While fucking with a young (she said 19 yo) Thai girl (professional prostitute) taking her from the back my condom broke.

I realized it just when I came out, so I have been fucking her for about 2 minutes with my glandis in contact with her vagina and sexual fluid.

I immediately washed it carefully with plenty of soap and water, I pissed, and I watched and carefully examinated my penis: no any sign of little scares, or cuts, or wounds or red skin, the skin was normal as usual.

Supposing that the girl is 100% HIV positive.

What do you think is the risk of getting HIV?

What the risk to get other diseases?

Should I use any special cream or medicaments to prevent other diseases?

Thanks for sharing your experiences and knowledge!

Actually I'm quite sure that, as all the skin of my penis was perfectly intact, there is no way HIV could have been transmitted to me, but who knows?

Have you been tested for HIV?

If all of your encounters have been protected, it is highly unlikely (to the extreme) that you would have been infected.

The ongoing blurb about condoms is that they are 97% effective - but what does that mean in the real world of statistics? The other 3% covers 1. Breakage. 2. Improper use. 3. People who lie or don't remember exactly what happened in a sexual encounter because they were too drunk or were not paying attention closely enough (like "Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I also had unprotected anal"). 4. The moral majority stance of this very fucked-up US government that really would prefer that no one engages in sex of any kind.

Can you be infected via small cuts, etc.? Theoretically, but the studies that try to recreate this in a laboratory setting are using conservative examples with fluids that are many times more infectious and in quantities that are well beyond what would be present in real life. HIV likes to be injected in an enclosed environment, and that is why vaginal and anal receptive sex are the two riskiest forms of unprotected sex. HIV, unlike many other STD's does not live outside of it's host, and is therefore the most fragile of all.

The reason that straight males have such a hard time contracting HIV is that the virus basically needs to enter through their urethra. Now, think about that - even if you were having unprotected sex with a known HIV+
person, enough of her infectious fluids would have to be pounded into that tiny slit at the end of your dick and somehow make their way into your system before you flushed everything out with a big exploding load of cum.

Check out a couple of forums - www.thebody.com and www.aidsmeds.com. Especially the "Fears" section of Aidsmeds. Ask them your question and I think you will start to feel a lot better real soon.

There is more than one way in which the HIV virus can infect a male, some studies have suggested it may enter through the exposed foreskin of an intact (ie: non-circumcised) penis. There are other possibilites, the ONLY truth is that no-one is completely sure.

Boberati, handing out your "opinion" as fact is not only ill advised, it is also incredibly irresponsible and clearly demonstrates you have no regard for anything even resembling safe sex.

I suggest you either 1.) state that your posts are only your opinions or 2.) keep your "opinions" to yourself.

I am considering posting a FACT of my own here, but with all the bigotry going on I will have to give this more consideration.

Oh, and precisely what wisdom does a dumb **** like yourself have to offer regarding HIV transmission after having claimed to bareback more than a thousand SW's over your illustrious "career"?

SO, what is it? - you have now found some minute speck of intelligence and feel compelled to dole out your own scientific "facts"?

Unless you have not noticed shit-for-brains, all of these posts are "opinions", just as are yours. But thanks very much for pointing out the obvious. By the way, what you mentioned (if you even bothered to read my complete post) has no bearing on HIV transmission if the person is wearing a condom, which was actually the whole point of my post and the one that I was responding to.

Now get on with your hagged-out dried-up life you pencil-dicked bag of rotting flesh!

Not that morals are really a big part of this forum, but do you ever think about the fact that, at some point, you WILL become infected with HIV and not know it, and then go on spreading a deadly disease to the destitute women that you somehow convince to have unprotected sex with? And...
However, this stupid assmuncher would never see it in the Safe Sex forum, as he clearly has no regard for anything even resembling safe sex. If there is a shred of truth to what he is saying, he is not only a danger to himself and the women that he may be infecting, but quite possibly to others who frequent this website. Not exactly NICE yourself, are you? And I am still waiting for an explanation or answer to my question; If I am CLEAR and NO LONGER MONGERING, how can I be a danger to anyone?

Well? Will you answer, or hide away?

You accused me twice of being a danger to others and yet in reality, I am less of a danger than you or just about anyone else on this forum because I am no longer "mongering".

The truth is, you and your cronies in the "Cambodia Picture Gallery" are a bunch of BIGOTED idiots and THUGS.

Show me where it was stated that you "are no longer mongering" in your original post about barebacking in the Cambodia thread - I can't find it anywhere. As well, who says you are clear? As I asked you before, when was your last encounter and how much time elapsed from that until you tested for HIV?

I answered your question, the post appeared and then disappeared 24 hours later, deleted I assume, by a Mod. I have seen your handle appear on the home page every day and I am sure you would have seen my reply before it was deleted however, just to make sure:

It is at least a year (ie: twelve months) since I was last exposed to any risk. In fact, I'd say that it's probably more like 18 months.

I stated this three days ago and in doing so also made it fairly obvious that I'm no longer mongering, as for me, mongering would always be "risky".

It is people like you who restrict the flow of genuine information, offered freely and with respect, due entirely to your responses. My OP (Report) is still available along with other relevant information I was ready to share, but while BIGOTS like you, 1Ball, Adjarn and Stew2 around, it will remain archived.

My browser has been left open for the past couple of weeks on one of my computers, which apparently keeps me signed into this site whether I am actively looking at it or not. I did not see your post where you stated you stopped mongering 18 months ago, or whatever it was.

Anyway, congratulations, on coming up clear after doing whatever it was you said you were doing. I am still not sure how useful this information will be to anyone, except that you apparently beat some amazing odds (perhaps you possess the Delta-32 gene mutation that prevents you from contracting HIV) - clearly there are many others that have been considerably less fortunate. And it would be extremely ill-advised that anyone would actually follow your lead unless they had some kind of death wish.

But hey, all is not lost between us - For one thing, I am quite certain that I actually despise George Bush (and his putzy British counterpart Tony Blair) even more than you do. Go figure.

The best and safest sex is what you have with a teenager when you convince her that swallowing cum and taking it deep in the ass with a condom will preserve her virginity and keep her disease free.

Hi Bro! Anyone can advise on this...

I've 1 nite session with a girl whom I met at a pub. We've kissing, oral sex without condom but I didnt even lick her intimate parts and FJ with condom. After the session, I cleaned myself whole body with soap & dettol. The next day, I felt some little itchiness on my both arms, hands & feet but the other parts of my body are very fine. No rashes on my penis and groins after 4 days but the itchiness still got on my arms. Does this mean I got "something"? Or just I've been bitten by the bed mites?

Pls advise, Thank you!

Hey Guys,

A couple of months ago I made a post about Listerine and Iodine as a way to clean up after you've had sex with a girl. ( rinse your mouth with Listerine, use a wash cloth or paper towel damp with Iodine to clean your privates.) Iodine is the perfect antiseptic to clean your privates because for most people it doesn't hurt like rubbing alcohol but it is incredibly effective at killing germs. You can buy Listerine and Iodine in any drugstore. It's a good idea to use a washcloth to smear Iodine on your privates after you've hooked up with a scanky chick and she is gone. The only problem with Iodine is it stains like crazy so you should probably do it in the shower after sex and then wash up 2 times with regular soap and water. For more detailed instructions read my previous post.

Anyway, I'm surprised my Listerine + Iodine solution hasn't gotten more play on the international sex guide site. If you rinse thoroughly with Listerine and Iodine after sex, it will DRAMATICALLY reduce your risk of getting a venereal disease from a girl.
I still encourage condoms and other barrier methods of contraception.

Just remember - LISTERINE AND IODINE - it could save your life someday!

Later,

jadedmd

PS Just make sure you're not one of the .00000001 % of people who are allergic to iodine before you use it.

I am curious to know if anyone has had any experience with contracting a disease of any kind while using a condom.

It seems to me that the condom offers great protection from those bugs transmitted through fluids, but I wonder about skin to skin contact such as that around the balls where they touch against a woman. HPV? Herpes?

Any experiences?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and new to the so called mongering sport. Anyway, I can't say my first experience has been a very good one. Last night I ordered an Escort in London. One of the 150/200 price range. Anyway, she was Spanish and I can't say she was very appealing. She told me she has been here for a month and will be leaving again next week (she doesnt like the weather lol).

She performed BBBJ (wasn't that good to be honest) for a very long time. Eventually I did put on a condom and must of given her a few vaginal thrusts until I just went dead, like I said she wasn't very appealing. She persisted on doing more oral until finally I managed to release.

In the end, I got the feeling that if she were in Spain she looks like someone who could definetely be doing the streets, would London Escort agencies require her to provide STD tests before joining their ranks ? This girl is showcased on around 3/4 different escort sites.

Any signs I could pay attention to on the day after ? As a first timer it would be horrible if I caught anything, but again as a first timer my conscience is more susceptible to play more tricks on me. By the way, I showered thoroughly right after she left and cleansed the "head" with my usual Aquas Cream, and a couple of hours later (from reading this thread) I applied the alcohol spirit lol.

Thanks

[IMG]It even beats Durex Avanti (50 microns thick) at a world class 15 microns thick!
How, exactly, did you find this out? Is this information reliable? If so, I'm going to try them. This means that the Durex Avanti is more than 3 times thicker than the Pasante. So far the best condom I've used is the Trojan Supra, at least as far as feeling that you're doing it bareback; I'd like to know it's thickness, if you know. The Durex Avanti is a close second.

After reading your post. I went to the Pasante website, www.pasante.com. It appears that they can be ordered from the UK. I went to Undercover Condoms, my usual source, but they don't carry them.

Thanks for providing valuable information.

I'm not an MD, but I agree with your recommendation of listerine as a mouth wash after DATY, but I thought hydrogen peroxide was just as effective as iodine in dis-infecting your private areas after BB-Sex, and without the orange stain?

Peter Kin

reports show that listerine is just as effective, and perhaps more so, as iodine- why not wipe listerine on the skin?

a canadian defence study on destroying bacteria on diving equipment found listerine was best:

"virus: exposure to listerine for 30secs is antiviral against herpes simplex, type 1, herpes simplex 2 and influenza a. completely inhibited hiv in 30 sec, and is able to kill methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureaus (mrsa) in 30 sec.
bacteria: listerine kills staphylococcus aureaus completely after 30sec. kills staphylococcus mitis, mycobacterium smegmatis and m bovis in 20 min. most of 54 bacterial strains die after 30 sec.
fungi: kills candida albicans in 20 min."

iodine is also available as betadine surgical scrub as used in surgical procedures. it also comes as a gargle and mouthwash, as well as a skin
cleanser. about iodine:

"iodine compounds include tincture of iodine and povidone iodine compounds (betadine). iodine compounds have the broadest spectrum of all topical anti-infectives, with action against bacteria, fungi, viruses, spores, protozoa, and yeasts. iodine tincture (the staining stuff) is highly effective, but its alcoholic component is drying and extremely irritating when applied to abraided (scraped or rubbed) skin. povidone iodine, an organic compound, is less irritating and less toxic, but not as effective. povidone iodine has been used for hand scrubs and disinfection of surgical sites. aqueous solutions of iodine have also been used as antiseptic agents, but are less effective than alcoholic solutions and less convenient to use that the povidone iodine compounds."

this bring me back to using listerine as a wash. any takers?

Guys,

It happened to me that when I was hard f...ing a great SW in Kiev a couple of months ago, I realized at the end that my condom had just exploded.

When I came back to Paris the day after, I rushed into an emergency center and asked for the emergency treatment. If you do it whithin 48 hours and really follow the treatment during one month, the risk of getting contaminated by HIV is close to 0.

However, after one month of treatment, you will never again want to take such risk ! It is just a nightmare !

Enjoy

I posted in the US board originally but thought it would help some people here as well.

I had the unfortunate honor of catching something from BJ, actually BBBJ. I went to Malaysia in March and had several sessions with locals and Filipinas. I covered up for the main event every time but got BBBJ's from all girls.

About 6 weeks after I got back I got this flu like symptom and got a big pimple right below my balls. At first I thought it was Herpes since I had no knowledge about STD's. I was freaking out. I was going to ruin my life I thought.

After reading million pages of articles on STD's I sort figured out what it was and went to a clinic to get checked out. It turns out I was right. It was Lymphogranuloma Venereum, which is common in tropical and subtropical countries. Obviously I don't know which one it was since I had 5 girls in 6 days.

According to one report it is very rare in the states, affects mostly gay men having anal sex. So I was one of those very unlucky heterosexual men that caught it from BJ. Talk about being a close call...I didn't have to get my significant other involved in this as we didn't have sex during that time. She would have literally killed me.

I got tested for syphllis and HIV also. Those came back negative. So be careful out there. I am going to be very careful and take care of myself. Everything covered including BJ's and thourough washing before and after. I may use listerine to rinse my mouth and dick as it apparently kills jerms according to some monger's report.

I am now 36, and have been actively mongering since I was about 18, and really active since I turned 30 years. I have had sex with about 500 women in my life.
Say 450 prostitutes, 30 swinging women, and about 20 one-night stands and girlfriends.

I have had bareback with most of the one-night stands and girlfriends. I have also had bareback with 5 or 6 prostitutes. This was foolish behaviour that I would hope not to partake in again. I have always been concerned about STDS, and have had regular tests and scans over years, and to date the only thing I have caught is genital warts and they were from a brief girlfriend who happens to be a serious slag. To date I have never contracted an STD from a prostitute, and I have performed oral sex on most of these women. I have licked many of their anuses as well, which is one of my fetishes. I have also had BBBJs from about half the women.

I went for an STD scan today, and will have the results in about three weeks. I don’t expect any problems and I am not suffering from any symptoms. I only had the scan because it is nearly 2 years since my last scan, and in that time I have sex with over 100 women, so I am concerned about things like chlamydia, which can be picked up from oral sex. Another STD that can be picked up from oral sex, in particular from licking the anus is Hepatitis B.

When I went for the scan today I decided to ask the nurse about Hepatitis and the possibility of getting a course of Hepatitis B shots, which is provided free in this clinic but would cost well over €200 from a private practitioner.

So I said to her:

"I am a little concerned about getting Hep B from performing Oral sex."

To which she replied and I knew she would say this: "Hep B isn’t really a big risk in oral sex"

"Ah but I also tend to lick the woman’s anus as well as the vagina” I proudly said.

She went slightly red, and then said

"And you are not bisexual or Gay??"

"NO I am not, I can assure you!!" I exclaimed

“Well yes there is some Hep B risk from performing oral sex on someone’s anus, so it would be a good idea to have a Hep B vaccination.”

So I will be going for my Hep B jabs in August, and when I lick women’s anuses in the future I can say to myself “Well at least I cant get Hep B form this!!!!”

Here are my stats:

I have had sex with about 250 women from 40 different countries. Wan King, you did better than me, I started active mongering only since 5 years, even if I was 17 for my first mongering experience (bareback sex, this was usual even with pro before AIDS appeared). About 20 of these women where bareback with non pros about 15 years ago. Since 5 years, I had bareback sex once with a pro, BBBJ with 50%, DATY with 30% and DFK with 70% of the 230 pro. I am vaccinated against HEP A and B. I am concerned about hygiene for both before and after sex. I have never had any sympton, so I never went for medical HIV/STD check before. I did a complete HIV, HEP and STD medical check two weeks ago (because of the bareback sex I mentioned before), and everything was OK. Just facts, I don't try to prove anything with this.

Keep safe everybody.

For what it's worth, both my doc (of 20 yrs and infectious disease specialist) and CDC say 'yes', one can contract HIV through oral transmission.

The good news: risk is relatively small, unlike going BB. If you're nervous, get yourself tested...but chances are fairly small.

In my opinion this Bangladesh girl has Molluscum. Here's a decription from a
Medical Encyclopedia.

"Molluscum contagiosum is a viral skin infection that causes raised, pearl-like papules or nodules on the skin. ... may spread by sexual contact. Molluscum is generally seen on the genitals as a sexually ... these lesions are painless. Molluscum produces no serious illness."

I've just been through treatment sessions for genital warts which I suspect
I picked up from a (no-nonsense) massage place in Langawi/Malaysia. I don't known why there isn't more hygene at massage parlours - such as the massure washing her hands first thing, and that all patrons should shower before laying down for a massage.

Here is a story about a favorite topic on this forum, condom use and its effectiveness.

Do condoms reduce the risk of STDs, including HIV?
Not always. Even though it makes sense that preventing direct skin-to-skin (or vaginal mucosa) contact during intercourse would prevent viruses, bacteria and sperm from passing between partners, warnings about condom effectiveness prevail. Condoms are certainly not foolproof when it comes to contraception. If 100 women and their partners use condoms for a year in what is described as “perfect use,” two will become pregnant. With “typical use” (not used consistently or correctly) 15 women will become pregnant. This “typical use” failure rate is rarely due to a faulty condom, but rather to faulty application or no application. (Note, condoms in the U.S. are electronically tested for holes and defects and serial lots are tested for strength.)

Well I got the results back today, and all clear. So as long as you wear a condom for the main event, it would seem it is pretty safe to have sex with prostitutes (assuming they reside in places like Germany and the Netherlands, and that they not really sick looking third world country chicks). Like they say, oral sex is a minimal risk, and trust me I have really sucked the juice out of hundreds of pussies, and pushed my tongue deep into many womens assholes. Also i have received hundreds of BBBJs.

I did start a course of HEP A+B vacinations today, I have to get 2 more shots, next one in four weeks, and another 4 weeks after that. If you are into licking a womans anus, it could be a good idea to get HEP shots, as hepatitis can be passed through fecal matter. The HEP shots are free though the goverment STD clinic where i live but would cost over €200 if I was to get them from a GP.

Recently I have been thinking about the topic of going down on women (working and non-working), and the risks involved.

Yes, I'm also really into giving DATY/eating out and the very occasional rimming to gals.

Anyway, I was wondering if ANYONE had been caught out by this practive and copped an STD? From my reading is seems quite low risk,, but the if I had to mend my ways, I guess I would.

I read somewhere that risk is higher for a girl giving a BBBJ, than a guy going down on a girl?

Also, is there any truth to the effectiveness or usefulness of rinsing out with Listerine/Medicated mouthwash afterwards?? I've been doing this.

I do get a check-up every 6 months or so, and also before entering any long-term "real" relationship.. the last thing u would want is to give anything to a significant other.

Cheers,

FM

Well I got the results back today, and all clear. So as long as you wear a condom for the main event, it would seem it is pretty safe to have sex with prostitutes (assuming they reside in places like Germany and the Netherlands, and that they not really sick looking third world country chicks). Like they say, oral sex is a minimal risk, and trust me I have really sucked the juice out of hundreds of pussies, and pushed my tongue deep into many womens assholes. Also i have received hundreds of BBBJs.

