You should have tried to negotiate the barfine down to 2000 pesos...maybe 2500.
In Makati, there is a barfine in addition to a tip (most/all bars?). This SHOULD HAVE BEEN negotiated beforehand. Surprised that the mamasan didn't mention this. From my experiences, they always mention it to me (although my experiences are limited because it's so damn expensive, relatively...plus Makati went downhill in terms of quality from 10 years ago).

At Bandito, with Bar Fine of 2100 and girl for 2000 peso you are out about 4100 pesos, with the drinks being extra.
Bottomline: If you are the Makati for a SHORT time [2 days] Bandito is cheaper & better, but if you are there over a period of 1-2 weeks, consider the more expensive bars [or go there after 4-5 AM prior to closing to avoid paying the large bar fine] where the girls from Bottoms, Burbons, and Billboard are NOT under any requirement to work at the bar if they get bar fined the previous night.
Any update on this place-are the girls back? Will be at New World Hotel next week and I'm looking for places similar to this. Also wondering if theres a few normal decent clubs nearby that would be decent on Wed and Thursday.

"They come in a group and have French fries, they come in a group and have one drink and sit at the table all night." All bars / restaurants are trying to get the foreigner into their establishment because they spend money. So these posts about the ladies taking a table and only buying one drink are accurate but they leave out the most important piece of info that most of the tables are occupied by foreigners who spend a lot of money and came there to meet ladies. I don't have access to their records but I am sure the revenue at Havana Café is down at least 50% over the last 3 months. It amazes me when I walk by and see tables of men sitting there drinking and eating. For what? There are no ladies coming! So I think we should all do our part and not spend one peso there! I am so disappointed and upset that if I thought protesting with signs and masses of people in front of the restaurant would help, I would do it!

very nice hotel, great location, and i scored the 99usd crazy rate on asia travel. my only peeve is internet costs 750php per 24 hours, i would assume at a 4-5 star hotel the internet would be included. never had any issues bringing girls back, they do ask for i. d. and give you a call when the girl leaves.
havana
i love the energy around the gb3 courtyard in the evening, however passing by havana a few times over the weekend, between 7-9pm, it appeared a bit more subdued than usual. fairly busy, but did not have obvious wgs or the overwhelming girl:guy ratio that i've seen in the past. again, this was just in passing, so perhaps there was more action going on than it appeared. lots of lbs in the general vicinity, though some potential gems around starbucks and the other restaurants nearby. i did not partake here.
burgos
bottoms- raunchy, fun. girls and mamasans are bit pushy, but the talent here imo is top quality and their outfits are very revealing so no surprises when you take a girl out. bf is 3900, minus lds. i went here my first night and admittedly got a little carried away on the drinks, so bf was only 2000. probably the busiest of the bars on burgos i visited.

Giles on their website before I booked at new world and they gave me a 2500P rate for a stay of 17 days and breakfast was 240P per person. That was for the superior room which is SMALL. CM and your other name SB have to be crazy narcissistic as to create two egos on here to support yourself. Thats just wierd and sad (I'm sure you will read this hehe) I stayed there last year and it was ok because they had the speacial rates with breakfast listed on their site because the hotel was new. The smaller superior rooms are on the corners of the hotel and have a killer view of the city with large windows on two walls. I actually like the room but nowhere to stretch out. There is a SMALL pool on the roof top and the views from there of the city are nice. They have a Penthouse room on the top level adjacent the pool area. Last time I was there they were still doing finish work on the room and I was able to take a tour. It was a two level room but not much to speak of for a Penthouse.
Oh the cam model I posted on photo gallery was in that corner room. There was a tall bbuilding being constructed across the cornr from st. Giles then and you could see all the construction work being done durring the day from the room. At night time I saw alot of the work crew stay on the site and live there durring the job. We could see them with lights on and eating and drinking and looking back at the rooms at the hotel. Our curtains were wide open as we wer fuking and my girl was getting off giving them a show. Fun times.
BTW thanks for all the recent reports on the makatithread regarding restaurants and nightlife. Good stuff! I will report back some things after my stay.

