Have you ever considered 'stacking' (belly to belly) your bareback LBFMs? Cum in the girl on top, let it drip onto the girl on the bottom and finger it into her. One shot, two creampies.I've never tried 'stacking', it sounds like fun.

Another variation of it could be, belly to belly, with the girl on top facing away from you as do her doggie style, but with the girl underneath her facing you, with her mouth directly underneath the pussy of the girl on top. That way, when you finish inside the girl on top and then pull out, your cum will ooze out and drip down into the mouth of the girl underneath.

Philippines, Cebu in particular, has been my goal destination in the short time I've been international mongering (mostly through covid.) The second that place opens up I'm there like a shot, no matter the hoops I have to jump through! Not sure when that will be, but I suspect that it won't be this year. But I hope I will be proved wrong, the longer this lockdown lasts the more the damage to the economy and the longer it will take for the economy to get back to where it was in March 2020 when they shut the country down.

Selfishly, I'm kind of hoping it won't be this year. I have to go back to work in December for a minimum of four months.

The ideal scenario for me would be the Philippines opening the day after I pay off ship, with four months of savings, four months of pent up frustration, four months of leave and hitting the ground while all the lovely little spinners are still destitute. 😂.

I met her online at pinalove then took the chat over to messenger. She is 26 years old which is a bit outside my preferred age-range of 18 to 19, but she looked pretty so I thought I'd give her a trial run.

We met up for the first time this afternoon (she was only 25 minutes late!) and I took her to a s / t hotel, before we met up we agreed on 1 k for her services plus fare.

No kids, but she told me she was 2 months pregnant and showed me some paperwork from a hospital she went to (which confirmed this), she has just a slight bulge. Her BF has dumped her.

AT the time I was visiting Cebu each two months and I would always have a catchup with her. At 3, 5 7 months. Then never saw or heard from her again. Gone back to provinces I guess.

I met her initially on dateinasia then took the chat over to whatsapp. I offered her 1. 5 k for s / t but she persuaded me to up to 2 k, which I did.

21 years old, her profile on dateinasia said no kids. But when we met, it was obvious she had had at least 1 kid as there was a little bit of baby damage. I asked and she said she had a 2 year old boy.

We met last Monday for the first time and went to a s / t hotel for some afternoon delight.

I think she is very pretty. She is very slim, keen to please, and was in no rush to leave after we had sex. But if we meet again, I wouldn't give her 2 k as I think she is only worth 1 k and that is all I would offer!

The liquor ban in bars and restaurants that was re-introduced in July here in Cebu City and neighbouring areas was lifted 2 days ago. But we are still under GCQ restrictions. All cinemas and nightclubs are still closed and have been since March of last year. All the malls are open, the streets are full of people out and about during the daytime and the roads are clogged with traffic during the daytime.

I went out last night to Mango and was pleased to see that a few bars had reopened and managed to get in to a couple of them and down a few beers, but they had to close at 10 pm because of the ongoing overnight curfew, which starts at 11 pm.

Better than nothing but having to leave a bar at 10 pm is waaaaaayyyyy too early!

According to the news reports (links below), they can only serve fully vaccinated individuals. But I was not asked to provide any proof of vaccination in any of the bars I visited.

Not all bars had re-opened, Marshalls Irish pub was closed and all the signage at the front had gone, looking at their FB page it appears that, after 9 years of operation, they have closed for good.

About 4 weeks ago the Authorities here announced that with immediate effect dine-in at restaurants would only be allowed to fully vaccinated individuals, though if the restaurant has outdoor seating this rule does not apply.

On the first day that this rule was brought in I went out to Ayala mall to get lunch at one of the restaurants I frequent and upon entry I was asked to show my vaccination card. As I haven't been jabbed I don't have one. I bluffed and told the waitress I forgot to bring it, so she said 'OK, here's the menu, take a seat, and please bring your card with you on your next visit'.

On subsequent visits I was never asked again. About three quarters of all the other restaurants I frequent have never asked for a vaccination card, the others asked on just one occasion, and after bluffing my way in they offered dine-in service, and did not ask for a vaccination card on subsequent visits.

But I was refused dine-in service, just once. It was 4 days ago at the Jollibee branch at Ayala mall (they do not have any outdoor seating), after ordering at the touch-screen order-stand a member of staff came over to ask if I wanted dine-in or take-out. I said dine-in so he asked me for my vaccination card, I tried to bluff my way through but he wouldn't have it! He was most apologetic, I said no problem and I would bring it next time, then left and went to eat indoors at the KFC restaurant opposite (they do not have any outdoor seating either). I was not asked for a vaccination card.

There was a requirement that face-shields need to be worn when outdoors but the requirement was lifted about 2 weeks ago. From my own personal observation when out and about, prior to lifting this requirement the vast majority of people did not wear one when outdoors. The requirement to wear face-shields when entering shopping malls still stands, but, from my own personal observation at the malls (the main Ayala at the Business Park, SM City, SM Seaside and the new Ayala at the IT Park), as soon as people get inside most of them either take them off or push them up onto their heads.

Face-masks are still required when out in public and also inside malls, almost everyone does so, compliance is about 99.99%.

About a month ago taxis were told that when they have a passenger they need to have their windows open by at least 3 inches and face a huge fine if caught with the windows up. Some drivers comply, some don't.

At about the same time a regulation was made that made face-mask use mandatory when inside restaurants, masks could be taken off when eating but should be worn up until when the food arrives and should be worn again when finished eating. Many restaurants have signs and notices up to remind patrons about this rule, but the vast majority of diners ignore the rule.

More than a few restaurants here have permanently closed. Those that are open are struggling. I eat out every day. Many times I have gone into a restaurant that prior to the March lockdown last year would have been very busy, but now just don't have any customers. From personal observation I would say that on average, the restaurant trade is at about 5% to 10% of what it was prior to last March.

Prior to lockdown last year, when leaving a shopping mall at about 7 pm or 8 pm it was the norm to see about 5 or 10 people in a line waiting for a taxi, and for there to be no taxis available. One or two taxis would arrive every 5 minutes or so. Now, there are no people in lines, and instead there are many dozens of taxis waiting outside the malls for passengers. When I get a taxi at the mall I always make a point of asking the driver how long he has been waiting, sometimes they say it's 1 hour, sometimes they tell me it's been 1 and a half hours.

