Ok usually I should say RTFF, as I described it in an earlier Post. But now as I already did a map for 588, why not to make a map for the other RLD's as well.

So here is the collection:

Miari RLD:

Take the Line 4 to the north and exit the train at Gireum station. It is the 4th station after Dongdaemun.

Take exit 10 and the entrance to Miari RLD is right 10 m to the right behind the 'flying curtain'. The first shops might not take you and later the shops have locked doors and mama-san will ask if you want sex. Just explore the area. Don't worry. You will get laid. Don't let you hassle by the mama-sans. Take your time for selection. Price is a fixed rate of 70.000 Won. I rathar ask for more time (30 min instead of 15) (sam ship pun ok?), which is quite more sucessful then bargaining the price. The challange is to judge the girls body right. It can be hit (8-9) or so-so 6-7. So some risk of missjudge is there and the girls average looks (naked) is maybe less then in 588. Yongsan RLD:

I usually take Subway Line 1 for yongsan. Line 1 stops in the Yongsan station. The RLD is right in front of the Station.

Line 4 to Sinyongsan is also ok. Recommend exit 3 or 4.

Please see a similar map for the yongsan RLD.

I had mixed experience there , but others had also good experience. Did not yet play the time card bargaining there.

Cheongnyangni = 588:

To have all maps in one report I add the 588 informarion here again.

Best is to take Subway (Line 1, Cheongnyangni) Exit 5. You will almost fall into the RLD. see the map.

I did not really see a westerner beeing laid there recently. We know it is difficult. So who takes the challange?

I mentioned this briefely in my last post and I have yet to read another post here that refers to An-ma point cards. Truth be told I have not read the entire history of threads, so it is possible that it is mentioned. However, I find the point card useful and wish someone here had mentioned it before so that I could have saved some Won.

An-mas offer point cards, much like you would receive at a coffee shop. You P4P, they stamp the card. It's an electronic card and they run it through a machine and it prints the day you visited and the number of ponts you have. The number of points (or visits) required to get a "free" one varies An-ma to An-ma. One An-ma I frequent requires 10 visits for a freebie, another requires 15. I am on good terms with both An-mas and considered a valued customer, but have yet to get into an An-ma for under 200,000W. So, I guess there's a white guy tax in Korea (Koreans pay 180,000W). The extra charge is either for the girl having to put up with a foreigner, or because foreigners are considered "bigger", and the girls often complain about soreness during coitus.

The An-ma that requires 10 visits really helps ease the burden of being a hobby horse and a 200,000W freebie is nothing to shake a stick at. I usually go with the same girl every time here, so the service is always great. YMMV with anonymous providers, but if you have reliable talent you like to frequent, it is a good way to go.

Therefore, my fellow hobbyists, remember to inquire about the point card during your next visit to local An-ma. Good business goes both ways. If you build a relationship with an An-ma, they treat you like gold, and they will throw in extras from time to time. I hope this thread is useful to responsible hobbyists.

1. Know the exact area location of my hotel. Try to pinpoint the neighborhood and closest subway stations.

2. Do a search on 'grand hyatt hotel' in this forum.

3. After finding the location of the grand hyatt hotel, do a search on the area in this forum.

4. By this time, I would have read a few pages of post in this forum and would have known that massage parlor (upscale) are called 'anma' and that I could get a lower scale service at a double-poled 'barber shop'.

5. I would then proceed to learn how move around in the city and learn the subway system.

Where is COOL in Seoul?

I went to COOL twice during my visit in Korea. It is one of the best experience I had in Korea. English is still a challenge, but is ok. The girls are very pretty and young. Cool is still there. Just went past there on Tuesday and the sign was on. It's where everyone says it is. Just walk south from gangnam station exit 2 about 10-15 min until the prudential building and turn left. You can't see the sign until you past a construction wall infront of you about 50 meters but after you past it its about 50 meters more up a slight grade on left. I believe the intersection at thePrudential building is called bang bang intersection. Also if you walk around the intersection there is always cards on the ground advertising Ace massage and others with directions in Korean. I like yoksam station area better though. FYI, the "full" room salon in that post is called the Lincoln Noblesse Club. As in the post, the website is http://www.oioup.com/home.php. For those that can't read Korean, if you have Google Earth it's located around 37 30 27.10N, 127 03 18.42E (about 600 meters west of the COEX). Visited Miari Texas yesterday and Yongsan RLD tonight.

Miari Texas: Well over half the places were closed for business. Those with girls still have curtain drawn and doors locked with viewing by invitation only. I have many times reported rather ok up to total GFE service in Miari.
Consider myself now like a Miari specialist reading others reports.

