Hey there,

I plan on going to Cebu next month and also to Thailand. I went to Pattaya last year with some friends and feel I'm familiar with it.
I'll probably be going over to Cebu myself, any advice on making it easiest on myself as far as getting from Thailand to Cebu, comfortable accomadations in cebu, etc. I'm flying from Las vegas,
what's the best way to do it, go to Thai first, return from Manilla?
Any advise is appreciated

Thanks

Day 13

With a journey by car from Angeles city back down to Manila and the domestic airport however, although I was travelling on Cebu Pacific I had made one fatal error because PAL was offering a much better fare for the one hour journey down to Cebu oooohhhh doh!

Cebu is a place that I have known for many years, and is also my favourite destination in the Philippines because I have been coming here for around 17 years, I used to have a pen friend here and this is why I first came to the Philippines but I still keep in contact with her, the family even though she is now married and lives in the States; plus all the other friends I have made through the years.

I will confess that I don’t often get a chance to do much mongering because down here, once you get to know the families they will look after you. Chinese-Filippinos love to “match-make” and gamble and not necessarily in the order; every time I have ever been here I have been introduce to several girls, but unfortunately I like the good bad good girls. The last couple of times I have been here I once stayed at their home, ten years ago, because they would not hear of me staying in a hotel when I visited and then previously in 2001 when I was here for three days, I was working in Hong Kong, I stayed in the Park Place (now the Garwood Park Hotel), I had just picked up some girl and who should walk into the lobby but the parents of my friend and with some quick thinking I managed to send the girl quickly up to my room and settled for a coffee and catch up chat in the lobby.

Cebu City is small place, compared to Manila I am staying in the Marriott, primarily because of its central location, close by to Ayala Mall, the Waterfront Hotel and three banks with ATMs, plus the hotel’s internet access - but be warned its cheaper to pay the 3,300 Pesos (U$59/£33/€47) weekly charge than the daily rate if you are staying for more than three days.

Things have certainly changed here, mongering wise, back in Sept 2001 when I was here for a long-weekend I had this taxi driver who would go out and get me four girls to choose from for all-night at only 1,000 Pesos (U$18/£10/€14) each, who were all university students, anyway I have been trying to track him down and I believe he has now retired. I went down to one of the casa and they were quoting me crazy Manila prices at 3,500 Pesos (U$62/£35/€50) for overnight rate until noon the following day, when I said, that for the quality on offer I was not interested I was then quoted 2,000 Pesos (U$36/£20/€28) but this was still too high for what was available. There used to be two places in Cebu, at San Antonio, about five minutes drive from Osmaňa Circle, which you could find good girls from but according to one of the taxi drivers, I used to give me a quick guided tour they have now closed down due to constant police raids. These places used to have 30 odd girls in there, and if you had a problem with the girl you took her back they would just change her no questions asked. I recall one girl, who came to my room, in 1989 and thought she was just there to watch TV and actually just sleep with me? when I said I wanted a blow job she said she isn’t doing that so, back I went to change her and the second girl was as good as gold and did everything I asked for with no complaining whatsoever, not even asking her for a tip, but I gave her money for a taxi because she was going to take a jeepney back.

Anyway I arrived in Cebu by early evening and was being crafty here because I had e-mailed that I would be coming to Cebu but didn’t tell my friends exactly when arrive or where I would be staying. This gave me the chance to track down this taxi driver I used to use here and visit some old haunts that I was familiar with. Anyway I was out of luck, a couple of the taxi drivers had offered to show me around to where the action is, but I visit the casa, known locally as Gate 3 and asks to see some other casas but nothing much strikes me there so I eventually end up going back into Silver Dollar where I had been earlier, on a Friday Night, where I was chatting to this girl Leana, who hails from Mindanoa with a couple of interesting tattoos on her body, who is OK for a quickie, so I bar fine her for 600 Pesos, (U$11/£6/€9) she was OK for the night, but I grabbed a few photos and she stayed for a few hours, with BBBJ but she wanted 1,000 Pesos (U$18/£10/€14) tip claiming she didn’t work for less, Leana was debating whether to stay all night or go now but I suggested that for me it would be best if she left early but we settled for 700 Pesos(U$12/£7/€10) if she left now, as I wanted to get up and use the gym early. Sexually, she was OK but nothing exceptionally; this was my first night back in town she leaves in the early hours and I am surprised that here at the Mariott the girls have a free reign because no-one from the security calls me to check if its for her to leave; I know this is not Manila but it makes you feel a bit safer when you know the hotel is watching your back.

Day 14

On my first is morning in Cebu, I go down to breakfast and then on the next table comes this girl and her, which I believe to be her boy friend sits next to me; this was a girl who my friend introduced me too back in 2001, and I know the full sp about this girl in December 2002 she sent me a Christmas card and in a paragraph said by the way can I give her $5,000 Dollar, not lend, but just send this money, I wouldn’t have minded so much if I’d have tapped her arse, because all we did was go to the beach at the Shangri-la, for the afternoon, where she told me she has stayed at this hotel several times with “friends” and I was thinking to myself I have some real old dog here.

Anyway not more than three months ago this same girl sent me an e-mail with her photos, of holding her boobs and asked me if I liked them. So after a few minutes she turns around and asks me if I remember her, I am thinking how can I forget you and then drops a bomb-shell this is my husband, I said congratulations, have you just got married? No, I have been married some time but still live here, I was confused because normally married women don’t send half naked photos to other guys asking if they like them and asking when am back in town.

The background which I know about this girl is she was 16 when she got pregnant by some local guy and had a daughter, then at 20 she married this wealthier old guy, and I mean old who was wheel chair bound, now he says to her I realise I am old and you are very young so I don’t mind if you want to have your fun as long as you look after me in the process. Fair enough but she took it to the extreme and then found this boyfriend, an American ex-pat who between them try to scam this old guy out of his money, anyway she treated her husband like shit and he passes away, his family appalled at his treatment by her withheld anything due to her, she got some chump change only a couple of hundred dollars only. As life would have it she gives this money to this boyfriend, along with some borrowed money from her family, which he “claims” he will use it to help buy a home for the two of them to live somewhere in the US. He then in-turn runs off with this money with another Philippino girl leaving her home and dry hence this was the reason she was writing to me asking for $5,000 claiming it belonged to her family, who wanted her to study in the US, and how disappointed she couldn’t go to the US, when really she was trying to get to the US to find her old boyfriend.

Now here she was with her second husband, sitting here at breakfast – all I can say to this guy is, good luck pal.

To be continued…..

Malling:

I have read a couple of posts from people who said they have either had success at Malling ie "walking around the malls looking to pick up girls." Or none at all.

OK please note a wealthy mall like Ayala is difficult because the wealthy Chinese-Filippinos who frequent these malls are unlikely to get excited at seeing some foreigner. In-fact even if they really liked the guy, its just not done to show too much expression culturally because that is the way it is.

I am not saying its impossible, just very difficult I was sitting in Bo’s Coffee Club and its appeared to be what looked like a transsexual was making eye contact, I ignored them then she or he came full out and said: “Hi how are doing?” As I was not sure what this was I made my excuses and left. However, a couple of times in the mall people have said hello, OK some of the girls were rough so I did not take up their offers, to chat and partly because I was too busy, but had they been prettier the story might have been different.

Now if you are still intent on malling gentlemen please take my advice, and dress up for the occasion, wash yourselves and try to look the part of a jetsetter, even if you only pack the shopping at Wal Mart part-time. In my time here I have seen some guys spending hours in the mall, obviously looking to pick someone up, judging by the way they look at every girl that walks past, but I don’t understand what they are thinking in crumpled shorts and t-shirts, and my pet hate sandals & socks. In fact I don't recall a time when that look was ever happening. Just look around at the Philippino guys and do they dress like that? No, therefore why do you think you will be successful just because you are foreign? Take my advice make sure your clothes at least Co-or-din-nate

I have tried SM Mall twice once walking around with my host family I believe that I should have more luck as I received plenty of eye contact. The second time was not as busy during the week but I believe there is more potential than Ayala Mall.

However, the best way to get introduced to nice females is just make friends. The family of my pen friend have been trying for years to fix me up, I believe this and gambling here are national past times. I mean I called them in the morning at 2pm to say I am now in town and within five hour one girl, who I don’t know, has come to my hotel to meet me and left a message, but I was out at the time having dinner with another friend and her husband, who got married last year. She has a single friend she wants to introduce me to. So I have four days here and four potentials, just from turning up.

OK in life the good side is that I don’t have to do any work only meet these girls, the down side is that when I am here I am constantly with people all wanting to show me around, here and there, so its sometimes difficult to go mongering.

At the weekend I went out with my friend’s family and they came to the hotel at 1pm, all six of them, we went to the SM mall where we had some light snacks then straight off to Mactan Island to a beach there and it was 9.40pm by the time I arrived back at the hotel.

Day 16

The following day I am being introduced to two nice females and I am also trying to get some mongering in, which is difficult with two appointments on, so I have to put one off until the next day. The first woman I meet is a nice women but she is in her mid 30’s, no problem with that because so am I, but she was not really a looker, and she is intelligent enough but not really for me. This was the one who came to my hotel two days ago looking for me, when she heard I was in town. We all did lunch and she then tells me her cousin is getting married to a 57 year old from my country (UK) and this girl is just 22, I wanted to say maybe we should be doing a swap here and she should have the 57 year old. Out of politeness I agree to do dinner with the three women, but I am constantly looking at my watch because I want to do other things, things are complicated further still because in the lobby of the hotel is this woman’s cousin, who is working the shift this evening.

So by 9.45pm I finally manage to get away, because these three had come directly from work and I am free to do some roaming, alone. I head to the taxi stand and ask how much for a tour around town, this first taxi driver quotes me 300 Pesos (U$5/£3/€4) an hour and I ask him why so much and he claims that is the price I tell him in my last two days here I have got drivers for on 150 Pesos (U$3/£1.5/€2) and that was still being generous. In my third attempt a taxi driver agrees to take me around and I ask to go to the Casas so the first place he takes me to is “Gate 3” again, I am asked to wait outside a while because inside there are two Japanese customers, l imagine being quoted 4,000 Pesos.

When I finally enter I don’t really see any striking girls that make me think she is hot, rather general types only, so I pass on this place. I then ask this driver about other casas as I reminisce about the good old days of Cebu. My taxi driver then after some careful thinking takes me to a place where he believes is a casa we arrive near the centre and he checks with another driver close by, I walk in and the owner Shan tells me that most of his girls are students and basically they now operate by telephone rather than having them sitting around waiting for clients, however, there is one girl there if l am interested, she takes ten minutes to ready herself as we wait and then comes out, she was OK but nothing exceptional that made me think oooooohhhhhh

Shan is very very gay as we discuss the price of the girl he informs me that his lowest price is 3,500 Pesos (U$62/£35/€49) and goes up too 15,000 Pesos (U$266/£150/€210) I look at him and ask if he is joking? I said for that sort of money the girl would have to come with me for a month, "15,000 Pesos are you crazy." He says most of his customers are wealthy Taiwanese, Chinese and Japanese businessmen who are happy to pay this amount. I said I was looking to pay no more than 1,000 Pesos (U$18/£10/€14) for all night. He says if you are looking for cheap girls I have come to the wrong places because he only deals with “quality girls” and “starlet” as he calls them, Shan goes onto tell me he has several casas and others in the capital and has sent many girls to work in Manila. He goes on, yes you can find girls for 500 Pesos, or even 300 Pesos no problem in Cebu but they are the lowest of the low quality. We are still in discussions when this other girl appears in her night clothes or pyjamas I think. Shan informs me that this girl is also available. She is an attractive girl and quite striking also naturally we begin negotiations, he tells me she won’t work for less than 4,000 Pesos (U$71/£40/€56); anyway we negotiate for close on 30 minutes and he won’t budge on the price, then just as I say OK I am going he says usually they don’t deal with foreigners, (which means that Taiwanese, Hong Kong Chinese and Japanese are not seen as foreign here) and says that this girl likes you but he still won’t budge on the price, talking to the girl in Tagalog repeating again, saying she likes you and if he was a woman he would want to sleep with me as well – yes, I bet you would pal. I asked where the girl is to take another look at her and I am told she is changing already when I had not even agreed to pay the price yet. Anyway against better judgement, on my part, I decided to try this out but must go to a cash dispenser to get the cash.

Later on cash paid, girl dressed and in the taxi half way toward the hotel, this girl, Sharon (obviously not her real name) who is a university student here in Cebu announces that we have a problem because he cousin who she lodges with works in the hotel's room service shift. Added to this the cousin of the woman I had just been introduced to earlier, also has a cousin who she introduced me too, that evening, who was working in the lobby of the hotel (Cebu is a small place) so it’s a bit difficult for me. I then just park the taxi across the street walk into the lobby and tell the taxi driver to take the girl around the block then drop her off the front and all she has to do is come up to my floor. Fortunately, she doesn’t bump into her cousin and comes up to the room. Once inside the room she takes out her cell phone and asks if I have a charger, then she spends time with that and looking at my cell phone and suggest I shower first, I say ladies first, then she takes a great deal of interest in my computer and also my digital camera.

I later discover that she turned off the ring tone on my cell and was passing several loads over to her phone around 50-70 Pesos. I know its only a small amount of money but its the principle of theft that l don’t like. Later she also tried to delete the photos l had taken of her, but fortunately she didn't know how to use my camera. Eventually, once in bed she is now watching the clock, the meter is running, and says she must go at 1.30am I said to her I agreed for two hours and the way she was messing about with other things I doubt I would have got an hour in bed, she shakes her head and says OK she can stay until 2am but her class begins at 7am, she knew this when she agreed to come with me. In bed she is pretty much useless and basically sucks (unfortunately not in the literal sense), just going through the motions only, she only sucks dick with a condom, sometimes if it’s small as mine if too big for her mouth, I hear this all the time and can ride cowgirl style for all of about two minutes. I think her ideal typical customer would be one that comes within two minutes, because every time we tried something new after two minutes she was either sore or tired and wanted to change.

After a while I get quite bored of this girl and say to her OK you can go now and I swear this was the fastest I saw her move all evening, getting changed and out of the bathroom door in a flash. She asks for a tip and claims to have no money for a taxi, I said she already had a tip, standing there looking at me for about a minute then she says: “OK just give me 200 Pesos for the taxi then.” After I had just shelled out 4,000 Pesos and like I was even thinking about giving her any more on top, I said to her speak to her boss because she already has been paid more than enough and I was not giving her 2 Pesos let alone a 200 Pesos tip, with that she reluctantly walks out of the door.

Still a valuable lesson was learnt here because yes this girl was indeed very beautiful and photogenic but absolutely shit in bed. I would suggest that if you guys are looking to get some beautiful girls to impress a client at a corporate event then yes go ahead and contact Shan to get these superstars but if you are looking for a hot girl in bed then I suggest you try elsewhere.

Warning: be weary of girls with your cell phone as I have learnt here they will either check your messages or in this case transfer over loads onto their cell phone, best to lock up your cells or keep them firmly in your pocket.

Here is a photo of her caught in the act, she was focusing so much on the telephone she was oblivious to the photo.

A contact for Shan: #918 441 4984, just pm if you want this girls’ cell no? Please note: I have since been informed by Mookman that Shan is unreliable when it comes to sticking to his appointments, I suggest you read Mookman’s post.

Marriott is great deal and locale. Get internet rate from their website for $43 a night. Very guest friendly.

Semi-pros and large weekend crowds at Sunflower which is a large disco. Taxis know it. Lots of ex-pats here.

Another bar with a younger crowd is Halo at SM Mall. Packed on weekends. Lively with some real hotties. Local crowd for the most part.

Black Hole closed for renovations while I was there, but other bars across the street were fine. Hardly anyone shopping, but lots of product. 2000 pesos barfine. Lots of pricey KTV catering to Asian clients spread throughout town. Went to one (Steve's?). Nothing special as per talent.

Mactan Island and Lapu Lapu are a bit far from the Cebu bars.

Juniour, Shan is the manager for Monet, both are gay Chinese guys but Monet is always busy in the day time because the guy is so busy gambling money away.

That girl is as much a student as she is a super model. I've used Shan's services before, he is a total rip off, you will get better value at numerous other places.

Newbies stay away and don't pay the 4000p rip off price, you can use your money at better places.

Did he show you his picture book with the girls in them. His so called 16000 peso girl is not very attractive at all. Just because she has light skin doesn't mean she's attractive.

MookMan,

Agreed, but I suggest you re-read my post to find out my opinions on Shan as I don’t recall referring to this girl as a “supermodel” merely photogenic. Yes, he showed me his photo book but to be honest I saw girls in AC equally as good for only 1,000 Pesos all night.

Would be grateful if you posted the addresses of these other places you referred too.

Day 17

On the following night I had agreed to meet up with another friend, who was taking me to dinner with her husband and another single female friend she wanted me to meet, I had to extend my stay in Cebu by two days due to the fact that I had so many invitations of dinner and various other items at the University that its was not possible to do them all in the allocated time.

At this dinner, this girl I was introduced too was OK but just OK, really not me, she was one of these homely girls that does nothing, apart from work and go home. Fortunately, for me during the drinks I received a telephone call to attend this kids birthday party, as ten years ago I recall my friends younger sister was celebrating her 18 birthday party and now ten years on with five year old daughter, celebrating her birthday and she has five kids….? We all finished up and went over to Family Choice one of these places that offers ”eat-all-you-want” for 120 Pesos (U$2/£1/€2).

I get over to this birthday party and fortunately for me I am introduced to this other attractive single lady, who is much more me, unfortunately, we only had twenty minutes to speak to one another before she had to leave but it was enough to get her cell number & e-mail address, (how l love this place).

As I had to be up early for my flight the following morning I was not staying up late, so I arranged for massage in my room, from some attractive girl I met in the elevator of the Mariott, earlier in the week, Hazel, she asked me if I ever needed a massage to contact her and gave me her card, the second time this has happened to me this year, because a similar thing happened in Bangkok riding an elevator with a girl who made all the conversation and gave me her business card, except the only difference here, was this card is hand written. Hazel is a bit of a strange one because I called her to ask the price and she informs me that she only communicates with clients through texts - no telephone calls because her family don’t know what she does for a living and I should text her one hour before I require the massage, which I time perfectly as I can use the excuse that I am leaving on an early morning flight at 7am to Manila, therefore I needed to leave to go back to my hotel by 10.00pm to pack, fortunately, my friends are working the following day, so they all need early nights as well.

Twenty minutes after the agreed time Hazel shows up, I said to her that if this is your business you should be more punctual - as time is money. The massage is OK running for a full hour and is a proper massage, I ask about the extras and she says she does a body-to-body massage but at 2,000 Pesos (U$36/£20/€28) extra, which I feel is expensive, but this is my last night here so I shell out for the service, she has a nice fit body which I like and she gives a BBBJ to begin with which is fine, if not a little short in my opinion. She offers full sex but to be honest no matter how l tried l could not get into it – l guess there is a limit on how my pleasure the body requires in a short space of time.

Contact details for Hazel and her friend Joan are as follows:

Hazel: 0916 403 1005 & Joan: 0918 657 9907 Note: she doesn’t answer the phone and operates by texts only.

This now wraps up my time in the Cebu, having changed my Cebu Pacific flight to extend my time down here, I am now on the 7am flight to Manila which means that I have to leave the hotel at around 5.30am and miss out on breakfast doh!. I was hoping to have a couple of days in Manila but having extended I am now only passing through on my way back home and unable to check out a couple of places that had been referred to me. For the record I have been introduced to five women, all of them university educated and in their late 20's but only one of them is really me, and I have agreed to keep in touch with her.

