I am travelling to hcm in couple of weeks I can't find a proper link to find the gaito girls. Can any one please post few links.Go to google and do a search for "Single Man Forum". Maybe 3/10 if they figure out you are a foreigner before meeting you. Some will ask you as soon as they saw you, so it was up to you to accept them or not. This only happened with gaito girls (as it was more local).

I rejected one girl when she asked foreigner fee (real reason was bad smell from her mouth) and immediately pinged other girls using near me option. Out of 5, 1 was in the same hotel she came in less than 5 min. In between the previous girls knocked the door to tell she was ok without foreigner fee (may be she don't have other guests) as I was trying to explain her I booked other girl, new girl came she was more beautiful and seems younger too. Vietnam has been on my bucket list to visit for many years, so I decided to take advantage of a recent window of opportunity to visit. While I enjoyed my trip and thought HCM was an interesting city, I do not think this is a place that I would revisit. To me, there are just other options that better align with my preferences.

First, arriving in HCM is fairly straightforward provided that you have obtained your evisa prior to your arrival. This is something I overlooked and had to do the day before my arrival. The expedited service cost me $160 for four hour service, but I had no problem getting through immigration upon arrival. The lines at immigration were long and moved slow, but no questions or interrogation by the agent.

I used the Grab service at the airport. I had read inaccurate information about Uber availability in Vietnam. Uber does NOT operated in Vietnam, so download the Grab app prior to your trip or just use the metered taxi. After using Grab to get to my hotel, I used taxis for all of my transportation and they were relatively inexpensive. I found all of the taxis air conditioned, clean, and all used the meter.

I wanted to stay in district 1 and debated staying at the Hyatt or the Sheraton. The rate I was seeing at the Hyatt was 2 x the rate at the Sheraton, so I opted for staying there and I am glad I did. The Sheraton in HCM is one of the nicest I have ever stayed. The club lounge is remarkable and offers an incredible breakfast spread and a great happy hour. I had no need to pay for dinner given the vast offering in the lounge.

I did a lot of research prior to my trip and even had a Vietnamese friend on the ground to help me. I checked out a lot of places, but the only place I felt worthwhile during my entire trip was Cherry Linh.

Nguyen Phi Khahn Street. I took a taxi to this area eager to see what this area really offered and I was extremely disappointed. I arrived mid-afternoon and walked up and down the street stopping in most of the places. While these massage / BJ places are super cheap, I did not see any girls appealing and the places were shitholes. No thanks!

Luxury Massage. I hit a place called Hawaii Luxury Massage and another called Dubai Luxury Massage. I saw YouTube videos on these places and they looked good. Unfortunately when you arrive, you select a girl from photos on an iPad and you must pay in advance. I recall the price being 3 million for an hour. The Hawaii place told me they had 16 girls working but when I arrived there were only 5 girls working. What turned me off the most was how rude the guy was that greeted me. I walked out. I was not paying in advance if I could not select the girl from a lineup.

Beauty Salons. If you checkout YouTube, there are a few vloggers that promote their channels with videos of these places and suggest vip massages services. These videos are VERY misleading! I hit two of these places. One was Mimi Beauty salon and the other was a place right down the street. I got a haircut, shave, shampoo and massage. These places have a lot of girls dressed in yellow dresses, heals, full makeup, and looking very sexy. The haircuts and shave are done by men. The shampoo and massage are done by the girls. For the price, it is a remarkable deal, but no happy ending is on the menu regardless of tip. My massage girl allowed me to put my hand on her ass, but she wasn't touching me and did not encourage me to get myself off. Any YouTube videos suggesting that these places offer happy endings are just misleading. If you do need a haircut and do want some pampering by hot Vietnamese girls, these places are good but they are mostly a tease.

Bui Vien Walking Street. This is not like any walking street in Thailand! There are bars on both sides of the street each playing super load music. I checked out several of the bars and even walked down a few alleys where there are massage places, but did not see any hot girls. If you want to go there and just drink, it is fine, but I would not go here looking to find girls.