Ok directions to Tempro are kinda hard, those who want to go there need to first ask someone to take you to hak-dong intersection or cinecity movie theater. I'll start off the directions from cinecity. First if you start off from cinecity cross the street then walk towards sinsa station which is in the west direction, you will come to the next big major intersection and this one has the M-Benz BMW and infiniti dealership on three corners you want to be at the corner with the Infiniti dealership. I spent two nights in Seoul this week, and one of those nights I felt like trying out the S anma. It seems to be the best foreigner-friendly place (together with Cool) in Seoul, according to this forum.

I found the place very easily, actually you can stay out of the bitter cold of the Seoul winter longer by taking the exit of Yeoksam station that brings you inside the GS tower. From there, go up the escalators, out of the building and further along the main road for about a 5 minute walk, till you see the big red S with the Korean characters for anma.

The doors were indeed open and I took my shoes off. The guy behind the counter did not look very welcoming though, and I was afraid I would not make it inside. Perhaps yet again a drunken foreigner (GI ???) who spoilt it for the rest of us??? Anyway, he asked me in Korean if I understood Korean. I do not speak it, but give him the international sign for "a little", and that seemed to satisfy him. Also the fact that I asked for an event course, and thus gave him the impression I knew the place somewhat, helped me.

He quoted me the 220,000 Won, as reported before,the price including the foreigner fee. I saw no point in haggling and paid up.

He took me to the waiting room where he asked me to wait 15 minutes. After 10 minutes he was already back, and brought me to the basement room (typical anma room with bed, massage table and bath).

The gril welcoming me was quite splendid. Very nice smile, very nice body (although small breasts, but I am fine with that) and good attitude. She apologised for not speaking English, but luckily for me and the conversation she spoke better Japanese (I am fluent in Japanese, but that does not always help me in Korea, on the contrary). We had a nice introductory chat and then went through the routine: shower, bath, massage, shower, bed.

Everything was great, she was really good and enjoying it.

But then the additional girls came, and they were absolutely not good. They were clearly in a hurry, working purely on routine, effectively spoiling the atmosphere.
I even tried to send them away after two minutes, but they did not budge until I came.

Next time I would certainly go for one girl, as you can better build up the whole GFE experience. On the other hand, if I had not asked for event at the entrance, I may not have made it.

Maybe one of our Korean speaking colleagues can teach us a few sentences so that we can bluff our way into an anma with the minimum amount of knowledge of the local lingo.

My experience was not as good as others in this forum, but I would still go back. The attitude and service of the main girl was great, and so was her body (she said her name was Sori, by the way).Thanks for your report on S Anma. Hope you check this place out one more time and try the most expensive course. I had first posted about this place in my previous thread and will state again that S Anma is poplular among the business men in this area because of their "Event" service which gives you a chance to have 3 girls at once. The girl I had told me that was one of the main reasons why they came here although the regular service is nothing to complain about.

Also another main reason why S anma is popular is for their most expensive course with just one girl. For Koreans it is 180, 000 won + 50, 000 won more and it is not the multiple girls service but with just one girl and maybe a more special service (what exactly it is I don't know). I cannot remember what they called this. Perhaps you should write it down on a piece of paper like regular price + 50, 000 won more "special course" and show it to the frontdesk women or man. Just say you want one girl only and want special course or it may have been called "Course C" or "Course D. " They may have a menu but it's probably written in Korean.

If you are not a Korean or cannot speak Korean then avoid the peak hours of 10:00 pm to 4:00 am Monday to Fridays. Particularly Fridays and before national holidays. Try Sundays as Gangnam District is a business district and gets emptied of officie workers. Even a Saturday could be better option. Try the 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm time frame. The girls usually begin working as early as 6:00 pm but most of them are not really ready until 7:00 or 8:00 pm as they work until 6:00 am.

Also, all anma's in the Gangnam District will never charge below 180, 000 won for the roughly one hour with the girl, 30 min with the professionally licensed blind masseuse and depending on the location free food. Even free overnight stay at some anma's like S anma. The quality of the girls and attentiveness they show will never be below a 7 on a scale of 10 being the highest.

The girl I had told me that she had to strip nude during the interview before she began working at S anma. Gangnam anma's want to keep their quality high so they can charge the highest prices in Korea. If you check out anma's in Chongno or outside of the Gangnam Business District you could negotiate a better price during slow hours. Their regular prices could also start as low as 140, 000 to 160, 000 won but the quality may not be as good sometimes. I don't know as I have not been to all that many anma's yet.

