Hey all. I am looking to stay a few nights at the A&EM Saigon Hotel in central HCMC. Girl friendly? Other information? Appreciate your help.I think that there are 3 A&M hotels. The one that I stayed at many years ago was very girl friendly. The bellman counted the number of girls that I brought to my room and laughed. The bellmen will also arrange a girl for you.

So after getting in very late (delayed flight), I walked down Bui Vien street around 2 am. Settled on one of the clubs with girls dancing on stage. Had a drink and watched several cute girls with nice spirit, talked to them after their dance. None wanted me to buy a drink (they had to dance again later), and I could not get either to come with me. Not even at 2 am, I guess they work until 5 am? One of the waiters told me sometimes they will go, but some do not.
Not wanting to waste more of my time so late, I walked down the street and settled on a massage place with hopes of at least a happy ending. Turns out I got a lot more! The girl who pulled me (girl A) in had solid English and started my massage. A little curves, but cute smile (great orthodontist) and face. Watch for security deposit charges.Travelled to Vietnam countless time over the years, I have never encountered even once that I needed to post a deposit of any kind for my hotel bookings.
Can you share a bit more info for the fellow Mongers what's the bar name you sit first and what's the name of the massage center (if you don't remember next to some landmarks) - also mainly which hotel you stayed as I heard in VN- women are not allowed to stay overnight in the room? The massage place was 15 m down a a side alley mid-strip; they had a girl on the main street trying to pull folks in. Humble apologies in advance for my noob query. Kindly help me in giving your valuable advice and inputs. I have zeroed in on Ho Chi Minh City and perhaps Hanoi (not sure) for a holiday. I have gone through the forum pages but am absolutely perplexed with regard to my hotel / apartment booking. I have been to Thailand numerous times for business and pleasure trips and am aware of the mongering scene there. Multiple girls are allowed to check in provided they give their ID with me staying put in that room for 5/6 nights. I am in need of an apartment or a hotel room where girls are allowed without any hassle. You give ID and girls check in either alone or with me. But here I found a lot of hotels and apartments are not guest / girl friendly. Guys look forward to your advice on the place of stay where I or the girl is not put into an embarrassing situation. I am coming from India and want to spend a week or two just on enjoying around with good quality semi pro or non pro girls. Please let me know if anyone has any views or suggestions. I have gone through lot pages for RTTF but still couple of information requesting as it's outdated due to covi19 times. Can anyone help me quickly as need to close Vietnam trip, else need to fall back to Thailand.
With 2 -3 week trip plan, I will be cutting all corners so that I go happy back with good time in Vietnam.

1. Hotel / Apartment - 10-15 USD range and area to target. Is Airbnb is an option in HCMC or its too much hassle and not safe. I like to cook sometimes when in long trips. Do hotel have make shift kitchen. I am Vegan, that's also a problem. Need to find options.
2. Will it be possible to share 2-3 contacts from your side. I may be able to help you in return, so not sure how to repay you.
3. How do we protect laptop and other stuff in hotel, is it safe or it's too much risk I am carrying to work for 2 weeks from there.
4. I am assuming all venues are open and there is no restriction for covid now. Do guide me if I need to carry anyone or need to carry out any procedure except carrying my vaccination certificates.

1. Phomh Penh is much better IMHO. Funny enough, the best Vietnamese WG's seem to be in Cambodia. Pnomh Penh is still a bit of a wild west town. Nowhere near as good as it was 15-20 years ago, but still a lot of fun.
2. Definitely HCMC. There's more options for WG's, but I also think the bars and clubs are better in Saigon.
3. There's no comparison. Thailand takes the prize, hands down. It's not so overt in Vietnam. But in Thailand, the options are almost endless.

You have been warned, don't trust WeChat. Most photos is fake even if some of the profile updated her moments regularly.
Most account is handle by agent, to be safe ask for video call 1st before negotiate if you really want to get girls from the photos on profile.
Short time will cost 1.100.000 to 1.500.000 and overnight will cost you 3. 000.000, usually they will run after 6 hours with lots of excuses.
They will ask 5.000.000 for full night / day. Only do that if you already knew the girl.

It's getting harder to find such a place in HCM. However, the BJ in such a place is not CIM. Meaning, the girls tend to use their hands a lot to assist their BJ. -The taxis at HCMC airport are fine, they use meters. Or you can use grab and pay cash.
-Viettel or vinaphone are the mobile provider I use. If you expect to use text messaging, you will need to buy more credits (many people use whatsapp, zalo, wechat and don't use text). You can tell them you want more text messages and you will pay a bit more. You can get a sim in the airport or just outside (where generally it's crazy and crowded). Be sure you have an unlocked phone.
-The exchange rate generally is pretty much the same sometimes a hotel does not have a lot of cash in smaller bills to change your money (in my experience). I usually change my money in singapore since I fly from there, but airport is ok too. SOmetimes banks will do the exchange if you find one open, I have done that.