One of my regulars, we met up in Lapu-Lapu and went to a s / t hotel. I always give her 1. 5 K.

There was a lot of heavy rain about last Friday afternoon in Cebu City and some of the side roads got flooded, but when my taxi got onto the old bridge connecting to Mactan it suddenly stopped raining, and the sun came out. Apparently it didn't rain at all in Lapu-Lapu.

(In case anyone is wondering, no, I didn't get my feet wet taking the pics of the flooding! The pics were taken from inside my taxi.)

I just returned to Cebu for the first time since June. And it's nice to read all the updates thanks to Mdemde posts. Can you please share some details about the bikini bars that are currently open?

Back in June it was only Viking that's open and the barfine was 3-3.5 k. Are there any open bikini bars where the barfine price is more reasonable?

And are there any bars in mango with "VIP room" system?

Thanks Mdemde.

Happy mongering everybody.

Back around June, which was prior to the imposition of the last liquor ban in bars, AFAIK Viking was the only bikini bar that was then open.

I have only been out twice for a beer since that liquor ban in bars was lifted, once last Saturday and once the Saturday before that, and I did not notice any bikini bars that were open. If they were charging 3 to 3. 5 k for a barfine, what with the current lack of foreign tourists it should be a buyer's market and I would suggest trying to bargain them down, and bargain hard with them! Personally, I have never barfined in any of the Bikini bars in Cebu City, though I will occasionally pop in to one for a beer and a look around.

I am not aware of any bars in Mango with a 'VIP room'.

I met her last Friday for the first time, and she was only 1 hour and 10 minutes late!

We had arranged to meet about a month ago but she backed out at the last moment. Then last week she agreed to meet me last Friday afternoon at a S / T hotel at 2 pm.

We had a chat last Thursday afternoon and last Friday morning, and it was all good to go. I arrived at the S / T hotel just before 2 pm and I sent her a message but it was ignored. Another message at 2. 15 pm was also ignored. I waited till 2. 30 pm, still no sign of her and she ignored my other messages. I decided to wait till 3 pm and if she had not replied or arrived by then I was going to call it a day.

3 pm came and went, and still no reply and no sign of her. So I was getting up to go, and sent her my last message, and 1 minute later she replied!

She apologised, "sorry, I asleep!" and said she was now on her way, and shortly after she arrived.

She is 20, and will be 21 at the end of this month. She has a 1 year old daughter, but there is only very slight baby-damage, slight stretch-marks on her breasts and stomach but you have to look up close to see it.

Submissive and sweet, she was in no hurry to leave after we finished.

Cost: 1. 5 k, no fare offered and none asked for, as she lives quite close to the S / T hotel.

I went to Viking bar on a weekday evening and the bar had few girls and even fewer customers, I bought a lady-drink to one of the girls since she was very touchy, as she continued touching I realized that I'm hornier than usual yet don't want to barfine nor am I in the mood to deal with the strange people in Cest La Vie. Thus I told the girl "If you make me cum I will give you a tip". I was expecting "not allowed sir, would you like to barfine" but to my surprise she said "really?" , I nodded.

She lowered my short, rode on top of me while putting her boobs in my mouth and kept on grinding, then she partially lowered her underwear from the back and reversed making sure that my penis was between her buttocks and danced & grinded till I came in my boxers. Not sure to be honest if I should be proud or ashamed of that experience LOL. Anyway I gave her 200 tip and she was happy with it. It certainly is a buyer's market!

It was announced yesterday by the authorities here in Cebu City that the overnight curfew hours have been shortened, the curfew did kick in at 10 pm (I thought it was 11 pm, it's hard to keep up to date with it as they keep flip-flopping around with it) but it will now start from 11.30 pm and run till 4 am. As far as I am aware it also applies to Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu. So restaurants and bars and pubs will be able to open for a bit longer in the evening which should encourage more people to venture out.

Minors have been under house-arrest and more-or-less confined indoors over the last last 19 months or so and were expressly forbidden from entering any of the malls. It has been kinda strange wandering around the malls and not seeing any kids about. But the authorities also announced yesterday that they were lifting this house-arrest order on minors and they were given permission to go out and to enter the malls though of course they need to be accompanied by an adult. I went to the main Ayala mall yesterday and today, and saw a fair number of kids in there with their parents or maybe an uncle / aunt or grandparent. Schools, colleges and Universities have been closed all over the country since March of last year, I read that a few schools will be shortly opening up again, it will be a trial run and the authorities will be closely monitoring it.

2 weeks ago the cinemas in Cebu City and also in the NCR in Luzon were given the OK to re-open and they plan to do so on November 10, they have been closed since March of last year, though I think a few of them in the NCR did briefly open last year for a week or two but were then forced to close again. I like going to the cinema and used to go at least twice a month, sometimes more depending on what was playing. The last movie I saw at the cinema was on March 4 last year at the Ayala Central Bloc at the IT Park when I went to see The Invisible Man. Then a week or so later all cinemas were ordered to close. There will be capacity limits when they re-open and patrons will be required to show proof of vaccination to enter. I have not been jabbed and I am not sure if I will be able to bluff my way in!

I met a new girl last Friday, 18 years old, sweet, not bad looking but could do with losing a bit of weight. I was introduced to her by a local ladyboy (the ladyboy is a friend of one of my regulars, and has hooked me up with quite a few girls here. I normally give the ladyboy 1 k to include fare).

The session with the girl, in a s / t hotel in Cebu City, ended with a creampie, and after a quick shower we sat on the bed and I played with her tits. And we had a little chat. I always like to chat with the girls, she told me has 8 siblings, her father is a motor mechanic and her mother, a housewife, is 38 years old.

Just as we were getting up off the bed to get dressed, I noticed something scurrying across the floor. It was a baby rat!! JFC! LOL.

It went into a corner of the room, and as I approached the rat it darted off into the tiny space behind the bed. The bed was sort of half-fixed into the wall and there wasn't really anything I could do. Though IF I had caught it I don't know what I would have done with it.

