After reading several posts today on a very unpleasant subject I thought of sharing some views, with no offence to anyone.

If the service provider is not to our liking, we could cancel the meet in a diplomatic way and have some consideration for that person incurring a cost and time in coming over to meet, and the cost of her lost opportunities. Having to cancel a meet but still having to pay something out of decency is a risk we should be prepared to take in mongering. If we are not ready to do that, we should not ask others for contacts and spoil their name; we should find our own contacts.
I have seen some mongers here describing their experiences and saying that details would only be given to trusted mongers or trusted seniors, and some getting upset by that, saying that "so-called" or "self-proclaimed" seniors are trying to form a club among themselves, keeping others out. The incident being discussed today is an example of why some of us are very protective of the info / contacts that we have and selective of whom we share same with. Two lessons coming out of this affair are,
1) We should treat service providers as human beings.
2) Info / contacts should only be given to members (senior or junior) , who have proved to be worthy of same. Doing their own hard work, contributing to the forum, showing signs of being decent and fair.
I am saying this as a fellow monger, not as a senior or a pandit. I hope no one takes offence and asks me to grow a pair but if anyone does, let his pair fall off.

then call the place and speak to them and ask few detail like chargers, duration, direction and opening hours (some of the information you may not needed but to continue the conversation. then ask "is selection possible" if "yes" ask how many girls working today for selection. if the selection is possible it's one hint you can get some extras (sometimes this might be completely wrong). and when you call if calls are handle by girl and you feel she too a therapist, and if you can here other girls chatting or shouting, that means administration of that place is not so tight, therefore we may get good extras, but place would be filthy unclean one.(predictions).
don't ever be afraid to talk to those spa's. there are legal and if you afraid about you mobile have a separate number (which i don't have) or use public phone.

As per my analysis the new management is destroying the good service level of this spa.

I went in and there was a lady 'dr' at the reception who will ask for your name (be prepared) ,I selected a nice 30 ish looking girl (they all wear jeans) there were no rooms inside just cubicles and the place was dirty.
She did an ok massage and asked for a tip of 1000 for HJ which I gave massage and HJ was over in 20 minutes (not 1 hr).
She said she can go out with customers.
After massage there was no tissues! Had to use that dirty towel (yuk).

As per my analysis the new management is destroying the good service level of this spa.
It has something to do with the management either influencing or not monitoring properly that this has become a money greedy 30 mins spa with a quick bad massage and a quick HJ.
Maybe its several reasons added up together that today instead of my regular I tried a different one and I saw regular saw me and verified me that it was me and then had a chit chat with that provider.
I used to tip good because of the genuinely good massage may be that the regular wanted me back so that influenced the other service provider saying something for a bad service. (maybe that I'm not giving tips or so just thinking aloud).
Anyway I also knew that the provider was booked and then in the middle another provider came in chit chated and I only knew what was that when I was leaving that there were two more waiting for the same provider.

They are trying to double their income by limiting 1 hr to 30 minutes ones. Common guys do you think we should support these places? We should teach them a lesson to not to steal money.
Don't take my words, just go and see. Maybe its the bad provider. But management should maintain the quality but seems management also loving it.

One of them in fact, tried to open the door, fearing cops I guess. We quickly vanished from there, only to realise there was another floor up, where we ended up. It is not a case of abusing and insulting but expressing opposition to such wrong-doing in a polite but firm and open manner.
Let us make this forum a better place for all. I do not want to sound like a know-all, but this matter has been bothering me much in recent times, especially at times when I was not in a position to share information with some members here. My apologies to them all. It was not my intention to hold anything back from you unfairly.