It would be great if others would post their experience so we could have a ratings for anma's around Seoul. I heard that good sports massage places can be nearly as good as an anma and cost about 100, 000 to 120, 000 won only. If you have been to such a place please post about a great sports massage that give similar anma like service with all the special treatment before the main sex.

I've been to Cool three times so far, and this third trip I made tonight was a little disappointing.

Take subway line 2 to Gangnam Station. Leave from exit 2 and walk straight fora while. After about 10 minutes of walking, you'll see a tall, rounded building with a sculpture of large rings of Christmas lights coming up ahead and to the left. This is the Prudential building. Turn left right in front of it (passing the sculpture), and walk straight for about half a block. You'll see a vertical black sign with the word "COOL" in white letters. I went there today, and as of today (December 10), the price is now 65,000 Won. It's still the same service.

I went shopping around for my last anma experience before leaving Korea, and S Anma ended up being the choice by default. Why? Let me tell you.

" So, I continued to Mirage Anma near Samsung Station. I walked in the backdoor, and I got to the front desk. I asked them if they serve foreigners, and they said no.

So, I went back to S Anma. 200, 000 Won (180, 000 + 20, 000 foreigner fee) got me a great time.

S Anma is open during the daytime. I've been there around lunch, and I got service straight away. They just don't have event service until the later evening, so you'll be paying 200,000 Won for service with one girl. But, the place is worth it.

Looking at the flyer, you were probably right next to the place.

The biggest black rectangle on the flyer is Yongsan train station. To get to the place it looks like walk to the street in front of the station (right off the Yongsan RLD); go left (with the station at your back), keep walking until the road connects to the main drag to gets you to the Hangang bridge and hang a sharp left, walking toward the Electronic Market. It looks like you'd hit it right before or after the tunnel.

I'll walk it one of these nights and test the directions (and maybe a bit more).

Assuming that you will be passing through ICN - they have storage facilities that you can store your luggage for a nominal fee... If your means of trans is via train, I have never seen large lockers at any of the stations...

Visited again last night with the intention of going all the way, was a little disappointing. Anyway got more info on how it works.

I went to the E-mart connected to the Yongsan station recently. As I was diving my car, I parked in the E-mart parking garage. When I was going into the E-mart store, I spotted lockers in the hallway. Some looked big enough to store a full size suitcase in. I think this might be standard in all E-mart stores, because I have also seen lockers in one of the stores in Daegu. Check it out, and happy mongering!

Was for a week in Seoul. Had some great time in Miari.

Don't waste your time at the Show Bar called Redlight behind Kyobo Tower in Kangnam. I went there a few nights ago and its pretty bad. There are around ten working girls that rotate from table to table and chat with all the bar guests. Weird place. Surreal. Sops at entrance (rubber flaps like a car wash at the entrance not far from the underground station as another mentioned) Cold (was winter) and other than a few mamasans sitting outside (next to heaters), one couldn't really figure out much. seoul is so cool. literally. the temps in february were no higher that 30 degrees fahrenheit. i am so accustomed to bangkok and singapore temperatures in the 90s so this was quiet a change of pace. things were about to warm up though.

I went to Sporex 10 days ago when I was in Seoul and since I had difficulty initially getting to the massage part, I would like to share my experience and offer some helpful suggestion that may save others time. Also, I would like to invite others who may have had an easier time to share their experience.

seems to me that i am the only one who is dragging some reasonable result out of miari.

While I haven't tried every area in Seoul, I think I've tried each of the available (to unescorted foreigners) "types" at this point.

First, my personal opinion is that the breast implant is one of the worst things western civilization has done to Asia, and, I hate that the majority of providers I encounter are "enhanced". Size is not so important to me, but, I have a slight preference towards small-to-medium and little to no desire for enormous. However, I'll take any size natural over enhanced any day. OK. End of my rant, but, if you agree with this, I hope you'll start making that clear to the providers so hopefully we can start seeing more "natural" providers in the future.

Itaewon.- Avoid this place. The women are all "enhanced" and many of them are "conversions". Most of what is available there is "hostess bars" which are very overpriced and they have a variety of tactics for simply separating you from more and more of your money before you get anywhere good. The end result is very disappointing compared to the price which far exceeds any rational number (can be upwards of $700). Good English skills.

Barber Poles (double).- These are all over Seoul. Tried a couple. Basically $60 for a rub and tug. Didn't encounter any particularly attractive providers, but, OK experiences. Usually some English skills.

