There are a ton of airbnb condo units near the airport. Here is one:

That boasts "Studio Across the Airport T3", and is $30/ night. Easy to book, use, and walk away from. The airbnb map shows it about 1/4 mile from the airport. There are a bunch like this.Too many add-on costs to contemplate using Airbnb for just 1 night, especially as he doesn't know Manila or T3. If he was lucky enough to land this property or some other one further away he will probably need to use a taxi to get there because he doesn't know the lay of the land. The overpass isn't built yet so it's a potential nightmare to cross that highway.
I'd suggest using AF 1 as VV suggests. It will be cheaper and less possible hassle.
W-W-by: The story from Ceegee you quoted was from page 64, almost 2 years ago. You really *do* RTTF!Ha ha. The first girl in the story is long forgotten, but I still remember the prego one very well. Her kid would be almost 2 years old now, she was getting close to dropping when she came to see me.

Waffles.A few of the commentators have already posted good recommendations. I'll add that Resorts World (RW) and City of Dreams (COD), both are casino complexes, are close to the airport, and each has hotels, shops, decent dining options, cinemas (RW), etc. RW's hotels are Remington, Marriott, Belmont, and Maxims. COD's hotels are the Hyatt, Nobu, and Crown Towers.

I may not recollect the exact names as my mongering phone was lost on 7th day of trip and my all notes were gone. But I would still try to give pointers in best of my knowledge.
Day 1.
Reached Manila airport flight was delayed by 3 hours so reached my hotel in Makati around 4 in morning.
Burgos street and then checked out gogos. Beer prices are still in control 120 and 350 for LD. As I was tired so could not check gals more, needed some action, on the corner met one cute looking free lancer. My taxi driver made the deal and she was up for 2000 for ST. Nothing special to talk about but was worth every penny.
Day 2.
Went to check out some tourist place and met one gal waiting for the bus near BUEINDIA bus stop, asked her direction and talk for a while. She was up to meet in night.
Wild session. No money asked but as they say guilt money is always good to clean the soul. Paid her 3 K and she was with me till next evening and showed me many places other then her own body parts.
Day 3.
Went to check out the old French colonization building. Never take a horse cart ride. That bastard told me 400 and when I get down after 30 minutes he was claiming its 4000 he said. Anyways paid him but luckily he showed me some good places which I planned to explore later. Went to La Cafe. It was full of all kind of gals. But 90% were like expiry date stuff. Nothing was to soothe the eyes.
Now a days they all ask 5000-4000. I was rigid on 3 k. After some paid drinks she agreed for 3 K.
Nothing extra ordinary but was worth it.
The good thing I went to a mall near EDSA MRT station. In the mall two gals who were on the mobile shop gave me their number and promised me to meet in the evening. I could not make it as I already had a plan and was not in mood to wait.
Day 4.
I luckily found a place called St Flores. Mubini (or something like that) its near to Ermita. There are some girly bars. I checked out few. If you go try Asian connections. Met one Chinese mix gal. 21 petite and cute. The bar fine is on this street for all the bars is 2000 for full night. Tip depend on you.
She was such a player. She kept me busy for next three days. Next day when I wanted to continue the manager came to my hotel and collected 4 k for next two days.
I would suggest people should check it out. The collection is good and its cheap. After 73 days I paid bar fine 6 K and gave 4 k to gal. She made me dry like anything.
Day 7.
Went out to Robinson mall but nothing good. All the fuglies. Then went to café Havana which is near Ayala avenue but it was about to close at 1. 30 . The waitress there are super hot. I am sure if I could have come early. Would have left with one of them. Then went to Burgos street. Went to first gogo at corner. . gals were super thin. Long time 3900+3000 for the girl. Took the gal and went for other rounds of drinks. Then back in room. Same rituals nothing exceptional.
Just to mark here. The famous gogos have 3900 BF but if you go at the end of street there are some bars on first floor where the BF is 1500 only and gals wanted 3 k. A bit older but you can find sometimes gem in the dusty.
This night I was damn drunk and lost my phone which I could never found.
Day 8 .
Entire day was gone in buying a new phone and getting all my bookings and tickets for Boracay and KL.
Day 9.
Met one gal through Pinalove. I don't know when pinay say chubby it means bloody fatty to me. The gals was so fucked up she don't even know a little thing about manila. Ditched her.
Met other gal through pinalova, a bit OK. Showed me city around and later joined me in my hotel for good time.
Day 10.
Went to some pubs next to Robinson mall. Its like normal pubs where all the pinays come to drink after work. Spoke to some of them and offered drinks. One of them came to my house later for a good bang bang. When you go out of Robinson mall. Go straight in the small street, on left hand side you will see a open space with many pubs around.
Anyways left Manila after 10 days good memories and happy small mind.

