I've persuaded my missus to go on a 3 day trip to Singapore. Fuck knows why, I must have had a moment of madness. The problem is that everytime I have been there it is solely for mongering. I know that this board is about P4P and I shouldn't be posting this but if any BM would like to pm me with any nice, quietish nightspots for a couple in their early 40s, with no, or very few WGS, I would be obliged. I was in Sing recently for my quarterly trip and decided to do the non-trad thing, based on some of the recent reports.
Went to the Blu Bar at the Shangri-la first, based on WM's suggestion. Got there around 9:45 - the place was quite empty. Wonderful hotel but not really close to the fun spots. Based on the posts here, it seems staying at the Shangri La is a better option because of Blu Bar. Can anyone report what the normal rate is there?

Even if they did, they wouldn't end up with a round number at 1SGD=0.6583 USD and all rates quoted here are round numbers.
The usual rates are around SGD150 for ST and SGD200-300 for LT unless you're daft enough to pay the SGD500-1000 some girls ask for.

I believe you can find something in Geylang - but I don't like the cattle there.
You can wander around Lucky Plaza and see if you can get lucky with a pinay or even try the basement at OT. I believe a few hang out afternoons out front of the Marriot or even the first floor bar of the Hyatt.
The other option is the bars at Duxton or at Paramount. Normally these are BMD bars and the girls have to stay in the bar until closing. I do believe some of the bars at Duxton have a barfine system.
If you got to Paramount at 5.00 and chat and buy a few drinks you can quite probably arrange to meet one next day before they start work. Try the quieter bars without the marauders outside. This might also work at Duxton.

I can confirm that Attica at Clarke Quay is a great spot for sourcing out freebies. There are a few pros in there but the management tries to keep them out. Be aware too, there's Attica2 upstairs which gets going after the downstairs Attica closes. THAT's where it really gets wild.

For those of you who have some down time in Singapore, can I suggest 2 places that give value for money in an otherwise very expensive city? Well, I will!
1.A place at no 11 Unity Street called Mamma Lucia. Unity Street is near Robertson(?) Walk(?)- memory is going, at Clarke Quay, I think. Anyway, they do bottles of Tiger for $3.95 until 11pm! Glases of wine for $5.00. Incredible prices. The owner Raymond fancies himself as a born again Christian and ex army, and he reckons he has served with the world's best armies/regiments, whatever. Anyway, apart from the cheap drink, he has 2 restaurants, an Itallian one and a Brazillian one. We did the Brazillian. Not cheap, but then again by Singapore standards not dear. $38 a person. It is a carnivore's delight. You start with a buffet of things, like pork and bean stew, couscous, salads etc, as your base, then, every few minutes the chefs come out with skewrs of meat- pork, beef, lamb, chicken in a variety of spice mixes or just natural. They carve you off huge chunks. Wow, you can really get stuck in here, as long as you haven't had 10 beers first!
2. Teh Pump Room, 3b River Valley Road, Clarke Quay, www.pumproomasia.com.
They have their own microbrewery and do IPA, Scottish ale and something else. Pints from $3.50 to $9.00, depending on the time of day. Nice place, quite a few ex pats seem to go there. We spent our last 4 hours before going to the airport there. Food isn't bad either.
I hope people try these places out because good value places should be appreciated.
BTW, I think it's shop 9 in Smith Street, China Town, rip off. Watch Smith Street in China Town, too dear.
Oh, yeah, hotels. The Park Royal, or New Park, or whatever it calls itslef in Little India, Kitchener Road/ Serengoon Road. Good location, shit hotel. Facade is good, staff excellent, but the rest is shite, for $150/night.

No worries, happy to help. Not sure about weekdays but on weekends, 11 p.m. or so, downstairs. Upstairs kicks off at around 3 a.m. (I think) or whenever they're obligated by law to shut it down on the first floor. When that happens, just go through past the dance floor, through the open air patio out back and follow everybody else through the door and up the long, narrow staircase toward your right. :-)

Orchard Towers will cost you less and you'll find 10x as many possibilities, thus the "four floors of *****s" monicker. Brix is a regular bar with a mix of about half working girls and half horny housewives, etc....
The whole island is only 12x24 miles though, so it's not like anything is very far away. A cab ride to Geylang from Orchard Road should only cost you S$10-12 dollars each way. It's well worth checking out, especially if you don't want to spend a fortune.

