Is the Red Planet Hotel on Mabini Street girl friendly? The location seems to be ideal for my purposes.
RG.I just stayed there. It is indeed girl friendly. On Google it's described as an adult only hotel. The reception explains the guest policy in detail and they have big posters saying "guest friendly". Just don't expect girls to be impressed. It's a very basic fuck and go place. Just a short report on a recent trip to PI.
Stayed at Sheraton Manila Bay. Needless to say, girl friendly. Easy walk to LA Cafe (woof!) if that's what you are looking for. Admittedly I didn't go there at prime times, but damn it was bleak. I know there are some pharmacies that offer this, I'm just hoping I can avoid going to a dozen locations until I locate one.

After waving Rosalyn goodbye I spent an enjoyable afternoon doing some sightseeing with Macca. I walked through Rizal Park (the Chinese gardens are particularly nice) to Intramuros, the old town with lots of Spanish architecture. That means it is good for robbers. At night I would feel more safe walking in shadier bar filled party areas where there are always people on the streets. Not a good idea to walk those quiet streets of Makati or close to big roads like Skyways etc. At night. Even worse idea to fight for your belongings if someone is holding a gun on you.

The point of SIM's is to control who is connected to the network and charge accordingly, eSIM tech and capability have been available for about 15 years now, but Telcos have pushed back hard to remain in control, Apple has decided to break the telco model further and unsurprisingly there is resistance to this push in control.
To answer your question, currently it looks like all eSIM plans available are data only; as new Apple phones in the Philippines still support the SIM, or you can roam with a number from your home country, there has been a big push locally here to reduce scammers, fraud etc on telecom networks hence the introduction of SIM registration which is contributing to the current unavailability of local numbers available on eSIM, so those coming in on short stays are out of luck at the moment in securing a local number for making / receiving calls or SMS.

If you really want / need a local number then it looks like a cheap burner phone is the only option as of today, when eSIM phones becomes more widespread I do expect this to change so you can sign up for local numbers when travelling.

Use a burner phone to register a local prepaid SIM number P50. Take up the data only plan on the eSim.
On the data phone register whatsapp, viber, line, DIA, pinalove etc using the local number. Ie the apps are on the eSim phone and the burner phone is just used to receive the authentication codes. Go around using whatsapp and the esim phone. Leave the burner phone in the room for checking once per day.
Interesting topic, will be interested to see if any other members have solutions for this new technical challenge. .

But the fact is Philippine never have CDMA system applicable for ePhone. Only GSM. Moreover Philippine is still poorer in sim management. Its been few days Philippine started registration of SIM card that highly in need to avoid scamming and crime. Last January I was there and non authorized non recorded sims are available here and there I walk around.

On arrival you have to go through e-travel gate, immigration gate, pick up baggage, get bus to next terminal, checkin for flight and go through immigration again between the flights.
Giving allocated time for all that of 1 HR 15 minutes is somewhat a dream. You'll be lucky to get out of Terminal 2 in that amount of time if baggage handlers have a bad day.
Also at that time of night pickings would be slim. Wait for Singapore.

I have never played in cabanatuan so can't be of any help there. Have some experience in Baler, some small bars there, but nothing really to recommend. You can try the dating apps as tarlac and AC is reasonably close by so there is plenty game in your area. Just be aware that they work on filipino time. A girl from AC that will travel to you will only be 1-2 hours late, but a girl from tarlac that will travel to you will be more like 2-4 hours late.

Its pretty much 100% certainty that I will catch something when in PI. Azithro stopped working around 2015, and doxy stopped somewhere around 2018. And yes I have been disease free in all other countries except PI. I always bring in a doc, get IV and shots towards the end of my trip now. SOP.

Also, given incubation periods, wouldn't a test before returning home for the average two week warrior mean that he hadn't contacted anything on his first day in town. Any subsequent infection would still be testing negative??

You can 'prevent' by taking a lower dose each day. I do 100 MG doxy each morning while I'm in country. Doxycycline is commonly prescribed for dermatological issues for a month or more at a time. As I said earlier my (ex) girlfriend was prescribed bacrtim to take every time after sex because she was getting bacterial infections. Yes if you have a full blown case of Chl or Gon with a high bacterial load, you would take what Geneva said. The idea is to catch it before it develops, therefore the daily use.

Guys pardon my grammar mistakes in advance, English is not my first language.
Landed in Manila early April and stayed 2 weeks. I have two disadvantages.
1- I look Arab / Indian.
2- Not having deep pockets.
Anyhow, 95% of girls I set up for weeks ahead turned out to be flaky. 5% or 4 girls who showed up are not as good looking as I like but still better than nothing.
My main game was in LA cafe, Robinson Mall, and Little bit of Burgos.
I had more success in Robinson than anywhere else, stayed at Malate (Palm hotel) and red planet in Makati.
I paid around 1000 peso to 2000 peso in Robinson mall. Fortunately I have good taste (in my own way).

But in general just figure it will be the same as the massage rate. Ie if the massage was 3 k, then the extra will be about 3 k. Expect to have to bargain (it does kill the mood) as they will start high.
It would be cheaper to get a massage if you want a massage and the extra from a pro as cumulatively it will be cheaper, unless of course you were after the nuru. If you straight up just want to drain the lizard, its better to just do a search for escorts. It will cost about the same 4-5 K and that will get you 2 shots, and you might be able to sneak in a simple massage.

We often use the term 'the going rate' on this forum, then we don't like it when the going rate changes.

Cost at night is about p250 ($5 US Dollars) each way in a taxi. The only cheaper option is taking a jeepney from LAC on del Pilar St to Buendia St, then change jeeps and ride (2 rides) to Makati Avenue, then walk 3 long blocks on Makati Ave to CG hotel. Jeez that's an hour or more on jeeps to save a few dollars, and there is the serious possibility that your LAC girl will think that you are so cheap to ride the jeeps that you won't have the p3000 in your pocket that you promised to pay her, and she will jump out of the jeep at the first stop (if she bothers getting into it in the first place). If you can afford a plane ticket and p3000 to hammer her, you can afford the taxi.
Alternately there are short-time hotels in the LAC area (the LAC girls will know where and the cost).

You are spending $700 a night for your hotel and are worried about the cost of the girl? Personally I would get to know a girl first before I would take one on a multi day trip.
