Quality is definitely down, though the most frustrating part is that is has become a thing for the asian cliental (mostly korean) to go at the bar opening time of 7 and pull the best lookers often without even bothering with a drink.

Phuket is certainly better for girls, many more options. However the diving isn't that great, and from Patong Beach, to the pier to the dive site is at least a couple hours, so much bigger commitment than in sebang.


This was an excellent report. Looks like the quality has dropped somewhat from the one and only trip I mongered in Sabang. Met my first Filipina GF there in Broadway (photos below) in 2005. I would submit that Phuket should have a decent combination of diving and girls. Had a great time there doing both in 1991, and I would imagine that there are more girls now. There was decent diving at a couple nearby islands (Ko Racha Noi and Ko Racha Yai), and there is less clear but supposedly interesting diving at the nearby spots Shark Point and Anemone Reef. There were plenty of cute working girls in the local bars and discos at Patong Beach, and even some great looking girls in the private houses w / mamasans of Phuket Town.

I remember a crystal clear drift dive over a staghorn coral forest at one of the Racha islands that was superb, only marred by my rented BC's valve sticking and filling up with air, all while being charged by a Titan triggerfish as I drifted over its nest. Was pretty funny when I look back on it. This dive was in 1996.

Back for another round before lunch and then another after lunch if you see fit letting her go home and get ready for work at 3 ish that tends to fill in the afternoon pretty well. 😁.

If you want the to arrive in the afternoon rather than stay the night before, just tell them in the bar to come around at 3 pm or whenever you want. Other options are get numbers in the bars then cold call at lunchtime. Note that many girls may still be with last night's John. I've found simply stopping the off duty girls walking around the streets is the most reliable as the girls are totally unreliable at meeting phone or night before bookings. A seat at the Big Apple over looking the footpath offers a look vantage point.

There are newer rooms out the back. They are far better than the old front rooms but still nothing special.

The food comes in very large servings and quite tasty but yes, allow a few hours to be served and delivered. Especially if the place is busy. I'm not exaggerating.

In summary, the Big Apple is a shit hole. But it is a shit hole with a lot of character and in a great location where nothing is off the menu. They have catered to some wild impromptu guest parties.Good summary, LOL.

When I first went to Alona Beach (Panglao Island) over ten years ago, I loved it. Sadly, it has become a tourist trap. My favorite watering hole has been torn down. My favorite hotel had a nice Thai restaurant, but now has set up a fresh fish option which brings a lot of extra noise, clutter, and even trash. There isn't much space for swimming as much of the water has become parking for the bancas.

Of course if you like a lot of noise and excitement, this is the place for you. And I have to admit, some of the young Western and Korean women walking about are gorgeous. If I were twenty years younger I would try to hit on some of the Koreans gals.

One alternative is Dumalung Beach which is also on Panglao Island. Not yet too commercialized. Lots of white sand. And it's a short ride to Alona beach if you want a bit more excitement or more shopping and restaurant options.

I am not a bar goer so there may be bars there that may offer some success but I don't know. My hunting strategy is Tinder, SA, PL and WeChat.

Live band set / disco music set / repeat nightly. I doubt you will find freelancers there, just lots of locals drinking / dancing. There are some slightly more upscale videoke bars, but you don't find freelancers there either. Not much more in Butuan. On occasion I've been "Pssst!" from a girl on the street in the evening; once near Urios, and once between Robinson's and Dotties. Another time a young cutie (18-19-ish, form-fitting hip-hugger dress) brazenly chatted me up mid-day on the jeepney from that McDo on Montilla, along the highway, to Robinson's; so brazenly that she tried to invite herself into Robinson's with me when I said I was going to meet someone (one of my regulars) for noon tea. Camp John Hay is a microcosm of the city and you're right Dg. You wonder if you are still in the Philippines. I go there often for work for 2 or 3 days each time. I enjoy the camp area too and always stay in hotels there but the hotels are full of filipino and korean family groups so breakfast is always a bit of a clusterf*ck.

Some magnificent old trees were ripped out to build the new SM.I think the deterioration has been happening for much more than ten years. I was guided there 11 years ago by Filipino friends, and they said at the time that the numbers of big pine trees had been reduced dramatically from years past. What struck me were new buildings going up everywhere, including on near impossible building sites on steep hillsides. At the time there were still a few of the old pale yellow wooden military buildings from the old R&R days at John Hay. They had divided them into multiple units and were renting them out as vacation lodging. I would be surprised if they still exist. My photos of them were a big hit at home since my father-in-law (whom I never knew) had been stationed there in medical rehab in the waning days of WWII.

