Which hotels are green 5 stars or close and would not ask for ID?Odd FR as you have 7 posts since 2013 and this is the hotel thread where there is a wealth of information on what hotels do / don't and the color plus hints, tips and warnings!

So welcome to the board manager JAS and try RTFF as you will surprised at what you find including answers to your question.

I stayed there recently though and a girl I was thinking to take back from the Seaview said they stop girls there regularly.

Hi guys,

It's been a while that I visited Dubai. I usually stay in Marriott Marquis and it was green.

This trip I have to stay in The Westin Dubai Al Habtoor City.

Any idea if it is green or not? If it's green, do I have to go down to pick the girl (I have colleagues with me in the hotel).

I did about 10 pages of RTFF but could not find info.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi,

I will be in Dubai for 2 nights in mid February. Almost 2 nights. Arriving on a Friday morning and flying out at 3 am on Sunday morning.

So, I will have some time to tour, walk around and do not have to stay in the airport area.

I have read the RTFF and it appears that staying on Sheikh Zayed Road or Bur Dubai is the best spot.

I want to book 2 nights at an inexpensive hotel that is Green--not even sleeping in the hotel on Saturday night.

I read buried back in this forum that the IBIS was green last year. Anybody have an update? Does anybody have any other recommendations for Green hotels in these areas that are less expensive?

Thanks. Are.

Hey,

I will be visiting Dubai end of Feb 2017 and was wondering if there are any hotels in Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road) with spa that offer happy endings?

Traveling with family and hence can't venture out much.

TIA.

Hi,

Need some advice on hotel / clubs in Dubai. In the past I've normally only explored ratsky (and stayed at the Karama).

However this time I am booked for a weekend into Park Regis kris kin as I got a super deal on agoda. I hear there is a club in park regis itself. Is it any good? Better pickup there or should I just go to Ratsky? If I pickup at the club in park regis can I go straight to my room with the girl? If I pick up at ratsky is it ok to take a cab back from there to park regis with the girl? (not fully sure about the rules in dubai).

Thanks for your guidance.

Jeremy.

Why do you want to stay in a hotel with a club? Generally hotels with pick up joints or such clubs are mostly RED.

Cavali is very expensive in terms of mongering and you will have to negotiate very hard to bring someone over less than 2500.

You can consider the below hotels suitable to your purpose close to SZR and last checked were GF:

- Novotel, World Trade center (Rooms are small though).

- Conrad Hotel (ID Needed).

- Park Regis (Bur Dubai) - ID Needed.

- Four Points Sheraton. SZR - ID Needed.

Make booking for double occupancy wherever you stay. Except Park Regis I am not aware of current status for other 3 but they were GF till Mid December.

Have a good time!

Also if someone could suggest some places nearby.Citymax is red for the commercial purpose, which means if you want to take a girl with you, they would ask you to book another room. However, if you take the girl at the time of check-in and register her by showing her ID, it may be possible to take her. Registering later on, would be quite difficult. If not impossible.

London Crown Hotel next to Burjuman hotel is red. I told initially that I can bring in guests, eventually when I turned up with a gal, I was told they don't allow guests. That kinda sucks as the idea behind asking about guests to bring in gals of course.

Jeremy.PM me Jeremy as managers like you should only use the premier service for such questions not the Joe blog service LOL.

Await the PM and the many FRs on Ratskys etc so you can a contributor not a manager. Aarogon mentioned something about some posters assuming they were entitled to answers without giving back.

So best PM to avoid any issues with others calling you out public ally.

Once I was invited by an African lady I met at the bar downstairs (freebie) and despite she going first to the room and me following her a couple of minutes later, reception rang as soon as I got in and was advice to leave. The reason I was given is max occupancy was 2 guests (she shared with another girl) which is fair enough.

Having said that around midnight you can usually find tons of guys checking in ladies with all sorts and colors so I would say this place is Orange?

Dear all,

I have been a long term guest of Winchester Grand which has been very Orange (many freebies and P2P from all nationalities allowed with ID and a tip) but due to a dispute with the landlord the place is shutting down.