Anyway, we got dressed and I gave the girl 1 k for her service and she left first. I waited for a few minutes in the room and then as I was leaving I noticed the rat had reappeared. It was on top of one of the chairs in the room! The cheeky bastard! As I went for it it jumped down and darted off again into the tiny space behind the bed. I have used this s / t hotel many times before but this was the first time I had seen a rat in the room. In fact, it was the first time in my life that I have ever seen a rat in a hotel bed room. Cockroaches and bugs, yes, but never a rat.

Anyway, I went down to pay for the room and told them about the rat. They assured me they would deal with it. I asked them to call me a taxi.

Then, moments later, the girl reappeared and approached me. She told me that she had just got a message. Her mum had just had a heart attack and could I help her out with some more money for the medicine! I remembered that she had told me that her mum was 38. Hmmm.

I knew it was a lie but went along with it, and I offered my sympathies but nothing more. I told her that much as I would like to help I had no more money. It was of course a blatant lie from me. She asked me again for some money, again I told her I had no more money, she accepted it straight away and dropped it. She would have made it more believable if she told me her grandmother or her great-grandmother had had a heart attack.

Then my taxi came, and off I went to get a late lunch.

Last night I was in Viking bar and one of the girls offered to take me to a corner in the bar and give me a blowjob for a tip. I have only heard of these things happening in the cheap local Colon bars so apparently the lack of tourists & lack of barfines is causing these bars and the girls to adjust. Once the girls will realize that you are not into barfine but willing to spend small amounts you will hear some very unexpected offers.

During my visit the mamasan came and told everybody to temporarily wear facemask because a government inspector will be there to check if the girls and customers are socially distancing! LOL this country is funny.

We went to a s / t hotel. She's now about 3 months pregnant and it's starting to show, it'll be her first child.

She was already pregnant the first time I met her about 6 weeks ago so I know I'm not the father!

Finished off with a nice creampie.

Then I got a taxi down to SM Seaside to get a bite to eat and a wander round. It was a public holiday here yesterday, and the first public holiday since the authorities lifted the house arrest order on minors about a week ago. They are now allowed outdoors and into malls, and yesterday at SM Seaside was the busiest I have ever seen it, it was teeming with families and their kids. When I passed the Jollibee restaurant on the ground floor, there was a line of about 40 people waiting to get in! There were also lines outside some of the other restaurants there.

I was in the main Ayala mall a few times last week, and it was also busy with with families and their kids though not as busy as at SM Seaside yesterday. The lifting of the house arrest order on minors has been a boon for the malls and for many restaurants, some of the restaurants must have been on their last legs and have had few customers of late.

When I left SM Seaside at about 7. 30 pm last night there was a long line of people and a 30 minute wait to get a taxi. It was the first time in 19 months I have come out for a mall in the evening and had to wait for a taxi.

So, it looks like things here are getting back to normal. Thailand has just re-opened for foreign tourists, the Philippines is still closed to foreign tourists, but my guess is that it's not going to be too long now until they open up again for foreign tourists.

The taxi ride from close to the main Ayala mall in Cebu City where I live to the S / T hotel near the Gaisano Grand Mall Mactan in Lapu-Lapu was the normal 40 minute ride. But I left a bit later than I normally do to come back and got caught up in the Friday afternoon rush hour, I left there at 4 pm and arrived back at the main Ayala mall at 5. 40 pm. It's only about a 7. 5 mile journey. 'Very traffic' as some of the locals like to say!

Whilst in Lapu-Lapu I went into the Gaisano Grand Mall, they now require visitors to produce proof of vaccination and an ID to gain entry (no such requirement yet for the malls in Cebu City). The locals here who have been jabbed are given a cheap looking, flimsy card which has all the relevant details on.

I have not been jabbed so do not have proof of vaccination but was fully prepared. I had 'borrowed' a proof of vaccination from one of my sons who lives in the UK. It's a pdf file, obviously in his name, and had to alter it to show my name which was very easy to do.

The security guard at the mall just glanced at my ID and the proof of vaccination pdf file on my mobile phone and waived me in. I have used it a couple of times at restaurants in Cebu City which also require proof of vaccination for dine-in customers, and again, it was just glanced at, but most restaurants I use can't be bothered to ask for proof of vaccination though they are required to do so. I think there is little risk of myself being caught out when using it at the malls, but would not attempt to use it if I was going to catch a flight as I suspect that they will be a bit more rigorous in their checks!

The cinemas here are finally re-opening next Wednesday (they have been closed since last March) and I have already bought a ticket and as a keen moviegoer am looking forward to it. Proof of vaccination will be required for all patrons, every second seat has been taped off and strictly no eating will be allowed inside the auditorium!

The overnight curfew here in Cebu City is still in force from 11.30 pm to 4 am (meaning all bars and restaurants have to close before 11.30 pm). But the overnight curfew in Manila has already been lifted and there is no valid reason why it shouldn't be lifted here as well, I can't see it lasting much longer.

Has anyone flown Spirit from the US to Colombia? They seem to have some very inexpensive flights but I have heard horror stories about them stranding people, cancelling flights etc.

Also can anyone recommend a hotel in Santa Fe to rent a room? Although I will stay at the IBIS I HATE that knock at the door and figured if I get my own room in Santa Fe I can eliminate that problem. That knock is a killer and I hate it. Even paying the lady that takes the money extra she still knocks early.

You might want to post in the Bogota forum.

So it now starts at midnight.

THE Cebu City Government has implemented new curfew hours starting Thursday dawn, December 2, 2021.

Unlike the previous curfew hours that started at 11:30 p.m., it will now start at 12 midnight and run till 3 a.m. for adults, and run from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. for minors, according to a new directive issued by Mayor Michael Rama.

Authorized persons outside of residence or Apor are excluded from the curfew as long as they comply with the minimum health standards.

Those aged 12 years old and below and people 65 and above have also been ordered to stay at home to avoid another surge of the Covid-19.

Police in the city vowed to strictly enforce Ramas directive including the mayors order to bar unvaccinated individuals from entering all establishments beginning January 1, 2022.

To enter establishments in Cebu City, whether public or private, a vaccination card will have to be presented as proof of vaccination.