Technical my layover is 11 hours and 15 minutes however the 8 hours=out of airport time. I'm old and don't relish two consecutive nights without a bed. I'm arriving on United Terminal 1 and departing China Air which I believe is Terminal 1 as well. I got a week of shit work in HKG and Shenzhen which are IMHO useless venues and I've been in the GWL far too long. I do have a week of I&I scheduled on the return in AC, thank you God. I'm ignorant of anything Manila and NAIA Airport and appreciate all support.I think what has gotten lost in several recommendations is that, if he is correct, he is flying in and out of Terminal 1. World Resorts will involve taxi travel between T1 and the resort in an area that can get very congested. If he is serious about getting some sleep in addition to p4 p, then going to Resorts World gobbles up a chunk of time.
Several people have recommended Airforce One for your horizontal recreation, but for horizontal rest, another hotel option is Manila Airport Hotel. You can literally walk from T1 to this hotel. Going out of T1 after customs, you cross one covered roadway with yelow cabs, then down a ramp (take the ramp to the right, labeled M-Z)), then take the crosswalk across another covered roadway (this one with white coupon taxis), go through the security gate and people waiting behind the fence. Next come some small stands selling food and cell phones, and behind them is the parking lot. Look toward two o'clock. If you don't see the sign for the hotel, you should see the sign for Kentucky Fried Chicken, which is in the ground floor of the hotel. Actually, if you head toward three o'clock from where the small stands are, take the cross walk ahead that crosses the road carrying traffic exiting the terminal, and then walk to your left after you cross the road.
This hotel is passable, not great, and not a place to take a p4p, since most rooms have twin beds. A couple other eateries nearby in addition to KFC, and some of the hotel roooms include complimentary breakfast, which was decent the couple times I was there. For getting to Airforce One, it is maybe ten minutes by cab and most drivers know where it is. There are taxis in the hotel parking lot, but prices will be better if you flag down a white cab at the roadway. You can walk back to the terminal for your departing flight.

For LT they charge just 2 K. And tip to the girl which depend on you based on service.

My suggestion is to take the free Resort World shuttle to Belmont Hotel. Belmont is a pretty decent hotel, price and excellent restaurant onsite. Check in and call one of the massage girls in CL. Shower and get ready. Why even bother to go out. PM me if you like.Good call. I looked on the website. Nice joint, queen bed superior room w / breakfast was p4900 ($100, all-inclusive). Next time I'm in town for 1 night or less, this is the call. Walking distance from RW.

So including a little room including tip (we don't tip in Holland we just come back next time if we like something) and including everything!
Now I understand why I don't like Burgos and Ermita. It are western prices.
But indeed at the little brothel at St Flores is nice, I always drink a beer there at 80 p. I refuse to pay the 120 p in LA Cafe (or whatever other name it has this day of the week).
And yes, yes the karaoke bar about 150 meter south of LA cafe is also very nice (a little brick stair with about 5 steps downwards).
Beer just 75 p. Girls sing with you for a little tip (Hello, a little tip is 50 p or so no 50 USD) and a ladydrink is like 180 p and you have 10 times more fun then in La Cafe!
But yeah if you like to pay western prices and want te be between the whites just head to LA cafe, G-point and P. Burgos.
I even would prefer the boarding EDSA entertainment center (draft beer 90 p or so).
At least then I am close to my plain back to home.
The only reason why I come in Manila these days.