Ton That Dam Street. There is a bar area about a 10 minute walk from my hotel where there are a lot of bars. Again, I saw videos on YouTube where all these bars have girls sitting out front trying to get you to go in and drink. I walked up and down all of these streets and did not find one girl appealing enough to get me to go in and buy a drink. I do not know if you can barfine these girls and get them back to your hotel, but I didn't see any really hot girls worth stopping for. Please note, they are all super friendly and will try to get you to come in, but it just wasn't worth my time so I moved on.

Little Tokyo / Little Japan. I saw a lot of YouTube videos on this area of HCM and was hopeful this would be my honey hole for beautiful Vietnamese girls. But sadly it was not. I walked this area during the day and each night. I was so disappointed. It's kind of an interesting area with little bars and little restaurants. I think there were 3-4 massage places too. The bars usually have 2-5 girls sitting outside urging you to come in and drink. Given that I am an American and that these places are known to cater to Asian clients, I expected to be ignored by these girls, but they were extremely friendly. Had I found some really hot girls, I definitely would have gone in and investigated what they really offered, but I just didn't see any girls that appealed to me.

Cherry Linh. This place proved to be my only go-to place for my fun in HCM. Fortunately it was located a very short walk from my hotel. I hit Cherry Linh twice a day and met some very attractive girls here. For 500,000 for 60 minutes plus 2 million for "boom boom" it is a very good value. Basically a little more that $100 with a lovely Vietnamese girl. It was interesting being asked to sit down next to mamasan while she surrounds you with 20+ girls to select from. While Cherry Linh was a good place, it certainly isn't a good reason by itself to visit HCM. Good value with attractive girls, not a place you hangout and spend any time.

I am fairly certain that there must be some amazing places that wealthy Vietnamese men visit in HCM that are off the radar to foreigners, but I did my best to uncover all of my options and left disappointed. It was an interesting place to visit from a historical standpoint, but that was not the primary reason for my visit.

I was there in January and had wildly different experiences. Best advice I can give is go to singlemanforum, guys post on there far more frequently about Vietnan, I'the say on a daily basis. RTFF their forum, that's where I got most of my information. They have step-by-step guides, tell you what to expect and how to find certain places. Some of the discussions in that forum degrade into a pissing contest of who has a bigger dick, ignore all that shit and keep scrolling to read info from guys that actually contribute to the thread. Get the Grab app to get around, saves on any translation issues with transportation, and its super cheap. Keep in mind these are my experiences, not trying to disrespect anyone or make them look dumb. Not trying to tell you how to do you or dick police you, but just some things that might help. Do some research and learn about their culture, I've found some girls find it fun to teach the foreigner something new. Even though I'the use the same line with other girls, makes them feel special. As always YMMV, and take everything I say with a grain of salt and as a guide, not gospel.

Hotel: Don't bother with hotels, just get an AirBnB. If you get a hotel, then don't get a 5 star, they have a reputation to uphold and need to "save face" so most will not allow you to bring guests. I used Badoo, Tinder, Bumble, and MEEFF. Got matches on all, then just had to filter out the ladyboys and bargirls. Have a decent profile with nice pictures, don't need to try and be a Chad but just write some basic stuff on there. Once you start talking to a girl, get them off the app within 5 messages and onto a messaging app called Zalo (it's what they use out there) or WhatsApp. Make sure they're not ladyboys, scammers, or bargirls before you get them off the app. I found Zalo to be better, cause the more you can relate and make it easier for them, the more comfortable they'll be with wanting to meet you. If you really want to go down the dark side, then promise these girls a green card (not sure your nationality) and it'll get things straight to them wanting to get you (this was told to me by a Viet male friend of mine, never tried it). I live in Philippines and visited Thailand many times. I have to agree on Brazil. An example. I was alone lunchtime in very busy self service restaurant in Rio business district. Two very attractive secretaries sat opposite me. I have visited both recently. I would say that both are great. Probably to two best destinations in the world currently. Highest-end club in Brazil is Scandallo. The highest-end clubs in Pattaya are on Walking Street (Pinups, XS, Palace, etc). How do they compare, not factoring price into the equation (which is probably roughly the same)?