Do you have any recent update about other serviced apartments (not hotels) in Bur Dubai area please:

- Winchester (sister property) is also Orange since have same management?

- Golden Sands (reception seems very busy and security is loose to care so Orange?

- Welcome Hotel Apartments 2?

- Tulip (I was there a year ago and was Red).

- Pearl Residence (Red since many local families visit?

- Xclusive?

- London Creek apartments?

- Al Manar Grand?

Thanks in advance.

I have tried a few airbnbs in Dubai and this worked out best in terms of a comfortable, large one bedroom or studio apartment. Once you checkin, there are no questions asked by the security at the apartment and some also give you a parking tag which helps you to go straight up to the apartment from the basement. Would strongly vouch for airbnbs instead of hotels with constantly changing policies!

Made the mistake of booking Radisson Blu in Deira the last time I was there. Despite the Kubu Bar being found there, the hotel itself turned out to be red. Tried taking the elevators at the side entrance near to Kubu, which only seemed to go as far as the 5th floor. Considering I was staying 8th I had a long walk of shame along the restaurant, through the lobby, towards the elevator. The girl was called back just meters away from the elevator and asked for her passport, after which they refused her entrance. Went out to her place after all. Bad experience though.

Never had this in Majestic Tower at Mankool Road, where you book a upgraded room at the same rate probably. Possibly you can get more discrete entrance through the parking lot as well but never tried. I did see one guy being stopped at the lobby once, although he was obviously drunk and making a big drama claiming the African on his side was actually his wife.

Movenpick Ibn Batutta also green, even the bellboy confirmed it to me. ID required though. LE Meridien Club near the airport same story, but probably enough side entrances to get into your room without passing any bellboy, lobby or reception.

So boys, I'm travelling to Dubai again. This time I'm planning to invite two girls over at the same time, ones I met on SA.

Last time I met one in LE Mer Airport and they required an ID, so I don't want to take two girls at a time.

The second time I was in Grosvenor Marina, and being in Tower 1 I could just take the girl to the elevator without even passing reception or being asked anything, however I don't know if this would be possible with two girls at the same time.

Anyone have any experiences with bringing 2 girls to their room overnight?

Can you even book these apartments for 1 night at the last moment is it possible or only for stays of 3 days and above: And which all building have you already lived: share via PM: its time to move the air bnb way.Hi Alex,

RBNB can be a better option than hotels. Most of the properties are girl friendly since they are not managed like hotels. My tip is to always search for properties managed by rental agencies instead of a one solo advertiser. Most of these agencies have multiple apartments so they do not have any personal security or checks like that. Some rely on the building security which more often than not do not care about your friend. I have stayed in quite a few and this helps a lot. Most of them have an agent that will met you at the building and handover the keys without any scrutiny. I recently stayed overnight in a Dubai Marina apartment with a girl known thanks to an ISG member. The only requirement from RBNB is that you have to register and get verified with at least your phone number and or plus a Photo ID or document like that. You do not need to have your real name as user name I think. You will exchange contacts with the landlord only after the booking and this is done via the site.

Regarding the minimum stay it all depend on the landlord so it's not a general rule.

You could also have option to choose shared properties where you actually live with the owner. Some people try to get extra cash by renting out their 2 or 3 bedrooms. I guess this is not the best option for mongers.

I will PM soon some infos Boss.

Normal rooms are easily accessible from different side entry's without any check last time I was there, and if you have a room at the yard she can even take the back entrance of your room. However, judging by your taste for hotels, I am not sure whether these rooms meet your standards. They have no bath, just a power shower in the cheapest upgrade I think. You can also consider moevenpick Ibn Batutta, great rooms and if they stop you just tell them you are going to the Maroc bar and take the elevator after a drink anyway. I've often seen escorts and ladies on the terrace there as well, but it is a bit remote from the rest of the action. Good luck and have fun.

Checked in early evening, took a nap, went out hunting during the wee hours and came back with my catch around 1 am. I always drive my car, and park it in the basement and go up in the lift from the basement. And I always book double occupancy. They may be watching on cam, but I was not disturbed.