It was 2 and a half years ago, that I got serious about mongering. It wasn't my first time. I'd lived in Germany, the UK and then in New York and I learned how sex could be bought. But, I was also young and usually found it more appealing to get it for free. That comes from being young. In the aftermath of my divorce and I've never gone to the same mongering destination twice in a row. There are too many new places to try. I first went to visit an old friend living in Berlin, which by chance happened to be the sex capital of Germany (though the FKK enthusiasts on ISG have not figured that out). It was new beginning and an alternative to trying to start dating American women again. Shortly afterwards, I visited Medellin, then later that year I visited Thailand, and then the DR. Last March I mongered in Kuala Lumpur and then onto Bali. Its all been a fun experience, and I've never been disappointed with any of trips, despite a few sub-par providers. It always a new experience when I go somewhere new. There are no previous experiences to compare the adventure to. And its always a thrill to try a different nationality of women, eat different food (except in Colombia), and drink different beers.

So, I am surprised so many guys keep going back to their old haunts, Pattaya, AC or the FKK clubs. What I do notice where disappointment is most often expressed is places like those, with a low-barrier to entry, easy accessible to English speakers and minimal requirements to adhere to local social norms. But, when things are so easy and there is limited risk, you are going to get bored or disappointed. That said, if you are unhappy with your last to AC or anywhere else, I think it pretty obvious what you need to do next.

The place upstairs is Quantum but it appeared with business down Midnight was closed so everyone went upstairs to Quantumm. I stopped into Philiipine Disco and a place called Cupid Lips. Again it is more quiet less Koreans running around raising prices. I had a BF from Cupid Lips last night and it as 3000 K so that is the same as it was over a year ago. I am not sure if Quantum is higher as I was not interested there. The ladies at Cupid lips tended to be a bit older and I prefer that anyway. For sure it is really quiet and to be honest I kinda like it.

The BF I had was sweet and not over the top attitude and stayed the night. Was nice and sweet but only had one pop and then I past out from the 4 dives during the day. She wasn't interested for another round in the morning so that was a disappointment. Had breakfast together and then she headed out.

Did short trip in June and short answer is don't bother.

Sabang become very congested look as it cover with some kind of cement as they build everywhere. I tried to use Wechat but 100 percent ladyboys. Some use real girls photos but when I asked them to bring ID they walk away from the meeting.

Walking around and saw nothing at all day and night. New 7-11 store successfully beat all other stores in price as there is not alternative for Hot cappuccino, water meals etc.

White beach was dead completely, absolutely nothing. I stay in a place for 900 php in Sabang and 1000 in WB.

I also visited angeles and Manila. Next time I will use dating sites. The bus back to manila had WIFI as its seems the norm in all busses. So the little paradise is gone comparing my previous experiences there.

Olongapo / Subic bay went down the drain in my opinion.

Cebu / Angeles was maybe not bad about the ladies but everything else pretty much lacking.

Manila is also not really a Mecca of diving and too pricy compared to the other places anywhere.

Any other experiences for a combination of diving + mongering would be highly appreciated, does not have to be in the Philippines.

Most of the other places seemed to focus more on one of these two.

Nearly 20 years ago, I would stop in Dagupan on my way to Baguio. There were some very inexpensive go go bars and the quality was overall pretty good. I haven't been to the PI since 2001. I stayed there for 9 months. I could go to "The Province. " and pretty much take up with anyone I wanted. After the 2nd meet, Pinay get pretty primed. Wet little creatures they are. After that, pros didn't do it for me.

I can't say anymore that its even there but, I preferred Dagupan to Cebu because it was less commercialized.

Arrived Bohol for a few days of sun and sand, Texted all day with a 23 year old to come see me at my resort in Alona Beach. She was hesitant but kept coming back to me saying Okay. I've had a few trips to Boracay and enjoyed the night scene on several occasions. I've had some worthy encounters there of the three visits, had to work at it. Memorables, the complete dump, Cocomangas Shooters bar, provided a drunken FL MILF gem for 900 php that proved quite entertaining. Another night, I took my hotel security guard up on his offer to get me 18 yo spinner. And sure enough, local girl, new to trade and quite horny was well worth 1500 php. During one visit in 1999 a family that was staying at the hotel (a Dutch couple with 2 little girls) were abducted one morning from a small boat en route for a picnic to the sandy islands offshore, and this marked the start of the Abu Sayyaf terror reign and rent-seeking activities. The wife and kids were released after a few hours; the husband after a day or two.

I was advised to "get out of Dodge" and did so within 24 hours, and I have never returned. Since that date Zamboanga became a definite "no-go" zone, and even my filipino colleagues would no longer go there. We transferred all workshops and training activities to Davao, and asked participants to travel there instead.

The hotel near the airport mentioned by GE is "Garden Orchid" but it too was subject to a small bomb outside the entrance around 2003 or 4 so I would be careful about going anywhere near there too. In short, I have no desire to return to ZC and have refused all requests to do any work there.

Apparently they speak Chivocano dialect there which is close to Spanish and which I have a working grasp of. A Zambo girl once told me that there were still native Spanish speakers in Z, the last in the Phils, which seems to have forgotten about the 350 years as a colony. The road to Sabang is passable but a trike mafia has tripled the fee to get you and your gear to Sabang (the sea plane jetty to Sabang is now 400 p vs the normal 150 p). Expect a pretty major fuck around at any transfer point.

Easy (ish) BYO options: Moalboal, Malapascua, Alona (all cebu imports).