By request from an editor I also post following here (original posted @ China - General Info):

Hi,

It's interesting that most of you think that you only can catch "something" when having sex w/o condom. Don't forget that you also can catch something with oral sex - DATY or BBBJ. I had such "adventure" last year in Northeast China. Sex was with condom, but before it we did DATY and BBBJ. It seems that I caught more than one of these strange asian germs by DATY/BBBJ and I needed a treatment with three medicines.

Referring to my doc it is also possible to catch such germs (microbial strain of chlamydia) by oral sex and these asian germs are very resistent against common medicine. He also mentioned that many people can have such germs w/o any problems, no symptoms of an illness.

Since this I have an emergency kit for such situation consisting of following (as I have them from Europe, I only can give you the european "brand name" and name of the antiviral agent, but some are available worlwide):

A) Zithromax 500mg (Pfizer, http://*******.com/re495); main germ killer, box with three pills; my treatment were a double shot at once

Be) Tricef 400mg (Merck, Cefixim is the name of the antiviral agent); against a variety of germs; box of three pills; my treatment was a single shot

See) Doxyxylin 200mg (Genericon, Doxyxyline is the name of the antiviaral agent); against a variety of germs; box with ten pills; my treatment was a full box

After starting with see) and three days later (each day one shot), the screenings were becoming normal. Beside this you maybe will have so called "post symptoms" up to two weeks, but as long the screenings are ok no reason to fear anything. The whole treatment was according given recommendation to medical staff and known problems when catching such asian germs.

To treat gonorrhea a simple broad-spectrum antibiotica which treats also gonorrhea (stated in the enclosed information sheet) will be enough. But, when the symptoms will not leave after this, you have to switch to a), be) and see).

DO NOT start a self treatment without consulting a doctor first!

PS: Not mentioning, that after this and the information from my doc the fun level went down.

Slightly off topic but..

Saw an interesting documentry last night about men who have become impotent due to smoking. Many were young men in their 30s.

Apparently the veins and arteries in your penis clog up with fat, making them narrower. Less blood gets into your penis, so you get less of an erection. Or no erection at all.

some of the guys profiled managed to give the cigs and got their erections back which was something.

has somone tried one of this products?

It might be a substitute for the men`s latex condom.
Better feeling for both? As save as the latex condom?
A revolution in the contraceptive thematic?

I´m not a sponsor or something else to this product, just for discussion and experience.

I don´t know if there are similar products on the market. Here are the links:

www.bcbmcn.com/Products/p_l_01.htm

www.bcbmcn.com/Products/p_l_02.htm

I don't think there taht it's protect about aids and other ist ?

Vince, this looks exactly like a "liquid condom" I saw for sale in the hotel minibar in China recently (20-ish RMB "tear-up-charge"). The package had some funny wording regarding its usefulness for macaque monkeys (?) having sex, which made me wonder what good it could do in humans.

BTW I like their website's description of another product, the "disinfector lube":

It can ameliorate dry and flabby ****, can slerilize, can enhance libido and increase large charge . It is external when sex for women. Use it long time can keep **** lunstration and prevent social disease

I'm always looking for ways to ameliorate flabby cunts. Keeping the **** lunstrated and steering clear of STD's are added bonuses, I guess ;)

CDC: Test all Americans 13-64 routinely for HIV
Updated 9/21/2006 2:11 PM ET

ATLANTA (AP) — All Americans between the ages of 13 and 64 should be routinely tested for HIV to help catch infections earlier and stop the spread of the virus linked to AIDS, federal health recommendations announced Thursday say.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said HIV testing should become about as common as a cholesterol check. Nearly half of new HIV infections are discovered when doctors are trying to diagnose a sick patient who has come for care, CDC officials said.

"We know that many HIV infected people seek health care and they don't get tested. And many people are not diagnosed until late in the course of their illness, when they're already sick with HIV-related conditions," said Dr. Timothy Mastro, acting director of the CDC's division of HIV/AIDS prevention.

ON DEADLINE: More information from the CDC

"By identifying people earlier through a screening program, we'll allow them to access life-extending therapy, and also through prevention services, learn how to avoid transmitting HIV infection to others," he said.

The announcement was hailed by some HIV patient advocates and health policy experts. They said the guidelines could help end the stigma of HIV testing and lead to needed care for an estimated 250,000 Americans who don't yet know they have the disease.

"I think it's an incredible advance. I think it's courageous on the part of the CDC," said A. David Paltiel, a health policy expert at the Yale University School of Medicine.

The recommendations aren't legally binding, but they influence what doctors do and what health insurance programs cover.

Some physicians groups predict the recommendations will be challenging to implement, involving new expenditures of money and time for testing, counseling and revising consent procedures.

Some physicians also question whether there is enough evidence to expand testing beyond high-risk groups, said Dr. Larry Fields, the president of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

"Are doctors going to do it? Probably not," Fields said.

But the recommendations were endorsed by the American Medical Association, which urged physicians to comply.

"This is important public health strategy to stop the spread of HIV," Dr. Nancy Nielsen, a Buffalo-based physician who sits on the AMA's governing board, said in a statement.

Previously, the CDC recommended routine testing for those at high-risk for catching the virus, such as intravenous drug users and gay men, and for hospitals and certain other institutions serving areas where HIV is common. It also recommends testing for all pregnant women.

Under the new guidelines, patients would be tested for HIV as part of a standard battery of tests they receive when they go for urgent or emergency care, or even during a routine physical.

Patients wouldn't get tested every year: Repeated, annual testing would only be recommended only for those at high-risk.

There would be no consent form specifically for the HIV test; it would be covered in a clinic or hospital's standard care consent form. Patients would be allowed to decline the testing.

CDC officials have been working on revised recommendations for about three years, and sought input from more than 100 organizations, including doctors' associations and HIV patient advocacy groups. The CDC presented planned revisions at a scientific conference in February.

Since then, the CDC has strengthened language on informed consent to make sure that no one is tested without their knowledge, and emphasized the need for doctors to provide information on HIV tests and the meaning of positive and negative results.

I have been reading this forum and getting info but I never participated in a constructive way. I owe you my brothers this piece of knowledge.

I went to Rio/Brazil a month ago and needless to say the girls there are the sweetest and the most beautiful in the world. I have been all over the world mongering regularly but they are #1. So when you are so attracted you tend to lose your brain and use your lower brain.

All my life I never ever had a BBBJ I always had CBJ. In this instance I go to Sentauros where about 80 stnning girls are displayed for your pleasure and I pick two of them for a double action. We started to kiss the three of us and I got very hot and int he heat of the moment one of them slips down and proceeds to suck my cock while I am kissing the other then the other one joins her and now I am helpless with no will power whatsoever.

My very first BBBJ in my life and wouldn't you know it I come back to the States and at the airport as I am taking a leak I see an ugly discharge. Explain this to my partner. After a long business trip how am I not going to make love to her. To make a long story short I went straight to the STD clinic and found out that I had Ghonorrea and I also had a rash on the tip of my penis which they thought was Herpes so they drew my blood and I had to wait 7 days for the results which turned out negative thank God.

As you can see from one BBBJ from possibly the most beautiful girls that I've seen in my life and the cleanest I got a disease and I could have contracted others like Herpes, Syphilis, Warts etc.

Please let us not brag about getting BBBJ and putting down the girls who insist on using condoms. Happy and safe hunting to all.

I am posting this here as a result of a thread in the China forum.

It's mostly about Chlorhexidine, which one of the members talked about.

Basically, I have just put a few links here for you to view yourselves, except I have not put in all the ones for STIs. Just Google Chlorhexidine sti and read the hits. Seemingly ( no pun intended) it is used to help prevent STIs, and is part of emergency medics' emergency STI kits.

I have used it here for years( Australia) in various jobs, but didn't realise its effectiveness in helping stop you from catching a dose of anything fron chlamydia to herpes, and it has even been suggested for an emergency protocoll for possible HIV infection. Having said that, putting it down your japs eye is something for the extreme masochists. It may help, it will burn like fuck, and it may make matters worse by damaging mucus membranes, so if for example a condom breaks, or you forget to use one, or are too pissed to remember, or you are just too horny, it may be a help to douse the old fellah liberally with it, and have a [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) ASAP.

It's not a miracle cure, and it should not be thought off as an excuse to act irresponsibly, but if shit happens, it may just give you a head start!
Anyway, here are the links. Oh btw, it's sold by Colgate as 'Savacol' in Aus and NZ, and 'Peridex' I think in the USA- but Google will help.

Does anybody know whats the quickest way to get rid of molluscum?

I caught it while mongering in Mexico. Not easily I regret to say.

Most symptoms are self-resolving over time. However, generally lesions are removedto reduce autoinoculation and transmission to others.

Removal of lesions can be done surgically, chemically of cryogenically.

Avoid touching the lesion and then touching another part of your body (or others) without washing your hands to prevent chance of autoinoculation.

Good luck.

Question: If you are kissing or french kissing these girls, can't you get AIDs if someone just blew their load in these girls' mouth? I have seen a lot of conflicting info on the web on how safe DATY is. Many sites say it carries little risk of HIV, but definately is at risk for other STDs. Frankly I love DATY but don’t dare try it with the high mileage girls for fear of bringing something home. But I notice that the San Francisco Health Clinic and Med Help International (MHI) seem quite convinced that. Apart from herpes. DATY is pretty safe for all intensive purposes – MHI does acknowledge theoretical risk, but seems to think in the real world this is basically not worth worrying about. Just wanted to see if anyone has a view on this or better yet some real world experience they can share.

There was a bit of discussion going on in one of the threads about using Listerine as a disinfectant after sex.

Along the same line, my question is, is it worth the trouble to use Listerine or other disinfectant (eg, anti bacterial hand cleanser, rubbing alcohol or other types of alcohol) to wipe yourself down after BBBJ? My thinking is, if you clean yourself up after the BBBJ and before you put the rubber on for the main event, your dick is not staying in a warm, wet enclosed rubber full of the girl's saliva.

I've always felt somewhat uncomfortable (unsafe?) about putting on a rubber and letting your dick sit in it, with saliva and germs from her mouth, after the BBBJ and when you are having the intercourse.

Any thoughts?

I caught Molluscum Contagiosum my last trip to DR. I thought I had caught Herpes, which it is commonly confused with. I had several doctors state it was Foliculitis (hair bumps). Today I saw a dermitoligist who properly diagnossed and treated it by using a local anistetic then cutting them out.

The last couple of weeks were crazy with the itching, discomfort and fear that I might have Herpes for life! And the knowledge that I may of passed it on to my girl.

I've been tested for all other STD's and the results were negative. Thats it for me no more mongering. It's just not worth it! To my fellow mongers stay safe.

RE: Safe Sex and so on...

Dear Gentlemen,

May I tell you a cute story about:

**********************
My little sister....
**********************

My little sister was a very little girl. Yet, even at 6 she was significantly bigger than a little mouse. Still - as we used to live in an old

country house - she would jump high on a chair, screaming in terror whenever she saw one cute little mousy or two. We papa, mama,

sisters and brothers all thought this all very funny, given the considerable size and strength differences between them.

As time passed I grew up to be a big strong man. I worked out in the gym to be bigger than others and paid big monies to get various

scary pictures tattooed on my arms and chest to scare away those other guys who I wouldn't be able to beat otherwise. I even went to

study boxing to become more confident. I was doing just like most other guys really.

******************************
Am I a Secret Homo or Something.....?
******************************

Considering all the above, it seems all the more laughable that recently I find myself jumping high on a chair, screaming in terror whenever

I hear the name of some tiny, minuscule virus or bacteria mentioned. And not only those but the plain mentioning of the "evil terrorist

men" as well scare me to death. Anybody understands what has happened to me? Has I become a little girl in mind? Or despite of my size

am I a "secret-homo" or a "poosy-boy"?

I am sure guys that you don't think like me. You wouldn't get shit scared from microscopic little fellas or by seeing some vague reports

about "strong bearded men". I am so ashamed now, can someone advise me please.....

**************************
Please Help Me!
**************************

What shall I do?

- Should I pump up my biceps more and punch out the bacteria or evil virus?

- Should I get more very scary tattooing done to scare away the evil bacteria?

- Should I train more boxing to gain confidence in life?

*********************************
A Camera Would Surely Work.....
*********************************

Maybe the best is if I get security cameras installed in my closet -for my own safety- so that the friendly police can identify them and

catch the evil bastards while trying to climb into my anal holeas I am passing poo? Yes, that will surely make me feel safe.

I am totally helpless and totally shit scared of miniature, microscopic fellas now and ask for your advice. I am afraid that I have become a

"pumped up poosyman", or something like that. I know guys that you are not like me. You wouldn't jump at mention of some microscopic,

unseen felllas, I am sure. I am just a strange, unusual guy.

I am big, my bicepses are gigantic, my tattooes scary as shit and I always carry the police emergency number in my pocket. And the

ambulance's too. So, I should feel very safe. But I am not. Am I maybe just an idiot?

****************************************
The answer for "Fear" starts with an "R" for rubber
****************************************

I know you are all very safe and confident guys, you no give shit for microscopic fellas. I can sense that from your great postings. So,

please fill me in on the secrets.

Maybe I should put a rubber tube on my cock. Yes, I got my answer. I start to wear it 24 hours from now on. So simple solution. The

secret answer against all my fears and phobias. Keep away all you bastards, big trucks, terrorist-guys, my kokk is "rubber-protected"

now! I am totally invincible. Sort of a hero.
A rubber-hero, maybe.

******************************
Mindless Asshole.....
******************************
But maybe just a brainvashed, TV addicted fat idiot, mindless puppet. Some even call me Asshole.....

Eye Spy,

I have some experience with this....or should I say a bad experience with this? Years ago I was in Thailand and met a girl who owned a Pub and restraunt. We hit it off and had terrific sex for about four weeks always with a condom. Except for the DATY! Life was good and I was happy. The only problem I was experiencing was some common cold like symptoms that appeared two weeks after meeting the Thai. Sore Throat, Cough, Lots of Mucus and phlegm coming up. I really thought nothing of it. Just a cold, right? Upon my return home and performing DATY on my wife, I transfered an STD to her. She didn't know she had contracted one at that time, but three days later I developed a drip and had it checked out. Sure enough, STD. Evidently, after DATY with her and then going bareback, I transfered the STD back to myself...or to my penis in other words. True story! So I don't care what they say. I lived it.

Excellent report as always Humble Turd. I neither entirely credit nor discredit the scaremongering of our rulers - I merely say 'I do not know', and proceed to enjoy what I enjoy, cognizant of the ephemeral nature of all life. The primary psychological problem of the Western hero is a complete inability to face mortality.

Yella Man, that sounds like the Clap you had. It is a regular part of the bareback hobbyist's life in Thailand, and not such a big deal. However I would recommend that you avoid cunnilinguous, as I do. The ailment is at most mildly uncomfortable to the penis-hole, whereas it sounds quite awful in the mouthal version.

Anyway, you are paying her, so presumably the whole time should be spent servicing you, not vice-versa. But to each his own.

I got my Pasante Unique's in the mail a few days ago and decided to try them on this 20yr old Filipina I've have been doing for a while now. My first dislike was the packaging. Although nice enough to fit securely into your wallet without worrying about rupturing the condoms, the packaging caused problems when I reached for it and tried to get a condom out for use. I got so frustrated I had to turn on the lights just to open the damn pack.

The second problem with the packaging is that they package three condoms in one credit card sized container. They can't be separated into individual condoms. This is ok if your fucking the same girl over and over again. Not too cool though if your fucking more than one girl, because one of them will ultimately ask, "What happened to the other two condoms?"

The feel of the condom in your hand is exactly like that of plastic wrap you would place over food. Putting the first one on was a slight challenge specifically because of that feeling. However, there is a green label on the condom itself directing you on how to put it on. When you finally do have it on, your dick looks like it has a price tag on it because of the label.

I slapped some Liquid KY (it's already lubricated with a petrolatum USP which is oderless and tasteless) on the outside of this contraption and started to fuck away. I didn't notice this "Real feeling" the company Pasante was talking about. It felt like I had wrapped my dick in plastic wrap and was attempting to fuck my hott 20yr old. I didn't like the feeling much. My Ultra Thin Lifestyles with the pleasure tip, and a little liquid KY squirted inside before putting it on felt much more natural then this contraption.

I pulled the condom off and finished bareback. Later, when I was ready to go again, I put another Unique on and asked my 20yr old to give me a BJ...all for the sake of the experiment. I have to say, it felt pretty real. She liked it because it had no smell or taste like regular condoms. So I guess I'll be using them for CBJ during my next trip to the Philippines, while I'll still use the LifeStyles for actual penetration. Just my two cents. I'm interested to know if there are other super thin condoms that may be good to try.

Always on the Quest

Yella Man

Good info on Pasante Unique YM.

I've been meaning to try them out myself as they are as far as I know the thinnest condom on the market at only .015mm. They are not made of either latex or polyurethane so I think they would feel a little different but from your description it sounds like they don't feel as natural as the others.

Another brand of ultra thin condoms that I like and use frequently are Sagami 0.02 . They are made of polyurethane and are the thinnest on the market aside from Pasante. The Trojan Supra and Durex Avanti are the thinnest made in the US at .04mm. This brand is half that at only .02mm. I don't use Trojans because I'm boycotting the company, but have used Durex Avanti in the past and these feel better. They're really good at transferring heat.

TCH,

Thanks for the info on the other thin condom brands. I'll order some when I get back from the Philippines. I might be able to find the Sagami's here in Korea. I'll check around. Until then I'm just going to continue to squirt a few drops of liquid KY inside the condoms that I do currently have. Doing that really increases the sensitivity and feeling for me, so you might want to give it a shot. Just don't over use the KY or you'll loose the condom in your girls honey hole :)

The good news is that there really does seem to be a very low incidence of AIDS in The Philippines and also a fairly low rate of other STDs.

This is despite the PI having all the ingredients for an AIDS explosion- low condom use, migrant workers coming home and bringing back diseases, low health care budget, etc.

The unusual situation is referred to as the Philippines Paradox and has got the experts at a loss to explain it. They tend to support the belief that the PI is just going through a lucky phase and that an epidemic could still happen.

The amazing thing to me is that during a mass screening in Angeles last year only five girls showed up positive for HIV. That to me just sounds TOO good to be true and makes me wonder whether the clinics are carrying out the tests properly.

