Hi Zipppy and everyone. I might be planning a layover of 2 to 3 days in Venezeula before I come to Brazil. I still am trying to work on this plan it would be Chicago directly to Caracas then To Rio And SP Brazil then Lima Peru. I think Suriname will be postponed for awhile. I am trying hard on this. I've tried paper ads in Maracaibo a few times. It is really a hit and miss. There is also good street action there. I've also been to a couple of brothels in Maracay. Have a look at the archives (2001-2002). I used the nickname "Leo" at the time. I heard there is a new one in Maracay suposedly called Chanel, at 51 Calle San Marcos, La Cooperativa, but being abroad i haven't tried it yet. Maybe next christmas.

No info on other cities or bondage.

A good tip that can work at the night clubs is to go just to check and meet the girls. Then you can arrange something with them for the following day, since it is always a pain in the ass to get them out of there straight away (you have to pay for a lot of drinks and/or her penalty fee). Hi Nibu, I visited Quinta Cristal about 18 months ago and had a good time there it is really quite large for a knocking shop located out of town in a industrial type area. There where lots of girls working the night I was there and I regret only visiting once As it was I while ago I forget the details but I remembered it reminded me of a Labour club or Social club in the UK the way the tables where arranged. The Hotel Click will do anything you want but is not advertised as a massage place it is very easy to find on Calle 78 opposite Cabaret just look for the bright lights. The owner of both the previous mentioned places and Champagne is a Colombian guy or used to be hence nearly all Colombian chicks. Usually it is better to have a take away either back to your hotel or a Motel nearby there are many just for that purpose. There is one hotel in the centre of town a 4 star which is not girl friendly I cannot remember the name but when it comes to me I will post it so we can all avoid it.

Just a snippet of info for you Luke when I have been to Maracaibo I have used Antonellas chicas for visits to my hotel they are nearly always good, however if you have a problem with the girl not being what you expected just tell them to go away and bring another and they will. The girl always comes with a driver who returns exactly after 2 hours sometimes they ask for taxi money but this is already included in the price so don't provide it. Sorry to contradict you Nibu but Ojeda is near Maracaibo just across the lake, unless of course there are 2. I was once going to Merida for a long weekend with a Colombian chick I got very attached to in Maracaibo (this was the famous Kangrihera I posted about before) on route the heavens opened I have never seen it rain so hard anywhere roads were blocked mudslides everywhere and we had to spend the night in a village called I think San Berdino Mendoza on the south end of lake Maracaibo.
The only hotel in the village was the absolute pits not very clean or safe so it was decided to have a few beers and sleep in the car, we called into this dingy bar and my friend got talking to the owner who told us about a motel close by so we decided to give it a try. Anyway we got found it no problem about a mile outside of town, it was a square courtyard with 2 storey buildings surrounding it we had a little difficulty checking in as the guy couldn't understand we needed it all night anyway it cost me about 30$. You went to your room by car as below was a garage which opened up you drove in and the door shut behind you, at the back of the garage was a spiral staircase which led to your room. The room had a massive bed, fridge, TV and Jaccuzi it was perfect and I would love to go back. During the night there was lots of screaming and moaning from the various rooms surrounding the courtyard which helped me to perform, in the morning I went out onto the balcony rain had stopped and was a nice day a chica came out of a room close by and saw I was a gringo she went back inside and came out with another chica and they started waving and playing with there tits for me I think I maybe the only gringo who has been there. This story may seem untrue to a few people as when I have told about it before I can see doubt in the faces but no bullshit this Motel is located on the left hand side about a mile before the village coming from the east, and entrance is at the north eastern corner of the courtyard. I intend to visit Peru soon I am just waiting for a good flight deal I know you know everthing about Peru which is the best hotel for me to stay in while I am in Lima, not expensive all I need is clean and girl friendly. Hi Catire, maybe you can recommend a good motel for me in Caracas for my next trip, is the Embassy hotel still going? I remember one of the VIP rooms there had a wooden chair like contraption with leather ties where you could tie up your chicas and give it them from behind or maybe they could tie up you and give you a big surprise. The whole street where Embassy was had a few bars and other hotels but was a little bit scary at night.

Love motels very rarely accept normal guests for overnight stays of several days or more. I´m not even sure that the Calle de Los Hoteles love motels let the backpacker types stay there during the weekdays.

That said, LOTS of "normal" hotels in the Sabana Grande and Chacaito area. Walk around and ask around.

Embassy doesn´t allow normal guests far as I know. The wooden chair is a contraption you will find in many love motels as well.

