I had the cold sores all my life. All school pictures. At 50 in Costa Rica with a condom on. The part of the base of our dick that comes in contact with their pussys. Well about three days latter I had a sore at the base. Little as it is of course. And was told I now had herpies 3, called gentails herpies. And with Valtrex it was gone in about a week, I took 1 gram, or 1000mg three times a day for two weeks. Then 1 gram a day for a year. Then wait and see. Doctor said many never see another out break, After 6 months I got a sore and waited a week for it to go away thinking let my body fight it off. The outbreaks get a lot less after the years go by. The doctor said it is not the way. So I went on 2 grams a day for two weeks. And 6 months of 1 gram a day. I had one about 2 years ago and just took the Valtrex for 3 months. When I go to monger I take Valtrex for at least 30 days before my trip. And every day during my trip. A couple of years ago a girl told me I gave her herpies. I had been taking Valtrex. Doc, said slim chance of spreading. And WR told me he knew the girl and she was scamming me because I had told her. I was engaged as you guys might remember. She never had a out break. I had warts as a married man who swung with his wife. Got the freeze and they have not come back in ten years and know girl has ever mentioned it to me. I live in states. To be honest in the last 5 years I am only getting layed on mongering trips. I just got back from Thailand. Mostly covered. But a few bb, Guys to be honest I fucked bombs for day covered and never came. But I am getting old, Take bllod meds and diabetties meds. I can nut once a day. But jacking off is the only constant any more. Yet I still love the hunt for the experince. I love the beautifull soft skin, I love eating pussy and tasting her get that nut. I know going into a working girl house and eating pussy is the brunt of many a joke. Before the fiance dumped me I thought and hoped all this would be my past. 40 year past yes. But still past. But I am back at it. And marriage feels like a dirty word again. Hope this helps with sTDs and letting some of you know you are not alone.

With the various incurable bugs out there with pretty dire consequences, I can't understand why any educated man would want to have unprotected sex in a red light district.
But it's not only about "pusher in" immune system. I know, you will not like what I say, but friends, when you fuck bareback, think about other mongers. When WG transmit somewhere to you, you will transmit it to next girl, and next, and next. And those girls can transmit to another Johns. And another. It's just not fair.

Buy a universal silicone replacement donut sleeve for a penis pump, preferably clear silicone. Cut off the indented part where the cylinder slides in. The part remaining is a thick silicone gasket. Put that over the erect penis and slide it down as far as possible before putting on a condom. This will prevent the skin to skin contact that can result in herpes or HPV infection.

Any such "safe sex complaints" posted in the general discussion threads will be deleted without comment. VB's post may, in the strictest sense, criticize others' actions in general, but he did not direct his comments to any member in particular. That is, his was not a personal attack or criticism. As for the others of us who participated in the discussioin, the rules do not prohibit discussions of STDs and safe sex; they prohibit criticizing other members for their behavior with regard to safe sex. I think the point of this ongoing discussion was the impression that STI rates in AC are alleged to be on the rise. Whether or not that is true, it seems to me that reliable information about HPV, HSV, and so on is a sensible thing to share in a forum about AC. People can then decide for themselves what levels of protection they want to take. I don't understand why you'd be so troubled by that.

+donut. That is the right type of product. One thing I forgot to mention is they come in different diameters. Any size will do to cover the base of the penis, but if you want more protection for the whole pubic area, try to find one that is at least 3 inches in diameter. Most cities will have an adult toy store where you can buy these, or you can order one online.

Huh? When HSV 2 goes into neural ganglia (latency) it typically takes up residence in the sacral ganglia. But not always. Outbreaks can happen theoretically anywhere.

Eh, I'd rather stay HIV free and not have to worry about it. And note too that some strains of HIV have higher hetero-sex transmission rates than others. The strain most prominent in SE Asia for example.Theoretical manifestations for the immunocompetent is worth squat wrt HSV. But if you want to wear a cover, stay monogamous or better "just say no" then maybe that's best for a chap like yourself. Glad to hear you'd rather be HIV neg. Very insightful.

RR, good medical info for the gents.I added to the start of this after VB post, as it not the first time I had a fellow monger admit to me he got a STD in AC, I am hearing a lot more guys are getting STD so it very relevant in the AC thread as these mongers are then visiting other areas and not covering up because they find out after the leave they got a std. The warts the guy did not find out till he got to cebu and been here for over a week so he been with girls here every day, not to mention all the girl he barebacked in AC.

Condoms do little for warts, but in the absence of effective broad spectrum antibiotic prophylaxis tapping unknown girls bare backed is best avoided (I only occasionally go on safari to the PI or Africa and cover myself with an antiviral (acyclovir) plus doxycycline which is good for malarial prophylaxis as well and a fluoroquinolone de jour.

The garden variety STI's (chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis) are highly contagious and acutely destructive. If one rides "unknowns" bare back, he and anyone within a degree or two of immediate contact, is best served by the mongerer using prophylactic antibiosis IMHO.

It's a relevant topic and I think appropriate for this forum and AC especially.

Isn't it obvious that if you bareback known sex professional pinays on a regular bases that there's a high probability of catching an std? I agree that I don't think this needs to be discussed in this forum. Is this really some unknown? Come-on live with the decisions you make. If you want to be a barebacker get a wife or girlfriend and be monogamous. You know a lot of mongers like to deny to themselves that these pinays aren't prostitutes but they are, just because you get GFE doesn't mean they are your gf. And a rose by any other name is just that. So there you go, I use a rubber with ever one I sleep with but I'm in no position to dictate to any man what he does in his own bedroom. With that said lets move on Gentlemen.

Have to agree, but I am using "copy and paste" to Google quite a bit to look up all them thar big words that got a lotta vowels inim.

One thing to add. At least you can buy antibiotics over the counter in the Phils; and at a very reasonable price. I think I paid around 350php for a name brand Z-Pack back in June and the generic was around 120. I chose the name brand as I felt the quality would be better. A generic 10 pack of 500mg Amoxicillin was 65php.Azithromycin, if that's in your Z pack, is a good drug for prophylaxis. I have used ofloxicin along with doxy in the past though this is a little vexing from the preventive side as almost all these drugs have reported reduced effect due to increasing resistance, esp insofar as gonorrhea strains in asia, in particular. The penicillins have been out of favor for a while and while there are significantly resistant strains of gonorrhea to both cephalosporin and fluoroquinolone antibiotics, usage of one of these in combo with doxycycline is usually 100% effective.

You can google the CDC treatment of STI's for the most current info but the bottom line is resistant strains are always developing. Prophylaxis should be short term to limit contributing to the problem of developing resistant strains. Treatment of established infection is really only guaranteed with good culture and sensitivity testing.

Only other caveat I would add is I do not know anything about the reliability of pharmaceuticals in AC or anywhere outside the USA. I'm comfortable with my scripts here at home though bogus pharmaceuticals have even been reported even here in the US.

Isn't it obvious that if you bareback known sex professional pinays on a regular bases that there's a high probability of catching an std?Not necessarily. It seems that way. Makes sense, mathematically. But, as we've discussed before (the converstation comes around) , there are a number of gents (some regular board members, others I've met who are not members) who have banged hundreds of sex pro's, never used a condom, get tested regularly, and have not gotten sick. Yet others have gotten sick their first time in AC / Tijuana / Pataya. That alone makes the above remark unsubstantiable. If even one guy bangs a hundred sex pros and doesn't get sick, then it cannot be said with any degree of certainty that sex workers are carrying an above-average rate of STD's. However, the mind can think its so, its very natural. I've had hundreds and hundreds of pinay bareback and have not gotten sick (and so have others) , which means there's a low probability of catching something? I'm not sure a call can be made one way or the other.

Is this really some unknown?Apparently.

Come-on live with the decisions you make.Is someone suggesting otherwise?

If you want to be a barebacker get a wife or girlfriend and be monogamous.Respectufully, couldn't disagree more. Will endeavour to bb, no desire to get a wife / gf. Seeding the earth is my gift to mankind.

Great Cebu story, by the way. Life has magnificent surprises sometimes.

The exact opposite problem also exists: When guys (ie A Colonizer) see all the talk about antibiotics and disease, it tempts them to wear a condom.

Jbiz, your statement to the effect that it is obvious that if you bareback known sex professionals. Is actually not so obvious.

When you use the term "high probability", that is a statistical term, which needs to be technically understood, and which can be estimated given certain data.

It depends on your knowledge of the infection rates of the known sex professional pinays, the likelihood (a statistical term) of transmission from a diseased female to a healthy male, and the frequency of sexual contact between the subject male and his sexual partners.

Amongst the bargirls in AC, there are controls in place to reduce the first variable, that is, the infection rate of the bargirls. As for the other two, I do not know what are the probabilities, but I suspect that they are much lower than the "images" promoted by governments, which generally have vested interests in creating and maintaining the fear campaigns.

Maybe I should write to my Minister for Health and ask if there are actual probabilities which have been estimated.

For your consideration,

G

STD cases jack up by 7. 8 %

Freelance sex workers asked to come out.

By Ding Cervantes.

Nov 19, 2012.

ANGELES CITY- Cases of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) in this city were noted to have increased by 7. 84 percent, all the victims being female freelance workers aged from 18 to 25.

The study, conducted by a group headed by Dr. Richard Velez, head of the department of medicine of the Sacred Heart Hospital here, also noted an average increase of four human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) cases in this city every year since 1985.

'The registry showed a total of 93 confirmed cases of HIV infection from 1985 to 2011. The disease incidence distribution was irregular but the average incidence is about 4 positive cases per year.

Unfortunately the records did not classify the demographic characteristics of the positive population, ' the study also said.

The study also noted 'at least eleven reported confirmed deaths from the reported (HIV) positive population', adding that 'the status of the majority of the cases was undetermined or lost to follow-ups. '

Westcoast your a smart guy and in most cases we rarely disagree but that's asinine remark. It's like telling someone to smoke cigarette's because my aunt Betty live to 90 years old without getting lung cancer. Which of course you admit is contradictory to your first statement we are in agreement there. 2ndly I gave no averages I have no clue whether or not AC has above average or below average ANYTHING for that matter. I would compare it to eating fast food regularly, it's quite possible depending on one's metabolism you won't get fat or be diagnosed with diabetes with this type of diet. But if after a year of or 10 of this diet you gain 50lbs and your struggling with health issues, no would be surprised at that outcome not even the participant. Now lets look at the other side, you eat this horrible diet for 10 years and the doctor gives you a clean bill of health hell he even says you have the heart of a 15 year old. Now which of these scenario's is more likely and which one is the exception to the rule? I don't doubt many barebackers are lucky guys but to pretend that this isn't risky behavior is silly and I have to call you on it. Lastly how many men would admit to anyone that they received an std? Hell most of you cover your faces or avoid showing your faces when your with these ladies. So I don't have much faith in the few men who are in your circle that miraculously avoid getting std's. Again I really can careless what other men do it's their business.

I don't doubt many barebackers are lucky guys but to pretend that this isn't risky behavior is silly and I have to call you on it.Not at all my good man. I never said it wasn't risky, nor hinted at it. As I've said many times, I don't suggest anyone follow my lead. As your examples have shown, its obviously more risky to smoke (vs not smoking) , eat poorly (vs eating "healthy") , or have unprotected sex (vs abstinence). One could make the same case for driving a car (vs taking a bus / train / plane). I don't claim otherwise. The question (which might not be answerable) becomes: How much more risky? There are conceptions and misconceptions out there, and none of us know which is which. If I get sick from the first AC girl I fuck, then maybe there's a low incidence of disease there, or a high incidence of disease in AC. If you're the guy who got sick from the first girl, one cannot make the assumption that either is the case. But if you fuck 100 AC girls this year and get sick each time, that's good evidence that there's a high incidence of disease. If you fuck 100 AC girls this year and don't get sick, one can start to easily make the case that there is a fairly low incidence of disease (the odds of getting 100 straight samples of either 'disease' or 'no disease' is very small).

I am saying, however, that I prefer it this way. I had an uncle who died from cancer, he smoked to the end. He was unabashed about it. He had no desire to quit. He loved not only smoking, he said he liked the smell of smoke when others smoked. Possibly I like punani the same way, and like him, I prefer to live without the risk worry.

Hell most of you cover your faces or avoid showing your faces when your with these ladies. So I don't have much faith in the few men who are in your circle that miraculously avoid getting std's.I'm not sure what that has to do with condom use. To bareback or not to bareback. That is the question. The risk is one factor. The risk is real and statistically significant, but far from a 100% guaranteed outcome. Our individual risk tolerance or risk aversion is the other factor in our decision making. That's why different punters can make different rational decisions based on the same data. If you want to eliminate all risk, abstain or don't get born.

This report from Dr Velez about infection rates for HIV in AC are exactly the type of report that I have been raging about in this forum over the past several years. It it typical of the fear campaign being waged by the Australian federal government.

Reading the reported numbers, the normal ISG punter could be forgiven for thinking that his risk factors for HIV are going up. All the more reason to glove up.

However, the report really adds nothing to the information for ISG punters, because it does not break down the numbers. It does not say how many cases of HIV within homosexual males, within intravenous drug users, and within heterosexual people. In most societies, about 85% or more of HIV cases are homosexual men, about 15% among intravenous drug users, and effectively zero among heterosexual people.

Several punters here have commented on the apparent increase in numbers of bacla in the AC. I have no knowledge of intravenous drug users, as I have never even met one. I think. So maybe this is the cause of the increase in the numbers, who knows?

So you can confine that report to the dust bin, along with most others of its ilk, and proceed as before.

If you're weak, or uncertain, stay home.Well that was also my point the guy who never got a std for 20 year got warts and fucked 10 or more girls with out a condom. I do not care I use condoms, but the guy is not going to help the girls he gave the std to as he was sure he was clean as he never had a std for 20 years, but when the doctor pointed out the blister was a wart he stopped, I think he knew what he had and what he had done and had to confess to me, obvious I will not name the guy.

You can be a carrier of a few std and show no symptoms but spread them, I am one of those weak guys I have a low immune system. I test my girls if I get the slightest of tingles and get tested myself, as some of these std occur naturally. So if not for your own health but the health of wonderful girls we share think about your actions.

In most societies, about 85% or more of HIV cases are homosexual men, about 15% among intravenous drug users, and effectively zero among heterosexual people.Going bareback is a bit like climbing mount everest. There's no law against it, but it doesn't come without it'e risks. If you appreciate the risks and want to continue, it's not for anyone to tell you otherwise.

What I find distasteful is people trying to justify their actions by underselling the risks. Your comments that HIV only affects Gay people and drug users is an attitude from the 1980's. There are over 20 million HIV positive people in Africa, and I don't think you will find too many homosexuals amongst them. That said the liklehood of getting HIV from a single bareback pop with an AC girl is about the same as being killed in a road accident next year in the UK. However, there are lots of other STD's around that are far more infectious.

As was said in an earlier post, those who go bareback and get away with it are a lot more likely to be bragging about it than the punter who caught something nasty.

I'm an MD, not entirely demented and I shag bareback, 100 percent. I only forage a few weeks any given year in either the PI and more lately in west Africa. I have a 22 yo African bouncing bride at home with me where I am strictly monogamous. When foraging, I always self treat a day or so prior to "deploying" and continue taking antibiotics through the trip plus a day or two.

Many STIs / STDs can be easily contracted going bareback, especially without condoms or good hygiene. Some of these STDs can be highly contagious esp HSV II, warts, and any of the bacterial disease. HIV and Hepatitis viruses are NOT readily spread by "conventional" heterosex and I would include only straight vag and oral sex as being reasonably safe for these two groups of viruses (HIV and Hepatitis. B or C).