BYO with effort: Coron (great diving but no beach).

Wildcard: Davao: stunning girls and islands / beaches / diving but girls and diving take a lot of preplanning. See my tongue in cheek post from my visit.

BYO with effort: Coron (great diving but no beach).

Sabang Beach in Puerto Galera is indeed a mini Korea Town, but worth visiting if you want to take part in both forms of diving. Scuba and muff. Unless you are into scuba diving, it's not worth going there for the girls alone.

I've just returned from there after a few days and here are my thoughts.

There are basically three ways to get there from Manila.

1. Sea plane. There is a daily (except Tuesday) sea plane service from Manila Bay to Puerto Galera. Price is 6,000 PHP one way and it's a 40 minute flight.

2. Car. Just hire a taxi to take you to Batangas Port. It should be 90 minutes by car. Then take the ferry to Muelle Pier. Not sure of the exact taxi price, but should be around 4,000 PHP.

3. Bus. Take the JAM bus line from Manila's Buendia bus station in Pasay to Batangas Port. Then get the ferry to Muelle Pier and then a trike to your hotel at Sabang Beach.

The ferry service no longer operates to Sabang Pier, so you need to go to Muelle Pier nowadays and take a trike to Sabang. They have closed Sabang Pier because they are building a waste water treatment plant on that site. A shit farm for Puerto Galera is long overdue. What hits you at Sabang beach is the constant stench of raw sewage. They are presently just pumping primary treated sewage right at the beach, and you can see a thick film of greasy black stuff on the shore. I saw kids playing in the water there. It can't be doing them much good.

The trike fare from Muelle Pier to Sabang Beach has been set by the mafia at 150 PHP for a 15 minute ride. The road is also being upgraded to Sabang Beach, so everything is a little chaotic now.

What they really need is a 6-month shutdown of Sabang Beach so some sort of order to the shore line can be established. At the moment, it is one big, stinking shit hole (literally).

Sabang is now totally set up for Koreans and Chinese, however, I was still able to have a good time. In fact, there are so few western mongerers, it was actually a good point of separation for the girls. There is an army of Brits and Australians there, but those men are only interested in drinking beer from 10.00 am until 10.00 pm and arguing about the rugby result every night. For fucks sake, do that in your home country you morons. Their haunt is the Big Apple Dive Resort Bar and you can see those losers there every single night. The only people chasing Pinay pussy were the Koreans and me.

The Koreans hunt in packs and will go into the bars at 6. 30 pm on the dot when they open. At 6. 31 pm, all of the hottest girls will have been barfined and only the Tier-2 girls will be left from 6. 32 pm onwards. I was caught off guard by this sneaky Korean tactic. I had my eye on this cute spinner and had arranged to barfine her earlier that day. However, instead of queuing at the door at 6. 29 pm, I was busy eating at Sabang Fast Food like an idiot and watched my hottie get barfined by a fat Korean prick.

If the hot chicks are all gone, there are heaps of reasonable looking freelancers plying their trade on the street behind the beach. They are also at the Big Apple Dive Resort Bar, getting free drinks off the Australians and winning money against the Brits at the pool table.

All bar fines have gone up to 4,000 PHP now. They used to be 3,000 PHP before. Freelancer rate is 1,500 PHP.

But for newbies or those that didn't care, the mamasan would ask for the entire money upfront. You had to insist to split up the payment, which is always a good idea.

Right off the bat I made an error. A girl I have known for some years in Manila asked to go with to Sabang. I relented, and against my usual practice of being alone agreed to take her along for three days out of ten I had planned to be on the island. It did not turn out too well with her although she was doable this was no train smash. Frustratingly the girl put up a struggle to stay with me but I insisted she go after three days which was our agreement. I can smile about it now but she dearly wanted to stay and watch tv and spend twelve hours a day in the bathroom. The girls cleanliness was second to none and she never had tv before. It sure beats London by a long margin and being here amongst the beauty of Mindoro Island is a wonderful experience. This was my second trip here and shall return. There were many expats around and playing killer certainly was fun. Nice report Slaol. My recent experience mirrored yours. The Australian owner / manager of the Big Apple is an alcoholic and the place is definitely in decline. You can see him everyday from about 9. 00 am onwards sitting on the front stools drinking solidly until about 11.00 pm. What's also disconcerting is that the main diving instructor Simon (the Brit) also gets stuck into the beers every afternoon.

There is so much that needs to be done to the place including renovation of all the rooms, replacement of ALL the diving equipment (as it is well beyond the use by date), replacement of the boat and motor (it broke down at sea when I went diving with them), getting a new marketing chick and sacking of the chef and all waitresses. I don't know if anyone would take it on.

I didn't stay at the Big Apple, but just went there for diving and for a couple of meals.

I'm going to splurge next time and stay at Atlantis as it seems like a very professionally run dive resort with nice separation from the hookers.

When the shit farm is finally completed and commissioned, hopefully the stench that permeates throughout Sabang will disappear.

A few members have asked if Sabang is worth going to considering the state of the sewer system and the fact it is largely catered for Koreans and Chinese.