Don't worry about finding the action, it'll find you as soon as you walk in. Basically every bar or club there is chock full of working girls and occasional working ladyboys at the top. Wow...I have to strongly disagree about your pricing.... there's no way anybody should be paying more than S$200-250 tops for a long timer in Singapore, especially from someplace like Brix. Had a great time on Saturday night at Insomnia in Chijmes. Apologies in advance for the newbie-type report to experienced punters but that was my first time there.

I went to Clinic, a club on Clarke Quay, on Saturday night about midnight or a little later. People there were few and far between, the place is quite small too. It was a waste of time and of 15 Sing cover charge. The only positive was a couple of very nice and hot club hostesses dressed as nurses offering shots. Man, I WISH there were a concentrated area in Singapore like Wan Chai and its discos full of Indos and Pinays looking for fun. For non-working girls, my favorite haunts are Attica, Insomnia and Brix, in that order, strictly based on my personal success rate. You'll find some working girls in all those places too, but the quality is generally much higher than what you'll find in Orchard Tower. There are several other venues at Clarke Quay too, where Attica is located and a lot of them are just smaller, more open types of places where you can just stick your head in the door and see if there are any prospects. Orchard Parade - rooms in old section (looking over Orchard Road) very good and spacious - rooms in rear towers not so big but bigger than Orchard. Good Chinese Restaurant on first floor and good western food on ground floor. Prices are fair but often full of tour groups.
Traders - Rooms are similar size to Orchard and club lounge rooms are available at reasonable price. Long walk for ladies back to hotel. Outstanding F & B feature is whiskey only bar on first floor.
Negara, Ascot Shangri-La and others - I have not tried them. Interested in members views.
In response to Sudsoz interest in other hotels near OT, I've stayed in a few of the "upscale" Singapore hotels on a number of different occasions.
The Shangri-La is OK for walking to OT, however its all uphill going back, and the girls won't like that, but its only a 5-6 dollar cab fare. The rooms are large and the service exceptional. The restaurants are very nice also. The only thing I don't like about the Shangri-La is the long walk across the lobby to the elevators. I don't need to be seen by co-workers with my evenings entertainment.
The Four Seasons is directly behind the Hilton and is in fact connected to the Hilton via a shopping arcade. This closes however at I believe 1AM. I've used both the street access that starts to the left of the Hard Rock and up hill (provider complained), and the Hilton access. The Hilton access was great since it was raining, but it requires a walk past the Four Seasons lobby bar. (Co-worker potential again). Only other disadvantage is the closing time of the walkway. Rooms - normal high end upscale.
The Ritz is not close but has awesome rooms, under 10 dollar cab fare each way. Short walk to the elevators. Door staff has always greeted me and my companion kindly when I return. Has great 2 person showers. Food excellent.
My favorite is the Marriott 2 blocks from OT down Orchard road. The rooms are not as nice as the other 3 however, there is a side entrance right by the elevators. Easy in and out. This has a street restaurant/bar for people gazing. Also some providers sit at the end bar in the evening. Never tried them though, always saw them on my way to OT. Easy walk both ways and the girls don't mind.

Can't provide any support on hotels since I live here....
The Negara is a very good choice in my experience. There is a 'below bobby level' lift in the rear of the hotel which faces OT and is open until 23:00, but never a question asked if coming in through the lobby main entrance. Good rooms, with a large bath if that is what you need. You can get good Fri/Sat night prices for around SGD 200.
Orchard Parade hotel is OK, handy sure, but a bit of a dump and over priced IMHO. still, functional, and it too has a non-lobby side entrance open until 23:00 or so.

There have been some mixed reviews about Brix, most of the positive comments have been about the abundance of beautiful women while the negative comments centering on (a) high cost and (b) mediocre fucking skills of hot cunts who think their shit doesn’t stink. Here’s what I think.

I dont know any short term hotel very near Orchard Tower (dont also recall any hotel81 in the neighborhood of Orchard). You can consider spending your time in Geylang. 24 hour action, excellent location for ST, and cheap short term hotels. Yes, I agree that rumors are always flying around in Sgn. Last year, they were talking about relocating Geylang brothels to another place and 2 years ago the rumors about closing OT were already being discussed so only time will tell which will come true. The closest hotel from OT is named Negara on Claymore(formerly Meritus Negara Singapore) and its exact adtress is 10 Claymore Road.
Very convenient and confortable hotel with a direct access to OT but this backside door is closed at Midnight.
Orchard Hotel is one block up the hill from OT - you can walk to it through the shopping centre past the Irish pub. Rooms are small but hotel is OK. Nice pinay band in lobby and local business ladies often go there for a drink.
Orchard Parade Hotel is opposite Orchard Hotel. Rooms in tower are small but OK - rooms in front are better. Often full of chinese tour groups.

