiles, buckled laminate floors. The usual earthquake damage.

Is there any serious / minor structural damage at the Blu? Hard to say. The management has put out a news release (link below) with the "all OK" approval from engineers. Personally I do not buy it. If you look closely at the letter it states on the bottom "date issued: January 3, 2013, place of issue: Quezon City", which means IMO it was a copy of a yearly inspection preformed back in January. Rubber stamped rushed letter to calm fears of damage.

I have stayed at the Blu in the past and have enjoyed the hotel. Very good level of service which is hard to find in CC. It would have to take some serious promo specials and / or free room nights / upgrading including access to the club lounge to get me to return if ever. YMMV.

If some one stays at the Blu, post a review of what's open and what's closed. The info would be helpful.

I was there on earthquake morning on the 8th floor. As I said before the building swayed back and forth. And as others have said this is the way it should be during an earthquake. This is my second worst earthquake, after being on the fringes of Kobe in '95. That one was truly scary even though I wasn't really in the damage zone. The one the other day didn't bother me so much but I knew that in this country people would be in trouble somewhere.

Damage in the hotel was superficial. A few marble wall tiles fell off in the lobby and landed on some tables. There were other tiles off here and there. In my own room there was nothing amiss other than a bit of plaster dusting here and there. I heard that other rooms had more damage. Some glass showers broke and some doors warped a bit so that they were hard to open. I didn't see broken glass in any public area.

Since we were kept out of the hotel way past checkout time I extended by one day to the 16th, Wednesday. When I tried to do that, I found out that the hotel wasn't taking new reservations until Sunday due to inspections. That probably explains why events were moved to other places like that Marriott.

I had never heard about any structural problems here before. All the talk centered around the ghosts of workers that were killed during construction. Like maybe there will be some mysterious singing into one of the microphones after all the bars are closed and the bands gone home, bwahaha.

Maybe the bad structure thing is true. Then again the same taxi drivers saying that may also say that Yamashita's treasure is buried under the basilica. They're a good source of urban legend and wild rumors. When I'm on my way to the airport to go to Davao a lot of the taxi drivers have earnestly warned me that my life will be in grave danger. Those of us who go there know that there's rarely a problem security-wise.

Also, keep in mind that it's a common trick in this county to spread these kinds of rumors about a business or political enemy.

If the hotel is on reclaimed land that may be the bigger worry. I know that it's in the reclamation area. But is that particular ground reclaimed land? I know that SM has been there for the whole 20 years that I've been visiting Cebu. Is there some point when reclaimed land settles and becomes more stable? Or is it always and forever liable to liquefaction during earthquakes? I'm just asking because I don't know.

Anyway, I'm in Hotel Elizabeth for a night before I go to Davao. It seems ok so far, except there was an awful smell in the lobby like a large rodent died or a party of drunk guys pissed all over the place.

She was riding me cowgirl and as the room started to shake she stopped, tensed up and buried her head into my chest. When she tensed up, she also involuntarily tightened up her pussy so hard I thought I thought someone clamped a velvet lined vise around my cock. After comforting her a few times with: "Don't worry babe, it's fine" and "We're safe here", we talked about how her pussy got tighter. Naturally we practiced the routine and it became our inside joke as we spent a good part of the day in bed. I wouldn't say she now has total pussy control, but we're working on it! I arrived in the Philippines for a work assignment in 1997 and I have been here ever since. I visited Cebu 8 times each year between 1997 and 2001 for work. I watched the shell of that hotel (planned as a Sheraton but now Radisson) , being completed by 2000 but then watched it stand unoccupied and untouched for the next 8 years because of structural irregularities and defects in the foundations. There were regular updates about it in the press at the time and there were also engineering views that it was much too tall for the reclaimed land upon which it was built. There was no attempt to hide the problem in the press.

The general view was that it should be demolished and rebuilt but nothing happened.

Then it was announced that Sheraton had sold out of it, and not long later it suddenly opened as a Radisson Blu and a few eyebrows were raised as it was believed that patch-up work could NOT possibly pass proper inspection.

There is NO WAY that I, personally, would ever set foot in that hotel regardless of rates or special offers.

Just so the newbies can get a fix on this.

There are 3 ways to get a taxi from Mactan airport to the city or anywhere else for that matter.

1. Go up the ramp into departures, come out the other side and grab a white cab (metered). OK if you don't have huge luggage (the up ramp can be a struggle if tired). Price is around PHP 150-175 on a normal day.