The other regular girl that I asked to meet me at the domestic airport never showed so I have written her off. I still had two more girls I had promised to meet up with in Manila but I simply don’t have the time I think I would have needed six weeks here to have met up with all the people I had been in contact with because these girls who are working do some long hours.

Pals,

Just to follow the point on cellphones. DO lock up your cellphone when you are with a girl. I awoke early one morning in Cebu to fine the now infamous Maribelle Martinez of MEPZ,(Lear Automotive, Phils) standing nude by my nightstand with my cellphone in her hand. When asked what she was doing, her reply, "just looking at it". The Tramp had transferred ALL filipino phone numbers over to her cellphone and proceeded later to call and inform all females there that she was with me in Cebu. The same woman also stole my small camera which easily fit into her pocket.

My cellphone is NOT a "Load type" so she could not transfer over the load to her phone but this is one more trick many of these women will pull. Always lock up your cellphone, wallet, camera, expensive watch and jewelry before sleeping with ANY Filipina you are NOT married to. Martinez is not a pro but a semi-pro. She works full time at MEPZ but works the shopping malls on her days off picking up foreigners to fuck for money.

I realize I gave a strong recommendation for Exotica last December here. Bill has become a "Total Asshole", or perhaps I just realized this. I have had many guys PM me about bad experiences there. I have fucked many girls at Exotica and always had a good time. But I never took one out. I found one who was hot and eager and took her upstairs within 30 minutes of meeting her. I then spent from 1-2 hours fucking her and butt fucking them and getting some great blowjobs. Rhea, on one occasion fucked me, blew me and then I butt fucked her over a 2 hour session up there. I had a few free drinks up there and gave her P 500 tiip.

My suggestion is arrive early when the Club is slow. Choose a girl and buy her a ladies drink. Take her upstairs to VIP and "fuck her silly" and then go back downstairs and do some more drinking and seek a new lady. If one gets your eye, repeat Step 1 and bring her upstairs also. You should find this much better than taking the girl out of the Club. Spend no time whatsoever listening to BIll's bullshit. Early in the Night more women are available and far less likely to hassle you for drinks. Last time I was there (My Post Aug 04) I arrived at 01:00AM and got hassled to death by the women. Most of the hot ladies were gone for the night.

At Dimples the girls dance nude or topless after 11:00PM but barfines are outrageous. I go just for the Show.

juniour,

i wasn't refering to you calling them a supermodel but how shan calls them supermodels.

please, please remove his number from your post. all it encourages is for smucks to call him up and for him to rip more people off.

there's one pimp in cebu that i found in my trips there that had very pretty girls, my friend wanted a girl in a school uniform to come to our hotel. problem was she was 15, wtf? we're not ****s so that wasted 2 hours getting another girl. she sent over another girl and this girl was even more attractive, legit student, she goes to a flight attendant school in cebu, her school uniform was a flight attendant outfit, kinda funny looking. i'm going to go check out that flight attendant school next time.

like i said before though the most attractive girls in cebu that i've seen were at starbucks in ayala unfortunately they will not look twice at you. a lot of girl in nurses uniform that drive you crazy cause you can see their bra and panties through their white uniforms and you bet they know that. they carry $600 cell phones so i don't think anybody here has a chance. :)

Mookman,

Thanks, I will consider your idea but each to their own, I say. But what is your definition of a “rip-off”? Please share your experience of Shan with us?

What were you doing in Starbuck in Ayala when Bo’s Coffee Club offers better quality coffee at a cheaper price? I had a meal in the Shanghai restaurant in the mall,( sorry I can’t recall the exact name), which shares the building with University of Cebu, this had many striking girls in white uniforms if that’s your thing. I recall three of them that kept looking over but being with people meant l could not act on it – its always the way though.

$600 cell phones – I don’t think so, many of the cell phones sold there originate from China and they are certainly not paying that type of money for them; $600 = equates to 33,780 Pesos/£326/€468 that’s a lot of money.

I was talking to a journalist friend of mine that was doing an article for , i think, sunstar. The 411 of the article is that there is a huge increase in the number of college students that are hooking up with older guys, mostly married, in part for the financial reward (at least gifts). i notice this myself. There are many girls that are looking for this arrangment-- more than what you would have seen in times past. The article talks about how many, many of these girls fall in love with the guys, so this is not all just business transactions.

There is a huge increase in this in Japan as well, although there it's with high school students and Japenese men (I don't know the age of consent there).

Honestly, my experience is that girls from the U. of Cebu are the best to hook with. They're not always from the very best families, and they need someone to show them a good time 'cause they have NO money. You don't need to be a spend-thrift if you are someone they really like. Just take them out to dance and to dance clubs and there life improves remarkably.

BTW, yes there are some real cuties at Starbucks. A few of them are definately smitten with me but I never asked them out. They seem very smart and have great English.

Go there a lot and if you're a "good catch" and they're comfortable I'd bet they'd go out with you no problem and then....

I'll discuss shan in detail later.

I go to Starbucks because I like frapacinnos, I prefer their blended drinks over Bo's. Also the ice tea of the day when it's green tea is actually good there too.

Yeah, they are paying $500-$600 for cell phones there. It's a status symbol in the PI so a lot of people get crazy price cells. In the states it's your car, in the PI it's your cell.

For example, the Nokia 7610 sells for 24,100p around $500, there's even more expensive ones that these and you can't miss these when someone is holding them because the color screen is huge and blinds you. :) Me I just use my cheapo Nokida 3120 that I picked up cheap at Greenhills mall for $60. The girls hanging out at Starbucks are spending that kind of money thus will not give a second look at a foriegner because they know why you are there. I tried chatting up some girls there with my friend but it would of been long hard work and we weren't in the mood for long courtship with wining and dining.

Yes, it’s not just in the PI that a cell phone is a status symbol, it's happening in many other countries but without this becoming a cell phone appreciation web site, because there is already enough written about cells on this site; but my friends there are Filippino-Chinese and are proud of this fact, they go to Hong Kong or Singapore once a year for shopping trips, and sometimes to Europe. This same girl was in London last year where I showed her around just before her wedding last year, on a wedding shopping trip. But I can assure you that are not spending this type of money ($600) on cell phones; she owns a Nokia 7650, whereas I only own a 2100, because cell phones are not as expensive as in the US or Europe. Two days ago one of the girls I met in AC sent me an e-mail to say she had has cell stolen for the second time in three months and she only owned a very old Nokia.

You said that you had no luck with the girls in Starbucks in Ayala; are you sure they were local Philippinos or not Ann La’s ? (I believe is the term for them) because many of these girls from wealthy Chinese-Filippino families and are professional working in one of many multi-nationals surrounding the area. The only time you stand a chance with these girls is when they are living overseas studying where they always seem hook up with the dorkish of guys in my opinion.

On Shan, you refer to him being a “rip-off”; however, if the man quotes you a price at the beginning of transaction and that is the price you pay when you leave, then this is not a rip-off - it’s called "Business". You may not like the price because it’s more expensive than elsewhere, but you were certainly not ripped-off.

A “rip-off” is where you are initially quoted say 600 Pesos but then find yourself presented with a bill of 4,000 Pesos. Like in the bad old days Bangkok, before it was largely cleaned up, me and an Australian friend were in a bar in Pat Pong II and went into some bar that was empty of customers had one quick drink and were presented with this large bill that included money for the show, one girl dancing on a poorly lit stage, and lady’s drink for a girl that came and spoke to us even though she didn’t actually drink anything and we were in there for less than ten minutes. We just paid for the drinks only and walked out on this guy who fancied himself as a gangster in this bar wearing a typical white suit.

But do let me know what addition information you have on Shan.

“Younger girls with older guys”, this has been going on in Japan for nearly 30 years, if not longer, as there have been a number of books written on the subject, unfortunately many of them are not translated into English. An old Japanese girl friend of mine said it was because younger girls preferred the stability (financial & other) of an older guy rather than a youngster (someone their own age) who would be playing around chasing other girls. But generally throughout Asia this is quite a common practice especially with the Chinese in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. (The age of consent in Japan is officially 13 nationwide but 16-18 in most prefectures)

However, in many discussions on this particular subject over dinner with my friends in Cebu this is not really seen as an issue, especially, if the guy pays for her college or university fees then this is seen as a positive thing. But the trouble is they always want to introduce me to “experienced women” because they still cannot understand how an older man could be satisfied by a younger, inexperienced to life, girl.

Filipinos are really into status symbols, and cell phones are just one such symbol. The first question out of any Filipino's mouth, when he/she sees that you have something new is: "How much did it cost.?" And, they notice every new accessory, article of clothing or piece of jewelry that you wear. If I walk into my office wearing a new designer shirt for example, I will be stopped by everyone I see and will be asked the "cost" question by each of them. And they never, ever fail to notice something new. I returned in July, for example from the US, where I had bought several new shirts. I was asked the question the first time that I wore each of the shirts. Nothing escapes them.

Even when I get a haircut, which does not represent a major event in my life, I will be asked where I got it, and the response is invariably: "Oh, that's a very expensive place." It seems to me that Filipinos, aside from perhaps the very rich, simply have to know the monetary value of everything, be it gifts you may give them, clothes you may be wearing or your cell phone.

Perhaps this is not so different from the US or Western Europe, but Filipinos are not subtle about their interest and do not consider such questions at all impolite.

I have to agree with Goodenough and a few of the others, status symbols are important to Filipinos and especially the Ladies, they are very concious of what the other has, how she got it, how much it cost etc etc., the best way to describe this is "keeping up with the Joneses" if Evie's Foreigner boyfriend/husband went out and bought her the newest cell phone that takes a picture and jerks you off at the same time, then she's gotta have one, the more gimmicky glitzy the better. If you dont have one of those phones that takes a picture then you have not arrived.

(Incidently gentlemen TAKE NOTE***** the other day when I was tour guiding for one of the brethern on this board and showed him a local "bath house" called the roman plaza in Davao, they had big signs posted forbiding cell phones that take a picture, so it looks as if there might be a crack down by establishments on taking pictures of their ladies thus)

The Diamond ring I bought Mrs Spamhog from the Us had to be immediately appraised in some local hock shop despite the fact I showed her certification/authentication from a diamond merchant I used to work for and the receipt showing the amount I paid, buy 'em gold or jewelry and they will spend P200 to have it appraised, to us its some what of an insult but to them its a reaffirmation of value, unless another Filipino tells them something they dont want to beleive it, go figure, I could give you guys hundreds of examples but you get the picture.

If you want to do well with the ladies here, that is going out on "the Hunt" you want to dress decently, wear a nice watch or even a gold chain or something, dress shoes and slacks with a collared shirt, look the part of success and prosperity and you'll have more interest than if you go to the mall in your grateful dead T shirt and bemuda shorts.

About the cell phones, they are spending that kind of money, now I'm not saying all of them are doing this but there's a good amount of them that do buy the $500-$600 cell phones, I don't think all of them go on trips to HK to bring back a cell phone. Just walk into a smart or globe store, www.smart.com.ph there are a couple of models that go for that much. Even when you go to Green Hills Mall which is known as the cheapest place to buy a cell in Manila, they still are very close to that price. I'm sure that they are buying those cell phones up, maybe some of the people you know are smart enough to shop around or buy else where but you give some people too much credit into thinking they are bargain shoppers.

I call Shan a ripoff cause time is money and this guy wastes time. Besides being overpriced. Basically, I asked for a girl and waited in Robinson's at the Bo's Coffee, he show up and says the girl he called is coming, we wait for a hour and no show, he calls another girl and no show, wasted a lot of my time. His call system can be unreliable since the girls are not there.

Also, I'm Asian, I can tell the difference between different Asian people.

hotel de mercedes in colon, cebu is a good place to base yourself, safe, cheap and clean (but keep all your receipts).

you`ll nearly always find a pimp outside who will take you to the "boarding house" which is about a 5 min walk. you don't actually go inside a house instead you`ll find about 10 girls waiting outside, range from 4-8, but i thought some were ****.

i paid 500 pesos (up front) to the pimp then a tip of a couple hundred to the girl (later). most of these girls are tight and firm, but the service is hit and miss, and don't let them watch the tv!
one of the pimps is a decent looking girl in her late 20s, and is well worth a shot (pse rated).

i used this route in-between "dates" i organized through filipinaheart.com where free sex is the norm, if you play the boyfriend game. the girls here are real sweet and keen to make an impression, and none want money, just a chance of moving to europe or the us.

if your coming from the uk don't change you money into $, the £ is strong and you`ll have no problems changing them. cows

I visit the place you mention in Gorordo ave...

It was 31 october and to because the day after was holiday they was closed at 17h00
The only girls "TelTel" told me they are open 24hours a day but she work only day time's. The other girls start around 20h00 and they are 5.

The massage was 250 pesos... but it's take less then a minute before she said you have a big penis do you want a BJ... and offer for 2000peso. I said noway it's too much expensive. She propose a a body to body massage where she will undress herself and massage me for ... 2000 peso. Again I refuse. She finaly asking for 1000 for a BJ including the body to body. I didn'T have so much time today so I agree. But she just took out her top and pass rapidly on my skin. Didn't want I touch her and was not happy to because she need to provide the condom. She manage the BJ and after finish she ask me for extra tip. I refuse a deal is a deal. I don't know if the other girls are better but this one I don't recommend.

Anyway I just move here so I will have time to visit other place and let's you know. :)

Hi there I leave in Cebu Labangon... when you arrive at the airport just cross the street just in front at your right you will have few stair to bring you in another street where all the meter taxi are. The rate is the meeter plus 20 peso ( to cover the Taxi parking fee ). If you got a good service ask for is name and phone number. Some time we call some of them and travel around on different beach at a good price... :)

Ok I need to go to the beach now... :) have a good day

Sad to say the taxi situation on arrival at Cebu Airport is getting more and more like Manila. The police now seem to be in collusion with chartered taxi interests to keep metered taxis out of the arrivals area. A metered taxi as far as the Midtown Hotel costs about 110. The taxi companies at the airport ask for 200. I know this is only about a buck and a half, but being charged double for something just doesn't sit right.

If you're traveling light enough you can take the stairs up to departures and get a metered taxi. Also if you're in the mood you can argue with the police and they may call a metered taxi for you to come down to arrivals. When I did this on my first time through on this trip both the police and the taxi touts were getting quite ill tempered about it, something else that's very Manila-like in normally laid back Cebu. I just kept insisting until they did their job.

Second time through I was with GoodEnough and he watched our bags while I went up to departures and grabbed a metered taxi. But again it took lots of argueing with the police to let the taxi into the arrivals area.

So when you arrive in Cebu be prepared to just pay 200 or battle it out with the scammers.

Pal,

I have been to several of the Fiestas in Cebu over the years. It gets ery crowded but there are tons of gorgeous, young ladies around. The cheap hotels and pesion houses fill up first. Last year Metropolis Court Hotel where I stay was not filled up. I assume this is due to being up in Guadalupe but still ony a P45 car ride to Fuente Osmean and about P 60 to downtown Cebu.

Book a Hotel NOW. DO not wait. Get out early and remember you will have a tough time finding a cab ride when the fiesta is at its "peak". Hae fun.

I saw maybe 20 girls it was 14h30 and the man told me take number 40. She is good. sudenly two girls arrive in the room where I was. One was very small cute and prety 24 yo like I like! So I choose her ( sorry I will not told you her number.) We want in the room the cost was 435 peso for one hours. The guy bring me there and ask me to buy a beer and a soft drink for the girls... total 80 peso. I took a shower and my girls arrive. She was a perfect body she find my beer was not cold enought and ask the guy to replace. She was lovely I wish I can have a girls friend like her! Whe look in the eyes and kiss each other's like whe are lover's I mean a real french kiss. She gave me a nice massage and I said I want to kiss her down's there so she took of her clothes and I lick her until she came in my mouth and we kiss again and we fuck until I come inside her! We kiss again it was something magic! She gave me her phone number we will probably go to movie next week. I ask her how much she told me I decide to because we didn't discuss any price. But I will meet her on her day's off. We was talking to go to the beach or to the theater together.

Many bar and bikini bar or KTV bar in this area. Also some freewalkers on the street's, but my ball's was very empty after this afternoon with this nice girl.

Very recommand.

Juniour,

With respect to young woman and older men, I should clarify. Of course there are 1000s of ways this scene is different in Asia then US.

I was specifically referring to married men and young girls-- and i don't just mean "old" married men. I'm in my mid-late thirties. I'm married. There are many college girls that want to be my girlfriend. Now, if I weren't married I'd be a kid in a candy store. But my status means I need to really trust these girls. And lets face if you fall in love with a married guy that's tough.

So, girls will put up with being you're number 2 , but in return want you to do a little more for them in buying some gifts.

My search such sex babe actually wanted nothing from me at all in first. But then she started feeling hurt because she grew very attached and was #2. But she was willing to be a trouper, not to mention fuck my brains out every time we got togher and really enjoy it (wet as a flooding river). Her attitude towards gifts changed slightly. She did hint that it would be nice for me to spend more money on her than i was (which was nothing other than dinner out at places like outdoor grill restaurants, few dollars here or there).

But my main point is that I was talking to someone who's job it was to look into these kind of relationships, basically investige. This person said they are VERY much on the rise in Cebu.

Ever since Cebu Local and DS stopped posting on this board it seems to have died. I spend about 5 months a year in Cebu. I'm going be there for the month of December. I'm in my late 30s but have the advantage of the "package" that is what the cuties want.

I need a partner in crime. I also need an alibi, because all my play has to be under-cover. So, for example, if I take a girl to Panglao (bohol) over the weekend-- which I want to do a lot, I need to say I went there with a guy friend.

I'm cool w/ semi-pro, but I gave up on pro (I think and hope this will continue to be the case). As many have said, it's just too easy to meet semi or free-bees. I got a bunch of girls lined up for dates in Dec from the dating sites-- maybe I'd even share sloppy seconds from those that prove to be catches (kidding). If you want to meet some of these girls with me and you have some wealth to share, please do PM me.

Also, I'd like to try picking up girls at sunflower and/or other places. the college girl I was doing last time I was there (no money to her, just paying for simple dates) made me see this place is popular for girls looking to meet foreigners. For example, she and her friend were both solid 9s, and her friend was out to meet a Westerner. Seemed whenever she had the money that's were she would go out. I don't know about sunflower too much, much of this is speculation. PM me if you’re up for getting together to meet girls on the ground, out of cyber-space.

I was in Cebu for 8 days between November 7th and 19th, plus 4 days in Cagayan de Oro where I was meeting a girl I met on the web. I don't have anything to report on Cagayan since I was with the net girl almost all the time.

Hotels in Cebu: First I stayed in the Marriot. It was 3300 per night with breakfast. The main advantage here is it's walking distance to Ayala and a short taxi ride to SM, Sunflower Disco and the clubs around Fuente Osmena. There's a good gym but the pool's a little lackluster, like a Motel 6 pool or something. There's no problem here bring back girls at any hour.

The last 3 days I stayed at the Waterfront Lahug. 3100 with breakfast. This is considered the best hotel in town. But there are some disappointments: aircon wasn't working very well, no coffee making facilities, things in the room generally threadbare. Also they make you pay 200 to use the gym. I've rarely had to pay to use a gym anywhere in the world if I was a guest. The pool was very nice. I had no problem bringing girls back, but the time was always before 10 pm. It might be a different story in the wee hours. Maybe somebody else has experience. Location is a little farther from most things. Sunflower Disco is practically next door however. And across the street are a group of restaurants and ordinary bars that look good for meeting non-pros.