- Girl appearance: If you are into shapelier girls, you'll prefer Scandallo for sure. Scandallo has some spinners, and even some ethnic-Japanese girls. But most of them are much bigger than the spinners on Walking Street. Walking Street is 100% spinners. If you are not into spinners, stick to Brazil.

- Girl Performance: Brazilian girls are consistently good, often great. The WS girls can be hit or miss. Often will get better performance from girls from Windmill, etc.

- Venues: Hanging around Scandallo between 8 and 10 pm while waiting for the bulk of the girls to arrive can be boring, especially if you are by yourself. Walking Street with its naked, topless, and hands-on agogos is paradise. Pattaya is not only about the bedroom. It is also about getting teased in the clubs.

- Environment: Sao Paulo is a big city and can be dangerous particularly in the evening. Need to take Ubers all the time to get around. Pattaya is a very safe resort, with lots of fun stuff to look at on the streets. Thai food is amazing. In Sao Paulo, when I am not at Scandallo, I pretty much stay in my hotel room. But getting back to Vietnam, I am very attracted to them. It is really too bad that the scene has dried up there.

Passion plays are not welcome in public, but in private, the Vietnamese ladies are second to none. In my experience, the best encounters are of two types:

1. Managed workers: they are most likely on some websites, the sites change name often, but RTFF you will find some updates. They are fairly easy to use (use Google translate). If you have some language skill and willing to travel, you will find more. In the North, travel to Do-Son near Hai-Phong. It is a whole industry over there. Each house has a number of girls in residence. Girls are young and pretty, and price is universal. Yes, one price, all the houses agree on a price and it is public. In the South, travel to Vung-Tau, just about every other massage is either FS or happy ending. In HCM city, hotel in the 2-star and 3-star range will let you bring guest. Don't worry about the papers, the girls will do it themselves. Most likely they know the front desk people very well. Hotel 4-stars and above will be more hassle with girls (high ranking officials and their families stay there). In many cases, if you make friend with the front desk or the security guards, they can call the girl for you (yes, they will have a bit mark up on price, but you save the hassle). If you can get them to call the girl for you, the girl will knock on your door and you typically have the right of refusal (keep the girl outside the door, if you let her in, she can ask for taxi fee if you end up with refusal).

2. FL. You have to be willing to invest some time and efforts, they range from high maintenance to completely free.

I prefer the second type and now only use type 1 when my type 2 are not available. I have developed some LTR with some middle ages (I prefer mature type, they are a lot less drama and appreciate their partners, either money or just small gifts). My hobby expenses in Vietnam has been the lowest by far (compared to other places in my hobby past such as Dubai, Thailand, USA, etc.). Most of my LTR in Vietnam now are almost free. I do pay for tours, foods, tickets, etc. When they travel with me, and some occasional small gifts.

I know this is the Vietnam / HCM board, but while there's a discussion of where in the world is the best mongering going on: I'm two years living in Thailand now. Had a civilian Brazilian girlfriend in the US for just under three years, but never mongered there. Been to several South American countries as well as the Philippines for mongering but again, haven't done the Brazil P4 P scene.

Couple things before I get to the main point:

There are a lot of people asking about the scene in HCMC. I was just there and met up with other mongers, largely Vietnamese-Americans, and can give a quick rundown of my experiences.

