Across the street and down a bit is Cheers bar, ordered their bacon cheeseburger and I have to say I was shocked at just how good it was. Just enough char on the burger patty, bacon had just the right amount of crunch to it and the burger was nice and juicy. Almost one of the best bacon cheeseburgers I've ever had, only letdown was the quality of the bun. I'd also mention that across the street just past the minimart is a place on the second floor with pool tables that has a fantastic pizza and pasta special under 1200 peso's that easily feeds 4 people. The pasta and the sauces were fantastic and the pizza easily beat the Filling stations pathetic version of a pizza.

I really never had to venture far from the hotel to find something decent to eat, even the 7-11's fried chicken is pretty damb good. I really haven't seen many streetcarts here and from the few that I have seen I probably wouldn't buy anything from them unlike in Thailand where that's mostly what I grab when I'm in Pattaya.

If you like street food, you might also want to try the Shawarma stand on Burgos street. It's on the right side of the road if you're walking from Makati Ave towards Kalayaan Ave somewhere in between the Ministop and 7-11 if I remember correctly (but on the opposite side). A pretty small setup but it's quite hygienic and the food is excellent. Fresh veggies and nicely grilled meat with some sauces. If you're fan of spice, ask them to add more of the spicy sauce. It's quite deelish There's a small open bar right next to it so you can grab a cold beer to go with your shawarma if you like.

I have done a price comparison between a Plan B ST (all in including 2 Lady Drinks) to Kings Castle 1 (ST all in including 2 Lady Drinks) and the price is not that far apart. 6400 peso for Plan B vs. 4700 Baht for KC 1 for example. Then, as you point out, being a regular MNL visitor improves you chances. Hello everyone,

Long time listener, first time caller. I was fortunate enough to find myself in back Manila for the past week. I've been in country since the start of 2020 and decided to ride out the coronavirus in one of the smaller provinces. Anyways just wanted to give back and provide some info on what Manila GCQ life was like while I was there. So just some quick relevant notes and short field report. Again keep in mind this was just my experience during my time there the 2nd to last week of June.

1. Still a 10 PM curfew in effect. Most restaurants close at 8 PM with sometimes last call for food orders even earlier at 7 PM. Most fast food places will close a little later closer to 10 PM. Dine in was allowed at some restaurants while I was there but many restaurants were still closed completely or only offered take out / delivery orders. Malls were open but very deserted.

2. Face masks are required at all times outside of your residence or you can be ticketed for it and most likely publicly shamed. Everyone and I mean everyone is wearing one at all times. And you will not be allowed in any type of store or restaurant without one. I didn't see a single person without a mask my entire time in Manila.

3. I used grab to get anywhere I needed or to give a ride for girls. I also used grab for food deliveries as well as the food panda app.

4. I opted to stay in an airbnb because I prefer not to stay in hotels for more than a few days, just a personal preference when I travel. That said, finding an airbnb was not exactly easy or even that cheap. I tried to book 2 different airbnbs at first and I was declined both times because the building wasn't allowing guests or something like that? I finally got lucky on a 1/1 because the airbnb owner told the building admin I was his cousin or something. I also had to provide a medical certificate from my province's local health unit saying I was covid free (which was just bureaucratic BS because all they did was take my temperature and blood pressure for it). I also had to send him a picture of my travel pass but I already needed all this documentation to fly from my location in the outer province to Manila so it wasn't a big deal. My airbnb was about $65 USD a night and located about a 3 minute walk from Greenbelt.

5. I walked by Poblacion and it was a ghost town. Granted it was around noon but still it just felt dead and empty. Some girls were saying bars might open back up in Aug or Sept but most people think the earliest bars will reopen is 2021. Regular bars were all closed as well as far as I could tell.

6. I've already left the country and am typing this out on the plane actually. Leaving the country was a breeze. It took me about 30 minutes to get to terminal 1 from the greenbelt area at 9 AM. Then it took about 1 hour from outside terminal 1 to reach my gate. No special documents were required for me to leave the country. I actually already went to the immigration office makati branch during the week to take care of my overstayed visa so I didn't have to worry about it at the airport. No fines for overstaying due to coronavirus. And it was pretty quick painless at the immigration office but make sure to get there in the morning to be safe, I saw a sign when I was leaving that said the immigration office was closing early at 1 PM because of "excessive demand" that day or whatever the hell that means.

That's about it off the top of my head. If you guys have any specific questions feel free to let me know and I'll try my best to answer them. Honestly I had fun while I was in Manila but its a shell of what it used to be. Yeah its nice that there's less traffic and pollution and people but the vibe is just like a ghost town really. Everyone is paranoid and on edge because of the virus. Bars are all closed, both girlie and non girlie. Nobody's really partying or in that mood, even dine in is weird because of the forced social distancing and annoying forms and temp checks and facemaks etc. There's really just not much to do in Manila right now besides eat and hopefully meet up with a girl either at your place or take them to a restaurant or for a stroll outside. Recommend you try Cialis 5 mg. If this is too "mild", you can safely take 10 mg (2 x 5 mg tablets).
Or you can buy 10 mg pills. This gives you the flexibility to take 10 mg or use the pill cutter and take 5 mg.

5 MG is just over 200 per pill with the 20 MG around 850. Very little savings and if you take the 20 MG.

Had a walk down Burgos today on way out to do shopping. Not great, two of the bars are already closed for good it seems with signs up advertising they are available for lease or business ventures. While I'm not surprised this is happening, and I don't see things getting better any time this year, it's a shame.Had another walk today, Ringside is now also gone also with signs up seeking new long term leaser. I actually really hated going there, it was strictly only when other people really wanted to go that I'the venture in, so I won't miss it. However, sign of times if place such as that has closed doors for good.

They think it is easy and cheap to do business in poor countries and live a grand style in that country. I personally know some people who thought it is easy to open a go go bar in Angeles and make money. I believe some have done well but whole majority list money for one reason or another.

I came across a website a while ago called Locanto, some of you are aware of it, and tried to get some information about the ongoing prices nowadays on different services. I was quoted between 5 k to 10 k for ST and most of them they just want cam show. They just try to sell their pictures or some videos. When the internet it's full of them. Now, I know that some guys back in their countries will pay the money for all those cam shows or just support them financially.