Here's my feeling about the principal "bugs" that can cause problems.

HSV II. You won't kill it, but it won't kill you. If you like sleeping with different women (who sleep with different men) quit crying about it. Get some low dose acyclovir and that will decrease outbreaks to nearly zilch. If you've found the First Virgin in anywhere PI, good for you!

Hepatitis. Hep B and C had previously been listed as STDs, however epidemiologic studies demonstrated these viruses were not passed between partners engaged in straight sex. ALSO NOTE THERE ARE VERY EFFECTIVE VACCINES FOR BOTH HEP A AS WELL AS HEP B. ALL mongerers should seriously consider getting these vaccines if they have not yet already done so.

HIV. The incidence of HIV in the PI I think (based on reported numbers) is one of lowest in the world. Also, a recent NIH international study of 1700 partners with HIV showed conclusively that while on retroviral drugs, there was effectively ZERO percent chance of contracting HIV. The clinical trial, known as HPTN 052 suggests that the HIV is completely arrested while the individual is taking HIV agents. So if you ARE one of the unluckiest phucks in the world to contract HIV by straight sex, and you have ACCESS to anything resembling modern health care (I. E. Retroviral agents) , HIV WILL NOT KILL YOU. The standard of care for the vast majority of HIV carriers up until HPTN 052 was to treat HIV ONLY after it had essentially progressed to AIDS which IS near uniformly fatal. Get tested annually.

Warts. Liquid Nitrogen VERY effective, but you have to have that done at a clinic. Only slightly less effective however is podophylline lotion. 0.5 percent, though if you apply this yourself you MUST follow instructions.

Bacterial types (e. G. Chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea). What concerns me the most actually. Easily contracted even with good hygiene (pissing and washing immed post coitus can be very effective but nowhere near 100%). If you got a lick of common sense and a few bucks, get some doxycycline and another broad spectrum antibiotic. The CDC says, at least for Americans, we SHOULD be taking doxy (or some other substitute) going most places for malarial prophylaxis. Add a cephalosporin or a fluroquinolone type antibiotic and you will be as right as rain.

I'm no Superhero. Warts, HSV and in the distant past some of those pesky bugs though in each case from indiscretions here at home, without caution. But I'm pretty GD sure I'm not going to die or kill anyone from an STD. Not with modern chemistry anyways. You jump out of airplanes then you get a pro rigger to pack your reserve and to be real safe you should use an uautomatic opening device. But the risk is manageable and even then well maybe you'll get a little rash that won't even stop your dick from wanting to run rampant. If you don't have HSV II and don't want to get it, consider joining a monastery. With good antibiosis, my biggest concern coming home is always bedbugs.

So with that, can anybody tell me what the historic and present day mortality rates were / are for climbing Mt Everest? (rhetorical only, please)

Very few people actually think about risk assessment in their daily lives.

By far, the most dangerous place for most people is their kitchen. Large numbers of people die in their kitchens each year. Yet they still use their kitchens, maybe you are one of them.

Fatality rates on our roads amounts to thousands of deaths, and tens of thousands of maimings each year. Yet many people still choose to drive, and maybe you are one of them.

Please be careful to not misquote what I have said in my post. I referred to ". Most countries", not all countries. Because I do not have details on all countries. Nor did I say that HIV affects "only" gay people and drug users. I said homosexual males and intravenous drug users.

However, your comment has caused me to be more specific about risk groups for HIV infection. The primary reason for higher infection rates among homosexual men is because of anal intercourse. The vagina is designed for penile sexual penetration, and friction. So the skin does not split during sexual intercourse. However, the skin around the anus is not designed for sexual penetration and friction, and sexual intercourse can cause small splits and lesions in the skin around the anus. This makes it easier for infected fluids, particularly blood, to pass between the two people.

So, heterosexual vaginal sex is pretty safe for HIV infection. Same with oral sex, it is pretty safe for HIV. But of course, anal heterosexual sex carries the higher risk. And I had not considered that as a higher risk subgroup.

It is my understanding that the elephant in the room for HIV in Africa is anal sex. Because African couples have commonly used anal sex as a form of contraception. But none of the NGO's, or governments, or anybody else, will openly talk about it. So the problem remains intractable, and infection can still spread rapidly.

So, I am not justifying my actions, I do not need to. I take the risks, with an understanding of what they are. Nor am I underestimating, or understating the risks for HIV infection for other people. I prefer to base my risk assessment on hard data, numbers, and sound statistical principles, not gut feeling and government propaganda.

For your consideration,

G.

HIV and Hepatitis viruses are NOT readily spread by "conventional" heterosex and I would include only straight vag and oral sex as being reasonably safe for these two groups of viruses (HIV and Hepatitis. Perhaps logical argumentation was not part of your education, or perhaps you have a very reliable African or Caribbean medical degree. In plain English, if you are out screwing other women, you are not in a monogamous relationship. Even if you meant to say that your wife is monogamous or you are monogamous within your own community, don't you think she might also be out getting a little strange while you are out foraging during those few weeks of the year?

Regarding HIV not being spread by "conventional" heterosex: Studies show a surprising increase in HIV among heterosexual married women in rural Africa. The analysts were puzzled, and then they figured out that the men take temporary employment in cities, where the only jobs exist. While away from home they root around with prostitutes. Then they return to their rural homes and infect their stay-at-home wives. So maybe the stay-at-home wives are secretly exchanging dirty needles, or the men are into anal sex with the prostitutes and then come home and push the new trick on (or in) their wives? Or is the whole analysis just crap?

You might want to look up Daniel Kahneman's extensive work on the confirmation bias and ask yourself whether MDs are any less susceptible to it than mere laymen.

On the heterosexual transmission of HIV you describe in Africa, nobody knows what the factors are but I'm perfectly comfortable in my game doing as I do. HIV is not a lethal disease.

Interesting that you conclude with matters of confirmation bias. Were you mistreated as a child or did you just have a physician at some point with a God complex?

i thought this was interesting. prostitution moves into the technology age.

cellphones reshape prostitution in india, and complicate efforts to

prevent aids.

by gardiner harris.

november 24, 2012.

mumbai, india. millions once bought sex in the narrow alleys of

kamathipura, a vast red-light district here. but prostitutes with

inexpensive mobile phones are luring customers elsewhere, and that is

endangering the astonishing progress india has made against aids.

indeed, the recent closings of hundreds of ancient brothels, while

something of an economic victory for prostitutes, may one day cost

them, and many others, their lives.

"the place where sex happens turns out to be an important h. i. v.

prevention point," said saggurti niranjan, program associate of the

population council."and when we don't know where that is, we can't

help stop the transmission."

cellphones, those tiny gateways to modernity, have recently allowed

prostitutes to shed the shackles of brothel madams and strike out on

their own. but that independence has made prostitutes far harder for

government and safe-sex counselors to trace. and without the advice

and free condoms those counselors provide, prostitutes and their

customers are returning to dangerous ways.

studies show that prostitutes who rely on cellphones are more

susceptible to h. i. v. because they are far less likely than their

brothel-based peers to require their clients to wear condoms.

in interviews, prostitutes said they had surrendered some control in

the bedroom in exchange for far more control over their incomes.

the key to avoiding std's is proper hygiene. i kid you not, that sloshing a little bit of clorox in a cup of water and flushing out the ureter, before and after p4p, will (prevent transmission of) std's. i do it, even when the girl makes me wear a rubber.
one can protect the base of their cock (that isn't covered by a condom) by washing with clorox solution. i've done it this way since december 1999, and have never caught anything other than (lice).

i never have p4p without immediate access to bathing. home turf or my motel room with my valuables and food stashed have proven to always work out the best. whether condom usage is insisted upon or not, i thoroughly clean up afterwards.
i'm a big fan of bare back heterosexual intercourse for my pleasure and inspiration in life; i can't feel anything through a rubber. i've gone bare with about 90% of the dates, i've been on.i decided to test chlorine bleach on a plantar wart on the bottom of my foot. i've tried other "home remedies" that all failed. i put a drop of undiluted bleach on the wart and let it soak in. i did this two days in a row. a few days later, the wart didn't cause pain anymore when i stepped on it. after a few weeks the old skin peeled off and new skin grew in where the wart had been. success at last.

another time i was doing laundry with bleach and got my hands in the chlorinated water. i noticed my hands smelled like bleach for several hours afterwards. it seems the chlorine is absorbed into the skin. perhaps this justifies using bleach beforehand, since it will form a protective layer in the skin. using it again afterwards will sandwich any microbes between two layers of potent microbicide.

Hello everyone!

I wanted to throw out a question for review. I originally posted this on the 'Best Countries for STR' but didn't get a lot of responses. It occurred to me that the 'Safe Sex' section is probably more appropriate, so I want to post it here.

I know that users on the forum often rate hobbying destinations for things like value and quality GFE, but I wanted to get some ideas about safe sex. I have visited places where people are 'tested' like Curacao, as well as more free-for-all places like Thailand. I have long been curious about going to the Phillipines, but have been somewhat apprehensive about, what appears to be, the high prevalence of STDs. The PI forums seem to always be discussing STDs. I haven't figured out why, but it seems to me that PI tends to draw visitors who insist on going bareback. I haven't traveled that much, but I've traveled enough to realize that countries are different, with different safe sex laws (or lack thereof) , what's legal and whats not, as well as drawing different types of tourist crowds. I realize through reading the forums that there are also different types of hobbyists; those who prefer / insist on the quality of bareback sex, versus those who are more cautious, safe sex oriented and always use protection. I am of the latter group.

I understand that we are all adults here, and that we each make our own choices. I understand that nothing is risk free, and that protection should be encouraged. But it seems to me that there are definitely countries with different levels of risk. For example, I have no idea why someone would want to risk having fun in sub-saharan Africa.

Therefore I ask to those in our community who are experienced and well traveled, what destinations are generally the safest in regards to STDs? Also, which destinations generally entail more risk?

I imagine that some people would answer this question with a response something like, increased cautionary measures generally result in decreased satisfaction. Yes it is a trade off. But satisfaction is complex. It is also affected by factors such as how attractive she is, GFE, enthusiasm in the sack, and cost, and not just whether you are wearing a rubber or not. Therefore, I would also ask which destination offer the best ratio of satisfaction / risk?

Please elaborate on your reasons as much as possible. Cheers!

Simian

please elaborate on your reasons as much as possible. cheers!i don't think that you can measure the balance between safety and satisfaction for whole countries or even locations. to do so would be to generalize so much as not to be useful.

for instance, hiv is very prevalent in certain african countries but this does not mean that a particular african working girl is more likely to give you hiv or an std than say an asian provider (see my point about hiv in africa below which shows that the sex trade had little to do with hiv prevalence in parts of africa).

even if you are not in philippines or africa or any other country with that reputation for high instance of stds, you are not necessarily out of the risk zone. one approach would be to focus on the girl rather than the country. where did you find her, what about her knowledge / education, her hygiene, what kind of establishment does she work in or is she from the street etc. these factors plus background knowledge you have picked up will help you to reduce the risks. however, this is an inexact method in working out how to arrive at a strategy (do i bareback, do i accept uncovered bj?) regarding a provider who you do not know, have never met before etc. and if you are like me, i am not known for my best insights or decisions when i am anticipating sex with some hottie. it is much better for me to make the decisions in the cold light of day!

you mentioned a location where the girls get tested and therefore this is safer, curacao. in theory testing should make the hobby safer but in practice it frequently only provides us with a false sense of security. i have never visited curacao but i know establishments in other countries where testing has take place but have not caught up with employees who really had stds. even in western countries, people have been fooling employers about their drug status for years by providing a different person's [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) etc. in developing countries, it is very easy to bribe or trick your way through such employer mandated tests. the doctor does not know the girl and she could easily send her sister who is not infected. i know someone who was able to get a clean bill of health to start a job despite the fact that he had heart trouble just because he dropped a little too much money in the hand of the doctor.

it also depends on what they test for, whether they test all the girls and how regularly etc. will the establishment take their most popular girls out of circulation just because they have caught something?. assuming the test finds it, they are more likely to keep a girl working while she is on her meds rather than take her out for a few weeks. i take all such matters of testing with a pinch of salt.

of course, you may have experience of curacao that would backup a claim that they always test every girl every week for every std and they have a proper physical exam, including a peek into the vagina and a check of surrounding areas to look for sores etc. however, the irony is that if a place is known as "safe for barebacking," more barebacking will take place thereby raising the risk. more guys who have barebacked for a long time will come to that place because barebacking is so prevalent and the incidence of barebacking rises. it then increases the chances that a girl will get infected between tests and pass it on to another barebacking guy who will pass it on to another girl etc. it is always possible that a girl will get infected between tests and pass it on or that the infection does not show itself for weeks (such as hiv) and will be missed during several tests anyway. following this logic, the very reputation of being safe for barebacking of pros, even in places where it has been made "safe" through testing, ultimately increases the chance of the mongerer getting an std through barebacking.

before i set out what my position is, i want to make a few points about risks and stds. many folks think about stds in terms of hiv only and they say that getting hiv is not so bad anyway these days. i completely disagree. hiv is no picnic. ask anyone who is infected and how it has affected their lives.

some also say that it is difficult to get hiv from vaginal heterosexual sex. actually, if a man has unprotected sex with a hiv infected woman, the probability is approx 1-250 that he will get hiv. many other variables go into this, including how much the virus is surging in the infected woman (whether she is already on meds) , whether the man is circumcised, whether the man has already got an std etc etc. having a pre-existing std raises the risk to 1 in 5. if someone thinks that 1 chance in 250 is a reasonable risk, then those are good odds for him. but not for me. so i always rubber up when mongering, especially given the reasons i give below.

but you cannot get hiv from bj. that is true, as far as we know at least, but you can get quite a few other infections. saliva does help to kill off some infections but is not guaranteed. i have got several infections from bjs. one was particularly hard to shift and plagued my social life for over a month.

i don't want to get stds for a number of reasons:

- at times when i have a significant other, i don't want to pass it on to any of my sexual partners because i don't want to inflict the infection on others. i also don't want to have to go into explanations and lose trust with my significant others.

- i don't want women (pro, semi and non-pro) to reject me because it has become obvious that i have an std. nothing worse than the "yuk" reaction quickly followed by rejection.

- stds raise the risk of getting other infections, including hiv.

- i don't like the symptoms and am concerned that it might be a difficult to kill the infection.

- some stds other than hiv are no picnic too, especially if they are difficult to get rid of. you can even get cancer from an (non-hiv) std.

i am not an especially risk-averse person but my barebacking rules of thumb is as follows:

- only if you know a woman for a significant time and you know her sexual history and current activities should you consider barebacking her. and that goes for any country.

- never bareback a pro or semi-pro. both pro and semipro often have regular boyfriends and you are dependent on the boyfriend's sexual practices that you just cannot know. you also cannot be sure that you are the only special customer / friend who she barebacks.

