So I occasionally go to Itaewon to stop in the Foreign mart and I always take a walk up the hill just to see what is available these days. In my opinion, that place is going to be dead soon. Like someone previously mentioned, the trans joints are creeping in and the hotel doesn't help. There seem to be like 4-5 shops still operating. Granted, these visits are between 4-7 on a Saturday, the women are old and beat looking. It has steadily decreased over time but is definitely at an all time low. I use to go up there around the same time in the past and the girls on offer were much different. The only one I somewhat considered was a girl at the place on the top left. I heard that this place is closing down real soon.

Because it seems the venue looked newer than before. Clean glasses, new coat of paint, bright lights.

So some people have posted that Jinju spa near sinnonhyeon station offers CIM while others have complained that it does not.
I've not been there, but I saw an ad for it while looking at sites with ads for lip cafes.
The ad (current) for Jinju spa states that CIM is included. In Korean CIM is "ib sa" . Most ads don't come right out and use that phrase. In the Jinju spa ad it's half in code. I've been learning the codes for these places. So, find the ad on one of those sites and take it with you and ask if you can get that service. Then it should be a straight yes or no answer. I'm going to try it the next time I have that kind of cash.
"I want CIM" is "Ib sa one ha yo". Just ask everywhere you go and see what they say.

You will notice in the sauna area there are 1 or 2 men walking around fully clothed. They work there. Ask them for a sauna and they will lead you through to the section. The sauna will supply you with shorts to walk in there. They take note of your locker number on the little ban on your wrist so that they can charge you the fee when you pay upon leaving.

There are others at Exit #4. Walk straight about 100 meters. Keep looking on your left. You can't miss them! But you need to read Korean to know! They are foreigner friendly!. Than, the other big intersection (you need to take a bus from Silim Exit # 5) go 3 stops. Get off. Walk straight for 10-20 m. Cross the street in front of you. Turn right immediately after crossing. Walk another 70 m. You'll see it on the left side on the last floor (don't know the building name or what other stores are in that building? So I guess I know about 7 KB's. I hit some of them, all foreigner friendly. I've got HJ, BJ's. Good areas are Itaewon, some anmas (search the forum for "anma" and Red Light Districts are decent for a quick in and out (RLD locations to search are 588, Miari, Suwon, and Cheonho). The prices vary. Itaewon (hooker hill) should be between 80 and 100, anmas vary from 150 - 250 and the RLDs will hit you for between 60 - 80 (if you're not too fussy you can spend time with a decidedly frightening RLD old timer for 50 or so in Suwon).
These are the main options. If you search back through the forums for these you'll get some hits. There are some escorts that people recommend, but I don't have any experience with those.
Anyway, if you want to grab a drink when you get in, pm me. I'm not a great source of info because I just hit up my regular gals in Itaewon and a couple of the RLDs.

Lip Cafes are not just a place you can stumble into hoping to get service.
For starters, you need to do your homework. That includes knowing how to speak Korean. If you don't speak Korean, chances of you being refused are in the high 90th percentile as the guy on the phone wouldn't want to deal with the hassle. If you do speak Korean, your chances improve considerably.
You don't have to be an expert at Korean, but if you can order food over the phone in Korean, you should have little trouble doing this.
A simple google search of lip cafe (in hangeul) will give you hundreds of results.
You only have to call the numbers and ask for a reservation, give them the time you want and ask for their location, which they'll send to you via text. Be sure to tell them you're a foreigner and ask if that is ok. This is the most important part! I once forgot to do this and was turned away at the door.
Obviously, the lip cafes outside Seoul will not take foreigners (at least in my experience). Your best bets are the ones based in Seoul. Specifically gangnam, hongdae and jongro.
There are a variety of reasons as to why these places are not joints you can simply walk into. For starters, many of them are set up in apartment blocks and residential buildings. Discretion is their lifeline.
As ParkerLewiis said, they move around a lot. A lip cafe usually stays in the same location for a few weeks to 2-3 months tops (some for longer).
Half of the fun is in the chase guys. For every success I get in finding one of these places, I get around 7-8 rejections. Don't be afraid of being told no. You just move on to the next one.

Man the US guys have no idea how lucky they are. The service and quality of the Kgirls increase dramatically due to market supply and demand over in US. Here's an example checking out pretty much everything in Korea room salons to anmas etc. The Kgirls who go to the US are on avg the top tier room salon girls. Lip Cafes don't have a store front or signs. It would be impossible to find one without having the exact address. Some of them are in residential buildings, others in fake nail salons and so on.

Apparently, they get raided a lot because of this, so many lip cafes change location every few months. The same goes for kiss clubs as well. During a raid, condoms are the smoking gun that the place is a prostitution joint, but there are also other things like the layout of the place, business licensing, lube and mouthwash, beds and massage tables and so on.
There was a report on here from a guy visiting 7 kiss club in hongdae during an attempted raid, and was locked in the place until the police went away. 7 kiss used to get harassed by the police often and is now closed.

Most lip cafes don't take foreigners (Gypoos and NE Asians are usually ok, but the problem is that you have to be able to communicate with the receptionist).

As for the kgirl scene in the US. Theres really no broker per say from what I've seen. It's a play on the words ibsa (CIM) and ibsagui (leaf).
Ibsagui is in an apartment complex, so one would need to call them to get the apartment number in order to get access into the building. They have a shower there, but it does not look like it is cleaned regularly.