An Ma.- These are very similar to your basic AMP experience. I only tried the S An Ma since it was close to my hotel. Expensive (some discrepency in the pricing, but, in the end, paid $220). Very poor English skills, and the gal I got had "enhanced" tits. She wasn't to into things, but, otherwise gave good service. No deviations from her program and definitely no chance she was going to enjoy the experience. Very mechanical, but, enjoyable anyway. Attractive other than the enhancements. To find these places, you'll need to learn at least enough to read "An Ma" in Hangeul, which is pretty easy. I'd put the Hangeul here, but, for some reason this site has a bizarre rule against doing that. Basically, look for what looks like two letters (actually two syllables comprised of 3 letters and 2 letters, respectively). The first syllable will be comprised of a letter that looks like O in the top left (which is silent at the beginning of a syllable), the Korean letter for "ah" at the right which looks like a vertical line with a short stroke to the right in the middle. At the bottom will be the Korean letter for "N" which looks sort of like an English letter "L", except it is wider than it is tall. The syllable for Ma will consist of a square (Korean "M") and to the right of that will be another "ah" letter. I really hope this site will eventually come to its senses on allowing the publication of foreign scripts for the purposes of providing identification tips.

Glass Houses.- These are as described elsewhere. From the outside, it looks like you're walking through an abandoned section of town that was a bunch of little shops now closed. There are lots of "little" shops in Korea which are constructed of similar frontages, but, the interiors are small little cubbies with not much behind. These are very different. Each little booth opens into a vast labyrinth of facilities behind and up and down stairs.

Tried two of these in Miari. Getting there is as described. Take exit 10 from Gireum station. And go through almost any of the "sops" on the right. Once you're inside the "SOP" zone, just wander around, you'll see lots of old women and men sitting on the various benches around. Easiest way to identify a place that is "foreigner" friendly (for some definition of the term) is to wander until one trys to attract your attention. I found I got a better selection by refusing the first few and then making another pass (many more responded on the second pass) through a given area. Apparently not jumping at the first offer makes them think you know something.

Inside, you'll be shown the "selection" which is usually 2-3 girls. They're dressed in white gowns ("wedding gowns") and the rooms are lit mostly in black light, giving a pretty surreal glow to everything. As soon as you choose your girl, you're lead by the mamasan to another location where she extracts the money (about $70, 70, 000 Won), and you wait for the girl to come in. It varies from there, and, probably if I understood Korean better (I understand almost nothing), it would have made more sense.

Good news: Neither of the girls I encountered here was "enhanced", although one had rather large (by Asian standards) naturals. Both were attractive (7-8). The first one was on one of the rows perpendicular to the main road and wasn't really into it and clearly just wanted me to be done and gone. Virtually no English skills here. I made sure to take my time with her, hoping that she'd come around, but, no good. The second one, OTOH was vastly superior. Look for a green light in a diffusion globe outside the glass doors. It's near the farthest corner of the area from the metro station, back by the overhead freeway. Much nicer interior, limited, but, some English skills both from the mamasan and the girl. The girl was slightly less attractive, but, still very nice, and, the attitude was much more pleasant. Deviations were allowed, and, much more touching, kissing, fondling, etc. A good time was had by both of us.

Room Salons.- Didn't get any room salon opportunities. I don't think these are readily available to foreigners, and, the price tag and requirement for repeat visits before anything happens didn't seem appealing to me.

Conclusion.- I think the best value for the money here is the glass house approach. I need to learn more Korean to use these more effectively, and, I get the sense that repeat visits to the same provider will yield better results. Looking for providers that smiled and seemed welcoming definitely seems good advice, but, no guarantee. The An Ma experience is nice and involves much nicer facilities and a longer and very enjoyable process which includes shower (she washes you), table shower, table massage, table erotic massage, then off to bed for the real fun and another shower (she washes you) afterwards. This was a great report and just shows you that foreigners can be successful in Seoul. I agree with you on the enhanced aspect, however I do like large breasts which may not be common with many of the Korean providers. There are some out there but the majority will not fit this category.

While I haven't tried every area in Seoul, I think I've tried each of the available (to unescorted foreigners) "types" at this point.

First, my personal opinion is that the breast implant is one of the worst things western civilization has done to Asia, and, I hate that the majority of providers I encounter are "enhanced". Size is not so important to me, but, I have a slight preference towards small-to-medium and little to no desire for enormous. However, I'll take any size natural over enhanced any day. OK. End of my rant, but, if you agree with this, I hope you'll start making that clear to the providers so hopefully we can start seeing more "natural" providers in the future.

Itaewon.- Avoid this place. The women are all "enhanced" and many of them are "conversions". Most of what is available there is "hostess bars" which are very overpriced and they have a variety of tactics for simply separating you from more and more of your money before you get anywhere good. The end result is very disappointing compared to the price which far exceeds any rational number (can be upwards of $700). Good English skills.