- having said that, many pros are much safer than regular girls because they practice safe or safer sex. if you are having an affair with a non-pro who has a regular boyfriend / husband or barebacks others, you should rubber up too. i got an std in those circumstances even though the lady told me that the hubby was not having sex with her any more. but he rolled up drunk one night and she let him do it rather than create a fuss and she passed it on to me.

to illustrate the last point, many people, including the early researchers into hiv transmission, made the mistake that hiv is largely made prevalent through sex work, that those who contracted the condition were either sex workers, customers of sex workers or regular partners of customers of sex workers. but they found that in some african countries, the virus was rampant even though the there was little connection to sex work. what they found was that men and women in those countries were more likely to have long-term relationships that overlapped with other long-term relationships, as was always the case for centuries. the man would have a wife in the city plus a mistress if he could afford, plus a girlfriend in another city where he travelled for work plus the girl back in his home village who he would visit on his trips to visit his family. he invariably barebacks these women, especially during their non-fertile times because they are not hookers. some, perhaps all of those women would have at least one other man in their lives. each of those men would have at least one more lady in their lives. huge networks of people are now connected up in a transmission network without being aware of it. if only one person in the chain gets hiv, it is only a matter of time before the rest get it too.

back to your particular question, there is such variety among women you would like to have sex with in each country that it is not worthwhile to comment on any particular country. there are a number of game-plans that i follow, to reduce the risk. weigh up the risks of each particular type of girl. for instance, i only accept uncovered bj from girls who use mouthwash before doing it and when i am reasonably sure that they otherwise take care. so you may find that an uncovered bj in a bj place in bangkok might have less of a chance of passing on infection than the same from a semipro freelancer even though the latter probably has given far fewer bjs than the bj bargirl. many providers in bangkok massage places now require covered bj because the girls lose days off work getting rid of the infection.

for instance, i never got any infections from all the uncovered bjs i had in various countries from different providers until i got a dose from a massage girl. it was a small massage shop in manila which only had one or 2 providers. the girl was probably giving head all day to many customers but did not prepare before or after with antiseptic mouthwash.

although i invariably rubber up for fs along the lines set out above, you may decide that you are happy with a higher risk profile, as they say in the insurance business. for instance, you may decide that you need to get to know the girl first before barebacking, whether she is a pro or no. i used to have that attitude too until experience told me that it might not be a good plan for me. for example, i met a pro in bangkok that i got to know very well. she was working in a soapy place and i used to pay a visit most afternoons. she was that good. eventually she offered bareback and she gave me a dose. a year later and she had gotten out of the business and was working in a relative's shop that was opened 6 months before. i barebacked her and got yet another dose! looking back, i am fairly sure that all along she had been a fl on the side.

some working girls just do not bother clearing up stds and they get used to having the symptoms. if the std makes her dry, she will use lub, if it gives her a smell, she will douche or use some stuff to make her smell better for work.

some men have stds for a long time but have little or no symptoms and continue to do bareback. for them, there is no problem, they think. but carrying around untreated stds is not a good idea as they can have long-term medical effects and leave you open to other infections, including hiv. in addition, you are passing on infections to others. in the case of pros, they may develop symptoms that prevent them from working and they do not have access to the high quality medical care or knowledge. even if one is unmoved by that ethical argument, you should consider the following thought. the more girls who get stds, the more likely they are to either be off work or to provide a bad quality service (too dry, to painful, bad smell) not to mention that they can pass on the infection to fellow mongerers. std prevalence may also frighten off some girls from either getting into the market or may encourage them to leave the market altogether. that means that the market in terms of numbers of girls available gets smaller and the prices rise as demand is likely to be constant over time. if you agree with the argument, it means that barebacking leads to higher prices and lower numbers of available providers.

in my opinion, we are fooling ourselves if we think there is a location out there where it is safe to bareback pros or semi-pros. and, imho, based on personal experience uncovered bj should be used with caution. having said that, my impression is that certain countries women are much more likely to bareback in any circumstances. for example, for obvious and non-obvious cultural and social reasons, girls from the philippines are inclined to do it without a condom whereas thais are less likely. my experience tells me that girls in the philippines are much more likely to get pregnant and to get stds than thai girls (population stats tell the first story and i know people who worked in philippine maternity wards who could tell me that large numbers of women arriving to give birth had ongoing stds). but this does not mean that the girl you pick from a bar in angeles has a more risky profile than the girl in a bar in bangkok.

barebacking working girls is risky, perhaps more risky in some african countries than in some european countries but that does not help you if the risk of barebacking in european countries is already unacceptably risky for you. it is a bit like saying that smoking 80 cigarettes a day is more risky than smoking 50. the 50 a day habit could do you in anyway.

if you really must bareback a pro (or even a non-pro you don't know well) , a way to reduce risks is to find a suitable candidate you would like to spend some extended time with, get her tested by a doc that she does not know (cannot manipulate) and then take her to a location where she does not know people (and is less likely to have a boyfriend stashed away somewhere whom she can be shagging during those so-called trips to the market). you still are not going to be completely risk free because hiv takes weeks to show up in the blood and it is possible, though unlikely, that she caught the virus in those few weeks before you met her. but your chances of an infection are very unlikely. now all you have to do is to make sure she does not get pregnant. for me, so much easier to slip on a condom! and there are condoms that are so lightweight and strong that it really feels that you have nothing on and the risk of tearing is much lower. and the girl does not get pregnant too!

the only two times i got an std while wearing a condom was when the girl was too dry and the condom broke. actually in one case, without my knowledge the girl had put baby oil on the condom which reacted with the condom (if you don't believe me, put a latex condom into baby oil and see what happens). that is why i always try have a tube of water based lube with me (actually feminine lubricant is better. there is a brand but i forget the name but it is a small flat bottle and fits in your pocket too).

all of the above is my personal opinion which you can treat as overly cautious, well-considered or even silly. it is not intended to criticize the actions or non-actions of others. i merely have set out my stall for you to browse or even to buy, if indeed you happen to agree with me. happy mongering in 2013!

Thanks for you in- depth response. I went through it carefully and find that I agree with some of your thoughts but not all, as follows:

It seems that some of your thoughts are cautions, which I agree with. For example, one can't necessarily generalize a factor of safety to a particular girl. You can never know everything about everyone. So yes, streetwalkers and girls with trackmarks on their arm are a no go. Also, yes, STD testing is not foolproof, whether through fraudulent manipulation or just unknown, infection without outward signs.

But where I disagree is where you use these cautions to rationalize seemingly incorrect conclusions. For example, you make a pretty good argument that Thailand is safer than the Philippines. I don't understand why you then back off and say you can't generalize across countries. Of course you can. If girls in the PI are much more likely to go bareback, and guys who like to go bareback go to the PI, then the statistical odds of your newfound partner being infected are higher. If your own personal practices are consistent, meaning you use condoms all the time and stay away from 'riskier' partners, like streetwalkers or IV drug users, then the statistical odds of STD contraction are lower in Thailand the PI.

There are two primary variables here that determine the statistical odds of STD acquisition. The first is your personal habits, like wearing a condom, which determine the odds of transmission. The second is the statistical chance that your partner is infected.

Of course testing at Campo Alegre in Curacao is not perfect. It will always be a leaky bucket, and some providers will sneak through. But it definitely results in a lower overall STD prevalence relative to a comparable place that does not test. Maybe not as much as we would like, but definitely yes. To argue that it does not is ludicrous. The natural extension is then that yes, there are some places that are safer than others. Likewise, the prevalence of HIV in sub-Saharan Africa is much higher than the rest of the world. To say that sex there is not riskier is nonsense.

I have observed a concerning attitude with some members of the forum in that they use exceptions in the system to rationalize unsafe behavior. 'Oh, providers can beat STD testing, and some people are infected and don't show it, so I might as well do what I want. ' Reckless members of the community increase the risk for everyone.

I don't think that you think that way, but you spend a large part of your very long post explaining all these exceptions and caveats, so it gives the impression that you do. I already stated that I always use condoms, so why do you spend so long pointing out that if I don't wear one, the risk goes up?

We are all adults here. There is always some element of risk with sex. I don't think that anyone, including myself, is so deluded as to think that there is a risk-free place out there somewhere. I just want to minimize that risk. Therefore I ask, are there any countries / cities / venues that are generally safer or riskier than others? Not 100% safe, but relatively safer.

I just want to minimize that risk. Therefore I ask, are there any countries / cities / venues that are generally safer or riskier than others? Not 100% safe, but relatively safer.Perhaps I should have made it clearer. You can make generalizations about populations but when it comes to the hobby the situation is more complex because the STD profile of the general population can differ widely from the STD profile of sex-workers in general or specific types of sex-workers (FL, BG, Massage girl, streetwalker etc). Philippines has much more STD in the general populations than in Thailand because, IMHO, Filipinos do not use condoms and do not go readily to doctors when they get something, esp if they are poor. However, if you go to Angeles, you will most likely find that the bargirls there are much more keen on using condoms than the general population. In this way, it is very difficult to generalize across countries in respect to the hobby. Certainly, from the premise that the incidence of STDs is lower in THailand than in Phil, I would not draw the conclusion that it is safe to bareback pros or semi-pros in Thailand.

In relation to use of condoms with pros generally and the risks of contacting STDs, I would say that, with certain provisos, the risk of getting STDs while using a condom is almost zero no matter who you are having sex with. Therefore, there is really going to be almost no difference between the infinitely small chance of catching an STD using condoms with pros in Philippines and the infinitely small chance of catching an STD while using condoms in Thailand.

Even though your statement, that reckless behaviour of others raises the risk for everyone, is technically true, the raising of that risk, especially with respect to HIV, is so infinitely small for those who practice the basics of safe sex, namely FS with a condom. Actually, I believe that the reckless behaviour you refer to only raises the risks for the reckless, for those who bareback all sorts of girls all the time and don't care what they get. Those with very low risk aversion who don't care if they get an STD.

THe provisos I mention above are that the condom is a bone fide brand, the girl is not completely dry (which can break the condom) , the girl has not used baby oil as lube and she has no sores around the entrance of the vagina that would indicate that she has herpes. I include the latter because it is technically possible to get herpes while using a condom although condom use will greatly reduce the incidence but always worth a check of the girl first. In addition to condom use, you can further reduce herpes and other STD risk by using certain ointments / creams before sex; I would only use such measures if I had to either monger in an area which had a high incidence of herpes or had high incident of infected providers with really rotten hygiene, say in some parts of Africa.

For me, every new encounter (pro, semi-pro or non-pro) carries with it the assumption that the girl has some infection. If I thought that use of a condom plus the other items mentioned above did not reduce the risk of catching what she might have to almost zero (with the provisos above) , I would not practice the hobby in the same way. I also prefer covered BJ or BJ with mouthwash use to keep the risk down.

My comments on risks, barebacking and condom use were not addressed to you personally but were addressed to anyone reading this part of the forum. I had no idea about the precise nature of your practices and therefore was not addressing them. I only took up some points raised by you concerning the incidence of STDs and presented my own personal strategy and how others might evolve a different strategy.

There are people who rationally take on more risk than others. Attitude to risk is a subjective matter. In an interactive situation such as mongering (or driving, for example) , everyone would prefer if others had a high aversion to risk and practiced safe sex for the reasons I gave before (greater numbers of both non pro and pro for sex, lower risk of catching STD etc). But it is not up to me to preach to other mongerers even if I think the risks they run are adverse to their own well-being. That is their business.

For me personally, I am very averse to even the less problematic STDs because I don't want to mess up my personal life with non-pro significant others, esp if I am barebacking them. Many mongerers do not have significant others and for them this will not be an issue. For instance, my earlier practice of accepting every BBBJ offered without the girl using mouthwash might make a lot of sense to someone who does not have significant others or who has but he does not bareback them.

Having made the point that attitude to risk is a personal matter, I do find your following observation to be strange: " 'Oh, providers can beat STD testing, and some people are infected and don't show it, so I might as well do what I want. '" People who think that they might as well act recklessly because the risks are hard to quantify or because the risks are higher than they ought to be are just plain stupid or are hiding a very low risk-aversion attitude.

As to your question, if you use a condom effectively it really does not matter greatly where or with whom you monger when it comes to risk. Even in places where STDs are higher among providers, your chances of getting an STD will be so infinitely small with effective condom use. But as attitude to risk is subjective and if this miniscule increased risk appears to be important to you, I would make the following suggestions regarding the prevalence of STDs:

- speaking generally, the more developed the location is and the better the education and health system is, the less likely a local provider is going to acquire an STD or to have an STD for an extended period. In Europe, a well-run establishment, esp one that uses health-checks, is going to have fewer STD infections than a massage place in Bangkok. THe massage place in Bangkok is likely to have fewer STD infections than a similar sex-on-site place in Philippines or Cambodia. This might also be the case with the type of freelancers who hang out at indoor venues but probably would not make sense if you were to compare street walkers in a European country with streetwalkers for local trade in an Asian country due to drug addition and other issues.

- in theory, widespread testing should reduce STD instance but in practice I rather doubt it for reasons given in my previous post.

- unless there are strict effective testing controls in place (which I always doubt anyway) , any establishment that caters exclusively to foreigners that allows barebacking is going to have more girls with STDs than an establishment that does not, no matter which country or city it is to be found in. Even with testing, as I said before, most STDs can be transmitted between tests before being caught or are not found by a test or until it is too late.

- Brothels that cater to locals will have large instances of STDs if STDs are prevalent locally and if customers don't use condoms much.

- a case could be made that bargirls or girls who are attached or contracted to an establishment (massage parlours in Thailand) are less likely to have an STD than FLs simply because the girls in the establishment may have a support group in the form of their coworkers that could tell them what to do, what meds to take and / or the establishment might itself provide support in the form of meds or even training in safe sex practices. That said, sometimes the rules of the establishment are not carried out. If a customer visits the same girl a few times, she might even offer him bareback with or without an extra fee (has happened to me in a well-run establishment in Bangkok that carries out "tests" and I got an STD from the girl when I barebacked her).

- with freelancers you can often find a huge variation within the same location or even venue. I have met semi-pros who were far better informed and took better care of themselves than serious full-time FL pros and would never go bareback for any money. I have also met semi-pros who barebacked so as to create a relationship with the customer. On the other hand, I also met FL pros who were very sensible.

- there are the obvious aspects that you mentioned. Girls with trackmarks, sores, looking too thin, strange behaviour etc. But these are not country specific as such folks are to be found everywhere.

I don't believe that there is a mongering location that is SIGNIFICANTLY safer or riskier for mongerers who observe effective condom use along the lines that I describe. In the case of non-pros, I suggest the data on STDs published by the WHO and others will be of use (although some of that is not entirely accurate either). I don't think that the STD data on the general population is helpful when it comes to mongering in places that cater to foreigners only for the reasons I give above.

And yet the Philippines and Japan, countries with massive sex industries where condoms are extremely unpopular, have immensely lower HIV rates than Thailand. The difference between the HIV rates might have much more to do with the level of honest reporting in Thailand and the relative unreporting in the Philippines. I cannot speak for Japan but I know Thailand and the Philippines and quite a bit about their health systems. More than a few years ago when HIV started to get big in the country, Thailand made the decision not to hide the level of HIV and AIDS but instead to educate people and to put safe sex and condoms on the front page, so to speak. This stopped what was becoming an epidemic from becoming a real catastrophe.

Philippines, on the other hand, can barely get its act together to pass a seriously watered down Reproductive Health Bill against severe opposition of the Catholic Church. It took 11 years to do so. They don't admit they have a problem and everyone hides it. Poor people (the majority) do not get tested because it is too expensive. If the rates of TB even in Manila are anything to go by (they are frighteningly high among the general population) , the true rates of HIV will far exceed what is reported.

Don't think so. Plenty of groups on the ground testing, even destitute male prostitute drugs addicts working the streets.

From Wikipedia:

"Wary of nearby Thailand's growing epidemic in the late 1980s, the Philippines was quick to recognize its own sociocultural risks and vulnerabilities to HIV / AIDS. Early responses included the 1992 creation of the Philippine National AIDS Council (PNAC) , the country's highest HIV / AIDS policymaking body. Members of the Council represent 17 governmental agencies, including local governments and the two houses of the legislature; seven nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) ; and an association of PLWHA.

"The passing of the Philippine AIDS Prevention and Control Act in 1998 was also a landmark in the country's fight against HIV / AIDS. However, the Philippines is faced with the challenge of stimulating government leadership action in a low-HIV-prevalence country to advocate for a stronger and sustainable response to AIDS when faced with other competing priorities. One strategy has been to prevent STIs in general, which are highly prevalent in the country."

