Otherwise the logistic gets critical time-wise.

Active is easy. Feel them! Not always the appropriate thing to do though! If you do have the opportunity though, do they feel un-natural? Are they hard as rocks?
Passive (which I assume is how you're really hoping to tell) is almost totally by observation. And thus more difficult and requiring an experienced eye.
If they go for enormous breasts (like Pamela Anderson) it's pretty easy to guess as they seem so dis-proportionate for an Asian girl. If she goes for a more moderate enhancement it can be more difficult to be sure.
I like something to play with, but am turned off by enhancements. So I'm always observing, guessing, etc. Some of the things I take notice of:
Do they seem unusually firm as she moves around? Or does she bounce a little? Bounce is more likely to be real.
If she lays on her back, do they seem to flatten out? If so, likely real.
Do they seem to match body type? If she doesn't have an ounce of fat elsewhere on her body, but has a disproportionately large rack, that's a red flag.
Does the cleavage look natural? This is a tough one to describe, but it seems to go with body type also. Some enhancements just leave an un-natural shape to cleavage.
