With a 10 hour layover I would grab a limousine buss into Silim or just stay around Incheon.
I can't speak from experience on Incheon but I know there are some massage places and saunas not too far out. A quick google search would suffice for info. I discovered a couple of things that may be useful for all to know.

Some of the lines get packed in certain areas during rush hour (about 6-8) but overall it can't be beat. Buses are great too as they have their own lanes and can move nicely through traffic. It is exponentially beneficial to be able to speak Korean when making these reservations on the phone.
The first thing you should tell them is that you're a foreigner, and if that is ok. Sometimes they'll ask where you're from, sometimes they won't. If they say no, move on to the next number. At least it saves you the time and disappointment compared to them turning you away at the door or building.
Some of the guys on the phones are cool, friendly and helpful dudes, others are assholes, the rest are indifferent. It's just the luck of the draw.

If you can't set up an appointment yourself, you need a a Korean friend to do it, cause it is all in Korean.
Luckily, I met a a great Korean friend, who turned out to be a huge monger himself, that helps me out in these situations, so he set it up for me.
All in all, good time. It was my third time visiting a Kiss Bang.
Another new one is opening up this week in Sincheon (by Jamsil, not the Hongdae one). I went there last week, when I was walking the bar street in Sincheon, and noticed it when I looked up. It too is on the 4th floor, but is the only place on the strip with the word "Kiss" on it. Owner was just finishing up on it, and told me it would be open this week.

Seoul has always been rather difficult to navigate (apart from hooker hill) but in the past, most posts would give explicit directions of how to get to a place. I am noticing now that posts seem to not want to go into that detail or share that info! The usefulness of those posts is pretty much nil. Not sure why this trend as become common. For example, I am looking for kiss bangs with a good chance of extra services (at least a BBBJ) and even going back a few months I couldn't get a single specific recommendation with directions. Miss the good old days.Some people just can't be trusted with displaying appropriate behavior at these places.
Some mongers overpay and overtip the girls. Which distorts the field for future foreigners.
Some mongers don't know the etiquette at these places, it usually only takes one or two badly behaved guys to put an establishment off accepting foreigners for a few months, if not for good.
I've even heard stories of mongers advising independents (back when the scene was good) to UP THEIR PRICES, which sounds completely nuts.
Then there are those who lurk and leech, but don't post any information on their own adventures in Seoul.
All in all, if I were to find a good place, I'd share it in PMs with those who have access to the service, but you have to assume that everyone you tell will also pass that info on to someone else.
If I were to find a golden provider or establishment though, chances are I won't share it too. It's just the way things are.

I tried doing the Google search you mentioned but it couldn't figure out. Maybe a link to the maps would have helped. If any one wants yo help out. Kiss bangs with names or directions or phone numbers if possible. I prefer curvy even if not the twenty year old ladies and certainly GFE and a BBBJ finish. If there are similar massage places in the under 120 range would be great too. Please feel free to PM me if you can't divulge all the details. Unlike other places, Seoul is one where things change rapidly and without explicit directions, things I find are pretty useless.
Anyway, I do understand the concerns about some inconsiderate people doing dumb things but if there is not clear info sharing, I am not sure how much help it is for everyone else yo know that things are possible but out of most people's reach.
