Anyways. Here's the story. I was bored and wanted to hit up a few casas for the first time. My contact took me to about 3 different sports. (Sorry I don't remember the names of the other spots. Many if not most do not want or will not set a price.
You will be asked about what you are looking for in an arrangement. If they seem home bound, like with kids, tell them that you are having to travel to the area frequently for work and are looking for a GFE type. Most are not home bound and are looking to travel, so tell those types when they ask about an arrangement that you are looking for a travel partner. Try not to mention money when asked what kind of an arrangement you want.
Keep your first meet quick, a drink over a meal. Make sure that she is the woman in the photo and has a decent personality. Use google translate if Spanish is difficult. It works well in a quiet place as long as there is decent internet.

Cartagena is not the place you want to be on SA as well. There are too few choices. You want to do Medellin or Bogota, find the best women and fly the women from there to Cartagena. The reason for that is that there are not that many woman on SA in Cartagena, and you have 10 X as many in either city over Cartagena.