The bad news is that if a girl has been found to be HIV positive then she is officially (by the clinic/hospital that diagnosed it) encouraged to carry on plying her trade and working as a prostitute, even though some/most of her clients will request not to use condoms. In Europe this would be illegal and she would probably end up in jail if she had sex without using a condom and not disclosing the fact that she was HIV positive. In the Philippines she is advised to carry on working whilst being "encouraged" to use condoms.

Here is today’s New York Times report;

The New York Times report I referred to in my previous post is actually 2003 and the mass screening in Angeles happened in 2002.

However, according to the latest United Nations report of December 2006 the number of reported HIV cases are still low.

Here is the section that deals with the Philippines:

In the Philippines, where HIV is being transmitted primarily during unprotected sex (National Epidemiology Center, 2006), national adult HIV prevalence remains well under 0.1% (UNAIDS, 2006).

About one third of HIV infections diagnosed since 1984 have been in returning overseas Filipino workers (mostly in seafarers and domestic workers) (National Epidemiology Center, 2006).

Efforts to screen and treat sex workers for sexually transmitted infections, along with other prevention efforts initiated since the early 1990s have possibly helped contain the spread of the virus during paid sex (Mateo et al., 2003). Less than 1% of sex workers are infected with HIV, according to successive sentinel surveillance rounds since 2002 (Department of Health Philippines, 2005).

HIV prevalence higher than 1% has not yet been detected among men who have sex with men, either (Department of Health, 2005). There is no guarantee this situation will continue.

Condom use is not the norm during paid sex (when surveyed in 2002, just 6% of sex workers said they used condoms with all their clients in the previous week) (MAP, 2005b), and the use of non-sterile injecting equipment among injecting drug users is a common practice in some areas (such as Cebu City) (Wi et al., 2002; Mateo et al., 2003; Department of Health Philippines, 2003). In such light, the apparent complacency among young Filipinos about the epidemic (three in five 14–20-year-olds believe they cannot contract HIV) gives cause for concern.

Research indicates sex can depress the immune system. From BBC News site:

"The research could also help explain how sexually-transmitted diseases evolve - by exploiting the depressed immune system when humans have sex.

Such diseases also lead to the possibility of a reduction of life expectancy in humans."

You said it yourself in the last sentence; she's not 'encouraged' to keep working, she's 'advised' to keep working. She's 'encouraged' to use condoms. That, in my opinion, is an extremely mature and understanding policy for a country to follow in the case of HIV+ sex workers and goes straight to the heart of the mandatory testing and exclusion debate.

If a 'regular' person is diagnosed with HIV, they do not have to give up sex for life. They are informed about their duty to disclose their HIV status and told to use condoms to protect future sex partners. The rest is up to them. If they choose to run around having unprotected sex and infecting others, they will face criminal charges. HOWEVER...the people who agreed to (or perhaps DEMANDED) unsafe sex from that person really only have themselves to blame, in my opinion. Everyone's so quick to blame HIV+ sex workers for 'spreading diseases', but the CLIENT'S insistence on condom use could have prevented it. Nobody forces a client to have unsafe sex with a sex worker, HIV+ or not.

The Philippines Government and health services are doing the right thing according to international harm minimisation strategies and HIV policy. If clients are concerned about HIV+ sex workers being advised to continue working, maybe they need to take responsibility for their OWN sexual health.

I will print your post and show the trike drivers who regularly do the CSWs sans condoms. I am sure they will immediately change their ways as they are such responsible clients, as well as always eager to comply with international and government guidelines.

BTW, have you ever been to the Phils?

The incidence is probably still quite low. Actually it makes some sense as many of the CSWs are newly recruited and some don't stay very long in the business. Most bars focus on LT rather than ST in Angeles and many BG will not have a barfine every night, hence the number of possible exposures to HIV are lower. Moreover hygiene checkup will catch obvious STIs that are facilitating HIV infection.

But with a general increase in the client pool's HIV prevalence, these figures are bound to go up, if condom use doesn't mprove.

Nope, never. Not sure why that should matter.

Protecting your own sexual health, and that of others, is the responsibility of ALL sexually active people. It has nothing to do with complying with Government guidelines. It's about having self respect and the common decency to consider whether your actions may put someone else's health at risk. If those trike drivers refuse to use condoms and they contract HIV (or anything else), they have nobody to blame but themselves.

If you ask advice from someone in any other occupation, you listen to what they say because they are the experts and they understand their job better than you do. Sex workers are the 'experts' in the sex industry. These girls are being educated by health agencies to understand the risks of unprotected sex and learn how to prevent disease transmission - information that would ideally be passed on to their clients (to the benefit of the whole community, not just the sex industry). But they can't do any of that if clients are too ignorant to listen.

I don't care what the religious or political climate is in the Philippines - I'm sure the clients have all heard of AIDS and other diseases and if they choose to engage in unsafe sex with sex workers in spite of that, then I have no sympathy.

This is just laughable. We're supposed to listen to sex workers regarding matters of disease prevention and sex education because of their so called knowledge in these areas? Utterly ridiculous pie-in-the-sky bullshit your declaring here. Maybe Pros in some areas of Europe are educated (I question the degree though) but that hardly constitutes the sex industry as a whole worldwide. Many MANY WGs worldwide are not educated and certainly not any moreso than their clients. To even apply this formula to WGs in the Philippines (or SE Asia entirely) just reeks of ignorance. Most Bargirls in the PI not only don't care about disease prevention but they're not even taking any steps to prevent pregnancies. Most want to get knocked up by a western guy so they can keep their hooks in him and maybe obtain a green card, or at the very least Western Union every month. They are all looking for the big pay-off as NONE wish to remain in their home country living in utter destitution if they can help it. The risk is great for them but the rewards are even greater in their eyes.

Let's just believe for a moment that most sex workers are educated, that still doesn't mean they will apply this knowledge when they go out and work each and every day. I know you don't have any experience in the mongering world but many WGs are not the most responsible citizens your likely to meet in their respective countries. A good chunk of them are merely thinking of today and not worried about what tommorow may bring.

You're also making other assumptions about the WG\client relationship when you imply it's only the Johns who are coercing WGs into unsafe sex practices. I've had many Pros (even in the US) suggest or initiate BB sex. Didn't even ask for it.

You're describing this industry how you would like it to be not the way it really is. Nice picture of the p4p world you're painting for us but it's just not reality.

Sorry.

The Philippines does have sex education.....the Catholic church.

the article i was talking about said that these workers were being encouraged by the health authorities to use condoms. i doubt they would have just handed them one and told them to use it - surely they would have explained the importance of them as well. if, as you and the article have said, the catholic church is largely responsible for the general community's sexual education...then yes, i believe those sex workers involved would have a whole lot more sexual health knowledge than their clients.

i'm not sure we're talking the same thing when it comes to being 'educated'. i'm not talking about people having a college degree in preventative medicine. i'm talking about sex workers having a working knowledge of sex, as well as sex worker organisations giving targeted sex industry-specific information to sex workers. these organisations exist in almost all countries in the world, with two of the largest and most respected networks located in india and thailand, which may surprise a few people. these orgs are peer education projects run by current and ex sex workers - an hiv/sti prevention method recognised internationally as being the most productive and successful. even government hiv strategies acknowledge sex workers as the 'experts' in sex industry health.

and why wouldn't they be? it makes perfect sense that, as in any job, sex workers become knowledgeable about their work over time. they learn from their own mistakes and that of their peers. they have more sexual health tests than anyone else in the community and therefore have a lot more contact with sexual health services. and for most sex workers, contracting a disease would mean an interruption (or end) to their income, which means their financial security also relies on them accessing good sexual health information. most farmers have never received any formal training or education either, but they know more about agriculture than anyone else because they live it. the same goes for any other 'unskilled' profession. i fail to see why sex workers are considered any different and i find it exceedingly arrogant of community members, academics, etc, to assume that they know more about sex than a hooker who has had sex with thousands.

as for my 'lack of experience in the mongering world'...granted, i've never put my dick into a sex worker. (i have paid other women for sex on occasion, but that's a whole other story :) ) as a client, your experience of the sex industry is very different to mine. i can assure you i have more than enough information to base my arguments on. i worked as a hooker for quite a while and, more importantly, for a number of years now i have devoted my life to sex worker advocacy, peer education, lobbying and government policy. i started at ground level, employed to train and educate sex workers directly, and these days i'm involved with the sex worker rights movement and sex industry sti/hiv education on a national and international level. i work closely with women/workers from around the globe so although i may not have been to these countries personally, i'm not just pulling statements out of my arse. they come from international sex workers themselves.

anyway, all ranting aside...your story of pi workers trying to get pregnant to foreigners only highlights the need for clients to take responsibility for their own health in those cases. as i said before, nobody makes a client have unprotected sex with a hooker. (and i didn't say that clients were solely responsible for unprotected sex - i said if a client 'agreed to or demanded' it). if the girl jumps on you without a condom, then it's your responsibility to stop her and tell her you want to use one. and if a sex worker demands condom use, then clients should respect her wishes, not push her until she caves out of desperation.

if i'm wrong, and sex workers really are the uneducated, naive people you say they are, then maybe clients have an even larger role in ensuring they educate the sex workers they sleep with? you explain the benefits of condom use to a pi hooker; she passes the info on to the next pi local client she sees?

...If I'm wrong, and sex workers really are the uneducated, naive people you say they are, then maybe clients have an even larger role in ensuring they educate the sex workers they sleep with? You explain the benefits of condom use to a PI hooker; she passes the info on to the next PI local client she sees?I always use condoms but on my trip to the PI two months ago only one BG (from Firehouse in Manila) mentioned condoms.

All the other five, though admittedly they were either regular girls or freelancers, not only didn’t mention condoms but were actually very against me using them. If they wanted BB sex with me, then they would have requested the same from other guys they had sex with and how many partners have these girls had?

It’s very easy to decide to always use condoms but when you are just getting into a passionate state with a half-drunk girl (and you are also half-drunk yourself) and she very forcefully tries to stop you from using a condom then it takes a lot of self-control and effort on your part to persist on getting one of those bloody things on. After all, it’s not as if I like them either!

With one regular girl, she got really offended and pissed that I insisted on using condoms despite her using all her charms (and strength!) to prevent me. And obviously I did nearly give in. It’s not the easiest time to think straight and when you have a girl writhing all over you, dripping wet and passionately trying to get you to F*** her without a condom. One starts questioning his self-discipline.

I always explained that I also used condoms back home and that it prevented the spread of diseases, pregnancies etc. The reply from the girls is that they are “very clean”! It doesn’t help at all when you explain further. What does happen is that their mood changes, and they sulk. The Corn Hole is right. They probably are trying to get pregnant. Or in the case of the previous example, pregnant again as she already had a child to a Japanese guy.

I wrote in another thread about this asking whether these girls were crazy, ignorant, totally brain-washed by the Pope or, yes, just wanting to get pregnant.

I do agree with you ,RN, that we should take responsibility for our health and actions but what you otherwise say is mostly theory and doesn’t seem to apply to the PI (in my experience, of course).

Hey, I'm definitely not saying that doesn't happen! Even in 'Western' countries there are hookers looking for a Sugar Daddy or waiting for a knight in shining armour to come and 'rescue' them. Especially the sort of girls you're talking about (freelancers/part-timers) who sometimes don't even consider themselves to be hookers; just using their job as a way to access wealthy men. As for 'regular' girls - well, it's a given that they're probably not going to use condoms, whether because they intentionally want to get pregnant or they're just ignorant of disease transmission (like probably 80% of the general population!!) They weren't the sort of girls I was talking about, though.

I should probably just rein this in a bit and say that my original post was addressing apparent concern that HIV+ sex workers were being advised to go back to work. Those particular sex workers had had contact with health services were being encouraged to use condoms, so were probably armed with more sexual health information than their average local client is. My argument was that if those particular workers asked clients to use condoms and those clients refused, the clients have nobody to blame but themselves.

I should add that you are to be commended for your own attempts to enforce condom use and educate the girls you're having sex with. You're right...it's VERY hard to stop and organise a condom (especially with an unwilling partner) without ruining a passionate mood. But that's really all I was trying to say in the first place - that each of us has a responsibility to protect our own health, whether in a P4P situation or in the real world, and that if a client allows the session to proceed without a condom and catches something, he should shoulder some of the blame.

yes we are talking about the same thing. and you are just incorrect. these organisations have far less influence than you'd wish them to have. just a waste of resources and a waste of money. money that funds these programs can be much better spent in my opinion.

i cannot begin to count how many wgs i've come across in se asia who didn't even carry condoms with them. that would be a necessary and crucial first step in preventing stds don't you think? whoever has been tutoring these girls in sexual health is doing a shitty job and should be fired. the organisations that they work for should have all their funding slashed and the funds should be re-allocated to other more important things that would make a bigger difference in these people's lives, like fighting poverty.

in case you missed it before let me reiterate it again. these girls don't think like that. they are living in the now and are not thinking of the future. they don't view what they do as a career and certainly aren't worried about their incomes or proverbial severance pay or anything of that nature suddenly drying up. they view it as something they do to survive in the present .

Funny how you quoted my entire post, except the bit that described where my information comes from!

I'm sorry, but I think YOU are the one who is naive if you think that having sex with hookers makes you an expert on the inner-workings of these women's minds. P4P is not like other 'normal' social interactions. You see what you WANT to see - or what SHE wants you to see. We are a fantasy. We give you whatever you're looking for. And I know I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. Plus, stereotypes and stigma colour every encounter most people have with a sex worker. Some of the reviews I've read about brothels and local sex workers (people I know, including myself!) from 'expert' regular clients, are hilariously incorrect. I've worked (in my own country) with hookers from nearly every corner of the globe - including contract workers; the so-called Asian/EU 'sex slaves' in 'debt bondage' everyone's always harping on about - and their stories taught me never to judge international sex workers on what the media, or clients on review sites, say about them.

I'm not going to argue about the specifics of sex work in each individual country, for each individual sex worker, in the safe sex section. My original post was about HIV+ sex workers and my original opinion still stands. If clients are afraid of contracting HIV or anything else, they should be demanding condom use. If you KNOW things are that bad in PI, then there's no reason why clients couldn't bring their own condoms and insist the girls use them. I can't see why that simple concept is so disagreeable to some people.

I agree completely and that really goes without saying. Seriously, that is such an elementary point that I don't think it's a point that really needs to be constanty driven home in three different posts. Everybody here knows this and assumes full responsibility for their own actions. Just wondering if you have had a lot to drink etc and you are going for girls do you still always insist on condom use for sex? I hear so much talk of engaging in risky behaviour when under the influence but personally no matter how pissed I am I still always know what I'm doing and use condom and would never go bareback (if I can get it up of course)

There is no denying that there are exceedingly high rates of HIV in some international sex worker communites. If you combine that fact with what I said in my last post - that most sex industry policy and legislation is based on stereotypes and misconceptions - you'll see why this terrifies world leaders and health organisations. We already had a reputation as 'vectors of disease'. As 'uneducated IV drug users, engaging in high risk sex practices', they thought we were gonna put the whole world at risk of an HIV epidemic. For once, negative stigma actually worked in our favour.

Female sex worker's reputation as vectors for HIV (not other diseases) is unproven. There is still no unequivocal evidence that show sex workers to have a higher rate of HIV infection and are bigger vectors than other segments of the general population (has nothing to do with condom use either). And I challenge anyone to prove otherwise.

Governments worldwide started pouring money into HIV strategies. Sure, for many of us, HIV isn't really a huge threat. But all that increased funding and awareness raised the profile of health and safety issues for 'deviant ' communities (sex workers, IV drug users, gay men) - groups that nobody had previously given a toss about. With HIV funding, we can educate people about safe sex (and IDU) practices that prevent the transmission of a multitude of other STIs and BBVs, as well as HIV. Governments were also forced to examine other outside factors that increased HIV risk to these communities, like stigma and discrimination preventing people from accessing health services and increased risk of violence in 'hidden' or illegal environments. Personal empowerment of marginalised communities was finally put on the agenda.

As I've stated earlier I don't believe these programs are that effective in reducing the spread of HIV for numerous reasons. One being, it is primarily a blood borne virus and even if a society has widespread condom useage and safe sex campaigns by the government are instituted doesn't necessarily mean the HIV rate of infection are going to sharply decline. There's still no proof to suggest that's the case. Brazil has widespread condom useage and has a higher rate of HIV cases than both the Philippines and Indonesia which do not have widespread condom useage. What Brazil does have alot more of than PI and Indonesia is IV drug use. I'm confident unless IV drugs are introduced to these societies on a massive scale that the HIV rates in both these countries will not see a sharp increase despite condom use being low. The number one vectors for this disease are IV drug users.

With regard to your comments about Hep B in PI, I'd be really interested in finding out more, like names of cities/towns and the sort of environments these girls were working in (brothels, street, etc). You can PM me if you'd rather keep it off the board. I'd be interested in looking into the issue further. Unfortunately, this is another case where Governments need to be proactive in making vaccines accessible and promoting their availability. I don't know what the specific policy is for Hep vaccinations in the PI. In my state, 'at risk' groups can access free Hep A&B shots. Sex workers are one of those groups, BUT, walking into your doctor's surgery and announcing that you're a hooker is not as easy as it sounds. As always, disclosure of your sex worker status can have long-term negative consequences. If you aren't willing to say that you're a sex worker, you can still get the shots, but they can be pretty expensive. When I got mine a number of years ago (for free) the cost to general community members was a course of three shots at $75 each shot. If that was the case in PI, it would be out of reach to many sex workers.

I think sex workers in Indonesia are more vulnerable to Hep B than workers in PI are even though PI has more cases (not sure of that), mainly because like you pointed out the key to getting people vaccinated is making it accessible for them. I think it is more accessible right now in the PI for sex workers than Indonesia. Many girls in Indo are afraid to reveal their status as sex workers to the establishment for fear of imprisonment and/or a hefty fine. The sex scene in Manila and AC is much more transparent and obvious than in Jakarta. And there's a reason for that. Everything including medicine is dirt cheap in these countries compared to the west so it's not a matter of being affordable for them but a matter of being accessible.

Okay. I am new at this mongering game, recently lost my virginity 4 weeks ago at my first mongering destination: Boca Chica, Dominican Republic. Of course, appealing to self-preservation, I used a condom for the first time. Took out the condom out of the package and was immediately met with the nostril invasion of strong rubber smells. Okay. No big deal I thought to myself, then I had the girl put the rubber on my rock hard penis (I am young). As soon as the head of my dick felt that tight piece of rubber strap it, it immediately went limp (and I NEVER went limp unintentionally in my life), I felt pain, and I lost my horny mood. And please know, I am only 6. 3 inches hard. Very average so to speak. Had to jack off and get it back up again and round 2. She finally put the condom on and it was semi-erect again. Okay. Its worth it to protect myself from disease I told myself. And started humping the girl with the rubber on and struggling to keep a semi hard on on.