Maybe depending on the night but few times they have charged me despite being a guest. Always ask for extra key to the room so your girl can also get in for free. Also return just one key upon departure so next time you can stay where ever you want and still get in for free at ICON.

On a related note, does anyone know how much either Icon or Palladium charges for the VIP booths and lounge seating areas? When I checked out Icon, they had many tables, but standing room only. Palladium was very busy when I went and only VIP or reserved seating areas were available.

There are 3 bars close to where you are staying TW. Handlebar as already advised; Howzat in Kalayaan Avenue off Burgos and also Heckle & Jeckle cnr Jupiter / Polaris (even closer).
The Sports Bar on Level 2 of Greenbelt 3 will also show the UFC for sure. Filipinos love it.Hey RK thanks for showing me around Makati area Burgos area. The sisters I introduced you to turned out to be great fun although the older sis drank a little too much and we had to put her in the bathtub to wash her off after throwing up. A not so good night in Makati
On my first night in Makati I take a taxi to cafe Havana. The driver is really a honest guy, but he don't know exactly where Cafe Havana is. I tell him: Greenbelt, Ayala Center. We find it, it's in Greenbelt 3. It's friday 10pm at the place is packed. Only LB as far as I can see, a band is playing and people are dancing. After one beer I get bored and take a taxi to P. Burgos to check out the bars there. First "Jools", a show place. I get there just in time, the show is on, a lot of pretty girls in feathers is dancing around, it's pretty cool. But they seem very uptight. Not the place to take a girl out, I think. I have been to Philippines several times before, to AC, and I keep comparing. I cannot see why Manila is so much more expensive. Really it's not better, for me AC is better, girls are more down-to-earth there. Sure, on average the looks are a bit better in Manila, but I don't come to look at the girls but to have them in bed, and then other qualities count, IMHO. But, for sure it's fun to watch the show. I hit the street and go to to "Bottoms". Lots of pretty girls, and less attitude than at Jools, but I want to check out more places so I go to "Rogues". The best of the places that I visit this evening. Pretty girls and less attitude than the other places. Two girls want me to buy them LDs, but also here I don't get the right feeling about it, they just seem too much pro. Still, later I regret that I didn't barfine a girl from Rogues. Instead I want investigate yet another place: "Plan B". Here I get I get to sit in the front row, nice view of the girls dancing! Three girls sit beside me and I buy a LD for one of them. Now it's getting late and I want to find a girl to take back to my hotel. Probably that's why I choose to bf this girl even though I feel that she's not totally "right". Now, sometimes it is like that, but still it turns out to be good. I mean it gets better than I expected. Not so this time, and I should have known better. More of this below, but first about the money: the mamasan say it's 2500 bf + 3000 to the girl. I negotiate it down to 2000+2500, and the girl (don't remember her name) agrees to stay until 6am. You know what you are getting into and know that you will arrive at your destination with a minimum of problems. And you get onto a white cab faster as you would be required to wait in line for the next yellow. No driver from white cabs at the airport has asked me if I want to buy a girl, go to a club or anything like that. They target on my destination and they are appreciated and tipped well.

Departures are where people are getting dropped off and you can probably get a white metered taxi to take you after they dropped someone off there. Their meter rate is probably slightly cheaper than the yellow metered airport taxis and start off at a lower price than the yellows. The yellows are just outside the doors of customs that you have to go out anyway if it's an international flight. Either way the signs are posted where to go with "Meter Taxi" or something to that sort. The yellow airport taxis are really only good for leaving the airport as they are more expensive, with a starting drop rate of something like 70 pesos vs. 35-40? Pesos on a regular metered taxi. The whole system is backwards because going to the airport sometimes causes a problem with regular metered taxis as they aren't supposed to pick up passengers from the airport so sometimes try to get more than meter rate to compensate for possibly not getting another passenger for awhile as they'll have to drive out of the airport area looking for one.