Barber Poles (double).- These are all over Seoul. Tried a couple. Basically $60 for a rub and tug. Didn't encounter any particularly attractive providers, but, OK experiences. Usually some English skills.

An Ma.- These are very similar to your basic AMP experience. I only tried the S An Ma since it was close to my hotel. Expensive (some discrepency in the pricing, but, in the end, paid $220). Very poor English skills, and the gal I got had "enhanced" tits. She wasn't to into things, but, otherwise gave good service. No deviations from her program and definitely no chance she was going to enjoy the experience. Very mechanical, but, enjoyable anyway. Attractive other than the enhancements. To find these places, you'll need to learn at least enough to read "An Ma" in Hangeul, which is pretty easy. I'd put the Hangeul here, but, for some reason this site has a bizarre rule against doing that. Basically, look for what looks like two letters (actually two syllables comprised of 3 letters and 2 letters, respectively). The first syllable will be comprised of a letter that looks like O in the top left (which is silent at the beginning of a syllable), the Korean letter for "ah" at the right which looks like a vertical line with a short stroke to the right in the middle. At the bottom will be the Korean letter for "N" which looks sort of like an English letter "L", except it is wider than it is tall. The syllable for Ma will consist of a square (Korean "M") and to the right of that will be another "ah" letter. I really hope this site will eventually come to its senses on allowing the publication of foreign scripts for the purposes of providing identification tips.

Glass Houses.- These are as described elsewhere. From the outside, it looks like you're walking through an abandoned section of town that was a bunch of little shops now closed. There are lots of "little" shops in Korea which are constructed of similar frontages, but, the interiors are small little cubbies with not much behind. These are very different. Each little booth opens into a vast labyrinth of facilities behind and up and down stairs.

Tried two of these in Miari. Getting there is as described. Take exit 10 from Gireum station. And go through almost any of the "sops" on the right. Once you're inside the "SOP" zone, just wander around, you'll see lots of old women and men sitting on the various benches around. Easiest way to identify a place that is "foreigner" friendly (for some definition of the term) is to wander until one trys to attract your attention. I found I got a better selection by refusing the first few and then making another pass (many more responded on the second pass) through a given area. Apparently not jumping at the first offer makes them think you know something.

Inside, you'll be shown the "selection" which is usually 2-3 girls. They're dressed in white gowns ("wedding gowns") and the rooms are lit mostly in black light, giving a pretty surreal glow to everything. As soon as you choose your girl, you're lead by the mamasan to another location where she extracts the money (about $70, 70, 000 Won), and you wait for the girl to come in. It varies from there, and, probably if I understood Korean better (I understand almost nothing), it would have made more sense.

Good news: Neither of the girls I encountered here was "enhanced", although one had rather large (by Asian standards) naturals. Both were attractive (7-8). The first one was on one of the rows perpendicular to the main road and wasn't really into it and clearly just wanted me to be done and gone. Virtually no English skills here. I made sure to take my time with her, hoping that she'd come around, but, no good. The second one, OTOH was vastly superior. Look for a green light in a diffusion globe outside the glass doors. It's near the farthest corner of the area from the metro station, back by the overhead freeway. Much nicer interior, limited, but, some English skills both from the mamasan and the girl. The girl was slightly less attractive, but, still very nice, and, the attitude was much more pleasant. Deviations were allowed, and, much more touching, kissing, fondling, etc. A good time was had by both of us.

Room Salons.- Didn't get any room salon opportunities. I don't think these are readily available to foreigners, and, the price tag and requirement for repeat visits before anything happens didn't seem appealing to me.

Conclusion.- I think the best value for the money here is the glass house approach. I need to learn more Korean to use these more effectively, and, I get the sense that repeat visits to the same provider will yield better results. Looking for providers that smiled and seemed welcoming definitely seems good advice, but, no guarantee. The An Ma experience is nice and involves much nicer facilities and a longer and very enjoyable process which includes shower (she washes you), table shower, table massage, table erotic massage, then off to bed for the real fun and another shower (she washes you) afterwards. However, at 3x (+/-) the cost of the glass houses, I'm not sure it's really worth it. For a longer visit, or, on repeat trips, I think I'd find a glass house or two with good service and start repeating in order to get "known" there as I think that's probably the best "bang for the buck".

Found an An Ma near my hotel and decided to try one more before I head home tomorrow. It's on a side street off of the street that the green line runs under between Seoulung and Yeoksam stations to the east of the main street.

I decided to get a little bold and ask for one without enhancements. That did not work out well. They seemed to think that I was asking for a lower price and my Korean is not good enough to explain the situation to their satisfaction, so, I let it go. It only got worse from there.

