Not really, that is just an opinion of a few. I agree the first few days of opening was not upto the mark of established players like mango massage, but then rome was not built in a day.Migration and changes between shops, etc is quite frequent. It's hard to keep track at times, except for those who frequent often. Tulip was the flavor of the month for years, then other places opened and / or became famous-eg Mango, Cherry, Snow White, EZ.
That's why this trip I tried EZ and Snow White. Unfortunately, due to tight work schedule, didn't get chance to visit onsite, check out the line ups, and rooms. Only did 2 out calls which I posted brief comments.

Altogether 4, 5hrs with still 2, 5hrs of safety net. So it is fully feasable.
Obviously if one doesn't want to spend the soapie money for "just a HJ", he can then enjoy a DIY in some airport toilet.

Take the Airport Link to Makkasan station (non-stop Express or multi-stop City Link, up to you). Awkwardly walk over to the MRT and take it to Sukhumvit station, exit on the Soi Cowboy side, walk down Soi Cowboy to Sukhumvit 23, take a right and walk down and find a massage joint on the right-hand side. Get a massage and HJ. There are some decent-looking girls in the shops along there, and a HJ request isn't going to disappoint like it would at the PSE places.
You can definitely do this and get back to the airport within 8 hours. The opinion a couple below is mistaken on a couple of points – you can do it in the time you said and you can definitely and easily find massage joints that just give HJs. There are others than the above, but this is probably the fastest way to get what you're looking for.

It's an older, worn out looking shop, but the ladies aim to please and always deliver.
Take the Airport LINK Express train (150 baht RT) to Phaya Thai (leaves every 30 minutes and takes about 20 minutes). Connect to the BTS here (very short walk on a pedestrian bridge). Take the Skytrain in the direction of Siam to Thong Lo station (about 15 minutes and 30 baht). Get off at Thong Lo and find Tulip. It's literally right next to the station and there is a big sign you can see when you get off the train.
Go inside the shop, ask the desk clerk to see the ladies (downstairs) , tell them you do not want "boom boom," but only a massage and "schuck wow." Heck, you can ask them for anything you want. They will love you for it as they get screwed a lot, although not as much in low season. A one hour massage will cost 400 baht and you should tip the lady at least 500 baht for HJ (600 would make it an even 1000 baht or about $30, tip 1000 for BJ, 1500 more for 3-hole FS). You'll even get a shower or two out of it. It's practically 100% guaranteed. Why take the chance at a walk-in shop somewhere else?
Once washed and "finished," head back on the BTS to Phaya Thai, connect to the LINK Express back to the airport. This can all be done in about 4 hours, give or take a few minutes for connections.

I believe the whole thing will be approx 10k.
Or call EZ Massage, I believe they have a Farang Manager, say exactly what you want and he will set you up. 8 hours is too short for you to go and play around in Lower Sukhumvit.

Walk down Petchaburi 5 minutes, Nancy Massage is on your left. Get a girl and relax in one of their nice rooms with big jacuzzi nice bed, mirrors, etc. Cost prior to 6pm is something like 1300 baht. FS finish twice is what is the norm, but I am sure the girl will not be complaining if you only ask for a HJ. No tip necessary.

Simply put, girls at TULIP don't make any salary and any money from the massage. Their only hope is to get tips so if you get a HJ (500thb) or a BJ (1000 thb) , the girls will see it as a loss of money.
My advice, again, is NOT to go to sukhumvit. Get a small hotel near the airport, order the Tulip girl to come to your hotel, pay the 1, 000 to the shop to take her out and then give her a minimum of 1500 tips.
Very important is the TIME when you will be landing. If it's morning, you're fucked, many places are not open before 11 am and most girls show up for work at 1pm. Keep that in mind and good luck.
By the way, you can also take out Girls from ANNIES MASSAGE, send a note to AEY and negotiate what you want, she may be able to help you.
OR, book a girl from the EDEN CLUB (or 2 girls) and they will bring a bag full of toys, you can watch them fuck each other and participate at your own discretion.

Very much in agreement about the lineup thingamaboob. Half the time I do ask for the lineup; as for the other half, maybe I'm just attempting a game of Russian roulette. First stop. 37. 2 Massage. Located on soi 37, a flight of stairs will lead you up into their minimal but rather modern establishment. The receptionist was very welcoming and quick to offer us a drink, and wanting to lead us to the sofa with the albums in tow. I've been here before, and it's just their somewhat subtle way of getting you to plonk your ass down so that you'll feel (somewhat marginally) guilty if you ultimately decide to leave without patronising. Anyway we told her that we just want to cop a glance at the albums for now, and did so at the reception table. In short, lotsa photoshopping. Each lady's profile typically displayed their name, age, and vital statistics. More curiously, there was an accompanying 2-column table with some Japanese katakana script and a circle, triangle, or cross symbol marked next to them. My friend asked the receptionist what the Japanese script meant; to that she took a deep breath and started rattling off,"this one 2 time can come. This one anggrid ok. This one japanitt ok. This one can kitt. This one smoke condom. This one smoke no condom. This one lick att (ass)!". She was a super trooper I tell ya, we just managed to hold our straight faces long enough to say a generous thank you before leaving.