2. Take a yellow cab from outside arrivals. The flag fall is PHP 78 and it is metered. Cost to city is aorund PHP 250 on a normal day.

3. Take the rip off merchant cabs (basically private vehicles) for PHP 475 fixed fare to the city. Never quite sure what car you get but it gets you there and is OK (for comparison, it is PHO 440 to Burgos fixed fare, whte cab, from NAIA and that is a longer drive)

Now, a normal day is not rush hour when the city is slow and the bridges are full of traffic jams nor a weekend early evening (which would add up on a metered cab). But there are choices although #3 is a rip off IMHO especially as the yellow cabs can be scarce (mostly when I arrive LOL). Have arrived at midnght and been at the hotel in 20 minutes and the meter was less

There maybe other ways to the cty etc but these are the 3 ways I woud recommend to a newbie at least.

Sheraton signed a management contract with the owners to manage it, based on the building being deemed to be safe, proper foundations etc. This is standard practice for all management contracts, particularly for US based companies, based on potential future litigation. (Sheraton being part of Starwood, a NYSE traded company ). Sheraton and Starwood had no financial stake in it.

Owners were unable to provide the relevant building safety reports that were required, and so the management contract lapsed, as the hotel wasnt opened as a Sheraton, and thereafter the contract was deemed null and void. Everything you say is correct apart from Sheraton being "sold out of it." They had no financial stake whatsoever. Now I also know something about Radisson contracts, but thats another story.

Just some basic information about Cebu's airport since the typhoon.

The airport is much busier with loads of cargo planes using Mactan as a staging post so exepct some delays to your flights. Even the BBC are here on the roof interviewing each other.

However, the main cause of delay as always is the limited capacity at Manila airport with the ATC and airport unable to cope with the huge volume of traffic so flights are being stalled in Mactan with some an hour or more wiating on the tarmac. And of course flights are late arriving due to the heavy traffic at the airport (am sure they have never seen as planes before)

As usual taxi times to the airport are variable depending when you go. Roughly around 45 mins if gong in the early afternon from Ayala to the airport and cost is around 200-250pesos. Can be faster and cheaper at other times especially very early morning or late evening (naturally!)

But expect a few more delays for a while would be the message . The PAL 0450 flight was delayed as was the 11am flight delayed and the passengers from both arrived in Manila after 2pm (though I suspect PAL did some consolidation of flights as well but blamed it on a number of factors) Cebu Pacific at the time of writing had 3 delayed planes from the 8 scheduled but it was getting worse (ie more delays) as you get into the 'rush hour' for flights arriving at Manila.

I am staying by Ayala Mall and things seem normal to me at the hotel and at the mall. On a side note I had a filling come out and needed it to be cemented back in. Went to Green Apple Dental Group in Ayala Mall a couple days later without an appointment and was seen within 30 minutes by Dr. Sandie. Turns out the filling had to be sanded down to fit and took 30 minutes overall. The charge was 900 pesos for quality dental care! Last time in the states it costed me $150 for the same. Nice clean office.

ThanksCebu is fine, read the news and you will know which parts of Cebu (island) are truly messed up. Ladies? What ladies? None in Cebu all ran away when the earthquake and typhoon came. Those pictures from WR and PJ were old one pre tyhoon.

ThanksI just left Cebu the other day and Cebu City was hardly affected at all (see the General Info thread in main PI Forum as I posted some info there too) , only the northern part of the island was affected. Ayala, Mango Square and the bars are all as usual. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of girls in the bars.

As I just posted in the AC thread, you'll soon see an increase increase in the number of girls (both at the bars and FL's) as many from Leyte and Samar will be arriving soon as a result of the typhoon. I know it sounds cold, but that's life.

My flight to Clark was delayed around 30 minutes due to the increased activity at the Cebu airport. I did notice only one Phil C-130 up and flying (was about to take off as I left) and the other two were just sitting there. Pity they can't at least shuttle them over to Leyte and use them for storage, command posts, barracks or even latrines (seems that would be most appropriate) , LOL.

The PAL 0450 flight was delayed as was the 11am flight delayed and the passengers from both arrived in Manila after 2pm (though I suspect PAL did some consolidation of flights as well but blamed it on a number of factors)PAL PR850 is the 11am Cebu-Manila flight and is often delayed by late PR849 aircraft arrival from Manila. It was always late before the typhoon so not much has changed.