The facilities are not as nice as S. To make matters worse, the girl wasn't as good looking as the one at S, either, and, her "enhancements" were even worse (pretty bad job, actually). A pair of rock-hard bricks under what looked and felt like they used to be a nice set of asian Cs (american Bs) and are now Asian D+ (close to american D size by my estimate).

She had this habbit of biting my nipples really hard and always seemed to be moving really fast. Minimal touching and again she definitely didn't want to stray from her pre-programmed routine. I'll be returning to Seoul again shortly for a 2 months stint, and I'm planning on checking out some of the old haunts from last year. The anma scene was a bit too pricey for me, so I probably won't go that route anymore.

Okay, so after much thought I decided that I would go explore Youngdung-po. I have heard both here on ISG and from Korean friends that Youngdung-po is not very welcoming to foreigners. What I have found in my trip tonight though is that there are some ancilliary services to be had on the main road around the outside of the RLD area. It appears that there were several 6-8 scale street walkers. And there were Ajuma pimps hanging out even on the opposite side of the road.

This is where the story goes sour. I was flying alone tonight with no wing man and didn't feel very welcome down the RLD main road (A Road). So I went with what we will call B Road which is actually the outside of the RLD street. Same road that Lotte Depart is on.

First off props to Brian666, SeoulSurvivor, LostInSeoul, Dizz Hizz and anyone I forgot to mention for the detailed info and descriptive stories.

Not much of a writer but thought I'd give some back.

As mentioned in a previous post Belle is across the street from cool. Up a bit (as in the opposite direction from the prudential building) right on the corner. There is a big ass sign. Can't miss it. Yup. The hj/dd bangs/venues all offer a similar service with the exact same final outcome (no pun) but there are places that offer a bit more in terms of full/partial nudity, theme/fetish uniforms, etc. within the Kangnam area. A lot of my local friends have mentioned that the seedier places will allow for dirtier action and some of these places have been noted in the Sinsa/Nonhyun areas in addition to the Kangnam area.

Have to agree with Rastlin's report on Belle - had a couple of great experiences there during a recent visit. Service is really similar to Cool but with the added feature of BBBJ. Hello everyone,

just want to share some experiences during my recent visit to Seoul.

Nights 1+2: Anma

When I first came to Korea all I wanted to have was the Anma experience. However, as reported here many times, it's not easy to get into one if you are a clearly foreign looking guy (like me). I explained that to one of my business partners and luckyly they knew where to go.

I don't know the name of the place (written in Hangul only), but it is close to Novotel in Gangnam and suprisingly easy to find. You exit the hotel (or the Ritz Carlton), turn right and walk to the next large intersection where you turn right but cross the street. The Anma should be the 4th or so building - if you go there during the night its the probably only open one. You have to go up two stairs where they already park some sandals, you can also see the reception on the ground floor.

Good news apart from the location: They do not seem to have a problem with foreigners. I went there two times - though each time with Korean business partners - and it didn't seem to be a problem for them. Their staff also speaks english. However, they kind of keep you seperated from their Korean guests (e.g. no stay in the TV room) and they charge extra. Normally it is 180,000 WON for one hour, foreigners pay however 260,000. This is however the price for the "three girl special", not sure what the basic fee is.

You are led to the changing room first, a small, seperated and not so inviting room on the 2nd floor. After like 15 mins the guy comes back and leads you to the massage rooms on either 1st floor or down in the basement. Both are divided in two parts: A large bathroom with a bathtub and a smaller bedroom.

The two times I was there I was each serviced by a different girl, though both were kind of similar looking: Tall, slim, comparably short hair, smokers. No english unfortunately. Though the second one was a little more into it, the routine was kind of the same:

First they clean you and ask you to brush teeth. Then you are asked to relax in the bathtub where she starts with a head and face massage, then puts on a face mask and continues to massage your hands and feet. Very pleasant experience in order to relax.

Second part is where you have to lay down on the massage table. They put some oil on you and then massage you with their whole body before licking your skin. This is the second part of my report.

Night 3: Room Salon Takeout

These are what's offered to the casual Korean mongers.
Of course, there are many niches in these tiers, like "Officetel" which offers a 60mins sex for the price somewhere between Tier3 and anma. They advertise the more clean room and more GFE than the others, again this is a new thing in Korea now. I think you have to mention that there is a big difference if you are (or at least look) Korean or are clearly foreign (as from US or EU) and if you are alone or with other Koreans. I went to Cool last night. The directions on this board are right on, I would just add to clearly pass the Prudential building, with the statue in front, and THEN make a left. I turned left one block earlier and wound up on the street where the Superman massage place is located.

