I too went to Feep Fit last week. Since this is on my way home, I decided to give it another try.
I must say that this place is a real rip-off. By this I mean the women. All they want and are interested in are how much u will tip them - thats the first question. Trust me - the women here r nothing compared to Orchid or some other local places.
I advice is - keep away, unless you are really very very horny and have no other palce to go.
Service is crap and so is the place and atmosphere.

Aggree 100 % with you.Whoever gets a good service thier is mighty lucky, and I really mean it.The place is dirty and dingy, the girls are of low quailty in every aspect, looks, service, attire,attitude.

My advice again like Keep Fit - Nugegoda is to keep away. Its a run down place with bad service.
There used to be a good babe working there, but she does not go there often, so the rest of the women working there are nothing in comparison to others at some famous MP's.

In conclusion, the only MP in the Nawala, Nugegoda and Maharagama area is "Keep Fit" in Nugegoda. This is the only MP I know of that offers some kind of services other than the massage.
So in future, its best that guys don’t just say, there are many MP and brothels in Maharagama or Nugegoda or wherever. Give us more reliable, first hand info. This entire forum is to share experiences, not try to talk about places u heard from someone’s someone.

You are corect its opposite Mount Royal, on College Avenue. Turn off from Galle Road near Mt. Lavinia Courts.
It has an ok atmosphere, I haven't been to many MP's but I would say its reasonbaly clean, toilets were also ok. Room's have doors which can't be locked. Girls there were about 5-6 the day I went and most could be given 6/10. Service I had was 8/10! But maybe I was lucky :D lol

They give massage when you are in towel. Not fully naked (for the name sake). Often it comes off during the massage and depends on how friendly you are with the girl, and the girl you took will decide where it stays.

I have been to Nirovan about 5 or 6 times over the past few years during my visits to Colombo. Sad to say that the place has completely gone to the dogs. I got screwed over big time today and left never to return again!
I turned up at 5. 15 pm today and picked a girl out who was the best of the bunch - I'd give her a 4/10 at best. Then I went pay for my 'ticket' and they told me that "the price has just up 2 weeks ago". The reason for this was that things (bribes? ) had gone up a lot in Sri Lanka and they even blamed the Tamil Tigers for this situation! They were asking Rs. 1, 500/- and I don't think I have ever paid more than Rs. 1000/- there before. So I told them they were talking nonsense and the floor mamasang went off to discuss things with the big mamasan somewhere inside.
During my wait at the desk 2 or 3 Sri Lankan punters came in, paid no more that what looked like Rs. 700-800 each, grabbed a girl then went upstairs. After about 10 minutes the floor manasang came back and said the price was Rs. 1, 500/- and that was it - there had been a lot of cost increases etc. Etc. I knew this story was all bullshit but thought oh well, screw it, if this is the way they want to play it fine. So I paid up the Rs. 1, 500/- and went to find my girl. Next thing they tell me "Oh, your girl go with somone else - you take another girl". They sent me back into the 'goldfish bowl' where there were 4 pig-ugly fat girls sitting. I told them that this was totally unacceptable and that I wanted a full refund and was leaving immediately. At this point they proceeded to make me even more angry by screwing about and making stupid excuses and trying to stop / prevent me from leaving immediately with refund.
What a complete crock of crap this place has become. It seems to me that they don't want foreign customers there at all unless they can rip them off blindly.
I will never go to that place again after this dreadful experience. The place is run down, non-airconditioned, very basic and the girls are nothing to right home about.
Tomorrow I am going to register an official complaint with the tourist police about this place and it's policies. They display no prices and issue no official receipts so it seems that the whole thing is run on a very ad hoc basis. I hope that by bringing an official complaint, and hopefully a visit from the tourist police that they will be forced to smarten their act up!
I am very disappointed in this place IT IS OFF THE LIST and would warn other punters to beware of the scam that they are pulling on foreigners.