My opinion is that it's definitely worth going to. It's a welcome relief from the chaos of Manila and you can feel the stress melt away as your boat approaches Muelle Pier. Like AC, an atmosphere of sex surrounds Sabang. Everyone knows you are there to dive during the day and bang chicks at night. Westerners get drawn to the Big Apple as they feel safe there without the Koreans! LOL. Drinking beer all day with ageing westerners is not really my scene, so found other things to do. Like diving, in-room massage, reading and wandering around on foot. There is a small gym in Puerta Galera town which has some old, but useable weight training equipment.

You will never need to sleep alone in Sabang. Just walk into the bars at 6. 30 pm and point. 4,000 PHP and the little spinner is yours. Plenty of freelance options are available as well at 1,500 PHP for ST.

Food is a problem in Sabang. There are no western style fast food places and the other choices are not great. The German bakery seemed to be popular and there is an Italian restaurant upstairs. But eating less is not a bad thing.

Reading the reports on Angeles City also the prices are way up and the opportunities way down. In short other countries than the Philippines may be worth more consideration. The only plus to the Philippines is the ease with which many women bed in spite of the overall poor quality.

I don't know what yours are, all I can say is I have lived here several years and witnessed the scene from different perspectives. Puerto Galera to Manila via Air Juan 6000 php. Reserved on their website, using credit card, was seamless. Flying back to Manila, we could see the SLEX traffic below heading north, absolutely jam packed. Couldn't help thinking: suckers! The AirTrav plane was newer but the service was the same on both airlines, 10/10 rating for both.

Rented a bike for 300 php and had a blast exploring. Rate is good from 8 am-6 m. This is a definite must-do. Google the sites to see and away you go.

Took a FL from Big Apple, 1000 php. She was 35, a bit crazy but got the job done. The next day she wanted to see me again and stood outside my room at the Big Apple banging on the door, begging to come in. Nuts. Never barfined anybody, but visited almost all of the bars. The area to go here for girls is called Bogtong. Just ask any tricycle driver to take you to Bogtong. If they say where in Bogtong, just say the bar. From what I saw it is comprised of 3 main places (could have been 1 or 2 more), 2 bars and 1 big disco place with a stage. I don't have the names, but took a girl from the first bar that has a red interior. Air Juan lands on the sandbar and all you need is a tricycle to Sabang for 200 (Road is ok, is under construction down to 1 lane at times but never had an issue. AirTrav lands on an island nearby and I took a boat to Sabang, no land transpo required.

SE.You're right about Mexico, been all over, definite obesity problem there. I was not thinking about the other countries you mentioned. There are maps online that show obesity rates by country and BMI stats. I was thinking about Colombia.

But generally Latin chicks have a problem with weight. However some countries, like Colombia, there is a heavy emphasis on female appearance even at older ages and many go for plastic surgery as well. I recently spent two weeks in Tagaytay called Zxeekers Lucky Day Spa. I was intrigued at the outside advertising and the fact that it is open 24 hours, a business model that would indicate extras. She told me to get undressed except for my underwear and lay on the bed. I did as I was told and waited a few min and in comes my masseuse. Her dress was not encouraging as she was wearing what looked like a pair of pants and matching top that looked like flannel. She was pleasant enough but when I tried to brush my hand against her she would re-position it. It was an OK massage but totally legit. I have been mulling over a more off the beaten path city to frequent for more than a few reasons.

1. I am known by too many ex bar fines / Date in Asia contacts (SM Clark, Clark call center girls) in Angeles and it is somewhat of an uneasy feeling I enjoy a bit of mysteriousness and I believe its safer and much more fruitful for people to not know my modus operandi.

2. The bar girl scene no longer lights that fire for me banging girls that 300 other guys have run through that year alone is no longer my cup of tea (it was fun while it lasted).

3. Some parts of phils is not what it used to be 8-10 years ago, Girls in manila, cebu and angeles all seem to have past foreigner boyfriends which wasn't the case 8-10 years ago in said areas.

So I have a question and before you answer the ubiquitous just "go to Angeles, Subic, Cebu or Manila" I have played them out and want to move on to lesser known pastures. They might not be greener but over the past few years I have been avoiding AC and Philippines as a whole.

I have been in some of the most run down places in Indonesia, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Myanmar and have experienced things some good and some very bad all without speaking 1 word of their language. It will be nice to do some of that same pickup magic with girls that can actually understand more than hand gestures. Picking up women is not a problem I poses as long as there are women around that being said. What brought me back is I have been reaching out to women in the following cites and have about 10-20 girls willing to meet in each area so here are the choices.

Tacloban City, Catbalogan City, Calbayog City. These girls seem much more genuine I'm lumping those in together as I probably would work my way north from tacloban and fly back to manila from Calbayog. These girls seem very naive and the amount of foreigners in these areas seem to be limited.

Surigao City, Surigao, Butuan City. These girls seem to be into swimming maybe due to their proximity to Surigao. These girls seem like they have had some contact with foreigners but not as much as the more major cities.

