I have to constantly be on the alert to this and direct the taxi driver to go around the roundabout again or do a U-turn when he fails to make the right turn. I would then not give him any tip, to make up for the additional, though negligible, mileage arising from the U-turn.

There are honest drivers (10% or so). DB Navigator or RMV Apps on your smartphone will tell you when the trains are running and any delays. I will easily confirm that there is a 2. 08 am train from Friedrichsdorf and one every hour on Friday and Saturday nights where the taxi driver will tell you there isn't. Check your App before you leave the club using the wifi. Know what time you need to leave.

I learned about FKK years ago from an employee of my company in Germany. My first experiences were at clubs in Western Germany. I loved the FKK concept. In those days there was even free beer in the one club in St. Augustine (near Bonn) I visited most often. Those were some wild times.

I discovered Oase on a visit to Frankfurt in 2003. There were then actually girls of different nationalities at the club, Ukrainians, Poles, some Romanians and even a few German girls. I think this sounds nice in theory and is the selling point at Globe but at the very least the "awesome service" is not consistent. I was only there once midweek and the lineup was no better than Wellcum or even Oase on its best night. Service was good between the 2 half sessions I had but not spectacular. Neither were top 10 sessions for me. Optics were good but I noticed that the girls themselves were not all stunners, rather they were all very well put together and were maximizing their potential.

I've only been to GT Vienna once on a Sunday but the optics were unimpressive. Even worse was the service by the girls and the staff.Surprised to hear. I had pretty good experiences (LU can be subjective). Also, one data point is not really a representative sample.

I have no idea why he paid 200/ h instead of 160 for the basic or 280 for full service. But it can't be any difference in tax, the girls are getting 140/30 min for full service which includes a 10 SFR tax component. As a rule, base prices are not negotiable in Globe. Negotiable are only prices for extras, like anal, but there is a minimum under which the girls are not allowed to go. If the club finds out a girl is undercutting the prices, she won't stay in the club very long.

A girl will probably decide to charge you to the lowest 15 minutes increment (once you went over the first 30 minutes) but that is because the reception is keeping a very close eye on this. Sure, there can be exceptions, a regular might get a freebie (in time or extras), but again this would be an exception.

The girls are told to shower with the clients after. In fact, supervisors will come and ask regulars about the performance of the girl and as well if she asked for shower after the room. This started about 2 years ago. Shower time does not count as service time, it's just part of the Globe idea of delivering a great client experience, the wow factor after which they are these days.

Having dinner with a girl is not so uncommon in the case of regulars or big spenders. You probably won't have dinner with the girl if you went for the CHF 80 service.

Prices are 160 to 280 an hour depending on the service you want. So, 200 an hour is somewhere in the lower end of that range. For the girls this is a very nice fee and mostly they are OK with it. Take into account that if you come in a super busy day where the girls make that money anyway, maybe it is possible that they won't go for it. It really is subjective. Common scam. They always say this. When they say this, I always just answer, "Yeah, I know. I am not taking the train. My friend is meeting me there.".They scam on so many levels, 5 euro extra for late night trips to Friedrichshain, refusing to take claiming it isn't their turn, not turning on the meter and asking for 20+ euro's. It costs 10-12 euros night time to Friedrichshain not a cent more. If they ask for more, say that you want a receipt and you will call to verify in the morning. I had one young Turkish driver start screaming at for the 5 euro extra outside my hotel.

First to be put it briefly, a word of caution: Saturdays may not be the best time to show up at Oase but beyond that I seemed to experience upselling and significant attempts to rip-off from a line-up that consists of a large number of new girls.

It got to the point that I was afraid that I might have caught Oase on a weekly Gay Night. Most of the girls regardless concentrate their activities inside, in the lounge / Kino and hallways.

And the law of supply and demand and resulting weakness in bargaining power was in effect, with the first several girls I was approached by or approached, offering maybe a minimum of 1 hour for 100 euros, or as was the case several times 100 euros for 30 minutes. Please contrast this with my experience last time where there was only 1 girl that I noticed that stuck at 100 for 30 price scale.

Excellent report and I hope you enjoyed the company of Sir Trip. Next time I see you perhaps in Dietzenbach (bring your beer goggles.) Anyway, what you have written about is partly why I passed on putting forth any effort at Oase last trip and instead did that in Darmstadt. I have lived my whole life charting, following and using trend lines to play the market spent many years in the trading pits and I tend to jump on and off trend lines. This is the statement of an addict. I too am an addict. I suspect the same thing happens whenever the prices for cigarettes go up: the addicts continue to pay and casuals quit or cut back. I agree with most McA and Optimist says here, but a few things needs correction: Swedish prices are higher than German prices, but not even close to swizz prices. In fact, the Swedish model did nothing in regards to changing the prices in Sweden. Determined to have one or two rooms max and be in bed by 1 am latest.

I don't recall ever seeing the club so quiet for both men and women. I'd say there were maybe 30-40 girls tops. Maybe 25 punters though this was starting to increase by midnight (when true to my promise to myself I left).

I'd never driven to Oase before. I like to mix sex with a few drinks (as I did last night in Sharks) and won't drink and drive. I'd read on this forum that the Sat Nav takes you to some place in Bad Homburg but I hadn't written the co-ordinates that Neurosynth kindly provided, and to be honest I doubt I'd know how to input them into my rental car GPS. So I just used the postal code from the Oase Website: big mistake. I didn't get taken to Bad Homburg. So I thought I was ok. Not. I got taken to some dead end street in Friedrichtsdorf. The trick is to put the actual street name in from the Oase website. And that worked. Parked up, into club. Bit disappointed to have to pay €70 when I knew I'd be out of there in 3 hours but it is what it is and of course its my choice to leave early.