I haven't been on for a while but I see some questions in this thread that have been unanswered so I will provide some answers.
Bronx is on P. Burgos down stairs next to Filling Station restaurant (with the Bob's Big Boy out front).
Eustacia Inn is on Pasay Road (old name) or Arnaiz Ave (new name) about a block down west from Roman Suites on the same side of the road. The only difference now is that instead of an aquarium, a door opens to a hallway where the girls are all standing looking at you. You can even walk down the hallway and talk to the girls if you want.
I don't remember the rate but I think it is about 1500-1800 pesos for the room and 1500 tip for the girl.
As mentioned, Roman Suites on Pasay Road and Palacio Don Pedro near P. Burgos are still closed.
The lingham massage place is on P. Burgos past Jools on the same side of the road. The first corner after Jools and after the 7/11 is Gen Luna and has an optometry shop on the corner. Keep going until the next corner. Right before it there is a Korean restaurant on the bottom floor but once you enter the first door, there is a door on the left to go up stairs. Ask the guard out front if it is that massage place. I think the place begins with a M but the name escapes me.

Howzat and Handlebar (in Polaris Street near to Oxford Suites also) are nice places with no real distractions and the food is OK so is a reason to be at St Giles. To visit there for a decent breakfast!

When I checked out of St Giles the porter boys grabbed me a taxi off the street to the airport. I think it was terminal 3 but the meter read 119. I tipped the guy an extra 30 I think. The hotel wanted 600 or something like that. As others have commented, rogue taxis seem to be the exception to the rule. I too only had good experiences and even when one guy tried to talk me into going to some place he dropped it very quickly when I asked him to. Act confident and they will leave you alone.

The name of Pasay Road was changed in 1984, and yet almost 30 years later its still called Pasay road to all taxi drivers. Even offices there print stationary with Arnaiz Ave (formerly Pasay Road) in the address. How long will it take for this "new" name to be accepted?

I have quite different experiences to those mentioned earlier.
We ALWAYS use yellow taxis at each terminal in Manila, whether it is the dirty old NAIA1, the PAL Centennial Terminal 2 and the "newer" NAIA Terminal 3.
Both my wife and I have NEVER had any hassle with them in travelling from the airport to Ortigas. They always start meter at zero with flagfall of 70 php and away we go.
The cost is usually between 190 to 220 pesos depending on traffic.
The white "coupon taxis" have a fixed rate to Ortigas of approx 550 pesos (I forget the exact amount) and it is exactly the same service for twice the cost.
I also have no idea why anyone would have a problem finding any of these services when you exit the airport. The signposts are very clear and easy to read.

Easy simple and for me is a difference of $5 and where I come from from 400 pesos will get me nowhere in a taxi as we discussed before.
However, I take the yellow taxis at T3 always unless the the queue is horribly long
But wtach out at T3 as maybe you are caught in a 'scam' of sorts (I use scam but not sure of the correct word). The white cab guys have some mates there offering the same trip in Manila (of say 400 pesos fixed) for 700-800 pesos. I watched the guys who organise the taxi ranks and seems they hold back the taxis to see if can pressurise punters to take 'private'. They claom no taxis are available but I know they are and are parked up waiting for a call!
I mentoned this loudly once wjhile in the queue saying I knew the taxis were at the permiter and waiting to come in so why were they not here. He tried to ask me to be quiet (LOL) and then when I kept on asking he got on his radio and just like magic cars apperaed (and I got the first one. Probably to get me aaway from the terminal as fast as possible). Another way to welcome tourists the country.
Anyone else exprienced / seen this as I use T3 a lot and 80% of the time this happens (ie I am asked if I want private as "no official taxis available sir")