"Several factors put the Philippines in danger of a broader HIV / AIDS epidemic. They include increasing population mobility within and outside of the Philippine islands; a conservative culture, adverse to publicly discussing issues of a sexual nature; rising levels of sex work, casual sex, unsafe sex, and injecting drug use. [5]

There is also high STI prevalence and poor health-seeking behaviors among at-risk groups; gender inequality; weak integration of HIV / AIDS responses in local government activities; shortcomings in prevention campaigns; inadequate social and behavioral research and monitoring; and the persistence of stigma and discrimination, which results in the relative invisibility of PLWHA [people living with HIV and AIDS]. Lack of knowledge about HIV among the Filipino population is troubling. Approximately two-thirds of young women lack comprehensive knowledge on HIV transmission, and 90 percent of the population of reproductive age believe you can contract HIV by sharing a meal with someone. Right. Lots of danger. Lots of high risk activity. Even high levels of STDs. But yet very low HIV rates. That's my point.

Same as Japan. Probably 85% of the male population engages in the hobby including very regular visits to pink salons (public blowjob bars, all over the country) , almost no one wears condoms ever, many of them travel for business and do hookers without a rubber in third world countries, yet almost no HIV to be found.

Simian, thanks for clarifying. Your belief that sex with condoms reduces the risk of transmission to zero explains a lot of your opinions. I am not sure if I agree with that underlying assumption, but at least I understand your point of view. I'll give it some thought. I'll have to, because I still have this nagging curiosity about visiting the Phillipines!

However, I am sure that by looking at people's various responses on the forum, you may probably see what I mean by some people looking for ways to rationalize being reckless.

In the past after a day or so after doing this the symptom lessen out a lot but now it is still there and probably getting worse. I am not sure is this one of the massive episodiac breakout or what. Does anyone know something about this drug? Any doctors among us? I mean real doctors, I specify this because months ago, in a german thread, I got unpleasant comments from a selfclaiming doctor, he was stating some ridiculous things about herpes following a discussion about somebody's questions. By the way, it must have been when Captcabin confessed getting infected, last summer. I'm not a doctor, I'm just "curious" about diseases and medicines, and I don't know more than the average common sense man can know about those topics, so I'm afraid that the only thing that Capt can do is to increase the dosage. Anyway best thing is to ask your own doctor, whose advice will be better.

Back to what I was writing, I learnt about miramistin by reading our fellow Jymondor in the AO thread tonight. If it works, all STDs and STIs would be cancelled from earth, it should be known and used everywhere, I travelled a lot but never heard about it. I just read several pages from google search, it was studied and developed in Russia in around 1994, nearly 20 years and still unknown and not copied in western countries?

Unfortunately, topical drugs are just that, they work on the skin. Herpes, hiv and many other STIs are more than on the skin (although they can show up as skin infections). So that drug won't kill things you catch because they enter through your urethra (like gonorrhea). And even syphillis, which you catch from the skin, invades the body.

It isn't a cure for herpes, HIV, gonorrhea, chylamdia. MAYBE for skin fungus, but there are so many more things out there that work and are not prescription for that (like clotrimazole).

And yes, real doctor here.

GGThanks for your answer, GG. I didn't hope that it could cure those deseases, I was wondering if it could prevent them. Which is, if it works, everybody use it and get no infections. Your answer is clear, one can still get infected, which is the important thing. In your opinion, how much can the percentage of being infected be lowered by the use of miramistin? You said it kills germs on skin but they can still work their way through urethra. Anyway this cuts off the very most of the surface in touch during the action, thus lowering considerably the chances. Or not? (I agree anyway that even if the chances were very low, BB penetrations should be avoided)

(i agree anyway that even if the chances were very low, bb penetrations should be avoided)hi eg,

interesting, i searched the other countries forums a bit and found someone saying he puts this stuff in his urethra after sex. my reply to that is yikes. but to each their own.

really can't comment on how much it cuts down the potential for infection. i guess you could say in theory, that since syphillis, herpes, hpv and fungal disease is transmitted on the skin that it may reduce this risk if used immediately, but i found no real data on that to be honest.

so, lets think about stis. gonorrhea, hiv, hepatitis b and c, chlamydia are transmitted "internally" that is the girl may have them in her body fluids and getting those fluids in your urethra can transmit the disease, so putting something on the skin after sex won't affect those (although like i said some guy on the german board i think said he puts the stuff into his urethra, now if he is saying he just rubs it on the opening on his dick well, that isn't putting it in there really). herpes, hpv and syphillis are usually spread on the skin. usually. would using this stuff work to prevent those things. hard to know i didn't find any proof of that. so, you could say "would it hurt". no, i understand the stuff is not irritating. but i wouldn't rely on this.

that is my take based on looking at the medical literature. and i will say, don't believe the stuff you read on the internet because its just not accurate a lot of time. i rely on sites like mayclinic. com, webmd, etc. and medline which search all the medical literature. cdc also has useful information.

now. a couple of suggestions if you haven't done this: everyone should get these vaccines, hepatitis b (hep b is much more prevalent in china and is easier to transmit than hiv) , hepatitis a (you get this from eating contaminated food or from oral.fecal transmission) , and if you are under about age 40 or so (even for men) , talk to your doctor about hpv vaccine (right now its recommended for women and younger boys-men but there are ongoing studies on this also). not much to do about hiv, herpes, syphillis, gonorrrhea, chlamydia.

make sure you [CodeWord134] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord134) right after sex to try to "wash out" germs, girl should do that also.

and of course. use condoms. now, there are female condoms which are not latex and to be honest, if a girl uses them. the guys doesn't need to wear one and its just like doing it bare (which it is for the guy).

i know, we all hate condoms. but.

It seems there are lot of posts about, STD on Colombo Forum, and initially I posted this on Colombo forum and as for the editors suggestion I am re-posting here

How these spread.

People think they can only be infected if they have sexual intercourse. That's wrong. A person can get some STDs, like herpes through skin-to-skin contact with an infected area or sore.

Another myth about STDs is that you can't get them if you have oral or anal sex. That's also wrong because the viruses or bacteria that cause STDs can enter the body through tiny cuts or tears in the mouth and anus, as well as the genitals. Any kind of fluids of the infected person will be the carrier of the virus (in most cases)

STDs also spread easily because you can't tell whether someone has an infection. In fact, some people with STDs don't even know that they have them. And there are some people who don't want tell that they are infected. These people are in danger of passing an infection on to their sex partners without even realizing it.

People who have sexual contact — not just intercourse, but any form of intimate activity — with many different partners are more at risk than those who stay with the same partner.

But as the members of ISG can we be abstain from all types of sexual activities?

Then what we do as mongers to prevent from STD's- use condoms that reduce your risk of getting a STD, and must be used every time, and avoid DATY, DFK, BJ (without cover) ,

For god sake how can we enjoy. With all these limitations. It's up to individuals to mark the boundary

This doesn't mean everyone had BJ or DATY will infect with herpes or some STD, just to give every one idea about STD.

My few personal practice, I don't do DATY or DFK or Rimming at all. That is not only to avoid STD, but it will stop lot of other bacterial, viral or fungal infections. (if you Just imagine DATY or DFK will allow you to eat cum of the earlier person who got service from that girl LOL, I allow them to do rimming if they willing)

Use one hand for fingering and after doing wash that hand very heavily for few times. (that hand should not have any cuts) And not to touch my parts by that hand for a long long time. Use tissues to wipe your load, don't use towel that they provide.

I wrote this not to become Pandith. But when reading the forum I notice lack of the knowledge about STD on some members, hope this will help them,

And willing to help for any further concern as for my knowledge if they raise.

Happy Mongering.

I think miramistin as a liquid that is applied on the penis after sex would be rather useless in preventing HIV.

By then it would be too late.

As a killer of HIV it might have a degree of preventitive effect against HIV if it could be used effectively as a lube like substance during sex.

It seems that virgin coconut oil with lauric acid has this effect.

"Lauric acid has been claimed to have antimicrobial properties. [5][6][7][8]"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lauric_acid

#Potential_medicinal_properties.

"Coconut oil can also be used as sexual lubricant, although it can damage latex condoms. [50]"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coconut_oil

So I would suggest it be considered for BB sex but not sexual activities with condoms.

http://www.cnn.com/2013/03/03/health/hiv-toddler-cured/index.html

(CNN). A 2-year-old Mississippi girl is the first child to be "functionally cured" of HIV, researchers announced Sunday.

Researchers said they believe early intervention. In this case within 30 hours of birth. With three anti-viral drugs was key to the outcome.

A "functional cure" is when the presence of the virus is so small, lifelong treatment is not necessary and standard clinical tests cannot detect the virus in the blood.

The finding was announced at the 2013 Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections in Atlanta.

The unidentified girl was born HIV-positive to a mother who received no prenatal care and was not diagnosed as HIV-positive herself until just before delivery.

So I visited Artemis, Berlin, about two weeks ago, and today I just discovered my first STD-infection (life-time).

Luckily it's just a small blister on the corner of my mouth. 99-100% likey o mean I've caught herpes I guess. However, I am now dealing withsome heavy anxiety over what else I've might've caught. What I can't find browsing the backpages here is if anyone has caught something worse than this at Artemis somewhat recently (like the past year). I didn't have any bareback vaginal sex, but I had blowjobs wihout condom, did DATY and I might have touched some vagina (on the outside) and then massage my private part to eruption ending the day with the last girl.

I will schedule a HIV-test tomorrow, but please if you have any relevant information or can link me to a post that has. I would really really appreciate it!

P. S.

It's funny how stupid one obviously can get in these situations. I didn't kiss (more than pecks on the lips) to minimize the herpes-risk (although I't still had to be expected, but proboboly worth it I figure) , but when a girls seriously insisted on DATY during a threesome I just followed orders like a sheep.

Hi All,

Just curious. I am thinking of traveling to Copa / Rio in Brazil in July as well as St Maarten and Curacao for a total two weeks.

I love the latinas and looking forward to meeting some fine brazilian and colombians hehe.

But for those that have been to these places, what is the likelihood that they will want to do BBFS with a guy who knows very very little spanish and no portuguese? How do you present it to them?

I don't usually do this at all, but man when I went to Sosua in December, my jimmy got so raw with using condoms so much. Hell I think I had sex 4 times in less 12 hours. Then I was out of commission for two days. And the first night I had 3 chicas in my room DAMMMMN!

But anyways, I got caught off guard in a famous strip club in USA with a hot exotic honey who was really feelin me. We went to VIP room and started kissing. I only did 15 mins. Nothing else happened. But then did a 30 mins with her later that night and next thing you know. DATY, BBBJ and then she asked if I had a condom and I said no, and she jumped on me still and she was good as a hip hop video chick riding me. It was so good, I'm just thinking of toying with going that route again if the opportunity arises in these countries.

Let me know guys what you know about the ladies in this area.

When I look in Photo Gallery and see pictures other users post from other countries they monger and I keep seeing guys who don't use condoms when sleeping with these women. Am I the only one that thinks this is fucking crazy or do they know something I don't? Don't get me wrong I can't stand condoms however when mongering in different countries especially visiting casas that have regular workers it's just mandatory in my eyes. Please someone explain to me what I'm missing or are these dudes just crazy and / or suicidal?Even using a standard male condom isn't safe because the base of your penis will be exposed to any STD that goes through skin rather than the urethra. Examples are syphilis, herpes simplex, and Condyloma acuminata, also called genital warts. The only safe condom is the female condom-in my opinion best used with the interior ring removed and worn is you would standard male condom. It has a ring that stays on the outside of the woman's body protecting 100% of your penis from infection. Be sure to remove the interior ring with a finger or something else that is not contaminated. See the Wikipedia article:

So I visited Artemis, Berlin, about two weeks ago, and today I just discovered my first STD-infection (life-time).

Luckily it's just a small blister on the corner of my mouth. 99-100% likey o mean I've caught herpes I guess.

It's funny how stupid one obviously can get in these situations. Yeah, when you read the forums on the FKK's at length, and read the stories about the guys that frequent those places, FKK's are best avoided. With random encounters in any other scene, I think that the odds of infection are very low. But with FKK's, its a small pool of frequently repeating regular johns doing all kinds of bareback with a small pool of rotating girls. Some of the guys are knowingly infected and go bareback anyway, relishing in their meanness. That's not a good situation.

People who have sexual contact — not just intercourse, but any form of intimate activity — with many different partners are more at risk than those who stay with the same partner...

Just a quick note about something that just happened to me.

I decided to get a complete test done for all possible forms of STD's at my doctors office. Got the test and all is well as I expected it would be, but better safe than sorry. Now the shocker! My insurance company (at least I think that was who it was from) , sent to my home a form letter asking if I wanted to protest any of the charges for the following tests I had done on such and such a date! Thank my lucky stars that my wife doesn't open my mail or I would be in the divorce process right now!

Word of caution-be sure the tests do not somehow bite you on the ass! The pain involved at home could be worse than the disease itself!

Comment: If we can not keep this information private, we will not get tested as we should, thereby greatly increasing the risk of passing on STD's and or getting them ourselves! Somewhere there is a really bad policy of making this information public! MRCLEN

Happy Mongering.I hate to admit but this IS true!

On my very recent trip to China I noted that my regular girl had some small sores at the corner of her mouth. After looking on the web, I am pretty sure these were Herpes. Her pussy is clean, no warts or smell, so I am guessing this is HPV-1. I understand, again from the web, that once these are completely cleared up that the risk of transmission is almost nil, although the virus remains in the body forever. While I would assume that this relates to kissing, I wonder about DATY and BBBJ from her. She was reluctant to kiss me and I did not get my normal BBBJCIM from her. I imagine that she knew what this was and was protecting me, at least I hope that was the case. She is a good girl and I really don't want to drop her because of this, but of course if my health is at risk, goodbye and quickly!

As the web was not very clear on the subject other than preaching doom and gloom, I wonder if any of the bros have a bit more information on this. IE: What is safe and what is not after the sores are completely cleared up? If you do a DATY or get your needed BBBJ how much are you a candidate for HPV? Any information on this subject is greatly appreciated.

If the doom and gloom as shown on the web are correct, then I imagine that almost all of the bros in this forum have the virus and are rapidly passing it around! Mrclen

As a matter of fact, about 50% of all of us are carriers of HSV-1 (not HPV-1 which is the virus responsible for cervical cancer!) , so you may be carrier already without knowing it.

During an outbreak it is best not to kiss her or get a BJ. HSV-1 is different from HSV-2 (which causes genital herpes; about a few percent only are carriers) but cross-infections are not unknown: HSV-1 causing sores in the genital area and HSV-2 being found around the mouth. So safety first!

I really appreciate all the comments from the bros on this subject. One last, I hope, question. If we males have the virus do we automatically infect our partner if she does CIM with BBBJ, or if we go BB and come inside? As we do not normally have any symptoms or visible sores. Now of course, I am talking BB just for reference. Don't recommend it and don't do it, but trying to pick the worst case situation. Again, thanks for all the responses and helping clear up a very gray area. Mrclen

You are most contagious right before it appears. This is true with both HSV 1 and 2 (oral or genital). According to studies genital HSV-2 infections were the most frequently recurring herpes infections, followed by oral HSV-1, genital HSV-1, and last of all, oral HSV-2. Other studies show that people with recurrent oral HSV-1 shed virus in their saliva about 5% of the time even when they show no symptoms. In the first year of infection, people with genital HSV-2 shed virus from the genital area about 6-10% of days when they show no symptoms. Thus, in addition to YES you can transmit or be infected when there is no visible sign, note too that HSV-1 of the genitals is rising as is HSV-2 oral. How do you get genital HSV-1? You got it! and HSV-2? Likewise, HPV can do the very same...even without an outbreak it is possible...less so but still very possible.