Calle de Los Hoteles has been cleaned up. It is far better lit and some of the homeless types were kicked out last December. Businesses have hired people to act as watchmen, on top of their own people immediately outside. These guys watch out for trouble and also will walk girls up the street, etc etc. A brand new Areperia at the end of the street with the junction w Casanova has also helped "clean up" the street. It´s not Park Avenue, but it´s certainly less "scary" than it used to be, though I have walked up and down on it, before and after cleanup w problems. Maybe I´m just lucky. Regardless of everything, don´t get drunk and walk around along. anywhere!

as to Edificio Volta.
a friend of mine had a severe case of blueballs and went in and then waved me to come in have a look as I wasn´t going to believe this. And I didnt but it was true. There was an absolute stunner in there, and she wanted 16K bolivares for a quickie (which is like 15 to 20 mins in there). If you don´t mind going where hundreds of men have gone before, perhaps even that day, then it´s the place to go I suppose. I´d recommend wearing three rubbers or more.

You have to be careful though, for fake bills, though they will be more worried about YOUR dollar bills being fake. Security is also an issue. If anyone knows you are carrying around 500,000 bolivares or more, you become a very clear and obvious target- So, be careful where the transaction is taking place and make sure once you have the money you have a reliable and immediate source of transportation to get the fuck out of there fast.

The buses/coaches in Venezuela I have used from Caracas have always departed from the main "terminal de pasajeros" and they are very easy to use, normally buy your ticket before boarding and pay tax at a little office they also take your name and submit it to the office before leaving. The buses/coaches very often have darkened windows and show a video on route and they are really cheap Eg Caracas to Maracay 2000Bs but I am sure prices are double this now but still cheap.. as I have said earlier I am busy elsewhere so I am not up to date.

Last time I did the trip I went to Choroni (a little fishing village) but be warned no action here at all as I could see.

Don't worry about the airport the walk from international to domestic terminals is a little exposed but during the day unless you accept a lift from a stranger no problems. I didn't want to alarm you with my last report just caution.

Another city which maybe entertaining is Valera, no tourists but well located very close to La Puerta (gateway to the Andes) have had a couple of girls from here and both were hot and liked anal (maybe a trend here) they have a nickname I think Goitchas.

Oh by the way another travel option in Venezuela which is quicker than buses is "Car ree toes" (Pronunciation)
this is where you share a car with other passengers going to the same destination these also leave from the terminal and you can pay a little extra for the front seat if you wish.

to got from Caracas to Valencia via bus you will have to catch the bus at the City's bus station, the name of which escapes me at the moment.

but you cannot catch such a bus at the airport as far as I know, nor from La Guaira proper, since the bus has to go thru Caracas anyways.

The buses leave on something like a 15-20 minute schedule to Valencia, Maracaibo, etc etc etc etc. This won't be a problem.

They'll wait until they can fill the bus and off they go (but not much longer than 20 min wait).

I will do my best to answer some questions but as I said I keep missing my trips back to Maracaibo due to other commitments.

The Panorama always has ads etc and one of the Massajista ads is for Antonellas chicas maybe tied to the brothel you mentioned but only guessing. A cheap hotel in the centre of all the action is The Golden Monkey but I can't comment on quality. The street walkers are usually found on calle 76 to calle 78 and streets adjoining the 2 but be careful there are a lot of Trannys around this area. You are correct. there are two Embassies.

The first, Embassy Suites is a four star hotel on the other side of Centro Lido. Prices for rooms will be $100 + a night.

The other, simply called Hotel Embassy (no Suites in the name) is on the Calle de los Hoteles and yes it's a love hotel. There is an "American Bar" downstairs that opens at 9PM. During the day alongside it is a normal restaurant.

I have seen backpackers walking around there during day, surely staying in one of those places but I am not sure which one, and I would suspect Embassy wouldn't be one of them (though I could be wrong)

if you stay in any of the love motels it's a good bet they'll throw you out for the weekend. There is simply too much local by the hour demand.

There is a bank there for emergencies. one 5 star hotel (Coral Suites I think) and numerous Posadas and smaller hotels. The Valencia people use Chichirivichi as a weekend resort there are not a lot of bars with women maybe only 2 (the ones I visited) but I enjoyed myself I don't want you going and being disappointed, Regarding police stops I had none in Falcon state or Carrabobo state.

You might look into a club named Doral located off a side street near Sabana grande. There is no entry fee. the place you are referring to is called El Doral.

It is a half block north of the street that runs west just north of Sabana Grande.

just up the street froma big areperia on the corner.

From Edificio Volta - take the first street that goes north/south north one block.

Hang a left (going west) walk another block to a stoplight. There will be an areperia on the corner.

At the stoplight, take that street going north (hang right). El Doral is about a half block down the street. You will see a Hotel Savoy on the corner, head toward it, then walk north.

Across the street from El Dora is a hotel called Cumberland.

Don't bother going before 10PM or so.
