If this new resturant scheme continues, I won't ever return to Oase.Maybe a poll can be taken of forum members on what the change in catering arrangements means in terms of how they choose their FKK.

Already, a short poll of colleagues have indicated that they will no more go to Oase due to what the Oase situation has become. Even the line up is no good enough to compensate since you can get what you want in terms of line out from World, Sharks, Palace and even Mainhattan. Already I have seen Sharks have a small improvement but the services are no on par with what I have experienced at the World. One colleague will no more come back in 2013 even based on his plans! He no more wants to go Villa Vertigo or Acapulco such as they are. It is down to me now.

Don't drink fruit juice (its high sugar). Eat moderate amounts of fruit. Some fruits are high in sugar. Apples are good. Berries are good. 1 banana only.
Don't eat white rice, potato, french fries, (or any high glycaemic high starch type foods). If eating grain type foods, make it whole grain and not too much. Cooked rolled oats for breakfast are good. I don't eat much bread, noodles, pasta, pizza, wheat or rice, etc. Conservative amounts are okay.
Patience. It may take 10 months to lose the 20 Kgs. In a healthy way.
Eat plenty of green vegs, salad, non-starchy vegs, fish, meats (not too large). If want dessert, make it yourself, e. G. Very low sugar yogurt with fresh fruit added like strawberries, raspberries, etc.
Eat rather conservative sized meals. Total food quantity does matter. Simply once you are not eating enough carbohydrates to cover your full energy needs, the body must start gradually utilising the fat stores, and you will lose weight. Lots of extra exercise is not really necessary. Its easier to just not eat the bad stuff. When you reach your target, you can start to add a little more carbohydrates back, but realise it is your new eating regime for life. In the end you can be in good trimmer shape than 95% of FKK customers (apart from the ones that have always been skinny) and look younger. Weigh yourself regularly, like every morning before breakfast. Allow for variation up and down but should lose at least 1 Kg. in the first week, once your eating behaviour is good.
Your sex experience will improve a lot and you don't have to huff and puff after extended sex.

I just expected a different feedback, some sort of "solidarity", appreciation if not thanks for signalizing a terrible shark and a somehow smaller one. Those were facts and not opinions. Points of view of newbies can be different from those of regulars, pratically "pros", which are obviously a little minority, compared to the majority of lurkers or punters who never went to these places or rarely did or do, like me. As for the pizza issue. There is a selection of pizzas at the club now, the Napolitana, to my best recollection (I have had it twice) has olives, mozzarella, tomato, capers and anchovies. Not sure about the basil! I am warming towards the restaurant a bit now, even with the mingy 10 euro credit. Both times I have been in it I have had dinner with a girl (once I was paying for her company and the other time not) and that is quite fun. Although it was possible before, now with the waiter service it is a more civilized experience (although it would be even better if the waiter came to the table to take the order). Now, if only they could turn down that awful Italian music they are playing.

So when you eat for more than € 10, how is the payment done? Cash in the restaurant? When you're leaving the club? Or do you have to buy vouchers / tokens in the reception?You buy casino chips at Reception and then give the casino chips to the restaurant when you place your order. Really inconvenient because you have to first go to the restaurant, decide what you want, then go all the way to Reception (where there might be a long line) , buy the damn chips, then haul your ass all the way to the restaurant to order your meal.
Other clubs use a much more convenient chip system. You just order what you want, they scan your chip, then you pay on the way out.
One more criticism: When you place your order, they don't write down your key number. So, when a margarita pizza comes out and the server is trying to find the guy who ordered the Margarita pizza, it's entirely possible that your pizza could go to another customer who ordered the same thing, but well after you placed your order. At Magnum, they write down your locker number so there's no confusion about who ordered what.
Also, the Romanian menu is discontinued because they fired the head chef over a disagreement. So, they only have the Italian and German menus remaining. Also, the menus are much more simplified than they were on the first day. Hopefully that will result in a quicker turnaround of dishes.
I would hate to see this restaurant in operation during a real Messe. They are not scaled for anything but a quiet day at Oase. Each dish is prepared individually when you order it. They should know that a ton of people are going to order the Spaghetti Bolognese and prepare a huge vat of that stuff so they can serve people quickly when they order it.
Also, even when they have the BBQ buffet out, you still have to give up an armband for it when eating from the buffet used to be totally free. I would add that the breakfast is much improved over the previous cold breakfast offerings. They were actually serving some sort of egg-scramble-hash thing the one day I got there early enough to witness the breakfast offerings.
All in all, I give the restaurant a big thumbs down. Now, we have to wait for our food. Who has time for this when we've got girls to play with? Their logistics are just not well thought out at the restaurant. And, if we want to eat more than once, we have to pay more (above and beyond the increased entrance fee). That being said the food quality of the restaurant isn't bad.