Keeping going past the Seoul Tax Office (which is on the left/west side of the road). There will be many restaurants on the right side of this small road. You should be able to see Ten Pro, which is on the left side of this small road. Sorry about the confusing directions, but I was there once and don't remember any good landmarks.

I went to Itaewon on Saturday night to check out the scene there, and was hugely disappointed with what was on offer compared to the relative "quality" that could be found a few years ago.

Many of the bars were single girl bars when in the past they had three or four working in them, and the quality on offer left a lot to be desired.

Ambrosia had the nicest looking of all the girls on the hill, and the best presented girl too in a miniskirt and halter top. However, I don't think their main purpose is to capture foreigners on film visiting brothels.

For example, the Cheonho RLD is located right next to a police station, and plenty of people walk by the station to get into the main area. From my personal conversations with the workers there, the majority of the police activity in the RLD itself is to make sure there are no fights (as many of you know, lots of drunks at night). I would assume that this is the main purpose of the cameras. Also, I have walked passed plenty of cops in the alleys, and never have I once been stopped. But I'm also not ignorant enough to actually solicit in plain view.

I remember back in the summer of '05, in 588, around 5pm or so, an ajoshi was getting a ticket/summons for solicitation. But I don't think they took him to the slammer. Mind you, I was walking the other way, but thats what it looked it.

Remember, the cost of the liquor/room at the room bang runs at least 300-400K per person, plus the takeout fee (which is negotiated in the room). The one that I know of is called Bacchus, it is located in Seolleung, near exit 1 (I think this is it, the one going towards COEX, on the opposite side, same side as the KTF Tower). After going up the exit, there will be a bus stop on the left, and a Woori Bank on the right. Make a right and go up the street, you will pass a large church on the left, a Starbucks on the right. At the next intersection, make a left, you will pass the Lotte Gold Rose officetel. Make the next left, and Bacchus is on the right. It is huge, you can not miss it, there are about 10 workers/parking attendants outside.

Around that area, there are plenty of room salons, I think a block over there is another one called Royal Salute. Honestly, I have seen some of the hottest women in that area (because there are lots of offices and businesmen working in that area). I read a lot of things about the Hill before I left for Korea a few years back. I was very curious, even though I had been to some other RLDs. So, one day, I decided to do some recon, and ventured to the Hill on a late afternoon. All I can say is, I would never want to walk through that area again. The crackdown was discussed on this site in 2005/2006 when the crackdown was in full effect. You have to read back through to find those posts. Unless you commit a serious crime in Angeles city, Korean Immigration is not going to bother you about going there. Military members and civilians frequently travel from Korea to Japan, Bangkok, Manila, Cambodia and other hot spots with no hassles from Immigration. I know some guys who had to add pages to their passport because they travel so much. Korean men are known for getting in trouble in the PI and Thailand. There’s was talk one time of prohibiting some Korean men from traveling to the PI because they were giving Korea a bad name.

I flew from Seoul to Manila (similar to the SEL-Clark Flight) on Korean Air several times and there was nothing remarkable about the flight other than the large number of Korean men travelling there to do what everyone else is doing

69I am not aware of any anmas that offer BBFS as a regular option. I know that one of my friends received BBFS at an anma, but I think that was more an exception, not the rule. I've been to other RLDs, and the only place where BBFS was available was in Cheonho. I've read other posts where someplaces in 588 offer it, but from my experience, about 20 session there, I've never been offered. Sorry I couldn't help you more. If I hear something, I'll definitely post it up. Have fun and enjoy, I wish I was back there!

Also, if you have time, check out the Dragon RLD. Its about 45 minutes outside of Seoul. I'll post up the exact location when I get the information from my friend. Apparently, its the best in Korea.

If I go solo to Bachus around 9 or 10 on a Friday or Saturday, do you think I can pull off bringing someone back to the room for the night?

Also, where or which anma, in your opinion does one get the best experience. I'd prefer a good 2 hour session with a lot of massage etc. The experience, atitude and looks are more important to me than cbj or full service. I've read re cool, s anma and zest but I'm wondering if there is a high end place where I can spend a few hours getting spoiled.

Almost all of the higher class room salons have take out available. Remember, the cost of the liquor/room at the room bang runs at least 300-400K per person, plus the takeout fee (which is negotiated in the room). The one that I know of is called Bacchus, it is located in Seolleung, near exit 1 (I think this is it, the one going towards COEX, on the opposite side, same side as the KTF Tower). After going up the exit, there will be a bus stop on the left, and a Woori Bank on the right. Make a right and go up the street, you will pass a large church on the left, a Starbucks on the right. At the next intersection, make a left, you will pass the Lotte Gold Rose officetel. Make the next left, and Bacchus is on the right. It is huge, you can not miss it, there are about 10 workers/parking attendants outside.