In Cebu I was also quite busy with girls from the web. But I still had plenty of time to get out on my own. I got to most of the usual uptown bars: Firehouse, Silver Dollar and all the bars around Black Hole. Every bar I went to had the best selection of girls (for my taste!) of any of my recent trips. There were several girls in each place that had good attitudes and personality plus petite, firm bodies. Bar fines were 600 to 700 and the girl usually got around 1000 for short time or 1500 all night. Some bars like Dimples have a bar fine of 2000 that's supposed to include the girl's fee also. I didn't actually take from there so I didn't see how well this works. Black Hole does have a few attitude queens and girls that only want Asians. But even excluding them there is plenty to choose from.

I think quality was better at this time because the college semester was just starting so girls needed money for class. Also, Christmas being just around the corner is helping. I think it really pays to find out when school is starting and time your visits accordingly.

As usual there's plenty of eye contact from girls in the mall. Unfortunately I was always already accompanied when I was there. Do be careful if you're hitting on salesgirls in SM department store. Security is on the lookout for horndog foreigners. An American friend of mine said they're even using security cameras to catch guys hitting on girls. If you're interested in someone try leaving a business card with your phone number on it.

One last thing: A sunset trip to Tops with a bottle of wine does wonders to loosen up 'nice' girls. Also try walking back from the top down to the main road to catch a ride back to town. This stretch of road, about 1 km or so, is dark and spooky and will have her hanging on your arm.

Thanks for the good information Makhu,

I found the disco and the nearby bars / restaurants at the very end of my Cebu trip and wish I had found them earlier.

Can you tell us more about your experiences with the women you met online. On a two week holiday I got laid one out of four, but there were a lot of great nonsexual experiences. In three of four cases I was invited to their homes and you may very well end up somewhere interesting. Like you, I was able to find plenty of time for bar hopping in additon to meeting the "nice girls".

Also, are you sure about that TOPS visit? I got the feeling it might be hard to catch a ride from the top.

X Man

It's true that getting a ride back from Tops can be tricky. You can ask the taxi that brought you there to wait, but he'll probably negotiate hard. But it's only about 1 km or a little more to walk down to the main road. And it's mostly downhill so not a hard walk. Also since it's dark, animals rustling in the bushes and so on, it gets even a nice girl grabbing on to you and hanging. A nice ice breaker should you want it. Just make sure it's not going to rain.

With the chatting friends you just have to be flexible. Some of them will jump right into bed, others need work, others will refuse to meet you anywhere but a public place with 4 other friends. If you chat often enough with a girl in advance of the visit you can get a feel with how she is. And as I said you can loosen up even conservative girls with nice dinners, going to the beach, going to Tops, etc. And all of these things are quite inexpensively done in Cebu. Also it works out just fine if you're honest about your motives and the fact that you're meeting other girls. Besides being fair to the girls it's never really hindered me in my womanizing.

I should add to my last post about getting home from Tops. Once you're down to the main road there are jeepneys that can take you down to where there are taxis. Just don't stay up there too late because the jeepneys may stop by 9 or 10 at night.

Could someone please put in more reviews and stories about Mars Massage, Hearts Health Massage and the much-improved Finland?

Thanks.

TylenolMars Massage is now at Hallmark Hotel which is very hard to find because its place (Hallmark) does not look like a hotel at all. It's near a corner on Colon street.

TylenolMars is in the 3rd floor of Hallmark Hotel, which is located near a street corner at Colon (forgot the name of the street but it's very near Gaisano).

Hallmark is very hard to find simply because it does not look like a hotel at all and has a very small sign hanging up. Just go to that corner and look for the sign.

It's safe to say that Hallmark Hotel does not live up to its name.

Yes, an awesome destination. But I doubt very much you'd meet more than an occational coconut falling between your legs. Bring someone from Cebu or other city.

Tue Nov 30, 2004 rank/score: fop/4

I asked the guard at what time Vikings Sun Club opens and he said 8pm. I was told Black Hole is open from 7:30pm to 3:30am. On the other side of the street one can see Exotica, Papillons, Love City KTV,and Dimples. The girl I barfined that night told me those clubs are similar to Black Hole.

I was the first customer at 7:30pm and during the next hour or two, two or three more came in. Nearly all girls were attractive enough physically. However, they seemed to ignore me.

I talked to a girl named Ginky for quite a while before being asked to buy her a lady’s drink. At that time, I decided to just barfine her for 600P. She told me she sometimes goes to Sunflower with customers. Once barfined, that’s not where she wanted to go with me, she suggested the bars across the street. I saw no benefit in that, so we went to my room at La Florentina, for which I recall paying 550P a night. The guard asked for 100P extra for bringing in a visitor. The house rules state that visitors are not allowed in the room. I have begun to notice that most hotels post stringent policies regarding visitors, but in actual practice, the worst that will happen is that you pay a little extra.

Ginky had seemed nice enough, but once in the room she wanted to leave immediately after a 5 min fuck and some TV watching, for which I handed her 500P. She claimed the standard price for ST is 1500P. It seemed I had given her too much, which made her think I didn’t know what I was doing so she could ask for anything. It’s like giving a tricycle driver 50P for a 30P trip and then he claims it’s 150P.

It seems that nobody except the girl really knows what customers typically pay. However, it seems that they are used to getting about the same amount of money regardless of performance, which encourages the majority to try to give a quick fuck for a quick buck.

p1500 is standard. some want even more. Some girls are more enthusiastic than others ( some are VERY) but you're right that this doesn't really effect the price. The bar fine changes from 1 place to another, but that too doesn't effect the P1500 much.

These are readily available in any pharmacy in the PI without prescription. Mercury Drug is a good one to get any prescribed drug (no prescription required). If you know the drug's name, you can get it. If they don't have it, they can generally get it for you.

Good luck!

I will be traveling to Cebu in a week. I'll be bringing a girl I met in Angeles on my last trip to the PI. So I'm not looking to be mongering everyday. I'd like to hang out in 3 star beach "resorts" around the nearby islands and do some diving. If anyone has been to Sabang/Puerto Galera, I'm looking for something like that. $40 to $60 a night with some good outdoor watering holes nearby.

I have to admit I have made a rookie mistake. I fell in love with the first girl I met in Angeles. A bar girl from Brown Sugar. I bar fined her for 4 days on my first trip. Then I went back to PI for two weeks, paid her "steady bar fine", and took her to Subic, and Sabang. Now I'm going back to take her with me to the Cebu area. In the mean time, four months, I've lost some interest in her. I feel like I've picked up a lost puppy. I've sent her a few hundred bucks and she has moved to Manila to live with her brother, I wanted her out of Angeles. Now I feel some responsibility for her and I'm hesitant to just throw her away. Well, we will see. I'm not looking for girlfriend advise. It's amazing how seductive this place can be though. Just sharing. But I do need some advice on places to stay. Thanks.

Just stayed at the Midtown Cebu thru the Cebu Pacific special. It was very nice and request the recently renovated rooms as it only put me back 1700 pesos. It has prime location to the bars which are about five blocks away. Get their phone number off the web and call them directly to book. They did want to see my boarding pass stub or plane tix before giving me the rate. It was on par for quality with the Marriot nad the Waterfront Casino, both of which are twice the price.

You might try Moalboal or Bohol. They both have good diving.

Moalboal is about a 3 hour ride from Cebu City, on the opposite side of Cebu Island. When I was there I stayed in a cheaper place but there are several places in the price range you mentioned. There are lots of drinking places up and down the beach. You can find freelancers there, but there aren't go go bars.

Alona Beach on Panglao Island, next to Bohol, is about an hour and a half fast boat ride from Cebu, plus a half-hour taxi ride. It also has several places to stay in tha price range or even cheaper. There isn't much mongering here so it's good that you'll bring your own. There are lots of bars along the beach, just don't trip over the damn ropes that tie down the bankas.

As of last Sept i spend half the year in Cebu for work. I've been here 3.5 months since Sept. I've messaged with I think almost 100 girls through filipinoheart.com and met scores. Trouble is I'm married, so this method does not work very well for getting laid. My wife is never able to come to the Phils 'cause of her work back home so I'm alone for 2 months here-- my SOB story if I were not to get laid for 2 months.

It is VERY easy for me to have girls here attracted to me, but of course it's too much work to go beyond friends cause they know I'm married and I won't lie.

I've spent too much money in bars so that's not my thing anymore.

Question: it would seem to me that "adultfriendfinder" would be a great place to meet freelancers in Cebu. Anyone have ideas about that. If it's true for Manila than probably also for Cebu. Angeles is another story. There are "freelancers" posting all over the dating sites from Angeles.

hello everyone,

it’s been quite a while since i posted on wsg.. so i thought i would make my way back to this forum as i am leaving for cebu within the next few days. i plan to stay there for 2 weeks and will post about my experiences when i get back. i have never been to thailand and am wondering whether it’s worth spending a week in cebu and a week in bkk.

anyway, my first trip to cebu was in june of 2002. i ended up losing my virginity to a hooker in junquera for around 600 pesos.. quite an experience :d although i would never go to such an area again. after my loss of innocence i seemed to have no problem partaking in this activity whenever the opportunity presents itself.

the last time i was in cebu was january 2003. my favorite club was mi vida on the 1st floor of the ayala mall. my cousin’s friend was the owner. i was told it closed down as he failed to report/pay any tax and perhaps did not bribe the police enough to get away with it.

mi vida had good selection of working girls most nights, especially weekends and it was relatively easy to pick up 'local girls' if you go about it the right way. after it closed i found myself frequenting 'the village' and its many clubs directly opposite the waterfront lahug. courtyard and yo latino! are good clubs - not sure if they are still open but will report more next week.

junquera: i have been here once and never again. lt full service for anywhere between 600-1000 php perhaps far less. very undesirable location, although you have the convenience of 'window shopping' for a girl.. as they all seem to come out of a nearby ***** house and peer inside the car.

roman spa: if you are staying at the waterfront lahug and call up for a girl to give you a massage you can arrange 'specials services' between you and the girl. full service should be absolutely no more than 2000 php and i am sure can be negotiated considerably lower. they will not offer any sexual services if you are having a massage at the roman spa.

lobby lounge: quite a few pros and perhaps some students lounge in the lobby every so often trying to eye potential clients. it is fairly obvious. i approached two girls who were sitting together and after some talk brought them up to my room. i believe i paid them 1000 php/each for lt. i always pay them at the end before they are about to leave and they don't necessarily demand or get angry if you finally agree to pay them less if the service wasn't up to your satisfaction.

malling for girls: i prefer ayala in comparison to sm. not sure why despite the fact that sm is far bigger. i find it very easy to approach women/girls who appear to be alone and strike up a conversation. even if they have a boyfriend, they would still give me their mobile numbers and ask to be text mates which is quite common in the philippines. i never offended anyone by asking up front for their number or giving them mine.

chat: yahoo and mirc are your best bets. i prefer mirc as i seem to have more success with this route. you can just write a message saying your coming to d phils and copy and paste it in several rooms and you will be flooded with messages. i would then ask the girl to come on webcam on yahoo to verify that she isn't using a fake pic.

i'm beat. i'll end here and perhaps add to this post later.

cheers,

Last weekend, I hit Cebu for a quick visit with an excellent friend. She works at one of the bars, but took the day and night off for my visit. We had dinner with a bunch of her friends. Most of them then headed to the clubs to work while my friend and I hit the NASA and Sunflower nightclubs for some drinks and dancing.

It got toward the end of the night when she asked if I wanted to take her and her friends to an "all-male" revue. Hey, sure. I am game.

After swinging by the clubs where her friends worked, a packed taxi with me and five hotties drove across the bridge to Lapu Lapu. There is a girl's/gay club called the Tarzan Club (above men's establishment called Mermaid). We all went in and it was nearly closing down. There was a decent number of pretty cute/hot girls/ladies in the place oogling and barfining these guy dancers. There appearrred to be a few gays doing the same.

I tabled a guy of the girls' choice and he did a shower dance at our table. They were able to soap him up tableside. During this, the place would shut off the lights. Once sort of dark, these girls I was with took turns blowing him like it was a peace pipe competition. Funky stuff.

My friend and I headed out, but I left enough coin for her friends to take him home. Apparently, they did and all got a little at a short-time hotel.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander!

It's been 20 years. Just got a great assignment from work. I'll be working at Timex for 4 or 5 months, and staying at the Marriott. I'll go back the the US about 1 week a month.

Timex is paying for the hotel, and has a pretty good rate. I'm guessing $30 a nite. It seems a little out of the way to me. I hear that it's girl friendly, but I don't really want to live in a hotel for 5 months. One perk is that I get to hang out at the Shangri La Hotel on weekends. I hear it's pretty nice.

Would I be better off finding an apartment to rent closer to the action (and to Timex, which is on the island)? Near the waterfront?

Are there any places where mongers hang out and socialize other than the obvious clubs with girls? Like a place to meet other mongers. Looking forward to contributing to the board.

Wow, nice job if you can get it. The Marriot is definitely girl friendly. The rooms are just ok, pool is sort of lackluster. Buffet breakfast is pretty good. The gym is actually very nice. From the Marriot to Timex will take about 30 minutes, more than that in peak periods.

As far as the action is concerned, your workplace will be smack dab in the middle of heaving pussy. I've had countless penpals and chat partners from Timex and other places in MEPZA. These will often be of the 'nice girl' sort which means she may say one half-hearted no before you get down to it.

As for other action, the Marriot is probably better located. You will be right by Ayala Mall, which is good for picking up freelancers. SM Mall is about 10 minutes away. Ayala also has Ratsky and other nightlife venues which are good for picking up non-pros. Sunflower Disco, by Waterfront Lahug, is also a short ride away. The Fuente Osmena area, which has lots of the gogo bars, is also close.

You may want to get out of the hotel. But as far as the location goes, you'll do just fine where you are. I would rather be closer to the pussy action than the workplace. Many of your Timex girls will live in Mandaue or other parts of Cebu anyway. Lapu Lapu has some action but I never liked it as much as Uptown Cebu.

Dboy,

The digs will be perfect. You can always look for an apartment once on the ground, but the folks at the Marriot will take care of you. Many like-minded individuals pass thru the hotel and the small lobby bar is a good place to meet and greet. You will be able to navigate it without problems once you arrive there. The regular barkeep there is an excellent source for any question or need and stand-up guy. You are close to the nightlife right where you are. There is a modern mall next door. I would love to hang there for three months.

The Shangri La is nice, but a good bit away (40 minutes) on Mactan Island. It will be good for a change of pace. The usual Cebu night spots (The Village, The Sunflower, NASA and the strip clubs) are all within a dollar or two cab fare from the Marriot.

Thanks Mahku and Golazo . . .

. . . for the quick responses. Especially, since the board has been down so much. I hope it stays up; it’s perfect for those of us who are trying out a new mongering location.

I guess I’ll relax for a few weeks at the Marriott and get the lay of the land. I arrive Monday, Mar 14. Soon afterward, I’d be happy to meet anybody for a few rounds.

I guess I’ll bring any electronics I need with me. I’ll buy clothes in Cebu. How about snorkeling equipment. I plan to go scuba diving, but I’d rather rent the scuba stuff and own the snorkeling. Easy to get in Cebu?

Hope to meet many of you.

Dboy:

No sweat in renting the scuba gear at all. There are several dive shops that will let you have the stuff, and it's easy to arrange dives from a number of places around the area. I plan to go diving there in April, and I have a friend who owns a dive company. I will PM you when the arrangements are confirmed to see if you want to hook up for a dive or three.

I've never been impressed with the diving around Mactan. If you're going to Olango Island see if you can get a trip around to the east side (opposite side from where you'll be coming from). The west side was as bit of a wasteland when I went there (1998, but not likely to have changed). Mactan dive shops often have trips down to Cabilao, about a 2 hour boat ride. It's much better down there.

Since you'll be around for several months you'll probably have some time to get out of town. I would recommend Moalboal, on the opposite side of Cebu Island about 3 hours drive away. The diving there is very good and very easy to get to. There are also some mongering opportunities at Moalboal. The beach scene is like a miniature version of Puerta Galera in Mindoro.

There's also Panglao Island, which is part of Bohol. Lots of stuff to see around Balicasag Island and Pamilacan. Sometimes there are hammerheads and even the occasional whale shark. There isn't much girl action here. BYO. I was glad that I did both times I was there.

Malapascua, off the north tip of Cebu, is another possibility. I've never been there myself, but I've heard mixed reviews from people who have been there. I've also heard that it's a BYO place for the girls. Anybody who has actually been there may be able to tell you different.

The quality of rental gear varies. Make sure the tank is put together before you go out on the boat so you can test it out. If something's not working it's a lot easier to get a replacement on shore than on the boat.

I recently read a journal article that cites the HIV rate in the Philippines as the lowest in East Asia with respect to the sex industry. I've calculated that the chances of my getting killed in a car crash are higher than they are to get HIV from some hooker there.

I was thinking of two destinations. Puerto Princesa is one, and Cebu is the other. In which of these places am I more likely to be able to get girls to go bare? This is with the knowledge that places with higher tourist volume are more likely to say "NO," since their exposure to whatever disease is just a matter of probability.

Any suggestions for bareback outside of those two places? Please send a copy of all replies to my private message box.

I have longed considered marrying a filipina, especially from the provinces, such as Cebu. I am told that the following is almost always true when marrying a filipina:

1. When you marry a filipina, you marry the entire clan, this includes blood relatives, friends of the family and other persons. We all know how large their families are, so it is possible this could mean several hundred people or maybe even more.

2. Filipinas marry foreigners for their resources only. These girls are so poor that this is their only chance of a better life. Real love might exist, but it is very RARE.

3. As a foreigner, you have no priority in their wife's eyes. Her family/friends
come before you and possibly your own children.

4. Due to their cultural interdependency and practice of complete communalism, filipinas are expected to support their family even if they are married off and not living in the Philippines, especially during a financial crisis, e.g., tuition fees, and health care expenses, etc. I am told by a lot of people financial crises occur practically everyday for most Filipinos. Imagine having to support a clan of over 500 people with ever growing needs.

5. As a rich "foreigner", your wife expects you to shoulder these expenses for her family, regardless if this proves a hardship to you or your own family. This could mean going into personal debt, such as bankruptcy to help her family. This could get very messy if she brings children into the marriage, These people have no means of ever paying you back. If you refuse to pay, you could lose your wife and be faced with a divorce and forced to make child support payments for someone else's children (assuming you don't have any children of your own.)

Conclusion:

No doubt most Filipina are sweet and very good wives/mothers, but considering their poverty and cultural tendencies of placing their husbands last, why marry them? It seems a lot better to make no committment to them and enjoy them sexually. There are just too many girls to choose from to settle only on one.

You can try the KTV attached to the hotel. I think it's called the Golden Calesa. I never took from here so I'm not sure of the price. It caters to Asian businessmen so it may be a bit pricey. I have been in there for drinks and the selection of girls was very good.

I am personally insulted that you might want to spread STD's by having unprotected sex with a provider. Thats what you would be doing. You spread from one girl to the next and how many guys do they screw in the next 24 months? Hundreds, then those guys onknowingly bring it home.

Dont be so stupid and selfish.