BTW, PAL stands for Plane Always Late.

1. Go up the ramp into departures, come out the other side and grab a white cab (metered). OK if you don't have huge luggage (the up ramp can be a struggle if tired). Price is around PHP 150-175 on a normal day.I also do this, I think I learned it from this forum. Last time I did it in May, the driver wanted to argue and said fixed fee PHP250. I argued for a while, but in the end just let him have the fare for PHP250. I recall they have rearranged the fencing around the ramps to make it less convenient. I htink I just jumped the fence after crossing the road from the international exit.

3. Take the rip off merchant cabs (basically private vehicles) for PHP 475 fixed fare to the city.I took this on my first couple of trips to Cebu. It's directly outside the door of arrivals, fixed fee and the cars were all very clean and aircon.

When I first arrive back in country, it take time to readjust to pricing. An Aussie fare to my airport is AUD60, P2400 so I always have to be conscious to recalibrate.

Or 9-10000 pesos! So 450 pesos should not cause us too much grief.

An Aussie fare to my airport is AUD60, P2400 so I always have to be conscious to recalibrate.I would only take the yellow airport taxis as a last resort. They charge a lot more versus the standard white Cebu taxis. Awhile back they were caught with hot meters that jacked up the rate considerably. Beware private tour operators that will shout "taxi sir" as you exit the terminal. They are NOT a taxi service and charge inflated rates. Avoid at all cost. If someone quotes you a flat rate they are not a taxi and you will pay more or get scammed.

No need to jump the fence. If you exit International arrivals turn left when you exit the terminal and look for the stairs going up. If you exit Domestic arrivals look for the painted cross walk area. The guard on the other side will let you through, then turn left and up the ramp. The old way was to turn right and go up the stairs but they have blocked it off and moved the white taxi line back a bit. The new system is a longer journey but more functional.

I spent some time in Cebu looking for some specialised technical support for my laptop.

I eventually was directed to a small business called Green Valley.

They certainly seemed to know what they were doing.

They are located behind the National Book Store on Mango Road.

Behind the national Book store is a three storey building with small businesses. Green Valley is on the second level.

For Blackberry I would go to the Active Zone in SM as a few shops there. Don't let them say 6 weeks send to Singapore as there are a few guys there who can fix it if you need.

Better known as Mango Square Mall. No, not even close. Mango Square (AKA Mango Square Mall) is a group of buildings that houses J. Ave and other bars. Directly on the other side of Maxilom is ONE Mango Square where you will find sunburst chicken, YOU bar and various other small places.

Green Valley Computer solutions (GVCSI) , is located in the JSP building which is part of MANGO PLAZA, on the corner of Mango and Echavez Street. That's the corner with the big Jollibee on one side and the JSP building on the other side of Mango.

50pesos, cali pro, tar heel bred or whatever you want to be known as,

when you resort to cut and paste news stories that have little to do with the topic of this website. it's clear you're just mining the net for anything you can post about and trying to appear as if you have a clue when it comes to the philippines. i think it's best if you find a new way to boost your post count. oh say, by actually posting a field report, but that's impossible since you have never set foot in the philippines. you only dream about visiting.

one glance at your posting history reveals you're full of rants (mostly anti-foreigner and anti-monger) , a lot of troll activity but very thin on facts and details. you're part of the keyboard warrior society. your posts are full of bile towards 'older mongers' since you despise them the most or so it seems. you sound maldito there jack. sour grapes towards the guys who actually got their butts on a plane and visited filipina chat mates in person.

so come on man post a trip report. you claim to have met several mongers from isg but hated them all. who did you meet and where? maybe they can come forward to prove you were in the philippines. in one of your posts you claim to be a veteran with at least a decade of philippine visits under your belt. let's hear what you have to say about cebu or manila or any other place you have visited. very likely you will come back at me with some post or pm about how i'm mean and my mom dresses me funny instead of posting a trip report. so be it, because it will just prove my point.

so since this is the cebu general information thread i just want to take the opportunity to wish all the cebu crew / regulars happy holidays. stay safe out there. a lot of drunk drivers around this time of the year (more so than usual). if you get in a taxi and smell alcohol on the driver get out and take the next one. no amount of time or pesos are worth your life, limbs or liberty.

with the new drunk driver regulations / penalties in the philippines there's talk in cc of increased pnp roadblocks around the holidays to keep things safer for all of us. if you're stopped just comply with the officers and make sure to have an approved lto-icc sticker on your helmet if riding a scooter / motorcycle. one for you and for each of your passengers. 1500php fine for a first offense guys.