Yes, the buffet choice is still there, but only the first 6 pm serving. Once that buffet runs out, that's it. No more 9 pm second buffet serving will appear anymore now that the new restaurant is open. In other words, you only have a max 3 hour window to enjoy the buffet. Also, you still have to give up an armband for taking from the buffet. Even if you arrive at the buffet near the end when everything is almost gone and there's just two sausages left, they will still insist on taking your armband for just one or two sausages.
One of the advantages of the previous system was that we could grab just a little food here and there throughout the night. One sausage here, a little pasta later, and so on. Now, you have to wait until you're hungry enough to eat an entire meal and time things right. Which can often inconvenience plans with girls who happen to be available at the moment.
As for the paper towels, Mauro said in the last meeting that this change would be effective Tuesday (yesterday). I have no idea how this would work. I had the same question as HB. Are the girls supposed to carry around huge purses? One of the girls told me that the girls would just have to use their little wipes. As a regular visitor of Oase, I had not such a good feeling of the changing atmosphere last time, but I hoped things would improve if the new layout, re-decorating, etc has settled in a little. Since I visited several other clubs in the mean time, I was interested to see how things worked out and are in comparison.
The good news is the renovation is really almost complete now. Only the Wintergarden (on the place of the large sauna) is not finished yet, but it will be a matter of weeks. Everything looks and smells (!) good, also downstairs in the men's locker room (which looks twice as big).
More good news is that Oase still has the best (looking) porno line-up of Germany! .
Great looking girls, especially between 17-22 during the "double shift". More impressive looking line-up than Golden Time, World, Sharks, Samya, Acapulco etc.
It is real pity however, that the main focus of Oase is now on the "outside" (so good looking rooms, girls, showers, etc). It really lacks in the intimate interaction between the girls and the guys. Less than a year ago, it was very common to have extensive foreplay in the bar, kino, etc, but now most girls don't want to do it nay more (I did see a total of 3 oral actions in the kino during whole day / night, where this used to be a continuous event!).

That they increased the price from 65 to 70 euro, is also ok, but that you can only eat one time (either breakfast OR buffet OR grill (outside) OR something from menu (10 euro value, after 17:00) is something that will not last for long (you get one extra wristband, which is taken in when you order food). All girls are obliged to work for at least 12 hours, and most men stay 10 hours or more, so at least two meals would be considered normal. Either increase the price little more, or make all before 17:00 for free. Now you have a complex ordering / paying / casino chip system, for prices that are high (compared to normal German restaurants) and NO possibility to order food outside anymore (BTW, the local pizzeria's will notice a drastic decrease of revenue for sure). The restaurant food (17:00-04:00) is not bad, and also waiting times are nornal (even during IAA times).
Biggest problem however with Oase is not the food (as said, it is much much better than before) , but the lack of / decreasing contact between the girls and the men. This contact is more cool and distant, and in combination with the (bad) attitude of most girls, this does not result in many sessions.
The girls who work somewhat longer in Oase notice this change of atmosphere too, and see many regular customers leave to other clubs (Sharks, World, etc). Focus seems more and more on (Italian / Asian / US / etc) tourists, and not to regulars. Pity, because see what happened to Palace this way.

I see it differently. I am more looks oriented. Oase became boring early in the year due to a weak line-up. Now there has been a massive influx of new girls during 2013. I have not experienced any changing in the levels of service at Oase which may mean I have got lucky in choosing well. Fantastic lineup on a Saturday, the daytime shift was to put it mildly 'average'. Nighttime rocked. Figured I'd try it on a Tuesday to compare. Daytime was pathetic. Regards.Of course it is very personal, but if you (like me) think the service of the girls is of the highest priority (more than club facilities, etc) , then the more smaller clubs are preferable (Oase used to be one of the few large clubs with good service of the girls) , and most of them are in NRW (so not in Hessen / Frankfurt area).
My current (service) top-3 is Haus Panthera, Babylon and Freude (or Club Neby).
From the bigger clubs, only Sharks and Acapulco currently (!) are on acceptable level regarding service of the girls, closely followed still by Oase (it is not as bad as Palace or Golden Time yet).
Regarding service World is more consistent than Oase. Same for Sharks. Both clubs do have a lot of regulars, Oase was losing a lot of regulars, there's many business people, sex tourists, messe audience. They are satisfied with lower service levels and willing to pay more than the standard and to take sessions longer than 30min. So at Oase (same at Palace) you will get good service as a regular from girls who know you. You may get poor service from new girls if you are chosing a 30min standard session. At Sharks and World that is not as common. So I will still visit Oase but currently I prefer Sharks. And sometimes World for a change.

- All day pass? I arrive into FRA at about 6am on Saturday and will get to my hotel by around 8am. So, I will have the whole day in the area. Is the pass good for the day and you can leave and return as I please?
- When should I go? Should I hit up the place in the early morning or afternoon to start with? I have read that later in the day, post 6pm the line up gets better. In fact from what I have read here in this forum, much better later, like around midnight? Is that still the case for those of you who have visited recently?