OK. Guys I know I am posting this in manila thread as Boracay thread is as good as nothing. So I want to let people know how much fun is Boracay.
Got a new phone and all ready to go Boracay (I kept my expectation minimum, 10 days in manila made me dry).
Took a flight to Calibo. Then 1.5 hours bus drive to jetty then 15 minutes ferry then 15 minutes tuk tuk to my hotel.
Reached around 11 in night. Took a shower and all ready to bang bang,.
Went to station 1 to have few beers as I was dried inside too. Then Coco on station 2, epic dance club, nirvana and almost 5-6 bars at station 1,2.
Now coco mangoes. OK coco mangoes is same set up like beach club just a little small.
All free lancers (I was late there. The right time to reach there is around 11 when its full of free lancers).
Two gals came and offered beer to them. Then they wanted to check out AREA 51 for full moon party.
Wow lot of kissing and fondling in the area 51 and the big question. Lets go. Now they have all the reasons not to go. OK common talk money rocky.
Offered them some monetary help. And both were fun to go.
A wholesome threesome in room. And paid them 4 K and bid a bye.

They have live music downstairs and a very small club upstairs.

12 Monkeys music hall in City Centre Mall (Poblacion, Makati) can be a rocking place on a Friday or Saturday. Not that difficult to pick up either although it does mostly tend to be groups. Royal also in Poblacion is pretty damn good, but is more of a club.
BTB on Kalayaan also great on a weekend, small and not too pricey, Brazilian Bar.

If the case is the latter, Rue Burboun in Salcedo Village (dela costa st.) has no dancing but is a really nice bar which is really fun to have a beer, including their own home made.
Strumms on Jupiter not too far from the corner of Makati Ave is pretty nice, different live band every night.
Not sure what you refer to as the "bigger clubs", 71 gramercy is nice and has a cozy feel to it as it's not as large as others (e. G. Prive, Valkyrie, chaos).

OK, so I've been coming to The Philippines for three years. I usually get bar girls, or backpage girls, some from CL, but I followed someone's advice on here last time (October) and used one of the popular on line dating sites. Pulutan is p200 - p300 and cocktail jugs are 260 - that's 4 to 7 shots per jug. Young professional crowd. Loud EDM, especially at the one near Cash and' Carry. Foreigners rarely go there, but I've never had any hassle. Everyone is quite friendly, in fact. The only hassle is the wait staff is so busy it takes a while to get served; you need to be assertive to get their attention. Other affordable places to drink are Cowboy Grill and Padi's Point, both of which have multiple locations around Manila. Cowboy Grill has excellent live music.

A lot of Filipinos have the idea that wearing bikini means the girl is a sl*t. I know several girls who have posted their beach holiday photos on wastebook, their provincial friends see them, tell their mothers, and the gossip goes into overdrive. Soon the girl is being scolded by her mother who was humiliated by the community.
Other reasons to avoid wearing a bikini are stretch marks or other body flaws (real or perceived) and the compulsive need to keep one's skin as fair as possible.

December 25: (Day 1: Sunday).
I landed at 7. 30 pm in Manila from Singapore thanks to a delayed PAL flight. The problem compounded further when the immigration guys decided to let everyone queue in front of the counters irrespective of the country of the passport. Guess this was being done to ensure quick processing of the hundreds of Philipinos coming home for Christmas break. I guess 2 or more flights would have landed during this time and the queues were getting long. Eventually got through after a good 45 minutes. Again being Christmas there wasn't much crowd for regular taxi. 20 minutes and I was on way to Century Park in a metered taxi. We would have got onto the highway when I noticed that the meter was showing 200 pesos. I told the lady that her meter was not working properly and she should reset it. She apologised and switched off the meter. She then started asking me 500 peso till the hotel and since it was Christmas I should not refuse. The traffic on the road was adding to my agony and I succumbed. Another 45 minutes later I was in the Hotel ripped by a metered taxi pinay. I had to say to myself sarcastically "Its indeed is more fun in the Philippines".
It was almost 11 am and I decided to go to LA Caf. I took Uber and it was a good decision. I decided to stick to Uber for the rest of my trip. LA Caf was empty. There must be approx. 4 or 5 gals not even worth talking to. Merry Christmas I said to myself. I hung around for an hour. Few guys drinking alone looking at the door in hope of girls coming in. I noticed 1 girl whom I could take, called her and talked to her. She said 2000 for ST and I offered 1500+ good tip. She then asked me to wait outside. I was not sure whether I would visit Philippines for new years after the amazing time I had in Pattaya in August and October. I also was lucky to meet and go bar hopping with veterans like Uncle Volodya and Banana Boi.
If I recall correctly you had mentioned earlier that new years is definately not the best time to visit Pattaya, guess that suggestion and the King's passing away led to me go ahead with Philippines trip. Indeed a wise decision. Enjoyed every day and encounter, it's always fun in the Philippines. Can't wait to go back. I am also missing Jakarta and Phnom Penh, been almost over a year and half now.
So much to do and so less time. Hope our paths will cross somewhere. Drinks will be on me.

