I am surprised there isn't more information about Okpo in Goeje Island.
I am here now and it seems that every other bar is a girly bar, every other shop is a massage place and all this is interspersed with no end of Korean style places.
I went out to investigate tonight but it is zero celcius and teeming with rain which makes things very uncomfortable. All I can report is that there is plenty of action here and the 6 or 7 bars I did go in all had one or two girls although they were older and fatter for sure (probably 3's). Nobody out and about in Suwon or Songtan?
Suwon RLD was looking mighty tempting a couple of days ago. It was raining really hard and the entire street was empty. I thought about trying my luck with an A row girl, but it was late and I decided to just go home.

Speaking of Suwon RLD, I thought I'd give a little perspective on it.
Attached is a map I've made of the Suwon RLD.
I've marked out the A-row entrance to give you guys familiar with it some bearings. They're right there on the main street, so if you don't mind everyone at the bus stop, pedestrian traffic and the hundreds of cars on the street seeing you. Go for it!
Around the corner to the 2 hotels. They're right next to each other and can easily be mistaken for one big hotel. Their names are Hotel Major and hotel Tahiti, and are hard to miss.
Right next to them is one of the entrances to the B-Row. The last time I was at the RLD the girl right there on the corner (who is A row material in my humble opinion) offered me 70k for 15 min or 140k for 30 min. I declined. Too much to pay for my usual 30 min request. There are also girls running down that side well into the next B-row entrance. I've also seen a couple of stunners hanging out at the corner right by the crosswalk, you got to look hard for them though. They stand inside a tiny doorway that may or may not be open. I've never had them call out to me, but I've also never walked by when it's been open. Only seen them from the bus window.

I was in Changwon lastweek, and found a foreigner-friendly place. Not a superb time, though.
Exiting the Changwon Hotel, go to your left, towards a cup cake store. There, make a left, and go down the street until the major intersection. It isn't like Itaewon. Some bars let the girls have some free time during the day, some don't. S Club has no free time ever. But if you are up for bar fining they do it. Tiger Club and Dragon Club do bar fines. South Sea Club for sure. Volume, Lucky Club. Others I'm sure do also, but it would be tough to just go in and ask for it if they are seeing you for the 1st time. Most, including the ones I just mentioned will want to see you as a regular customer for little bit to make sure you aren't an SP or OSI or something and trying to trick them. All of the clubs I mentioned are Filipinas, with Volume having a couple of Koreans. Cocoon has Koreans and they bar fine also. I hope that helps.

When standing in the square facing the train station the RLD is to the right past the first group of shops. The RLD is made up of lots of window fronts with girls in. These window fronts extend along 3 streets all running parallel to each other in the direction of the train tracks.

i've spent my fair share of time / money in uijeonbu and can honestly say i only had one experience that was above mediocre with an above average lady. and if you read that report it was like lightening striking because i can't even remember the exact location in that area east of the shopping markets towards the river. i've tried to find her again but all i'm seeing is the disinterested average (sometimes heavy) ladies in the storefronts that are rep001tered in that area.
you guys can kill your time at the strip 2 blocks north of the train station and the area i just mentioned or you can hit the train for a 1/2 hour. 45 mins to some great action in 588, cheono, or mairi. then do the hour trip from there to the hill. to me, well worth the travel time. even every massage place i've hit in uijeongbu has been nothing more than mediocre.
You can go to 588 from Uijeongbu, it's about 35 minutes. You can also go to Dongducheon, it's about 20 minutes. There's good selection and straight red light district in Dongducheon, some young, nice ones, pretty varied. If you exit Dongducheon Jung Ang station, go west a block, cross the main road, go north a block to a main four way intersection, look 10 oclock (if you're facing north at the four way intersection) and it's right there- can't miss. The good thing about 588 is it's already in Seoul if you want to go other places.

I was curious about visiting Yong Ju Gol as I had heard about it several times, but never went there. Some posters on here mentioned "freak" or something to that effect. I drove over from Dongducheon, about a 45 min drive on Route 56 until you reach Beopwon-ri, follow 56 further south and before you get to Paju is the small community where it's located. It's pretty huge place, bigger than 588 and some windows have 7-8 girls working them. It's kind of intimidating, as clearly gangsters run the show. Unfortunately, I was never able to go to the Jeonju RLD. (I was helping out the sick relative in my last two visits to Jeonju.) In case anyone else wishes to try, I've attached a map. The blue circle indicates City Hall. (It faces the semicircle lawn with walk paths). The streets marked with red make up the RLD, I believe.
Also, I don't know if this was mentioned before, but there's a couple of videos of guys in a car going through the streets of the RLD. Do a search on "Jeonju RLD" in Youtube and you will find them (the videos are in two parts).