New Penninsula is in Al Fahidi Street, Bur Dubai, next to Al Gubaiba bus station and so also near Al Gubaiba metro station and Carrefour.

One Nigerian girl working in Panorama once pointed this hotel to me when I asked cheap girl friendly hotel. I used to use this hotel on my Dubai visits.

Nowadays you can bring girl in, if you have booked room to two, and girl have ID.

BUT: if you later bring another girl than the first one, then you need to pay. Sorry, I forgot how much, it was not as much as room rate, but quite a lot anyway.

So this hotel is good choice for cheap hotel in Bur Dubai, if you are going to be with only one girl, or you are just one night and one girl.

Sad that I don't remember how much I had to pay for second girl, maybe I have to do it again if no other hotels available.

I visited this hotel last time in 9th of January 2017.

Jeremy.Karama used to be one of my favourites hotels before. But I haven't gone there for a long time. Anybody know what is status nowadays?

I need some place to replace New Penninsula hotel.

I remember at one point couple of years ago (or some years ago?) Karama had period that they only allowed girls "with same race". Then at some point their policy was quite red, but since guys in reception remembered me well and knew that I was regular customer, I was allowed to bring girls from any race. So their policy can be sometimes depending the person.

Anybody visited recently in Karama hotel? JeremyKnots or others, any info?

I was staying here the past few days and had a girl over one night. Called her straight up to my room, she came in on her own late at night and checked in with ID and had no issues.

I have a feeling that most hotels near the airport are generally going to be green and if you're looking for a decent place to stay for a really good price, I recommend it.

Samaya hotel in Deira RED. Was a bit surprised when showed up around 5 am with an Iranian girl. I went straight to the reception with the girl and asked them if they need the her ID. They said "ID For what?. Guests are not allowed...".

I saw before many of the WG working in the area going there so didn't suspect it is red.

Hi everyone,

This is my first post ever having joined as a member a few days ago. Looking forward to being able to contribute more and share experiences.

I had recently arranged to meet up again with an Iranian (from Premier) at Four Points by Sheraton on SZR, knowing it is green and having not faced any issues with them before. Usually book the room under 1 person and have the girl (s) sign in with ID later on in the evening, however, this time this was not the case.

Was informed by the front desk that they recently had an issue with LE on guests, and that they can't add a guest after the initial check in (or what was initially booked). Granted I may be wrong, may be the guy was having a bad day. Even as I tried persuading him that I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom and that it was kind of ridiculous. Had to make alternate arrangements.

Just an FYI.

T.

I'm finding this one a challenge! When I arrived I asked about changing to double occupancy and they said +100 AED / day. I said no. I have only brought one girl in and that was successful. She was casually dressed and it was early (8 pm) so no one stopped us. They watch like a hawk though and it is a long walk from the front door to the back where the elevators are, with the length of the reception desk and concierge along the way. One of the worst walks of shame I've seen! There is a side door, but they station a guy there just to stair at people coming in.

If anyone has any tips or suggestions, I'd welcome them!

Unlike last time, they didn't ask for girl's name.

Asked me whether I was expecting someone since I booked for double occupancy.

And told me to register her when she comes.

Had high expectations when I saw it.

Hi guys,

So visiting Dubai for sometime, thought to give tinder a try! So many girls and the accounts looks promising, long story short avoid anyone from tinder who does only incall in her apartment, they are in SZR, Marina, Barsha!

They are agents and when you show up you will be surprised by a trap (black girls), I was lucky and managed to leave.

Number of that agent was 052XX969.

Stay safe!

Gents,

I was recently at the Grosvenor House and my room was in Tower 1, I can confirm that it's completely green. You can just walk straight to the elevators without even crossing reception. Not sure about the situation in tower 2, but Tower 1 is green for sure!

I say it's mainly red as the security guy says he's mostly not allowed to allow girls to room. Even sign in is an issue. You could probably sneak a girl in during the day as no security at that time. Hence mostly red.

This is after I called hotel and they said it was fine for a girl to be signed in as long as she has ID. Go figure.