Soi 24/1 was busy with the motorbike taxis at the entrance of the soi and the food stalls doing brisk business. Plenty of the ladies could be seen enjoying their meals too. Stepped into EZ2 and there were healthy pickings on this weeknight. The receptionist took out several albums and mentioned that girls can be called over from their sister outlets EZ1 and AllStars Massage next door (they're mostly the same girls in different albums). IIRC, it was here that there was a legend alongside the girls' profiles to indicate that 'X' indicated "No", a 'triangle' indicated "OK", 'O' indicated Yes, and 'O with another o inside' means "Very Good". Amen, their Playstation code has been cracked (to a non-Japanese monger that is). Also saw Toon sitting outside the shop, imploring us to stay for a rub. I can safely say that she actually does look quite close to her pic in the album, and cute too. Just my thoughts tho.
Walked into a few of the other shops along the same stretch; Pink Panther, Apple Massage, Cherry Massage, Boss, Angel. The Apple girls seemed fun and playful, loitering outside the shop and the 3 or 4 of them looked fairly attractive. And definitely scored free points simply by being more than JPG files. Angel had their usual photoshopped ladies shuffling around the reception area whereas the remaining shops probably had a gem or two within each premise. There was a looker possibly in her late-20s seated outside Cherry Massage, but didn't get to talk with her.
In general if you're looking for SYTs, chances are you should be able to find at least one on this little street that will float your boat. As for quality of service, YMMV.
After Angel Massage we reached Suk soi 26, and we headed to the next sub soi where 101 Premier Massage is. You'll also pass Momoya Massage and Basha Massage on the left; a very nice-looking joint from the outside and their ladies are ok too, and this is via their lineup. They also utilise the prepaid all-upfront system. Then as we were approaching 101 Premier's doorstep, my friend noticed one of their girls leaving the premises and immediately took a liking to her. We proceeded to enter the shop and my friend enquired about the girl who just left, and the lady at the counter said that she will be on holiday the next day. Nonetheless she made a quick phone call and successfully had her pencilled in for my friend for the following day. I personally fancied the Thai lady herself behind the counter; she looked possibly early 30s, slim, cute as a button with a bobbed haircut. Asked if she was the boss, she coyly scratched her head before flashing a warm smile uttering "husband". Damn. HYes photos are severely photoshopped, so real live girls often do not look as slim, smooth skinned, and as young as in the pictures. I've known Cherry since she started at Mango and besides a great shag I consider her to be a charming woman and an intelligent person. First of all, I'm not the kind of person to go to Management and complain, especially when the girl is standing right behind me. I'm senstive to the whole idea of losing face in Asia. - in the parlors you mention the girls' skills and attitude are more important than their looks. This does not mean that all the girls at (for instance) Tulip or SW are dogs, on the contrary you may find some good or even very good looking gals there, but if what you seek is a broad choice of smoking hot girls, then you may consider other shops, for example in soi 33 or in Petchaburi. I am not an expert here but the service may not be at the same level though.
- don't pay too much attention at the photos in the web sites as they are often photoshopped. Some girls, in addition don't want them up and Tulip, unless my mistake, does not publish them at all. Recently went to these places on soi 24 and 24/1.
On EZ, next door to Mango I asked for a line up and at around 8 pm it was little disappointing overall, but I managed to find a girl to my taste.
Her name was Mint, and her photo on the website as usual is a little bit different, her skin is darker, but she was ok, despite being a little bit overweight.
Her attitude was good, nothing to complain.
My visit to Dream Heaven was next to a walk on the 24/1 street, that can be a little bit intimidating since most massage stores has the girls outside trying to convince you to enter.
A find a little bit more difficult to deal with this situation in comparison to the usual calling from the Traditional Massage places, but of course I always like to do the walking, it allows me to see some girls without having to enter a store.

If 10 widgets sell for 100 baht each every month. Income 1, 000 baht.
If demand slackens and sales are only 5 widgets, then the price should increase to 200 baht.
Thai economics takes this concept two steps further (I) by increasing the price to 250 baht / widget increasing income in a declining market to 1250 baht and (ii)
If there is even lower demand refuse to sell any widgets even at the original price.

Some general comments and then my opinion.
- in the parlors you mention the girls' skills and attitude are more important than their looks. This does not mean that all the girls at (for instance) Tulip or SW are dogs, on the contrary you may find some good or even very good looking gals there, but if what you seek is a broad choice of smoking hot girls, then you may consider other shops, for example in soi 33 or in Petchaburi. I am not an expert here but the service may not be at the same level though.
- don't pay too much attention at the photos in the web sites as they are often photoshopped. Some girls, in addition don't want them up and Tulip, unless my mistake, does not publish them at all. Maybe SW website has some reliable pics but then you may find that in person some girls look even better than in web.

I have not been near a woman for nearly six months so I will be in a very tender state. I think my best option to get rid of the dirty water would be a visit to SW or Mango. What would the line up be like at that time, any rated ones available at that time. I know things have been very quiet in BKK so I'm presuming the ladies won't be too overworked at the moment. Avoid Yuki at Dream Heaven 24/1. I'm not going to bore ya'll with details, but the cliff note version is she's too young / new (20) , didn't have a clue, and her English was non existent. I did address the problem to mamas-an after the session and hopefully they'll teach her the right way, but it might be all for not, doubt she will last very long there.