As Cin City stated this place is dirty and with full of village type fat ugly gals. They charged me Rs.500 and tipped 400 in my last vist and got a girl from Badulla area. She gave me a good message and a HJ. But unfortunately there are no private bathrooms and towels are not clean. When you go into the bathroom, you can see all MP customers where you loose your privacy. They have half type doors where outsiders can see the leg parts.
My advice is avoid this place, unless you have a biiiiiiiig hurry.

Well I feel very sorry about your bad experience at Nirovin. I would like to add some comments about your report but pls do not understand that I'm trying to take the side of nirovin management.
About charges in all the massage parlours (Also in any hotel or accomadation place) charges for foreighners are higher than that of locals. This is common in any place you go even like Zoo. So anyway charges wise it is like that and the fact that they mentioned about the hike in prices is also true. Two - three weeks back they raised the prices for both locals and foreighners.
I do agree that even for me as a regular member when I booked a girl and went there that girl was just taken by someone else and luckily she has not started and i got her but that unfortunate customer had to wait for 1 hr till i finish as he did not want any other girl. that is because of the fron ofice poor management. they have changed that front office staff and i hope they are not experienced much yet.

I totally agree with freddie they were trying to scam him by taking 1500/- thats nearly double the price paid by locals and then they didn't givem him the girl they wanted imagine if that happened to one of us? we also would be totally pissed off.
But a word of caution for freddy is that you have to be realistic about what you can expect for less than 7 US$ so keep this in mind when you go to these places they cant be expected to provide a/c,hot water,...etc. IF you want that go to Juliana (but thats 65$).
I dont think that there will be any use in complaining to the tourist police better bet would be to tell the management of Nirovin that you are going to complain to the tourist police about the lack of recipts,...etc. this will surley get their attention as they dont want LE poking around their buisness.

Anyway, to conclude I am going to take this matter further now, if only to find out if the policy has any legal basis.

No hard feelings, I hope. The fact is that in Sri Lanka we mongers have a pretty hard time. Just in the past week, cops came to a place where I was in the middle of fucking a girl. As far as dual pricing goes, I am not a lawyer but I am pretty sure it is not illegal. Shanj mentioned the zoo as an example, but the same applies to Peradeniya Gardens which is government-owned. I am not aware of any law which states that it is only tourist attractions which can operate a dual pricing policy. Even if it is legal, whether it is fair is another question. Horton Places National Park charges foreigners nearly ten times as much as locals, which I think is grossly unfair.
As I see it one of the purposes of this forum is to give members objective information so that they can make decisions about which countries to visit for mongering. It is pretty obvious that Sri Lanka is inferior to Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Bangladesh in this regard. However, it is definitely better than Pakistan, and probably better than India. I am not sure about the comparison with India; I would be interested in your views and those of other members. I have heard that there are a few Indians who make mongering trips to Sri Lanka.
If I were a foreign businessman trying to decide where to invest money in Asia, the hypocritical attitude to sex in Sri Lanka would certainly be a factor in making me want to go elsewhere.

I have been a fan of Karaoke clubs for quite sometime.
While I realize the fact that for a lot of guys looking for FS these may not exactly seem like value for money at first glance the outcome if one secures a karaoke girl is far better.
While this not a true Karaoke, it's got most of the aspects that are found in regular Karaoke clubs. (Minus the mic of course) LOL
Well its got hostesses, booze and music. This combination seems very tempting at the onset but be wary. The SELECTION of hostesses is very impressive. It ranges from cute stunners, ultra slim athletic type, pretty petite, hot and sexy to big mommas, chicks with dicks and plump with a pot.
AGE:. From "old enough to be my mother" to "should be doing her OLs"
TITS:. From "perky mosquito bites" to "ripe watermelons"
ASS:. From "flat and firm" to "round and wobbly"

Now we come to the most interesting part or the only interesting part (to some). How "do-able" are they? Well the answer is. DEPENDS ON YOU
They follow strict regulations so it's not easy. You maybe able to do some heavy petting, finger fucking and even a discreet over the clothes "junior rub". A lot depends on your communication skills. Quite a few of them are not fluent in English so a lot depends on your fluency in both languages. It helps if you look like Brad Pitt and talk like Will Smith. You can easily find this alleyway leading to the house. there is a small sign board saying 'Utum Pathum' in front of the alleyway. ( the 'utum pathum' shop is adjoing to the bylane ). When you go about 10 meters along that lane, you will find small 'car park' on your right hand side. in front of this car park you can see the gate ( rather door ) with pad lock.