cebuanos really know how to party and the fireworks display on new years eve is out of this world. great tradition of locals blasting thousands of cheap chinese fireworks skyward with the fireworks starting to go off early in the evening but most locals set off the bulk of them at or around midnight. it takes almost an hour or so for the smoke to clear out of cebu after the massive display.

if you want to purchase fireworks i would be careful about buying from the pop-up roadside stands along srp. last year the pnp was watching them and made several arrests for bir tax evasion and confirep001ed the fireworks from a buddy of mine. he just shelled out thousands of php for his fireworks and started to load them in his car when the pnp raided the fireworks stand. the pnp took his fireworks and he left with a warning. he lost his cash but he doesn't think it was a scam since a few reporters happened to be there taking pics. just bad timing.

if you are making your first ever visit to cebu this holiday season i say good luck to you. every year newbies come to cebu for the holidays because it's a time of year guys can get time off from work, and a lot of them post frustrated post-trip reports every year in january. if you're a guy that's coming to cebu to monger with filipinas that you have never met before in person, it could be hard to meet up with them no matter what kind of promises they told you in the past. family comes first for them during the holidays and they will not answer text messages and claim to be busy when you arrive. it's also common for filipinas to go back to the province to stay with family for the holidays. so while her dia profile might say location:cebu city she could be a 4hr bus ride away. early december is better because university fees must be paid before exams can be taken, and again in early january when post holiday bills are due.

so you see there 50pesos (aka cali pro, aka tar heel bred) i will enjoy the fireworks display and rise a glass of fine champagne to the heavens over cebu city to ring in the new year and celebrate with amazing food and great friends. the smoke and celebration will still be lingering over the city while i will be dancing the night away with a tall sexy filipina on my arm and later busy with her in my bed. while you will be far far away wishing and wanting.

His early posts were helpful and lacked his current negativity.

I have lived in Manila for years and I have never encountered a problem.

While Manila carries the same dangers as any sprawling Metropolis would (especially a developing one) it is not as dangerous as some would make it out to be.

Those who get mugged or scammed I fear would get mugged and scam if they visited Disney Land.

Regardless what country criminals size up their prey so I suspect those who fall victim are projecting mental / physical fear through their disposition. We all have our kinks, I wonder if the reactions he gets from us are a turn on for him. Maybe we should all just ignore him and hope he either goes away or returns to just posting reports / advice and info like the rest of us. If he has truly lived in in Manila for over a decade, then I would think he could be a good source of info and make some valuable contributions to the Phils board. In any event, I'm hopeful for that; otherwise I just hope he fades away when he realizes his "news reports" don't have any impact on the rest of us.

See you next year.I wouldn't want you to be too lonely, so sad. So I had a couple of ideas, quite brilliant if I do say so myself old chap! With your girth, you could easily put on the old red suit that's trimmed in white fur (you know the one I mean) and a false white beard. Imagine all the lovely young ladies who would be lining up. I can just see you "bouncing" them on your lap, hahaha. And, knowing your propensity for the kinkier side of our hobby as well as your love of leather, you could even take it to the next level. Find a "team" of ladies and have them slip into some of your harnesses; they could be your "reindeer" with you bringing "up the rear", LOL.

With a few slight modifications, part of the old poem comes to mind:

"When, what to to my wondering eyes should appear, but a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny Pilipina-dear. With a not so little, but old driver, and with such a small flaccid dick; I knew in a moment it must be our own WR, playing as St. Nick"

"As rapid as turtles, his coursers they came. And he whistled, and shouted, and drunkenly call'd them by name: "Now, Disher! Now, Duncer! Now, Pouncer, and Mixen!" "On, Cummet! On, Cipid! On, Donna and Bitzen!"

"Onto the bed, onto the bed! Every one of ya'll; Bend over, bend over! So we can ball!"

Can someone PM me information about a good low key and not super expensive VD clinic in Cebu?David,

I did PM you. Most Doctors or Medical clinic in Philly will take walk-ins and treat VD without any embarrassment from the staff. Pretty much like walking in with the flu. State your problem and get some anti-biotics. They may want to run some tests for you. Costs are more than reasonable for the visit and lab. You can ask up front what the costs are. Best to make them aware if you have any allergies to anti-biotics.

