Stayed at near by hotel to MP in top list on ratchada and went to MP walking.

First, the cost would likely be prohibitive (depending on how much money you would be willing to spend for this) if you booked through one of the shops (such as Mango, Snow White, Cherry, or the overpriced Bamboo) and a real tour guide would likely be much cheaper. Moreover, I doubt most of the girls would make good tour guides. As to the cost, I suppose you might be able to convince one of the girls to do this on one of their rare days off, but I don't see a separate deal being arranged in advance if you don't already know the girl. Thanks!There are no hard and fast rules about finding such a place. I have had FS in the larger 300 baht massage places including the places that only have 2 cubicles where the walls do not meet the ceiling. A lot of the time it depends on the owners, whether they really police the place or are afraid of the cops or having to pay off the cops.
I have found that any of the small places that are still open late, such as after midnight, are more likely to offer FS. And sometimes it is a good idea to go there when the shop is quiet.
There are the "in-between" places which appear like mom-and-pop stores but are ready for FS. I found a couple down ski 22 that were like that but cannot remember the names. But often I have managed to get FS in a place and the next day it is not on offer from another girl on different shift.