Massages (non-Little Tokyo): There are a ton of places that do massages in HCMC. Just look-up massages and most of them will be an erotic massage. If you aren't sure, just check the hours. If it closes after 9 PM, it is probably a working place. The prices for these places range from $50-$100 for around 1. 5 hours of service. The way it works is you go to the location. You pay either the room fee only or the room fee (ticket) and the girl price (tip) to the front desk and they take you to the room. There is a small sauna in the room and a bathtub. Depending on the place they will ask you what you are looking for a girl and based on this they will send a girl to your room that may or may not be up to your standard. Typically I don't take my clothes off for the sauna until I see a girl I like. If you don't like the girl, you can ask to switch and they will change the girl. Most places typically have a rule for up to 3 switches before telling you to just pick one or leave. Some places will keep switching but it really depends on how many girls are there that day vs the number of customers. If you decide to leave, they will give you your money back, I have never had a problem with this. If you pick a girl, she will turn on the tub to fill it up while you either wait or go in the sauna. She will fill the tub up and take off her clothes. Depending on the girl, she may help take off your clothes too. From the sauna you go straight to the tub where the girl cleans you and may tease you a bit. She washes every part of your body, especially your dick and cleans herself a bit. She will typically get in the tub with you and you can play with her body to your heart's content (rubbing / grabbing her tits, ass, pussy and body). FS is 2 Million VND, BJ is 1. 5 million VND so there isn't really a reason not to do FS unless you are vehemently against it. I misspoke the first time about the main street I was referring to that had these drinks bars on it. Here's a bit more details.

There's probably a total of 6-8 (ish. Maybe more) of bars with slutty dressed girls outside in this entire neighborhood. There's one street called Khu Pho Hung Gia 4 with two of them on that street (on the side with the Cirkle K on thr corner), and that party street I mentioned in my first post is one street north of this one, and on the opposite side of the Circle K. Search under "GAI GOI" you will find quite a few sites listing more then 20 K girls working in hotels and outcalls in all districts in HCMC, also Hanoi and other major cities. These sites may be busted by the government but they usually come back with the same contents by different site names.

Have been inactive on the boards for a long time, but wanted to post while info fresh and also relevant to some current threads here. Posting in the General thread for my own convenience, even though info applies to Massage, Bar, and Hot Toc threads.

Of course not every monger has the same budget or wants, so the editorializing here might help you decide if my info is useful in your case. I will say that outside of the offerings catering to foreigners, the vast majority of the scene here is local, and I didn't feel like I personally was pushing up prices, which have increased post-pandemic. Sai Gon now has the full spectrum of Vietnamese dudes, not just Koreans and other outsiders, with money and places for them to spend it.

I tend to use Airbnb in SE Asia and not have to deal with hotel policies, plus get more space and privacy for less money. There's a lot to be said for getting a second cheap pad to avoid security issues too, but I didn't do that because I didn't plan on bringing anyone I didn't trust and didn't want to spend the money anyway.

With Google Translate, which is actually pretty good at voice conversations now, I can stay away from the Bui Vien scene and LINE ripoffs pretty much as much as I want.

Usually I find that unlike in Cambodia, Viet girls care about using covers for FS when working, though not necessarily when dating.

DAY 1.

In the 1st place he is lumping together a lot of very different countries with different cultures and histories. Peru. Landed in the morning and having read taxi scams and exchange counter scams was wary. Fellow long time traveler at immigration helped me. Changed $100 at decent rate. 24500 Dong for a dollar. Seems fair. Long line at immigration and it too better part of an hour. Seems like everyone is headed here. Once outside my friend advised me to get into only green Vinasun taxi. There was a lady in green jacked helped me. Guy put on the meter. Grab is not allowed to pick up from airport. Traffic is horrendous. Anyway reached my hotel and the cost was 47000 but I gave the driver 50000. Staying at Sotestu Grand Fresa. Excellent small hotel. Pretty new and fantastic room with breakfast. Best rates on Agoda. Since I booked for two check in guy said if I wanted to bring a girl it should be done before 9 pm. They do not allow any girls after that. Nice guy.

Was jet lagged and took a shower and slept.

