These shots, less the first one (taken by my little Sony) are freeze frames from one video I took in August of Olya, my 46 hour live-in. This is how I was taught to do this. I am sure there is a better way. I pause the video, hit function key and print screen. Then paste it into Microsoft Paint, make my protective fixes, then resize at one of the ISG recommended sites (http://www.Shrinkpictures.com/) and then upload. Wish the pics were not so grainy. If anyone can give me a better way please let me know since I have 'beaucoup and zwanzig' videos from my many trips to Kiev.

HunterI can probably help you, but it would help me to know what camera you are shooting with, what format you shoot (frame rate, size and compression codec) and what video editing software you use. If you don't have good editing software the free MPEG Streamclip might do for your needs, it is very good for a free program. You can get it at http://www.squared5.com/

You should make your freeze frames with editing software that will convert them to TIF or JPEG. You may not need to resize them at all, but if you do, no reason to go below 640x480 (as suggested below).

If you allow me, I have reported just a statistics about the reality. She might do CIM and swallow to you as you are relatively safe and knows you (still, I know, it might not mean much) , but would reject to a guy who looks at the edge. If she ever goes with a borderline customer.

Obviously if you venture into borderline girls, anything can be expected. From herself, not necessarily from her customrs through her (even if sheeps go with sheeps and cows go with bulls and monkeys go with monkeys)