Thanks to everybody that weighed in on this subject! Reading between all the lines, it looks like we have to become celibate and live in a bubble in order to hopefully avoid all the nasty things (STD's) that are out there trying to infect us. Hell, we don't even have to have sex at all to get infected and condoms are not real protection against some of the non vaginally transmitted STD's. Let's see: no BBBJ's (that we all enjoy) , no DFK (kind of takes away from the GFE) , no K at all, no DATY (don't know how we can warm them up without touching) , no CIM (damm) , no fingering, virtually no contact of any kind. I guess in the future we should all buy and use bio-hazard suits before we prepare for any type of mongering experience. Doesn't sound like much fun does it? Oh well, I am old so I'll just keep plodding along doing the best I can. Thanks again for all the input, mrclen.

Can you imagine a bunch of horny mongers sitting in a KTV room with some scantily dressed young ladies, but the punters are all in Bio Hazard Suits! Just a mental picture that comes to mind! MrclenFunny. I've also thought about things like, why not have a bar where along with the girls there are cats. Like cats all over the internet. Cats dancing and just looking cool while the patrons just sit around drinking and smoking. Nothing necessarily sexual about it, cats are cool.

That being said the way to beat cancer is to drink fresh vegetable juice, it's loaded with antioxidants. Buying a juicer or blender is the best investment you can make for your health. With adequate nutrition we may be able to stave off the cancer, which is what HPV and a lot of other STDs turn into. And I would stay away from supplements like TA65 as guess what else increases telomerase size? Nicotine. Which causes cancer.

I think we all need to be worrying a lot more about cancer. Living in cities, especially third world cities means that the very air that we breathe is carcinogenic. Polluted air, chemically treated water, pesticide laden fruits, estrogen injected meat and STD infected working girls, there's threats everywhere. Win some lose some. Can't live forever anyway.

The FoN drops when applied can stop the progress of the outbreak and dry up the sore, greatly reducing the duration and severity of the outbreak. People I know who have used it found their sore (s) begin to dry up quickly and expressed surprise to find the time of outbreak greatly reduced. If applied at the onset of the burning or tingling sensation, could even prevent the outbreak of a sore. Perhaps using both in combination could be very helpful.

I'm not suggesting it's a panacea, but wonder what the prophylactic benefits might be of both monger and girl using a good antiseptic mouthwash before (and after?) DFK, BBBJ, DATY.

At first glance I would think that Listerene might be the best bet, as it now includes the anti-bacterial agent Thymol in addition to Eucalyptus, Menthol and Methyl Silicate and alcohol. But I read somewhere (this Forum?) that traditional Listerene actually makes things worse because the alcohol irritates and opens up any existing mouth sores. Not sure if that's true or not.

Colgate Total Advanced on the other hand is alcohol free but contains 0. 075% Cetylpyridinium chloride (anti-bacterial). I think the rest of it is basically mild soap. This shouldn't irritate sores, but appears to only offer protection against bacteria. Not that I'm saying Listerene has anti-viral properties, but might it? Colgate also makes something called Colgate Peroxyl which contains Hydrogen Peroxide and they recommend as an anti-septic mouthwash and for treating cold sores. It comes in an alcohol free version and one that is 5. 8% alcohol.

Anyone have any info?

Happy Mongering!I have no information on mouthwash's, but am really happy you took the time to open up the question! So far the best answers I have gotten are give it up and accept it, treat it after the fact, become celibate, or wear a full body condom! None of which I am willing to do! I certainly don't believe the mouthwash could hurt and might help, but I think that Herpes is a viral infection. So far it seems nothing will kill the virus? One thing I don't quite understand is that if the type 1 Herpes is present and there is a facial outbreak, does that automatically transfer to a vaginal outpouring of the infection. IE: DATY=you got it! Come on everyone, let's weigh in on this and come up with some "reasonable" approaches to this (everybody has it) problem. Mrclen

Happy Mongering!Brushing your teeth before DFK or DATY is actually not a good idea since brushing is most likely to cause small wounds in your gums. A little paranoid comment and POV from me! We all know, or should know, that most of the STD's are curable and require doctor visits, pills, injections, whatever. This must be a huge money maker for the drug companies, doctors, etc. But of course it is something no one wants to talk about too much as we would be seen as disreputable slime (don't know any other way to put it) , visiting all these diseased WG's without regard to the consequences. If they can come up with vaccines for, chicken pox, shingles, flu, polio, cervical cancer, and god knows how many more mainstream ills, why can't they manage to come up with prevention's for some of the STD's? Just a question and food for thought! Mrclen

For most of the STDs there is either a vaccine (Hepatitis, cervical cancer) or a perfectly OK treatment (most other STDs that react well to antibiotics) or the STDs are not bad enough to really bother (cold sores). Why would big pharma spend many millions in finding a "cure" that will wipe out part of their sales?

Thanks for weighing in! The information about the brushing seems right on. Anyone who has ever had a slight amount of gum bleeding after brushing can understand exactly what you are saying and it makes perfect sense! Enough of the doom and gloom we get from a lot of what we read, let's get some real practical information!

MrclenInteresting postings!

I have just done a Google Scholar search for the latest medical research on transmissibility of sexually transmitted diseases (or infections). It's probably best to give a direct quote from Flagg et al. Who hark from Emory University:

"The clearest evidence of risk was found for syphilis (all oral sex practices) , chlamydia (insertive and receptive fellatio; receptive anilingus) , gonorrhoea (insertive and receptive fellatio) , herpes (insertive fellatio; receptive cunnilingus) , and HIV (receptive fellatio). For example, for pharyngeal gonorrhoea 4 of 4 studies reported association with receptive fellatio; 1 of 1 study found none for insertive anilingus. Other STI and oral sex associations were less well-studied, or have not been documented. No reports allow direct per-contact estimates, but some facilitate comparisons with non-oral types of sexual contact. A number of studies did not specify whether ejaculation or use of barrier protection was assessed."

Bottom line: you can get STDs (or STIs) via oral sex and some are serious. However, accurate information on Herpes is scant.

There is some degree of risk in everything we do, and the best we can do is minimize that risk. IE: Cross the street with the traffic light, not against it, and use the crosswalk, etc. We still play the lottery in the hopes of winning, but we don't play the punting game in the hopes of losing. I have seen many (google and other) reports on the stats of contracting STD's, but very little on certain practices and minimizing the risks.

For example, does it say that if your partner has syphilis and SHE performs oral on you that your chances of getting it are 100% or. 0000001, and what factors would contribute to both percentages? I read in this and other forums that many, if not most, of the posters want DATY, BBBJ, AR, etc, as part of their experience. And I would guess that many of these posters have had 100's if not 1000's of WG's and others. Are they all infected-I think not! I know that I may be beating this subject up, but often, some good advice pops to the surface-example the teeth brushing not recommended before. Not necessarily something something I would have thought of, but I would bet, that if followed, there could be somewhere a prevented case of STD being transmitted, and that is all we need, JUST ONE! Last comment: I get myself tested for all STD's at least yearly (just went in yesterday) , and if I have been more active, every 6 months! It is cheap insurance-get it done! Mrclen

I guess nothing to worry about as I have never had a breakout or any symptoms. Figure I will retest in a few weeks just to be sure. It seems with a low number it could be a false positive. My last DATY encounter was about three weeks ago. It seems that a majority of the population has either type 1 or 2 or both. I do wonder how many of the mongers who practice DATY have the Type 2 and don't know it? Mrclen

MrclenType 2 is the worst of the two. Even though one infected with Herpes 2 may have never had an outbreak, they can still infect others such as their sexual partners or infect their own eye which could lead to blindness. Such a one infected with Herpes is infected for life & certain triggers may lead to them having visible outbreaks.

"anyone who engages in sexual activity with a partner who is already carrying this virus may become infected whether his or her partner is symptomatic or not, using safe sex practices and immunosuppresant therapy may reduce the chances of this happening."

http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-herpes-type-2.htmReading much more than I ever wanted to know about this subject I come up with the following information:

It seems that that the great majority (over 50%) of sex workers (WG's) , have one if not both types of Herpes.

It is far more common than any other type of STD as a large percentage of the people in the world have one type or the other.

If the person already has Type 1, it is more difficult for them to catch Type 2.

Male to female transmission is easier than female to male.

Condoms only provide partial protection, as any skin to skin or fluid contact can pass it.

Once you have it, it is forever! (But there are some supposed cures out there? Anyone with info on this, please weigh in).

Most of the people who have it don't know and have few, if any signs. The only way to tell is the breakout of sores around the mouth, lips (usually type 1) , or genital area (usually type 2).

One type of test is the iGG test that differentiates the two types of Herpes. Another is the Western Blot test that may be more accurate.

It can be most easily passed on when sores are present, but can still be passed on at a reduced rate, even when they are not.

(As most people don't know they have it, it might seem that everyone should have it.) While it is not quite a non issue, it borders on it.

There are a couple medications that may eliminate (?) , reduce or shorten the outbreaks of sores. But very little info on the effect of transmission with these drugs.

(Question begs-if you have had no visible signs ever, what is the transmission rate and will the drugs do anything?)

The longer you have the Herpes Virus in your system, the more antibodies build up and the frequency and severity of the outbreaks of sores decreases. (Does it ever go to zero?)

The transmission rates of the various types of sexual activities is not very well documented. IE: Genital to Genital, Oral Male to Female Genital, Female Oral to Male Genital, DFK, Etc, Etc.

(And then of course the question of visible signs or not visible, or never had signs, and on and on comes into play).

I cannot find anything suggesting that the virus is in your saliva if no signs are visible and perhaps never have been.

Last thing: It seems some vaccines are being developed for prevention and cure but I have no real information on these other than some hints gleaned for the web. Anybody has information, weigh in please. Yes there is one for young women and cancer of a certain type related to Herpes but that doesn't do anything for the rest of the population.

Anyone one else with information, please contribute to this thread. Mrclen

Anyone one else with information, please contribute to this thread. MrclenOne of the world's leading STI experts states:

"remember that being HSV-2 positive, even without symtpoms, at least doubles a person's risk of acquiring HIV if sexually exposed to it. Unless you are 100 percent confident in your mutual monogamy and the permanency of the relationship, I recommend you take reasonable steps to avoid HSV-2. Your partner could take valacyclovir (Valtrex) , for example."

Taking such meds would reduce the risk of you infecting others as well as shorten the severity & duration of any outbreaks. OTOH if you are seeing prostitutes exclusively, the vast majority of them are already infected & safe sex measures can be practiced to reduce the risk of infecting those who are clean.

Perhaps it is also worth mentioning reports of people who claim to have been sexually inactive for years, and unaware of being infected with genital herpes for all those years, suddenly having their first outbreak:

I visited a couple of times FKK clubs in Germany, and every time I was positively impressed not only by the lineup, but also by the overall relaxed atmosphere. And of course I scored a couple of good experiences. However, looking at so many people around, I ask myself (and you) : what abouts STDs? I remember that only once I saw some sort of bubbles around my tool, immediately after an hour spent with a girl, but they disappeared with a hot hot shower, and never appeared again. Did some of you fellow mongers ever got any problem? I guess that girls are subject to periodic medical checks. Yet, in a very crowded evening, when each girl can have dozens of intercourses, I guess the risk of getting some troubles could be high. What do you think? Any useful experience to share?

You did you use a condom, didn't you?

I doubt it that each girl will have dozens of intercourses every day. 5 or 6 per day per girl looks more like it, provided the club is fairly busy. Anyhow, using a condom should contain the risk to acceptable levels.

(snip) using safe sex practices and immunosuppresant therapy may reduce the chances of this happening (snip)What?"immunosuppressant therapy" means a therapy that suppresses your immune system. Such as when you had a kidney transplant.

Actually, the only thing that protects you against herpes is your immune system. When your immune system gets suppressed, the chances of a herpes outbreak increase.

(The WiseGeek website doesn't even know how to write "immunosuppressant" correctly)

Hi, folks, for those of you who like 3somes, how do you make sure that no vaginal fluid gets in contact with your penis when switching from one girl to another. It seems to me that it is very easy to get in contact with vaginal fluid when changing condoms, either you do it yourself or the girls do it for you. Are there any special method or techniques to make sure that no fluid gets on your penis. What is the possibility of being infected with STD with this minimal exposure if it happens. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Well, you could use two condoms, one always stays on while the top one gets replaced. I had that experience in South Africa. As far as I'm concerned I might as well have stayed home, but to each his own.

I will be on a business trip in DE and I am thinking of making a trip to a FKK or two. What I do not want is to be bringing home something back to the missus at home.By far the biggest risk of BBBJs is that if you are not yet infected with Herpes, you may catch it from a working girl who has HSV1 or cold sores in her mouth. I personally know of one non-WG friend who accidentally gave it to her boyfriend while giving him a blowjob. I don't know what relation HSV2 has to HSV 1 but you can google that.

Personally I picked up HSV2 while traveling Europe in my early 20's. I got it from unprotected sex with a 18 yr Swedish girl who was on a high school graduation trip to Greece. Imagine screwing a beautiful barely-legal blond, big titted Scandinavian girl and getting that from her in the 1980's. Bad luck. While I felt cursed and the initial outbreak was bad, over the years outbreaks have became more rare, separated by years, and these days they have great anti virals, Valtrex, so it's not an issue for me although I have to be careful to not pass along to others.

You might do some research, but it stands to reason that Valtrex would give you some prophylactic protection.

Condoms don't cover the base of the penis or the scrotum, allowing the possibility of transmitting some diseases by skin to skin contact, like herpes and warts. To provide extra coverage, wear a rubber scrotum cover.

There is some recent research that Lube (not spermicide) protects against STD transmission and destabilizes viral cells.

Specifically chemical compounds in certain lubes (eg, astroglide) degrade viral viability.

I'm not an immunologist, but from recent "field experience" can attest that lubes are in heavy use and I would imagine any viral "shedding" has to travel thru barrier of viscous lube and that doesn't appear easy.

John Dough

There is some recent research that Lube (not spermicide) protects against STD transmission and destabilizes viral cells.Any lube that is water repellent will also be body fluid repellent. That alone is helpful. Sufficient lube also prevents cuts and tears in the skin resulting from friction, through which microbes could enter the body.

Coconut oil is an excellent lube and anti-microbial agent. Oil based lubes will damage latex condoms, but they can be used with polyurethane condoms.

http://coconutoil.com/coconut-oil-offers-hope-for-antibiotic-resistant-germs/

"The antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties of the medium chain fatty acids / triglycerides (MCTs) found in coconut oil have been known to researchers since the 1960's. Research has shown that microorganisms that are inactivated include bacteria, yeast, fungi, and enveloped viruses".

"There has been good research lately showing that coconut oil is also a good topical agent for fighting germs! People living in the tropics have known this for thousands of years already, of course. It is good to see some of the research catch up with the facts. A study published in 2010 in Skin pharmacology and physiology looked at the "effect of topical application of virgin coconut oil on skin components and antioxidant status during dermal wound healing in young rats. " They found that Virgin Coconut Oil-treated wounds healed much faster, as indicated by a decreased time of complete epithelization and higher levels of various skin components".

http://healthimpactnews.com/2012/avoid-secondary-herpes-infections-with-coconut-oil/

"coconut oil have been shown to have the ability to actually destroy the herpes virus, and also prevent secondary bacterial or fungal herpes infections".