I was staying here the past few days and had a girl over one night. Called her straight up to my room, she came in on her own late at night and checked in with ID and had no issues.

I have a feeling that most hotels near the airport are generally going to be green and if you're looking for a decent place to stay for a really good price, I recommend it.Thank you BlackSanta for the tip, enjoyed staying there. Decent green place and not heavy on the pocket.

We are 3 people and booked 2 bhk apartment on 4 people sharing basis.

Please tell me if this place is green or not? Can I register the 4th guest anytime I like? We are booked for 5 nights here.

Then moving to Abu Dhabi.

Please brothers suggest me something if this place is not green then guide me to the nearby places.

Cheers.Media Rotana in Tecom is totally green. When I checked in, I wasn't asked who the second guest will be (always a good sign). The best thing about the hotel is that it has two entrances. The main one leading to the reception and there's a small entrance on the left of the main one which can be used to access the lifts which take you to the rooms / club on M floor. I used this entrance to take my lady friend to my room, so I didn't even have to register her, so very very convenient. There is a desk on this entrance but there was never anyone there. Note, I stayed there in mid Dec 2016.

I am confused.

What a good location to stay on the mongering trip.

Jumeirah / palms is amazing locale and feels elite. (hoping to get an ocean facing room).

Deira / bur is too crowded and busy.

Can someone suggest a GREEN hotel in the $125 range.

I will be renting a car (have no idea of the traffic in DXB).

Intend to use in while club hopping / nighttime.

Will Jumeriah be to far away from action.

Is Deira derivable at nights (have to do premier / Moscow).

Have good 6 nights, and can change hotels.

Pl guide guys.I personally don't like the palm and marina or Jumeirah too much. More expensive and a bit far away from Bur / Deira, that I do prefer. It's probably a 30 m drive, If traffic is OK. Driving around bur Dubai and Deira is no problem, if traffic is OK. Forget it on Thursday and Friday afternoon and evening.

I mostly prefer a taxi, it's more easy.

I would like to enjoy Deira for two nights next week. Any suggestion for 4 or 5 stars hotel there or nearby? The simple answer is "yes" plenty ideas as a RTFF will help.

Your 87 "FRs" are really a lot of questions like the one here, and you have asked in many countries but you don't really FR much after you get the information (if people do respond to you).

Try RTFF and put ion "Deira, 3-5 star" and surprise you will loads of information and you will find some from there also.

Palm means green all hotels, hotel apartments, air bnb, private apartments, villas and penthouses all meant to party and super green until you don't create ruckus and police has to be called.

How about heading to a bar first in the hotel then going to the room?

Appreciate any advice.

I also thought that this hotel was very green. It is surprising to see the change from management, my guess is something must have happened.

Suitable to note that this hotel caters to a wide array of business travelers so it is indeed a surprise.

I have done the going up to bar approach before at different hotel though. One thing to note is that on each side (left and right towers) there is a security guard in both elevator areas who I have seen asking guests / visitors where they are heading towards.

Harry.Harry, here is the deal, if you bring a girl back after 2 ish, you will have a problem and most likely get denied. Prior, pretend you are going to the bar on the 69th floor, or really take her to the bar and then head back down to your floor. So, while it is "red" there are ways to circumnavigate.

Be mindful that due to CCTVs someone can / may follow you up / down or knock on your door. I did an FR on Novotel alBarsha back in April 2016 where we were given notice of this practice and the hotel's 'solution'.

Needless to say we checked-in elsewhere.

Be careful.

I once picked a girl in a bar for ST, she led me to one of those Chinese hotels and we got some fun there. On my way out and I talked to the manager about coming with my girl and he gave me his business card. Since I took several part timers there whenever I could not accommodate. They charge between (50 to 100 per hour. They are mainly set up in apart hotels. I found recently one not far from Panorama hotel. They provide condoms and clean towels (which I recommend to use as a sheet). It is not equivalent to hotels but it is a good solution for residents who can't bring in WG home for whichever reason. It is not as convenient as hotel for privacy (during the peak hours you might bump into someone waiting for a room) but it is cheap and convenient enough for a quickie especially in daytime and they of course they don't ID.