Fare was 660 pesos. I use the coupon taxis (they're usually small vans, similar to FX taxis, so lots of room for luggage) because I hook up with my squeeze outside the terminal where the locals wait outside the last set of roadways for their incoming family members. I have never tried retreating back to the higher level inside where the yellow metered cabs are because I don't relish pushing a cart of luggage up the long ramp. I also don't want a hassle with security who are likely to intercept me and my squeeze.
In my last two experiences with the coupon taxis at terminal one I ended up waiting 10 minutes or more for the vehicle to show up after the tout had corralled me, my squeeze and our luggage up to the curb as the "next" customer. My sense was not that they were holding the vehicles at the perimeter, but that each company simply had a limited number of vehicles, and in the evening hours when many different international flights arrive they end up waiting for the cars to return from previous trips. While I was waiting other coupon taxis showed up and took other passengers, some of whom arrived after I did. It appears there are several companies competing in this business, and the touts' aggressiveness in rounding up passengers is to beat each other to the draw, regardless how close their next vehicle is. I simply had bad luck of the draw in having been seized by a tout whose nearest vehicles were still some distance away.
There are reasons why NAIA Terminal 1 always rates as one of the worst, if not the worst, international airport in the world. It's a terrible place to get stuck between flights or when a flight gets delayed. Among other problems, there are no restrooms at many of the departure gates unless you go back out to the hallway (or the central part of the terminal) , in which case you have to come back through at least one, or sometimes two layers of security. But the airport seems to save its greatest indignities for the masses of Filipinos waiting outside for their family members. Having experienced the wait there once myself (and my squeeze having done it half a dozen times) I know the people are packed into a small waiting room or up against a fence out beyond the last layer of roadways, where it's both hard to see the arriving individual you're waiting for and nearly impossible to hear announcements on the PA system because of all the noise. Sometimes you see the arrivee on the closed circuit TV as they come down one of the two ramps, but then you're likely to lose sight of them again because of the crowd of other arrivees amidst their mess of luggage and balikbayan boxes. But the locals who have to put up with it just tolerate it as they do with the many other indignities that come with life in Manila. And of course most of them have no point of reference as to how airports work in other countries. It also doesn't help that the whole extended family and neighbors show up to greet the family member.

The following is my recent trip to Makati.
For this trip I had a lot of DIA ladies lined up. For this trip I had a lot of DIA ladies lined up. In fact I had more than I could possible see. I also wanted to frequent the Café Havana too while I was there. Hey, I was able to make it on the plane this time with my new passport.
St. Giles Hotel.
I can still recommend this hotel because it is still fairly clean albeit it is starting to rot around the edges. I did notice a lot of disrepair and. Not sure letting it rot is a Pilipino thing or not to let things disinigrate. However the price is only 2800 per night with no breakfast. I went down and inquired about breakfast and they wanted 500 peso so I just walked down to the Howzat bar for breakfast. Very girl friendly place even when I brought back two from the Havana. I had to call the maintenance guy to my room so he could hammer the small tacks sticking out of the carpet. The wireless is goofy there, I cannot be logged in on iphone and computer at the same time. But if I pay 300 pesos per day they would give me another log in I'd so I can be. I think the pool area and the exercise room are very nice up on the 35th floor, the pool water was a bit cloudy. If you stay there ask for a corner room in advance. It's a 1 minute walk to Burgos if yer in to that type of place. There are plenty of places to eat close by and a supermarket down the street too.

I spent a lot of money and time there. Mostly in the morning for breakfast. I think the food is pretty good there. Mostly I ate the 3 egg omelet and hot tea for breakfast and at that time the cigarette smoke is not bad either. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sports also. Many white folks from either the UK, Australia, or the US. Seemingly no street girls here unless they are with someone. I like the place; it's a good hang out.