So starting January 1, 2022, whether it is public or private institutions, they will only cater to fully vaccinated clients. So if you are not fully vaccinated, you can no longer avail of the services or transact business in government or private institutions, said Police Lt. Col. Wilbert Parilla, deputy city director for operations of the Cebu City Police Office, in a mix of English and Cebuano.

Parilla said drinking in public places is still strictly prohibited, except in places that have met the requirements of the Cebu City Government.

Police called on establishments such as restobars and restaurants to strictly abide by Ramas order by asking for Covid-19 vaccination cards from their customers before taking their orders starting January 1, 2022.

Those caught violating this directive will be reported to Cebu City Hall for the imposition of appropriate penalties, Parilla said.

Meanwhile, the Cebu City Government has urged those aged 12 and above to get vaccinated before the end of 2021 for the city to achieve its 70 percent target herd immunity..

According to this news report published yesterday (link below), starting March 1st, unvaxxed foreign tourists will be allowed into the Philippines via Mactan-Cebu International airport (but no mention of them being allowed into other International airports in the Philippines).

All the news reports that I have read over the last month or so have all clearly stated that unvaxxed tourists will not be allowed into the country. Is the Mactan-Cebu International airport a backdoor way for unvaxxed tourists to enter the country?! My guess is that from March 1st the restrictions on entry for unvaxxed foreign tourists will be lifted for the whole of the Philippines.

ARVIE N. VELOSO. February 09,2022.

FROM Thursday, Feb. 10,2022, Cebu province will accept foreign travelers, whether from non-visa-required or visa-required countries, as approved under Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases Resolution 160-be issued last week.

And from March, it will also admit unvaccinated foreign nationals, according to Executive Order (EO) 3, series of 2022 issued by Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022.

This is a way to gradually revive the tourism industry in the country and the fortunes of the local government units which have been severely affected by the ongoing coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.

Garcia's EO 3 contains the rules to be followed by those who wish to visit and explore Cebu.

For foreigners from non-visa-required countries who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, they need to present a vaccination card or proof of vaccination against Covid-19 permitted by the IATF, and a negative RT-PCR (reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction) test taken within 48 hours prior to the date and time of departure from the country of origin or first port of embarkation in a continuous travel to the Philippines, provided they did not leave the airport premises or were not admitted into another country during layovers.

Proof of vaccination must be presented prior to departure from the country of origin, as well as on arrival in Cebu.

They must also have "valid tickets for their return journey to the port of origin or next port of destination not later than 30 days from date of arrival in the Philippines" and travel insurance for Covid-19 treatment costs for a coverage of at least US $35,000 for the duration of their stay in the country.

They will not undergo facility-based quarantine in Cebu but will just self-monitor for symptoms for seven days.

Nationals from 157 countries may be admitted into the Philippines without a visa for an initial stay of 30 days, according to the Bureau of Immigration.

These countries include Canada, Japan, Singapore, USA, New Zealand, Malaysia and South Korea.

Visa required.

For vaccinated foreign nationals from visa-required countries, they need to present the Entry Exemption Document issued under IATF regulations, in addition to presenting proof of vaccination, a negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours prior to the date and time of departure from the country of origin or first port of embarkation in a continuous travel to the Philippines.

They also will not undergo facility-based quarantine but will self-monitor for symptoms for seven days.

If they experience symptoms of Covid-19, tourists are instructed to inform the management of the hotel or resort in which they are billeted so that the local government unit (LGU) may also be informed.

At that point, the foreigner must be subjected to a rapid antigen test or an RT-PCR test.

If he tests positive in the Covid test, he must isolate and strictly follow health and quarantine protocols.

If it is necessary to take the foreigner to an isolation facility or hospital, the LGU is tasked to coordinate with the Department of Health for the patient's referral.

Unvaccinated

Starting March 1, unvaccinated and partially vaccinated, or foreign nationals whose vaccination status cannot be independently determined can enter the Cebu airport only if they present a negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours before departing from their country of origin.

Such passengers will be subjected to a swab test on arrival.

They are also required to observe quarantine in a facility until the release of the result of their second RT-PCR test taken on the fifth day of their quarantine.

Such individuals are encouraged to get vaccinated against Covid-19 during their stay in Cebu.

For this purpose, the Department of Health Central Visayas (DOH 7) will make available the single-dose Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) vaccine for unvaccinated foreign nationals. It is free and there is no charge for getting vaccinated.

The Cebu Provincial Government first met with consul generals of Japan, Korea and China, officials of the Department of Tourism, tour operators, and representatives of the DOH 7, and the Mactan-Cebu International Airport prior to the issuance of EO 3, to come up with a unified approach to the entry of tourists to Cebu Province.

Restrictions in Cebu City and the whole Central Visayas have been eased, starting from today. It was at Alert Level 3 up until yesterday but is now at Alert Level 2. The main benefit for mongers is that they can now bring guests into their hotels / condos / apartments, at Alert Level 3 this was prohibited.

There is currently an overnight curfew in Cebu City that starts at 11 pm (it has been in operation since March 2020 thought the start / finish times have been changed about 5 or 6 times over that time period) meaning that all bars and restaurants have to close at about 10.30 pm, but according to this news report (link below) Mandaue City has now dropped the overnight curfew.

There is no mention in this news report about the current curfew in Cebu City, but I came across a fb post this morning from a poster in Cebu City who says that the current curfew in Cebu City will from tonight start at 12 pm. I am not sure if this correct, but now Mandaue City has scrapped the overnight curfew (as did Manila a few months ago) it surely can't be long till Cebu City does the same!

February 15,2022.

THE Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases has eased the alert level of the whole Central Visayas to Alert Level 2 for Feb. 16 to 28,2022 from Alert Level 3.

Metro Manila, however, will stay under Alert Level 2 until the end of February, acting presidential spokesperson Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles said on Monday, Feb. 14,2022.

He also said the IATF placed seven areas under Alert Level 3 until Feb. 28: Iloilo City, Iloilo Province and Guimaras in Western Visayas; Zamboanga City in Zamboanga Peninsula; Davao de Oro and Davao Occidental in Davao Region; and South Cotabato in Soccsksargen.