I went to the Globe store direct. The SIM costs 40 php. Bought 100 p load to start off with. I asked about the above promo and they told me that it is illegal and a hack! Funny enough, the Globe employee helped me to load the SIM and entered the hack code above. Great for their business, haha. Seems like it is what he was using as he knew exactly what to do without any help. I had the code all written down, no need. It immediately takes 70 p from your load but you have data and texts ready to go. I made the mistake of buying 600 p load, forgetting that the above promo is pretty much unlimited at 1 GB data for 1 week and unlimited texts. I should have just bought 300 load. I guess some lucky pinay will get my load when I leave. My Globe load, I mean. Many LBFM's will be getting my other kind of load.

A couple white taxis are waiting, driver agrees to use meter to hotel which is right near SM San Lazaro, in Santa Cruz (way out near Recto-Divisoria). Damn far. The driver throws some money out the window to the policeman as he is not supposed to be picking up passengers here. The cash lands on the road. The chances of the policeman picking it up are quite close to 120%, but I didn't witness it.

Red.It's a good challenge. Of course a Monday night is different from a Saturday night. Let's assume it's a Saturday night.
Option 1: You like clubbing and you're gregarious chap talented at inviting a group of people to join you partying at your table.
Your best clubs are in Bonifacio Global City (aka the Fort, BGC); places like Revel, Valkyrie, and Imperial Ice Bar. The top tables are p30000 to p50000; on a weekend night you'll want to reserve this with a promoter. That's consumable, which means included in the charge is all your food and drink until 30000/50000 worth has been consumed. Any food and drink consumed above the charge is added to your bill. You'll do bottle service of your favorite spirits and mixers. Keep in mind there are no guarantees picking up women here; it's not like EDSA, Havana and LA Cafe.
For your hotel you have the Shangri-La at the Fort, which also happens to be the location of one of the best men's shops in Manila called Signet. Pick up a few pairs of Carmina shoes at p25000+ each or Edward Green at several times that. BGC also has a very nice pedestrian shopping area call High Street.
There are plenty of very good dining options in BGC.
Option 2: You like a sure thing and you want to pick up girls throughout the day and night.
Your hotel is the Sofitel behind the Convention Center (PICC). It's where Obama stayed during his visit, mostly due to security. It has the best view of the Manila skyline - nothing much to rave about there, but still. I think it still has the legendary Sunday champagne buffet at the Spiral restaurant. The swimming pool is fantastic.
For girls you have LA Cafe during the day and afternoon. In the evening go to the EDSA Complex.
Option 3: You like a sure thing but still want to take a crack at girls in the night clubs. Want more shopping and dining options than available near the Sofitel.
You'll want to stay near Burgos for the sure things; bars not open in the morning but many open for the afternoon. You may choose to travel to Cafe Havana at Greenbelt for night stalking. Your nightclub is Royal, which is near Burgos and Gramercy Residences, and the table charge is much less expensive than that in BGC; the best table is less than p20000, and this is consumable.
You can search airbnb for top-cailbre condos at Rockwell and Gramercy, and your best hotel options are the Shangri-La Makati, Raffles, and the Fairmont, which also has a great brunch. You have the mall wandering thrills at Greenbelt and Glorietta. If you stay at Gramercy you have Century City Mall and Rockwell Powerplant mall is beside the Rockwell condos. Plenty of restaurant choices, and I think your best romantic dining option is Top of the Citi by Chef Jessie atop the Citibank Tower in Makati, but you must get a terrace table. Best views of Makati and beyond. Though the food isn't outstanding, it's still very good.
Option 4: You know, I just can't spend it fast enough. Empty my bank accounts.
That's the high-stakes action at City of Dreams and Resorts World casinos. Your hotels are Hyatt and Nobu at COD, and Maxims at RW. Chaos Nightclub is at COD and House Manila is near Maxims at the Remington Hotel. Your sure thing pick up is at EDSA. Both locations are near the airport.