Cagayan de Oro. Lots of willing participants in this city which I don't know a whole lot about. Easy access to and from clark.

Davao. The girls seem to be willing but more conservative than most citys in phils. I've been watching some youtube videos about this place easy access from clark but the girls seem less open than normal.

And my last option is Tuguegarao I've always wanted to travel to far north luzon, I once heard from a Filipino truck driver that girls way up north are cheap and notably pretty. Not an easy city to get to but maybe the exclusivity of it might lend it self to a more genuine experience.

Thoughts on any of these locations opinions on them? Are my assumptions about these areas correct? I am not asking for advice on whether I should go or not rather thoughts on these areas as a whole.

The major tip I would give you is to keep activities very discreet, as filipinos in general love gossip (tsismis) and so (many or most) girls will be very wary about being seen in public with you. If you do arrange meet-ups you will probably have to plan ways to sneakily meet them without locals seeing you.

The best way is to bus them to another near-by city where they will be more relaxed.

I did posit the idea of meeting some of these girls in a neighboring city. The allure of these particular girls is that they claim they have no prior interactions with foreigners. First, because there's a more reasonable amount of interesting stuff to do in each city that you might not find in the others you mention. CDO and Davao both have fairly vibrant restaurant scenes, things to do and see during the day and enough of a big city "feel" to remain reasonably interesting.

I've lived in Davao for approximately 17 years, and despite its somewhat "conservative" reputation, it's pretty easy hunting, either for the P4 P or semi-pro variety of women. CDO, which I know less well but where I've been many times, is pretty much the same though on a smaller scale. Both places have the usual point and click-type bars and, in the case of Davao, numerous KTVs where you can play inside or take the girls out at your option. Both have ample malls, coffee shops, and other meeting venues where it's possible to meet non-bar women. You might want to consider traveling by road from Davao to CDO or vice versa, simply because it's a beautiful and interesting 5-6 hour drive through some varied scenery. The road is steadily being improved, and if you don't have a car of your own, bus and van transport is easy to arrange and quite safe.

That's just my take, but then again I'm a confirmed city boy and too much time in rural areas makes me want to run screaming for the nearest traffic jam as quickly as possible.

I've been to DVO a couple of times and would recommend it to anyone who is happy to get off the regular tourist runs. The girls there are great. There is a flight from Clark to Del Carmine which is Siargao Island with PAL. CRK-IAO it comes to about $150-200 round trip one way is like $60-80 but the girl I want to meet lives in Siargao city which is a ferry ride (Angel 2) from Siargao Island my conundrum is that this flight lands at 12:20 and the last ferry I believe leaves at 3:00 pm. And CRK-CEB ($35-$50 one way) to CEB-SUG ($60-$80 one way) (Siargao City) is about a 7 hour lay over.

I would probably leave from Butuan to MNL or if I'm up for an adventure I will travel from Siargao City via land to Butuan I have some girls to meet there as well and then another 5-6 hours to CDO and then another 5-6 hours to Davao? And fly back to clark from Davao.

If I get burnt out my plan is to somehow make it back to Clark and recharge since the flights are only in the $150-200 range round trip its really not a big deal to fly in and out of Mindanao.

At least you didn't have any problems with a walk up rate that's good to know which is great because I wouldn't even really spend a whole day there and I don't want to prebook a hotel because I want to get off the island ASAP I think the ferrys start up as early at 4 am. How long is your holiday and what is your definition of "nice beach"? For example, Malapasqua Island, Cebu has beautiful beaches, but not so good for snorkeling.

It's been many years since I've been to Puerto Galera, but it is a place often recommended for combo of bars and beaches.

If you have a reasonably long holiday, try to find the woman of your dreams online or thru other contacts, meet her, take a test ride, then invite her to the beach. The women are obviously concentrated in urban areas, so I'm going to suggest a few city / beach combinations.

Cebu city and then to Malapasqua or Moalboal or even a ferry to Bohol or Negros (Apo island / Dauin for beach and snorkeling). Siquijor is great fun too. Camotes Islands and Bantayan or on my bucket list.

Davao city and then to Samal Island.

Angeles City and then to Subic Bay (has bars, but beach not so nice / there may be some interesting places north of Subic Bay). Clark airport can take you to many beach areas.

Manila to Puerto Galero or Subic Bay.

This has worked well for me, but there was one adventure in particular that didn't go well. I wanted to go to Oslob for butanding watching and the falls. I was hoping for at least two nights. Met the gal online and then met live in Cebu City (mango area). We had a few drinks but there was no chemistry and we parted ways. The next day she contacts me and says she wants to go to the beach with me. So I took her. Found accommodation in Oslob, but she spent a lot of time on her phone and was a lousy lay. She looked great in a bikini though. Next morning, she was afraid to get in the water with the sharks. Early in the afternoon she wanted to go back to Cebu.

Your best bet is in Puerto Princesa, the main city on Palawan, and your arrival point by plane from Manila. Directly across the street from the airport is a club of sorts that has women there and available later in the evening. They had a 'fashion' show where women would parade around and then sit down on couches. I did not want to pay the bar fine so I got a phone number from one of the girls. In the morning, I walked over to a little outdoor breakfast place nearby and saw the girl on the patio and rang her up.