Can someone PM me information about a good low key and not super expensive VD clinic in Cebu?Hi-Precision Labs located on Osmena. As the name states they are a full service medical testing facility and do everything on site. No appointment needed, and usually the test results are ready the same day. HIV takes a lot longer. Awhile back the full spectrum STD tests were around 1000php, not sure if the price is still the same.

Cebu Docs and Chong Hua both have a lot of clinics and docs that do STD checks. Most ask for 300php+ per office visit and another fee for the test. Test results usually take a few days.

Filipinos turn every fuckin holiday into the 4th of July or New Year's Eve. This nation of dangerously brainless pyromaniacs seem to be obsessed with blowing shit up. And far too often, it's children's hands,

http://philippinefailblog.com/♫.silent-night-holy-&9835;.shit-war-zone/Please come and live in Belgium. The new mayor of Antwerpen has ordered that anyone using fireworks will be fined EUR 250. He also declared a number of streets in the center "alcohol free" (again a fine of EUR 250 if you disobey). Of course streetwalkers have long since been exiled and the Red Light District which was once world famous is now a few streets only. The next measure from our enlightened dictator will be to ban all sexual activity unless in missionary position between christian-married man and wife on Saturday evening between 10PM and 10:15PM. Again a fine of EUR 250 will be levied if you do not comply. A telephone number will be manned 24/7 to report on your neighbors.

Two persons were hit by stray bullets while 19 others suffered various injuries caused by firecracker explosions in Cebu and the Visayas over the Christmas holiday.

In Bohol, three persons were injured by firecrackers, bringing the cases in Central Visayas to 22, which is 35 percent higher than last year. Last year, only one case of stray bullet injuries was recorded in the region.

http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/552955/22-hurt-by-firecrackers-3-by-stray-bulletsFP,

Seems you failed to read my FR earlier asking you to keep a New Years resolution. And another member suggested same on the main Philippine thread. News of people being hurt / injured / killed by fireworks are all over the world not just Cebu / Bohol.

Please this year give us information we can't find by looking at the same web sites you do. I saw that news as did many others (and many love here) but it really is not worth the bandwidth to FR. Why not include the news about Cayagan and politicians, or the bus driver shot dead in a road rage incident, PNP not being able to trace bullets. All interesting reads for some but nothing to do with mongering.

So can we have good news please from news websites we don't know about?

In other news, there is a new (atleast to me) PNP outpost on the steps on Robinsons Fuente. It's nothing more than a table near the front entrance with a sign on it. Two officers man the table during the afternoon and that keeps the freelancers away from the steps. The puppy sellers have also relocated to the Mercury drug side of Fuente. Once the PNP folds the table and moves on the freelancers come out to play.

Overheard yesterday as I walked by Robinsons Fuente;

Older late 50's gent sitting on the bottom step farthest from the PNP table checking text messages. Two 20yr old freelancers walk up to him.

Filipina#1: Hi Sir (blank) how are you? You look lonely can we join you?

Kano: Sure sit down next to me. (I thought he told the other filipina to sit on the other side of him and later she would sit on top of him LOL but it was noisy) The filipinas LOL and she said "ok na" and sat down. They knew his name and looked low mileage. When they appeared it brought a big smile to his face. Good catch mate, I'm sure you had a nice afternoon delight.

Last week I was at a 7 eleven standing in line and some older gent walks in and ask the clerk with a puzzled face where can he "pass a load"? LOL in any other place that would mean where is your bathroom, but in the Philippines it means his gwapa chatmate is out of load. The clerk told him they sell load recharge cards and asked him what provider he was using but the guy looked flustered and took off. He wandered off outside before I could help him out. Too bad because it sounded to me as if he was being scammed for load.

Let this be a lesson to newbies. When you contact a filipina from a dating site, ask the right questions. Things like when they are available to meet, where are they now? (often the profile says Cebu City but they are now in some other city for work but never bothered to change the dating profile. Ask for their cell number and if you are not sure by looking at the number what cell service provider they are using ask them. Group all filipinas by provider. Sun, Globe, Smart and it will make things easier if you contact them with the same cell service provider that they use.

Just google Mactan resorts for a start and you will find a number listed. Shangri-la is excellent with a small sandy beach and a great pool too - they offer day rates for visitors; Plantation Bay has its own artificial beaches for each room; Maribago is a step down but still good.

Many others too with a wide range in price.

All offer bancas to adjacent islands too.

I cannot recommend anything specific because I don't know your budget but they are all competitive.