Around that area, there are plenty of room salons, I think a block over there is another one called Royal Salute. Honestly, I have seen some of the hottest women in that area (because there are lots of offices and businesmen working in that area). Hope this helps, but word of caution, if you are a foreignor, all bets are off. As you already know, weh-guk-in don't have too much luck in Korea.

HAHA! Tons of Korean guys take the flight provided from Asiana Air so no worries and have a good time and just try to smile to cabin crew because they all know whats up over there.

Asiana Airlines is fine. I have only two experiences, but both times was great. I find the lessor known airlines like EVA and Asiana quite good, especially in comparison to the service levels and beauty quotient of the flight attendents we are used to in the U.S. See the links below for more reviews by others.

We have so many Asian massage parlors (AMP's predominently Korean and Vietnamese owned) in Hawaii, that it's cheaper to stay home for Korean and Vietnamese woman.

A report to this board is way overdue. Time to actually give back.

I’ve been a lurker and travelled the world and have benefitted from the advice and counsel of others in various regions. One day down in Seoul. Have to say it is a bit disappointing for a non-asian, non Korean North American.

For such a "free" country, the caste and "foreigner" distinction when felt personally is disturbing. Was denied at "s" anma, near GS Tower. No cabs would pick me up for 15 minutes post encounter (later). Had to ask a nice young Korean man to help me get a cab and the cab driver (non-blue) only reluctantly took me. Whatever, good thing Michener is no longer writing historical fiction.

While my being stunned at determining this was the previously posted place of adventure (S anma), I was denied by mamasan. Actually sort of humorous. I went down the stairs, with the television posted just above my head broadcasting soccer highlights or asian mtv. I couldn’t tell. The "S" as previously described appeared to me to be a backwards S. Whatever, I figured it out after going down the hill too far.

Anyway, I looked like a rabbit caught in the headlights when I went to the counter with my two word Korean vocabulary and said "massage? Either the janitor or the I'll-fitted papasan was straining a mop beside her, pretending not to notice my question. Mamasan then did the unthinkable. She motioned her hand to her mouth (BBBJ) and asked inquiringly if that was what I was seeking. Not to be one to be mercilessly nonplussed, I responded with "huh", "maybe", to which she quickly said "no", uh uh. "

I left disappointed and a bit confused, but thought, "okay, they are just being careful. " No worries. I did my research and compiled a list before my mini adventure.

Thinking Zest from previous posts was a safer bet, plus I had the phone number to give to a taxi driver, I headed to Zest.

Zest was ok. Sub par AMP in North America to be honest.

My new friend was ok. Worked hard to please, but limitations as previously posted and ymmv re. Variety and beauty in the eye of the beholder (foucoult) type of things. As I just did not click from a chemistry pov and looks pov with my flight attendant friend. I tried to cover, but it just wasn’t there. The physical make- up of the place was low frills. I guess I expected B to A – facilities. Got see to see – facilities instead. My friend was nice though and willing to serve/please and two shots. Albeit with no touching of her were aside from on the legs. Was allowed.

Have yet to go anywhere else. Frankly, freebie and perhaps take home from a salon seem more appealing, if not more daunting. Will report back if have any more favorable or negative encounters.

There is a Thai Massage place near my place and also a Noraebang. I hear Noraebangs sometimes have extras. Are they only for Koreans or for foreigners too? 69I don't think a full hour at Cheon-ho is 150, 000W. I remember you can negotiate it down to about 120, 000W. I got it down to 100, 000W, but that was with a group of 4 people (also, some girls think the 100K price is for one shot, not multiple cups). Personally, I always went short time with new girls. If they were good, then I'd sign up for more time (which comes out to the same price, since its only 60K to 70K).

1- At Cheonho, most negotiations are done with the ajuma that works in the booth. You will most likely go to a sitting room, drink a beverage, and the ajuma will let you know the prices and such. She will then introduce the girls, and at some places, there are 8 girls presented. But most likely, you will see the girls at the booths beforehand.

2- The best and busiest nights are of course Friday and Saturday, but if you go around 7-8pm, that is when most of the girls starting opening their booths. I liked going at 9pm, not that many people, and lots of selection.

3- My Korean is not that great, but I can communicate enough. All you really need to know is "short-time, sam-ship-boon" (30 minutes) and han-shi-gan (1 hour), as well, as how to say 60, 000W, 70, 000W, etc.