"Damn. Do am I even in her hole? " I thought to myself in disgust at the lack of sensation and wetness. Yes. I WAS in her hole after checking and seeing her moan as I slipped in and out.

"So this is sex? " I thought to myself grimming as I pumped her and pumped her. No big deal. Damn.

Nothing more than a fucking cardio workout. I get off on jacking off MUCH better than this! I didn't feel anything at all. Only the distant feeling of slipping into her hole. Now, after doing about 8 girls during my 3 stay at Boca Chica, using condoms all of the time. I was disappointed so to say the least. I couldn't feel shit using the so called "Microthin" Kimono condoms! They fucking HURT! They SMELL! And they RUIN the mood for me! Can anybody else relate here?

Now, I've rationalized myself to the point of rebelling against condoms and never using condoms again, which I have built upso much hate towards, its really sick. Hence comes the hypothetical questions I am about to ask you guys:

Just how bad is it to live with Herpes, the incurable STD if I will contract it? My immune system is abnormally strong, I never get sick, I mean NEVER. Can a strong immune system prevent against stds? I am aware that a lot of pornstars have herpes, and live it with easily. If I don't shed the virus and experience outbreaks I could give less a shit about living with herpes.

I know if I get a bacterial STD I can cure it with pills. No big deal I can take pain.

I know that HIV is extremly hard to contract via vaginal penetration so I'm not worried about that, chances are like 1 in 1, 000. Big fucking deal.

So what is there to really worry about when having unprotected sex with beautiful women? Getting them pregnant. If I do, I'll support em. And enjoy the love of a child! I really wouldnt mind having many kids, especially not living in the DR and being outside of the Dominican legal proximity. As far as I'm concerned I am at a point in my life where I just want to have fun. Do I want to let the fear of disease stop me from enjoying one of the greatest, greatest infernos of pleasures that life has to offer?

How many of you guys decide to go all out in life, and just bareback many beautiful women? I need to hear your opinions in this regard.

Thanks,

Livefastdiehard

Things are getting riskier all the time - see article in full below:

Sex disease turns into a 'superbug'

* A correspondent in Atlanta
* April 14, 2007

HEALTH officials in the US have recommended nationwide use of a new drug to treat gonorrhoea because the sexually transmitted disease, now considered a superbug, is steadily becoming resistant to the long-time standard antibiotic.

The disease has grown increasingly resistant to fluoroquinolones, the most common treatment for the bacterial disease since the early 1990s.

The US federal Centres for Disease Control and Prevention recommended yesterday that a different class of antibiotics, cephalosporins, be used instead.

"Gonorrhoea has now joined the list of superbugs for which treatment options have become dangerously few," Infectious Disease Society of America president Henry Masur said.

"To make a bad problem even worse, we're also seeing a decline in the development of new antibiotics to treat these infections."

The CDC made the recommendation after discovering that nearly 7 per cent of gonorrhoea cases among heterosexual men in a survey of 26 US cities last year had drug-resistant strains of the disease. In 2001, only about 0.6 per cent of gonorrhoea cases among heterosexual men were drug-resistant.

"That leaves us with a single class of highly effective antibiotics," said John Douglas, director of the CDC's division of STD prevention.

Other experts called the situation perilous.

It is the first time cephalosporins have been recommended to treat gonorrhoea for the entire US population, though the CDC recommended the antibiotics to treat drug-resistant gonorrhoea in California and Hawaii in2002.

In 2004, the CDC made the same recommendation to treat the bacterial infection among American men who had sex with men.

The new antibiotics included the generic drug ceftriaxone, also known under the brand name Rocephin, which must be injected and worked "very well", Dr Douglas said, although the drug was not commonly stocked in doctor's offices. Fluoroquinolones were more commonly available and easy to use because they could be taken orally in a single dose.

Ceftriaxone must be given as a shot and costs about $US20 ($24).

More than 700,000 people in the US caught gonorrhoea each year through sexual contact, the CDC said. It was the second most commonly reported infectious disease in the US.

The highest rates of infection were among sexually active teens, young adults and African-Americans. Because many people did not have obvious symptoms, they could unknowingly spread it to others.

Though treatable, gonorrhoea put people at greater risk of catching the AIDS virus, the CDC said. In women, it could cause pelvic inflammatory disease. In men, it could cause epididymitis, a condition of the testicles that could lead to infertility if untreated.

In the survey of 26 cities last year, Philadelphia had the highest percentage of drug-resistant cases, at almost 27per cent, followed by areas in California and Hawaii where health officials have long known about drug resistance.

A quarter of gonorrhoea cases among heterosexual men in Honolulu, San Diego and Orange County, California, were drug-resistant, followed by 22.5per cent of cases in San Francisco and 22 per cent in Long Beach, California. More than 15 per cent of cases in Miami were drug-resistant to the bacteria, the CDC said.

San Francisco's drug-resistant cases more than doubled between 2004 and last year, from 10.3 per cent to 22.5per cent. During the same period, Miami's cases spiked from 2.1 per cent to 15.3 per cent and Atlanta's climbed from 1per cent to 5.7per cent.

Consistent and proper use of condoms would stop the disease's spread, experts said.

Mate,

You need to try various condom types before you completely abandon them to go bareback. I also had issues regarding, "feel", if i can put it that way, have found the "Featherlite", made by Durex has sorted this to a degree.

i second what speed13 said. you need to try out different kinds before you decide to terminate your relationship with them altogether. some condoms are absolutely horrible and don't allow you to feel much. i cannot use the local condoms in brazil and argentina because they're way to thick. they're even worse than american condoms which i don't care for either. i find the japanese condoms to be thinner and much more pleasurable than the rest. some are even half as thick as the thinnest american made condom, and many brands come in a larger size as well.

This is probably an elementary question - but I don't know it. Is gonorrhea and/or chlamydia contagious during the incubation period - e.g. in the first couple of days prior to symptoms? Anyone's help would be great. Thanks.

Is gonorrhea and/or chlamydia contagious during the incubation period - e.g. in the first couple of days prior to symptoms? As soon as the organisms are present, they can be transmitted. Obviously, a person who is copiously dripping the bugs will provide more opportunity to come in contact with them but even if you can't see them, they may be there.

As for symptoms: more than 70% of women who are infected with chlamydia remain without symptoms and about half of men! Similarly, for gonorrhea, the symptoms may be very mild or even absent.

You mention the incubation period: for gonorrhea that can be a couple of days or up to a couple of months.

Remember, too, chlamydia and GC are not the only things to worry about (oh! that they were!). May I suggest you check out the excellent site maintained by the US Centers for Disease Control (http://www.cdc.gov/std/) for fact sheets for most of the STDs.

Hope this helps.

Most bacteria breed very fast, frighteningly fast. An immune response takes up to a week, so before you start trying to fight them, they are multiplying rapidly. In many cases, like with non STI infections, there is little chance of spreading them, eg cut finger. With STIs, genitilia full of bacteria means a good chance of cross contamination, even before symptoms ( immune response) ocurs.

Hi all

I've never been with an escort before.

I have some money right now, and was planning to spend some of this on my first experience with one.

I'm worried about STD's though - especially herpes. I've gone through in my mind all the reasons for NOT seeing an escort (moral reasons, high cost, etc) and I've managed to cast them all aside... except for the issue of STD's.

To maximize safety, I would use a condom for 100% of the time, and go with a "high class" escort. It would be straight sex and I'd avoid anything risky like anal sex. I'm fairly sure I'd be safe from HIV and most other diseases. However, I know that herpes can be transmitted even with a condom and that's what's really, really bothering me.

So I was wondering... what are the chances of catching it? Bearing in mind I'd be going with a high class escort, not a street walker, and I'd be using protection throughout. I'm based in London UK, by the way. Is herpes really that common, and easy to catch? If there's more than a 10-20% chance of being infected, then to be honest I don't even want to bother. An hour of fun, followed by a lifetime of incurable disease is something I'm keen to avoid.

I was even thinking about "frottage" (sex with clothes on) to avoid skin contact, but this would feel silly somehow...!

I would greatly appreciate any info.

London 2007: Can I be blunt? Don't do it. You'll just be wasting your money.

You are sooooo panicked already, just thinking about visiting a hooker...how relaxed do you think you're gonna be when you're actually in bed with her?! Your body just ain't gonna function under all that pressure, baby. You'll be wasting your time and hers, unless you take control of some of that anxiety.

Let me ask you this - do you put yourself through all this trauma before you have sex with a 'regular' girl?

The average English sex worker has regular STD tests, because she knows that she has more chance of coming in contact with infections ...your average NON-sex worker has NEVER had an STD test in their life, because for some bizarre reason, they think they're just not at risk. Be honest - have you ever had an STD test yourself? Fact is, if you're a sexually active person and you've never had an STD test before, then you are a much bigger risk to a hooker than she is to you.

If you do decide to go for it, do some research first. Start in the London section of this site and maybe find some links to local escort forums. If you want to be really, REALLY careful, look through all the reviews and pass on any girls who provide BBBJ or other uncovered services. Even better, see if you can find any girls that guys complained about because she refused to do anything without a condom. Once you narrow the field a bit, give a couple of your favourites a call. NEWBIE NOTE: Don't EVER start the conversation with "I've never done this before". Some girls, like myself, would go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and enjoy your first experience. Unfortunately, many others will take it as an open invitation to rip you off.

On the phone, ask an open-ended question like "...and what's your policy on condoms?" (Never be afraid to ask questions. You can ask a working girl pretty much anything - we've heard it all before). You'll be able to judge from her answer whether she's firm on condom use or not.

And that's what's important here. Condom use. For the record, when we're talking about disease risks, there is NO SUCH THING as a 'high class escort'. We are all hookers, all doing the same job, all taking the same risks. It makes absolutely NO difference what sort of environment she works in. The only thing that counts, is whether or not she agrees to unsafe sex practices. I know of 'high class escorts' who offer unprotected sex to keep their wealthy clients coming back. I also know a heroin-addicted street girl who punched a guy in the face when he tried to force her mouth onto his dick before she had the condom on. Granted, condoms can't really protect you from herpes - BUT - a sex worker who cares enough about her own health to always demand safe sex, is likely to also do STD inspections on her clients (decreasing her risk even further) and have regular STD tests herself.

Can I guarantee that you won't catch something from a sex worker? Of course not. I can't guarantee that your car won't crash on the way to your booking, either. But if you do your homework before you go and practice safe sex while you're there, you do have VERY little chance of anything going wrong. If it makes you feel any better, I worked as a hooker full-time for four years and part-time for three years and I never caught herpes.

Good luck. x

I would greatly appreciate any info. You could get her to give you a handjob with a condom and a rubber glove, which would considerably reduce your risk of getting an STD, but you would not have much fun. Quite honestly, if you are so anxious, you might be better off to just save your money and spend it on a new i-pod or something that will give you many hours of pleasure.

Incidentally, "high class" as in escort just means "high fee". It is no indication of her health or social status.

Alright, thanks for the replies so far. :)

On reflection, I think my fears about herpes are probably exaggerated. I've read a few articles now which suggest condoms - although not 100% safe - do offer significant protection from herpes if used correctly. And it seems a large percentage of people (perhaps 80%) are immune from the virus anyway, or will experience only minor symptoms.

Also, I agree that escorts could actually be safer than "ordinary" women. I would certainly think protected sex with an escort is safer than unprotected sex with a random stranger you met in a pub.

I will look around the various websites as you say. I'll still try to be careful about who I pick. But I'm feeling a bit more confident about doing this now.

Good news - there's a vaccine out.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but the HPV vaccine is for young WOMEN (up to age 26), preferably virgins.

This vaccine was developed to fight the infection that causes most cases of cervical cancer. The article you linked to seems to make Gardasil out to be almost 'sexist', suggesting there hasn't been enough research into whether it can also prevent 'male' cancers. One simple fact the article neglected to mention though - Gardasil doesn't work on men. It doesn't matter whether future studies focus on oral cancers, penile cancers or cervical cancers. This is not an 'anti-cancer' vaccine. It's an anti-HPV vaccine. It works in women to prevent HPV infection. For some strange biological/genetic/whatever reason, it doesn't appear to work the same way in men.

But theoretically, men will eventually reap the benefits as well. In time, if ALL our young girls are vaccinated against HPV, there will be NO women carrying the virus, so men won't be at risk of catching it either. It will be interesting to see, 20 years or more down the track, whether that has an effect on the other cancers the article mentions.

I love to give DATY, I love to see the girl getting pleasure when I lick her little pussy. However, I never did it without a protection, and this has been either a latex glove cut and open, or a small plastic bag, like those you find in supermarkets.

Now: both of these tools are possibly effective in diminishing the risk of contracting STD's, but they are difficult to manage when you do sex. I heard that there exists latex sheets used by dentists, called "dental dam", which seem to be easier to manage and use: does anyone have any experience with them? Where can one buy them? Are there better products? For instance, it would be nice to have some latex piece which can stay more tight adhering to the body, so one could do a deep DATY without fearing that the tongue's movements could slip away the protection.

Anyone had experience with Molluscum Contagiosum ? And better yet any fast cures?

Not a pure STD as such, and not dangerous, but a bit of an annoyance nonetheless to be rid of in a hurry. Seems to be spread through skin to skin contact and use of towels etc..

I hadn't heard of any treatment except cryotherapy, like they do for warts (not exactly a 'fast' cure - you're still looking at a couple of weeks before it's completely healed), but according to the site below, you can also use a cream. Molluscum will eventually heal without treatment, but it can take quite a while.

Euroknight,

Dental dams can be purchased from sex shops, chemists or wherever you buy your condoms, but you might have to shop around a bit, because not everybody stocks them.

I've used dental dams for both giving and receiving oral sex and quite frankly - I hate them. They are all but impossible to manage, opaque (so you can't see anything), lolly-scented (so you can't smell or taste anything) and, most importantly, so darn thick you can't feel anything!! I probably shouldn't really say that, because I do know people who use them quite easily and are perfectly happy with how they feel - I'm just not one of them. :)

My handy hint for the day:

Get an ultra-thin, lubricated condom. It doesn't have to be ultra-thin, but they are obviously the best for sensation. Also, be sure it's only lubricated with lubricant, not spermicide.

Don't un-roll it! Take a pair of scissors and cut off the tip of the condom, then make another cut from the outside to the hole you just made in the middle. Gently roll it out and you should have a piece of latex, conveniently shaped like a triangle.

Place the triangle over the lucky girl's pink bits, lubricant side DOWN. The lubrication improves sensation for her and sort of sticks the condom to her skin, making it easier to keep in place during DATY.

Like condoms, you should only use your makeshift dam once and you shouldn't move it around from one area to another (for example, from rimming to DATY) or from one woman to another.

Enjoy!

Yeah, already went to the SHC, did the freezing cryotherapy.. it works, kind of.. but there can still be a few hanging around, which is kind of unsightly.. lol.

Not a big deal, but have done the right thing and "quarantined" myself until they clear up (yeah looking at a month or so).

I read a few "home therapies", such as using Clearasil (acne) wash, and cream as well.. this seems to have helped somewhat.. will post if any further results.

As a matter of interest, kids can get these on their body as well, so they're not JUST sexually transmitted.. I read a few amusing reports from adults who got them, and their partners wanted to split due to thinking they caught an STD from someone else, when the reality was that they got it through other means.

In my case though, it probably was from contact with some wench.

I know that some people think that no!, DATY should be done without any protection!, who cares about STD's!?, doctors do ot know what they say when they recommend to avoid direct contact, etc. etc. Well, I do not see any reason why one should induce some girls into the risk of getting some STD and viceversa, and I do not feel any shame to admit that I prefer to protect the girl and myself as much as I can.

I am embarking on a new relationship with a woman who told me she has genital herpes. She got it during protected sex (I know that's possible) from a guy who didn't bother to tell her that he has it.

She got it in July 2006 and had an outbreak. She was put on acyclovir (sp?) for three months, then stopped. She has not had an outbreak since and it has been almost one year.

I'm aware of the risks, including "sub-clinical shedding," which basically means that you can get it even when she's not in an outbreak, although I understand the chances are slim.

I have been tested positive for having the antibodies for herpes, which the doc said does not mean that I have it, only that at some time in my life I have been exposed to it. I have never had an outbreak or any signs of it. But I read in a forum on the web that having tested positive does mean that I have it.

My questions are:

Do I have it or not?

Does having sex with her without a condom and when she is not in an outbreak pose a significant risk to me?

Does the fact that she has had no further outbreak bode well for her and for me not getting it?

Does the fact that I carry the antibodies make it less likely that I can get it, or more likely?

Can I get it from performing oral sex on her?

I will greatly appreciate any feedback/answers to my questions. Thanks much!

Hey Folks.

With all the misinformation out there, (I have my doubts about the CDC. They act like any non-monogamous sexual activity will likely lead to an STD, yet they think it was okay to allow some turkey with incurable TB to sneak back into the USA), I was wondering is anyone has any PERSONAL experience with catching a STD after safe sex? That is PERSONAL experience, not what happened to your cousin's brother's best friend's nephew!

For what it is worth. I have sex 3 or 4 times a year with a prostitute, (all I can afford! ), have been doing this for 10 years, and was clean at my last STD check.

Recent member of this club and this is what I've found out based on research, discussions with my doctors, etc.:

1. Two tests were done, Igm and Igg. Both are antibodies tests, Igm strong positive means you recently were infected, Igg positive means you were infected in past. Last june (2006) my Igm titer was high, Igg low - which indicated I was recently infected. This past May my Igm titer non-existent, but Igg titer strong - this confirms infection probably occurred last spring/summer (2006).

2. Weird thing is when I had small lesion on penis June 06, went to have it tested and came back negative! And from June 2006 until early May 2007, no symptons, eg shedding, blisters, sores, pain, etc. Thought I had prostatitis until last month?

3. Recently, like two wks ago, got very small blister(s) on left side of penis and started valtrex. And visiting doc tomorrow for followup.

3. Since May 07, extreme pain/discomfort in urethra area, tested negative for HIV and other STD but confirmed I am herpes II positive. If you have antibodies, it's not like the traditional view where antibodies means you contracted disease and not immune to it. It means unfortunately you are infected and so far, there is no cure for Herpes II.

4. According to CDC, you can in theory pass on even with condom use. Best is take valtrax, use condom and when symptomatic, avoid sex to pass on to partner.