Amen to One Tree Hill! Why put yourself and others at risk? The reason that the HIV/AIDS rate is low here (allegedly) is probably that all girls, in virtually all cities, who work in the sex industry, have to have current, valid medical cards. They get tested once or twice a month, and those that test positive cannot work in the clubs.

Remember though that the public health system here is wholly inadequate, and the statistics that are collected in this domain are highly questionnable and almost assuredly incomplete. Be safe please, and protect yourself and the rest of us.

I submited a profile on Filipinaheart.com as a total newbie two weeks ago saying that I would be arriving in Cebu in 2 weeks time and entered my age range as looking for an 18-20 year old girl. No photo was added of me (don't know how to do it) and a general line of 'I'm coming to Cebu and would like to meet someone nice during my stay'. I was honest about my age (less than 40 but not by much) and honest about the type of girl that I was looking for 'clean, happy, likes being spoilt and good listener/talker'.

Anyway, I nailed it all down to two that seemed to fit the requirements / that I liked the photos of, both girls were 18 and both 'looking for a friend'. I met one one night, and the next the following night. Rose (1st night) I liked immediately so gave her lots of attention whilst we had tea with her cousin in the lobby (this seemed a better idea than the bar of course). A true 18 fit young woman at her prime. Her cousin was interesting, and I made my excuse to leave to make a call to HQ from my room. Of course I called Rose instead and asked if we could talk in private in my room and would she come up for a chat. Which went well, with the right ground work sort of spelled out to her of my interests and she left asking if we could meet the next day.

However, I met Joann the next night (awful, more like a gappy boy than anything else) whilst messaging Rose during the day to show that I was VERY interested to meet the following day before I left Cebu. I also spelt out in a final reply message to her my wish of going to bed with her at 'sometime' if we did meet again (the next day as she'd asked). She agreed!

She turned up at Waterfront on time to meet me for lunch, wearing a very pretty dress and a pearl necklace (hehe) and looked fantastic drinking a glass of wine and eating a superb pizza in a deserted lunchtime La Gondola restaurant. I think we caused a stir with the staff with her being 18, drinking wine and dressed for an evening out at midday, but we loved it and maybe the staff just had nothing else to look at.

She was absolutely wild when her clothes were off in my room after a shower and long bathroom grooming / make-up session whilst I waited my shower. I was apprently only the second guy that she had slept with, whilst also being the first foreigner! (yes, of course I used a condom). She was absolutely lovely and it was a fantastic way to get laid. A good touch was once we were re-dressed and getting ready to leave the room for me to check-out, she decided to drop down, started kissing and un-doing, and gave me a really good deep sucking for no reason.

I did give her some money of course, which she refused, so I put it in her bag when she wasn't looking. I also brought her a nice red lipstick in the duty free shop in the lobby before we went to my room for P.500 which was probably more for my benefit and which looked fantastic on her as she sucked me like a lolly.

I'll probably end up sending her an 'exam' fee here and there, but I'm also likely to be back in Cebu soon so win/win imho.

I agree with the others on the board. Going bareback with a hooker is very dangerous.

First world countries statistics are not always trustworthy and not uncommonly are used to push an agenda. Why would you believe health statistics from a third world country, especially when a dollar means more than life?

It might be true that the bar girls get health checkups once or twice a month, but this does very little to protect patrons from HIV/AIDS and other STDs that take time to show up in your system. I am told that HIV can take 3 months to show up on blood tests. In 3 months, bar girls can fuck hundreds of men from all around the world and unknowingly give them the virus. Also, I believe these bar girls fuck a lot of local men who in turn pass it to other Filipina, who then passes on to you the naive foreigner. Imagine passing this germ on to your wife, your kids, etc..

It would not surprise me that fake health certificates can be bought form local doctors/officials. Also, it might be possible for local STD tests to give a false reading.

Long Stroker
03-11-05, 10:12
Ace, you are absolutely, positively right concerning the 3 month waiting period for an HIV test. The reason is that in some cases, it can take up to 3 months after infection with HIV for the person's body to start producing antibodies, which is what the test actually looks for.

You read so many posts on WSG of guys who brag about going bareback, and then say, "Don't worry, I just got my test back negative!"

Well, dumbass, all that really means is that you didn't have HIV three months ago! And if you've gone BB at any time since then, that test doesn't mean shit!

I think any rational person would acknowledge the risk he presents to himself, and to others, by neglecting to wear a condom. Obviously those who choose not to wear them are either too stupid to understand the risk, or indifferent to their own fates and those of others.

In the case of the Philippines, there's no money for sex education, no money for public health, no money for medicines and nothing the country could do about an AIDS pandemic if there was one. Therefore, the Government does what it always does when it can; deny that a significant problem exists at all. The fact is, no one knows. Public education here is pathetically inadequate, and politics are dominated in part, by the Catholic Church which will not even permit the consideration of legislation concerning population control measures. Anyone who believes any statistics published by or on behalf of the Government here is a fool.

And what has that got to do with shagging Rose in Cebu? Take your paranoid crap elsewhere, remember the US system is to keep you fools in fear. Singapore does the same.

Nobody is interested in anything apart from live reports, pics, and hints/tips. Not speculative rubbish on possible HIV carriers. If the stats in the 80's were true, we'd all be dead by now. Like Sars, Aids is there, but dormant (unless you really are an idiot and want to catch it).

If you've not shagged anything exotic (including your wife) shut the **** up. ok?

Please use a condom for your own sake, for the girls sake and for everybody elses sake!

HIV/AIDS in the Philippines.

Mateo R Jr, Sarol JN Jr, Poblete R.

National HIV Sentinel Surveillance System, National Epidemiology Center, Department of Health, The Philippines.

HIV/AIDS has not yet caused a widespread epidemic in the Philippines. Rates in all the usual risk groups (sex workers, men who have sex with men, STD clients, returning overseas workers, etc.) have remained below 1%, except in a few areas, where they are still only 1-2% in some risk groups. The low level of HIV may be due in part to the low number of sex worker clients per night, the relatively low number of full-time sex workers, the low proportion of injectors among drug users, the early multisectoral response to the epidemic, and the presence of social hygiene clinics for sex workers. The incidence of STDs, multiple partners, and injection drug use with needle sharing, however, is increasing, suggesting that an explosive epidemic could occur if the virus is introduced into the appropriate risk groups. The Philippine government has confronted the problem of HIV/AIDS aggressively with an action plan that includes an emphasis on the response of the local government agencies, involvement and support of nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), incorporation of HIV/AIDS education into the school curriculum, and laws forbidding discrimination against persons with HIV/AIDS or belonging to risk groups. Local and international NGOs have been actively involved in prevention of HIV/AIDS and support of affected individuals. Although the Philippines is currently experiencing low rates of HIV/AIDS, the country needs to be prepared for the possibility of an explosive increase in the spread of HIV/AIDS. Vietnam and Indonesia provide examples of delayed epidemics of HIV/AIDS that could also occur in the Philippines.

i probably did this out of order, but i need to present evidence for the statments that i make:
notably, that men who are circumcised have an even lower risk of hiv infection from a woman. i'll not bother presenting the third assertion (which is not readily available on the net) that did the calculation that people who have sex with partners whose std status is not known are actually more likely to get killed in a car crash on the way home than they are to by any given std. the place that gave this information was a book called "innumeracy" by john allen paulos. he is a ph.d. in mathematics that teachers at temple university and gives the chance of getting killed in a car crash at 1/5,300.

and if you think about it: most people in africa believe that hiv is an invention of evil white scientists and have no clue that hiv is what causes aids. if you don't believe me, read transcripts of any of thabo mbeki's speeches. only 25% of the adult population there is infected-- out of a country that is 100% unaware of the mode of transmission of the disease and 100% uncircumcised. so how virulent is this virus really?

what is the probability of a circumcised male getting hiv from a hooker in a country where between 1-2% of sex workers are infected?

the calculation, one more time is: (1/100)(5/1000)=1/20000. (percentage of population infected x probability of infection, independent events). and in the case that 2% of the hookers are infected,
(2/100)(5/1000)= 1/10000. both of these numbers are significantly lower than 1/5300. 5% of the hookers would have to be infected for it to be on the same scale of danger as dying in a car crash. even then: how many people do you know that have died in a car crash lately?

my evidence below.

female-to-male infectivity of hiv-1 among circumcised and uncircumcised kenyan men.

baeten jm, richardson ba, lavreys l, rakwar jp, mandaliya k, bwayo jj, kreiss jk.

department of epidemiology, university of washington, seattle, washington 98104-2499, usa. jbaeten@u.washington.edu

background: a lack of male circumcision has been associated with increased risk of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (hiv-1) acquisition in a number of studies, but questions remain as to whether confounding by behavioral practices explains these results. the objective of the present study was to model per-sex act probabilities of female-to-male hiv-1 transmission (i.e., infectivity) for circumcised and uncircumcised men, by use of detailed accounts of sexual behavior in a population with multiple partnerships. methods: data were collected as part of a prospective cohort study of hiv-1 acquisition among 745 kenyan truck drivers. sexual behavior with wives, casual partners, and prostitutes was recorded at quarterly follow-up visits. published hiv-1 seroprevalence estimates among kenyan women were used to model hiv-1 per-sex act transmission probabilities. results: the overall probability of hiv-1 acquisition per sex act was 0.0063 (95% confidence interval, 0.0035-0.0091). female-to-male infectivity was significantly higher for uncircumcised men than for circumcised men (0.0128 vs. 0.0051; p=.04). the effect of circumcision was robust in subgroup analyses and across a wide range of hiv-1 prevalence estimates for sex partners. conclusions: after accounting for sexual behavior, we found that uncircumcised men were at a >2-fold increased risk of acquiring hiv-1 per sex act, compared with circumcised men. moreover, female-to-male infectivity of hiv-1 in the context of multiple partnerships may be considerably higher than that estimated from studies of hiv-1-serodiscordant couples. these results may explain the rapid spread of the hiv-1 epidemic in settings, found throughout much of africa, in which multiple partnerships and a lack of male circumcision are common.

Some of you mongers in here are so naive it's mind boggling. One guy trying to do algebra and use scientific data to excuse himself from wearing a condom.

Here are the facts. You stick your willy in numerous vaginas and mouths uncovered eventually you're going to catch the virus. Maybe not the 1st time, maybe even not the 100th, but eventually it will get you.

You see the virus is just that, it's fricken virus, it does not know statistics and percentages. You find a way for the virus to get directly into your blood stream and hip hip hooray you get to die a miserable death!

If this disease is so damn hard to catch like so many of you like to think it is, then why the hell do so many people have it? Why do I personally know 5 buddies from when I was in the Navy who caught HIV while on west-Pac tours to Thailand? Please tell me why? Why do I know 3 old team mates from my college football team who caught HIV from only having straight sex with women? Can you explain this to me?

You say you can't catch HIV from oral sex? Think again, tell me about the working girl who is filled with hate because another gave her HIV, so she wants to pass it along. On a dark summer evening, you pick her up, go back to the room, she dims the lights. She proceeds to give you oral, you think she's so good, innocently rubbing her tongue on the head of your penis, even grinding it some, guess what, she has blood on her tongue and is mashing it into the head of your penis. It happens, do some google searches. Sure, I know, there has never been a documented case of HIV through oral, receptive, it's BS, because if you have ever fucked anything, every before, they won't "document it"

Enjoy screwing without a condom, what about the female's menstrual cycle, what if she has just a little bit left? Get into your urethra, on no, you got aids!

The people I mentioned above were simply sleeping with women, more then one, on numerous occasions, they did not get butt fucked, do drugs or have blood transfusions, yet they caught aids. These were good friends, normal guys, doing guy things. Of the eight I know personally, three are now dead, died miserable horrible deaths, the other 5 are sucking down dozens of pills and look freakish from the side affects. This is the real world dudes. All the price one can pay for not opting for a 50 cent condom. I wish it were not this way, but if you want to play and live, you got to cover it.

If you want to live, cover your willy, it's really that simple-stupid!!

Go ahead Jack, keep screwing without a cover and see what it gets you. You know my last post was only based on the guy's perspective. What about the girls? Do you think it's right to expose her to everything you've been exposed too? What about the rest of everyone else. It's simple logic, if everyone in the sex trade did not use condoms, it sucks for all of us.

Perhaps the reality of this disease hits home more with me, then many of you because I've had good old friends catch it. Eventually you too shall know someone close to you who catches it and it will change your perspective. Try your son, your daughter, your brother, your sister, perhaps a close work mate or friend. It's a real wakeup call, when someone you know your whole life and drank bears with while chasing women, basically doing the same things you did, DIES FROM AIDS! I did nothing different then those guys did, I JUST GOT LUCKY! ONLY DIFFERENCE! It will wake you up, trust me.

Even without a condom program, the Philippines oddly has one of the lowest rates of HIV/AIDS infection rates in the world. Currently, they estimate about 9400 cases out of a population of 80 million. Compare that to Thailand with 670,000 cases for 60 million people. That put the infection rate in the Philippines at about 12 out of 100,000, or about .012%.

Statistics don't tell us much about individual circumstances. The danger may not be the girl in the bar, as they are required to get regular testing, it seems the best system in place, despite the 3 month window period for possible infection.

The real danger is the illiterate and uninformed poor girl in the disco/on the street who belongs to no one and NEVER uses a condom or even has a health check up in her life.

I have heard that bars have a constant flow of girls to/from the provinces every few months, so on the surface the product seems "fresh." However, girls with HIV or other STDs might simply relocate to regions where local officials/bar owners have relaxed policies about medical check ups. Some might consider it unnesscary because of the myth that low traffic areas have lower cases of HIV. Also, it is possible local officials could be paid bribes from bar owners.

Does anybody know of bars that have had an HIV outbreak recent years? It seems to me bars would be relucatant to inform the public about an HIV scare because of the potential loss in business from patrons. One scare would literally put thousands of people out of work, bars, brothels and hotels, etc...

Conclusion: Bareback is not worth it.

I have been reading editorials and news reports over the last few months here in the PI. There is a bill in the PI Congress that will allow funding for family planning. This bill will promote sex education to students from grade 2 to senior high school. It would also assist pregnant woman with health care during pregnancy. But most important it would teach people how to avoid unwanted pregnancies and STD's. It would teach abstinence, muenstral(sp) cycles, and contraception. It will not, however, legalize abortion in the PI. The Catholic Church does not want this bill to pass because they feel the use of contraceptives is like abortion, its not God's will. I cannot believe the Church would rather allow millions of people to die from AIDS or other STD's than allow more freely the use of contraceptive devices.

Many provincial people are so nieve about sex because of myths or lack of knowledge. As in the USA, many families don't teach the children about sex, family planning, or contraceptives because they may feel if they know about it, they will do it. Or their religous beliefs prevent them from discussing it in the family. The lack of knowledge is then brought to the larger cities as the girls come here to meet men and make money. I had one girl attempt to put my penis in her vagina sans condom. She didn't understand why when I asked her why would she allow herself to be exposed. As you surely understand, I ended that session right away. She talked like she didn't have an understanding of safety and I don't need to chance taking anything home to my wife.

I hope this bill will pass, because it will make the PI safer in the years to come.

Back in 2000, Estrada Admin stopped or suspended collecting statistics on HIV/AIDs, I don't think they liked what they saw and decided to play "ostrich". Therefore, I don't put any importance on whatever stats they publish, because they've been manipulated. That's just my gut; if you wanna play Russian Roulette with the "ostrich", go ahead.

Last year I read online (guestbook at LA Cafe), that some Brit "loved the place, despite catching (forgot STD)" and his wife subsequently leaving him after he returned home to GB. He couldn't wait to go back! Ah well, to each his own.

The figures are not from the Philippine government. The figures are from UNAIDS and WHO. Both organizations tend to OVERREPORT HIV/AIDS cases. HIV/AIDS in the Philippines is nothing compares to Thailand where they have almost 100 times the cases with a smaller population. If anything, Thailand should spend 100X the money on education, health, and prevention. I'm not saying you shouldn't use a condom, a small risk is still a risk, but you're very unlikely to get it from the having sex with a woman. In the Philippines, there are approximately 2000 cases of women with HIV/AIDS. If you stay away from sex with men, you decrease your odds by over half.

As I've said, you cannot believe the figures from the Philippines. Thailand spends three times, on average, per capita, on public health than the Philippines and six times as much on education. The public health figures here are largely fictitious.

Of course it does. Statistics dictate a lot of human behavior. Do you worry a lot about the earth getting hit by an asteroid? Do you have asteroid insurance? Of course not. That's because the odds are ultra slim that it will happen. People living in Florida all have hurricane insurance, but I don't know of anyone living in Manitoba who has it. If you have sex in a place like Thailand, that's almost like playing Russian Roulette. Odds are very good that in a short amount of time, you will be exposed to HIV/AIDS. In the Philippines though, it'll take a much longer time, about 100X. Statistics is all about time, eventually, everything happens. It's just a question of how soon.

Statistics don't tell us much about individual circumstances.

Teddy Bear is correct. There is such a bill and it's before the House of Representatives. According to what I read in the national papers here, the bill does not have muich chance of passing except perhaps in an extremely diluted version. It's unfortunate that the prelates of the Catholic Church here would rather sanction continued poverty, unchecked population growth and the spread of STDs rather than allow sane family planning and sex education.

The lack of knowledge here regarding family planning, sexual protection and population growth is astounding. Having girls demand that their partners wear condoms is the exception. Most do not. This ignorance, in turn, is superseded only by the inadequacy of health care services for poor people. There is simply no access worth mentioning.

Stats have serious limitations. It is impossible to know exactly how many people in the Philippines have HIV. Nobody is going to tell you the real numbers. Fuck, this is a such a backward country, some people don't even have birth certificates. On paper the country has 80 million people, but in reality there are likely over 100 million. What makes you think the country can maintain accurate health statistics? Thus, I don't believe any reports coming from this country.

Imagine a filipina having to break the news to her family that she has HIV. This would be such an embarrassment to her family and village/community. As such, I don't expect anyone to be truthful about the actual numbers of people with HIV. Even in our own countries, HIV/AIDS is disguised as something else.

Buyer beware.

The UN statistics, NOT DONE BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT, state that 95% of the population are unaware they have HIV/AIDS. The statistics do not give reported cases of HIV/AIDS. They give total cases of HIV/AIDS. Population data is extropolated from samples. Whether you guys believe the data or not, please don't tell me that you think the Philippines has anywhere near the amount of HIV/AIDS cases as Thailand or Sub-Saharan Africa. That's just not the case. Even if the data were off by a factor of 5X (which is not possible), that still a miniscule population. Furthermore, HIV/AIDS in the Philipppines is skewed towards men. The estimate is that there are about 7400 men and 2000 women with HIV/AIDS. Basically, that means the odds of catching HIV/AIDS from heterosexual sex is pretty slim. The odds of you getting hit by a car during your vacation are greater than you getting HIV/AIDS, especially if you don't go to a commercial sex worker.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't wear a condom though. It's a Catholic country and I bet a lot of women don't use birth control. In addition, there are a lot of other unpleasant diseases out there. I just find it odd though, that a Catholic country that does not promote the use of condoms has such a low rate of HIV/AIDS infection. Back in the late 80's, both Thailand and the Philippines were predicted to have huge epidemics. It came true in Thailand, even though they had a condom program in place. For some reason though, it didn't happen in the Philippines.

It is estimated at the current rate of transmission that half of all the population in Africa will be HIV positive by the years 2015, still think it's hard to catch?

