Those prices are ridiculous. Are these girls 2 or 3 times better looking than the best Thermae girls? If so, which would be the best place for my tastes (ie. Since you like nose jobs, you should be liking the Soapy line ups much more than me. I would suggest you try looking in Merci and Emannuelle. The prices in The Lord may be lower for you (no Farang surcharge for you). So I recommend you have a look, just to know how beautiful they can be and how high the prices can be. Poseidon ground floor had a good sized line up so try that too. In fact all these places may offer you a lower price. Emannuelle should have Farang surcharge too.
I am guessing an Emannuelle body slide girl could be priced at about 1900 for you (2500 for me). There are other higher price levels there too.
I believe the best time is about 7 PM. Be prepared to sit for a while if possible since a stunner may come out. The stunners may not last long in the line up, certainly were getting snapped up quickly at The Lord.

Just done a brief Easter break visit to BKK. Stayed at the Park Plaza again, and did the usual variety of massage place takeouts and other soapies.

Maggie Choos is sort of a pre-game to Ce La Vi as some of the ladies will go there first and if they can't find a guy they usually head over to Ce La Vi.
I typically approach a lady or ladies that I find attractive. Normally the FLers will stand or sit near the bars. Taxi can be bad news at certain times of day (most of the time). There are very limited bridges crossing the canal between Phra Khanong and Prawet districts.

Some years ago, I was travelling on the BTS from Silom to Sukhumvit, so needed to change trains at Siam. On arrival at Siam Station, there was already a train standing at the opposite platform. Getting a little bit caught up in the rush, I ran across and jumped on the other train. Instead of pulling away from the platform towards Sukhumvit, it headed westwards and then north towards Victory Monument. Somewhat embarrassed, I got out at the next station and crossed over the lines to resume my journey in the correct direction.
Annoyed at my mistake, I worked out that trains leaving from the same level, travel in the same direction. So trains going to National Stadium and Mo Chit are going west so they leave Siam from the same level (top). Conversely trains going to Sukhumvit and Silom leave the station in an easterly direction from the bottom level. Trains on the Sukhumvit Line leave from the north side of the station, whilst Silom Line trains leave from the south side platforms.
So now, just before I arrive at Siam Station I just need to think about which direction I am approaching from and which way I want to go. So if arriving from Sukhumvit, if I want to go to National Stadium I need to stay on the same level, if I want to go to Silom I need to go down to the lower level platform.
I am sure there are other ways of doing this, but this way works for me at least for now.

A lot of us suffer from mongers' syndrome, the "fear of missing out" on a super special girl, that others got to fuck. Sometimes only the best will do. Thaksin came to power around 2001 and this marked the start of a decline shortly afterwards, due to clean out by some extra religious guy in the parliament of young girls and girls from Myanmar (Tai-yai). All working girls had to have registration papers etc.
Little doubt the financial troubles of 2007-2008 caused an acceleration of decline. Guys just did not have money for FKK. The economy never fully recovered. The Baht to the Dollar stayed high compared to former times. Thais in general believe the economy is quite poor right now, under the military government. Getting money is considered more difficult than in the Thaksin spurge years. Also the new government started a new cleanout of supposedly "Trafficked" girls. In old times, the non Thai girls and young girls were very popular.
Emannuelle declined very badly I thought until it got it's boost by merging with Amsterdam. I was previously an Amsterdam customer.
So the big decline in Soapies is not just about the most recent years, it has been happening for a long while. I was a big fan of Chao Praya 2 with a large girl line up, up until about 2005 or 2006, when the decline was already happening despite not having reached the stock market crash. Returning after the crash, the line up was decimated. No comparison to its former glory years. So back in those times, I started surveying lots of other Soapies. I had been using also J One, Mona Lisa, Cleopatra, Bangkok Cozy, Nataree and Poseidon sometimes. Several of these closed. Utopia was going strong before the crash but was also decimated. It was a high class place not so cheap. The Plan to build La Belle in place of Mona Lisa came at exactly the wrong time. I assume investors lost on that one big time.
Yet amazingly new Soapies do pop up, e.g. Soulmate on Rama 9 close to The Office (formerly ChaiLai and then called Colonze 4).

Would like to share with you a place which strictly should be avoided at all costs, I had the worst experience ever at a massage parlor today, namely B&B massage in sukhumvit soi 24/1.
I wanted to be a bit selective as it is my last day here, and wanted to leave on a memorable note, started off by visiting Mango, small selection only 4 ladies, no lookers, went on to 102 massage next door, 4 girls again and 2 Japanese customers already. I would also estimate that the vast majority the women who are choosing to enter the trade are being their own mamasans and meeting customers online.

Common people were hurting as prices for cooking gas went up a lot while price of fuel dropped encouraging higher use of cars, when traffic jams already bad. Stupid policies of Yingluck caused most of economy to go bad again.
For the Soapy Industry in Bangkok, what the tourists are doing is mostly irrelevant. Tourists would make up a very small portion of the business that Soapies used to do in the good years. The major customers are Thais, plus foreigners (a lot Asian) that have lived and worked here for a significant time.
Tourists would be much more relevant to Soapies in Pattaya and Patong Beach, not so much in Chiang Mai.

AR peak times in the Suk area, it may only be 2 KM but there will be many ladies. Other times in the early mornings it will be 5 KM or more. Outside Bangkok I have seen up to 20 KM.
There is no real way to judge the bodies of the ladies accept by whatever photos they provide. However, what you could do is ask them to do a video call with you. This may help you to decide. I think Ocean is a very good option because of the low prices and also because the line up is big enough to give a few options. It was called Colonze 2 in former times so I presume still part of the Colonze group.