I'm not sure how I got it. I always have protected vaginal/anal sex but also am a weakling for good BBBJCIM. I monger regularly in Asia and whenever I travel have multiple sessions....

Wish I had more....haven't told my spouse yet. Strange as it doesn't appear she is infected but at some point I've got to open up to her and take whatever shit that comes my way. And of course get her tested....

And here I was feeling pretty good with my neg HIV test, and you guys opened up the herpes forum. Although my first wife had it, I never got anything from her. My 2nd wife caught it from some A-hole after we divorced.
(Poetic justice to me ,since I'm the best she is ever gonna have ,but too stupid to know).

I guess I'm gonna have to seek those tests since I have lost total count off all the girls I've had all over the world.

Regarding cunnilingus,

Have anyone used this thing called latex barrier or dental dams during pussy eating before?

http://www.brown.edu/Student_Services/Health_Services/Health_Education/sexual_health/ssc/dams.htm

It is suppsoed to be a type of protection for STD from pussylicking, but it looks clumsy and I am wondering if the pleasure from it would be reduced a lot.

Thanks for your feedback.

How long does it take usually for the symptom to appear after being infected?

Cheers,

FM

That depends on what you get infected with. It could be anywhere from a couple of days, to a few months - or you could get no symptoms at all, which is probably more likely. The only way to be sure is to have regular STI tests and if you're a frequent diner, you should probably ask for a throat swab while you're at it.

Cat bath and breast sucking. What dangers can these two activities cause? I am afraid they are covered here.
Zilch, zero, nada. If you wanted to talk absolute worst case scenario, I guess you could get a skin-to-skin infection like molluscum or scabies or warts if she was sliding around on top of you naked - but that would be pretty darn unlikely.

Aside from the general risks involved with being in close contact with another person (Hep A, influenza, the common cold, etc) STI-wise, I think you can safely say that these activities are absolutely risk free.

An experimental sex lubricant designed by Australian researchers could help block both HIV and genital herpes, a study suggests.

Tests on lab animals have shown that the microbicide gel, called Viva Gel, inactivates the HIV virus and another responsible for genital herpes.

Lead researcher Dr Jeremy Paull from Melbourne-based pharmaceutical company Starpharma told the International AIDS Society conference in Sydney the gel would be used by heterosexual men who apply it directly to themselves before sex.

It would be most useful in sub-Saharan African nations where the HIV epidemic is mostly seen among heterosexuals.

The active ingredient in the microbicide is dendrimer, a molecule which binds itself to the viruses and prevents them from infecting healthy cells, Dr Paull said.

Recent trials on animals have shown it is between 85 and 100 per cent effective at blocking both viruses.

Safety trials of the gel are now underway in humans. The first results, presented at the congress, show it is safe and well tolerated in healthy men, uncircumcised or not.

Dr Paull said the gel's ability to prevent genital herpes was particularly positive, news.com.au reports.

VivaGel(TM) is being developed as a topical vaginal microbicide for the prevention of HIV and genital herpes, and is currently under investigation in healthy female volunteers in two separate expanded safety clinical trials at four sites in the U.S. and Kenya. VivaGel(TM) also shows promise as a contraceptive agent.

VivaGel(TM) is also being explored as a condom coating following the recent signing of an agreement with a leading international condom company.

The agreement includes a program of evaluation and development and also commercialisation rights covering condoms with VivaGel(TM) coatings within a specified geographical region. The condom company, whose name may not be disclosed for reasons of confidentiality, holds the leading market position within that region. The market in question is in the developed world, and ranks within the top five globally, measured by GDP, CNNMoney.com reports.

I hadn't thought of that. :)

I know there's conflicting views (as always) about the levels of the HIV virus found in breast milk. I had a search around and according to UNAIDS et al, they estimate about 15% of babies will contract HIV from their mothers breastmilk. If a baby drinking large amounts of milk every day for at least six months has an 85% chance of being ok, the risk of sucking on a lactating breast for an hour would surely be negligible.

There's also a chance of Hep B&C being present in breast milk, but the rates of transmission reported were even lower than the HIV rates. Most of the articles I found said that breastfeeding wasn't a method of transmission for other common STIs, at all.

Of course, there's always some poor bugger that defies the odds and manages to get sick doing something considered completely safe! Also, breastfeeding women often get cracked and sore nipples, so if she was bleeding at all, the risks would probably increase.

Survival of the fittest....

The purpose of "crime" is to feed the cop. And the purpose of the cop is to feed itself, it's family and to breed (more cops).

The purpose of "disease" is to feed the doctor. Any doctor is far from being a "charitable organisation" but is aiming to feed itself and it's family and to breed more (doctors), like himself.

Surprise, surprise....the son of a cop is more likely to become a cop and the son of the doctor likewise. There is an oversupply of doctors and cops. Universities and other institutions vomiting them out by the thousands every year. To feed them all, there must be "new diseases" found and "new crimes" invented by the "lawmakers" so that everyone gets fed and not laid off work.

****intelligent/ruthless=evolution****
The doctor being rather "intelligent" and the cop rather "ruthless" finds it not too difficult to fool the masses of average "intelligence and morality" on every level.

This is "evolution" in it's purest form. Survival of the fittest. Starting from the simplest bacteria, all follow the same law. The two leading races of the "cops" and "doctors" rising above all the average masses. In order to live they must consume food and this food is the "blood and sweat" of average people. Their food is the masses of humans of "average intelligence" and "average ruthlessness".

****scare by disease/scare by crime****
The doctor scares you by "disease" so that you turn to him and feed him. The cop scares you by "crime" so that you run to him for protection and give him food in exchange.

Neither issues are "real", but they only sound real to the average uneducated, ignorant citizen. The average citizen who is too busy earning a living and has no time to think. Instead of thinking he relies on "belief".

The doctor sells you the idea that it is okay to keep your house filthy, if the cockroaches appear you can always kill them with poison. The cop sells the idea that "bad things" happen to "good people". And that no matter what you do, as long as nobody has seen you doing it, you are innocent and good.

This is how "diarrhoea, pneumonia, fungal infections and general malnutrition" symptoms now are called "aids" simply because it pays better than the previous diseases. I cannot prove the existance or non-existance of "aids" virus, but I can (and anyone can easily) prove that millions live from the belief that it exists and they anxiously hold on to that belief in fear of losing the precious "daily bread".

This includes doctors, nurses, educators as well as the simple "african/asian peasant" who gets fed and clothed for free as long as he claims to have "aids" and not diarrhoea or fungal infection or pneumonia. How many multi-billion dollar "diarrhoea-charity funds" are in Africa?

****weekend drug-smuggler****
Likewise, the average "drug-smuggler" might make a few bucks during his short life. However, those years he will live in constant fear and will find little enjoyment in it. Seldom has he a family of any kind. Soon he will die of stress or be killed or jailed. This is no business to envy.

While on the other side, millions and millions worldwide receive regular monthly salaries and live respected and safe lives from chasing that few thousand in the "drug-trade". Millions in the offices that make the "law", slurping their coffees in luxury every day, and many other millions who clap a fancy weapon (legally) on their side and go on cheerful hunting parties amid great fuss and media-coverage, chasing a few miserable foxes.

Happily putting on fat smiles in front of the cameras while holding the cut-off head of a dead fox after the succesful hunt. This is "real drug business" and not the smuggling of a few grams of worthless shit. Only fools do that. Chasing the "bad guys" is much safer and pays more consistently well. One "succesful" drug-runner might make a few thousand bucks during his short, miserable life. While the cop works more slowly and consistently, earning a good yearly salary as well a pension for his retired life going fishing.

This is "real drug business"! Who wants an end of it? Maybe a fool only who would kill the golden egg laying duck. Shall I mention "aids" again? (Yes, all in lower case because the capital letters intentionally just add more to the big fuss and fear about it).

****be healthy?....start with thinking****
What is "safe sex"? That you don't get sick? If you cover up your cock with a rubber you won't get cock-disease. But you will get heart-disease. Or cancer. Or alzheimer, or parkinson or whatever else. Shall I say: 'Clean your house inside and out and you will have no problems with cockroaches'? Do nothing bad and nothing bad will happen to you. It's hard, ay? Better use the spray? Well, it's your choice bro.

It is criminal to advise anyone that: 'It is okay to live in dirt, because you can always kill the cockroaches with more poison.' Yet this is what the doctors keep telling you. So, what is safe sex? Is all your safety in a rickety condom? Yet, all so many guys here seem to advise others here to "wear a condom -be safe!".

****business is good....*****
Sorry, I am not calling anybody stupid here. Just ignorant. You have been fooled. There is "aids" and "crime" only as far as there is business in it. As long as it feeds and pays well, there will always be more and more "crime" and more "aids" and a multitude of other misterious illnesses. And of course as long as there are ignorant masses to fool and feed on.

This is evolution. Survival of the fittest. Should I say the "most ruthless"?

Safe sex.....safe sex....safe sex......?

When I went to Prague, I got a skin infection that turned into a cyst the size of a half dollar and had to go on antibotics. It is not just STD. People carry bacteria on their skin that can pass to your skin. I got some bacteria from some girl and now that cyst can come back whenever it wants. If it comes back, my dermotologist will have to remove it. Sure, it's not STD. But it is still something. I got it with my first girl in Prague. So even if you practice safe sex and do not get herpes, you will still get something. In my case, a skin bacteria which still resides in my skin somewhere.

I am glad you posted this. I was going to try the uncovered BJ next but after your experience, I'll keep the condom on. What I try to do is go out every week and look for a normal girl who I can trust and do the uncovered protection. Then if things are really dry, I will go overseas and have protected sex as a backup plan. But I am always looking for normal clean girls for the unprotected sex. You have to diversify your girls like stocks. Find clean girls to do the uncovered stuff and go to Asia when things get really bad at home. Some Asian men have two families, one here and one there. You should find a regular chick there and get her tested.

[QUOTE=Traveler1234]Recent member of this club and this is what I've found out based on research, discussions with my doctors, etc.:

I caught this of a thai girl who had this on her shoulder - of course she nor I knew what it was - we both assumed it was an insect bite. Within a week I also had it on my shoulder - even though I was with her for one night. I got some skin cream from thai chemist - but it took around 3 months to completely disappear. Best not to touch it at all - although it's quite itchy.

Anyone had experience with Molluscum Contagiosum ? And better yet any fast cures?

Not a pure STD as such, and not dangerous, but a bit of an annoyance nonetheless to be rid of in a hurry. Seems to be spread through skin to skin contact and use of towels etc..

This is a reposting of an earlier report which I have decided to post here following a suggestion by Jackson who considered that it may be more suitable and appropriate for this thread.

To put all arguments to rest, I herewith quote from one of the world's foremost and authoritative source in disease control, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.:

Quote:

http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/topics/testing/resources/qa/be_tested.htm#wait

"How long after a possible exposure should I wait to get tested for HIV?

Most HIV tests are antibody tests that measure the antibodies your body makes against HIV. It can take some time for the immune system to produce enough antibodies for the antibody test to detect, and this time period can vary from person to person. This time period is commonly referred to as the “window period.” Most people will develop detectable antibodies within 2 to 8 weeks (the average is 25 days). Even so, there is a chance that some individuals will take longer to develop detectable antibodies. Therefore, if the initial negative HIV test was conducted within the first 3 months after possible exposure, repeat testing should be considered >3 months after the exposure occurred to account for the possibility of a false-negative result. Ninety-seven percent of persons will develop antibodies in the first 3 months following the time of their infection. In very rare cases, it can take up to 6 months to develop antibodies to HIV.

Another type of test is an RNA test, which detects the HIV virus directly. The time between HIV infection and RNA detection is 9–11 days. These tests, which are more costly and used less often than antibody tests, are used in some parts of the United States."

UnQuote.

Although you may have spoken to your doctor, not all doctors are expert in HIV. The information imparted to you by your doctor is inaccurate and outdated. I am extremely surprised by what your doctor have told you. Is your doctor living in the dinosaur age? What he has said may have been true during the Jurassic Park age before the advent of all those sensitive tests but now is the space age. Where did he get his medical training? Perhaps he should consider going back to medical school again and get further training and update on his medical knowledge about HIV and AIDS. Having a medical degree does not make him an expert in HIV and AIDS and the doctor is frequently not an expert in drugs too. The expert in drugs is the pharmacist.

The Seattle and King county public health site says:

Quote:

http://www.metrokc.gov/health/apu/infograms/hivantibody0903.htm

"Currently used antibody tests are more sensitive than those used in the past. Most people will develop detectable antibodies by 30 days after infection with HIV 1,2. Nearly everyone who is infected with HIV (99%) will have antibodies detected by 3 months after infection 3. Rarely do people take longer than 3 months, but it can happen 4.

A person may need to wait at least 6 weeks from the time they thought they could have gotten the virus before taking the test. Waiting longer, up to three months, will give better information about whether they are actually infected with HIV. "

Unquote.

As I have said in my previous report, there is a RNA test, which if taken by Blueprint will very quickly allay his fears after his initial exposure. However RNA testing is more expensive than those tests to be taken at three and six months intervals after initial exposure.

Earlier detection by RNA testing and if proven positive would mean an earlier treatment for HIV.

Blood tests can now make for early detection of HIV. For instance, blood banks commonly use a combination of both Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (ELISA) and Western blot tests to detect HIV in donor blood.

Possibly inappropriate for this forum...cunnilingus and aids

------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this, please advise if so.

I was always of the opinion that cunnilingus was a fairly safe method of oral sex provided you didn't have open mouth wounds for fluids/blood to enter. I also followed the following four points:

1. Lots of saliva on tongue (apparantly saliva content overpowers hiv bug)

2. Only use tongue in areas exposed to open air (virus can't live long when exposed to open air)

3. Don't do it if you have mouth sores, ulcers, bleeding gums, cold sores etc (where fluids could enter your bloodstream through)

4. No deep tongue action (supporting point 2).

I read online yesterday (but it was a dated article that I now cannot bloody find again! ) that this line of thought is all bs and there are documented cases of guys partaking in nothing more than oral sex (cunninlingus) contracting hiv. Does anyone have anythougts/facts in support of or refuting this?

As a person who loves tucking into a tasty Indon furburger, this now causes me some concern, and I have a sneaking suspicion I may not be the only one.

Again, apologies if this is the wrong forum to post this in.

Fieldmouse,

There have also been cases of lesbians contracting HIV, which is presumed to be a result of cunnilingus...but the problem is that cunnilingus is very rarely performed alone. Lesbian sex also often includes sex toys, long fingernails, menstruation, etc which can also present a risk.

In straight sex, it's generally part of foreplay and followed by intercourse. People who have unprotected oral and then covered sex would assume they caught it from the unprotected oral, but it may have actually been from condom slippage or pre-cum (before the condom was put on)...maybe even getting fluids in their eyes or whatever.

The only completely safe way to engage in ANY sexual activity, is to use the appropriate prophylactic (latex barriers/dental dams). Cunnilingus is an extremely low risk activity as far as HIV goes, but the only way to be absolutely sure is to use protection. Otherwise, ensuring that she doesn't have her period or cuts, sores or irritation around her vagina - and ensuring you don't have cuts, sores or irritation in your mouth - is sensible. But don't forget that there's other things that are much easier to catch from oral sex, like gonorrhoea and Hep A&B.

Regardless of HIV risks, if you have a coldsore you should not go anywhere near a woman's genitals, or you risk giving her herpes. (Same goes if she gives you a BBBJ with a coldsore).

And before anyone jumps on me, yet again...yes, oral sex is just about as safe as it gets and no, I'm not scaremongering. HIV is very difficult to catch in any type of sexual activity, let alone oral sex (especially for men) - but it would be irresponsible to suggest there is NO risk.

Which pharmaceutical drugs have I to use to fuck without condom?

If people keep using precautionary antibiotics instead of taking some responsibility for their sexual health, we're eventually gonna see the day when Chlamydia wipes out female fertility and Gonorrhoea is a death sentence. Every time some selfish condom-hater chooses to use drugs instead of condoms, he contributes to the mutation and resistance of these infections. Not to mention merrily spreading diseases like herpes, warts and HIV, which don't respond to antibiotics. And getting women pregnant.

There's only three safe choices - abstinence, monogamy or condoms. Anything else and your risking your health, your partner's health and public health.

It seems to me that the condom offers great protection from those bugs transmitted through fluids, but I wonder about skin to skin contact such as that around the balls where they touch against a woman. HPV? Herpes? Here is an option. Wear some latex briefs with a hole in the front. A regular condom can stick through the opening. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to see an example:

The same site has an almost normal condom with full coverage available in three colors. The red one is shown in the above picture with the briefs and the transparent one looks normal.

A little 'trick of the trade' is to put a hole in the middle of a dental dam (a latex square used for cunnilingus), slide it down over the penis, then put the condom on as normal. The dam completely covers the balls and surrounding areas.

What do you guys think about Hep A+B vaccinations?

Do most serious mongerers on here get these innoculations?

Or are they overkill if you are not doing any anal or rimming, just BBBJ, kissing and covered sex?

I am thinking of adding these to my armory, it seems a no brainer but I wonder why more people aren't innoculated - are there potential side effects?

Thanks

A little 'trick of the trade' is to put a hole in the middle of a dental dam (a latex square used for cunnilingus), slide it down over the penis, then put the condom on as normal. The dam completely covers the balls and surrounding areas.Wouldn't it be better to put the condom on first? Slide the dental dam almost to the bottom of the condom, but stop before the ring at the end. That way the condom can't slip off accidentally and the two pieces overlap, avoiding an uncovered gap in between them.

Dude, BBFS? Are you kidding me? If you have trouble with sex sans condom than maybe you should settle down with someone and find a less risky hobby. Stamp collecting perhaps? Can you do us all a favor and include details for every gal you have ever contaminated so the rest of us know to stay away. I might have to just cancel my trip to ANY part of the world you have had sex in. Blah. Just sickens me.

That morning, I was free and decided to visit the botanical garden of Medellin.

I arrived there by taxi around 9:30 pm, paid my entrance fee (4K) and start the visit. The garden is under restoration and is part of the big decision, taken by the former Mayor of Medellin, to have one of the best Botanical Garden in the world!

To say the truth, I’ve seen better Botanical garden, for example Bogota looks better to me, but still, the Medellin’s Garden is worth the visit.

I appreciate the orchideorama with a spectacular wood construction that remind orchids. , the bamboo section is poor (especially compared with the incredible Parque del café from Armenia), The desert section is not bad and so on.

You can have a look to their (nice) Internet site here: http://www.jbmed.org/

It took me 150 minutes to visit the Garden and then I walk till the very close Metro station and went back to the center.