Some Asian countries are on a pandemic pace in the next 15 years for HIV infection. Some scientists theorize that the virus is rapidly mutating into a much more infectious and deadly version of what we see circulating today. Some even think we are doing more harm then good with the current medications being used because the virus is not totally killed off, it's retraining itself in reservoirs within the body to SURVIVE, which means it's being made stronger, more vicious and deadly!

We are talking about a disease that will have over 800 million people infected by the year 2020 on its current pace. That's almost 1 billion! And you guys are still trying to justify running to third world countries and doing PROSITITUES without a condom. You're simple suicidal, insane, or BOTH!

Well, first of all, you're talking about sub-Saharan Africa. Some countries around there are almost at 50% already. Swaziland is already at 38.8%. We're not talking about Swaziland though, we're talking about the Philippines, where the infection rate is in the thousandths of percentage points. It's like this, if you live in Florida, would you buy hurricane insurance? Of course you would. If you live in Manitoba would you still buy it? Not bloody likely because the odds are pretty good you'll never get hit by one. Is it impossible? Of course not, it might take a tens of thousands of years, but it'll eventually happen.

I'm not by any means advocating not using a condom. I've already stated that you should. My point however, is that the odds of getting HIV/AIDS in the Philippines is pretty friggin' low. If you go to Swaziland and screw 3 women, odds are that you've been exposed to the virus. In the Philippines, to encounter the same odds, you'd have to screw over 8000 women. Unless you're Wilt Chamberlain, that's not likely. Furthermore, that's just exposure. exposure doesn't guarantee you'll get it. Of course it's possible that you might also be one super unlucky mother and be exposed to it and catch it from the first woman you screw, but you might also get hit by lightning tomorrow. The point is, who's lives their lives being afraid that they'll be hit by lightning?

GT,

Obviously, the HIV/AIDS thing is a bit more personal to you than most because of your life experiences. That doesn't however, mean that we should all be afraid of it. To be perfectly honest, I've always worn condoms. It's just one less thing to be worried about. That doesn't mean however, that I'm living my life afraid of getting it. As for the wasting away and stuff, I smoke. I've been a pack a day smoker for over 20 years now. I've seen plenty of photos and videos of lung cancer and emphysema victims. None of it however, makes me want to quit.

Anybody who refuses to use a condom is literally playing with fire. HIV/AIDS might be low in proportion to the entire population in the Philippines compared to Thailand or many African countries. However, there are lot of other incurable STDs that one could get by fucking these Filipina *****s bareback. Imagine getting Herpes and breaking out in strange rashes all over your body. No, not me.

It is probably safe to fuck a non-bar girl/hooker who is your GF or partner. In the case of a hooker, better to play it safe and wear a condom, then regret something later. These girls not only fuck expats, but also bisexual Filipino men who may be infected with HIV or AIDS.

Gentleman, the Philippines is a third world country, going to the doctor is not a right, but privledge. What makes you think these people are very healthy? That's because we all realize that the so called public health statistics are complete bullshit. The WHO statistics are based on data from local public health officials. Neither WHO nor any of the other international agencies collects their own data.

If any of you writing in to argue that the risk is minimal would realize the social/cultural/economic environment from which most of the professional sex workers come in this country, I think you would change your mind quickly. There's little difference in the conditions from which they spring, and those in rural sub-Saharan Africa. Remember too, that Filipino men do not like condoms; they're considered unmanly. Couple this with the fact that the Filipina sex worker you're sleeping with today screwed a Filipino yesterday and probably will tomorrow as well.

Sorry Ace Of Spades, no disrespect and I realize that we are on the same side here, but I do not agree. I understand that in your post you are referring to true girl friends in committed relationships, but here it is all to familiar to look at any girl not presently working in a bar as a regular girl.

1. Many guys come here and screw their so called "regular girls". These are the same guys that are screwing the bar girls on nights they are not with the regular girls. Many regular girls are not faithful and have many foreign boy friends that they are "loyal" to. I know this is not always true, but I would venture to guess 50% of the regular girls are not faithful.

2. Many guys come to the Philippines looking to only hook up with the regular girls so to reduce the cost of mongering. Usually these guys are feeding the regular girls with lots of BS to get them to bed and then once they have put the pray to bed...off the guy goes never to be heard from again.

3. Many of the regular girls are not regular girls after all. They may say they are and believe to be a regular girl in their heart, but they previously worked in a bar and chose never to speak of their secret past.

4. Your new regular girl has been the prey of number 2 above and therefore has been bare backed to no end by a slimy disease ridden punk.

I have chatted with many of girls that I met on Filipinaheart and in the beginning of the chat they have never met a foreigner before. After some correspondence they either become more comfortable and tell you the truth or after time they feel guilty lying to you and open up more. These girls then will tell you about the foreigner who shows up and plays nice with all the right words. The minute they get the action, they pound away for a few days and then they have to return to their home country with a promise to keep in touch. Never any more communication from this prince charming.

Point is, in most cases, many of these regular girls has been bare backed before rather you want to believe it or not.

I agree with Frequent Flyer that some called "good" girls usually have been barebacked by us foreigners in the past whether in/outside of a bar. No doubt, lots have a secret past. This all points how well you know the girl.

I have seen/heard about guys going after young girls, say 18 or 19 in the provinces. They don't waste their time with anything else, in terms of wife material or companionship. It seems, as Filipina grow older, they accumulate a lot of baggage and become corrupted because of having their hearts broken by Filipino men and expats. As a result, they become very hateful and resentful towards us foreigners because of the BS we give them.

The ball is in our court, so to speak. We don't have to settle on shit. There is no shortage of women in the Philippines. The factory is pumping more and more out everyday. It seems to best thing to do is find a girl who is young (ideally a virgin), has a stable job or is currently in school. This seems to be the best predictors of whether a girl is clean apart from a blood test.

In my experience, Filipina on the net are usually not the best in quality. It is ok if you are looking for a girl to screw, but forget about finding a serious partner. Over the years, I have met some really fucked up Filipina.

As for a girl being “clean”, just get her tested at clinic or hospital. I realize this is not perfect, but it can rule out many things.

WHO and UNAIDS do not depend on host government data for their statistics. Almost all WHO and UNAIDS data is mined from NGOs or done by themselves. If WHO depended on host government statistics, they would say the Philippines has fewer than 2000 total HIV positive cases with a little over 600 cases of AIDS. Instead, WHO reports over 9000 cases. According to Chinese government data, there are only 100,000 cases, but according to WHO and UNAIDS, they have over 1.2 million. WHO and UNAIDS do not under report HIV/AIDS. According to most host governments, they over report it, by a lot. Furthermore, the general agenda of WHO and UNAIDS is to promote the idea that AIDS is a pandemic and for governments to take immediate action. They actually have a bias to over report it.

In addition the cases in the Philippines are concentrated geographically to the following regions:

Luzon, Mindanao, and the Visayas Islands.

If you guys don't want to believe the data, that's your business, but when several foreign agencies tend to more or less agree, I tend to believe them. Almost all data is compiled by the following sources in addition to various privately funded groups (usually funded by drug companies):

UNAIDS
UNESCO
UNFPA
United Nations Population Division
World Bank
USAIDS
IMF
United Nations Statistics Division
WHO
UNICEF

Like I stated though, you should always wear a condom anyway. There are dozens of other nasties out there and the odds of catching something from a commercial sex worker is still pretty high. The odds though, of getting HIV/AIDS in the Philippines is really low. Just like the odds of winning the big prize in scratch off lotto. Somebody does win it though.

Hi there,

If you are in Cebu you can easily find girls cross the street of Colonade Metro to beside Jolibee on Colon Street many girl available. The majority don't use condom. BUT YOU CAN USE OF COURSE! Only short time ordinary 500peso plus 100 for the mamasan... and depend where you go the hotel can be 50peso to 300 peso short time. Pension house or Best Inn or Sogo Hotel.

If the mamasan is not there she will go with you and ask you to don't said at mamasan. Sometime for 300peso or 400peso full job bb bf.

Also I meet one at SM center we went to Travelers motel 250peso for the room and 700p for the girls 3 hours.

I have some one for free with FilipinoFriend Finder ordinary the second time we meet.

Another one I just smile to a girl at McDonald she smile to me she have a girlfriend with her... I finish my meal pass to beside her table and put my business card on it. A few minutes later she text me. Week later we was at the motel.

Have fun good luck

Be safe

Joe

I've still not been having the best of luck my connection with WSG, so surfing the forum has been difficult. So, normally I would expect a "read the forum" replyto this question, but considering the connection problems I hope for a few PM or posts in response. I am bringing my sweet PI girlfriend to Cebu for about a week of fun in the sun, so I won't be mongering this trip, but would like to get a recommendation for a good hotel on the beach fairly near the airport. Actually, if transportation costs are cheap then the near the airport is not really impotant either. I just don't want to spent 2 hours on a bus to/from the airport.

I'm looking for a clean, nice hotel near the beach with a good king bed, in-room safe, strong hot shower, and some class. My girl doesnt NEED to be impresssed, but she is so damn good to me that I think she deserves a little class. Price range is about $50 - $90 per night. Thanks!

I am considering going to Cebu next month from HK. I have not been there in 6 years. This is the first time, I am not going with a group. I would like someone to recommend a nice hotel that is safe and clean. 15-20 dollar range. I recall going to a hotel once before, it was right on the beach, it looked great. However, I forgot the name.

Any scams in Cebu?

I recall pickpockets from my last journey there, but this can be easily avoided by not carrying anything of value.

What is the best way to get from the airport in Cebu to the downtown?

This seems a very strange place to post a request for hotel information to take your sweet Flippa girlfriend. Why not search the net? My recommendation for you would be the Plantation Bay hotel, but you'll have to bargain hard for your budget.
Also, have you looked at a map of Cebu? Its about 5x the size of Singabore so you really need to do some research for what you and your SWT want to do. My god, in love with a ***** in the place of limitless supply! What a BIG problem that will be.

Try a cardboard box on the street for Mactan Island on that budget mate. No chance.

Asia Travel will give you the details.
Mactan is the island where you have the airport, and have some nice hotels.

You can check this link: http://www.asiatravel.com/cebu.html

Have fun.

Nefarious, Cebu is more of a town rather than a city, I would suggest that you find one of the quiet hotels on Mactan Island, there are many to choose from where the airport is also located. You might spend around 45 minutes, to go over to the mainland, because the roads are poor on the island, if you want to go to one of the smart designer restaurants in down town Cebu or gambling at the Waterfront.

The only thing to be aware of is that on the east side of Mactan where a couple of hotels are located you may have to wait around a little to get a taxi or be forced to use the expensive hotel car, but it is quiet.

Hey Nafarious,

If your looking for a quiet hotel on the beach, try the Tambuli resort located at Maribago on Mactan island. The resort has three sections. The Cebu Beach Club section has rooms steps from the beach for $80 USD. The other sections might be even less money but farther away from the beach. They also offer many different water activities including jet skiing, para-sailing, etc. When you land at the airport check to see if they have a hospitality desk to receive a discount. When you grab a taxi bargain hard because cabbies try to charge a premium to that part of the island.
If you want to impress your lady and rub elbows with high rollers the Shangri-La has a deal. For $30 USD, you can hang at the various pools all day. The price also includes a nice lunch.

Ace of Spades,

The best way to downtown Cebu is by taxi. The going rate should be between 200-250 pesos. If your flying Cebu Pacific Airlines, they have a promo rate of $25 USD at the Midtown hotel.

Have a good one,

Mattrick

Your best bet may be Hadsan Beach Resort. I think it will cost between 1000 to 1500 pesos. It's just about the cheapest of all the Mactan beach resorts. It's nice enough but pretty basic.

One advantage here is that lots of locals have picnics here over the weekends. So there can be chances to meet regular (nice?) girls.

I'm heading for the Philippines in the start of April - just a three weeks vacation. First week I am gonna stay near Puerto Galera doing some diving ( and hopefully have a little fun ).

The second and the third week I am going to Cebu And Davao.

Any recomendation on what part of Cebu to stay. I would like a little nightlife, meeting some Philippinas and maybe going to dive a couple of days.

I also would like to have recomendations on girl-friendly hotels in the pricerange 15$-30$.

The best regards

If you play with fire there would be a fair risc that you get burned. Playing at the highway almost surdenly would get you runned over by a car.

Just as the above examples the risc of getting Hiv increases dramatically when not acting as wisely as most people do. Not using a condom when having sex with girls from these areas is like playing on the highway - sooner or later you will be hitted.
So when comparing stats for getting hitted by car with stats for getting Hiv at the Philippines you really should find a stat describing getting hitted when playing on the highway.

Don't expose yourself or others to the risk of getting Hiv!

The very BEST and WORST thing about meeting regular ladies via pen or e-pal services is that you have to deal with the chaperones -- whidh is the case with the ladies in this picture. Oh, a little photoshopping to protect the identity of the, ummm, not so innocent.

When your sentry is at attention, make sure he got a helmet on his head. Look, gentlemen, whatever WHO and the other "experts" may say about STD's in the Philippines, you are a complete moron if you dont wrap that rascal. Consider a couple of things, CEBU is a busy port town ,that means sailors from all different countries, what happens when these guys get shore leave? They screw anything and everything that will hold still for it. This means you have a lot of HIV/STD infected specimens in the port areas, especially Cebu and Manila. A general rule of thumb is that the more likely contact with foreigners, the more likely to be HIV/Aides infected. You have a number of cases in which the Filipino husband or boyfriend working overseas returns home, bangs his honey as well as a few of the local girls and they end up dripping. Now in the provinces, girls are less likely to have HIV, however, they got other things to worry about.

Last year, they did a big survey down in my hometown of Davao, they got all kinds of girls, the streetwalkers to the ones in massage parlors, bars and videokies, very FEW cases of aides/hiv BUT a number of cases of syphyllis, the clap was well represented too.

True, it isn't as bad as Thailand, but that don't mean you should glove up. Even with the so called "non pro's"

Well, I've now been in Cebu for a week and a half. I'm at the Marriott. I was busy at work for a while. But I've checked out Papillon, Black Hole, and BG's (spelling?) Got a few new phone numbers in my cell. Had a nice session this afternoon with Diane, then she had to go to work.

X Man, I was at Tops 4 days ago, nice pic!

Anybody who's in town, feel free to PM me. I get back to the hotel around 5:30pm, then go to the executive lounge for free drinks and food for a couple hours, then I'm ready to meet some new philipinas. I can bring 1 guest in to the lounge. So feel free to PM me. Then we can explore later.

Walked into Finland massage parlor just off of Osmena blvd around 2:30pm. I looked into the fishbowl and was greeted by 10 sleepy ladies. Usually when faced with a situation where I am picking a lady whether it is a fishbowl or a line up at a brothel, I always go for a happy smile over pure beauty, but in this instance all I had to choose from were sleepy faces. 435p for the room for an hour and 60p for a beer and 30p for soda for the girl. Don't buy soda for the girl unless she asks for it. She capped it when she left probably to be bought again by another customer. So many times I have bought lady drinks for ladies that do not drink what I buy them. I think it is just a way to milk more money out of you.

I stalled a few minutes and a few gals came out from the front desk. One had a cute smile, so I picked her. Number 50 was her number and Jasmine was her name. I do not know why mothers name their daughters Jasmine. Don't they know that they are cursing them to be prostitutes, dancers, or escorts. I don't think I have ever met a regular girl named Jasmine.

Anyways, I digress. She joined me for a massage. I started rubbing my hand up and down her legs and she had magnificent legs. She started asking what I wanted. She wanted 2000p for everything, but I said forget that. I said how about 1000p. She then took off her blouse and had these lovely black matching bra and panties. She took a shower and came back.

We still had not settled on the price as she started massaging my member and then licking it. She then went down and worked on the boys in a way they have previously never been worked. She alternated between licking, sucking, and giving little love bits to underneath my sack. Then she went for the gusto and started pumping away in a wet bbj. There was no way I was going to pay 1500p for a bbj, but the way she was going uncovered I was going to burst and soon I did.

She seemed a little upset and said I needed to go again. I took a shower came back and she started massaging me again. I was not really up for a second shot so quickly, but she got me up again. I said 1500p all together for both rounds and she agreed. I started banging away on her for a long time, and she came but I could not. She got me on my back and started alternating between hj and bbj until I came.

I left after close to two hours. It was fantastic and she was amazing. She was tall for a filipino with jet black hair and nice breasts. They I think are enhanced, but feel great. I highly reccomend.

Cebu City is about 30-45 minutes from Mactan Island, where the airport and beaches are. I've only stayed at the Marriott in Cebu City, about $50-$56/night if you book online at www.asiatravel.com or other such sites. Great amenities, food, coffee and friendly to having guests. A short walk through Ayala Business Park to Ayala Mall (5 minutes, park is small and nice, small groups of students hang out there after school). Ayala is a nice place to go for a cup of coffee, massage, haircut and scenery.

There are a dozen or so resorts on Mactan Island, ranging from the basic (Hadsan and Cebu Marine), to the very plush, whose names I've forgotten, Shangri-la is at the top end, I think.

I've stayed at Cebu Marine Resort (kind of on the far western end of Mactan), good basic place, beach is very shallow; had to walk 1/2 mile back from the banca boat at low tide.

Also daytripped (where you rent a room at a reduced rate for the day to use the facilities, P1500 in this case) at Maribago Blue Water Resort. Last time I was there (2002), it was virtually deserted, had a basic poolside room, they had nicer overlooking the beach (again, very shallow, a cove surrounded by a seawall). 2 pools, restaurant, banca boat rental (4-6 hours for P1,000 to P1,500), making it nice to cruise the strait between Mactan and Olango Islands and stopping for lunch at the "restaurant(s) on stilts" just off of Olango. I took some Filipino friends on "the cruise" 3 times, they enjoyed themselves as did I.

The resorts are all seperated by some distance, you can't just get out of the taxi and walk resort to resort like in Miami Beach or other places. They are all individual compounds, making the use of the hotel car a must on outgoing trips (or roundtrips), you can take taxis in, if that makes sense. My advice would be to spend a few days in the city (I assume that you are alone), meet that special someone and then bring her with you. Going from the resorts ("far" side of Mactan) to Cebu City can take up to an hour, longer at rush hour.

Here's a link to a commercial hotel booking site, it has a map:

I was in Cebu last week for 1 night and I made it through several bars, I would like to put a comment on:

Firehouse: 10 girls dancing the same time on stage, so it's nice, if you like to choose one. Only the fact, that I was always disturbed by girls talking to me, made me move on to the next one

Black Hole: Nice music, 4 girls dancing at the same time. Had a good time there, but the prettiest girls were already busy, so I move to the last one for this night

Lone Star: Just walking distance away with not so many customers that night (Thursday). After a while I had an eye contact with a very nice girl and so she moved over to me immediatly. She introduced herself as Ethel and she told me, that she was only working there since 1 week. I couldn't believe that, because she acted very professional asking the normal catalog of questions (name, 1st time in Phil,Hotel etc.). As I liked her very much, I barfined her and I didn't regret it. She was so lovely and very wild in bed - I was totally exhausted the next morning afterwards. She gave me her cell# and when I asked her again, how long she is working in this scene, she repeated again since 1 week. I told her, I will come again in June and I would like to meet her again. She told me, please help me to quit this job and that she can go back to Cagayan. I told her, I will think it over and text her, when I'm back in Germany.

As I liked her very much, I would like to know first from you mongers, do you know this girl Ethel from Lone Star? So I can figure out, if she is really a newbe as she pretended so much to be.