In Cebu, Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes reacted to the news by saying he would lift the curfew in the city while it is under Alert Level 2.

Cortes made the decision after noting that many businesses and employees are still struggling to recover from the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic amid the implementation of the city's 11 pm To 4 am Curfew.

"Many businesses and employees in the city are having difficulty recovering (from the pandemic), especially since we are still implementing a curfew. Now that we will be placed under Alert Level 2, we will remove the curfew in the city of Mandaue," Cortes said in Cebuano.

John Eddu Ibaez, executive secretary of Cortes, said the mayor will issue an executive order Tuesday on the Alert Level 2 status in the city.

But amid the easing of restrictions, Cortes reminded the public to still observe the minimum health protocols and to get vaccinated against Covid-19.

"Let us all help each other so we can recover from the hardships brought by this pandemic," he said.

As of Feb. 13, data from the Department of Health showed that Mandaue City logged 17 new Covid-19 cases, bringing the total number of active cases to 504.

Cebu City.

In Cebu City, Cebu City Councilor Joel Garganera expressed his elation, exclaiming, "Alert Level 2 it is! Data speaks for itself. " he said he will suggest to Mayor Michael Rama to lift curfew in the city.

The city has been seeing a decline in its Covid-19 case numbers in the past days.

On Sunday, Feb. 13, Cebu City's daily positivity rate returned to the single-digit level after it came in at 8. 58 percent, a massive decline from the record-high 56.62 percent positivity rate posted 23 days ago last Jan. 21.

The last time the city recorded a positivity rate in single digits was last Jan. 2 at 2. 67 percent.

"To me, this is the best Valentine's gift, and we should continue to work together, protocol-wise. Nothing is impossible. By being cautious at all times, we can defeat Covid and go back to our normal lives," Garganera said of the declining numbers.

Garganera, who is also deputy chief implementer of the city's Emergency Operations Center (EOC), said Cebu City's hospital utilization rate is now "very safe at 36 percent," a sharp fall from the 70 percent recorded three weeks ago.

Cebu City's active cases were down to 2,364 on Sunday, a far cry from the 7,633 active cases recorded last Jan. 27, the highest number of active cases reported since the pandemic began in March 2020.

The EOC reported 500 recoveries, 46 fresh cases and two new deaths on Sunday, bringing the total number of fatalities this month to 31.

Nograles said other areas in the country under Alert Level 2 from Feb. 16 to 28 are as follows:

Cordillera Administrative Region Abra, Apayao, Baguio City, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, Mountain Province.

Region 1 - Dagupan City, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan.

Region 2 Batanes, City of Santiago, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino.

Region 3 Bulacan, Angeles City, Aurora, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Olongapo City, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales.

Region 4 A. Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Lucena City and Quezon.

Region 4 be. Marinduque, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Palawan, Puerto Princesa City, Romblon.

Region 5 Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Masbate, Naga City, Sorsogon.

Region 6 - Aklan, Antique, Bacolod City, Capiz, Negros Occidental.

Region 8 - Ormoc City, Tacloban City, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Northern Samar, Western Samar, Biliran, Southern Leyte.

Region 9 - City of Isabela, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Region 10 - Bukidnon, Cagayan de Oro City, Camiguin, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Occidental, Misamis Oriental.

Region 11 - Davao City, Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental.

Region 12 - General Santos City, North Cotabato, Sarangani, Sultan Kudarat.

Region 13 - Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Butuan City, Dinagat Islands.

Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao Basilan, Maguindanao, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Cotabato City and Lanao del Sur.

The easing to Alert Level 2 status means expanding the capacity for recreation venues, from 30 percent indoor capacity for fully vaccinated individuals and 50 percent outdoor capacity, to 50 percent indoor capacity for fully vaccinated individuals and 70 percent outdoor capacity.

It also allows more business establishments to operate and activities to resume, such as cinemas, clubs, karaoke bars, concert halls, contact sports, face-to-face classes and funfairs.

At the moment, only vaxxed foreigners are allowed into the Philippines, but from March 1st, unvaxxed foreigners will be allowed to fly into the country if they enter the country via Mactan-Cebu International airport. Unless the rules change, it will be the only airport in the country to allow in unvaxxed foreigners.

In a press conference held 2 days ago, Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia made a valid point. If unvaxxed returning overseas Filipinos (ROF) and overseas Filipino workers (OFW) are allowed entry to the Philippines, why shouldn't unvaxxed foreigners also be allowed entry?!

News report (link below);.

<START.

February 18,2022.

Gwen: It's the IATF that allowed entry of unvaccinated travelers.

UNDER fire for allowing the entry of unvaccinated foreign travelers to the country beginning March 1, Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia has hit back at her detractors, saying it is the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases that allows this.

"Why am I allowing unvaccinated travelers to the Philippines? Hello, the IATF has been allowing unvaccinated travelers to the Philippines with their own resolution, only that it has been qualified. If you are unvaccinated, then you have to be quarantined for five days. So it's not me that's allowing. It's the IATF," Garcia said during a press conference at the Capitol Thursday, February 17,2022.

Garcia said IATF resolutions allowed unvaccinated travelers, such as overseas Filipino workers (OFW), returning overseas Filipinos (ROF) "and even foreign spouses of Filipino citizens," to enter the country.

Last February 9, Garcia issued Executive Order (EO) 3, series of 2022, allowing unvaccinated and partially vaccinated foreign nationals, whether from non-visa-required or visa-required countries, traveling to Cebu for business or leisure, entry starting March 1, if they present a negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours before departing from their country of origin.

Such passengers will also be subjected to a swab test on arrival. And they must observe quarantine in a facility until the release of the result of their second RT-PCR test taken on the fifth day of their quarantine.

Her order immediately drew responses from Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles, who said the IATF allows the entry, for leisure purposes, only of fully vaccinated foreign nationals; and Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire, who said all local government units are mandated to follow IATF policies.

Garcia said it was the IATF that "lifted the quarantine period for fully vaccinated OFWs and ROFs, and added further, for the unvaccinated, they will still be quarantined for five days, whereupon they will be swabbed on the fifth day and with a negative result, they will then be allowed to continue their quarantine at home," referring to IATF Resolution 159.

