I had a long layover in Seoul this past weekend and decided to try out Miari Texas. It's up and running and the previous reports are accurate.
For those trying to find it, from Incheon airport take bus number 6101 from exit 7. Cost was 14,000 won. This bus takes you directly to Gireum station. Be careful to keep an ear out for the announcement. I missed the stop and had to get off at holiday inn and took a bus back.
If going by train take the airport train to Seoul station and transfer to Line 4 to Gireum station Exit 10. Once you walk up the stairs, talk immediate right you-turn then walk about 20 metres. Then hook a left down a small flight of stairs and along a tunnel. Entrance to Miari is on your left with half curtains.
I'm Asian and passed off as Korean to mamasans but was denied service by some once they found out I wasn't Korean. The area is dark with limited lighting. I saw a foreigner get denied straightaway. He did ask a mamasan right at the entrance which wasn't the best idea. I'the recommend punters go into the bowels of the area and not walk along the footpath parallel to the main road with highway over head.
I looked in some places and the women were either chubby or oldish say late 20's to mid 30's. Service was so so. Nothing to write home about. Cost was 100,000. On the wall there were two prices 90,000 and 100,000. I went very late so I'm guessing I paid the late fee.

They expect f foreigners to pay for anything they see. Preventing things we as a community must let them know it's unacceptable. Now I only see Thailand girls as freelancer or Latinas that visit here for a few weeks.

I will share here what I know. I thank if more experienced members who can share information.
1- Get ready to communicate in Korean.
I do not have korean language skills- I use naver. It is better than google translate.
2- Search in adal.
Website today is adal2.Net - there were older posts mentioning adal5 but it seems like the website has now changed to adal2.
3- Choose ads.
So there are many ads in adal2 and from what I understand the main choices are 서50872;44053;45224;51648;50669 오54588; for gangnan and 서50872;48708;44053;45224;51648;50669 오54588; for non-gangnan areas.
Question for experienced members: is this correct? Or should I make different choice? I am ignoring the results from 휴44172;53588;54056;54000;49772; (hyugaetel / fetish) even though it mentions the word hyugetel.
4- Speak phone call.
You need to browse the ads to see which one you want to visit and then make a phone call and speak in korean. They do not speak english in more than 90% of cases. Some russian hyugetel may reply in english but not always.
5- Write with app.
If you do not want or if you cannot speak in korean, then you can try messaging with kakao talk app (mores popular in south korea). Or use telegram.
Try to write in korean using a translation app. You will have around 50% chances to get a reply using this approach.
Do not waste time trying to use other apps like wechat, viber, whatsapp because very few people use them.
Always be polite and explain you are foreigner and ask permission to be a client. Koreans are polite and they will never say no to you. They will say sorry and sometimes add some sad emoji = this means they do not accept foreigners. So if they say sorry do not insist because sorry=no.
Sometimes they accept and then you get the address to visit.

I can't speak about Mirari since I haven't been there in a long time, and the only times I've been there have been at night, but I don't think they are open during the day (I could be wrong). If you speak Korean and can get in, an Officetel near the area might work, but even then, most Officetel's don't really start until 1-2 pm at the earliest based on my experience. Your only other bet might be to try to find a massage place that offers extras. Most of your layover is during peak non-mongering hours.

Bundang for sure has Officetels (a co-worker tells me about them all the time), but if you are not Korean, you may have a hard time getting in. Lots of Korean girls I've seen complain about "the size" of non-Koreans so they tend to refuse Westerners. Another option might be hostess bars, but be prepared to spend a lot of money with no guarantees depending on the establishment.

I'd say otherwise. Most providers in first world countries are citizens of those countries. Whether they're agencies, brothels or independents. It's not just Thai girls jacking up prices in Korea. You've got Cambodians, Filipinas, Russians, Ukrainians and girls from as far as Colombia, Venezuela and other S American countries coming to Korea and charging foreigners far more than most korean men would even think about paying.
There are two markets here. The korean market is mostly closed to non-korean mongerers. This is where premium charges for foreign men arise. The agencies and girls know most foreign clients are short term visitors with almost no chance of accessing the local scene, so they resort to the extortionate figures we've been seeing for the past few years.
Agencies will answer any questions you have, but ultimately the service depends on the girl. And you have no idea or guarantee of which girl they'll send (plenty of bait and switch), regardless of any promises made.