"Coconut Oil contains several healthy compounds, including two fatty acids with antiviral qualities: lauric acid and capric acid. Depending on the source / brand of the coconut oil, it will contain between 40 to 50% lauric acid and 8 to 10% capric acid. When these two fatty acids are metabolized in the body, they convert into monoglycerides, which are glycerol molecules named monolaurin and monocaprin. These two monoglycerices have been shown in research studies to cause disintegration of the viruses by destroying the fatty coat surrounding the herpes virus as well as HIV and Cytomegalovirus".

"Monocaprin, one of the monoglycerides of capric acid and lauric acid, were found to be the most active of all the lipids tested, causing a greater than 100,000 fold reduction in the virus (HSV type 1) titer in 1 minute at a concentration of 20 mM, is the result of a study featured in October 1999 in "Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences", and conducted by a team of researchers from the University of Iceland, Reykjavik. Based on this study, the authors suggested a topical gel be developed having capric acid and lauric acid as active ingredients to be used for preventing sexually transmitted diseases such as herpes virus, HIV, gonorrhea and Chlamydia".

There is also empirical evidence that HIV virus cell outer layer is destroyed (literally explodes itself / self destrructs) in saline environment.

Thats why the mouth, a saline environment, is such a low transmission site.

These lubes are all saline based.

"This condom has a ring on the base for fast and easy posture. The pubic areas are covered, providing greater protection and preventing the spread of many infections transmitted through bodily fluids. ".

Here is a video showing the Unique Free, with the wide flange at the base that covers the pubic area.

Here is another video showing testing of the Unique condoms:

I haven't yet been able to find a source for these. I tried to buy one online from Colombia, but the site wasn't set up for international shipping. The Pasante Unique is available for international delivery from Europe, but the flange at the bottom is smaller.

There is a certain phenomenon I have a hard time understanding. Oftentimes I see ads of women offering sex (usually more expensive than protected) without condom.

I'd say there must be something wrong both with the women who do that and their clients. A few years ago when I was in Hong Kong there was this guy, a real familyman, who went to prostitutes and had sex without protection. He bragged that he could get it cheap.

Hey guys,

I am wondering if sucking the breast, licking the nipples or deep french-kissing an escort girl would do any harm to a man like getting STDs or any type of diseases?

Thanks

1. If you're using a condom why does it matter if she has STDs? That's what condoms are for, preventing you from catching STDs.

2. If she does have STDs, that won't become apparent until after you've started having sex with her. If you could catch the STD even with a condom on, then you're already at risk of catching it.

Also what STDs does it test for and how accurate are its results?

Also what STDs does it test for and how accurate are its results? The web page cited in the previous report says "The condom, called the S. T. EYE, has a built-in indictor that turns different colors when it detects a strain of bacteria, including chlamydia and syphilis. " The most significant risk is not from bacteria but from viruses such as herpes simplex, condyloma (genital warts) caused by human papilloma virus, and HIV. The first two of these are acquired through skin-to-skin contact. With the usual rolled-on male condom you are likely to have skin-to-skin contact around the base of your penis despite wearing a condom (which mostly ruins the experience, anyway). I estimate the usual rolled-on condom provides about 65% protection from herpes and condyloma. With the female condom (best in my opinion with the inner loop removed and placed on the penis) that level of skin-to-skin protection rises to about 99% (and with the added benefit of much more normal sensation or feeling, especially if you have a lubricant inside the condom). See http://www.avert.org/female-condom.htm . A possibly even safer condom is the Unique condom, http://en.condomcard.com/product/unique-free/, which covers much of the area around the base of the penis, from the looks of it on the YouTube video a link to which you'll find in one of the previous reports (below, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8kUYHaCgG8), possibly even better than the Female Condom. I doubt the accuracy and reliability of the STD-detecting condom, and the observation about the indication of STD coming too late is of course true.

Hi,

I have had an incident recently where condom broke during vaginal sex with a sex worker. Although the girl said she has been working for only 2-3 weeks and before that didn't work in her native country, I went for the conservative approach and saw the doc within 24 hrs. I am on PEP now and taking pills regularly.

Just needed advise on following:

A) Anything I should avoid eating or drinking while on PEP?

B) When should I get tested and how often after PEP?

C) Is there a risk PEP does not work? What is the probability?

D) Does PEP only prevent HIV or other STD's?

Thanks.

PEP is for HIV depending on the drugs that is if they are retroviral only. Though there are some drugs to prevent bacterial and fungal stds.

No food limitations.

Get HIV checked now, after 1,3,6 months.

If negative after 6 months you are free.

Don't worry the risk of getting HIV after condom breakage in one intercourse is low.

Brushing your teeth before DFK or DATY is actually not a good idea since brushing is most likely to cause small wounds in your gums. Mouthwash will not help against virus particles and will be of little help against bacteria. I don't think the anti-bacterial effect of mouthwash will kill all bacteria, but it will be better than nothing.Interesting question re mouthwash a few years back. I've had several girls who have washed my penis with iodine before and after the deed, and also asked me to rinse my mouth if I wanted to do DATY. Not sure if better than mouthwash, any thoughts?

Not sure if better than mouthwash, any thoughts?Iodine is a broad spectrum antiseptic. That is why it is used in hospitals. It should work better than mouthwash. A poster on another board claimed to have success with mixing about 10% bleach in water. He even uses an eye dropper to put some in his urethra (ouch). He claims to have been doing bareback intercourse for 30 years with working girls without catching anything. For mouthwash he uses hydrogen peroxide though, not bleach.

Sound funny but true, I lost the condom while fucking my last provider while I was in Hawaii.

This girl got so damn wet that I couldn't feel it come off, and what is most interesting is that we couldn't find it. Not on the bed, in the sheets, or on the floor. The only thing I could think of is that it came off in her pussy and got lodged towards the back, because she deep fingered herself and couldn't find it.

Anyway I post this post here because I always practice safe sex when I'm mongering but it's not 100% all the time.

I have been researching the Unique condoms and found they are manufactured in Colombia. I found their web site and I see that in Colombia they have a couple of different versions. The one that interests me the most is the Unique Free.

http://en.condomcard.com/product/unique-free/

"This condom has a ring on the base for fast and easy posture. The pubic areas are covered, providing greater protection and preventing the spread of many infections transmitted through bodily fluids. ".

Here is a video showing the Unique Free, with the wide flange at the base that covers the pubic area.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8kUYHaCgG8

Here is another video showing testing of the Unique condoms:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6bG4Y-IgE4

I haven't yet been able to find a source for these. I tried to buy one online from Colombia, but the site wasn't set up for international shipping. The Pasante Unique is available for international delivery from Europe, but the flange at the bottom is smaller. The problem with the traditional condom design is the need for the user to grab the condom to remove it after copulation. This requires the user to touch the sexual fluids released during copulation. This less than sanitary means for removing the condom after use increases the chances for contracting sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia infections, genital herpes simplex virus (HVS) infections, genital human papillomavirus (HPV) infections, hepatitis A infection, hepatitis be infection, cytomegalovirus infections, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).

(this slightly edited info is copied from a patent text cited below).

Recently, the scroguard and one new product scrotector has been launched. (please search in google to know more).

The condom is not a part of the scroguard and that is precisely the problem with scroguard. The condom has to be removed separately. No matter how careful you are. The removal of the condom does require touching the shaft of the penis and the outer surface of the condom (coated with female fluids) and while removal / unrolling. Some fluid does get on the fingers and on the penis shaft and even glans penis. Moreover, there is a constricted space just in between the glans penis and the shaft and at times the ring the of condom may fall in this constricted space (get tightened and stuck) and has to be pulled out. In short. The removal / unrolling of condom is a contaminating process and is not fool proof and 100% safe. However, if the condom was attached to the scroguard or if there was such a thing which covered the scrotum / waist or at least was covering area beyond the base of the penis (the pubes and the scrotum) or was just a kind of big flap at the base of the condom and the flap could be held to slowly remove / unroll the condom without needing to touch the shaft of the penis or to directly hold the condom to unroll it. It would have prevented this contamination danger. Such a device along with scroguard would have been total foolproof for penetration. I was wondering whether scrotector is such a device or if there is any other device. That can be used with scroguard for penetration.

And for CBJ. Such a device would have been enough and scroguard would not be needed only for CBJ. I was wondering whether scrotector is such a device or if there is any other device.

So, a flange / flap at the bottom of condom is what can help. The flange / flap can be used to gently roll off the condom without needing to touch the condom or the penis shaft. Such a condom with a flap or flange may be used with or without scroguard or if both scroguard type stuff and the flap / flange condom could be part of one unit. That may be better.

I found details of a condom with flap in a US patent: US5419341. Please google to know more.

In short, I have found the following as "safe" condoms or add-ONS:

StarTech condoms (search ISG).

Condom card (see above).

Scroguard (search ISG for weblinks).

Scrotector (Search internet for website).

US5419341 (search internet to see the patent details. Please read the 'third problem' in the text and see both the images. Particularly the second image where the condom is being removed).

I request you guys to let me know if there is any such safe condom with the flange or flap at the bottom. And how can I get in India? My PM is active.

I am in India and the the ISG rules at the India forum prohibit posting websites and weblinks. So avoiding to do so.

My PM is active. Let me know please.

Hello everyone,

I would like to add that safe sex is still an option that is chosen. It is true that education is the key to knowing how to choose the right option, but it is still a decision that each of us take. We are adults, we know the risks that exist. If we have had a satisfying sex education, we certainly do not hesitate. But the lack of resources and the few educational methodologies in sexuality in the institutes and schools provokes this lack of knowledge.

And how can I get in India? The only condom on the market that I am aware of with a large flange at the bottom is the Unique Free. It is made in Colombia. Their new website is http://uniquecondoms.co/. The last time I checked they didn't ship overseas, but that was years ago.

There is also the Pasante Unique in Europe that has a smaller flange. I haven't yet found any companies that will ship it outside Europe. Here is some more info on it: http://www.eros-shop.co.uk/how_to_use_pasante_unique_guide.html. You could try a mail forwarding service like http://afewbucksfwd.weebly.com/afbf-amp-condoms.html.

It has been suggested that using a female condom can increase safety versus a male condom.

The answer I got when I inquired is that the condom with attached skirt at the base isn't yet available in the USA.

Perhaps for now the female condom with the inner loop removed and used as if it were a male condom is the best available, since standard male condoms leave users at risk of STIs that are transmitted by skin-to-skin contact (syphilis, herpes, warts).

The manufacturer's instructions say to remove the female condom's inner ring only for anal intercourse, but that's nonsense. Who says "Female condoms can't be used as a 'regular' condom outside a woman's vagina"? My many experiences of using them that way for vaginal intercourse proves you can. And it works just fine.

Another problem with all standard male condoms is that while pressure can still be felt, friction is gone, which is why men compare the satisfaction of intercourse or oral contact when wearing a standard male condom with that of taking a shower while wearing a rain coat (keeping you dry in the shower). With the female condom used as directed or even with the inner loop removed and worn as a male condom, the female condom sticks to her more than to you, so you still feel friction, making vaginal intercourse feel almost completely natural while providing you with much better protection from STDs than would be possible with a standard male condom. The female condom worn as a male condom with the inner loop removed, for vaginal intercourse, provides far more coverage and far better protection than you are giving it credit for.

I recall reading a similar comment in an Internet blog by a female who used the female condom but still advocated using them because of the increased protection they provide. So I suggest trying the female condom again. I like the female condom when I take the inner loop out (with a clean, uncontaminated finger) and use it like I would a male condom but not when the woman puts it inside her as directed by the manufacturer's instructions. If you use lubricant, put it inside the female condom, not on the outside of the condom or inside of her, although that way she might miss the friction! Ironically, many women insist on the standard male condoms they're accustomed to because they feel safer with them, when in fact they'd be much better protected with a female condom. I've often refused to have intercourse when the woman wouldn't use one of my female condoms, and all she had were the standard ones that leave me at risk for skin-to-skin transmission where the male condom doesn't cover. With the female condom's outer ring on the outside of her body, not even the base of the penis will come into contact with her vaginal lips where a tiny herpes or HPV lesion (wart) may be hidden you'd otherwise come into direct contact with.

A woman has revealed she forgave her husband after he infected her with HIV. Which he contracted during an affair.

Veritee Reed-Hall, 63, contracted the virus from her husband Barry, 65, who had unprotected sex with another woman while he served in the Merchant Navy.

Mrs Reed-Hall had no idea her husband had even been unfaithful. Let alone the fact he had HIV.

However four years later when he fell ill the couple had tests which revealed they both had the virus. And he was forced to confess.

Friends I need your help.

I am not a seasoned monger and have been in action only 3-4 times. However, since my last expedition, I am living in a constant fear. I went to a black bird who is from South Africa. I got BBBJ and then FS. She also licked my genitals and skin near groin area. Now my skin near groin area is very sensitive and if I stretch it hard, a cut is formed.

I don't remember correctly but maybe that cut was there when I took shower after the sex. I did FS on WOT position so if that cut was there, Vaginal fluid might have infected me. 2nd fear is of BBBJ and her tongue which she used to lick me. I am dying of fear from last 1 week.

Why am I fearful?

Because my stomach has been a bit upset from the last 5-6 days. It is not that I suffer from any frequent loose motions but I feel frequent urge of motions many a times. Now, I normally go 2 times a day (while the frequency was only one earlier) plus the motions are softer than before.

This thing started a week after the incident.

2 Other reasons might explain this effect. It started because of my changed lifestyle. Just after my mongering incident, I joined a gym and reduced my calorie intake by 1000 calorie. But I don't think that affects stomach. Even my gym buddies agree on this. Again, my stomach behaved mad after holi (an Indian festival) where I ate 2-3 heavy snacks for a day. But it has been a week since then. So even this is not a plausible explanation.

My mongering expedition was on 6-7th March and my stomach has been a bit upset from 14-15th. I don't have any other symptom or unusual problem except this stomach thing.

Kindly advice if these symptoms are of HIV. If yes, what to do next.

Thank you.

P.S.: Tomorrow, I'll go and meet the bird and will ask if she has HIV infection. I am not sure she'll answer honestly as She works in a MP where she earns close to $400 daily. But still I would ask her.

Thanks,

Pguyzz87.If she gave you BBBJ than the risk is very small of catching HIV. What happened to me in the past though is that I caught gonorrhoea in the same way. It was about 10 years ago in Zhuhai in China. I felt very horny one night. I called a number on a card I found in the hotel room and a chubby South Korean girl showed up. After a few days I couldn't take a leak without feeling like someone was ripping my dick apart, and almost cried like a baby. I spent more than a week on medication to get rid of it. It was a painful experience which shows that BBBJ is not as safe as some guys might think. People can carry gonorrhoea in their throat without knowing it. And it can be transmitted through oral sex. In other words, the risk is bigger for normal STD than it is for HIV.

Dated June 8 2017: Antibiotic-resistant strains of gonorrhea are on the rise, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).

An estimated 78 million people contract gonorrhea each year, says WHO of the sexually transmitted infection (STI) that was once easily treated.

"The bacteria that cause gonorrhea are particularly smart," said WHO spokesperson Dr. Teodora Wi in a press release. "Every time we use a new class of antibiotics to treat the infection, the bacteria evolve to resist them. ".

WHO researchers, whose findings were published in two separate studies this month, discovered that first-line antibiotics were ineffective in 50 of the 77 countries they analyzed. Resistance is also increasing in second and third-line treatments, the researchers found. Three strains of the STI were found to be resistance to all antibiotics.

"These cases may just be the tip of the iceberg, since systems to diagnose and report untreatable infections are lacking in lower-income countries where gonorrhea is actually more common," Wi said.