It is like you are trying to compare Tijuana Hong Kong Club chicks to the street girls outside. There is no place in Manila that I am aware of that you will find FL SG just hanging out waiting for customers in front of hotels as you would in Tijuana. You have to go inside of a bar to get a girl who either works there or is freelancing there. I always pick up in LA Cafe. Those are freelancers. The other night a chick wanted 3000 PHPesos ($60) for 3 hours and I talked her to 2000 PHPesos ($40) for 8 hours. Total GFE. After we arrive in the room, I go and take a shower and then my girl takes a shower. At this stage she says she's a little nervous, shy and a bit self conscious. Understandable I guess; she's from a province where apparently it's mainly just farmers, and this is the first time she's met me in the flesh. We sit on the lounge for a little while engaging in some small talk. Clearly neither of us are great conversationalists. Eventually, a little kissing and with a bit of coaxing she takes her towel off, and we get down to it on the living room couch. If you ever stay at the Regency Grand in room 3205, don't sit on the couch without passing a uv light over it. On checking in we were given a voucher for a 10% discount at a gatro bistro called Tambayan, located just across the road from the hotel. I ordered one of the pork dishes which was like roasted pork with really crackling crackling. The ground floor seemed full and the general atmosphere didn't seem that great. There was one long table occupied by about 14 or so Asians, I'm going to say they were Chinese or Japanese but I wasn't really listening in on their chat so didn't hear the gist of their language, but they were loud, really loud. Fortunately we were taken to the first floor where the atmosphere seemed buzzing. I'm sure if I was on my own I could easily have struck up a conversation with some of the other patrons there, but as I had my girl with me I didn't even bother. As I'm waiting for the bill to arrive, my jet lag catches up with me and I doze off right in front of my girl. Her giggling woke me up. Well, that was it. Time to go to bed. Even too tired for a pre bedtime shag. In the morning as I'm having a smoke on the balcony, I could make out cavite city in the distance. You can exchange bills at the money exchanger at the airport (usually). Almost all businesses in phils operate on this principal: Walk into a convenience store and purchase p140 in goods while handing the cashier p1000 note, and they might have to send an employee to any neighboring business to make smaller notes for change. There always seems to be a shortage of smaller notes. The front desk of your hotel, which should have plenty of cash on hand, may or may not be able to change a p500 note into smaller notes. When traveling into phils, I make a habit of making sure I have about p1000 in 100-, 50-, and 20-note denominations (I try to depart phils each time with this, but if I don't have it upon my return to phils I order it from my bank), if for nothing else than my taxi and first night's food.

Its never been an issue for me after 20 years living here. The BIR actually has a law that all businesses must always be able to give correct change, and they know it.
As for convenience stores not having change, that's just not true. Call them on it, and the lazy shop assistant will call her manager who will proceed to open a locked drawer where there is always a shit-load of cash.
Mostly they are just lazy to get change if it's not in the cash register.
I regularly use taxis and if I don't have change then do as SW said. Give them a large bill; add on your tip and ask for the change.
Example: If fare is 230 and you have 300, ask him to give you 50 change. Win-win.
If they say they haven't got change they are playing with you. They always have change of at least 1000 php.
If you are anal-retentive and tip-averse, then by all means carry a pocket full of dirty, smelly 20 php bills so you can give the taxi driver the EXACT amount. I always round up to the nearest 50 php.

Arrived last week and taxi used the new Skyway to Makati. Smooth sailing on the Skyway for 45 pesos. 45 pesos seemed expensive at first but for non stop driving? Well worth it. 5 days later taxi used the same Skyway to T3 non stop. Hardly can believe non stop driving!

Last June in a busy CalTex (CDO) gas station the clerk could not make change for the pinoy in front of me, who handed the clerk a p1000 note. Another clerk went into the back room to try and make change (guessing they keep a safe back there), to no avail. She went out front to the gassing kiosk and made change there. A week later I pulled out a p1000 note in the same store for a p180 bill. The clerk could not make change from the drawer, and she had the same girl look in the back room. No change there, either. Instead of waiting, I pulled out my credit card and used that instead. CDO is far from the deepest provinces.
In December I took a taxi from Burgos street to my condo one morning. Meter = p68. I had a p50 and p500 note. I handed the driver the 500 note and he rifled thru his change. He said "Shift start now. No change". He handed back the 500 and gently took the 50 from my hand and said "Thank you". I departed the taxi and it pulled away.
Admittedly these things are the exceptions, not the rule.

