You missed Orchard Towers in your list. It is only a few blocks away from Brix and has some of the same ladies (they move between both) for half the price. The main pickup bar in Orchard Towers is Ipanema (2nd floor on the right side of the escalator). Most of the other bars in OT are buy-me-drink bars so don't waste your time there. Quick report on my last 3 days:

However I have found on SBF a reliable stable in the FLDome 3 section (girls from other parts of the world). At present they are known as Elite69. However they regularly change names etc (formerly FL69 and other names). I hope this will help some of the other newcomers around.

Making plans for the night I came across a business man and a girl that seemed somewhat drunk already on the street, asking me for directions towards Hyatt, and specifically a "club named Mix or something like that". I laughed and looking at the high heels of the lady with him, advised him to take a cab. Off they were and I decided not to get ripped off at Brix myself, because basically this is what is happening there. Except for the Russians and Colombians I think, you can find exactly the same girls for half the price at OT. And so I crossed the street, passed by some freelancers at the street. One of them was actually quite good looking but reminded myself of the rules I had set for tonight. Do not rush, and do not have the girls push you, as this is obviously what they are trying to do. Besides, the girls outside OT mostly have a good reason for not being inside a bar. Entered the building and yep the old lady was sitting there in the corner again as if she didn't move an inch since the last time I was there. The staff in the lobby that would usually give me a warm welcome and broad smile but didn't look up this time and kept staring at their screens as if we were some kind of invincible ghosts. So far, so good. The girl gave me one of the better GFE's experienced abroad. No rush, no problems with this or that, no stories about medication for sick family, no fake tears, just plain fun, chatting, sexing, full package until I made a fatal mistake at 5 AM.

I had a meeting next day and she would be heading back home to Indonesia the next day as well, but almost insisted on sleeping over. I'm not being arrogant but we all have a rating for ourselves, I'm quite young and able to pick up a girl in a normal bar if I wasn't too lazy for that. But.

As a matter of course you should have locked away anything of value before you left the room to go out for the evening & then on returning make sure you put your wallet & phone etc in the safe. I don't care if they see me do it, if they do a runner the only thing they can walk off with is the shirts in the wardrobe. Having said that I've not had anyone leave at 5 am, although some of the ST ones have nipped off pretty quickly afterwards. That's to be expected unless you negotiated differently in the bar.

I do think you are setting up an odd arrangement though: you are overpaying for LT which usually means action in the morning & then booting her out early. If that's what you want maybe you should have made it clear in the bar so she would not have felt insulted.

I rarely do overnights, but as noted, put all your valuables in the safe. And if you don't want them to leave early. Put their money in the safe also and say "I'll pay you in the morning of course". I would not take a Viet overnight unless she was a repeater. And $450 for LT YIKES. I usually get 200 -250.

I am planning another trip Asia (my first was in Thailand late last year) and I am considering multiple destination if I can get two weeks off. I realize SIN is not a major monger destination, but it seems to have its charms. But, what struck me recently how well it is connected to other cities in SE via low-fare regional airline. And to my surprise, it is currently the cheapest destination in Asia from my nearest international airport here in the US (as well as one of the fastest journeys).

I actually began planning my trip by looking at Angeles City, PI and noticed is airport, CRK is serviced by a limited number of Asian airlines. Turns out that SIN is one of the few airports that have an inexpensive flight direct to Angeles City / CRK. I am also aware that a ferry ride across the straights gets you in Indonesia, another nation that seems fascinating (but is also very large and scattered for obvious reasons). Many of these low-cost Asian air carriers are off the radar here in North America, and don't show up on travel sites or fare trackers. Thus, this was not the most obvious destination at first glance. I'm doing a bit of tourist travel as well as mongering. One of my initial plans to visit Asia last year had me fly into KUL, and take the train up to Penang, over the border at Hat Yai, and up to Chiang Mai. I just read that one now has to cross over the causeway into Malaysia to catch the train up to KL. But, that doesn't sound insurmountable.

That said, are there better hubs or equivalent hub for travel throughout SE Asia, or is SIN a good place to start (and end) your trip? Because you said you want tourist travel with mongering too, then the option of landing in SIN and taking the train up to Penang is a great trip (I did it in the mid-90's so I assume it's still a good option). You can check out the recommended places in SIN (OT, Geylang, Brix etc) and then enjoy Penang after a great train ride. Alternatively, bypass Penang and go straight to HatYai, sin city of the south. It's actually a "brothel town" only designed to cater for the randy Malays so lots and lots of options there. Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai both have their charms as tourist spots, and mongering is possible for sure but not as strong as Bkk of course.

Is KL really that bad for mongering? I fancied visiting a day at least and checking out the scene at Ace Elektronik / Richmoore Hotel. KL seems to be a bargain destination for upscale lodging, unlike Singapore.

Yes, I read about how older Singapore men pour into Batam on the weekend. Is this because the mongering is better in Batam, or because its just a convenient getaway from Singapore (and their wives)? As recommended contacted LAX and requested for Samsung. Was directed to a discrete location. The flat was much better than the previous shitty hotels such providers have directed me to.

Day 1.

Since I'm in Singapore for work and won't have time during the day the rest of the stay, I decided to hit GL first. Took an uber to Hotel 81 which was conveniently beside the lorong 16 CAT 150 houses. Popped into a second floor house. The attendant / reception (OKT) was very nice and didn't try to overcharge me. Even showed me that the local that came out also paid the same price. Things kinda took a turn for the worse here. Not really a bad experience but the night was weird.

So after crossing off GL and striking out at Ipanema the night before, I decided to play it safe and go directly to Brix. Again, no one struck me as let's go home now. Either they are in the groups of 5/6 girls or they were attached to a Indian or Bangla workers (Sunday seems to be holiday for Maids and Construction workers). There were couple of cute maids. Here's my account from 2015 and 2016 SG visits. I had tried activating my account a few times – had to muck around a lot with email addresses before I could get up and running. I've got another trip in six months. First off, thanks to all who have contributed – it helped a lot. My story isn't all that exciting but there might be something of interest here.