New WHO guidelines for the treatment of gonorrhea advise doctors to administer two antibiotics –ceftriaxone and azithromycin. The researchers also stressed the need to develop new tools and systems for more effective prevention, treatment and diagnosis, though "the development of new antibiotics is not very attractive for commercial pharmaceutical companies. ".

The answer I got when I inquired is that the condom with attached skirt at the base isn't yet available in the USA. Does anybody know if and where they can be bought now, either in person or by mail?

Perhaps for now the female condom with the inner loop removed and used as if it were a male condom is the best available, since standard male condoms leave users at risk of STIs that are transmitted by skin-to-skin contact (syphilis, herpes, warts).Using female condom as male condom.

That was a million dollar idea, param!

It is safer for STIs and herpes and more importantly. There is no contamination risk during removal.

(a little skirt at the base of the 'skirted' male condom may not protect the pubic areas but surely does help in safe removal. But the female condom will be way better).

I think using a female condom for CBJ makes it safest even if the WG has pharyngeal gonorrhoea and herpes.

A few question and request.

1) which type of female condom will you recommend?

Nitrile, latex, polyurethane?

2) considering the material and ring (which has to be removed) please suggest the best indian brand. I know you are in US. If possible, please check on the net and recommend the best brand / s that conforms to your idea and experience.

3) if possible please consider loading a video on any porn site (filmed on the genitals of any person without showing face) as tutorial of CBJ and intercourse using female condom as a male condom. Let's benefit from your experience.

Thanks a lot, my dear!

Take care!

And I'm not going to name names, but I've gotten offered BBFS twice since I've been here, which is more than I had it offered in the other four visits to BKK combined.

If that's your thing, apparently this is the market right now for it. The economy is tough and the competition is fierce.I don't want to hijack the thread but if people are being offered BBFS then they should be aware of a guy from the UK who caught 'super gonorrhea' after a sexual encounter with a woman in SE Asia - https://www.menshealth.com/health/a19630754/what-is-super-gonorrhea-a-guy-in-england-has-the-worlds-worst-case-of-it/.

". . . When King picked up gonorrhea again in the 1990's, he was greatly relieved that treatment was now just one dose. Penicillin was no longer effective, but ciprofloxacin was now the recommended treatment and it required only one dose. In King's eyes, getting gonorrhoea was even less of a hassle. But this was actually a symptom of treatment regimens starting to fail. The bacteria Neisseria gonorrheae was on the way to developing resistance to nearly every drug ever used to treat it. . . LOL! Jim Bakker is now hawking a silver gel he claims can cure all venereal diseases for $25 per bottle!

In a video clip where he's introducing the product, the star of The Jim Bakker Show sits beside his co-host and wife, Lori Bakker, as the two tout the benefits of 'Silver Solution.'

'Do you know the one thing we never talk about, really, is one of the few gels and products that cures, or gets rid of, all venereal diseases,' he says to the man and woman sharing the screen with the Bakkers, in a video shared to the Twitter account for Right Wing Watch. 'This is like a. Miracle in a tube!

Using female condom as male condom.

Take care!

Your bro!

I now believe the Pasante Unique condom with the skirt at the base of the penis provides more complete and more reliable protection than a FC2 female condom, either with the inner ring removed or still in place. If you remove the inner ring, be sure to use fingers you haven't fingered her with or otherwise contaminated. I think the skirt at the base of the penis of the Pasante Unique condom is especially helpful for avoiding exposure to sexually transmitted diseases / infections (STDs / STIs), and that the wide outer ring of the FC2 female condom that stays on the outside of the woman's body is less protective than the Pasante Unique but still much, much more protective than a the usual male condom that leaves much of the base of the penis exposed. I found both Pasante Unique and FC2 female condoms for sale today on eBay.

How to Use Your FC2 Female Condom, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJZOCdmnvmc.

These videos answer most of your questions. I don't know about Indian brands.

I, in the USA, wish you the best in your adventures in India on the other side of the globe!

These pictures will help you identify the Pasante Unique and FC2 female condoms. If everybody used them, we could probably see the end of STDs / STIs within a generation or two.

Hey Guys,

So I had a STI scare a few weeks ago and I'll try to explain as briefly as possible. So, I've been regularly seeing this hot Brazilian WG. She gives an amazing PSE with BBBJ, spitting, rimming, anal, kissing, etc. I must've seen her at least 10 X and she was great each time. Although, during the last few visits, I could tell she wasn't her usual self, meaning she wouldn't kiss deeply as she used to and also some of her other services like ball licking, rimming, etc was missing. I did feel something was off and was wondering wtf was going on.

Anyway, a few days after my last visit with her, I noticed a weird feeling in my dick, sort of a stinging feeling. Upon closer inspection, I noticed a white type drainage from the tip of my penis. First time in my life ever that I've had that, and I've been punting all over the world for years and have had many BBBJ. I should mention that with this lady and with all ladies, I've always had protected sex but do like to engage in BBBJ, like I did with this Brazilian WG. So upon seeing the discharge, I figured I had a STI like Chlamydia and gonorrhea and rushed to a GP to get it checked. The GP looked at the discharge and said he thinks I have Gonorrhea and immediately prescribed me some antibiotic pills along with an injection and said it should clear in a day, which it did. He also made me undergo a full STI test (HIV, HEP, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, etc etc). So I had a blood test done, a swab test, and a [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) test. While doing the swab test, I mistakenly didn't do it accurately as the container had some liquid in it to place the swab sample into, but in my panic, I managed to spill the liquid already in the container, otherwise, I took the swab as instructed. So along with the swab test (Which I may have messed up), I had a blood test plus [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) test.

4 days later I went back to the GP to get the results and ALL tests were NEGATIVE! I was shocked but also happy, but confused as fuck and still am. I asked the GP, WTF dude, what the hell was that white discharge if I don't have any STI. His answer was, "both you and I will never know what that was"! I must say I wasn't and still am not satisfied with that answer.

I'm still wondering, what the hell did I catch, if anything and what the hell was that white discharge due to? Any insight from any of you seasoned punters? I've been really paranoid about BBBJ ever since and never saw that Brazilian girl again, even though I did mention to her what happened and she insists she's clean and never has had anything, but I really don't fucking know what happened and what to think.

Could the test results be ALL negative if I had something? Can the blood test and [CodeWord109] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109) test detect Chlamydia and Gonorrhea (the suspect here)? Let me know what you guys think.

Cheers.

Sir, you are joking right? It's obvious that you had an STI and the medicine your doctor gave you cured it. That's why 4 days later when you did your tests everything was negative. Your doctor didn't really care which STI you had or else he would have tested you before giving you medicine, he tested 4 days later because he just wanted to be sure the medicine had cured you and no additional treatment was necessary.

If yes then how high are the risks. You can definitely acquire Herpes when the host has no visible symptoms. Herpes lays dormant in the spine but occasionally it can do what's known as scaling. During this time the infected person can be contagious without any symptoms. I wouldn't worry about either of these diseases unless you are in a relationship. They are both minor inconveniences and Herpes is easily controlled with medicine and HPV usually cures itself. The reason Herpes is so widespread is because so many people that have it are asymptomatic and never have an outbreak but because of scaling are sometimes contagious.

Hi,

I have seen a white color skin like substance getting accumulated on the penis esp near the exit of the penis.

I have removed it but it gets hard and leads to slight blood coming from the skin below.

I don't feel any itching, discharge or pain. Penis is working normal.

There is a white shade patch also on the penis top which is there for few months now.

Also my skin on penis is not normal but attached just below the penis.

Also which doc is best to go. Urologist or Skin specilaist.

I do protected sex with WG frequently.

Any advise, experience would be helpful.

The official view is that the risks exist but are much lower than unprotected anal or vaginal sex. In fact the main risk appears to be more minor issues like chlamydia or thrush.

I've been licking pussy all around the world for years with no issues. But only clean smelling pussy. I also mouthwash after.

I also think it's only fair if you expect a girl or take you in her mouth or to rim you that you can lick her. I also find girls servo.

Ice mich better when you make them come and you really can tell if it's a real orgasm when you are down there.

AF.

But what about having a relationship in future say for instance in the next five to six years.Pleasure Master,

You bring up a very tricky topic. My understanding is that while Herpes is very well understood, HPV has proven to be more complicated and more poorly understood. In women, the risk of cervical cancer is significant enough to warrant testing and vaccination at a young age. However, the risk in men seems to carry a less straightforward position. As a man, if you contract HPV, that's it. You have it. You carry the virus. And since there is no known cure for the virus, the question then becomes what is the risk that you can pass the virus to another partner? The no-brainer is certainly to engage in safe sex going forward by using a condom. But it's not that simple. If you should have unprotected sex (no condom), your partner (s) is definitely at risk in contracting the virus from you. As I think Houston Player player pointed out, HPV in men usually takes care of itself and goes away, I am sure he is referring to visible symptoms such as genital warts. In which case, you don't even need to have penetration to pass the disease. Skin to skin contact is enough to infect another partner if you have genital warts on your abdomen for example. And if you have genital warts near your anus, then a partner who engages in performing "rimming" on you is definitely at risk from contracting HVP.

Again, this only my understanding of the issue. I am not a doctor and by no means an expert so if anyone has any better information on this topic, please do chime in. HVP should not be taken too lightly. Especially in you enjoy having sex with younger women (who doesn't? I don't mean to be an alarmist, but HVP is becoming the most common STD out there. The risk of spreading a disease which could lead to cancer is a sobering thought.

Be safe out there.

Jake, my attitude about STDs is this. Everyone freaks out about them, and I do not get the distinction between regular diseases and STDs when so many of the more serious conditions are transmittable diseases that are not classified as STDs: the flu, staph, strep, kidney and bladder infections from a woman's own body.

HPV is another way of saying warts. That is it. It is a skin condition. Yes, a few strains of it can cause "cancer" which is another term I hate because cervical "cancer" is very slow growing and close to 100% curable. In fact, a lot of times when you mention cancer, people think instant death when in most cases, that is hardly the case. Pancreatic cancer and lung cancer are typically death sentences and cervical cancer is typically not.

Everyone thinks condoms prevent all these diseases, and they don't. Meanwhile, the allergy from the latex in condoms can itself cause instant death.

If you are concerned about HPV, the best think you can do is use good hygiene. I went out and got the Gardasil vaccine which probably was over kill but if you are concerned about spreading HPV, particularly the ones that do cause cancer, it is something you might want to look into.

Most cases of HPV in both men and women are gotten rid of by the body's own immune system over time.

So after giving some thought for those who are paranoid, I believe the safest method is to obviously use a condom under all times and keep your boxers on! LOL.

Not sure if its the right channel but would like to ask about side effects related to the use of delay spray on penis. Been using it quite a long time especially while visiting massage parlours. Lately I noted some skin irritation in the inside skin, sort of white lines / circles. I am experiencing no pain or discomfort but its irritating me. Not sure if to visit a dermatologist but I'm already using Canesten cream. I googled plenty and 2nd thought is yeast but again it never happened before.

Even though I had the same procedure couple of girls did try to con me. I had told them before the deed in conversation. I guess they forgot. Not really sure if they were really pregnant. Moment I said I cannot be the father they stopped contacting me. Another girl who got really pregnant told me right away it was her college BF who she had sex with well after I left. All the same she wanted support. I deleted her.Was the "procedure" a result of your previous MO failing?

I ave put many girls in China, Thailand and Phi on Birth control pills. None of them had any side effects. Ofcourse these are the girls I stayed with more than 4-5 days. These are regular birth control pills which acts the same way as morning after pill. On the day I arrive I ask the girl to take two pills and continue one a day for the rest. After I leave they need to continue for about two more days. Girls can get these in any pharmacy.

Nobody thinks about casual one night BB pregnancy. You will not even hear about it unless you are in touch with her.

I never keep in touch with one night girls via barfine.Filipinas and the pill are not a good combination. When I have put them on the BC pill I have used extra quickly working types and given them some extra pills after I have finished with them. No problems. I've had only one girl bugging me about having become pregnant by me. I reminded her I actually used rubbers with her and she couldn't be preggy from me. She just casually replied "OK" and continued the conversation. It's mostly just a shit test.

Condoms are the best way to have safer sex, we know talking about sex and condoms can sometimes be hard, even a bit embarrassing, but you should be clear and confident and let your partner know that you want to use condoms and why. Make sure this conversation takes place well before the heat of the moment- it's hard to discuss this right in the middle of things! Also, keep in mind that alcohol and drugs can affect your ability to discuss condom use, so don't leave this important conversation until you're already affected. If you're having a one night stand, or the sex is unplanned, pull one out and say "condom?" before you're about to have sex. It really is as simple as that. Make sure you plan ahead and take a couple of condoms out with you.

Wear protection always.

A couple weeks ago I was in Albania. I met a girl from EuroGirls. Met her 2 nights in a row actually. First night she asked whether or not I wanted to use a condom. I looked at her like she was crazy and said "of course I do!

Second night. She was giving me head without a condom. Then she started to put me inside with no condom. I let her do it. We had unprotected sex for just about 30 seconds before we moved to the bed and I put a condom on.

She was a really nice girl. Very attractive. Half Russian, half Uzbek. She told me she has a day job doing something else. So maybe I justified it that way thinking she's just a "normal girl" and not likely to have anything. After I was done, we even stayed and chatted in the bed and I showed her my pictures from my trip to Uzbekistan last year. One of the best personalities I've seen on a "working girl" in my whole life.

So 3 days ago I wake up and my urethral opening is stuck together. It was itching the day before. I thought I had maybe dehydrated my d1ck with an oil massage I got in either Kiev or Armenia. So I squeeze my d1ck head to open it up. And out comes a lot of pus. I've never had an STI before. I frantically Googled everything and I think chlamydia is the likely cause. I'm currently in Sarajevo and found a clinic that opens tomorrow at 8 am. I will get tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV. At long as I didn't get the last one, I know this is just a minor inconvenience and a huge wake-up call. If it is the last one. Well I don't even want to think about that.

I thought the pus stopped after the first time I saw it because I didn't see any for almost 2 days. But now I can see a small amount almost every time I look into my urethra.

Learn from my mistakes. Stay safe.

I'm having a weird issue that my doctor couldn't diagnose. A big chunk of my head starts to get darker than what looks like discharge comes out of it then it dries up after a week or to then starts to flake and go away. I had it once in 2019 and now again. The first time the doctor told me he didn't know what it is but just to be safe he gave me tons of penicillin. Now we think it's an allergic reaction to doxycycline. Both times happened when I had another STD first time was chlamydia and now ureaplasma.

Anyone experienced something like that before?

Hi guys,

Hope you are all doing OK these days.

I have been mongering for a while and have practiced safe sex always using condoms while in the action, have gotten BBBJs, handjobs and gone DATY on a couple of girls and it's all been safe. As of this year, for the last month, I have been feeling a burning sensation on the tip of the penis while peeing. It doesn't happen often, and only happens when the pressure builds up. I looked up the issue online and it says it could be a possible UTI or STD (like chlamydia, gonorrhea etc), but there is no white pus coming out. I have visited a doctor and did a urine test which came out to be a normal report (no infections) with the urine being acidic, he prescribed some pills to make the urine alkaline.

I just want to know if an STD is detected through a urine test, or should I have some more tests?

Thanks.

I just want to know if an STD is detected through a urine test, or should I have some more tests?

Thanks.Urine tests covers all the typical UTI. A blood test is used for HIV, hepatitis and syphilis. Herpes are never tested because the tests are not very accurate. The best way to test for herpes is to wait until you have an outbreak then take a sample out of it.

If all you have is a burn you are usually proscribed doxycycline which would for almost anything.

I have been feeling a burning sensation on the tip of the penis while peeing. It doesn't happen often, and only happens when the pressure builds up.Sometime it is due to Diabetes as well.

