Was recently in Cairns. . . I checked out the only strip club in town called "The Club." It was alright, but very restrictive. Signs everywhere saying that "This is a non-touch club." There were, however, a lot of great looking women working there. . . although I will admit that I find Australian strip clubs to be a waste of time for a few reasons. . . 1) is that they don't take off any clothes until you dole out $20 AUS to see their tits ON STAGE! 2) the private dances are way, way too damn expensive. At "The Club" it was $50 for a private "non-touch" fully nude dance. Not nearly enough dirt.

The Gong has a very small hobby scene and a somewhat blue collar one at that.Sydney is only 1,1/2 hours away, the quality action happens up there. Since I have a chance to stay in Townsville for a while I thought it my duty to give a report on at least some of the local action.
There are 2 legal brothels here. "Bluebirds on Carmel" at 15 Carmel St Garbutt and "Australian Maid" at 17 Hugh Ryan Drive Garbutt. They are about 200m away from each other.
Being a Tuesday night I stopped in at Bluebirds to check out the girls. Didn't really expect a big crowd so wasn't suprised to find no other guys waiting. Only 2 girls came out and both were absolute dogs :( It could be that my standards have gone up since spending time in Asia but.....Anyway left and around the corner to Aussie Maid.

Just a follow up on my Townsville report.

FINDING WHERE TO GO
Travelling around Australia I have found myself in small towns population say 5, 10, 25 thoasand or so. I look in the local freee newspaper and invariably find an ad or two for a brothel even if none listed in phone book.
INTERPRETING ADS
The Ads typically just give a name of the establishment and a phone number. Name wil be often not very explicit, something like Wagga Wagga Ladies" or Country Girls". Sometimes they will say something like "new girl on staff", or "Greek Lady visiting this weekend". Greek lady is self explanatory."German Lady" or "Miss Helga" or some such thing connotes discipline is available
FINDING THE WOMAN YOU WANT
People are really fiendly and cooperative if you describe the kind of woman that you want. Often women travel a circuit so the lady with big boobs, or the "greek" lady may be visiting on Tuesdays or the weekend etc. I be friend the receptionist and can almost always get what I wanted. I spent 5 days in Darwin and stayed right near the Lizard Bar (right next to the drive in liquor store).
I was told streetwalkers were illegal, but you could find anything in the newspapers, so that’s where I started. Sure enough, there was almost a half page of ads top choose from.

Hard to say what this place is called. They certainly don't advertise it on the building, and in the Yellow Pages there are no less than FIVE 'adult services' listed at 797 Drome Street (Centrefolds, Millionaires Agency, Club 797, Sensuality Plus, and Uni-Girls). Presumably they've bought up a monopoly in Albury.
Anyway, I went there for the first time. It's a fairly discreet place (blink and you'll miss it) in a commercial/industrial area just opposite the airport. I arrived at about 5pm and was greeted by a friendly manageress in her fifties. She explained that she only had two girls working, and showed me through. The bedrooms were tasteful and basic, with shower and hot-tub. There was a rather annoying porn video playing on the wall-mounted TV, which I promptly turned off. The two girls came in in turn and introduced themselves. A rather quiet, average-looking African girl, and a more genial, average-looking Aussie girl with a voice like a rusty saw, both mid twenties. Neither of these took my fancy, so asked the manageress when the change of shift was. She told me she had about 12 or 14 girls coming on at 9pm, so off I went.

Chatting to Imogen as we got naked, I learned that she normally worked in Sydney, and was just passing through Albury for three days on a 'working holiday' down to Melbourne and then Tasmania. So I won't review Imogen in detail here. Suffice it to say that we had a wonderful time. She has a beautiful face, gorgeous body, made pleasant conversation, and gave a wonderfully relaxing massage. I was slightly disappointed that she didn't join me in the shower afterwards; but after everything else she'd done for me, I had no complaints!
Overall I had a very pleasant evening (eventually); but as this was entirely due to the lovely but alas temporary Imogen, I would have to say that I was a little disappointed with the establishment itself. I doubt I'll be back. I'm not sure I'll be so lucky next time.

I looked and didn't really see much on Cairns so I thought I would add a bit here, hopefully I am putting it in the right place.
I am in Carins now and wanted to check out the action. There is a relatively new "Legal" brother called Northern Belle. There's actually only three brothels in Kal. And it's illegal to work the streets in Western Australia. The brothels are really nice and the girls are sure to be friendly and lots of fun (they're West Aussie girls!!!). There's also a number of private sex workers in Kalgoorlie, working from home or escort. The private scene is very safe and clean in Australia, so don't be scared to check out the ads in the local newspaper if you don't find what you want at the brothels.
There's no other cities near Perth with an active sex industry. Way up north (Karratha, Port Hedland) there's a few brothels, but certainly not enough to warrant the extra thousands of kilometres! Kalgoorlie is about the only regional WA city that you're guaranteed to find girls in.

I was only in Cairns for a couple of days, but looks like there is a nice place called Forbidden Fruit. It is only a short walk from the big mall in cairns. The address is 7 Owen. I went there around 3 pm but it was not open at that time.

I have been visiting Cairns for years. The best bet is Locanto or the local newspaper. I have tried all the Thai places but just straight massage.It's surprising to know that you didn't get any happy ending Massage with Thai places. Most of the Thai girls do it in most of the cases.