My overall satisfaction rate with trying "new" girls (new to me) is no better than at Oase. It a large extent it has been related to luck. I agree. 15min proves nothing. It could be the girl is that good or the customers she was with was ready to release quickly and were done. So it seems that "Romanian Stereotyping" (by some) maybe more of a looks oriented preference rather than be service oriented, with many guys not going for the darker style of Romanians at all, and even wary of the blonde lighter skinned ones. You get a small locker upstairs (for money) and a bigger (but not very big) locker downstairs for your clothes. As has been written here the food situation isn't great. You get two wrist bands when you pay your admission (70€). One of them is worth a 10€ credit for food. I had the seafood pasta and it was acceptable. The only thing that I drink that was free was water. I am not big on alcohol so that was no problem with me but I would have prefered a juice as an option.
You get a robe and a towel when you check in (and sandals). I don't know why they are so stingy with towels but I kept my damp towel in my locker and walked around with the robe and that is a better situation than at Mainhatten where I went later as there you only get one towel. It can't be that expensive to have a supply of towels so that you can get a dry one each time you shower.

Easiest way to get to Oase from Frankfurt without driving is to get the S5 train to Friedrichsdorf and then a cab to Oase from the station. The countryside in Friedrichsdorf is quite pretty and my scumbag brain tried to make me walk to the club again, but the overcast skies brought me back to reason. Cab to Oase is just under a tenner. 8+change for the return ticket from Frankfurt.
Got there around 3pm on Friday a week ago. First impression from Oase is that it must be bloody brilliant in the summer. Even now, I spent a good half hour lounging in the still adequate sun with a cappuccino. Interior-wise, the jacuzzi room is easily the best bit. The couch area is way too dark I think. It's no surprise from reports, but the rooms were constantly filthy with overflowing bins and stained mattresses. Even the girls were complaining. I'd also like to address the terracotta elephant in the room (with gold pyjamas?) and say that the whole greco-roman thing is ridiculously overdone and tacky. Fake stone and marble is fine, maybe a few columns, but dozens of plaster statues with golden clothes (and then kamasutra pics in the rooms) are so far past good taste that I'm wondering if it's some inside joke by the designer.
Girl-wise, there are definitely more grade-A stunners here than Mainhattan and probably Sharks too, or at least there were by the start of the night.

My first trip to an FKK. I took a train (S5) from Frankfurt and taxi. The taxi from Bad Hamburg was just over 15€ (not 12 as was reported here) and there were several waiting. I decided that saving the extra time (reported to be over an hour, round trip) was worth the extra cost going to Bad Hamburg versus Friedrischsdorf (5x2=10€ as reported but 16€ as experienced if the cost to Friedrichsdorf is accurate at 7€). Also, I went on a Sunday afternoon when finding a taxi could have been an issue.I have taken taxis many times. From Friedrichsdorf its a little under 10 Euros, Perhaps 8 Euros+ (one way) for most optimal route. From Bad Homburg, if the taxi takes a cost optimal route it will be just under 15 Euros (never got 12 Euros - not possible on a meter I think). Often taxis do not pick the best route for cost optimization. They will pick a route where they can drive faster and more relaxed but may be longer. One taxi took me a very stupid route that was possibly the shortest distance but involved many traffic lights, wasted time and did not save any money.
Not sure if Sunday has a different taxi meter rate or not.
Overall I liked the experience and would rate it highly. However, compared to many of the termas and saunas I have been to the women were not top rank. I know that I went at a non-prime time but a sauna in Bangkok at a similar time would have better looking women and better service (on average) in my experience and opinion. (Note, I went with two women in Mainhatten so this comparison is made with a sample size of 4.)
You can't compare (well makes little sense) a non-peak time FKK club with something in another country. Its just not relevant, as completely culturally dissimilar, about what happens on a Sunday. "Sauna in Bangkok"? I live in Bangkok part time, and have been mongering to a wide variety of places but I don't ever recall using or rarely even seeing a Sauna. Its a hot country. For daytime Sunday, Sharks is pretty good right now due to cheap entry price attracting the customers and also the girls. Probably significantly better line up than Oase early on Sunday. So the girl line up is then typically limited.

okay I think comparisons are fine in general. I just didn't think that a particular time on a Sunday was a useful parameter. ThanksYour friend can smoke inside at Oase in the designated smoking areas. Particularly the kino area and the lounge area around the podium with the pole. The area near the bar where there is sofa seating adjacent the kino is non smoking the wellness area is also non smokibg but part of the wellness area closest the doors to the garden are smoking so it is a fine line.
Food is served up to 1 hour before closing time. So if its 4am closing the food is to 3am and if closing is 5 am then its 4 am food is served to.