All have the no change excuse to get more of a tip. The front desk can break up a big bill as can most chain establishments like McDonalds, SM, SB, and 7-11. You do get glares if it is a really large bill and you are just buying a coke or breath mints. If you have local currency on arrival, some airport money changers will break a bill you.
Most small businesses do not have access to change as most do not have a relationship with a bank to get change. Another problem for them is they would have to have a lot of money tied up in change bills, possibly more than their daily sales. I arrive at my hotel, Regency Grand Suites, and my PL girl was already there waiting for me. Cute, but somehow she seemed prettier in the photos. In fact they all do I guess. From photos I'd give a 7, and in real life I guess is give just below that.

But yes, I have stayed there many times and can attest that it is livable for short term stays of 1st world guests. This would be an ideal spot for a LAC customer who needs a little quiet time with another LAC Customer. It is about 90 feet door-to-door. Have his LAC girl meet him in the lobby of the Brickstone. BGC doesn't have any places like EDSA, LA Cafe, or Burgos. The good news is there are a few great nightclubs, but keep in mind these also attract well-to-do locals, many of whom are young and fit. Of course there are women working the scene, many of whom are wanna-be models (some legit ones too), air hostesses, condo saleswomen, and the like who are looking to land a bloke who will elevate her financial status for longer than a couple of days. Aspirational girls.
BGC does have other merits if you're good with chatting up the girls working in shops. They don't get hit on to the extent girls working at Robinson's or the Makati malls do. There are several call centres in and near Market Market, so you'll see groups of them (look for the ID badges) in cafes and fast food places during their breaks. Most of these girls are educated well enough to converse without difficulty, and being surrounded by wealth tends to influence them, both for good and bad. This is all mobile numbers collection for after work meetings. Most of the call centre girls work the graveyard shift, so they're available for morning meetings if you aren't busy.
The bad news is being an older foreigner with a few bob in your pocket doesn't carry the same cachet here as it does at LA Cafe or Exclusiv. When a club attracts a lot of sex-seeking foreigners older than 35 or so it develops a reputation and the well-heeled start to shun it and their hangers on follow; it may astonish readers to learn young wealthy beauties aren't enchanted by a leering 55-year-old shouting "How much for a long time?" on the dance floor. (I know, right!? You'd think they'd be grateful. Nightclub lighting tends not to show off my dazzling green eyes.) This is what happened to Icon at the Intercontinental Hotel in Makati years ago. This is not to say there aren't opportunities, but just that the hook-up dynamic at BGC clubs is more like a nightclub in London or NYC. In BGC clubs rules 1 and 2 apply more so than elsewhere in the city.
Frankly, one may have an outstanding time in Manila without bothering with the BGC nighclubs at all. Your closest commute from BGC is to Burgos.

GPG's (Golden pussy girls) I have found to be poor performers anyway. So just stipulate time.
Before I leave the meeting point I do a recap again. So you are staying for. , it will cost. And you will do.
Remember it is a business transaction. Make this your standard MO. (* proviso. I go to some places in the world where I tell the girl come with me and it is all understood but this is not the norm).

Day 1, Wed:
Landed on Wed afternoon, spent the day sleeping and getting used to the place. Staying at the Red Planet, QC since I am more of a MP guy than the bar hunting one.
Day 2, Thu:
Started connecting with girls on OK Cupid, Pina love etc. Hooked up with one of them, promised to meet at a nearby mall. Turned out to be a nice girl with great manners and total GFE material. Not a stunner look wise but made me very comfortable. Went on a date, touched around a bit, didn't seem to mind. Parted way with a promise to meet the next day again.