Got up at 6 pm could not get a grab to go to seafood street in district 4. Hopped on a grab moto but he took me to a wrong place. However had a nice long walk along the river and I needed it. Had excellent cheap spicy seafood at the seafood street. Just sit at the busy places there so that you know which are popular. Plenty of tourists. Did not see any young girls walking the street.

At last grab us available. He too me to the bar street. Plenty of girls outside but no street walkers. I was hoping to get one and take to the hotel. No such luck. Went to 4 bars and cheap beer. None of the girls look pretty. Hardly anyone spoke English. Mamasan with broken English asked me to pick one but I did not. After beer I left. Do not know what the set up was. Did not venture into Japanese high end establishments. My take is unless you know someone or have serious money to burn and navigate all the scams this is not a place to have fun for visitors.

I might just stick to touristy things. Things seem very cheap here. Lots of expats living here.

I'm assuming you went to Bui Vien? That's the only "bar street" I can think of that has mamasans. Plus you added none of the girls are pretty. Pasteur and Little Japan aren't set up like tourist trap Bui Vien. Vietnam isn't like Thailand, PP, PI, etc. It takes some getting used to. You should check out the Pasteur Street bars. Straight forward no scams. Girls speak English because most of their customers are Farang. Very friendly. Tons of girls so I'm sure you will find someone you like. Go later around 8 or 9 pm. If you go at 10 or 11 pm you may need to step inside the bars as most pretty girls will already have customers. On weekends some bars remain open all night if there are customers.

I was staying at the Liberty Green View hotel on Pham Ngu Lao, drink coffee and beers with friends on sidewalks. All city and tour buses have stops on that street. Lots of foreign tourists walk around, but every few feet there are big piles of dog shit that they constantly have to be on alert to step around. If these stupid fuckers want to keep their dogs, they have to clean up after them or just eat the shit themselves. There are also all sorts of smelly trash, vomit, mud and dirt. It's one of the most disgusting places to visit.

As you sit at any place for meals, coffee or beers, a legion of scruffy street vendors walk or ride motorbikes up and down the streets, bellowing announcements, try to make personal friendships to sell lottery tickets, sun glasses, hats, fruits, food, all sorts of junks nobody needs. They are insistent and very annoying. There are new national laws banning begging on the streets, so they all sell lottery tickets. Damn shit. If you refuse to make contact or buy from them, they would try to manipulate your feelings, or outright swearing, threatening victims. I had to call the police and ask the waiters to chase away these rude, stupid, pesky street vendors, but a few came back, showing hostility and threats.

I had been traveling through many countries in Asia like Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia in the last trip, eating street food with no problem, but I consciously avoided street food in HCMC, only ate hot soup in restaurants. On Pham Ngu Lao there were a couple food stands that grilled smoky pork patties served with bread, like banh mi with hot grilled pork. I thought it was novel and interesting so I bought 1 serving. 2 hours later I came down with food poisoning, had severe cramps and diarrhea for over 7 days, ruined my vacation. Damn stupid assholes. I was really pissed off. Hotel gave me tel for Security Police. They said to report it to the Ward's People's Committee nearby. I walked over with diarrhea out of my ass to report a public health hazards to potentially hundreds of tourists. The 6 guys sitting in that office were gulping down street food for lunch, gave me some lip service but did not indicate any actions. They likely think it's normal for hundreds of people to have diarrhea in Vietnam.

I took a few diarrhea control meds but was still sick a couple nights later, and the grilled pork stands were still smoking and selling unabated. I walked back to the People's Committee. The guys said, office is closed at night, they are only doormen, go to Security Police Office on Bui Vien. I walked over the office right between the hoes bars, couple plainclothes guys sat around picking on their asses, doing nothing. I explained the problem to the lieutenant, who showed some concerns. He recognized the food vendor, said that family operates 5 or 6 grilled pork stands on that street, a case of failure to secure food safety, but he did not mention any remedy. Street vendors require no licensing and no training about food safety. What the fuck could the police lieutenant do? I told the guy to solve the food safety problem in his ward, or I would spread the bad news all over the world and destroy his asshole tourism business. He frowned but did not promise any actions. Damn stupid, irresponsible assholes.