Well the theécor and atmosphere seem just fine, but just don't order the hamburger there because it tasted like shit. The local Wendy's hamburger was way better than this place. I had high expectations for my hamburger with the BBQ grill they had there, but was very disappointed. The bar is sort of a Biker's theamed bar with a lot of expats there too. Another thing I did not like was all the peddlers trying to sell you something while eating or watching TV outside.
Café Havana.
Many nights I walked down to the Havana in Greenbelt 3 from the Giles to get some exercise. I like this place because it is safe even though there were three fights (all women) during the times I was there. Inside the Havana is No smoking but outside it was getting a bit thick at times and then there were some smoking for a big pipe from the Havana, but the music gets loud and the bathroom is fairly clean too. The nice lady attendant there give you towels after you wash your hands. I even came close to getting in a fight there.
Me and another guy were waiting to use the bathroom, and he went in because he was there first. Then this big burly guy from Canada comes and stands next to me and we bullshitted a bit. Really a nice guy, happy go lucky sort. He then knocks on the men's room door because the guy ahead of me was taking so long. The guy comes out with a real mean look on his face asking me why I knocked on the door, the burly guy said some other guy did it and went that way.
Well the girls are back at the Havana, but I would not go to there till about 9PM at night. Friday and Saturday in particular was just booming big time. FLs and I am sure LB too were everywhere. Tons and tons of action sitting down and standing on the fringes and in the chairs at the Havana. It's not just the Havana, it's the whole court yard in front with the coffee shops on the sides. I even had FLs eyeing and asking me on the second level. Be a bit careful though, some are also just regular women not looking to hook up and are there to have a good time. Being there a few nights there are those that make the Havana their hangout looking for P4P monkey business.

I met her at the Havana. She gave me the impression she did not do this full time. She wore glasses and did not dress really sexy and all. Those are the ones I like that do not dress sexy. I am getting in a rut in that location though, and want to enjoy some of the atmosphere near P Burgos. Can anyone suggest a hotel there I can trust with a left bag? Maybe City Garden? Mandarin Oriental is not far, but they will be even more expensive then Dusit.

As to the Filipino saint in question he was indeed martyred but in Japan as per wikipedia, San Lorenzo Ruiz is his name.

I stop going to Burgos about 3 yr ago going down hill I used to go there for the few sauna now they are closed, I didn't even go to Manila on this trip no reason to I just fly direct from Hong kong or Macau to Clark DMIA airport the airfare and the girl is cheaper.

Roman Suites and San Pedro have been closed for over 6 months. No idea where they have moved.

I'll be in Makati soon, can't wait although I may be hard pressed to get my gf to leave my side. There's a club called Palladium at the bottom of New World Hotel, it's where the wealthy and famous people go to party. I've never ran into a working girl there but I've had very good luck pulling girls out of there. 500 cover unless you stay at hotel. I thought the hot ones were far and few at Havana so I spent most nights at Palladium. The girls may be a little snobby but there's always a price. Last trip I literally was off the plane, to my room, down to club within 30 minutes I had two girls back to my room. Where are the casas? What are the prices?Wow. Its been a while since I have logged on this site and saw some one ask a question regarding my post. I apologize for the late reply since it does the person no good for me to reply now. I do hope to help others heading to the Phils.
The casa ("house") places in the phils are great for anyone that do not want to deal with the bar scene. To me, it was always the most economical experience. Since I'm a pinoy, it was easier for me to hook up and find girls (but my specialty is QC and the circle since it is cheaper and freelance girls are great. But not for the weak of heart.
I know the handlers and all the casa locations in Makati and Angeles City so I usually get the cheap price.
At a minimum, the two main casa places in Makat are the Casino and Edison casa (but still sketchy). I would recommend casino since they usually have the most girls but you have to get there early (7 pm) before the japs and koreans take the hot ones. Mongers, once there. The critical thing to do is to talk to one of the handlers (guys at the casa) about each girl. There's a place near St Giles hotel on the corner of Makati ave and I think Burgos street or whatever street has the most lady bars. Anyway the place closest to Makati Ave had some very good talent. There were a good amount of boob jobs that I'm almost positive weren't lady boys. Unfortunately I couldn't bar fine the night I went there and could just imagine. If you're in Makati and have grown weary of Burgos and Havana try the Collective, a converted warehouse full of bars, restaurants, cafes, live music, and a youngish crowd, mostly Filipino and assorted woolen-hat-wearing internationals. Go to the end of Yakal, turn left, make the first left at Mulagay approx 100 metres it's on your left. From Malate / Ermita take either Roxas Blvd or the highway to Buendia. Cross the train tracks and exit. You'll be in front of the large Cityland Apartment complex. Cross Buendia and walk one block to Mulagay Street. Turn right and it's approx 100 metres on your left. I think there's a way for a cab to enter Mulagay St from the highway, but I don't know how to describe it. You really can't miss the place because it's the only building with dozens of cars parked in front.
You can even take the train and exit at Buendia station.
Lastly, when leaving you may have a bit of a wait for a taxi in front of the place. Easier to hail a cab on Buendia; late night there are usually a few parked right in front of the Cityland Apartments.

