Last Saturday, walked to Oase from Seulberg. It follows bicycle / tractor paths so not exactly as the crow flies. At the end go left away from Oase. to get the bridge over the creek, and back again costing at least an extra 400m. Total was over 3 km and took me about 35 mins walking fairly quickly. Taxi would have saved time, energy and probably my health. Having GPS phone helps to give you confidence till get used to it.

Was a bad decision, as no sooner had I commenced, than the rain started and later turned to tiny amounts of snow that melted on impact. Fortunate to have umbrella, but now have a virus and bad throat. Combination of the walk in the rain and kissing the girls finally did me in. Thursday night. Back after a long absence.

You type in the address for the Mercure and look at the stations close to the hotel. The station for Bad Homburg isn't too far from the Mercure by taxi but there are two other stations closer (yes 2 other stations).

Friends. I was going through all the threads and came across the below. I have some grave questions on DFK, DATY and STD's.

Cheers!I have often wondered the same thing. What are the chances of getting something, particularly something non-curable, from BBBJ and kissing? I don't do DATY, so I don't worry about that. I too have tried to research this on the Internet, but finding definitive information on this topic is quite difficult. Part of the problem is that it would be difficult to design an experiment with humans to scientifically test this question. I mean, the scientists can't very well line up a hundred infected people and have them engage in activities with uninfected people and then measure how many people got infected.

What I can tell you is that I've engaged in probably 150 hours of various activities with working girls over a number of years and have never caught anything other than a one-time fungal infection which was cleared up with a couple weeks of clotrimazole (over-the-counter 1% anti-fungal cream). Granted, some of my time with the girls was screwing (always protected) , some of that was hand-jobs, some of that was BBBJ, sometimes just cuddling, and some of that was kissing. So, while my experience certainly fails to qualify as a definitive scientific study, it would seem that the risk of infection for something non-curable is quite low, at least from my 150 or so hour experiment over the years.

I always get tested regularly for a full STD panel just to be on the safe side. Everything has always come back negative (meaning nothing detected). If you ask for a full STD panel, your doctor will usually test for all kinds of stuff but won't typically test for herpes if there are no symptoms. Apparently, this test is contraindicated by the CDC if there are no symptoms due to the prevalence of false positives. But, I have the blood test done anyways just as a precautionary measure even though it costs a little more. You should know that the serology blood test for herpes has a 3 month delay, because that's how long it takes for your body to build up antibodies against the virus to a detectable level. Apparently, if there are symptoms, the doctor will swab you and that culture test doesn't have the 3 month delay that is inherent in the serology blood test.

I have read a couple of reports on the forums of people catching curable things, that is, things that are cleared up with antibiotics. I have also read plenty of reports of others who have been hobbying for years and years and who have never caught anything.

So, due to the lack of definitive scientific information out there, I have had to base my decisions on these sorts of anecdotal reports of the flavor,"Hell, I've been doing this for X years and I've never caught anything."

Oh yeah, a friend of mine got an STD from a stripper once. She had a cold, and he must have caught it from her during some of their "activities." So, he had a runny nose for about a week.

As for brushing one's teeth, it seems that the conventional wisdom is don't do this within 2 hours of any club activities. I posed this question before in this forum in fact, and was luckily educated by the other good folks here. Always use mouth wash instead seemed to be everyone's recommendation. Also, my reading on the topic suggests that the non-alcohol type of mouthwash might be better as the alcohol type is thought to affect some of the mouth's natural defenses. So maybe it's best to use the non-alcohol type mouthwashes before and during the club visits and only use the alcohol types of mouthwash after the club visits. I'm sure that I'm over-analyzing this stuff.

Anyways, everyone seems to say the same thing on this topic. If you're really worried about it, just don't do BBBJ and kissing, and you'll be fine and have nothing to worry about. Then again, if my experience and the anecdotal experiences of others is any indicator, it seems that the risk of catching something not curable is quite low. How low is the risk? Who knows.