I have done Angeles City numerous of times before when visiting the Philippines but is time to do something different any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.Never ever heard of a hotel in Manila which are NOT girlfriendly (I am sure there are a few like hotels connected to some religious org but you won't hit them in Makati, BGC, Pasay, Ermita, Malate, Paranaque etc using normal bookingengines aka Agoda, Hotels.com, Expedia etcetc). By the way most of the fun places would be in areas listed above. You have some up in Quezon as well but I don't think you will go there bcs mostly it cater to the cheating local pinoy crowd. On the other hand, if you like KTVs and hanging with the locals, who knows.
Hotels; Just remember to book for 2 persons as some hotels can have a joiner fees. If you do so you can at least bring one girl without they claim you to pay mentioned fee. I have brought 1-3 girls without never having a problem. Makati around Green Belt would be my recomandation. Hotels would be Fairmont Makati, Shangri-la Makati or New World Makati (from 5-7 k php and up). Yes no problem taxiing or Ubering to Burgous if bargirls your thing. Others will recomend hotels to you in Burgos I am sure but that area is not my style. Mentioned hotels would be approx 400php using white cab from the airport. Using the skyway it should take you from 15 to 30min taxitime from T3. Time of arrival will be of some concern but not anymore due to mentioned skyway. T2 and T1 arrivals add a few minutes(look at an online map)..
Areas; Makati provides you Burgous and Greenbelt. Burgous bar-/ massage- and FL girls. Green Belt and next to a club called Havana you have loads of FLs as well. Watch out for LBs. EDSA in Pasay have a girliebar complex. I believe a hotel called Heritage Hotel is across the street from this complex. Along the Manila bay, still in Pasay, you have dancingbars / KTVs. Running along the bay towards Ermita and Malate you will in the two latter mentioned areas find KTVs, LA Cafe (LAC- freelancers place 24/7), massageplaces and FLs (Robinson shoppingmall being mentioned). Happy poonin, I am out.
As I have read throughout the forum, it seems like the Philippines is, together with Thailand, the place to be for cheap mongering. The likes of Angeles, Burgos, Malate and EDSA entertainment center seems to be the places of concentration especially for foreigners. It is because the Philippines is like a tale of 2 mongering cities. 1 for foreigners and 1 for locals. I'm sure you guys know a lot about the scene for foreigners so Ill try to give my thoughts on the local scene. If this has been done, I'll just add my thoughts.
The Local scene has more to do with MPs, KTVs and SPAs. MPs are the easiest and most convenient because sans the traffic, you're done in 30 minutes to an hour at fairly reasonable rates and you don't have to worry about a room or rubber. Its all there. KTVs are more expensive due to LD and if you want to have fun, the VIP rooms are much more expensive. But a lot of these places, you can still get the job done without leaving the place. Now spas have become more popular across the metropolitan area. Most of them won't have sign boards, so I'm not sure how people find them outside being members of some local adult oriented fora. The problem with spas is that they can get more expensive than MPs with half of the service. Anything more than a HJ will cost the same if not more than most MPs. I actually think that the rise of these spas has lead to the decline of MPs.
Escorting has also been on the rise the last decade. And unfortunately, so has inflation. A lot of these girls think so much of themselves that a lot price themselves higher than the hotties at Brix. And these are mostly local clientele girls. The popularity of the DSLR a few years back has borne too many "photographers" that demanded "models" for photoshoots. So these "models" have inflated the market for themselves. A so-called model can demand $200 or even up to $500, and sometimes just because a girl is friends with a popular car show model makes her think that she can charge almost the same rate as their friends.
Really tough. That's why sometimes, when I leave for Singapore or Shanghai, paying SG $300 for hotties at Brix isn't so bad. Even with the drinks cab etc, would come out cheaper than what we would be paying back home.
BTW, we locals have a stereotype that a lot of foreign Western men like what we call the "exotic" (dark skinned) types more than the lighter skinned oriental / Eurasian types. As BR said if you go to the A&E of a local hospital or a doctor and get the issue sorted out and a script all is OK.
Alternatively you could try and find smaller off the main beat pharmas or look for Generika etc as these may issue without a script. Pharma 360 was a good one also in the past but there is a push to stop random OTC sales for a number of reasons.
Sometime taking an old pack with you to the pharma would help also.

If you have an international emergency package like SOS you can ask them for a referral. You can probably ask them anyway as they have an office in Manila. You could also try Healthway. It is not rocket science to run the labs and diagnose. You just want speed, accuracy and a copy of the results. You can then confirm with your primary as to the treatment. But get the scrips anyway. IMHO.

Some of the tests take a few days for the results. All the labs for all the STIs excluding HPV will cost about p15,000. The major hassle with a big hospital is waiting to pay your fees and then waiting to be called into the lab for the tests.
Some of the city governments have testing too; you can google (name of city) Social Hygiene Clinic to determine if there's one near you.