Issued on January 27,2022, IATF Resolution 159 suspended the use of the color-coded risk classification for incoming travelers and shifted to the use of vaccination status as basis for travelers' quarantine protocol.

Under this resolution, starting February 1, unvaccinated and partially vaccinated individuals must undergo "facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative RT-PCR test taken on the fifth day. After which, they shall be required to undergo home quarantine until their 14th day. ".

Garcia said it was also the IATF that subsequently allowed from February 10, "the entry of foreign travelers from non-visa required countries, fully vaccinated," referring to IATF Resolution 160-be.

"In that same resolution, they also allowed for the entry of those that would be holding, if a visa is required, 9 (a) visas or EED (entry exemption document). And they say that if they are not vaccinated or they do not fulfill kadtong unsa klaseng (the requirement for the right kind of) vaccine, then they will be quarantined, again for five days--the same treatment we give to the unvaccinated ROFs and OFWs and even foreign spouses of Filipino citizens," the governor said.

Under IATF Resolution 160-be, after non-compliant travelers quarantined in a facility get their negative result of the RT-PCR test taken on the fifth day, they are still required to undergo home quarantine until their 14th day.

Under Garcia's EO 3, however, no home quarantine is required after the release of unvaccinated foreign nationals from facility-based quarantine.

Garcia asked why unvaccinated foreigners could not be allowed entry when unvaccinated ROFs and OFWs were allowed entry.

"Why a different set of rules? Are we differently wired as Filipinos, or returning Filipinos, or even as foreign spouses of Filipino citizens, as compared to others that are coming in, especially from non-visa countries? Or even from visa-required countries, that will be coming in to help us revive an already devastated economy, first of all because of those now proven-to-be-useless lockdowns, further restrictions of Covid-19? And remember, we were just unceremoniously visited by Typhoon Odette right before Christmas season. Which wrought even further devastation to our economy," the governor said. (CTL).

CEBU CITY, Philippines Movement will no longer be restricted in Cebu Province after Governor Gwendolyn Garcia ordered the lifting of the curfew that prohibits Cebuanos from staying outside of their homes at past midnight.

"With the declining COVID-19 cases within the Province, and increased vaccination coverage continued implementation of minimum public health standards, and in view of economic considerations, the Provincial Government finds it prudent to lift its curfew limitations within the Province of Cebu during the implementation of Alert Level 2 in order to begin the shift towards the New Normal," reads portions of Executive Order (EO) Number 5 Series 2022 which Garcia signed Friday night, February 18,2022.

Garcia's EO takes effect immediately.

Finally, after the best part of 2 years, the overnight curfew here in Cebu City has, from today, been lifted, and I really can't ever see it coming back! However, the lifting of the overnight curfew is only for those over the age of 18, as minors are still under house-arrest from 10 pm to 4 am.

The main restriction still in place here is the mandate on the wearing of face-masks when outdoors, as well as when inside the malls. This mandate is widely observed with close to 100% of locals and foreigners obeying the mandate. Like most people, I look forward to this mandate being scrapped.

February 24,2022 - 01:26 PM.

CEBU CITY, Philippines Cebu City is now "open" to all with only minimal COVID-19 restrictions left in the city.

Mayor Michael Rama announced during the celebration of Cebu City's 85th Charter Day on Thursday, February 24,2022, his new Executive Order (EO) titled Oplan Kagawasan, which would open Cebu City again almost to a pre-pandemic state.

In EO 163, the mayor argued that the city's vaccination program had earned the top spot for the most number of inoculations during the national vaccination days that paved the way to the vaccination of more than 70 percent of the city's vulnerable class target population.

In his speech for the Cebu City 85th Charter Day Celebrations, Rama said Oplan Kagawasan represents the future of Cebu City, moving forward from the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Kagawasan. Ang tanan, abli na. Kagawasan uban sa nagkahiusang kaakohan. Freedom with shared responsibility. Clearly all establishments and activities are open and allowed. Strict enforcement of minimum public health standards, no restrictions as to age or vaccination status. No curfew except minors," said Rama.

In the EO, all establishments, persons, and activities shall be permitted to operate, work, or be undertaken regardless of age and vaccination status of persons.

This is provided that minimum public health standards shall be strictly observed at all times including wearing of face masks, regular sanitation, proper coughing and sneezing etiquettes, and staying at home when sick.

The EO also states that the observance of curfew is formally lifted except the curfew for minors, which must be observed and enforced from 10:00 pm To 4:00 am Pursuant to an existing City Ordinance.

Intensified vaccination will also continue throughout the city as part of the effort to further open more sectors, especially face-to-face classes.

"In an effort to promote self-regulation, all establishments, persons and families are directed to set and impose protective health protocols and action plans. This includes the installation of facilities and devices which improve air circulation and proper ventilation. For this purpose, all persons are enjoined to carry out a shared responsibility in the maintenance and promotion of a safe and healthy place and environment for all," said the EO.

In a press conference shortly after the Charter Day celebrations, Rama said that even inbound unvaccinated domestic travelers entering the city through its seaports will be allowed to enter without the need for negative COVID-19 test results.

"If you are talking about one island Cebu, we just need to avoid the policy of the one island," added Rama.

Capacities for establishments will no longer be determined by number but by compliance in social distancing, said Lawyer Collin Rosell, the emissary of the mayor.

Rosell explained that with the implementation of social distancing, it is expected that an establishment's capacity will immediately reduce to less than 100 percent, approximately 70, and even up to 50 percent.

"Ang kanang physical distancing, klaro kaayo sa tanan nga imong capacity mogamay. Ig distancing nimo, basin maabot na og 50 percent, di moubos. Gisimplify lang nato," said Rosell.

I'm at Ayala, hanging out at Bo's coffee.

Second day in a row, there's been girls who turned out to be freelancers. They've approached and sat with guys twice my age (one of them twice my size.).

Is there some kind of universal 'I'm interested in meeting a girl flag' I could put up on my table?

Not exactly hurting for girls but the mall pick up is something I want to experience.