Having stayed at both Orchard Parade and Orchard hotels, my experience is that the basic rooms are similar. Higher end rooms are larger in OP, more modern in Orchard. Neither place is in any way a dump, but both have rooms that are 'unmodernised' but perfectly satisfactory. The best hotels I have experience of in the vicinity are Meritus Negara (Orchard, opposite Lucky Plaza) and Royal Plaza (on Scotts Road). Both are walking distance to OT, and often a good weekend rate is available - try wotif.com.
I've pointed out before the disadvantage of staying too close to OT. The temptation of your companion to bolt and find another customer can be strong, especially if all that's involved is a stroll downstairs. Few hotels in Singapore are more than a 15 minute cab ride from OT.

S$200 may get you Furama City Centre (adjacent Chinatown MRT and Peoples Park) on one of the discount hotel sites, for me probably the best location in town. Excellent hunting in the locality. If you're lazy or luck out (not you Sudsoz!) the bell captain can fix you up.

Yes, most of them come as tourists and, as citizens of ASEAN countries, get a 14-days visa on arrival. After that they always have the option of making a 'visa run' across the border (Malaysia or Indonesia). With luck it's possible to pick-up *anywhere* in Singapore. If you can read the signs it's surprising sometimes. I've been lucky twice on the #7 bus! MRT stations should no problem. But those cute schoolgirl look-alikes really are schoolgirls, and I doubt they're looking for trade.....take care!

I quickly put together my experience on Singapore.
My advice is mostly for rushed people, since I do not have time to hang out in bars.
Hotels:
No worries, all upper class hotels are girl friendly, when coming in with a girl you will be greeted with a big grin and a "have a good night sir".

Cheap to get anywhere.

Orchard Towers:
Abbreviated OT alias "the four floors of *****s".
If you need to go there, but you don't want everyone to hear where you're heading, you can tell the dirver to take you to the Hilton Hotel, which is situated exactly on the other side of the road.
Reading this forum, one would believe it is a very big place. Not so.
OT is a small shopping centre, where many bars are established in store spaces. The bars are small, and the place is smelly and poor-looking.
BUT there is plenty of pussy. That's the upside.
- The first downside is that you need time to choose the right one, that will not screw you instead you her: thais come over for working, so they will most of the time try to get the most of you.
- The second downside is, that they will ask you to buy drinks for the girls. The drinks are about 12 Sing$ for a beer!
- Another drag is that many bars ask for an entrance fee.
If you're on a hurry, avoid the thais and take a filippino from the lower bars. PRC (=People's Republic of China) girls will do too.
Prices can be steep - you should be able to get 200 Sing$/night. If the girl agrees too quickly, it is not a good sign - either it is not a girl (grab her pussy to get a hint - but some are post-ops, so beware!) or the girl is planning to rip you off later by asking for extra money every 30 seconds.
One in all, I would rather avoid OT, except maybe for a quick pickup of a filippino or two.
On a side note, the place is scheduled to disappear, since the building will be destroyed some time in 2008.

Geylang is the place to go to pickup girls that haven't been spoiled by westerners throwing dollars around them.

The triangular area bounded by Neil Road, Craig Road and Tanjong Pagar - Known as Duxton Hill for the street and the park in the centre - is just alive with bars with Filipina BmD ladies. changi airport is nearly a city in itself, comprised of terminals 1, 2 and 3. all kind of conveniences available, even a swimming pool. well connected by frequent public transport. the mrt city rail has a station inside the terminal as well as buses to any direction. staff at any station are happy to assist any transport queries. there are several mrt lines but in fact the most useful one for your whole trip will be the airport line, as it connects to the ferry terminals to batam and bintan, and to the hotel and "entertainment area" of gaylang district (see map at end of report).
if you come by the public bus from malaysia, it will drop you off in little india on arab street. from there it is only a short walk to the hotels on jalan besar.

the mrt operates on prepurchased cards and vending machines at every station accept banknotes as well as coins and credit cards. most trips cost between s$1-2 to which $1 deposit is added at purchase. you will get your deposit back when you redeem your card at a vending machine at your destination. travel on buses costs about the same but requires exact payment as no change is given. if you arrive for example from bintan make sure you have coins for the bus ($1.30). ferry terminals to batam and bintan are as modern and efficient as any airport with similar immigration and security procedures (though knives are ok). to approach gaylang you can use either kallang or aljunied stations. then it's a short walk. the #2 bus from chinatown also goes past geylang.

during the week gaylang has an oversupply of quality accomodation and it is recommended for a stay. there is not much noise in the area, despite of the "night-trade".