Thanks a lot guys for your help, regards from Germany!

My 2nd stay will be longer, so I can continue my minireport.

Swatch00,
Yeah, that girl has been working there for only 1 week, so you should support her and send her money every month so she can spend your money with her boyfriend. I'm sure she'll quit once your Euros start rolling in to her.

I'm going to give you the best advice you will ever get on the subject. Just move on, she don't love you, she's been working there for months and has done the same thing to other guys and they are sending her cash too.

If you like her, visit her when you are in the PI, screw her brains out every time, just keep on moving.

There is bar/restaurant on Mactan Island called MB's Tavern. Owned by a German guy who's been here a long time. Frequented by foreigners. If you cross the old bridge and continue staight, I think the road is called Marigondon. After about 1 or 2 miles, turn left at the hospital.

Didn't see any campus, nor students.

He also rents rooms down the block from MB's.

I was there for a couple hours two weeks ago because I happened to be in the area. Noticed several strip clubs further down from the hospital. Also, a hotel that rents rooms for 1 - 3 hours.

his name is mike, he has been in philippines since he was 17yrs old , about 40yrs old now at a guess now.

no chick scene, but good food, pool etc. no connection with any campus either.

yes, he has apartment style accommodation to offer. and being a resident of cebu for about 20 odd years he knows most things.

if you say to taxi driver "mb's tavern , basak , kagudoy" (lapu lapu city) he will get into the area. yes straight over old bridge (not new one) , straight ahead. over old bridge , through intersection , straight ahead and there is a pharmacy on left hand corner maybe 2/3kms up the road (never seen a hospital by the way) you turn left there and he is on the right. there is/was an aircraft/pilots school directly opposite his place. mb's is only about 150/200mtrs up on right hand side (two levels to building).

keep your eyes peeled for that pharmacy on left hand corner , maybe 2/3kms up from bridge. that is critical. if taxi driver is having no luck, get him to stop taxi and ask locals "german mike, mb's tavern kagudoy". (pron. car-goo-doy)

his phone number (hope its still current) : 3404069, if he is not there his wife marlene will offer sensible advice/directions.

good food , good advice but not a hooker pick up place and no connection with any 'college'.

its nice talking to someone who has 20 odd residential years experience. but alas he is a busy beaver trying to keep the business humming over.

Town is called Balamban, other side of Cebu Island, NE of Toledo City. There's a "new" road over the mountains that I took in 2000 with hotel car driver named Amario; by the time we were passing the turn for Tops, I was calling him Mario Andretti. Crazy trip. You come around a curve, your lane is closed by workers, now your in the wrong lane and a truck is barreling down the mountain at you. Seemed to happen every few KM. Love those "safety cones" (stones, LOL).

Balamban was a nice little town, found out in 2001 that some exASG was running a gang there and that they "controlled" the town, not sure what is happening now.

I can recall Happy Valley because I used it several times myself in the past, here was a place if the girl didn’t deliver what you expected or had an attitude you could take her back and change her no questions asked, (now how many places still offer that?) I recall doing this once when this girl came to my room and plumped herself down on my bed with a pillow and said she was watching TV and didn’t do bj. This girl actually thought I only wanted to SLEEP with her. This is when I used to stay in the Park Place (now the Garwood Park) in Fuente Osmena.

The last two times I was in Cebu I have tried to look for the place or it's replacement, because the owner was a businessman but alas it does not exist anymore apparently it was raided too many times by the police and they shut down, plus it was in a nice area which didn't go down too well with the neighbours. The establishment that have replaced Happy Valley are varied in choice and pricier.

Cebu through various reasons, notably the large investment that has taken place, influx if Taiwanese and Hong Kong businesses, now tends to be the only place in the Philippines, that I am currently aware of that has become more pricier, more so than even Manila although the quality remains the much same.

Swatch00 just scroll through the posts to get some names of some casas.

If the "casas" are gone, the place near the University of San Carlos is always open. It is locally known as Junquera st. (pronounced "hong-kee-ra") it is the redlight district of Cebu. If you take a taxi, the driver will take you there and you can browse while you are in the cab on the alley where the girls hang out to be picked up. Wearing "socks" is a must. Usually 800 pesos would be enough to take the girl to your room. Give the cab driver and extra tip.
Your other options would be the massage parlors. Findland massage located in the Luym building downtown (its the tallest building there) is a good choice.
Rooms are a little tight but girls are clean and you can choose from a "fishtank". They also give a decent massage. Service is 500 pesos for the room and massage. "Extras" will cost you another 500 for hj and at least 1000 pesos for full service.
The massage services that advertise in the local papers also give "extras" and will come to your room. They are more pricier annd some girls are also from the Junquera area. If you like to play the pick-up game, the discos are always good spots. When you spot a girl, offer her drinks and dance with her. Then get to the point later in the night. It would cost you about 1000 pesos and up. Cebu is a great playground and it is still very affordable compared to Manila. Have fun play safe.

Hello to all! Well, I am finally here in Cebu. Took a reconnaisance tour of the city via cab yesterday. Haven't really checked out the night life sceen yet though. I stayed at the Metro Park Hotel the first night for $27. What a dump! I relocated to Waterfront immediately the next morning. $75 including a first class brunch.

Anyway, I plan on hitting hotlegs and or black hole tonight. Ayala mall today probably in the search for a litle bed companion or two. Also, I think I will try the Holiday Massage. Cab driver recommended this place.

Anyway, if any fello mongers want to hook up for some mongering tonight then give me a ring on my cellular. 09062105219.

My name is Nick! I am from San Diego. Staying at Waterfront for the forseable future. Which means until something compells me to travel to a different PI destination. Its my first time to Phillipines.

Talk to ya later.

I was in Cebu this past October / November. Had a most excellent time. Went to Junquera a couple of times, girls were 500 for short time, quality was hit & miss. In my experience the slightly older girls were a better experience than the really young ones. About 25 seemed just right, 18/19 years old often didn't know what to do. I do have several contacts there, and if any one is interested in a trustworthy guide PM me. I can assure you that these guys are 100% honest and will watch your back to boot. Not only that but they know all the local joints.

Wow!

What a place man! I just have to remember not to look back when I leave here. I don't want to turn into a pillar of salt!

Seriously though, if I had a dollar for every time I have been offered a free fuck I would be a rich man!

This place is absolutely off the hook.

Checked into Metro Park Hotel the first night because I didn't know any better. Don't ever go there! It is a real turd and the help immediatley go into the cash no credit please routine. They wouldnt take a credit card and were quiet rude! After all that they asked me how long I would be staying with them. I asked her what time the sun came up? I left at the crack of dawn and checked into Waterfront. Its top notch here!

Anyway, after relaxing from my travels I finally decided to venture out to Ayala mall. Lots of girls. A few pros mixed in with the crowd. Easy to spot them because they are trying to make eye contact.

Later that smae night I decided to check out a club called Sunflower since I had good intel reports on the palce and it was close to the Waterfront. Man was I in for an experience. I felt like a piece of steak dropped into a hungry den of lions.

I've never had an experience like that before. These women were hungry! A trio of sisters showed up at the bar where I was sitting enjoying one of Catros cigars and one of them chatted me up. Not the one I had my eye on though. One of the sisters was a real knock out. She had my eye the minute she walked into the place. Anyway, after a few rounds of drinks and lots of chit chat and such I could see she and I were hitting it off pretty well. Unfortunatley, everytime I had to make the restroom walk I was being accosted by 4 differnt tables of girls wanting to give me there phone numbers and show me there bodies, and advertising there intentions to shag me for free! Operative mode for this player in Sunshine was " I will fuck you for free!"

Anyway, finally my girl comes back fromthe bathroom and brings 2 of these gals with her. She said they trapped her in the bathroom and told her that they saw me first. Crazy man! Anyway, they came over I bought them each a mango shake and chatted with them being very complimentary of their looks and such. Both were in the 5-6 range. However there were a few others in the 8-9 range who shoved phone numbers in my pocket as well.

Anyway, she and I finally left for another place she wanted to go to. Called Halo club! It was a younger crowd and off the beaten track. Anyway my girl had her own car and drove us there. Hot sceen good music. Not for the monger alone though. I got the feeling you need to be accompanied by a local there.

Got back to the hotle room by 5:00AM just as the sun was coming up! So, it was time to introduce my girl to the good old fashioned shot gun shag. Dropped her skirt and panties to her knees, bent her over the bed, and shoved it in. I really had to hang on to this one she was a real bucker.

Great gal! Fake tits the size of cantelopes, short cropped hair makes her look sort of like the actress Demy Moore.

Been shagging her for the last two days! As we speak she is upstairs sleeping in my room at Waterfront while I type this. She's traveling to Manila in a few days to visit her Mother so I will be punching out and heading to Davao at the same time.

Last night we hit another club called Vudu. Also close to Watrfront. Tight secutity out front. Again its a very young crowd mostly wealthy filipino family teens I guess. 18-25 range of ages I think.

Anyway, the Sunflower is a good place to hook up Thurs, Fri, Sat night being best of course. There should be not reason to look for tail anywhere else in cebu. This place is a stocked pond! You have a full range of opportunities there. Pros, Semi-Pros, local girls.

Well, I am off to get a foot rub and body scrub at some Spa on Mactan today with my girl.

Looking forward to Davao on Monday or Tuesday though! Spoke with GE early last week and he and I plan to hook up and do some diving there.

Phillipines is A+ in my book!

Ciao

Hello all,

I just came back from my second trip to Cebu. Like SD, I could not believe how easy it is to get tail in this city. Unlike my first trip, which I spent almost exclusively with a girl I met on CB (huge mistake), this time I banged everything I could lay my hands on. Here's the first of a few newbie reports.

After arriving at Mactan, I took a cab into the city and stayed at Northwinds hotel. It's a great little gem, that seemed to be right in the middle of everything. What I like the most is that it's walking distance from JY Square (a little mall) and The Village. The Village seems to be the place where all the locals hang out, and I hooked up with several ladies there. By the way, I got a decent room at Northwinds for only 950 pesos a night. You just have to pay cash. It seemed like a great deal to me. The hotel is definitely not 5 star, but I was only using it to sleep and fuck, so it did the job. It's also girl friendly, as long as you are discreet and polite to the staff.

Anyway, my first night in Cebu I walked down to the Village to have dinner, drink a few San Migs, and to think about where I wanted to start the evening. Well, I wound up not leaving at all! After being seated, I struck up a conversation with 3 girls sitting next at the next table. The were all wearing mini skirts, and looked like maybe they were pros. I asked them for help with the menu, and played the dumb foreigner act for all it was worth. I told them I was in Cebu on business, and that I would be there for about two weeks. Being typical Filipinas, it took them all of 60 sec. to ask were I was from, what kind of business, and if I had a gf. I said that I did not. After about 5 more minutes of chit chat, I asked them if it would be alright to join them, saying I did not like to eat alone.

Since I'm a newb, I had a really hard time determining if they were pros or non pros, but they were sure dressed like they were on the prowl. It seems I was being pushed to one of the girls by the other two. She wasn't the most attractive, but she was still pretty cute. Her name was Mayvic, 27, 5'1", nice dark skin, her hair was cut short and close. After dinner and a few drinks (i paid), I feigned a really sore back from the long flight, and asked if they could direct me to a spa. Mayvic was visibly disappointed that I was calling it an early night, and I took this as my cue to go in for the kill. I again say that my back was killing me, but that I didn't know which places were safe to go. Could she please take the cab with me over there, just to be safe? She said sure! Once we were in the cab, there was a lot of giggling and joking around. She asked me where my back hurt, and then started rubbing where I showed her. I could tell she was getting horny, so we skipped the spa, and went right to my hotel. Once were in my room she was an animal. She went nuts over the size of my cock, and I almost shot my load right in her mouth. I put on a cover and went right at her mish style. I blew my wad pretty quick, but made it up to her by eating that muff until she came kicking and screaming. After our shower a together she sucked me until I was hard again, and I pounded her really hard doggy style till I exploded again. She was so sweaty after she took another shower.

She couldn't stay the night, since her friends were waiting for her at the village (it was east/west cafe). I gave her 1000 pesos for cab fare, since it was late, and I couldn't expect her to walk even the short distance. She tried to protest, and even seemed a little offended. But I insisted, and she took the money. So was she a pro after all? I don't know, and I really don't care! =)

Total damage about 2000 pesos for dinner, drinks, and an awesome lay. Went went out with her and friends two other times during my two week stay, and it was the same each time. Dinner, drinks, and awesome sex. I didn't mind paying for her and her friends, since I had a genuinely good time, and they even took me shopping downtown one afternoon were I scored lots of DVD's and pirated software. I'm sorry if you guys think I was being to generous, but I'm still getting the hang of all of this. Anyway, just my small contribution, thanks to you guys for all the great posts. Keep it up!

Relax, this is the Philippines most hotels are girl friendly, if you have the odd girl back at night there should be no problems taking her back to your room.

The only thing you should worry about is if they are staying with you and you’ve only paid for a single room, always stick with a double. The one thing to note on Mactan Island is after dark it’s a pain getting taxis to downtown Cebu if you want to go out, as these places are remote and quiet, but Mactan is nice if you are a beach person.

Thanks for the advice about Cebu, especially those suggesting Macatn Island. I brought a Filipina friend with me who I had met several months earlier, but finally just got to arranging a hook up in PI. Plantation Bay resort was excellent. It was like a honeymoon place. My girl was with me at check in so there were no problems at all, but I got the feeling they would be girl friendly anyway. There was entertainment every night and excellent, inexpensive food from sevreral restaurants right there at the resort. We stayed right there nearly the whole time. Did some swimming, wave runner, etc. We had a great time. If you stay 6 nights, you get a great discount rate. No tipping is allowed, so no worries about that. The pools are huge and there is always something going on. Yes, it is expensive. Even with the discount rate, it was $100 per night. I would highly recommend this resort only if you have one special girl to take otherwise I would stick with someplace in Cebu City. Sorry, boys no pics and no report this time. I might have found Mrs. Nefarious! OK, no wise cracks!

I have stayed both at Shangrila and Maribago Bluewater with company,No problem as long as they register and you pay the "joiner"surcharge. But these are both a half hour drive from the city. The notorious KitKit massage is beside Bluewaters though.Ask for the 4 seasons massage

My first night here I hadn't told my chat friends that I arrived yet so I went out to Silver Dollar and Club Exotica. I almost never take from Silver Dollar but I have fun playing pool there. Club Exotica had an irresistable little cutie that I took back for ST. Apparently they're asking for the girl's fee on top of the barfine. The girl, named Joy, didn't ask for anything more so I guess she really gets it. It was 700 for the barfine, 1000 extra for her, and 200 for one lady's drink.

I'm happy to report that Marriott is still guest friendly.

From now on I'll be mostly busy with the chatters, but I'll post on mongering should anything come up.

Hope that helps.

I was wanting to go someplace in the Philippines where I could get bareback sex. Manila is almost certainly out of the question since there are so many foreigners there. What other place do you think I could go to that wouldn't be so expensive-- in terms of flight costs? One of the punters on here has suggested that I should go to Negros Occidental, but the cost of getting there from Hong Kong was too high. Be kind and send replies to my mailbox (in addition to posting) so I'll know that they are coming.

There are direct flights from Hong Kong to Angeles(Clark) via CR Airways a Hong Kong Carrier,There are direct daily flights from Hong Kong to Cebu. But you can still get sick in both places, since both places have HIV Aids Cases.Use a condom or get a cherry girl

I was trying to make the point that bareback sex is out of the question because the girls' perceptions will be that foreigners are more disease infested, which may or may not be true.

Well, I was there in May. It was pretty good and I can recommended, particulary if you go diving. I guess in a couple of years it will be the same as Boracay.
Well, I stayed Midtown Cebu and rent a car (with driver)to go there. It was a 3 1/2 hour trip. I paid one way 1.500 pesos. Well the island is nice but no nightlife action. Only one bar with dance music as well you can play pool.

How's the atmosphere at Club Exotica?

I know it has recently (past few months?) changed hands because the old owner (American by the name of Billy) sent me an e-mail (actually, if my memory serves me right, someone else sent it on his behalf) saying that he has sold the place.

Anyone knows what happened, where's Billy and who's the new owner?

If my memory serves me right, Quo Vadis, and Roxy's are owned by the same owners, a Filipino wife with a German husband. Never met the husband, but the wife is very nice. When I was there a few years back, her brother Dodo was my dive master.

They seem to own a few other businesses around the area too.

Hard to believe all these weeks have gone by and nobody has posted on Cebu.

I stayed at the Waterfront for a night while Marriott was full. What's up with this place? Bathroom fixtures are coming off, holes in the towels and the sheets, in-room safe missing...And the biggest irritant here is they make you pay to use the gym. For what people pay to stay in this place it should be free. They do have a nice pool here. But I was glad to check out and get back to the Marriott. The Marriott's gone up 500 pesos since last month. I've noticed the travel industry here is doing quite well. Most planes are full, it's hard to get rooms. Good news for travel business owners here but it's getting more complicated and expensive for the punter.

I met forum member DBoy here. He's living like a king with his extended work project here. He invited me up to the executive lounge and we swapped tales about tail. Hope we get to go out hunting some time.

Go-go bars: I got around to a lot of the well-known places.

Firehouse has a new format. From Wednesday to Saturday they have a live band playing and the girls are out dancing in cocktail dresses. The other days they have the usual dancing in swimsuits thing going.

Silver Dollar has lots of girls, quality is just fair. I always have the most fun in this place just clowning around though.

Exotica again didn't have very many girls (about midnight on a Friday) so I didn't even stay for a drink.

Dimples had some good talent. I had one girl in mind to barfine and had a lady drink with her. But other girls kept coming around hassling me for drinks, food and massage. I finally got fed up and left.

Black Hole was pretty lackluster in both numbers and quality. Some girls are here that knew me from before so at least there was someone to have a decent conversation with.

BJ's was pretty good. It's popular with Asian businessmen so it's usually stocked up pretty well. There's a bit of an attitude about the girls here though.

Viking was easily the best of all these places. Lots of girls and lots of them are high up the hottie scale. The attitude here is better also. This is also DBoy's favorite in the months that he's been here.

Other kinds of nightlife: Went out with my regular Cebu girl and 3 of her guy cousins to a place called Pump, in the convention center between Ayala and Waterfront. On a Saturday night this is your basic slithering bodies scene, luckily I had someone nice to slither with. It's more of a hip hop scene here, but thankfully not too many people trying to effect a hip hop look. It's really not such a good scene for the foreign monger, unless you come early, about 9:00. At that time it was quieter and several tables of girls were about. The Filipino cousins of my girl said they score here a lot. We tried to go to another place called Vudu, in the Crossroads shopping center. But one of the guys was wearing shorts so we couldn't go in. This place is supposed to be similar to Pump. These places are mainly a college age scene. Any hunting you do here will likely take some effort, but it's good if you're looking for a challenge.

Actually the industry is booming,For example in my hotel I am running 80-90% occupancy. The reason for the decline in quality of Waterfront is that it is no longer run by a profesional hotelier but a COO,(child of owner). Therefore standards have fallen.Enjoy the Marriot,Hudson the GM is a real professional and has won awards for this.

Pals,

I have been here a week now. Sent my two little girls home with my woman so they could get back to schol and I could hit the town. My woman here in Cebu came to meet me and kept me busy. I posted a photo of her in Davao in June if anyone wants to see what she looks like. long, raven black hair, tall, slender with long, sensuous legs and great breasts. Met her 6 years ago and we just got back together last April, totally by accident.