If you're using one of the old ticket machines, you have to type in the Bad Homburg destination 5101. If you're using one of the newer touchscreen ticket kiosks, you just type in the name of your destination city, Bad Homburg. You end up paying about 1. 40 Euros more or something like that.

When you leave Oase, you can always take the taxi straight to the Friedrichsdorf station since it's the closest and you don't need to have a taxi waiting for you there obviously. You might want to review the S-5 schedule so you know when the last train out leaves and when the next one is coming to avoid missing the train by 3 minutes and consequently having to wait around another half hour. I've been visiting Oase for years and reading this thread has always been of great assistance. Now, I've decided, it is time to share some of my experiences with other readers.

Oase together with Palace have been my two favourite FKK clubs ever since I discovered what the three letters stand for. The two clubs have been compared on this forum hundreds of times and I myself, after five years of regular visits, still do not have a clear answer to the question "which is better?". I've been through ups and downs in both clubs, I've noticed periods when I would give preference to one of them and then, after months of intensive visits I would reach a point of saturation. Just landed in FRA this morning.

Young plants are on this dirt mound and will grow in time. The statues in the garden are of little interest to me. Arrived in Frankfurt Friday landing on the new 25R runway, where the approach from the East gives you an even better view of Frankfurt City. In the early afternoon / late morning there is only 1 HLB an hour (and 2 S-bahns arriving) , so you could be faced with a half an hour wait. Later there is always the good connection (2 HLB an hour). I usually check in at my hotel first (Mercure, or one of the others next to it like Hugenotengarten) and then walk back to the station. Most of the time, I can just catch the next HLB; otherwise I walk (I would say it's closer to half an hour than 50 min) and have also been picked up by cabs that were on their way to Oase anyway. From Burgholzhausen the walk is just over 10 minutes, so that is a difference.

On my next trip to Frankfurt I'm looking to stay in Giessen for World, but visit Oase on the Sunday connecting to the HLB at Friedberg so the walk from Burgholzhausen was of extra interest to me.

I actually took a taxi from Bad Homburg on the Monday as I had my case with me and the driver did take an unfamiliar route involving more traffic lights than I remember from previous journeys, I felt I was being sharked before even arriving at the club.

However when the taxi pulled up at Oase the fare was 12. 10 Euro, the cheapest I've paid from Bad Homburg!

Leaving the club around 18:20 I asked the reception to call a taxi, the lady said "Taxi Outside" so I went outside and there was no taxi.

Back into reception and this time she called the taxi company on the phone.

"Taxi will be ten minutes" she said.

I went outside and waited, seven minutes later the taxi turned up, I got in and on the way out it passed two other taxis parked up by the gate!

Just made 18:38 train at Friedrichsdorf.

Oase was the third club I visited on my 5-day mongering tour of the Frankfurt area. (Previous two were Palace and Oase and I have reports on each of those threads.) Oase and I did not start out on the right foot. When I arrived at Oase I was dismayed to learn that they had no ATM; every previous FKK I have visited had an ATM. I had planned to withdraw 400 euros from an ATM. Instead I had to charge 400 euros to a credit card, from which they took 40 euros, or 10, as a fee. Bloodsucking leeches! Later I discovered that they don't have a round-the-clock dinner buffet like all the other FKKs, or even have a dining area. Instead, they serve food from the bar at certain times and you have stand in line like a mendicant at a soup kitchen and wait to be served while they dole out the mediocre food. Yeah, I think I'm really going to love this place!

Oh well, I'm already here, so I decided to focus on what's important-pussy-and the places to enjoy it. Actually, Oase does have an impressive array of girls, probably the best of any FKK I've been to, and the physical surroundings are impressive. There is a huge bar / lounge area, a kino showing porn films, and most importantly a vast outdoor area where, if you want, you can go to have sex outdoors, and there is also an outdoor pool. There are several outdoor lounge chairs that are large enough for fucking, and there are several contraptions-I don't know what they are called-that are semi-covered and.hidden and are good places to have sex. The only toilets are in the locker rooms which are down a long flight of stairs in the basement, or outdoors, a hefty walk from the main building. Entrance fee is 65 euros. I suppose it's all a matter of weighing the pros and cons and making a choice, and I won't say I wouldn't come back to Oase, but this is why I prefer World and perhaps even Mainhattan to Oase.