True. Same for me.If exchanging cash, I find the gold / jewellery shop near Ben thanh market offer the most competitive rates, close to If not better than xe. But they close fairly early.
Don't use HSBC ATM, they charge like a wounded bull in a China shop on a withdrawal.

My Little Japan hotel sent me to another place but it was so packed I hopped in another taxi to go to Benh Thanh. Rule of thumb if there aren't 10 or 20+ people lining up at the place to exchange money that's not a good place.

Going to HCM and Na Trang in May for the first time, so starting my research now.
Despite warnings that Vietnam sucks, I went during December 2022. Here's my review:
Hotel: District 1 (D1) is close to everything. I stayed at the Saigon AE&M hotel & spa in District 1 for a week (1. 5 M dong / night in Dec 2022). All A&them hotels allow guests (Verified! But beware of the A&them Petite hotel because it's a disgusting, bed bug filled, rat hole. Hotel photos are photoshopped (like the girls). I heard the Intercontinental, Renassaince, or LE Meridien hotels are guest friendly too.
Dating: I'm a young-looking, athletic guy, full hair, 5'10", low body fat, and I approached several of the beautiful white skinned thin girls at Bui Ven, Ho Thi Ky street food (cool place), Vincom Mall, Saigon Mall, War Rememberance Museum, etc, but not one of them will give me the time of day. Most girls speak perfect english, but pretend not to. Sitting in cafe for hours is the most popular activity, but don't expect any mingling; when I quietly approached a group of girls at a table, they just stared at me with the most deadpan faces. Most girls I approached just gave me a 1 word answer and walked away. I tried Tinder, Vietnam Cupid, Date in Asia, Tantan, FB dating, Seeking Arrangements and couldn't get a date. My only matches were bar girls beconing me to come to Japan town to buy drinks.
Girls: Vietnamese girls are probably the prettiest in SEA. Very thin, white skin, few tattoos, short skirts and heels. This makes things here even more frustrating.

Your NPK experience sounds a bit below average. You may just have been unlucky, but quality / attitude has certainly suffered a lot in line with recent price increases.
There were a lot of warning signs in your incall encounter which you rightly enumerate and kudos for being prepared to admit them for the benefit of others. In general punters appear to get better results in the 500-700 k range than in the 1 M+. As you say the women are always a few years older than their stated ages, unless they are genuinely 18. Bait and switch is not uncommon.
I think one of the main differences in the scene between Vietnam and the other countries you list is that in Vietnam a very firm hand is required. Accepting the wrong goods or poor service and still paying is just seen as weakness and only leads to a downward spiral. The problem is that always being vigilant and adversarial takes a lot of energy and it is at the root of why Vietnam attracts fewer returning tourists generally.

Best advice I can give is go to singlemanforum, guys post on there far more frequently about Vietnan, I'the say on a daily basis. RTFF their forum, that's where I got most of my information. They have step-by-step guides, tell you what to expect and how to find certain places. Some of the discussions in that forum degrade into a pissing contest of who has a bigger dick, ignore all that shit and keep scrolling to read info from guys that actually contribute to the thread. Get the Grab app to get around, saves on any translation issues with transportation, and its super cheap. Keep in mind these are my experiences, not trying to disrespect anyone or make them look dumb. Not trying to tell you how to do you or dick police you, but just some things that might help. Do some research and learn about their culture, I've found some girls find it fun to teach the foreigner something new. Even though I'the use the same line with other girls, makes them feel special. As always YMMV, and take everything I say with a grain of salt and as a guide, not gospel.

Once you start talking to a girl, get them off the app within 5 messages and onto a messaging app called Zalo (it's what they use out there) or WhatsApp. Make sure they're not ladyboys, scammers, or bargirls before you get them off the app. I found Zalo to be better, cause the more you can relate and make it easier for them, the more comfortable they'll be with wanting to meet you. I was there in January and had wildly different experiences. Best advice I can give is go to singlemanforum, guys post on there far more frequently about Vietnan, I'the say on a daily basis. RTFF their forum, that's where I got most of my information. They have step-by-step guides, tell you what to expect and how to find certain places. Some of the discussions in that forum degrade into a pissing contest of who has a bigger dick, ignore all that shit and keep scrolling to read info from guys that actually contribute to the thread. Get the Grab app to get around, saves on any translation issues with transportation, and its super cheap. Keep in mind these are my experiences, not trying to disrespect anyone or make them look dumb. Not trying to tell you how to do you or dick police you, but just some things that might help. Do some research and learn about their culture, I've found some girls find it fun to teach the foreigner something new. Even though I'the use the same line with other girls, makes them feel special. The customers in Danang are mostly Korean. There are some Chinese, but they probably don't go to the massage shops. The streets of Danang are occasionally jammed with Korean tour groups.