Karaoke for Dummies. Part 1
There is a definite learning curve. It took me quite while to accumulate the knowledge that I share with you. It's NOT for everyone. There are some guys (like a good friend of mine) who can NEVER score.
Like "Dick Everhard" said. If you think its all about pawing, grabbing and squeezing you should not visit these places. If you cannot keep a tab on your spending, Karaoke's are NOT for you.
This is a place for those who can stay focussed on the objective.
Firstly, let's discuss the MONEY issue. After all it's all about the money.
Let me take it from the top.
I shall describe the incentives for the girls.
This way you guys will get an idea as to what's going on in a Karaoke girl's mind.
The girls get a salary around 10, 000 to 15, 000 a month for which they must achieve a billing target of 100, 000 to 150, 000 a month.
For each additional 100, 000 that's billed they receive a bonus of 15, 000.
Of course the monetary values vary from place to place but this is the general outline.
Entrance Ticket:. Some places require a entrance ticket (Rs 500). Most of the times, the value of the ticket can be set against the bill. (This practice varies from place to place) Eg:. Winter Palace, Pier 3 & Capital Mall
This also means there is an open area. (I. E. Lounge, bar, dance floor) This entrance ticket has a special SIGNIFICANCE, especially if you decide to stay in the open area without going to a vip room. (more on that later)
Till some girl grabs the ticket from you the girls will be willing to talk to you. Be bold and talk to the girls you find attractive and NOT to the COW that comes running to you. The reason is. The girl that gets the ticket gets the BILL in HER name.
If you go in a group one girl will grab all the tickets. Now if a "good girl" (a girl that shares with her friends) takes care of the bill the other girls will be more willing to spend time with you if not, they will ditch you.
Why this happens is that all the stuff you guys drink + her drinks will go towards her account. If the other girls want to get something they must get the OK from the billing girl. Then anything each individual girl orders will go towards their personal account.
In this situation the other girls will try to drink as much as possible to increase the bill.
VIP rooms:. Here one is expected to run a min bill of 10, 000 to 15, 000. The variation is that if it's a karaoke with ONLY rooms. Then all the girls who work the room gets an equal share of the bill. If not, it all depends on the Primary hostess. If she is the type that shares with other girls then they will be willing to spend time in a vip room or else they would prefer to work the floor because its more lucrative. (since the same rules apply)
Tips to save MONEY.
1. Always ask the girls upfront what they drink BEFORE you order your drinks. Otherwise these cunning cunts will always choose ANOTHER type of drink that is more expensive.
2. Go for BOTTLES. If you do plan to spend some time NEVER buy rounds of drinks. They will get the most expensive liquor available and gulp it down with Red bull. They may not even be actually drinking booze but fooling you so ask them what they drink and buy the BOTTLE. This means they are committed. They need to finish it to get their money. Some girls do 10-20 rounds of 100ml and if you add the Red bull it means they have drunk over 3L. Drinking 3L of WATER would be a challenge so you know these girls are fudging either by spilling, throwing or giving it to others. A bottle controls this; so if you do get a room make sure you get bottles because it ends up cheaper in the long run.
3. Getting a room is not too bad when you SHARE the cost. It might mean that someone will have to take a hit and be the "Wingman" but that's how things work. So make sure you go with GOOD FRIENDS. It also helps when things get hot and heavy you will feel more at ease getting a blow with a close friend in the room rather than an acquaintance.

This place is situated on Union place opposite the Salvation Army building.
This has both VIP rooms and an open lounge, bar and dance floor.
Entrance ticket is set off against the bill.

Audio CDs are VERY useful towards the end when you are getting "action" because the screen is blank and thus the room is dark. Thus 3-4 couples can get some decent action without interference. (Depending on the room)