I started to explore casas like Bell suite Car 45 56-45, Sexi Car 45 57-55, Aiffe Car 45 58-69, but couldn’t find an interesting girl to entertain me.

Finally, I walked till the De Grieff Avenue and found a charming cute young beauty: Luisa. We talked a little bit and quickly defined that she was ok to give me the minimum I was expecting that day (BBBJ, DATY & pictures) so we walked till a motel near bye.

Luisa is thin, have a tiny belt and a nice face. Her boobs are natural (small) and she asks me 40K for 60 minutes.

Her oral technique is ok and she bearded my DATY. We then started the intercourse and she behaved well, moaning and moving her butt according to me.

I tried to convince her to accept BBFS but there was no way and I screw her covered. As I had had such a wonderful time the night before with Karen, I was enable to come covered with Luisa.

When time was over, I just put my clothes on, kissed good bye and left. Walking out of the motel, I noticed a real nice girl that I had seen once or twice before. That girl rocks! I have to try her on my next visit.

I walked back to the center and decided to have a look at a Casa that Karen recommended me the night before. I called the number she gave me and got the address: Calle 61 53-78, took a taxi and arrived there shortly.

Karen had recommended me a friend of her: Lorena telling me that I’d like her. Once there, I asked for Lorena and was presented to a very nice doll, just the way I love them! I told her that she was recommended by Karen but I could clearly see that she didn’t know who Karen was. So I called Karen and passed her to Lorena. After 5 minutes, I realized that this Lorena was not Karen’s friends. Her friend was not there that day, but I was glad to meet that Lorena. So we talk a little bit and as I was feeling horny and stiff (thanks Sidenafil), we decided to go to the room for an hour.

I had discussed for BBBJ, DATY and pictures (without head) before. Of course, she promised me that she would be hot once in the room.

Once there, Lorena kept her promise. She was really very HOT! She sucked me like a porno actress, very good and very hard. If I wouldn’t have been so sexually tired, I would have come immediately. I then gave her a strong DATY and she asked me to do it a little bit "lighter", I did of course and she seemed to appreciate it moaning a lot.

Then, it was time for intercourse and I tried to convince her (tip) to go BBFS but she refused. So I let her cover me and she started Cow Girl, very good, very porno even with condom. Then missionary, rear (no anal) on our side.

After 15 or 20 minutes of this, I was breathless, sweating and exhausted.

I tried to make a brake, but Lorena wanted more.

Unfortunately, I knew I wouldn’t come with the condom. I asked her to go back BBBJ and she did but there was no way.

At the end she told me " let’s masturbate" and she put her pussy close form my face, introduced 2 fingers in her pussy and start to move them moaning quite loud. I was so desperate to come that I took my best friend and start to masturbate as well.

5 minutes later I was coming quite good.

After a break to recover, we showered and got dressed.

She asked me when would I be back? I told her that I don’t repeat girls if they don’t go BBFS, and guess what? She said OK, next time we’ll go BBFS!

I will certainly repeat her then.

I have made a small video from my meeting with Lorena.

Mongers,

I fully support ColBog1's neverending search for premium BBFS and I did the same thing myself when I was in Medellin in late November. Only about 3 of the 8 or 9 chicas I slept with went for the bareback action but those were by far the best experiences for obvious reasons. In my experience, the girls most likely to go for BBFS are those between the ages of 18-27 with no children. An older girl with children that has been in the business awhile is much more difficult to talk out of the condom. Although potentially dangerous, BBFS is the pinnacle of success in the p4p game.

Personally my track record is not spotless but I weigh the risks and refrain from doing this in the p4p scene because of the inherently greater risks involved.

Anyone who is in this hobby is taking advantage of the fact that there are young, beautiful girls out there that will have sex with us for money.

If you are going to get on a soapbox and preach to others about their immorality because their way of hobbying is different than yours, well that's what I call hypocrisy.

If you want to do things morally, why don't you take the next step and stop taking advantage of those girls who you do business with, and since you won't be hobbying anymore, there will be no reason for you to be on this board, right?

Question:

I am a person who does things that are disgusting to most people and are dangerous to my health. I do these things to pay my bills and provide for myself and my family. I get other people's bodily fluids on me, sometimes on my face, my hair, and even in my eyes and mouth.

Who am I?

As a plumber, I can speak volumes about doing things that most people would not do for any price. Believe me, I could tell you stories that would turn your stomach, easily.

I consider myself the to be the same as these girls in the following respect;

You can hire me to do things that are disgusting to almost anyone, and dangerous to my health. I do these things to pay my bills and better myself. Considering that most will not do what I do for the money that I am paid, I suppose I am being taken advantage of, as well.

And. I deal with people every day who, even though they admit that they wouldn't do what I just did for them for any price, they do anything they can think of to avoid paying me the rates that I quote, and they've agreed to.

Everyone does what they do for their own reasons. Maybe it's best to allow those who do, to make the decisions about what they want to do and how much they will do it for.

Instead of complaining about what others do or don't do, why not clean up your own act?

Just my opinion.

first, let me say that i have read most of the colombia reports over the past few weeks and not once did i read a post on this position. entirely possible i could have missed it but i would have taken notice. the posts i recall on the topic were those of mr. bog's describing in detail his own stupidity and and lame excuse for it.

sorry, if you've heard it before but apparently you have not heard it enough. if you're one that perfoms or condones barebacking then you're a hazard, plain and simple. it's not a judgement call, it's common sense of which you apparently have none. i feel being a human being is justification enough to call this out, as you seem dead-set on contibuting the species demise.

it's not "different minded" people we're talking about here, it's people who are needlessly careless and those who are not. i am sorry, but if you think this is okay, you should be locked far away from society for a long, long time where you could do no harm! you my friend, by either performing or supporting this act puts the lives and healths of so many people at risk it's frightening. i beg you to please do some research on std's and pregnancy statistics, at very least, do a little math!

and again with the number of posts? please spare me the international sex guide poster-elite b/s! peeper? what are you twelve? grow up. opium89,

i normally don't reply to posters like you, as it is useless because anyone stand on his opinion and that just go nowhere.

but i'll try once more to explain my position.

you don't understand and strongly disapprove people who go bb?

and so what? do you think that because you say so, insulting them, you will change something? do you think we don't know the risks?

you beg us to make some research?

what if i invite you to do so as well?

please consider a country like usa or colombia or any reasonably developed country, and search how many people died every year from a car accident and compare it with the number of dead people due to aids.

you drive a car don't you?

do we ask to the society to lock you away as you're a potential killer as any car driver?

now think of this too.

how many people are going bb today in my country?

how many people are driving a car today in my country?

now compare mortality statistics.

do you still like maths?

you say that you're a human being? and that give you rights?

man, you must be very young.

ok then. if you're from the usa, you are the first contributor to the global heating of the planet.

now go 3 steps backwards and compare this statement admitted by all the scientific community, and think if this is not more important than fighting against those stupid bb lover?

i urge you, in the name of mankind to stop loosing your time on mongers forum and use your humanity to something really important to the species.

does my small examples allow you to change your vue?

i strongly doubt as you look so convinced of what you think.

for me, you're just shouting with the mob.

in fact, i'm almost sure that you never have made any research on how aids is transmitted. please, do so. don't stay like that, make a search for example at the who site, and look for statistics from people who dedicate their life to aids.

some people are driven by their passions and some others by their fear.

i'd rather be in the first category.

think about your category.

please, respect others. if you don't like what they post on that forum you have 3 reasonable solutions:

1) put them in your ignore list

2) post your opinion without flaming, giving your point of vue and try to understand the others. things are not as simple as you may think they are, and the world is not black or white.

3) stop reading this forum

this is not a flame post. i have no intention to be aggressive. i just try to have you understand a little bit more people who don't think and act as you do.

ricker ans malodr have giving you short and very sensitive points.

menteng has given you his opinion as well.

as he wrote, we have strong reactions posting on bb activity by newbie on the forum (except for winner maybe). others are used to our eccentricities and don't react anymore or they do it in a more friendly way.

i hope this remains here.

"...if you want to do things morally, why don't you take the next step and stop taking advantage of those girls who you do business with, and since you won't be hobbying anymore, there will be no reason for you to be on this board, right?...."

george,

not trying to get into the whole back and forth of this, but quite honestly i never have felt i was taking advantage of a female when i was with her. if thats how i felt about it, i wouldnt get involved in pfp services.

i dont have a problem with prostitution and think it should be legalized everywhere.

i am of the mindset that what two consenting adults do behind closed doors is their business and if they find each other attractive all the more better. as long as i feel with an honest conscience that the woman is not being forced to do anything she doesnt want to do and is of legal age i dont feel like i am taking advantage of anyone. as a matter of fact, if there isnt a bit of chemistry between myself and a girl i move on. i dont consider that taking advantage of anyone whether its pfp or not.

the other side of the coin might say that the girls are taking advantage of their premium looks or personalities to charge more money to guys that cant get laid but hotties very easily ...and can only get laid for free by old, nutcase, fuglies. though some of that might be true too about the pfp girls, i would not accept that as absolute either. for example, in medellin just about any guy on this board could probably meet a relatively young and relatively attractive girl and have a pretty cool relationship with her if they had the time to do it and didnt mind the headaches. however, they might not have the time to get from first base to home plate within a week and really just want to tag homplate a bunch of times in the little time they have down there.....or maybe the guys just are not interested in headaches of relationships but want the female touch. i also dont think the attractive girls should be labeled as immorally taking advantage of the willing mongers because they can get money from the johns when old and fugly ladies cant.

if someone is strung out on drugs, being forced to do something against their will, or **** and didnt want to be doing what she wanted to be doing by her own decision i definetly would not get involved with those situations.

prostitution is much more accepted in other parts of the world than it is in the uptight usa, but quite frankly i see many marriages and relationships that only exist because their is money involved.

i'll leave it at that, but the point of my post is i dont agree with the blanket statement that every monger, myself included, is taking advantage of the girls i do business with.

While I love them just as much as any of you, I still have questions as to why BBBJs are deemed so relatively safe. At the FKKs I have been to, for example, the more popular girls probably have over a dozen sessions a day. That is one reason I have no interest in DFK either.

So why is sticking your dick into a mouth, however beautiful, that has sucked a hundred other dicks that week a relatively safe thing to do?

Does anyone has experience with significant health issues due to BBBJs?

Personally, I make sure to shower immediately afterward, then use some antiseptic solution like Purell. Is this paranoia?

Good question, you can get chlamydia, gonorrhea and herpes from BBBJ, and I don't think you're paranoid, especially if you've got a significant other. I also would be very interested to know if anyone believes they've gotten something that way. Personally, I think I might have gotten something nasty at Eden Club in Bangkok. A couple of women were tag teaming me, and going back and forth between rimming and BBBJ. A couple of months later I end up with a high fever (like 104 degrees F) and can't [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140). The doctor never came up with a diagnosis though -- just treated me with antibiotics (two weeks of cipro I think) and it went away.

What safety measures one can take while doing DATY on professionals?
If you're going to do something unprotected, then DATY would probably be what you should do. See this:

http://www.dph.sf.ca.us/sfcityclinic/stdbasics/stdchart.asp

The precautions I take -- I don't do it if I've got cuts or sores on my lips, tongue or mouth, and I try to take a good look at what I'm licking. And I'd avoid it if I didn't feel comfortable about the woman. For example, if you were with a crack w*hore or in Africa (where AIDS is rampant), I think it would be unwise.

If every hooker in China decided that tomorrow was the start of National condom year , most of them would go broke in a week. Wow. Lots of bare back here. Looks like the norm in China. Indo and other countries mostly use condoms. Why do the Chinese girls not want condoms? Many are ignorant, and have no idea how risky it is to let a customer go bareback. Also, many farm girls (even city girls) don't even know the basics of conception.

Girls in saunas tend to cover up, at least the better saunas in my experience.

I would not say that it is the norm to go bareback today, especially in the cities.

IMHO, I think it is completely stupid, foolish and risky to bareback a pro, (however freebies are different on a case by case basis). As well, she risks getting pregnant, though many consider abortion a form of contraceptive.

I'm really glad that I rediscovered this discussion, it reminds me of the true nature of the beast, both good, ($20 head from a 19 yr. old), and the bad (catching chlamydia from said 19 yr. old) Well, after I went through the semi-trauma of catching chlamydia from just getting head (no, really, just head.. DAMN), I took some time off and got serious about mitigating, or at least minimizing, the risks of our lifestyles.

When I know that I'm about to go on the hunt, I start my routine:

1) I start off by taking a shower with antibacterial soap. It must be "real" antibacterial soap, not just anti sweaty smell soap (i.e. Zest). Antibacterial soap is usually in a foaming pump. It also says that you have to wash for at least 6 minutes with it to fully build up a layer of protection, so follow the instructions.

2) I also shave my crotch area, or at least trim it down to minimize the chances of catching pubic lice. When dealing with SW like I often do, you never know where they've been.

3) I make sure to lather on a layer of anti-bacterial gel on my crotch area, front and back (really good BJ's are often, sloppy and her drool is gonna run down the crack of your ass) Purell kills the Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) type 1(mouth Herpes) and type 2(genital Herpes). it also supposedly protects from the skin infection syphilis. It's a microbicide that kills the virus on contact and protects you for up to 6 hours. (No really, it's true,..look it up!!!) Also, remember to apply it to your hands, and lips and chin area. The lip application may seem little overboard, but most Herpes outbreaks are on the lips. Besides, it you find a SW with DDD or E cup tits, I can guarantee that you are gonna suck on those tits,... just like the last 20 guys did. At least one of them has HSV1. I carry a small bottle of Purell (or it's generic equivalent) in the car with me in case I get lucky.

4) These precautions stated above do not protect against the myriad of other diseases out there, so always use a condom, and dental dam if you DATY.

5) If you can, try to take a [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) shortly after you finish. This might just be bullshit, but it supossedly flushes out of the system any newly forming infections. Of course, if you used a condom, you don't have to worry about this. But If you prefer BBBJ's (who doesn't), well just do yourself the favor.

But again, this could just be a hot load of bullshit.

6) When I get home, I strip and run to the shower. I take another bath with the antibacterial soap, and lather on a little bit of Lice (crabs) killing shampoo. Overboard, perhaps, but I'd prefer to kill any lingering creepy crawlys, BEFORE I get into bed.

OK, so maybe I'm a bit crazy, but so far, I'm either pretty lucky, or my anti STD combination has worked. I'm 31 yrs old, and the only STD I've ever gotten is that chlamydia infection, which really opened my eyes. Believe me, if you've ever tried to take a [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) when you have the clap, it will REALLY open your eyes as well.

My only question is, I've read that there is a anti-clap/gonnoreah pill cocktail that some of you guys used to take almost as a preventive measure (i.e. not even waiting for problems to develop, just take it). Can anyone enlighten me as to what that cocktail mix is,and where to get it. I'm a safety guy, but I can't get down with cbj's. Going from a cbj to a bbbj is like listening to your favorite song, and then taking the cotton out of your ears. Every sensation is just magnified. But it leaves me open to catching the clap again. Please help!

I recently stayed at the Nana hotel in Bangkok and caught a dose of bed bugs.

I have been to a doctor several times and I have been using several prescribed medicines including Kwell and Crotamiton lotions, a Sulfur cream as well as several sulphur based soaps. But despite changing into freshly washed clothes and sheets 2-3 times a day and using all the above medicines, its all been to no avail as I still my newly found "friends" biting me all over my body!

Maybe the Thai strain of these bugs are more virulent and harder to get rid of than the normal bred. I am not sure.

Does anyone have any ideas re medicines or treatments, to get rid of these pests as they are driving me crazy at the moment?

Please help! There are several, however, one doxycline pill (I forget the dosage) a day is the best. It is very well tollerated and should prevent a syphilus, chlymidia or gonorhea infection. For Herpes, you would also need to take a valtrex pill once a day.

I used to take the cocktail of two pills when I would vacation out here for a couple of weeks, but don't want to take pills every day on a permanent basis now that I live here. Instead, I take 400mg of oxfloxacin and 1000mg of zithromax about once a month in case I happen to pick up one the three and don't show any symptoms. Of course, you would need to have your significant other take the same take cocktail at the same time for it to work. You can also take 2000mg of zithromax for the same effect, but it is very hard on the stomach.

Kimono brand condoms are the best. They are very thin & strong & feels like BBFS.As well as Kimono MicroThins may I also suggest :

- Beyond Seven Sheerlon
- Crown Skinless
- Pleasure Plus (which have an interesting 'pouch' with internal ribs)

Of course, it all comes down to personal preference, so get a few of each (from any good online condom retailer) and have some fun trying them all out.

Will Valtrex really protect you from getting herpes? I know if you've got herpes it can help prevent you from giving it to someone else. But I've got my doubts as to whether taking Valtrex would lower the chances you'd get it if you're not already infected.

Herpes is a virus. Valtrex and other medications will not prevent you from getting Herpes. Viruses are very different from bacteria. Use a condom and check your partner out. If you've got herpes 1-3, get a partner who has the infection as well. There is a website for this , believe it or not!

Sorry guys, but you are morons.
Ask yourself one question. Why are there antibiotic resistant bacteria around today?

After you've tried to answer that, ask yourselves why everybody just doesn't take antibiotics everyday to ward off any bacterial infection.

Fortunately, for the moment, the only people you are messing with is yourselves, until you give some poor girl a strain of Zithromax resistant STI, after that... well.

This isn't like innoculation you know, it's a totally different process, but you go ahead.

3) I make sure to lather on a layer of anti-bacterial gel on my crotch area, front and back (really good BJ's are often, sloppy and her drool is gonna run down the crack of your ass)
Perhaps a silicone based barrier cream would add an extra layer of protection for areas not covered by a condom.

If you have any bugs, not matter what, usually kwell lotion used to kill hair lice, available over the counter will cure it. This stuff is like "raid" for mongers. Just follow the instructions completely.

So, this is the thread where we are supposed to talk Safe Sex, since it's impossible to discuss it at the thread where the ofender ofends.

Instead, the ones that want to maintain the hobby clean, get the short end of the stick.

This is not fair at all.

We are all mongers in this Forum, mongers that love a hobby. Mongers that would like to see the practice keep going on and on.

But we are a species spiraling into extinction cause there is a big and increasing amount of people that just don't remember the AIDS crisis of the 80's.

Mongers that practice unsafe sex go scot free at their respective threads with no possibility to try at least to add a grain of salt, trying to make them change their minds.

Oh no, we are the bad guys.

The ones that just don't care if they cause an empidemic and hurt innocent people irresponsibly, are the good guys.

They are definiately HPV gential warts. I noticed it when I first saw the images, too.