want good food? forget thailand! singapore must be one of the culinary capitals of planet earth. the problem usually is that you cannot fit everything behind your belt. think chinese, malay, indian and even thai food (especially in gaylang). best value are the food halls that are found nearly everywhere and a complete meal will cost s$3-4 including a drink. breakfast s$2. one coffee s$1. beer is expensive, s$3-5 a bottle. so is tobacco, s$9-10 a pack. you better bring some from indonesia.duty free are 200 cigarettes. importation of chewing gum has a limit of 6 sticks per person and cannot be bought inside the country.

there must be more behind good public security than just the level of police presence. it rather lies on the foundation if public good-will. like malaysia, you will hardly ever see uniformed police. they are mostly plainclothed. so, everyone is very careful. it is generally accpted that public safety in singapore is not a problem at any time of the day or night.
imagine this: cars always stop at red lights. even slow down on yellow and not speed up. hardly any traffic jams too. what a joy after experiencing the rest of asia. most cars are new. the air is clean. so are the streets.
tourists are accepted most everywhere, although may get a few stares at residential neighborhoods such as bedok or pasir ris (but the best food are there). in any case, getting information is not a difficulty.

the parlours are filled with thais.the next big group are the indonesians. these are among the youngest and prettiest. they work on the streets. there are also many indians, pakistanis and sri lanka-ans. particularly in certain dark alleys. these are the fattest and ugliest but local men can get them for s$20-25 a pop (for you they still cost s$40-50). the hottest, least in number and most expensive are the chinese from pr china. just a few every night and they speak nothing but chinese.

gaylang is a pretty relaxed place. lots of restaurants, general traffic. however as a westerner, you might feel out of place first but this will pass. the pimps and the girls are invariably friendly and don't mind browsers. you will soon forget that you are in "sex-town", it is so easy going. occasionally cops circle around but no-one pays attention. all the girls are 18+, to keep the idiots out of the scene. they have nothing to complain about. it is all quiet, peaceful. there is no presure to buy like at dolly in surabaya.

there are the "massage parlors". they employ thais. the bosses are chinese men. also some karaokes. the most action is on the streets, from lorong 4 to 22. thais also do the streets, as well as the other nations. mostly only on the even side of gaylang road. however, as the night wears on, some girls also work on the main gaylang road and the odd numbered lorongs (across the road), mainly around the hotels and carparks. possibly this is illegal as they thend to be more shy. after 3pm onwards there is plenty to choose from on any street but the full show is on after dark. then plenty of very good looking meat.
to find the pretty local singaporean-chinese chicks is another issue. that will cost a lot of money and they have their own local venues. definitely not at gaylang. this report will not cover it because the author simply cannot afford it.

therefore it comes to s$70-80 (usd$45-50) a pop for st 30-40 minutes. is that expensive? it depends. if you come from cambodia it seems expensive. but if you come from the states it is durt cheep, because of the quality of the meat is good and young. if you are not staying at gaylang then add another s$5-20 to this for a st room. in parlours the price of the room is included. also, the parlour-girls expect some tip. with the street-girls what you agree in is what you pay, there is no need for tip.
however, sometimes you can get around the "farang-surcharge" by being able to speak thai or indonesian or chinese. they are still hesitant but you can often cut a better deal. you can also suggest that she follows you to your hotel alone. that way no-one sees you together and they will not give her a hard time for fucking you cheap.

Good detail framework for the Sgn beginner, Aside from a few details, mostly on the mark.
BTW: Some Foreign Asian men (who don't know the proper local languages) are sometime charged the higher rates from some houses if the novice mongers don't know the price scales for asians ahead of time. But when confronted, prices will usually drop. The same is often true for local whites living in Sgn.

I have just returned from Singapore and enjoied evry night a wonferful girl. The hot spot there, that is the Orchard tower, opposite to the Hilton hotel. Aaaaaah! Back in the City of Sin again. Wonderful to be here after a spell in PRC. The Singaporean orderliness contrasts nicely with Chinese chaos but the PRC gals are present in both places. Took a stroll round OT last night scouting out something juicy but was persuaded to go off to GL by a couple of Australians who were new to S'pore and had heard about GL but were nervous to go there alone. (Fears of crime, mugging etc! Haha!)
So we took a cab out and checked out the Lors. We took one gal each from 6/66. Good business-like service in each case but of course we had to pay the higher western rates.
Then we took a couple of beers and some great GL food, watching the world go by. Finally the PRC urging called again and I wanted a gal from Talma/Lor 8.