The Hyatt hotel and casino and the Pan Pacific in Malate both about 10 min walk of the LA cafe, there are not too many nice hotel in the area not a very nice area of town.

Try the Diamond Hotel. Just a block or two south from LAC between Roxas and Del Pilar. Five-star hotel. It's beyond my means but I have had drinks on the rooftop bar where they have some good music and umbrella drinks.I haven't stayed at the Diamond but the Pan Pacific has a roof bar as well. They are very friendly. And the breakfast buffet is superb. The pool is small.
If you feel adventurous, there are several small local girly bars within a block of the Pan Pacific. Ask the concierge. I was tempted to stop in a couple but was already with my girl for the evening.
Robinson's Mall is maybe a 10-15 minute walk and offers good dinning options. You will pass a nice Spa on the way. The spa directly across from Pan Pacific is not all that nice.

Higher end hotel will appear on normal hotel websites. Some exclusive hotels do not. Though I have noticed ST dumps appearing on major hotel sites. The, what looks like a PI site, site I mentioned in my post is a map of hotels and will show stars and price when the mouse hovers over it. Just zoom in and out. It does not specify ST though the ST hotels mentioned were on the map. Diamond was there. The price that pops up is I assume a normal stay price. All I am saying, is that it should work for most levels of hotels. (Even member and club hotels now appear on the Internet).

I walked into Plan be on P. Burgos on a Thursday night around 3 o'clock last month (also landed late) and there were still about 30 girls around and some customers. I did need to make a quick choice though as by 3. 45 the place was closing down and girls were going to change clothes.

Posting this series of FRs in the Manila section because it's in Metro Manila but not Makati or QC. Some pieces should go under General Info or Hotels, but it's hard to untangle the pieces. I'm afraid the reports may be unhelpful to most visitors in town for less than a week, but for the longer-term visitor I hope it's useful. I was sick almost half the stay, so the reporting is in order of my last contact with the ladies, not necessarily chronoligical.
Before arrival, my only prep work had been whole-hearted chatting on fake FB and half-hearted copy-and-paste messages on Filipino Cupid. I booked a nice 2 bedroom condo in Tivoli Garden (Mandaluyong) as my main base, later booking occasional other condos for shorter stays in Tivoli Garden and the recently opened nearby Acqua Private Residences. I found all to be much better deals than hotels and perfectly comfortable. Security at Acqua was air tight. Security at Tivoli Garden had minor gaps, but was largely occupied by upper middle class families and tourists.
I got sick (insect bite allergy & infection on face) almost immediately. Thinking wrongly that price would correlate with quality, I went to a clinic in SM Megamall. The front desk sent me to the clinic's dermatologist. She was a very good-looking for her age (pushing 50) woman who incorrectly diagnosed my problem but was shamelessly flirting with me. I'm a big fan of flirtatious women, but wasn't in the mood. Heal my Hulk face. Anybody interested in this desperate doctor woman, PM me. Her superficial treatments did nothing useful, so the next day I went to the walking distance public Mandaluyong Medical Center. I've been debating whether to include the ladies where I struck out or retreated to the disappointment of Wooly Jr. For now I'll include the more noteworthy ones. "Candy" is a Visayas girl around 22 studying nursing at OLFU. I met her on Filipino Cupid. She was busy (exam season), and I was sick and busy. Premium Airport Bus Service, aka UBE Express. http://www.ubeexpress.com.
In March they charged me 150, but their materials say 200. I was undercharged for transportation in Manila!
They have five routes. Apparently from the airport they make several stops (mostly hotels), but to the airport is non stop. If you called and asked for a pickup maybe they would stop.
The terminus for each route: Atrium Hotel, Kabayan Hotel, Crown Regency, Robinsons Mall in Ermita, Esplanade Seaside Terminal (MOA).
The buses are new with A / C. On a Sunday from Robinsons Ermita the bus was less than half full. It ran every two hours. I took the 4pm, and it took 35 minutes to Terminal 1, and about 50 min to terminal 3.
NOTE: Traffic in Manila is usually less dreadful on a Sunday.

Many hotels near the airport are starting to offer car service to NAIA.

The 12 k was just an unforced thank you gift after I already left. Too generous? Not generous enough? I have no idea. If all concerned are happy, economics tells us it was a good deal.