Then, I invited her to come to my hotel down the street and we walked over together for an hour or so. Also, this street, adjacent to the airport, has several outdoor bars and a few bars on the side street where I spotted a few ladies hanging about. This street goes directly into the downtown area and eventually winds itself out to El Nido. If you were quite lucky, you might find a takeaway for a couple of days in PP for El Nido. I took a bus (Southwest-simply get on for $16, they service kalipo airport 24 HR /7 day per week, going back is more difficult as the last airport transfer is at 7 pm) to Boracay. If you like to swim on a nice beach, this is the place to be. Water is clear and warm. The only problem is that the main road is under construction therefore it looks like a battlefield to go from the resort to the water. Once you get to the water in the afternoon, it's calm and nice to swim. You can take yours (island hopping) for a one time experience, but you don't have to do that and simply enjoy the beach on the island. Everything is really cheap, coconut on the beach for $2. What else can you ask for? They will split the coconut in half after you're done to enjoy the coconut meat.

Mongering wise, there is nothing. You can get a 2 HR massage for $20 (including 20% tip already) along the beach. Don't expect a happy ending. I guess you can go to bars and find girls at night, but it's not really a mongering option. There are many tourists even though this time of the year (June-October) is the low season. Supposedly there's humidity and heat plus rainy season, but I didn't see anything of that sort. Didn't really rain when I was there. No humidity. But I stayed on the beach 80-90% of the time.

Thanks.I recommend staying around station 2 if you really need to visit Boracay. It will be crowded because many bars are around this area. Don't visit station 1 because the main road is under construction until next year (as I am told by resort staff). I stayed at il mare Sakura for about $65/ night. Nice place. The only problem is the walk (2-3 minutes from water) where you need to pass the main road which is under construction (muddy after each rain shower). After my visit, I would not return until they have cleared up the construction (huge turnoff). If you can live with this, it is a very nice beach.

That suggests to me that it may indeed be devoid of talent. Then of course, there is the problem that that any talent scouting I might get involved in locally, is likely to reach the ears of my wife because of the family members in the vicinity.

My thinking was that if I did go, perhaps to have 2-4 days in Boracay, and spend the rest of the trip elsewhere. As I've said, I've been to AC, and hated the constant smell of exhaust fumes. Regarding your questions, I think very highly of my nephew, but I didn't choose the location. Had it been almost anywhere but PI, I would have booked my ticket by now. He is marrying a UK born half-Filipina. My wife doesn't like travelling except when she goes home. Age has caught up with her. Also, she doesn't like SEA.

I was more interested in going to a pleasant environment where I don't have to worry about choking to death on carbon monoxide, and have plenty of choice of company away from friends and family.

I've been reading up on my options. Laos and V / and seem to present problems with taking girls back to hotels. I don't like ST. I can't see that KL or Jakarta are that attractive. Cambodia gets worse every time I go there (too much Yaba I think) I like Thailand, but Pattaya, my favourite, is rapidly becoming a shadow of its former self. As I pointed out, if I go for the wedding, that's my holiday gone for this year.

Anyway, I'm not making my mind up just yet, but under the circumstances, PI is a bot more appealing now that I have heard all your wise.

Ángeles now is crappy and Manila isn't much better! I will never go back to those two places! My first night in Cebu City I got in late so wasn't the best find! But tonight while I was waiting for Hive to open up which was previously J. Ave. I found a sweet little spinner for 1500 short time, no baby, super GFE, and tight as a drum! BYO is not really an option for me, as someone in my family is bound to say something to my wife (who is not going). I'm sure she knows what goes on with my trips to SEA, but as long as she doesn't have to talk about it, she appears happy to be ignorant. You appear to be experienced at this. For my ideas from Dublin.

Book the Emirates flight DUB. DXB - CEB. CRK. This gives you a flight with lots of options. Maybe you want to arrive in Cebu a week before the wedding to get over the jetlag because at your age I'm sure you want to arrive to the wedding feeling fresh. Maybe just hit Boracay a day before the wedding after you "missed" your previous planned flight. Then your "holiday" just a few days can be after the wedding.

Maybe: have a stopover in Dubai for two days to play there.

Have a week in and around Cebu, Mactan and play there, get over the jetlag and clean out the pipes.

Go to wedding.

Go to AC and stay in a resort hotel away from Walking St and Macarthur Hwy. Take a daily ride to Walking St to pick a girl. Use Pinalove for a cutie.

Your best bet is in Puerto Princesa, the main city on Palawan, and your arrival point by plane from Manila. Directly across the street from the airport is a club of sorts that has women there and available later in the evening. They had a 'fashion' show where women would parade around and then sit down on couches. I did not want to pay the bar fine so I got a phone number from one of the girls. In the morning, I walked over to a little outdoor breakfast place nearby and saw the girl on the patio and rang her up.