I'd eaten right after my meeting (delicious) so didn't need food, other than that of the pussy variety. The dining area was totally empty. Not a single punter or girl in there. I have never seen that in 7 years of going to this club. The bar area was lively. Not so much because there were a lot of people. There weren't, but because the girls had decided that a large group of them had to take turns doing pole dancing on the centre pole. Some were good, most were truly awful and at one point I actually contemplated making a total ass of myself and getting up there. I'm convinced if I'd had have been drinking I would have done.

My favourite Katheryn the Great (Bulg) was on holiday. My second pick Rosa (not present on my last visit 4 weeks ago was also missing). Third choice Alicia (blonde Ro. A bit heavy) also missing. Time to look for new options then. Last Friday (11th) I was in Frankfurt and decide to repeat my visit to Oase. My first visit was in July last year.

I was near to Frankfurt Hauptbanhof, so it was eay to get the S5 train to Freidrichsdorf Banhof, and a taxi for 10 e. The weather was fine and warm, it was about 15.00 hrs in the afternoon, when I arrived, and I anticipated some action outdoors. There was food being served when I arrived, it was good, and I had some later as well.

I love the running river water and pretty bridge at Harmony and don't like the order food in facility at Atmos. That's before we even get into the location / city / what it offers. For me my favourite cities in Germany ranked are 1. Munich. 2. Berlin. 3. Hamburg. 4. Weisbaden. 5. Dresden. 7. Dusseldorf. 6. Frankfurt. But I attend the latter most.

So: there are indeed lots of pluses and minuses about the clubs before we consider the girls BUT. In the end. None of go to these clubs for the food, swimming, outdoor football, the gym, kinos, to smoke, or to get a massage. They are factors which make attendance at the clubs last longer than a quick room and go. It's why we pay the entry fees. Without these facilities in Dubai / Thailand / Australia / Bali / Jakarta / UK / Spain there are much lower or no entrance fees. But when it comes down to it. It's really all about the girls and the sex. Clubs have fluctuating fortunes on LU. There have been periods where Oase has been no. 1 spot, then nearly a whole year when Sharks for me was best, and despite everyone thinking I'm crazy the one and only club I've never had a bad time in is Artemis.

But the quality of the LU determines the ranking of the clubs for most of us. A club with the greatest facilites or ambience in the world is not going to attract a lot of guys if the LU is consistently weak. Equally, a flea-pit of a venue with little or nothing else than a fantastic LU will no doubt attract a lot of guys. My favourite place in the UK is a dump. But the girls are terrific there and there are only ever 4 to select from. I go back there whenever I can get there. So it might not all be about the sex. But its certainly all about the LU over any other factor.

I have picked a club based on facilities once or twice, and many Germans in Frankfurt picks club based on where they want to hang out and have a chat with friends. I have also picked club based on where other mongers have gone. At Oceans I have met local men who went there for happy hour just to eat the free meal and watch some TV. IME it is actually quite normal to see the inside dining area empty in summer when the weather is good and they serve dinner buffet at the outside dining area. On those days they simply close down the inside restaurant and bar as they do not have staff to keep all three bars open. Beverages can then be had at the outside bar, or at the main area at the entrance (that is always open). AFAIK the inside dining area opens at 10 pm for pizzas and dinner buffet (when they close the outside restaurant).

But you are right: While the main restaurant / bar in the dining area is closed, the place is pretty much empty. Neither the gents nor the girls have any reason to stay there. A small drawback, I agree, as the lighting is so much better near the dining area. Best place with lighting at those times is outside between the sauna and the gent's sleeping room (or by the pool). If noone there then retreat to main meeting area / money lockers if looking for targets prior to 10 pm. After 10 pm the dining area will again come back to life.

I know. I couldn't quite believe it when I thought "I'll have one small beer", asked for a 10 e token, got one, only for the barman to tell me it's now 5 E. Great. The FIRST time I ever drive to a FKK in my whole life the beer gets discounted. Maybe that should have told me it was not going to be my night! I had one and gave the other to a girl standing next to me who immediately thought this was me buying her a drink and asks me to come to sit and chat. But I didn't fancy her at all. I was just being nice as she was there! One of my more forgettable FKK trips!

I've done the routine with train and bus to Daimlerweg. My dilemma is mostly that I'd like to stay very late at the clubs, and leaving at 4 or 5 am, if no hotel I have those early hours to get thru. Saw few deals where I can get a rental car for like 23 eu per day. Plus use the car to sleep xtra hours after leaving the club. Was thinking to just go to Sharks Wednesday, and Thursday too. The actual fare would be a few cents above 10 euros; just pretend you have no loose change and the driver would not want to waste time and would thus tell you that 10 euros is good enough. He will subsequent queue behind you to collect another 10 euros from the club anyway.

The S5 leaves Frankfurt Hbf at :24 and :54 and takes 26 minutes to get to Friedrichsdorf. During working hours on working days, one can also take the S5 at :09 and :39 that ends at Bad Homburg, from where you can rush to another local train on a different track going to Friedrichsdorf. Many others would also be making that dash, so just follow the crowd that is rushing, and not those ambling towards the station exit. Last train is at 00:38.