Not the most handsome guy on the planet, but I dress reasonably and keep myself presentable.

Have had some success in talking to and getting the numbers of normal girls, one's that need a date first.

Have had some success in talking to and getting the numbers of normal girls, one's that need a date first.Bos would me 'office' and some FLs are LBs and some of the white guys are residents who know the girls, one used to be in a wheelchair and he was wheeled out of Bos to his condo by many FLs. But watch out for the LBs as they hand there and Watsons.

Be careful as not all girls like to be picked up in Ayala and some have family with them somewhere who may object.

PM me.

Also had some girls taxied to me who wanted 10000 a piece.

I've fucked younger, hotter English sugar babies for less. I need to chill the fuck out and get smarter about this game. One easy tip working quite well is to register to date in Asia and also in oyoy.com.

Then you write simple msgs, Hi, how are you, I am in Cebu can we meet somewhere?

And you will see.

Eventually you can send a grab to pickup some or you just wait in Ayala for them to come to you.

So, I'm having a little more success since my last post, now I'm not bouncing around like an idiot from style of mongering to style of mongering.

Sunday night, I stopped by Ayala to check out the talent at Bos. Nothing happening. Am I going too late / early or are the weekends not a good time? Never very many freelancing girls around. I've been there and there abouts between 3-8 pm.

Girl I'd swopped a few messages with on PL said she was at Ayala with friends. She ditched them and came to mee tme. 25 year old spinner from Mindando, cute but not pretty. 4'8 and sub 80 lbs, one kid and barely noticeable baby damage. Works nights in a call center doing tech support for Americans, so her English was comprehensible but very annoying.

Good conversation for a few hours, then back to my hotel to watch Netflix. Obviously, sex proceeded. Maybe 20 minutes of foreplay and she was soaked when I got her panties off. Stopped for a mutual shower, then back to the bed. Me still jet lagged, her with a messed up sleeping schedule (and horny as fuck, but very submissive / passive with it), we ended up awake late and fucked three times that night. Once more in the morning. Bbbfs but she asked me to pull out and I'm a gentleman.

Bought her breakfast in the morning but she was playing the girlfriend angle too much to give her any money, at least I felt. Giving her the brush off but she's a potential candidate for a trip to Bantayan with me, so brushing lightly.

After I got rid of her, it was off to meet a girl I found on Facebook at Parkmall. Another spinner, this one 18 and a couple of months. Very flirty in our chats and quick videocall, started calling me daddy at her own suggestion. Usual Pinay shenanigans begin. 'I'm setting off. ' 20 minutes after our agreed time to meet. Eventually, 'I'm here, where are you?' 'Bo's coffee where all the restos are, sat outside. ' Sent picture of myself. Only white guy sat outside Bo's. She kept going off messenger, not responding for ages. Eventually, I said I'm going. Get a noooo. 'OK, stay where you are! Send a pic of what you can see. ' Pretty little idiot was stood behind a pillar five feet from me.

Got tackled by her in a hug. Very pretty, very small and extremely young looking. Fuck. Sat down at Bo's and she immediately turned completely shy, would put her face mask back on between bites of cake. Very awkward, forced chat. She hadn't brought her ID, despite swearing she just got it the other day. Hmm. Anyway, she was paying the shy, never go outside girl. Made my excuses after about an hour and left. She's still messaging me, but my Spidey sense is tingling.

Went to ayala and spotted a girl even I couldn't fail to know was a freelancer. About 30, big boobs, a little chubby but pretty and friendly. Again, great English. A little bit of a chat and she came back to the hotel for 1000 php. One round and done, bbfscip, kicked her out to sleep.

Woke up about 1 m to see a livestream from shy and likely too young girl, roaming the streets of mandaue with a gaggle of boys on election night. Hmmm.

Moved from my hotel to an apartment out banilad way, currently sat at a nice quiet little bar in BTC waiting to meet another 22 year old cutie call centre girl who popped up on Tinder just as I was planning to hop on the bus to Ayala and then possibly mango after.

Moved from my hotel to an apartment out banilad way, currently sat at a nice quiet little bar in BTC waiting to meet another 22 year old cutie call centre girl who popped up on Tinder just as I was planning to hop on the bus to Ayala and then possibly mango after.22 year old cutie is still sleeping in my bed.

She looked OK from her pictures. You know the heavily filtered, bad pictures some girls have? Could go either way.

Total stunner. Top three hottest girl I've ever been with. I'm putting her in there with my most recent UK sugar baby and my Gambian Princess. To make that list you've got to be smoking hot and the sex has to be phenomenal.

Looks wise, I'm talking top Gogo bar girl material / Instaho fitness model. She works out and has abs and a round, toned ass.

Met at a local little bar near to my place, had a few drinks and some laughs. She's very outgoing, confident, funny, good banter and she went drink for drink with me all night.

After a couple of hours, she talked me into checking out a club. Icon. Not very busy, mostly Koreans. I cheaped put on a booth and she wasn't bothered. In fact, she kept trying to split the bill with me all night.

She actually managed to get me to dance, which required a lot of alcohol. Grinding, groping, she wasn't going to kiss me. A little while later, she kisses me. She isn't coming back with me, now she is.

A few times, various Korean guys came up to me while she was off doing her thing to ask where I find her and how I got her. By far the hottest girl in that club.

About 3 am, we were too drunk so hopped in a taxi and went via 7/11 and KFC then to my place.

Too drunk to eat, we just fell into bed. I believe an attempt at sex was made, but we both passed out.

This morning, she woke me up and demanded to fuck. Sloppy deep throat blowjob, then on with a condom and to the fucking. She rode me, I did her from behind. Mostly too hungover for much effort so she did most of the fucking. Riding like a jockey for all the was worth.

Not going to come in my state with a condom, so after a chat we took it off. That did the trick. She asked me not to finish inside her (exact words were 'Don't cum inside me, I want you to cum on my face. ') I of course obliged.

After cleanup, back to sleep. I'm writing this as she's asleep in my bed five feet away. Going to wake her up in a bit for another fuck.

I love the Philippines.

Long story short, she came at me like a fucking lunatic over an innocuous question. Currently at the airport out of Cebu before the crazy ***** turns back up with her brothers, cousins etc.