Hit Silver Dollar Saturday during Happy Hour. I was the only guy with 6 girls at first. Later a nice guy from the Uk dropped by. By seven there were 20 girls and only the two of us. I left at eight to visit other Clubs and there was still only the guy from the Uk and about 30 girls. Several were gorgeous.

I went by Club Exotica last night. The new owner is totally different from Bill (Kill Bill is what several guys called him). He is a good guy and we shared tequila shots and chatted. He told me to feel free to "work over" the former owner should he drop by. Said at least 30 guys have dropped by saying they are back after hearing Bill is gone. I hung around for two hours and it was a fun time. There were about 15 dancers and another 5 hostesses there. Several flashed their tits and all were friendly. I saw at least 5 I would say were "hot".

The Club has dropped its prices on everything from Beer (P40), Barfines and VIP Rooms (P900 which is the least expensive I have seen yet). I will be back tonight at both Clubs as I saw many promising ladies. My woman is going home for a night.

I understand my old "pal", mahku is here now. Sure hope we meet up tonight. I know I will enjoy it. Not sure about him.

Before heading back to the Middle East and switching on about 17 air conditioners I had a few hours in Cebu between flights. My girl that I had been seeing here met me in the lobby of the Waterfront Hotel at the airport. We checked into one of the rooms for day use. It's 800 pesos for 5 hours.

It was a nice little finale for the 5 weeks I had in the Philippines.

Someone recommended Holiday. Good place but currently there a many signs out front saying "on strike". The hotel also has a sign, "business as usual".

On the same street (Ramos?) , but farther down that road, toward downtown but before Ramos turns into Jonquerra, is a nice hotel called the Diplomat. I think it's about 1000, but rooms are clean. Seems like a lot of Japanese guests. They showed me a room with two twin beds (no thanks) and the clerk said that some rooms have been booked for an entire year. In the elevator, I heard two young Japanese girls refer to a Filipino lady (cute and skinny) as "teacher". I suspect they may be running some kind of discount English school on the premises.

Cebu Midtown. Lonely Planet calles it an upscale $75 hotel. At the front desk, they gave me a quote of $50. I said I don't use dollars....I ended up paying 1700 pesos /$35 with a Cebu Pacific discount. You really wouldn't want to pay anymore for this place. Being on top of the mall is great, but you also have to use two elevators to get to your room.

Cebu Local, Thanks for the clarification. Actually, I couldn't imagine Japanese going someplace like PI for language lessons. Nevertheless, I heard the student refer to the teacher as "sensei", which is Japanese for teacher. Of course maybe the Koreans use the same word or maybe I was tired and the old brain was playing tricks on me.

Near the Diplomat, I stopped into a place which had a small restaurant area (with beer), two pool tables, an Internet cafe, and a small convenience store-type shopping area. These were all under one roof, they weren't seperate shops. I went there in the late afternoon to cool down and have a beer. The lady working the counter was a stunner in a very traditional-looking Filipina way. Chocolate skin, big smile, long black hair....I was in love. I tried to chat her up, but she got really shy on me. I gave her my phone number hoping she'd text, but never heard from her. She said she worked there for five years.

If anyone stays at the Diplomat, drop in and try your luck. I don't remember the name of the place.

Pals,

Back in Cebu after a 3 day trip to a remote location on another island. I spent last Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights out on the town here. I literally hit every Club in uptown and elsewhere. Some I had not been to in years. I was hoping to find my "pal" mahku from this Board. I normally do not hook up with guys from WSG but when a Member sends you 30 + PMs and constantly mentions you, I thought I should try to find him.

Sadly, he was absent and totally non-existent. Left my cell # with Managers and owners in 9 CLubs and also with several lovely ladies in each place asking them to text me should mahku show. Gave a detailed description of him and promised a monetary reward for this. No luck.

I did get a chance to see plenty of Clubs. Exotica was good ONLY Saturday night Complete waste of time other nights. I did note that they sell viagra (similar but not the real thing) for P 125 each and a four pack for P 440. Much cheaper than I saw anywhere else. I even ran into Bill there one night. he wa s leaving and I was just entering. I do not like the drunk fuck so I said nothing to him as he gave me a big hello and pat on my shoulder. As I left the place on my last visit there i thought to myself that the ONLy smart thing Bill ever did was sell Exotica. Also I gave the wrong price for beers there. It is P 40 only till 10:00PM. Then it is P60. Ladies drinks are P200 compared to P 170 at Silver Dollar.

Papillon's has not changed in the two years since my last visit. It is still an overpriced ripoff. They had the a/c on so low it was like a turkish bath inside. I left soaking wet after only a beer and a view of every corner in search of the mahku.

Firehouse, Black Hole and the rest are more or less as I found them over the last few years. Only place good every night was Silver Dollar. Even on Sunday night this had a good bunch of lovely girls. I felt that since they were stroking my dick and massaging my balls as I drank my beer, it was only fair I would remove theri tops and suck their tits. No one complained. My kind of Club.

While looking for mahku I employed my "secret weapon", a beautiful 20 y/o with a "rack to die for". She would walk up each night to anyone matching his description and introduce herself. I imagine tons of guys wish they were this elusive character. I ended up taking her back with me for her efforts on my behalf.

I spoke each night with John and Terry, the owners of Silver Dollar. The way Terry drinks and smokes he will not be with us much longer. I like both guys but they show the details of too many hard years partying. Made me resolve to never retire from my work.

Off to Silver Dollar now

Thanks DS for the Cebu report.

I was there a few weeks ago. I also thought Papillion was a bit pricy at 2000 for a bar fine. I talked to one really cute "waitress/hostess" who really poured on the flattery. A bit too much....warning Will Robinson...warning Will Robinson... I slipped her my number, but she never called.

I also liked Silver Dollar. I'm not sure if I would praise their appearance as highly as ds, but they sure have great attitude. Check out the picture section in the next few days.

WHERE is Firehouse? I went to the location it was at one year ago. Off Osmena, down a side street, across from the open-air bar with pool tables. There was a disco there. Has it moved or am I completely blind?

Oh, and where is this "remote location on another island"?

X Man,

Firehouse is in the same place but they've changed their format somewhat. Some nights of the week they have a live band and the girls wear dresses. The other nights they do the usual bikini thing. I also posted on this about 12 days ago.

Dragon Slayer,

I would even put up with YOUR company if it meant I could be in Cebu a few more days. But for now I can only look on in puzzled amusement from here in the Emirates while you get sweat-soaked looking in dark corners of the bars.

In Japan they have a snack of octopus wrapped in a round shaped dumpling. I love it when they translate this as octopus balls.

X ManHi X Man,

For what it's worth, the Balls Food Products corporation was founded, I believe by Michel and Amparito Lhuillier of the Lhuillier Jewellery, PawnBrokers and real estate fame in around 1988/89. At that time they already had an established entertainment venue called Balls and restaurant Amparito's which I think now is all called Balls Sportsbar, Theatre Lounge & Disco in General Maxilom [Mango] Ave. Balls was supposed to represent tennis and other racquet sports which were nearby then but I think it may have been more sinister as Michel was bi with many boyfriends!!

I love beaches, but I find Mactan to be overpriced and soooo....un-Filipino. The resorts are for foreigners. I have heard Hadsans Beach is the most affordable place, but never been there.

Tambuli will have pools, luxury and you will be happy. Don't worry about quality. The beach may be man made. I once did some interesting snorkeling at Mactan, but it was 25 years ago.

When I was there last year, the resort (i paid for day use) had some terribly overpriced jet skis. As I walked to the beach, there were guys on jet skis shouting out to me offerring a jet ski...for much lower prices. I can't say I was much impressed with the hotel scam nor the guys shouting at me from the water.

Another problem, is you are somewhat isolated. Many of the resorts aren't near anything in particular. So, you are isolated at a resort with it's exorbitant prices. Walk out the front gate and you will have half a dozen tricycle drivers shouting at you. I usally grab the trike or taxi that is making the least noise. Just my personal preference.

I guess if you want p4p you could find some things in Lapu Lapu, the main city on Mactan. Never done that, but would like to go bar hopping there someday. Just ask your driver. It would be a long taxi ride into Cebu City, but you tell one of the cebu bar girls that you are staying at Tambuli and I guarantee you she will love you ...

Not sure if this info is useful Carlsun. But, just because that was your first post is no reason to hold your cards so close to your chest.

Hey,

Thanks for all the great info on here. I'll make sure to post when I get back. I'm off to Mactan and booked in at the Tambuli Beach Resort. Anybody have any idea of quality there? It looks ok on the website but you never know. I'm hooked up with a pretty young thing from the area, but if that doesnt work out well how's the PFP in the immediate area? They offer massage at the resort but don't know if its full service as this is my first trip. As I said, I'll be sure to post.

ThanksTambuli is a big resort, but relatively run down and tired, since It was one of the earliest resorts in Cebu. The massage there is not generally FS but some girls may be daring.Try using one of the outcall services or better yet try the notorious KIT KIT massage about 200-300 meters from their entrance.Ask for a 4 seasons.

Thanks Cebu Local and X Man for the info on Tambuli. I'm paying $65 a night. I'm only there 5 nights so I didn't care if it was just ok- as long as it wasnt a dive. But I saw someone in an earlier post say it was a great place to pop in and pay a daily price for sports and beach so I thought it must be at least ok for a short time. I met the girl on a dating site. She's from Bohol but is gonna meet me at the airport and stay the duration. She's 19 today as i post this and a dead knockout. I dated a Filipina for a year here and she was an 8. This one from Bohol is a 9 im my books, and i'm picky. I just came back from my visit to Cebu.

I went to Finland Massage on several occasions.

It is located in the lu-Yum building in Colon.

Every taxidriver new that building.

The massageparlour is on the second floor.

You choose a girl, pay your fee for the massage, i think it is 450 peso an you go to a small room where there is a shower and a massagebed.

Your girl will come in and start the massage.

Later she will ask if you like some "extra service".

My first girl was nr. 24, she was the best in giving blow-job from all the girls.

The second one was a girl who worked only a few days in the parlour, she did not have much experience and she clairly had pain when I fucked her.

Do remember to bring a condom when you want to fuck more than one time because they only bring one.

Always use condom because the young lady offerd me to fuck her without if I didn't finisch inside her pussy.

Next girl I choose for her big boobs.

I also visit some bars around fuente but didn't take any girls out because i was with friends.

ANy other good massageplaces?

BTW, I paid the girls in the massageplace always 2000 peso for their extra service.

That got me thinking and I realize now that although my first trip to Philippines (Subic courtesy of US Navy) was 25 years ago, I never made it to Cebu / Mactan until 1990. There was one bridge at that time.

My apologies. I'm not sure if it was my aging mind playing tricks or the 4th glass of whisky...

Hi guys,

Just joined, I've but been reading your posts for the last 3 months.

I have been to cebu 5 times in the last 19 months, always satying in Lapu lapu.

The prices are fairly normal there from 2500 to 4000 all night.

Freelancers never taken any but have made friends with girls at Save More supermarket, God la France cafe, also internet cafe there as well, and a very good money exchange there. Its on the corner of the main street to airport in Lapu Lapu.
Any one want information on Lapu Lapu please just ask, as latest trip was March this year. The best KTV was Princess Club on main road where ramp is to the new bridge to Cebu.

This is my first post and will post photo's later of girls. Best trip was 17 girls in one month there, so I can tell you the real prices and stories of Cebu in recent times. Mostly of clubs other than what has been mentioned here.

Thanks again Jackson for the upgrade .

It is a massage parlor that provides FS and other services. The skill level of the attendants is somewhat higher then the average Cebu massage parlour. The 4 seasons is as follows,First she gives you a massage, then a bath, then a cat bath licking kissing nibbling you all over from head to toe,Then she blows you CIM then she has sex with you.So you have 4 seasons. The rate for 4 seasons includes ST,Negotiate for longer times

Is it well known for lookers or is it just average? thanksI dont know Kit Kat club! If you go there you have Mermaid which is normally 4000 bar fine. Just tip afterwards for taxi fare home. Very popular. Upstairs males, downstairs females. 50% of girls have tatoos. Above average club for Lapu Lapu.

Then you have few smaller ones can get down to 2500 pesos for bar fine LT. Good club near ramp for new bridge is Princess Club, white with pink lights. Around 20 to 30 girls. From outside looks like cheap club. Inside it's very clean good lounges and good lights. They have VIP rooms from 1000 to 2500 depending on size. This is all inclusive of drinks and girls drinks. Doors can be locked from inside only. Just negotiate with girls for extras. The bar fine is 4000 all night. Most girls are 6/10
but few are 8s. Not pressured good clean and see stage from VIP rooms. I would go back no problem. Remember, the prices are higher in Lapu Lapu because it's close to airport and many business type hotels. But you can find good quality if look in right places.

Once again, I had to do a double take after reading Cebu Local.

I know the quote function is strange on this site....but what is that?

I guess you are recommending Cebu or Bohol Island, but I was more interested in what part of town..... I haven't made it to Bohol yet. I've heard the "chocolate mountains" are a disappointment, but the beaches are nice.

Beaches....well, how nice they are depends on whether you are looking for white sand and palm trees....or bikinis....or snorkeling / diving.

I was recently out to Carmen, Cebu Island where I went to a resort called Monte Carlo (hope the brain is working correctly tonight). The guy obviously spent a whole bunch of money on the place, but on this weekday me and the bargirl who took me there were the only customers.

Look at the picture and you will see there are rooms with ocean view. I think they are less than 1000 pesos. 600 if my memory serves me. I took a look at a room and it looked very clean and very comfortable. There is no beach, but they have set up the rocks/walls to that you can easily get into the water.

The snorkeling is so so. The girl I was with is an avid snorkeler, but had a bike burn, and couln't get into the water.

This would be nice to take a girl for a special overnight trip...cheaper than Mactan, but probably better in many ways. One day would be enough...although I am tempted to continue down the coast. Maybe next time...

To hit on a third topic....a met a guy in MLA who told me he exported rock to China. Turns out the rock is the same stuff you see in the picture. If you want more details pm me and I'll send you a picture of someone actually pounding out rock. Small world!

Are there some (recommendable) native bars/clubs on Mactan Island or Mandaue?Okay, in Mactan Lapu Lapu you have more disco 1 and then more disco 2. Very local, KTV, dark , seats all metal , small dance area for girls, around 10 to 12 girls, beer 70 pesos for you, ladies drink around 250 pesos I think. They will say 3000 pesos or 3500 pesos but the real prices is 2500 plus taxi fare. Make sure you say all nite and bargin. Quailty of girls varies as been poor somtimes, but good other times. Have taken 2 girls at same time from there and have taken nothing, it all depends.

Mandaue: The only clubs I've been to are Harem and Gold Finger. Never taken girl out at either. Goldfinger has some real cuties but they want 4000. Maybe you can bargin.

Harem: Well they have minuim charge when you walk in. Good stage, and if you sit close you can wink and get the girl to play with themsleves on stage in front of you because they want you to buy ladies drink when they come off. Not all girls bar fine there, but if you want to check the girls, out ask waiter or mamason to take you to see them. You go down stairs and they come to room, and you look on other side of glass. A few Koreans and Japs in these clubs, so more up market than more disco, and only 10 minutes away from it.

You can also go to La France Cafe near Save More in Lapu Lapu and sit and have coffee. I have picked girls up there in day time with cell number. A good time is around 6 pm because they come from all the factories around there to buy food because they buy everyday. There are also 2 good cheap internet cafes there too. Its small, about 30 small shops and 2 restaraunts and a big supermarket (the Save More)

As I said, if you just go to Princess Club near the ramp to the bridge, some very nice girls, and the cheapest VIP room is 1000 pesos. It opens at 9 pm. I go there check out the scene, pick the girl I want, then book the cheap room for next nite and I slip the one I want 100 pesos and tell her I will come back the next night and take her to room. Last time I picked one will great boobies and spent the next 4 hrs drinking and sucking on them and kissing her. No tip, and the whole 4 hrs cost me 1200 pesos with drinks and her company as the 1000 pesos is used for drinks for you and for the ladies drink. I did get her cell number, but I was leaving in 2 days time and had my GF back at hotel. I just wanted a girl with big boobs for a change.

I hope this helps. If you need a male friend to show you around, the cost is only buying him drinks and food. They are close friends of mine and I can recommend them to you. Also I will be in Cebu, but only for 2 days in October as I will be on my way to Davao.

T and what should I pay for a cab from the airport to there? Is there alot of sheisters like in Bkk? ThanksJust a point about cabs from the airport. They charge too much. When you arrive in Cebu Airport you come out downstairs on lower ground. Catch any cab from there, even with girls hand special tickest for cabs you will pay anything from 150 pesos to 1000 pesos, but if you go upstairs to departures you get cab with meter which would cost you maybe 50 pesos to the heart of Lapu Lapu. I've heard of Koreans going to Days Hotel from airport (it's only 5 klms) paying 1500 pesos because they did not know better.

In Cebu, if taxi does not use meter then its against the law. I refuse to pay any driver who does not use meter! I just say "Hey, call the police, ok?" Or I give you 50 pesos because you should have used the meter.

Well they have minuim charge when you walk in. Good stage, and if you sit close you can wink and get the girl to play with themsleves on stage in front of you because they want you to buy ladies drink when they come off. Not all girls bar fine there, but if you want to check the girls, out ask waiter or mamason to take you to see them. You go down stairs and they come to room, and you look on other side of glass.Do you think it's recommendable to buy one of the ladies a ladies drink and then give her your cell phone number? Maybe she'll message you later on and you can meet (=fuck) her without leaving 50% in the mamasans' pocket.

If I can make it that nobody sees me giving her my cell phone number it won't be a problem at all i guess.

I hope this helps. If you need a male friend to show you around, the cost is only buying him drinks and food. They are close friends of mine and I can recommend them to you. Also I will be in Cebu, but only for 2 days in October as I will be on my way to Davao. Thanks for your offer!

Are they natives? It's always good to have someone knowing the local nightlife-scene who shows you around.

Ther is a Mecury drug store just over the people walkway from the midtown hotel that stock Cialis. They will ask you for a prescriptiuon, I said I left it at the hotel, and she let me charge it to the total bill anyway.

Hope that helps.

Slipping a girl your number is easy enough. I just print my name and number and put it in my pocket. With all the grab-assing it's easy enough to give her.

Hmmm, now that I think of it, I remember a mamasan hovering around behind me at one of the more expensive clubs.

But this will backfire sometimes. What is she doesn't call? You better make sure she's interested and then pray that no else barfines her after you walk out the door. I suppose your odds improve that later it is....and of course that's when the mamasans are watching more carefully.

This might be a better strategy if you want her to meet you for lunch.

This might be a better strategy if you want her to meet you for lunch.

No need to meet her the same evening. My trip ist going to be 4 to 6 weeks long, so I have enough time to wait. If she doesn't call within 20 minutes I'm off to the next club/bar/whatever. Maybe she calls the next day and we can meet (fuck). I just don't want to pay 4000 Pesos for one night!

X Man, have you ever tried to give a KTV- or bar-girl your cell phone number?
I've never tried it, it's just a plan because 4000 Pesos is a horrible price for one night. I guess the monthly income is about 2000 or something.