Using condoms certainly helps, as HPV is transmitted through physicial contact. One can get them at the base of the penis where the ring of the condom ends (personal experience).

Everyone should consider using something called Tarjeta Condon (the blue/Unisex version). It is a synthetic condom with a little apron that convers up the base of the penis. These are produced in Colombia (thus supporting their economy. And I've had them successfully claimed on my FSA account). It is sold in some pharmacies (bigger ones) in Colombia (I found them at the pharmacy at Exito; I purchased 25 packets, the security guy at Exito gave me an interesting look when I was leaving the store and showing him the receipt). They are relatively expensive, like 4-5k COP for each card, which contains 3 condoms.

Everyone stay safe. And remember, subclinical infection of HPV (no visible warts) can still be transmitted.

TSYeah those are warts. I had a similar experience but did not want to go through with the session with one girl. We went to the room and had a few drinks listening to music, she started to undress and got naked in front of me and laid on the bed.

While she was lying down I noticed a cluster of warts or bumps on her leg and ask her what it was and she said its nothing and she had it since birth etc... I did not touch her. She was upset because I did not session with her. I did guve her a little money for her time, but HPV is highly contagious with skin contact. I got myself check when I got back and was OK. But you have to be careful with HPV its very contagious with skin contact.

This guy will go to extremes to give us the reports that we love! you have to admire a guy like that.Sorry, although Col bog may be a nice guy, I certainly don't admire a guy who puts himself and more importantly others at risk. One would think that if he was going to continue with this risky behavior he would at least educate himself regarding sexually transmitted diseases, but based on his previous post he had no idea what genital warts were, thinking they were beauty marks. It; s only a matter of time before he contracts a disease, and of course pass it on to other women. I don't mind a guy whose behavior only affects himself, but his behavior is also affecting others. Yeah, these girls are are just prostitutes, but does that mean we can't think about their well-being also? I mean, who wants to walk around with warts on their genitals?

I could imagine that given Colombia's health care system the same might apply to STDs here, which would make SWs more dangerous than upmarket casa chicas.

Why do people contimue to bust balls about safe sex when they add "0" to useful information. Anyone without info on sex safe should be able to make their own decisions without being given the damning insights of another. Hopefully they will soon make, and some use, a protection that goes over both the mouth and fingers (to stop reports) of those demanding others behaviors fit their ideals. Anyway, Colombian Blog's reports are factual, not always my style, but he should get a merit badge for posting videos/pics when so few others do. I got tired of people taking pics to the beach and busting my balls so I gave up, just look now.

Info, I havew been in cartagena for over 7 years and have never seen more pussy. The prices vary from 60,000 up depending on how nice YOU want to be. there are plenty on University chicas on break that are available. If i hear from Colombian Blog I will pay for his beach pussy for his great reporting, maybe his testing too (just joking).

Anyway, happy mongering.

It's your right to think what you want and to write it.

So far, you have posted 5 times, 3 of them to say how bad I am.

I wonder what makes you so interested in that ?

Are you a serial antagonist ?

I won't stop my bad behavior because you don't like what I do.

If everybody would be shocked by my reports I may stop posting.

But so far, it's not the case, and I receive more friendly reports and Pms than aggressive one.

But let's go back to the warts.

I had some warts on a finger when I was a kid.

There were flat and at their maximum extension it reached maybe 1cm diameter and 1 millimeter high.

When I touched her, these things were like high pimples, maybe 4 or 5 millimeters high.

And she had plenty of them, maybe 15.

For what I know, girls are regularly checked and these things don't grow in one week.

I'm not a doc and don't pretend to be right.

I have checked myself again very closely and have seen nothing so far.

I know I have a dangerous attitude and that I'm putting myself and others at risk.
This is why I try to carefully choose the girls I go with.

I may one day have a bad surprise, or not. Who can say?

Did you know that a car has an accident every 4 years?

Seems to me that I have more chances to die in a car accident than from a sexual disease.

Thanks for your interest.

Col Bog,

An antagonist? Because I speak the truth? PLEASE.

It was YOUR decision to post the pics of this girl and open up this can of worms. You say you "carefully choose" the girls you are with. But until now you knew NOTHING of genital warts. And it's just not the small bumps, it's the LARGE cluster of warts that she has between her vagina and her anus that concerns me. That would certainly raise a red flag to me if I was with such a girl. Look at the picture again. Do a google search on genital warts and you'll see pictures of the same type of cluster that she has. Wake up!

Col Bog, this isn't totally about you. Hopefully the picture you posted is a wake up call to some of the guys here who have been going bareback, or those who might be tempted to do so.

And just to educate you further, you may NEVER show symtoms of genital warts, but still have the virus and can still spread the virus, without an outbreak. Same goes for herpes.

Again, I never stated you were "bad", in fact I said you were probably a good guy, and I'm happy you're so popular here. But I think that pic you posted was a wake up call to a few guys who might admire you a little too much. And yes, maybe you've avoided the bullet so far, and yes a car has an accident every 4 years. Looks like you're probably due.

Take care!

Those aren't genital warts they're skin tags a very common benign skin condition. Harmless. There are two types of people out there those who pay for play and those who don't. Sorry "doctor", but those aren't skin tags, they are genital warts. Look at the clustering in the area between the vagina and the anus. As far as monumental achievements?? hehe, picking up $20 prosties off the streets of Bogota isn't very monumental...especially one with a bad case of genital warts. I certainly wouldn't "pay" for such damaged goods, but I'm sure you would Tom.

i returned from a trip to asia a couple of months ago where i met up with girls i met online and had unprotected sex.

recently (about 2 weeks ago), i started getting a slight itch in my rectum, and very slight itch in my penis (interior, not exterior) and a very slight burning sensation when i [CodeWord111] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord111).

i don't have any discharge or anything, but i feel like i am not done every time i [CodeWord111] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord111) (may be due to the itch).

i am not sure if the itch in my rectum is related to the itch and burning sensation in my penis.

i took a month's worth of antibiotic for infection (vibramycin/doxycycline) my doctor gave me after i returned from my trip. and i finished taking the pills more than a month ago, before the itching and burning sensation began.

should i worry and go back to my doctor? or can this be just a simple case of urinary track infection?

Mongers-
I too support Col Bog 1's decision to go bareback at his will and think everybody should just stop giving him so much shit for it and instead thank him for his unequaled contributions to this forum. He obviously has heard the alleged risks of bareback sex and accepts those risks at his own peril; he has assessed that as a circumcised male, his HIV contraction risk is about the same as his risk of getting eaten by a shark or being in a plane crash, and as such he carries on seeking BBFS. I am in the same boat as Col Bog 1 in that I regularly go bareback with both non-pros and pros; I understand the risks and accept them, but find that the positives outweigh the negatives. On another note, busting his balls about HPV is ridiculous because everybody knows that somewhere in the ballpark of 80% of sexually active people have the HPV virus and that condoms do not effectively prevent HPV or genital herpes.

This may be a strange question, but here goes. Seeing all the posts on herpes and genital warts, I was wondering if one option would just be to keep on my briefs (colored ones, not tighty-whitey fruit of the looms!) or boxers during sex. Combined with a condom, wouldn't this greatly the reduce the possibilities of the contact infections? It might seem strange to the girl, but then again it's my money so who cares. I've also seen it in porn, so the idea of clothed sex obviously has has some sex appeal to it. Has anyone done this, or have any opinions?
Thanks!

i suspect i contracted this from a trip to the dominican republic in april 2008, but only because of the timing. about 2 months later, a series of pimple-looking or wart-like bumps of varying sizes appeared on my scrote and inner thigh. a local dermatologist scraped off the bumps recently for about $100 total. not a pleasant experience having a doc with a sharp implement handling my frank and beans, but i guess it's the cost of business in the mongering world.

i wish i could offer some sage advice to help you avoid this ailment. the medical literature suggests serial monogamy is the only way. i don't think that is a recommendation that is likely to be widely accepted here.

Always with WG I preferred CBJ but have fantasy to have BBBJ and I have seen lot of reports in this forum about BBBJ with WG. Just to know the opinion of guys who has the experience of BBBJ with WG that how much safe it is for STD/HIV?

wish you a speedy recovery,

that's an ironic handle you have given the topic we are discussing, as I have heard it said "You wouldn't wear a raincoat in the shower, so why wear a condom during sex?" Of course I do not wish to give you any fool-hardy counsel, although I have had unprotected sex with sex workers the majority of my mongering experience has been using safer sex.

As far as BBBJ is concerned there is a risk of contracting Herpes Simplex Virus, however HIV is extremely unlikely.

The question of ‘safe’ sex comes up regularly on various country threads. I’ve been posting for a while and mongering for years before that in countries around the globe. So I thought I’d add tuppence worth. I am not a medical doctor or laying any claim to specialist expertise other than being a reasonably intelligent and educated individual. Yeah – I google and read too, so please don’t quote reports at me!

Too often when safe sex comes up on country threads, one member will start telling another member what they should or shouldn’t be doing to stay ‘safe’ which is inappropriate, and Jackson rightly IMO kicks the posts off. But people new to mongering may like hearing other people’s thoughts on it. These are my thoughts alone. You may agree or disagree. It’s a topic mongers should talk about perhaps, though what you think personally is more important than whether you agree or not with any of the ideas I use.

Safe sex is about what safe means to the individual. Like driving a car or crossing the road, there is always an element of risk with sex. Lifelong abstinence is the only foolproof way. So having accepted the risk, how should one minimize it and so on. It’s not just about mongering. In some countries, prostitutes have a lower rate of infection on many STDs than non-prostitutes (as they know how to look after themselves well). In other areas it is the reverse. But yes, I practice safe sex whether the female is a working girl or a regular girlfriend.

So the starting point in balancing any risk is, how do I rate the benefits?

Given that the odds against me (when taking good precautions) are small but not non-existent, a big factor is, how much do I want to have sex / BBBJ / DATY with this particular female? If I like her a lot (physically or emotionally), maybe that will affect my judgement (for better or worse). But I am not risking anything for someone I barely fancy.

Rolled into this ‘risk-benefit assessment’ are things like demographics. Whether her group is statistically more or less likely to be disease carrying. One makes one’s own judgements after looking at the reliability or otherwise of government programs and testing, her own knowledge of safe sex and so on. Also whether I am well in control of the situation. Being able to control the pace in good conditions is different to having sex with a woman with long fingernails who is forcing the pace and in unlit or otherwise undesirable conditions.

CONDOMS
Choice of condom is an important issue IMO. How likely is it to come off? How well does it unroll and feel comfortable (and be free of other irritating, distracting annoyances)? How strong is it? (None of this is rocket science, but guys who don’t use condoms regularly except when mongering may not have explored the possibilities so much. Just ignore me if I’m stating the obvious.)

For all their belly-aching about safe sex, most of the major manufacturers could be promoting effective condom use much better than they do. For instance, not only are many of the Durex range rather short in length (covering only a part of the penis and giving less security against slipping off) but they often concentrate advertising on non-essentials, such as ribs, strawberry flavouring and so on. Information on different brands of Durex in terms of width, length, thickness etc is often not that readily available. (They also have a reputation for heavy artillery legal action against anyone being even slightly critical.) Testing standards for condoms, while important, are not based on live action but on laboratory experiments with machines. So excuse me if, having used them most of my life, I beg to question the adequacy of some criteria.

I’m not recommending or dissing any particular condom – just that I think it is important to experiment and find one that you feel very happy with. Pasante, for instance, on its website, gives all the measurements (length, width, thickness). If you are not happy with one, you can change to a trimmer one, a large one or an extra large one. I would quote them as an example of a responsible company.

If a condom is too narrow, it is not only uncomfortable, it is more likely to break. If it is too short or too loose, it is more likely to slip off. I generally don’t like those ones that disappear from view once I’m inside a woman. If in doubt, I like to be able to reach down with my thumb and forefinger to check it’s still there.

A good fitting condom generally increases sensitivity, but latex vs non-latex also makes a difference. Non-latex (polyurethane) can be made much stronger than latex, but it doesn’t stretch so much (Durex make an excellent one called Avanti, long and slightly wider – but it tends not to unroll well past the 4/5ths mark.)

While a woman normally knows (or checks) whether she is wet enough, I like to double-check. Dry humping causes breakages. If there’s no other option, I’ll suggest (or offer) some gel. The most adaptable ones for mongering are small sachets or twist-top single-use packs. A tiny one takes up no room in the pocket. On the other hand, some women use too much lube to the point where it is harder to tell what-the-f*ck is happening down there. A wipe with tissues (or similar) is called for in that case.

TRIM/SHAVE
Not everyone’s choice, but I like to trim or remove my pubic hair. Lots of reasons. It is harder for little crabbies to find a snuggling place for one. But it maximises contact and is generally more attractive for a woman to go down on, just as (forest lovers aside) it’s nicer to DATY without having to pick the hair out of one's teeth. Off the p4p scene, it is very common among swingers and considered good hygiene and etiquette.

DATY & BBBJ
Although low risk, DATY also has the advantage (at least in reasonable lighting) to check out the area before thrusting a pork chop into it. And there’s lots of dining levels to choose from. From just sticking your nose in to check the aroma, to some delicate clit-kissing without using the open mouth, to full on licking and sucking up that gush. Usual stuff applies – leaving a couple of hours for tiny cuts on the face from shaving to heal seems rudimentary, as does being careful to avoid using fingers with recent cuts, or DATY with sore throats or mouth ulcers.

Happy mongering

As far as BBBJ is concerned there is a risk of contracting Herpes Simplex Virus, however HIV is extremely unlikely. The administrator suggested I repost the stuff below which

Was in another forum here:

I am someone who takes essentially no risks. I value my life way too much.

Let's talk about AIDS first.

After a lot of research, the consensus seems to be that getting your dick sucked has essentially zero risk. Of course, if the girl doesn't have AIDS, you can't get it, so all risk discussion assumes she does (otherwise there is no point in the discussion). There are two main reasons for this. First, unless you have open sores (in which case you can get AIDS from holding hands), there is no way the virus can be transmitted. It doesn't go through skin or intact mucus membranes. Second, even if you did, a) the viral load in saliva is way to small to cause infection (you would have to be exposed to several liters within a short time) and b) there is an enzyme in saliva which de-activates the Hi virus. So, to get AIDS by being sucked, the girl would have to be bleeding out of her mouth and you would have to have open sores.

The risk to the girl is somewhat higher, but still quite low compared to vaginal or anal sex (which have a much higher risk, very high for the receptive partner, especially anally). First, the virus is in sperm. Second, not all of it can be de-activated by the girl's saliva. Third, the girl might have small cuts in the mouth (perhaps from having eaten potato chips) which don't bleed (and hence wouldn't be a risk to you) but are open enough to become infected by infected sperm. Theoretically, if she swallows and has an ulcer, that's also a possibility. Still, oral sex, even for the person doing the sucking, is relatively low risk.

As for licking a girl---it is almost impossible to get AIDS from a girl, except via vaginal or anal sex (unprotected---with a condom, no worries).

Officially, no government agency will come out and say this, both because it is understandably better to be on the safe side, and also because there would be some criticism from conservative groups if the government were "encouraging oral sex". However, my summary above seems to be the case according to the scientific literature.

As for other diseases, they are in principle easier to get, but here (like with AIDS as well), in practice there is no risk if the girl doesn't have them. Prostitutes in Germany have to have regular check-ups, by the way. However, other STDs can be treated quite easily with penicillin etc, especially if noticed early. So, the biggest danger might be explaining it to your wife! (AIDS is actually quite hard to get; what is bad about it is that it is difficult to treat.)

Despite early warnings, AIDS is STILL essentially confined to the traditional high-risk groups. (AIDS can be spread sexually and prostitutes have a lot of sex, but probably most prostitutes with AIDS are drug users who got it from needles. So, if the girl doesn't use drugs, she's probably not any more likely than you to get AIDS.)

I'm sure this might be a dumb question, but I'm going to ask anyway because I'm going crazy. I'm in Korea and I will have to take a an HIV test soon. I have had sex with four sex workers in my life, two in Canada in June and two in Korea this month. I used a condom each time. It didn't break to my knowledge (unless there can be small tears you don't notice), and once it felt like it was slipping off, but it didn't.

My question is: what are my chances of testing positive for HIV? Have you ever heard of someone getting HIV without having unprotected sex? The test is getting closer and I am absolutely terrified of having to leave the country and explaining to people back home why I'm back, never mind life with HIV. I had trouble focusing at work today. Please help.

Darnay - don't panic. As the insertive partner and using condoms correctly (I assume, as they didn't break or slip), your chances of contracting HIV during those four encounters is basically zilch, zip, nada. ZERO. That's assuming the girls in question actually HAD the virus and there's every likelihood that they didn't, especially if they're enforcing condom use in their work.

But at the risk of stressing you out further, I wanted to add a little something about 'risk'. You (and you're certainly not the first person to do this!) only mentioned your sex work experiences when you talked about HIV risk ...but I assume those four women aren't the ONLY women you've ever had sex with? How many times have you had unprotected sex with NON-sex workers?

Being a sex worker is not, in itself, a risk factor for HIV. It's not about how often you have sex or how many different partners you've had, nor is HIV transmitted via cash or credit cards. It's about HOW you have sex. A sex worker who always uses condoms is a much lower HIV risk than a regular woman who never uses them. I know a gay man who worked as a sex worker for many years and never caught a thing, then got drunk and silly at a club and caught HIV from an unprotected one-night stand. I also know of a (non-sex working) woman who got HIV from her husband, who was using IV drugs behind her back and sharing needles with his mates.

It's safe sex practices that dictate your risk of HIV, not the 'type' of person you have sex with or the particular sex acts you engage in. And again, as the insertive partner YOUR risks are even lower - if you're a woman or the receptive partner in a gay relationship, the risk increases.

Please don't worry too much about your test. I'm sure you'll be fine. Best of luck. x

I'm in South Korea right now as well and had to take the exact same HIV test so that I could get my Alien Registration Card.

As far as the test itself goes, the way it was explained to me was that if the results come back positive, they will give you another chance and test you again, since there is a possibility of getting a false-positive result. I believe the same goes for the drug test as well.

You should be fine; in fact I don't understand why you would be concerned about it at all, unless there is something you are not telling us in your post. If it makes you feel any better, I've had sex with over 100 pros and I passed the HIV test with flying colors!

BTW, if you have some time, feel free to post some trip reports in the South Korea forum.

Hello seniors,

Can anyone tell me if poluyurethane condoms are safer than latex condoms? I have a rubber allergy but I am not sure about those condoms not made of latex.

Some friends have recommended polyisoprene condoms but they are hard to find.