Still, worth it.

It is unlikely you will be attacked by brothers etc. Only thing you need to be afraid of is the police if she says she is raped. Generally when in foreign country do not fight back whatever the situation. Diffuse the misunderstanding and move on. If it is money pay more. I always negotiate beforehand with new girls. Also make it clear beforehand it is strictly for fun situation and not long term BF or relationship situation.

I'm staying here already a bit more than a week, but I'm a bit disappointed.

From home it looked very interesting with many options online, but when I arrived Only a few were available. And the rest disappeared or they were quoting prices 2500 p ST which I will Not Pay! I used pinalove, DIA and wechat.

Many of them are also chubby 1000 p low Budget skanks, which are not Worth the travel.

I wanted to come here, because I thought I would get here some more GFE, then in AC, which was always professional and cold to me.

But here it is the same.

Ok I must admit that I'm a bit Shy and introverted guy and don't have much game.

I had one nice encounter through pinalove, which I repeat a few Times and one from DIA.

You can also get Street girls from mamasans, but I don't like These Business and I also expect this to be shitty and hurried Service, so I passed on that.

Even when I don't wanted I will make a 6 days break from Cebu and fly to ac, than come back here again, because my flight back to Europe is from here.

I have in ac two old encounters waiting for me and telling me they love me LOL.

I'm interested if I will Like ac more.

Lets See what happens.

When I come back from ac I will stay in cebu 5 more days and then go back home.

But I don't think I will come here again.

Lessons learned.

Lessons learned.Similar experience from the Online girls. 1 in 20 works out. Had several turn out to be underaged or disappear when I got here. The gogo bar scene was abysmal on the one night I visited. The girls on the street were horrible, got quoted 2500st from a pimp but I wouldn't accept payment to sleep with those girls. Best hostess bar was Phillys, had 4 cute girls when I was there. Two freelance and 2 hostess.

Now I have built up a contact base and if I need I have some girls who send me their cousins or friends. I have some from surrounding areas who I bring in and stay for few days. I use exclusively DIA. Like anywhere else young girls are afraid. It needs some coaxing to get them. I have started contacting for my October trip. I have never gone to bars. There were many girls inside the casino last time I went. Do not know how much they charge. Some girls in cebu are really pretty.

There can be girl groups in non hook up bars but tread carefully as many don't want to be leered at by dirty old men.

Online rules. I think that's why it's not rare for new guys to take a couple of days to find their feet. Cebuanas can be shy to be seen as overtly commercial but there are also many girls from other areas there for work, school etc who are ready to go now.

When in doubt, just mix it up and try all the options and see what works best.

Enjoy. G.

I can understand how Cebu would be difficult for a first time visitor. It was for me too.

I'm somewhat shy have little game and am not Brad Pit but have learned to do well visiting Cebu City over the years.

Bars can be hit or miss and somewhat expensive. On two occasions I've had bar girls stay with me for a week or more just to have a vacation from the bar. Both times the Filipina single mother wanted a BF always be honest with them. They may want to "Change your mind" expect to be very busy. I'm sure you know taking a bar girl or any girl island hopping is a risk she may go bat shit crazy or be constantly asking money.

Eric The Red has two or three bars. The down stairs one seemed to have more attractive ladies. The upper one is hit or miss however I've had very good luck from it especially for off the clock fun.

Many bar girls will meet you off the clock. Most for short time others may spend the day with you.

As you know here are Freelancers around Mango and other areas. Lots of Ladyboys too. The lower terraces seating area at Ayala Mall some will sit in small groups and the top outdoor walkway is a known stroll. I've done Freelancers from Ayala and had mixed experiences great to not so much.

I've only had a little experience with online date Filipinas. Twice it worked out amazing mostly they ghost or go Filipino time.

The Restaurant Social on top floor of Ayala (Outside) has pretty decent food and might be a hangout for freelancers. Got approached by two lady boys while I was eating and saw a single girl sitting at the bar that might have been in the game.

I'll be in Cebu next week. Anyone know where I can buy Cialis?Try one of the large Pharmacy stalls two blocks south of Osmena Circle. There are half dozen located along the west side of be. Rodriguez St near the hospitals. Write on a slip of paper exactly what you want. Like 20 pieces generic 50 MG Clalis. I've bought there in the past.

The major drug stores like Mercury don't like to sell without a prescription. Although in one case I was able to buy some after showing my empty prescription bottle.

Am sure you're savvy enough to know not to buy off the street.

Finally, after 2-and-a-half years, the authorities are today lifting the face mask mandate in Cebu City! Masks were required to be worn at all times when outdoors and when inside malls and public buildings, and compliance was close to 100%. Link below.

START: Benise Balaoing, ABS-CBN News.

MANILA Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama is set to sign Wednesday an executive order lifting the mandatory wearing of face masks in his area.

Speaking with TeleRadyo, Rama said his order will only keep face masks mandatory in hospitals, clinics, and other diagnostic centers.

"'Yun ang mga sinasabi nating area na talagang we do not want to be telling them, wag na kayo magsuot kasi that is where infections are brewing," he said.

(Those are the areas where we cannot tell them to stop wearing face masks, because these are the areas where infections are brewing.).

Rama said the push to lift vaccine mandates is in line with the goal of opening the city and Cebu province as a whole to more tourists.

"We are getting to look at also our data. At the same time, we are practically opening One Cebu Island, concept namin with Governor Gwen Garcia, One Cebu Island policy with respect to many things, including tourism, and even our concern to address medical issues," he said.

The mayor said Cebuanos who still wish to wear face masks in his city remain free to do so.

"Actually, kung tutuusin mo, yung thrust dito, it becomes self-regulatory. Atsaka you cannot be compelling also, pag talagang they wish to wear face mask, (sa) amin that is their, shall we say, discretion," he noted.

Rama's order comes a few months after national government officials pushed back on Garcia's proposal to lift mask mandates in the entire Cebu province.

Asked about facing criticism from other officials with regard to his order, Rama said government must now "move forward" in the fight against the pandemic.

"We have to move forward, rise up and move forward and be more already looking at, from the point of view of pragmatism," he said. END.