Then, I invited her to come to my hotel down the street and we walked over together for an hour or so. Also, this street, adjacent to the airport, has several outdoor bars and a few bars on the side street where I spotted a few ladies hanging about. This street goes directly into the downtown area and eventually winds itself out to El Nido. If you were quite lucky, you might find a takeaway for a couple of days in PP for El Nido. I saw no action in El Nido outside a few random lady boys who hang outside the main beach bar. There was also one sad looking local style night club that seemed empty every time I strolled by. I did meet a ladyboy in a local outdoor street bar who was from there and was hanging out while her german boyfriend was sleeping off jet lag. I struck up a convo because she was quite cute and petite and I was fooled as it did not occur to me she might be a LB until she told me. Also, she seemed to take a rather dim view of me when I inquired about some local gg action.I have read your post and sounds pretty slow in PP but sounds like you have found a spot. I am doing some pre arrival planing and have pulled up street view of in front of the Puerto Princesa airport. I must admit I was unable to find any type of club across the street from the exit or looking up and down the street after you exit the airport.

It opened about 3 weeks ago, and I went in to have a look last Saturday night. It's on Basak-Marigondon Rd, when you come over Osmena bridge (the old bridge) from the mainland you come to a crossroads controlled by traffic lights, keep going straight for about 500 metres and Gurls Friend is on the right hand side of the road, it's a large building and well lit-up at night. It is more or less opposite a small Shell gas station. There is a PHP200 entrance fee which includes one drink, I had a San Mig Pilsen, subsequent drinks are 120 each.

It's big and spacious inside, with a / see, and they have a dancing girl up on stage for about 10 minutes, then a 2 min break, then another girl up on stage etc. Whilst I was there they all put a good effort into their dancing, unlike some places where they just stand there shuffling about. Apart from myself (white) and one other foreigner, all the other customers were locals.

There were about 15 hostesses available to come and sit down with you, most were what I consider to be good looking, and in their early to mid twenties. I was quoted 600 for one girl to come and sit down with you for 1 HR, that included 2 drinks for the girl and I was told that you had to buy the mamasan a drink as well if you wanted a girl to come and sit with you!! I thought that was too pricey so passed on that, and just sat by myself with a beer and enjoyed the dancing.

I didn't ask, but I am fairly sure the girls are available for take-out, and there is actually a s / t hotel a few doors away (turn right on the main road when you come out).

There are 3 more bars located in the area, all on the main road, all shabby looking from the outside (unlike Gurls Friend which looked very acceptable from the outside), none of them had an entrance fee, with locals being their main customer base.

The first bar is more or less next door (ie come outside from Gurls Friend and turn left) and had beers for 90, but only had about 5 girls there and no other customers. I asked a girl to come and sit with me, it was 200 and that included one drink for her. I was going to take her home with me but in the end I didn't, I was quoted 3. 5 k all night, I'm sure that could have been bargained down. I forget the name of the bar.

Coming out of that bar and turning left again, there is another bar next door but I gave it a miss, and went in to the next bar along, called 'More'. It was very busy inside with about 60 customers, all locals, not too shabby inside, and a stage for the girls to do their dance, one at a time. I was offered a girl to come and sit with me but declined, it was 100 for a beer, I ordered one and just sat there by myself and watched the show. There did not seem to be many girls working there, and those that I saw were average looking.

All in all, it was an interesting evening, I was warmly welcomed in all bars by all the staff and did not feel in any way threatened by other customers.

First, it was five years ago when I was there — around December 2014, so no assurance it still exists. Google map does not always have these type of businesses listed so it is possible that it is not appearing for that reason. I do remember that the house was directly across the street from the only airport entrance and there was a tall sign out in front but don't recall the name or maybe it was just advertising a local beer and the place doesn't even have a name. You might ask a local too.

There was a patio in the upstairs of this house where I spotted the girl the next morning. I was at a small park that had a kiosk serving coffee and breakfast with a view of the house.

Sky.Exit the airport, turning left, onto the national highway. There are several clubs on either side of the road. Easy to miss during the day. Easy to find at night when the Christmas lights come on. There are still a couple clubs on the road by the old, southern entrance to the airport. Enjoy.

FT.Depending on the amount of time you have, you might want to consider starting in Davao, in the South, then driving—by van or bus—to Cagayan de Oro. It's a beautiful drive through about 5 or 6 micro-climates and some spectacular scenery, and quite safe. The drive would take about 6 hours. CDO is, in my opinion, and easier option for finding women than Butuan, which is significantly smaller. You could then drive from CDO to Butuan, which, while not as interesting a drive, is perfectly safe Others on this site know more about Butuan than I, but having been there 3 or 4 times, I never found it particularly interesting, as there's noting much to do as I recall. The route I've just described is quite safe, particularly during the day, as are the three cities I've mentioned.

FT.How about let the girls be the ones to do the travelling? Maybe base yourself in CDO and send a few travel payments. Maybe sometimes the girl might be a no show but it puts you in a home base where you can be established.

Girls time is much cheaper than your time. If it doesn't work out with them, just put them in a super cheap hotel until they go home.

