I had this place recommended and was not aware it existed. It is quite close to the Maroondah Hospital. Unlike so many AMP's it is in a fully renovated house which is clean and well furnished. Yes there would be people who work at councils. They would act on complaints. Once they have a complaint, they would try and find out more information. I suspect that most councils feel they have better things to do than hound AMP's that are not bothering anyone. They are however required to respond to complaints from neighbours and perhaps also licenced brothels who will be happy to see cut price competitors put out of business.