Many thanks in advance.

Hi, I got laid in Artemis FKK in Berlin last Sunday. Had half an hour sessions with 3 different women. I had penetration with a condom with each of them +

Girl 1) some DFK, just a little licking from me
Girl 2) just 10 sec of covered BJ
Girl 3) BBBJ without CIM, and some licking action from me.

After about 22 hrs of this action, i started feeling the slightest of burning sensations at the tip of the penis. And after another 24 hours, a kind of niggling feeling in symmetric regions on both sides of the pubic region - roughly near the joints. The feeling is very similar to what I experienced when I'd caught some urinary infection last year.

For certain reasons, I will find it very tough to consult a doctor for the next four days.

a) I am concerned I could have caught something nasty. But I hope that's not the case because I hardly did anything particularly unsafe

b) Even if it is something not serious, I cannot afford to develop a full blown infection or fever this weekend (am visiting family).

Please advise on both a) and b) and particulary if there are any antibiotics of other medicines I can take to get rid of my symptoms.

I will be most grateful. Thanks.

Hi troops,

My mongering experiences in Guatemala have resulted in a case of crabs, a. K. A. Pubic lice. Just thought I'd share my experience in case you get them too, which isn't very unlikely. Of course condoms don't do too much to protect you against them.

Anyway, several days after a session that wasn't worth the money I started feeling this itch at the base of my cock. I could see what looked like a tiny scab but couldn't figure out what was going on. So I took a flashlight to it and saw there were some little critters down there, I. E. Pubic lice! Yuck! I grabbed one of them and it was still living and squirming around. It was small, maybe a few millimeters long. I probed around and only found a few living critters but TONS of eggs spread out all over my pubic region. They were really, really tiny and sticky and so hard to dislodge from my tangle of pubic hair even after cutting it really close to my skin. I probably spent 1. 5 hours digging out as many eggs as I could find but didn't get them all.

I read up on the Center for Disease Control website and found out that pubic lice are just a hassle and not dangerous unless their digging into your skin causes an infection. They also have a treatment.

The treatment is called permetrine. It is a creme that you just spread all over your pubic area for 10 minutes. It is pleasant smelling and seems to have worked.

Here in Guatemala the name of the compound is permetrina, and the product I found is Herklin 2000 Permetrina Emulsion. By the way, the word for lice in Spanish is piojos.

So, should you ever be so unlucky with pubic lice, you should be able to get yourself beyond it quickly and get the general back out in the field in full command.

Good luck!

Phallus
12-02-08, 16:21
If you are in a remote location where permetrine is not easily available, and this is a highly likely situation where the little critters will just decide to jump ship from your temporary GF to you, then -would you believe- spraying the affected area (even your whole body) with good 'ol Mortine insect spray will knock 'em dead!

Just remember to follow up with a second "application" in a week or so because that's when the layed eggs will begin to hatch (7-10 day's).

Also a good idea to wash all your possibly infested clothing in (very) hot water.

Don't sound too good, but trust me (from experiance), it's very effective.

Hi guys,

I just started mongering, but I cannot understand for the life of me why a self-test kit for all major STDs (HIV, Herpes, Crabs, Hepatitis B+C, Gonorrhea and Syphilis) has not been created? (Or if it has, what is it. I can't find one anywhere! )

It would essentially eliminate the requirement of wearing protection completely. Imagine a session where you meet a provider, she takes your insta test, and you take her insta test, both pass, and voila! All set to go. Or am I missing something.

As someone who cannot wear condoms and stay hard during sex (apparently a more common problem than I originally thought), this would greatly increase pleasure and reduce anxiety all around I think.

Not sure where to post this as it does not directly relate to safe sex but here is a painful and disturbing story about a woman who went too far because she though her man went too far.

(CBS/ AP) An Australian woman accused of setting her husband's genitals on fire because she thought he was having an affair has been charged with murder. Prosecutors said 44-year-old Rajini Narayan confessed to neighbors that she set her husband on fire on Dec. 8, 2008, after she saw him hug another woman.

She was initially charged with endangering life and arson but the charges were upgraded to murder after her 47-year-old husband, Satish Narayan, died from his injuries last week. Prosecutor Lucy Boord said Narayan told neighbors she was a "jealous wife" but she hadn't meant to kill him when she doused the sleeping man's genitals with an alcohol-based solvent and then set him on fire.

Boord quoted Narayan allegedly saying: "I just wanted to burn his penis so it belongs to me and no one else. ... I didn't mean this to happen." The husband jumped out of bed and knocked over the bottle of alcohol, causing the fire to spread and resulting in 1 million Australian dollars ($711,000) of damage to their town house and an adjacent property, the Adelaide Advertiser reported.

"She poses a substantial risk to others given her flagrant offending," Boord told the newspaper. Boord quoted Narayan allegedly saying: 'I just wanted to burn his penis so it belongs to me and no one else. ... I didn't mean this to happen.' "Witnesses also heard the accused make references to using a police officer's gun on herself, and references to whether she should be alive at all," she added. Narayan was remanded in custody for psychological assessment and will reappear in court Friday. She has been charged with murder, arson and three counts of endangering life, as the couple's three children were at home during the incident.

Having just caught another dose of herpes I am thinking on how to avoid this in the future. Sorry no sex, is not an option.

The information on herpes says its caught by unprotected sex with an infected partner.

This explains why I have caught herpes a few times with the outbreak on the bottom of the testicles, and its especially painful when its near the main testicle nerve.

I used a condom, but infected pussy juice can still contact the testicle even when wearing a condom.

I went to my doctor and I asked how come outbreaks occur in different places on the penis. He said that is because they are new infections.

This leads me to conclude that herpes can be transmitted by bare back blow jobs since at those time I always had protected sex.

Does anyone else have a view or experience on this?

Having just caught another dose of herpes I am thinking on how to avoid this in the future. Sorry no sex, is not an option.

The information on herpes says its caught by unprotected sex with an infected partner. Herpes HSV1/HSV2 is caused by the HPV virus. contact. you can have herpes anywhere skin contacts. including if you touch a herpes sore on a pussy then rub your eye. you can get herpes on your eye.

It's permanent. if you've caught it and get an outbreak (small or large) then it's yours forever. Most people don't bother to pay for valtrex or other treatments to reduce outbreaks. :(

Preventative option is unfortunate.

1 - check **** thoroughly beforehand.
2 - never kiss as sores can be on inside mouth as well
3 - carry Purell hand sanitizer as it has Ethyl Alcohol 62%.
4 - use it on yourself and the chick during the shower or before sex to kill viruses on her skin in case she is at beginning or end of outbreak and you just cant see it.
5 - Use it on yourself immediately afterwards.
6 - emergency carry 90+% ethyl Alchohol in your bag. If shit happens then use this on your privates but don't leave on for more than 2 minutes and immediately wash off with ALOT of water in shower (unless you don't mind getting skin irritation down there) 99% ethyl alchohol is proven to kill 100% of viruses in less than 2 seconds.

But if you've already caught it then you're screwed.

I had herpes for the past 30 years. Cought it in Thailand while still a teenager. My experience was this. Outbreak was about 4 or 5 times a year mostly around the penis area and sometimes at the testicle. Very uncomfortable, painful and messy.

Ever since my circumcision, the herpes outbreak NEVER occur near the above mentioned area but occured at the back slightly above the buttock! The point is it is much more managable in term of comfort considering the back area is flat as compared to the private part that can be quite messy. The only drawback is that you cant' lie on your back during the outbreak period. So I guess the herpes virus will know what to do when you get rid of the extra skin near your penis!! I recommend that you go for a circumcision in a private clinic that cost about RM250. Anyone with the same experience, please share with other members.

Thank you.

A strain of antibiotic-resistant [_Neisseria gonorrhoeae_] is growing in Ontario at an alarming pace, raising fears that the era of practicing safe sex is on its way out, according to a new Canadian study.

Rates of [infections due to _Neisseria gonorrhoeae_] resistant to antibiotics known as [fluoroquinolones] jumped from 4 per cent of cases in 2002 to 28 per cent in 2006, a study published today [3 Feb 2009] in the Canadian Medical Association Journal reveals [see <http://www.cmaj.ca/cgi/content/full/180/3/287>].

"The magnitude of the rate of resistance to [fluoroquinolones] is unusually high by any threshold reported in North America," the study said. The findings add further woe to already-surging gonorrhea infection rates. From 1997 to 2007, infection rates more than doubled in Canada, from 15 to 35 cases for every 100 000 people. Growing evidence suggests that gonorrhea, a highly adaptable infection, is becoming increasingly resistant to a variety of antibiotics, which has major implications for future control and treatment of the disease. The rising incidence of [fluoroquinolone]-resistant [_Neisseria gonorrhoeae_] confirms those worries.

Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted bacterial infection that, if untreated, can lead to pelvic pain and scarring of the fallopian tubes in women and of the urethra in men, contributing to infertility in both genders.

The increased infection rates raise concerns that people are abandoning safe-sex practices, which could have major and wide-reaching effects on the population's health, according to Susan Richardson, head of microbiology at the Hospital for Sick Children [in Toronto] and senior author of the study. "We are concerned that people are not taking the same precautions for the prevention of sexually transmitted infections that they could," said Dr.
Richardson, who is also a consultant to the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion.

[Fluoroquinolone]-resistant gonorrhea was most commonly found in people over 30 [years of age], the study found. While other studies have shown [fluoroquinolone]-resistant [_Neisseria gonorrhoeae_] to be most prevalent among men who have sex with men, this study found rates were split evenly with heterosexual men.

The resistant strain of [_Neisseria gonorrhoeae_] could have spread through Ontario's population from people who have visited Asian countries where the disease is widespread, the study said. Ontario may have higher rates of [fluoroquinolone-resistant] [_Neisseria gonorrhoeae_] because it is the largest province and a major transit hub. Other highly populated travel centres, such as Sydney, Australia, also have high rates of the antibiotic-resistant infection, according to an editorial published along with the study.

While the spike in [fluoroquinolone]-resistant cases appears to be greatest in Ontario, experts predict the trend will spread. "The likelihood is that this will increase [in Ontario] and increase [in] every province too," Dr. Richardson said.

There are other treatments to battle gonorrhea, including a group of antibiotics known as cephalosporins that some countries, including Canada [and the USA], now recommend instead of [fluoroquinolones].
Some people, however, may be allergic to those medications, making their gonorrhea difficult to treat and raising their risk of health consequences, such as infertility.

But an even bigger issue is that some reports show that strains of [_Neisseria gonorrhoeae_] resistant to cephalosporins are emerging in Pacific Rim countries, according to the editorial written by John Tapsall, who is with the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Sexually Transmitted Diseases at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney [see <http://www.cmaj.ca/cgi/content/full/180/3/268>].

One of the biggest disadvantages of antibiotics is that [microorganisms] can mutate and become resistant to the medication, according to Dr. Tapsall. Public health officials must take action to bring infection rates down to prevent more resistant strains from emerging and further limiting gonorrhea treatment options, he wrote.
"A recognition of these parallels [between resistance to fluoroquinolones and cephalosporins] has led to renewed calls for better control of gonococcal disease, including enhanced global surveillance of resistance and improved treatment."

Fluoroquinolones are not the normally used current treatment for gonorrhea. This resistance may have been newsworthy a decade ago, but not now. Treatments currently useful include azithromycin and Ceftriaxone.

Having just caught another dose of herpes I am thinking on how to avoid this in the future. Sorry no sex, is not an option.

Monolaurin is a naturally occurring organic compound found in mother’s milk and in coconut oil. This monoglyceride destroys lipid coated (fat coated) viruses and bacteria. This includes Herpes, Chlamydia, helicobacter pyloris, Epstein Barr, and influenza, just to name a few.

A strain of antibiotic-resistant [_Neisseria gonorrhoeae_] is growing in Ontario at an alarming pace
http://www.healthkingenterprise.com/v2/articles/BioDefender.asp
Clinical trials using monoglycerides such as monolaurin for destroying bacteria, viruses and fungi are on the rise. The journal Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, Nov 1999, vol. 43, no. 11 clearly states that the susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae (gonorrhea) to several medium-chain fatty acids and their 1-monoglycerides causes the fastest and most effective killing of all strains of N. gonorrhoeae.

Conventional HIV tests may not detect the virus up to 6 months. In other words if you have had unprotected sex you cannot say upto 6 months whether you are infected or not. (opinion is varied on whether it should be 3 months or 6 months). About an year back a newer form of HIV test was discovered. I am not sure how economical or fool-proof this is but this new test apparently gives the results right away. I am not sure if this test is still in R&D state or has reached the market.

It would essentially eliminate the requirement of wearing protection completely. Imagine a session where you meet a provider, she takes your insta test, and you take her insta test, both pass, and voila! All set to go. Or am I missing something.

HIV initial infections present as flu-like symptoms. So, if you had risky sex and came down with something like the flu the day afterward, that would be a reason to be worried.

Conversion flu can manifest itself at any time after infection
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HIV_disease_progression_rates
If you subscribe to "CSI" (Vegas) then it is strictly 6 weeks after direct infection (if you have the correct subset variant). Waiting for conversion flu onset is akin to Horses and Stable doors. Too late once they have bolted.

in fact, once at home, the day after i discovered of having acquired a disease!
i had a small white or semitransparent discharge from my penis, just a drop in the morning, or i could extract the secretion during the day by squeezing my penis like a toothpaste tube! i also had a burning sensation when [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord112][CodeWord112] (]http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/showpost.php?p=868402&postcount=218[/url).
it might have been clamydia or gonorrea, but also a more bland unspecific urethritis. the doctor said there are a number of pathogen organisms which can give you diseases with similar symptoms. they may act in concomitance and cause a disease, particularly if you are in a stress condition. (well, isn’t a 6 days sex tour a stress condition?). however he said not to worry. getting something bad by oral sex is rare. this time i have been a little bit unfortunate, but a remedy is at hand. to avoid complications and stay on the safe side i had to start an appropriate antibiotic treatment asap, then i will have to undergo a test to confirm that any menace has cleared.

the therapy was apparently successful. the symptoms vanished just after 2 days. i still have to make the confirmation test.

it’s curious that i got this shit during this tour. just this time that i had less girls that other times, that i avoided more promiscuous situation, like those found in pt’s. this time i contained myself also to reduce risk, it was less likely to get something this time, but it happened this time.

probability is probability, what has 1 chance out of 2 to happen, may not occur for 10 times or more, instead even something which has one chance over a million may happen sometimes. this time happened to me. so this should explain the terms of the question to you too.

i had only oral sex unprotected, and this is considered low risk. but “low risk” doesn’t mean “no risk”!
we should be aware that we are running risks in having a promiscuous sexual activity, and that practicing unprotected oral sex we might contract something, sometime.

to reduce the risk almost to zero we should not accept a bbbj, requesting always a covered bj. we should not practice daty, or use a dental dam if we do. in principle even a dfk could be contagious for something!
this would affect sexual activity much more than the simple use of a condom for penetration. in practice any contact involving mucosas should be avoided. think of moving around with of piece of rubber and licking it rather than the real thing. terrible and ridiculous! but there is someone who do that... it’s feasible :(

make your risk/reward consideration. as for me i don’t think i will renounce to dfk and spontaneous oral sex. i intend to enjoy this pleasures of life for the years that are left to me. i made too many renounces in the past.
certainly i will pay attention. i will [CodeWord134] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord134) and wash accurately my dick after every session (particularly if i didn’t come). wash my throat as well with a good collutorium (actually i use one which combines chlorhexidine and cetylpyridinium chloride). i will give preference to girls attentive to hygiene too. all things that i do already, but i think this is the most that i can do.

i warned the girls with whom i had an intercourse and that gave me their email address. this is extremely useful in this circumstances, in behalf of the girls and in behalf of all of us.
i think i will take the habit of asking the email address to all the girls that i will get to know intimately in the future.

guys,

i've just been diagnosed with an oropharyngeal cancer (tonsillar cancer) which was very likely caused by the human papilloma virus (hpv). this is the same virus that also causes both anal cancer and cervical cancer. its also the virus for which girls should get the guardasil vaccine. since it can be transmitted by sexual activity, i thought i'd pass along some info.

hpv is a very common virus. there are over 120 varieties of hpv, but only a handful cause cancer. one variety in particular (hpv16) is by far the most risky. hpv is basically the only known cause of cervical cancer. recently, medical science has learned that over 25% of the cases of oropharyngeal cancer are caused by hpv (the rest are due to tobacco & alcohol). this is not a very detectable form of cancer, it doesn't have many outward symptoms, so its usually not found until it is quite advanced (stage 3 or 4); in my case, its stage 4.

hpv thrives in the squamous cells of mucosal membranes (cervix, anus, and oral cavity... particularly the tonsils). i'm a guy who loves daty and its my guess that i picked up hpv16 this way. (i will be tested to see if i am hpv16 positive.)

the good news is that my cancer is very treatable. well over 90% of the cases are "cured" (live past 5 years with no recurrence). the bad news is that the treatment is horrible: 7+ weeks of combined chemotherapy and radiation therapy... i'll need feeding tubes and months to recover. plus there will be some permanent side effects because the radiation will damage my salivary glands and my sense of taste/smell. i've already had a tonsillectomy and may need additional surgery to remove lymph nodes from my neck.

research is making advances but they're not here yet. they are working on a simple "swish & spit" screening test to detect oral hpv infection. they are working on therapeutic hpv vaccines to treat existing hpv-induced oropharyngeal cancers (to be used in addition to, not instead of, chemo and radiation therapy). they are considering recommending that all 12 year old boys (as well as all 12 year old girls) receive the prophylactic hpv vaccine guardasil.

i'd be glad to try and answer any questions.

just to follow up. they tested my biopsy and it came back hpv negative. this surprised everyone (especially me). since there is some possibility that this is a false-negative, they're going to try another test (for a different hpv marker).

if i really am hpv negative, this is not good news. those with oropharyngeal cancer that are hpv negative have a statistically poorer survival prognosis. also, my doctors will be more inclined to recommend neck dissection/surgery (after chemo and radiation therapy) to remove my diseased lymph nodes.

Has anyone heard of an OTC agent that can be used to reduce chances of herpes? I remember someone telling me (on ISG) an agent that is not sold in USA, but available other countries. It's something that can be gargled & used on skin. Can anyone elaborate on protecting against Herpes? A lot of things can be rid of, but some things are forever.

As a further follow-up. The second test (for a different HPV marker) came back positive... which indicates the first test was indeed a false negative.

This is good news as it means I'm in the group with a better survival prognosis. Also, it becomes less likely that my doctors will recommend neck dissection/surgery.