I stayed at the Paper Country Inn, which is the only halfway decent hotel in town. It's not really a typical mongering town, no girlie bars or anything, but there are lots of delicious hotties around just waiting for a "porinor" guy. I had lots of success in Bislig.

As a rule I go to the K bars for the eye candy and shows. I go to the 2nd tier bars for the fun, great girls and to party later in the night.

It's been a while so recent visitors may want to update my list but my extremes were: Quantum & Philippine Disco for looks but dead fish performance and ST runners; Sabang Disco and Coco Lips for fun girls and wild nights. CL was (is?) open latest and served as a final stop on the walk home many a night. The owner's closed door parties were legendary but required an easy to get invitation.

I'll beat ED and admit that the second tier bars haven't seen a lick of paint for years (ever?) and may have one of 5 aircons working. But again, stick your head in the door, if you like it stay, if you dont move on.

My go to is CoCo lips and Midnight. I stay clear of K bars. Yes they are hot but I haven't got enough money for them and make them work too hard, the poor dears. Coco Lips is certainly THE place to be especially late at night as the other bars close and he remains open. I have no idea why Google was showing all night trading on weekends only.

I thought Midnight had closed?? The Manager and all the girls have now moved to Quantum and the bar directly below it. He runs a very tight ship: very pretty girls, entertaining floorshows and a good surrounding. They must be the highest $$$ turnover bars in town. Unfortunately, the best girls are totally K focussed and give astonishingly bad service. And that's if you can actually get them to talk to you. A buddy and I were in the old Midnight watching one particular girl churn through the customers. She was literally matching our drinking rate: one beer for us, one customer for her, another beer for us, another customer for her and so on. Given this included the ST, shower (hopefully) and walk back, the 3 minute, 3,3 maxim may have been generous.

Having said that, I was totally kunt struck by their head pole dancer there for a while. The epitome of every stripper cliche you could imagine: a tall, thin, georgeous, wild child and 100% bat shit crazy, covered in tramp stamps, slashed up forearms from self harm and shabu use. But what a fuck!!

So take all my comments as generalizations. There certainly are exceptions.

ID agree that bringing back the bancas would be great but may be wishful thinking. If the OP is pressed for time then he might consider the direct seaplane flight from MNL. Very comfortable and quick and not much more than a chartered car / boat combo.

PL / DIA works everywhere. Just got to spend the time.

As for hotels, you generally shouldn't have any problem as long as you've paid a rate that allows 2 people. But to be sure, you should do your research.

There are usually some freelances at the intersection of Pioneer and Magsaysay, but you're really looking at bottom of the barrel stuff.

Disco Rama and Pier 8 are significantly better and more expensive options but to be honest not really all the great. I've never picked up girls from either of these places so I don't know prices, but this is because I've never really seen anyone worth pursuing at these venues.

You are right IG is not popular on Philippines like for white advertising bitches in Europe.

But some cute pinays do a great job there with sexy beach or surfing pics.

I just look for the hashtags and local girls, and like in Thailand they are answering me.

They don't seem to be working girls. Just local girls interested in white guys like on so many other islands.

I just make an appointment with one of these girls for show me around the island and have some drinks at night.

Siargao Island was very nice for a Vacation and easy to go there from Clark.

Its more Party there then on panglao, if you are young its very easy to find local girls or Filipino visitors.

There's a Party schedule for one week with a different location every day around General Luna.

Partys were big with mostly Filipino Party People from Manila.

Foreign tourists are mostly from Spain and Israel. I don't know why.

Direct flights from Clark have certainly made it an easy visit. It is a but of a edgy international tourist destination for the young surfs and back packers.

Has had a big tourist boom and land price increases in the past few years.

I haven't seen anything posted here recently about CDO, and as I plan to go there for a few nights next week I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask if anyone has any recent experience there. I've read some of the old posts suggesting that the bar scene is fairly dead and not worthwhile, so that seems like a waste of time. If anyone has any suggestions I'the appreciate hearing them. I'm interested strictly in P4 P with zero preparation and / or lingering expectations.

I was in CDO in February. I stayed in divisoria in a budget hotel called: Cagayan Park View Hotel.

Address: Tirso Neri Street. Going out of the hotel just had to turn left walk 10 meters, turn left again and walk 30 meters or so to be in a bikini bar with a decent amount of girls, another was very close by. Some girls hang out in the street in that area too. Prices in the bikinibars 2400 if I remember correctly. Streetgirls was 500-1500. Had a mamasan call a girl around 2 am, I asked for young, slim, pretty and big boobs, and I got that Enjoy.

There is not much P4 P action there. Most mongers take their LBFMs with them. There will be lots of white back packer chicks there, but I'm not sure that's the action you are after. Turn on Tinder and PL and see what happens. That will be your best option.

Can't really find anything more than that. Will definitely get a PinaLove account and work that. I'll be with a group and sharing a room, so unless I find a sexy backpacker with her own room. Looks like I may be looking for a cheap hotel for fun each evening before I rejoin my roommate for the night.