I think your criticisms of the lack of an ATM machine and the poor quality of the food are fair and accurate.

However, my advice to newbies who might be reading your report is to never expect a club to have either an ATM or good food.

I can understand how one might need to use an ATM during a visit to a club, but I think it's a big mistake to arrive at a club with virtually no cash and to count on a club's ATM as a main source of cash. First, I don't trust self-standing machines in non-bank locations. They are not as secure as bank machines and I think they are more likely to be broken or out of cash. If you plan to visit FKKs, then you need to stock up on cash before you set off on your trip. Once you are inside a club like a Oase you are pretty far away from the nearest bank cash machine.

As for the food, I agree about the poor quality of the food at Oase. It's the worst food I've had in my visits to 7 different FKKs. But frankly, I've never had any food at an FKK that I could characterize even as "good." The best food I've had was at World and I would characterize it as "acceptable." Artemis food was acceptable too. I try to eat a full restaurant meal sometime during the day before visiting an FKK and then I eat just enough to not go hungry at the FKK.

In any case, your criticisms are valid. But I wouldn't let those criticisms sidetrack someone who is considering a visit to Oase. Just make sure you get enough cash and some decent food before you head there.

The self-standing machines are secure, no issues, whether they are inside or outside a club.

BTW: Next ATM from Oase is 2mkn by car. Same for Palace, if you don't want to pay the fee at Palace.

HBI have to arrest you on one point HB. There is an ATM very close to Palace, between the Ibis hotel and Palace in fact. When you leave Palace, U-turn right at the first roundabout and walk until the end, the ATM is just in front of you, and you avoid paying unneccessary fees!

That's what I said. Or at least tried to. There's an ATM close to the former German Stock Exchange buliding.

Hello all,

I realise there are a lot of queries along these general lines but I hope you will forgive another; I've spent a lot of time reading the forum and am still uncertain about which FKK to choose. I'll report back on whichever I do choose.

I'm arriving in Frankfurt on an intercontinental flight very early on the morning of Friday 22nd June. I've asked my hotel for early check-in so I can start the day with a nap, but I get the feeling they are unlikely to let me check in until rather later in the day. So the setup is that (although I am likely to get some sleep on the flight) I'll be tired and jetlagged. Maybe I'll have a nap in a park somewhere if the weather is good.

So after much reading I thought I had decided on Oase, with the intention being to arrive maybe around 2pm. I only have one day in Frankfurt and I need to do some sightseeing in the morning so that I have a way of accounting for my day. My thinking was that it's all about the girls and insofar as there is any consensus on these boards, that seems to be the place with the biggest and best selection of girls.

However, I've discovered that there is a Messe (ACHEMA) finishing on that day. It's a chemical industry meeting. I don't have a feel for the size of these things but this sounds pretty big to me. 5,000 exhibitors and 100, 000 visitors.

Having read an account of Oase being very crowded with men on a Messe day, even though evidently more women turn out as well, I'm worried that this will detract from the experience and maybe I'd be better off at World. Which presumably will also be busier than usual but less so than Oase, given the distance. Or will my relatively early arrival time mean that crowding isn't such an issue? I imagine I'd be staying 6 or 7 hours.

What do you think? A couple of considerations. Reading Lorenzo's excellent recent post which talked about very aggressive behaviour by the girls at Oase worried me a bit. Elsewhere I'd read better reports of attitude / behaviour there. I like to be able to communicate well with a girl; I gather that English skills are pretty good at Oase (obviously not all the girls, but many) but not sure if that is the case at World (which I've read described as being more for the Germans than visitors)? If a girl speaks French that's fine, Spanish at a pinch but although I'm doing my best to learn some my German is still very basic.

And. Completely off topic. I've read a suggestion that it's a good idea to bring your own footwear. I've read descriptions of the supplied footwear as "sandals". Are we talking about true sandals here or is it more flip-flops?