Before I go out, I get 10 - 100peso notes and write my nunber on them. The reason I do this is to dangle the carrot to them (or cock as we say), then mamasan thinks its a tip and if she (the girl) well she pulls it out and says it is a tip. You will find you get many texts the next day but as some bars don't like the girls using cells while working, they sometiimes go off to the CR just to text you to say thanks and to let you have their number. only one problem: some times you get 7 texts in the night and don't know which one they are from! Ha ha, but hey, its all in the fun of the chase.

I don't understand your plan. Your plan doesn't make sense. If she doesn't call in 20 minutes you'll leave the bar??? Do you expect her to call you while you are still inthe bar? Umm, the way I've done it is she calls me when she finishes work.

Some bars collect the girls cell phones at the start of work and return them at the end of work.

You need to work on your plan.

Actually Porty's plan with the 10 to 100 pesos notes work well. I go to the Shoemart and check out some good looking clerks. The trick is to get them away from the other clerks and make out you need their help and then give them a 100 peso note as a tip for helping you and on it write your cell phone number. This is less than $2 and has yet to fail me. Downside is you always get more then half calling you so you have to disappoint some. This is a great GFE that always ends up back in the hotel room and is a change from the LA Cafe experience which is whoring at its most basic.

X Man, I'm german and therefore english isn't mother tongue. Sorry. I hope my english is good enough that one knows what I mean even if the sentence is not writen in perfect english.

My plan was to give her my number and get out of the club. Maybe she will write 20 minutes later, maybe the next day, maybe never.

My goal is NOT to meet (bang) her on the same evening (what is almost impossible). The *****s' daily work begins in the evening, she has the whole afternoon available to "meet" me.

Umm, the way I've done it is she calls me when she finishes work. I meant that too. The next day would be better because her works ends somewhere around 5 am. I can't wait that long ;-) I also don't want to be No. 3 or 4 on her evening schedule.

Sensor wants to avoid bar fine.

I suspect more than a few bar owners / managers use this site, so sorry to go on with this thread. I think Sensor is trying to avoid bar fines at the MORE expensive places.... Hey, bar owners / managers provide a great service...they need to make money too.

I've had more than a few women call me at around 3 / 3:30am because they finished work and they were willing to come to my room.

As for your afternoons, well, if these girls get home 3/4 am, you have to expect they sleep past noon. And if someone barfined them, they might have gotten to sleep earlier...(you know who you are) or much, much later (you also know who you are).

Regardless, you aren't going to get great results because you identify yourself as a cheap charlie. i don't mean that in a negative way. If the girl doesn't have a bar fine at 3am then she'll call you.

My statistics are based on a very small sample. Hope to hear from some of the others. Mr. Slim?

I think Sensor is trying to avoid bar fines at the MORE expensive places...You are 100% right. Only at very expensive places where you pay 3000(barfine+tip+ladys drink) or even more.

The monthly income in the Phils is about 2000-3000 Pesos. According to that the Go-Go-bar prices of 2000 Pesos are more than enough.

2000 Pesos for the whole night are ok though, and I am willing to pay these prices. But 3000 or even more are too much! Maybe the price would be ok if the perfomance of the expensive girl was much better as the one of the cheaper (=2000 Pesos) girl. But that doesn't seem to be the case according to what I've read in this forum.

As the old saying goes"you git what you pay for", My filipino buddy took me to all the high-end girly bars,Thunderdoom,Volvo,Arena, and I paid the high cost because i followed he's lead. It was my first time in the Phils. But I noticed pics from the middle end bars, and the girls were not as attractive as the top end clubs. So if you want a model type stunner, you're gonna pay top dollar. I did my homework so I know paying P4000 barfine was steep at the arena club. I saw about 10 girls I wanted to barfine, but I didn't want to cough up that much cash. So without my knowledge, my buddy barfine one of the girls for me (that's a good buddy) and I took her back to my hotel. And she really wasn't worth that type of payment. I will take a less attractive, cheaper wild cat in bed anyday!

I know how you feel, but 4000 is chaep at arena! Normaly from 6000 to 10000 depending on who the client is ( nationality! ) You are quite correct when you say the service is not the best if they look like models! Reason why is simple, they no they have looks and they dont need you to bar fine them the next night cos they are top of the range clubs and no new clients come every day! I had a girlfriend that worked in arena! She was great except for one thing! very high matinence, meaning after sex always showered then lotion. One day it took 7 hours for her to get her hair done in my room ! yes it was long hair and she had it striaghtened. Another day sent her to spa for 3 hrs, well it took 6 hours. So now you know why she is not my girlfriend any more! ha ha. So if you are lucky enough to fined one that is great in bed , then you have another problem. Also they pressure the girls to get botex treatment all the time, in the nose lips and boobs, it is very common there. As well as a lot of shabu around but higher the club the less use. Where as jaguar club is very pushy and lots of dancers use there.

I found middle of the road better , but keep away from the ones trying to be top clubs. Go to the ones that are happy with their business the way it is. Remember if all the waiters and staff are happy then it is a cool place and lots of fun.

Porty,

I stand corrected. Now that you mentioned it, the barfine at Arena was P6000. As I mentioned I didn't pay for it, my friend did. The P4000 was at Thunderdoom bar.

As the title says I can't give a mongering report as I didn't do any, but I can relate my experience meeting an aforementioned cutie from Bohol that I met on a dating site. Mabybe some useful info for some first timers to Phils (like me) Here goes for those interested. Met her on Filipinaheart and planned to meet her in Cebu- she is from Bohol. Morning I left (I'm coming from another Asian country) I phone her to make sure everything ok but she says her parents haven't given permission yet. I just hang up and leave for the airport. I know she's not coming. Lo and behold she IS there but with her older sister in tow. Thats ok for the first night cause she needed to be safe. Next day off to Bohol to meet her parents and older brother (gaurdian). Unfortunately she's on the rag (really) and no intercourse but everything else for the first couple of days. She's insisting she's a virgin and never been touched. haha. 3rd day she's over it and a-banging we go. She fakes the "it hurts" but it slides in quite well and for the next few days do little else but screw and visit a few malls. I will say this to anyone thinking of going but never been: we went to 2 malls. Both of them saw woman staring and you could tell that if she wasn't with me they would be over. Went to SM mall somewhere in Cebu (Mandaue?) and got come-ons from cashiers at both KFC and Mister Donut right beside. I was sorry in a way that I was with this one although she was a knockout-and I'm picky. Think next time I just go and pick them up there. I think chances are very good. By the way I'm in late 40's and while not really hansome, not ugly either. All the girls staring were in early 20's. THE CRUNCH: I had a week of banging and shagging free of charge, so, when leaving i gave her 5000 pesos as she never asked for a thing and was a real sweetheart the whole time. Got home and there was an "I love you so much" email from her. Talked to her the next day on messenger system and guess what? Her brother is getting married and needs to borrow $1,000 U. S. Is that ok?? hahahaha. My reply: "nice knowing you, I just put you on my ignore list."

Overall really liked the Phils and will go back in Oct. This time just cruising to pick up different ones.

Just wanted to add that I had a hell of a time trying to cash American Express Travellers Cheques, which I brought on reputation. They wouldnt take them anywhere except PNB- Phillipines National Bank. And even then, they said they had a 10:30 am cutoff time. I tried malls, foreign exchange, etc. cause it was the weekend and no banks open. Went to a bank on Monday and they said PNB only. Heads up with that.

Carlson,
You did the right thing.
Do not judge the girl badly if a relation asks for a "loan". Often relations all line up with their begging bowls against the wishes of the girl. In the Philippines foreigners are seen as a meal ticket and exit visa by the vaste majority. By the way, in the Philippines, the English translation of the Philippine word "loan" is "gift".

A thousand dollars on a wedding she wants to throw for her brother?

Did you have sucker tattooed on your body some where?

Most teachers don't make that type of money in six months, most don't see that that much money in a year. You need to post a pic of her. I will be going there this october. I may drop by and put a donation to her. but is will not be no grand.

Also how was she going torepay this loan when she isn't working and her brother isn't capable of paying for his own wedding?

Great post, great story.

I guess the moral of the story is give a little more when you're shoving your "wild thing" into here, and you'll feel less guilty when the begging starts.

As FP mentions, it may not entirely be her "scam", but the ideas of friends / family.

Don't burn your bridges....turn on ignore without her knowing.

You never know when you might want an easy lay in Bohol.

Um, if you're sure you're not going back, why don't you add her to Domino's relief fund. Something about a roof. Just give us her email and we will donate 1000. Well, some of us will donate a bit more upon meeting the girl, but the idea is to help them out anyway we can.

I would be happy to post pics of working girls if they agree, but can't of this girl. She may or may not be in the sales category, but until I find out she is, then she's not. Giving emails out to you wolf hounds (love yas) and posting pics of her would send me back to the bottle. Haha. But I got great advice before and after my trip and promise to add to this forum as far as pics, reports go... but can't co-operate on this one. Sorry. Not keeping a private stash, just don't think its a good idea. If she had of been anything but an angel when I was there I would do it. But she's too sweet to be plastered on this site. can i find some freelancing pro's & semi-pro's there?the area of the national bookstore at night near the park. a friend told me there are a lot of hookers hanging out at bo's coffee on f. ramos street in the raintree mall, almost across from the kan-irag.

you can pick up girls on the street near pelaez and colon at almost any hour of the day and night. you must watch out though, because there are a lot of **** girls, and there are the nightmare in disguise types, the face is okay, but once she takes off her clothes, you want to run screaming from the room. you will find the occasional freelancer, a girl who comes there irregularly just for rent money!

if you want semi , the best place is sunflower on thursday nights ! get there around 10 pm. the sext dance compition starts at 12 pm on the stage!

sit yourself at the bar and watch all the looks you get. just one word of warning , the bayots (ladyboys) would be around 10 to 20 there hanging out)

they all have big tits( plastic) and they really smile and stare! so just look for the smiles not so obvious ok. if your drinking with a friend and want to have a bet who wins the sexy dance comp, just look for the foreigner thats enetered, eg jap, korea, as it is the policy of the club that first prize must go to a foriegner if one has entered.

In July, the Holiday had signs out front, "on strike" and "business as usual". I decided not to stay there since you never know what kind of conflict may be brewing in that type of situation.

Also, Bo's at Raintree had exceptionally poor service when I ate breakfast there on two occasions. I waited a long time for the food...coffee didn't come. Finally the food came. Then the coffee came. And lastly, the eating utensils came.

The next time I asked for my coffee first...while I was waiting for the food. Well the food and coffee came at the same time. And....the eating utensils came last.

Has anyone eaten at the little restaurant under the big tree sitting in the middle of the Raintree mall? It would be such a cool place to eat, but I've never been impressed by the menu.

The next time I actually went to Bo's down near the capital building. The cashier was a fox, the service was good, and the coffee tasted better.

I meant to write a letter to mgmt., but somehow never did.

But I've never been to the Phils before (I've been there 4 times already as a small child together with my parents. Plus I won't have much time from november to february (studying).

I am studying hard while you are in Cebu fucking the brains out of some cute, small, brown bombers... Man, that's not fair! ;-)

Unfortunately we can't meet, but I would be very glad if you gave me some info about your trip when you're back home! Especially info on street-action (generally), sunflower (and other non-pro-places) & Junquerra would be nice, can't find much about it in this forum.

Princess club More 1 and more 2 , happy hour, Marina, Lapu Lapu, Believe me there are so many KTV"s every time i go some where i see another one ! dont worry you will find one that suits your taste. One night i went with a friend to 12 clubs just checking them out for the next night ! Thats how I opperate cos when you paying bar fine i pick the one out and go at opening the next night to get value for the bar fine, so normally they are back in my room by 10pm till 9 am in morning! I dont understand paying bar fine at 2 am and they stay only seven hours, this wasy i have them for 12 hours of fucking !!

Maybe Arena, Jaguar, Harem, Goldfinger, Princess club, More 1 and more 2, happy hour & Marina in and around Cebu weren't mentioned that much because they are very, very expensive.

6000+ Pesos for a whole night are definetely too expensive, most guys not willing to pay such prices in a country where the average monthly income is (I guess) about 4000 Pesos!

Senser prices of the clubs as per my memory ! and amount of girls in clubs!

Arena , near wharf area of Cebu. All the Tv stars and Movie stars go there when they are in cebu, Mostly high paying Koreans ! About 50 girls and they do show every night very entertianing and 60 % 8s Price 6000 +

Jaguar, Manuadue area down side street but no problem for taxi's. 20 dancers 4000 ! 80 hostess 60% bar fine 3500 but lots of pressure for ladies drink, every 30 minutes. Do have rooms upstairs ! dont know the cost but cheaper than bar fine. One real little beauty her name is Honey A dancer. has sister there too not bad. Dancers do it in nude most of them!!

Goldfinger 4000 + fish bowl to choose from. get in early around 40 girls. Never been, but my friend calls on them as san miguel rep! His girlfriend hates that he has to go there, as she is my friend LOL.
But he has told me sone extra beautys there. His girlfriend is real looker .

Princess Club in lapu Lapu, near ramp for new bridge. 20 to 30 girls. Not much pressure 4000 neg , but vip rooms are the best in my opinion.can lock door and inclusive 1000 for smallest , I take the 1500 room, stayed from opening to close with 2 girls drinking and playing cost 2400 total. Did not have FS as had my girlfriend waiting in hotel for me. But wanted some fun . Ha Ha

More disco 1 and more Disco 2 lapu Lapu, lots of locals around 10 girls 2500
dark and cheap. some times find 7s but most are 5s but cheap. really best to go with local. as you would only see maybe 1 other foriegner.

Marine between Belvista hotel and old bridge. 2 stories, males upstairs and females downstairs. many foriegners average girls 60% have tatoo's . sorry no idea on bar fine or drink prices.

happy hour very local small Ktv in room next to bar. Girls 4s very small ! never interested me, so only drank there because it was the local for my friends drinking after work. I only ever saw 5 girls from the provences.

Waterfront at Lapu Lapu has Ktv starts with a C cant remeber the spelling.
Very up market. ladies drink not apply , Pay for the hour of company. 380 pesos. well trained girls very well dressed. show at 11pm every night with singing and dancing. dance floor and stage, kareoke is very popular. 2 of the girls stay in my appartment there when i am not there. bar finbe is the total hours left of the KTV Long time since i bar fined there. but i know it cost me 11,000 that night. but i am still reaping the rewards after 18 months! so in long run the bar fined cost me only 10 peso's LOL. he he. as i still have sex with her, but pay for appartment which is only 72000 pesos per year. But as it cost me 80,000 per trip to stay at hotel, its cheaper cos i go 2 or 3 times a year.

I hope that is a more detailed account for you.

Hi everybody,

does anyone know the following clubs?

Myuki, Happy Valley and New World

I've read a lot of trip reports in the internet and somebody recommended those 3 clubs.

Are they still open and what do I have to pay there for the whole night? These are massage parlors and casa (houses) in Cebu City. A Casa house is where you select from 10 to 30 girls and take them out for the night. Usually cost PH 2,000 to PH 4,000 depending on nationality and specify that you want the girl to stay all night. If you want to be with a girl all night, best bet is to go to a the Casa or have a bugaw hook you up. Tons of bugaws (pimps) throughout Cebu City that can hook you up and is safer than in Manila.

Last time in Cebu (April 2005), there were way too many mongers because of the Tsunami (Mongers who usually go to Thailand went to Cebu instead). Prices were higher and girls had more attitudes (high demand). I prefer Manila but I am biased since I was born there. Good luck!

The KTV at the Waterfront Airport is called La Calesa. It's popular with Asian businessman types, and if there's a big group of them in a private room they'll hog most of the girls. Porty, did you really pay 11,000 for the barfine? I haven't been there for 4 years but I know I didn't pay anything nearly horrendous like that. It was 2,500 at the most. I don't know if it made any difference that I was staying at the hotel. The day after the barfine the mamasan called me and asked if I wanted someone delivered in the room. Unfortunately I was already with my girl at the time from Cordova.

X Man, that Raintree Mall is prime hunting ground for that sea of white that we all know and love. Lots of times they can be found sitting in that middle restaurant under the tree or one of the internet places next to it. I'm not sure if I would want to eat there, but it's a good place to grab a drink and start socializing.

I'll be in Cebu about November 2nd to 6th. There probably won't be much normal mongering since a girl's coming up from Cagayan to meet me. But I'm sure I could have a beer or two with whoever happens to be around then.

No it was not only the bar fine! the room , bottle of chiver's, 2 girls in room, the took one home at end of night. so if you add up 380 X 2 per hour and food and drink and bar fine its easy to add up to 11,000 for one night!!
i will try infuture to be more accurate! he he.
but i do have great times!!

I'm going to stay in a Hotel on Mactan Island.

Porty, can you tell me where I exactly can find 'Princess Club' & 'More disco 1' and 'more Disco 2' in Lapu Lapu?

The Waterfront KTV sounds interesting too, would be glad if you could post the prices for one night with one girl.

Stopped by Cebu last week. Plenty of choices everywhere as it is the low season for tourists.

Good contrast between 2 alternatives: Hana Valley 3 (HV3) vs a small cafe near Univ of Visayas (Cafe)...

Location: Both central. HV3 near Country Mall. Cafe: On a small cross street (2nd to the right of UV building, just before a internet cafe named "64MB")) on Rosario Blvd.

Quality: HV3: 5-7s. Cafe: 6-9s.

Quantity at 8pm: HV3: 50. Cafe: 40

Average Age: HV3: 25. Cafe: 20

Price (overnight): HV3: 3,000. Cafe: 1,500

Cafe is recommended. I have, at least half of my 10+ visits to Cebu, choosen to purhase from Hana Valley in LapuLapu due to its best selection/quality. However, i did not bother to visit HV lapulapu this time.

Once the taxi turned into the cross street off Rosario, several young men start running to the car and pounding on the roof/window. No harms done - they are just touts. My car stopped 20 meters off the main road and 40+ chicks start converging in front/side of the car. They waited either off a cafe 30Ms on the left of the crossroad or a small food stand at the Rosario junction. Asked my driver to turn on the headlights and there are at least half a dozen 8s/9s. Selected 2 of them, asked them to sit on back seats, asked for their mama-sans to come in too, offered price was 1500 pesos for overnight. Found out later that chicks and mamasans split 50:50 after a commission to the boys.

Had a petite 20 year old from Minadao. Gave birth 1 year ago and had been here for last 5 months. Compliant, good service.

Would love to revisit in mid-December and try to find a few parttimers in need of pesos for the seasons.

Is there a good place in Cebu to pick up nurses or univ students? Looking to stay near the Marriott if possible.

Quick questionon: Do you suggest going to a bank to change money or to a money changer? Any suggestion?

On my previous 2 trips, I have always changed money at the money excahnge booth at Osmena Circle near Garwood Hotel - strictly for convenience because the first time I was staying at Garwood, and the seond time because "that's where I did it last time."

I'm just wondering if that's a good place or if fellow mongers here have better suggestions?

I use that booth a lot also and it's usually as good a rate as any other.

Each of the malls have exchange places that are pretty good, except I don't like the one inside of SM Department Store. They always make me fill out this tedious form and copy down all the serial numbers of each bill.

I avoid the banks as much as possible. They're just more hassle than exchange booths.

I also use ATM cards a lot. They often have a better rate than exchanging cash.

Hi all,

I will be going to Cebu for a few days in November for a vacation. Can anyone recommend a good place to stay that would be ideally right on a great beach, but also close to some great night life? Does this exist in Cebu? I am not concerned about the price of the room. Convenience for going to the beach during the day and being able to easily bring a girl back to the room at night is the highest priority.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Mike