I really want to go down on escort and eat her out. What is your experience about this this? In terms of STD and just hygiene?

Should I just go down on young girls or 35-44 years old, is okay? Like if her pussy seems nice, fresh and clean?

I assume its a must to be an early guest for her pussy to be clean, Like if 3 guys before you, you don't know about hygiene.

Thanks guys for your report about this topic.

Thanks guys for your report about this topic. If you're concerned about getting HIV, there's little to no risk. You can catch Herpes, although the risk are very low if she has herpes but is not having an outbreak.

Hi guys,

I am wondering if some of you more experienced mongers and massage lovers have experienced an accidental slip in (entry) during a erotic / tantra massage when the massage lady did a pussy slide. If so how many times did it happened in your mongering career? By pussy slide I mean the following: you lay on the back and she goes up and down your cock shaft with her comeltoe. Is there another more common English word for pussy slide? I have even read one report that she just started riding immediately after the pussy slide. I suppose that is much less likely to happen. But has that happened to anyone here?

I hope this is asked in the correct sub forum. I am looking forward to reading your experiences.

Kind regards.

Hi, it maybe a late reply and hope your urine problem is solved. Generally, if you get burning sensation at the tip while urinating (no puss or other symptoms). It cooled be due to a parasitic STI Trichomoniasis. This infection is developed in the vagina of women and due to intercourse or oral vaginal contact, males get infected. It si simple, and there is simple medicine course (single dose or dose over 5 or 7 days) that will cure. Get test for STI and ask specifically for Trichomoniasis called Trich I wish you get well soon, PM me if you would like more info.

I think the same thing, every time.

People brag about things like DATY ("oh she really liked it") and don't think "she was literally on another dude's bed 90 minutes ago?

It's a mystery to me.

Only explanation is these dudes must already have everything they're going to get so it's all playing with house money at this point.

Jesus, these same people who are freaked out by kissing are the same people who stick their dicks in them uncovered. If you want to come uncovered in every hole including anal you're a saint on this board, but if you want a romantic night with a chica you get no end of shit.

Gross is exposing yourself to STDs and being an infectious vector for others. I see posts from people who think taking a prophylactic antibiotic cocktail for barebacking wards off a virus. Nobody says a word.

It's funny, guys wouldn't ever kiss because 'other men have been there', but will enthusiastically do DATY. Oooookay!

If you have to be told why then maybe visit the unsafe sex forum. We are banned talking about anything else if it might offend an uncovered client.

As a primary care doctor, this whole subject is a giant joke shielding us from clients who are too big of snowflakes to hear anything different.

Here's a suggestion, follow the actual science. It's called sexually transmitted diseases for a reason. It's penis to pussy. But hey, let's not disturb anyone's fee fees for the truth. It will not change the science no matter how many times I'm deleted.

If Admin doesn't like it, shame on them for making people feel comfortable instead of facing medical reality.

Not my forum though. But maybe after over a decade I should reevaluate why I'm here.LOL I feel ya. Strange guys on this platform. But not going to lie it is hard for me to pay for Covered sex. Waste of money to me even though it is safer. I rather keep my money in my pocket. I love CIP with a little companionship. Gives me a complete feeling. Then we have breakfast in the morning.

I will not get into Covid-depopulation theories but there have been anecdotal (word-of-mouth) reports where the vaccinated appear to have triggered harmful effects in unvaccinated intimates. From the link below, "Women, and men, who have come into contact with people who have had this vax, have suddenly become covered in strange bruises." My own neighbour (in Europe) told me of a previously-healthy friend who died, unvaccinated, 30 days after his wife, a nurse, had the shot but remained well. Mysterious shedding / frequency / resonance effects appear to be affecting the unvaccinated, whilst in the presence of vaccinated persons. Be cautious of becoming intimate with the vaccinated, especially shortly after vaccine administration (4-6 weeks); effects may dissipate with time.

Owing to 'Emergency-Use Authorisation', Covid-vaccine ingredients do not need to be disclosed. There is evidence that different batch numbers have been causing different effects; some may be simply saline (salt-water) placebos. Additionally, countries administer vaccines from different manufacturers; The Philippines has approved 8 ! So, triple-jeopardy for those who travel for, or simply indulge in local casual sex -- the vaccinated risk known side effects from direct injection (+ shedding from another type of vaccine in a partner), and the unvaccinated (like myself) risk general shedding effects from the vaccinated. Dating sites and apps for the unvaccinated, like Unjected and Unvaxxer, are routinely hacked. Good luck asking a hooker whether she has been vaxxed -- she is likely to respond according to how you phrase the leading question. It is a minefield and only time will expose and heal the situation.

New data suggests that the vaccines for COVID have been shown to increase schlong length in some men. Average increase with 2 primary vaccines + at least one booster was 2-3 inches.

http://draabe-nyt.dk/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/vaccine-covid-ARTICLE.pdf

The data looks promising. And vaccinated people don't transmit COVID as readily to others as unvaccinated people.

Amazing info, get your vaccine guys (and booster), it's a monger's best friend.

The past 2-year scamdemic led me to investigate whether viruses really exist at all. I won't go into Covid here but the following may help those who suffer recurrent labial (mouth) or genital herpes. I experienced genital herpes once, many years ago, as a young man but it never recurred; the doc said, 'It just goes away on its own'. I had been a labial herpes sufferer all my life, with uncomfortable blisters breaking out when stressed or run down, until I added collagen to my diet. Collagen is animal connective tissue, which is released when fatty joints, such as ox-tail, are boiled up and stewed. It helps the body rebuild and regenerate without breaking out in herpes blisters, although one may still experience slight tingling and / or very slight blood loss at the site. Not being much of a cook, I chose the easier option of buying collagen powder (also called bone broth powder) from the usual online outlets, which has the same effect as fresh collagen. Easy to add to shakes in the blender; goes quite well with coconut milk. Taste is almost-neutral and costs around $20 per 400 grams. 2 tablespoons a day, or every few days, depending on herpes susceptibility. Also a source of protein and amino acids.

Genital herpes may not come back in everyone, but in some it does, over and over, which is why drugs for prevention like acyclovir can be taken daily if multi-outbreaks have occured. Yep, stress, sun exposure can cause an outbreak for sure.

Oh. Gent's get your Hepatitis B, Hep A, HPV (if under age 45 or so), shingles (over age 60), pneumococcal (over age 60) and covid vaccine with boosters. And when the new version is release in the fall (northern hemisphere), get it.

I work in vaccines. We use real science to develop them.

Mexican researcher detects anonymous MAC (Media Access Control) addresses from the vaccinated-living, the dead of 2021-22, the PCR-tested and unvaccinated partners of the vaccinated.

https://www.nutritruth.org/single-po...-proves-it-all

States: "The graphene oxide in the vaccines proliferates as dangerous graphene hydroxide in the bloodstream. It can be transferred to the unvaccinated via sex and kissing. " There are many vaccine types; some are saline, some are tainted to various degrees. My policy is to scan potential partners for nano-bots with MAC detection software, as the Mexican doctor used. Operates via Bluetooth at 2. 4 GHz up to 10 meters. 71% of Filipinos have received at least one Covid shot, from a selection of 8 different approved types.

Graphene hydroxide cuts blood capillaries like nano razor blades. World authority, Dr Andreas Noack Ph. The, was murdered in Austria (2021) for disclosing its presence in the blood. Graphene was only isolated in 2004. The depopulation-cabal had to await such sophisticated vaccine additives before declaring their scamdemic in 2020. An earlier attempt over the equally-fake 'Swine Flu' failed in 1976 when the vaccine's side effects rapidly became too common to hide. This time they built in as much delay as possible to discourage linkage.

I've seen quite a few posts about BBBJ and people testing themselves in order to have unprotected sex with a prostitute. Are stds overblown or are men like this just incredibly bold?Good question! For sure, people can carry bacteria, parasites, fleas and fungi (such as cause jock-itch/athlete's foot), which can transfer to others and cause symptoms. The odd thing is that some succumb and others do not. Some become 'silent' carriers, displaying no symptoms, because their good, general health suppresses pathogenic proliferation.

Genital herpes is nothing more than skin-shedding due to inadequate collagen (from animal fats) in the diet -- just consume fatty, stewed meat like ox-tail, or add collagen powder to smoothies. Pubic lice (crabs), like head lice of old, are merely an infestation of fleas due to the girl's poor hygiene -- easily treated with permethrin cream. Syphilis is caused by a parasite and treated with penicillin.

The most-common causes of 'drippy-dick' are the bacteria Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. The more hookers you patronise, the more tattoos, the more bad-smelling pussies: the higher risk. It is an occupational hazard for the 'monguer au naturel'!

Thanks.

The only time I have had red spots on the glans was when I picked up some sort of herpes virus. Turns out I had a massive dose of Epstein-Barr virus. This was also causing unexplained itching on my torso but no signs of any redness there. The Epstein-Barr virus was detected by a blood test and the doctor then gave me 4 days of intravenous acyclovir treatment, followed by acyclovir pills. This eventually cleared everything up, but I also developed welts on my hips which I had to hit with Gentian violet medicine. So, consider that you may have picked up a virus, not just a bacterial infection. Acyclovir seems pretty safe to take and so I wouldn't hesitate to start popping a few pills and see if it clears up your symptoms.

Thank you so much.

I don't think kit is herpes because I have no other symtoms. But I will check with my doctor.

Nothing a massive dose of antibiotics can't cure I hope. The salve I got has helped a lot and I am only one week into the treatment. It is just these spots on the glans and some itching in the beginning. I had something llke it before and it turned out to be nothing much except an infection.

True, some drugs, like antibiotics, have saved lives (and also been abused); they stitch us up after accidents and more babies survive difficult human birthing. But, if you look at the vaccine stats, the corresponding diseases had been virtually eliminated before the injection programs. That was down to health education, hygiene, food refrigeration and fortification, and even the good, old iron bedstead to keep us elevated from ground pests.

A major, historical decline in health occurred with the agricultural revolution, 12,000 years ago. It allowed our numbers to soar above those of hunter-gatherers but grain-based diets kept the masses dumbed-down, short and weak. Poor diet and toxic medications have actually levelled off and even reversed life expectancy in The West.

The average Malagasy woman is only five foot and half an inch: just half an inch more than Filipinas -- both on a diet of rice 3 X a day, containing only 8% protein. Compare them with the world-class, marathon-running, tall Maasai of East Africa who live on cooked and raw meat, raw milk and cattle blood. I approximate this by living mostly on cooked beef burger patties, raw eggs and butter. The carnivore diet is the fastest-growing way of eating today but make sure it contains some raw animal products and fat. Fruit and veggies? Ask an Eskimo ... they do fine without!

Wow, I am really dismayed but perhaps not surprised to see the ant-science, vaccine denying and quack promoting comments in the forum. Both bacterial and viral infections are very real, and if you are sticking it in bareback in Madagascar you should at least recognize you are putting yourself (and your partners) at risk.

I have thought about posting about this several times, as there is a very casual approach to protection from many posting on this forum. It is true that HIV is relatively low in Madagascar, compared to many African mainland countries (although it is also true that there are not a lot of rigorous studies on it, but I think it is safe to assume it remains at a low level in the population, and I have read that it is similar to the infection rate in a US big city, like New York). However other STDs, both bacterial and viral are very common. Herpes, HPV (genital warts or champignon), gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, Chancroid, these are just the list that I have either directly or indirectly come across in 20 years. I have had gonorrhea 3 times. The total list is a lot longer and includes syphilis and, yes, HIV, but I haven't come across anyone who contracted them. One study I read about estimated that 30% of girls in the nightclubs in Diego carried a STD that required treatment. That is 1 in 3. So if you spend a couple weeks and screw 10 girls bareback you are almost assured to contract something. I love bareback as much as anyone, and never ever, ever, put a condom on for a blowjob. But I really limit how may pussies I stick it in bareback. I basically make a guess on how active the girl is. If she is clearly a makorely (pute) from a bar, I always use a condom. If she is a sweetie I picked up on the beach, or some student looking for extra money or a copain, then I consider going without a condom. I had one of each last trip. The girl I met from Facebook, clearly advertising, that could deepthroat me repeatedly, gagging on it, and was willing to let me put it in her ass. Nope, not going near that pussy without a condom. The shy sweetie I met at Tatie Chris dancing with a group of her friends, that was clearly inexperienced, fumbled a bit with my cock as she sucked it. Oh my lord how wonderful that pussy felt without a condom. And of course, that is not foolproof and I have contracted my share of STDs that I have had to have treated. It comes with the territory, and if you are doing this, and not prepared to deal with an STD, then you are being a bit foolish, IMO. And using herbal ointments and bullshit hocus-pocus remedies is NOT dealing with it. You got to accept the risks if you want to have this kind of life, but you don't have to be stupid about it either. Also keep in mind that guys that fuck one girl after another bareback are putting the girls and other mongers at risk. I also make a habit of paying for STD tests and treatment for girls that I have long term connections with.

And about those burgers and taller women / people in other countries, wow, brilliant conclusion. No need to think about population genetics again!

Stay safe.

Wow, I am really dismayed but perhaps not surprised to see the anti-science, vaccine denying comments in the forum. How would you explain these random deaths of healthy, young people, Sherlock? African countries, including Madagascar, only had a 6% take-up of the Covid vaccines, compared to 68% in the Philippines, and even higher in highly-propagandised Western countries. As someone who is unvaccinated but fearful of vaccine-shedding effects through intimacy, Madagascar is ideal (subject to questioning and MAC-address scanning).

Hmmm ... wonder how our cave ancestors managed STDs when raiding and shagging neighbouring wenches? The same, opportunistic bacteria have been around since before us. Koalas have their own strain of chlamydia, for instance. Fact is, we led healthier lives and just lived with STDs -- so long as they didn't stop us reproducing.

Viruses have never been scientifically proven to exist as pathogens which take over cells; observed symptoms are caused by internal detoxification from poisons & frequencies, or simply cellular renewal (autophagy/phagocytosis).

Population genetics and diet? Epigenetics, my dear Watson! Quit the cultural norms and get hunter-gatherer healthy.

What was the average lifespan of hunter gatherers? What was the average size of groups they lived in?

The world today is different from the hunter gather world of 20,000 years ago.

HI all,

I am here in the US and thinking of getting Prep (truvada / descovy). Heard that they are expensive and covering it out of pocket will be pretty insane (1000 $ + for 1 month supply). Under insurance, its almost free. I have insurance. My question: If I use the insurance, does insurance people send any paperwork / bill to home in mail? I fucking hate those paperworks they send for doctor visits detailing my copay and what insurance covered, but not sure if they will send for a drug purchase. Would anyone know? Don't want to raise any alarms at home.

Hello,

Posting for the first time on this thread. I request for seniors' and experts' guidance on my situation.

I had bareback anal with a working girl a couple of days ago, thinking (quite foolishly) that it wasn't such a big deal.

Although I am yet to see any symptoms of any kind of STI or STD, I have been freaking out after reading stuff online about it being the "riskiest of all".

So, started PEPSE pills today and planning to get tested next week for some of the STIs and get another test done after about 2-3 weeks for other STIs and STDs.

Are there any other precautionary measures or things I should do now to reduce the risk of any infection / disease?

Thanks in advance!

Has someone ever experienced anything like this? I got my HIV tested it is negative but this white scaly white spots sometimes a bit itchy is bothering me, I did had few mistakes without precautions before. I did take high does of fluconazole last two weeks. I did had a single genita war before I got lasered but I am afraid what the hell is it. If someone had something similar and can share. Thanks!Looks like Warty Wilson stopped by for a visit.