When I smoked I used to buy cigs at a box store. Costco. I hated getting in line behind one of the many Indian gas station owners. I once saw a guy count out 50K in hundreds. I asked the cashier when it was my turn. He said that was nothing and he'd seen larger purchases than that. Cigs by us are 8+USD, in the city as much as 12.

Had a great time here. Stardust is my favorite. Very reasonable bar fine. Very reasonable girl cost. Mamas are all playful. They have a great show every other hour. Fun place.

the $19. 95 per annum is a small amount and the logistical considerations of making such a payment are not that big of a deal compared to arranging a sexcation. noone is trying to force anybody to pay anything but the small membership fee gives you the privilege of communicating directly with other members and gain a little more respect for contributing to isg which is largely subsidized by other dues paying members. these are great mb's and that's especially true of the pi mb's and pg in particular. i doubt the proprietor has made himself a mega billionaire by running isg and he does an incredible job at maintaining and policing the isg mb's. paying the fee is a small gratuity imo for the service jackson provides.

Thanks for your input in the manila thread re internet. For one, I've been looking for a way to pre-pay for unlimited internet on my phone, for, say a month at a time while there. Dinner and a beer on me if we are in town at the same time.
Last week was in Manila and near Greenbelt mall in one of the back streets saw the sign of a massage place and decided to give it a try thinking I could get more than a massage as the place was surrounded by restaurants and karaole places. It was on the third floor, the recepcionist was very warm with me and when I entered the massage room it was very dark, all this made me anticipate something more. I took off my clothes and lied naked on the massage bed, they did not offer me any thing to wear. The massage was very average and on the flip, I asked for some extras and the lady told me that she is not allowed. I pressured a bit, but no success. Paid my 400 pesos and 100 pesos tip and left.
If any body has better luck, let us know, as it is an area that I frequent, but have not found a massage place with extras.

This is where I freuquent. Couple of times a year. Yes, you are right. There is really no extras in this area. There are several massage places, and they are purely massage. Some a really good and cheap as far as getting a good rub down is concerned. But for the extras, forget it. I have been to a few of them in and arround the Greenbelt, as I do love those massages.
Girls, Havana and the Greenbelt mall itself. Frequently I have picked up girls walking around the Havana area. They don't go to Havana, but just walk around, especially in the early evenings. Freelancers are all over the place you won't have any problem finding them, it might not be quite as easy or convenient as sitting in a bar and them come sit on your lap, but you also arent paying $4 for a. 30 cent bottle of water, $7. 50 to buy them a drink, and $75 to the bar before you can start the negotiation.
I know a lot of guys like to sit and watch them walk by but imo the best way is to stay on the move, walk up and down burgos, then walk a little but up and down that main road (want to say kalayaan?) then go up and down burgos again, just have thick skin and say no thank you to everyone along the way.
The massage girls will do extras to, there are 200 girls on that street and 20 guys it is an ez game.