I am not convinced that even food in HCMC restaurants and hotels are safe. I ate only boiling hot Pho and noodle soups cooked right in front of me from then on, no uncooked veggies, no fried or grilled food, no precooked food, seemed to avoid more diarrhea.

HCMC and Hanoi are the worst shitholes, home of the rudest, stupidest, most aggressive, most dishonest, most crooked, most obstinate people in the world. In comparison Thai people are happy, easy going, fair, fun, honest. Besides desperate young girls, I don't know why people would want to visit Vietnam with almost all locals constantly looking for ways to take unfair advantages of others. A good example, just look at the way they ride their bikes or drive their cars, always seizing the few feet of roads in front of them, riding on sidewalks, hitting people, blocking intersections, all sorts of stupid, ugly, selfish shit by everyone. The average people's attitude is just so outright bad in this country. I swore and used my middle finger a lot for stupid, savaged assholes in Vietnam.

Will make a translation of this rant and mail to the Ward's People Committee, Security Police, CC to the Communist Party General Secretary, president and prime minister. May be if they are not busy stealing from the country and people, they even have a few minutes to improve a few things. They will never know who Captain Solo is. If they do, they may even give him a " Glorious Labor Hero" or some bullshit medal.

I hit up a couple of areas including walking street which I hated. The best area is Japan town or little Tokyo. Yes it's not a typo, there is a huge 4 block radius pedestrian only zone full of hostess bars, asian massage places, sake, sushi restaurants in the middle of Saigon. It's awesome. It's full of Japanese, Korean, and a few white guys all ballin' out. Plenty of hotels in that part of town which can be higher end or mid level. Not a lot of super cheap options but the 4 - star ones were only like $80/ night.

Skip the hostess bars they are a rip off and not what I'm looking for. Girls just chat you up and run up a big drink tab. I don't drink.

Hit the massage places in Japan town which are the ones where the girls are all dressed the same (traditional Ao Dai dress) and are seated outside flirting w / guys.

There are more than a few. The mamasan will come out when you enter and give you a line up of possibilities about 25 girls in the evenings. One of the best ones I found was Linh Cherry.

Cost was like 2 mil. Dong. House gets like 1 mil. And girl gets 1 mil. For full service including the whole soapy massage and hot tub play with then full service.

BKK is way better than HCMC or Hanoi in just about every aspects of life, including mongering.

If you have not been in HCMC, try it out for a new experience, but it's not worth repeating.

I was staying at hotels A25, Liberty Parkview and Liberty Greenview on Pham Ngu Lao in Dis 1, since all tour, city and regional buses pick up on that street and it's next to noisy bar street Bui Vien where there are lots of restaurants all night. A lot of tourists walk this street but sidewalk has lots of parked motos blocking pedestrians, also lots of big piles of dog shit and rotting gabbage to avoid.

Many Gaitos in Dis 1 will go to hotels, but they are mostly older, heavy, crude, unattractive, some even outright ugly. They have bad attitudes, demand about twice the rates in other districts and will likely pull some tricks. Out of more than a dozen, I had only one who looked good like her posted pics and gave me a good, sexy session. Late at night obvious hookers walk that street or stand in the alley waiting for mongers and would walk to your hotel. They were all old, heavy, ugly, filthy, tatted. I would not even consider any hooker in Dis 1, but if you are seriously hard up, try them. Hotel A25 seem to know these girls and would let them in, no question. Liberty hotels are family oriented and may cause problems.

Consider staying in the compact red light area in leafy Dis 8, only 2 miles from Bui Vien. About 5,000 girls work in hotels in that area, charging 200 K to 1 Mil, and can walk a short block from one to the next. Hotels Enjoy 7 or 8 or Micasa are nice, clean, modern, even luxury. They have kick back arrangements with the girls so they will go there. Alternately you can easily walk to any hotel the girls prefer in that area.