Seo-jeong-Ri, Pyeong'taek (about 10 minutes from Songt'an and Osan AB Main Gate).
What the heck happened to this area, alas perhaps I've been away too many years.

I don't know how you couldn't find it, but if you Google Maps Dongducheon and zoom in all the way to Jungang station, then zoom out one click, if the station is in the lower right you'll see T-World in the upper left. That's where the RLD is.

A Southern mongerer here and the closest city I live to happens to be Jinju. I haven't had time to get up to Seoul since I've started living down here and I just don't like the feel I get from Busan so I wanted to try have a look around a little closer to home. I don't know what that means but there were many women in tight dresses going in and out of the hotels and a few where they were sitting together watching TV.
They made no moves towards me but if you look the part they might be more willing. Also if I looked the part then they might have been more willing.

Lately I've seen some interest in potential activities in Incheon. I don't like to post too much information publicly since there are limited opportunities for foreigners in Incheon and I don't want them to get trampled by poor etiquette or something. With Seoul being so accessible, I figure people can just go there. But it's time to give back and I think this is a safe bet.
There is a small RLD in Incheon that, in my experience, is extremely foreigner friendly. Take the subway to Sungui Station on the Suin Line and exit the station through Exit 4. Upon submitting the escalator, keep going straight while bearing right around the bend. There is a small, roughly two block RLD district off to your right before you get to the see you convenience store. Take a right off of the main street and just zig zag through the side streets a couple of times. You can recognize you're in the right area by all of the yellow facades (this area is actually called "Yellow House" in Korean).
The RLD isn't super active, which might be why I've always been welcomed. Girls are typically a bit older (30's or more), but decent. The going rate seems to be 70,000 KRW and condoms seem to be optionally in most places. I've had no above and beyond service here and it's always an in and out proposition. I've only gone during the early evening (daylight hours), because I don't like the hassle of drunk Korean men. Perhaps it is more active at night.

I am in Changwon at the moment. Staying in a service apartment which is very close to the expat areas.

You are partially correct.
"Agassi" = young lady, is pronounced "ah gah she", as you say. (Think Agashya Club in Angeles City).
"Ajusshi" = older gentleman, is actually pronounced "ah juh (or jeh) she". "Aht ta she" or "adashi" " is actually an incorrect or Americanized (mis) pronunciation of ajusshi.
Of course, there are frequent spelling variants when words are transliterated from Hangul into English.
First arrived in Osan AB in the late 60's, when what is now Songtan Shi (Songtan City) was still just Songtan Eup (Songtan Town). "Osan" is the name of a town, which can be literally translated into "Bird Mountain" and is actually a few miles north of Osan AB, which is south of Seoul and Suwon.
Osan AB is the home of 51st Fighter Wing (used to be 51st AB Wing), part of Fifth US Air Force.
When I first arrived, the red clay streets in Songtan Eup had not yet been paved, and after a rain, you could easily tell who had been outside the base, by the red clay on their shoes before cleaning up. Troops referred to Songtan Eup as Chicol Ville, or simply "The Ville".
There were dozens of Korean nightclubs outside of Osan AB, each with a bevy of lovely and available young Korean lasses. Decades later, the shoe was on the other foot. Young American troops could no longer easily afford to go for a night out "on the economy", because everything had become too expensive.

Wandered round Suwon RLD recently, on a weekday afternoon. Lots of places were closed, as you'd expect at that time, but there were probably between 20 to 30 providers working.

So my searching around for some new and unreported playground finally paid off. I did a little research and a lot of walking and finally found a smallish pink light district in the Dongducheon area. Dongducheon has always been the most foreigner friendly red light district I've been to (588, Miari, Yongjugol). The name of this place is in Hangul, but if you look to the top of this building there is a huge electronic billboard that says Massage Foreigners welcome. Located on the 4th floor of same building where Moma's touch is located. There are different courses but the 60 minutes is W60,000 and then at the end you negotiate with the girl for extras, they all do. So I stumbled across this randomly. It is pretty simple to find. Type Glass Story and the location is on the 3rd floor in the same building.