Citibank is the worst by the way, they lied to me in so many ways when I was in the US and I believed them and didn't get a charles schwaab account and now I'm screwed, they said I could withdraw USD from their ATMs with my us account = lie, they said no foreign exchange rate = lie, they say no fee for using non citi atm = lie, I had the guy confirm it with his manager and they even called someone higher up AND confirmed with the philippino cashiers, I'm not a trusting person but when a guy tells me it, his manager confirms, someone in corporate confirms, and the pinay cashiers say it as well I fell for it hook line and sinker.
So I transferred all my money out of those accounts and tell everyone not to use them.

Pissing off the senior folks on a board is never a good strategy. Besides, I think it is pretty clear that your free advice will dry up pretty quickly if you don't make amends fast. Two pieces of advice:
1. Travel to PI, have fun, post some juicy trip reports and some juicier photos.
2. Pay the $20. The goodwill alone is worth the cost, but to be honest the amount of advice and contacts I have gotten in PM's has been worth far more than $20. Seriously, it is worth the cost; PM me for details (oh wait, you cant!). If you are worried about anonymity, just do what I did. Put a $20 bill in an envelope with no return address and send it to Jackson with a note that you want it applied to your user name. Yeah, you are not supposed to send cash in the mail, blah blah blah, but 4 days later my account was upgraded.
Of course, in the end you will do whatever you want, and if you want to be cheap and selfish on a board that prides itself on being generous with our info, then go ahead, but don't complain at the treatment you get. In the end, you will get what you give.

Thanks for feedbackI'm not aware of money changers in Greenbelt, but there are lots of ATMs, from which you will likely get the best rate. Granted, you're going to be charged Php200 for each transaction, plus whatever your home baank charges you. In my case, and I'm sure I'm not alone, my US bank refunds all of those charges, so for me ATMs remain the best way of changing money.

If you walk up Pasay Road from behind the New World, you will also find a couple money changers. They do a brisk business changing Japanese Yen into Pesos for the Japanese punters at the show clubs. Good luck, AR

Unless it's drastically different, I doubt shopping for the best rate is going to be material for most of us here. In the malls, there are usually some places inside them to do exchanges and seriously doubt you're going to have problems finding them.

I seriously doub't that, that someone is making bundles of money from this site. So, if you are here often, once in a while, sign up for a membership and pay up. Prices can vary widely from bar to bar, even time of day. Hint, before 7pm a lot of the expensive bars have happy hour prices which are much cheaper. Bottom line amounts (barfine + tip) average from PHP 4000-6000 per girl; aggressive cheap charlies can get lower, but that's not me. On P. Burgos, I find Rogues and Wow Wow Wow to give the best "bang for the buck" but others may disagree. If you and your friend plan to travel to the EDSA Entertainment Complex then prices are cheaper on the average if my memory serves me right. If you are willing to bypass the bars and go with freelancers then it is all about your negotiation skills.
As for the action you can expect from 3-somes, well, again it depends. My personal experience is that bar girls will do whatever they said they would do when you ask them in the bar within earshot of their mamasan, but that doesn't mean they will be really into it. YMMV. For a truly memorable 3-some you usually need to find a bi-curious girl and encourage/train her, which won't happen overnight.

I recall its near a Boysens paint store. Wherever it is, immediately after there is a row of motels (my first Sogo was there ). Now its called Millionaires Motel or some such.
Motels are allowed in Pasay but not in Makati. The motels are there as they are situated as close to Makati as they can be.
This is where I freuquent. Couple of times a year. Yes, you are right. There is really no extras in this area. There are several massage places, and they are purely massage. Some a really good and cheap as far as getting a good rub down is concerned. But for the extras, forget it. I have been to a few of them in and arround the Greenbelt, as I do love those massages.
Girls, Havana and the Greenbelt mall itself. Frequently I have picked up girls walking around the Havana area. They don't go to Havana, but just walk around, especially in the early evenings.