Stay safe.

Stayed in this hotel and is green with ID. The lobby is quite busy all the time with many tourists walking in and out. Therefore unless your girl's clothes scream "I am a hooker", you can easily be part of the crowd and no one will notice. Good rooms and had dinner at Nelsons, which is a nice bar. Did not notice any WGs there but I understand there is a night club in the hotel. Did not get a chance to check it out.

Depending on your budget, it is not on the cheap side, I consider it to be mid range. It also have club / bar on side where you can find company, mostly CIS, Viet, a few Africans.

If hotel budget is your concern, my advice to you is: just find a hotel or hotel apartment within your budget but make sure it is guest friendly, as for the company you can use Taxi to go to clubs such as York and bring back your company.

Good luck to you, enjoy your trip.

But this hotel is probably not the best in terms of quality but it definitely will serve your purpose of just meeting someone and getting done with it. Without much hassles.

Dear members,

I am transiting through Dubai, and I will have most probably 4 hours or 9 hours of layover / stopover free time.

Grateful to let me know how I can maximise that little time for some action, if possible in a nearby hotel / apartment.

Are you looking to stay in hotel or doing some incalls?

For hotels, you can go through the forum there are a couple of hotels in Airport area, and Bur Dubai is near Airport so you can pick up some girls from there as most of clubs are in the area.

Hunter:

With such a short LAYover, and the risk of flight delays I would suggest skipping the hotel route and planning for an apartment AMP.

With a fraction of your hotel spend, you can spice it up at their place.

By going to an apartment with 6-10 girls you can maximize the probability of banging two or more women you are attracted to. Bang the one you like most for an hour and then get her an a friend the next hour if you liked her or two others if you prefer. The pure viet joints have some of the freshest girls, but you should watch out for the facilities. Ask them to send you a picture of the room as well as the girls so you know if you will be comfortable. I have banged several teenagers at the chinese joints that have a mix of nationalities.

Don't tell them you are passing through, and they will treat you like a player they want to entertain. The threesome will be more fun once you get the first round out of the way, especially if you repeat one girl and add the other.

Mostly applies to viet / indon / chinese / fili chicks, but I know many apartment AMPS feature indo-pak and have started afros and stanis as well.

If that is too much adventure for you, there are dozens of legit AMPS that can accommodate.

This is the best I can recommend without knowing your taste in women. You will certainly have a better time than your mauritus reports.

Check out the reports and approach the right forum brother.

I have just made a booking online and when I received my confirmation I noticed the below:

Tourism Notice:

In accordance with UAE CID (United Arab Emirates Crime Investigation Department) hotel system, ALL hotel guest room occupants are required to register at the reception and present their original passport, Emirates ID or any UAE Government issued ID for scanning upon check-in. Non-registered guests will not have access to the guest rooms, however, may access the hotel's public areas.

I received this on my official confirmation. Now I am a bit worried, I have used this hotel twice in the last 3 years with no problems. Does anyone know anything??

Green with ID. Very good hotel, reasonably priced and prime location. I've stayed here at least 3 X now and have never had any issues. Just book a room for 2 people and just ID check will be needed, otherwise you'll have to pay 60 AED for the other 'guest'.

ID can be provided upon check in or after once the guest has arrived. I've had no issues even when the room was registered to one person initially.

My last stay was around 4-5 months ago.

I tried yesterday to bring a girl from Moscow back to HDC. I had read before it was green, and especially so, with the direct rear-door access to the lifts. However, I quickly was told "no visitors allowed" and had to send the girl off in a fairly embarrassing situation. Have had good experiences at 4/5* hotels in JBR and SZR, so was quite surprise (and disappointed) by this. Add to this the decidedly down market breakfast, the slow internet, and dingy lobby, and it's off my list!

Some elements of answer here, for those who don't read the news: http://gulfnews.com/news/uae/courts/british-woman-to-be-deported-for-illicit-sex-with-emirati-1.2064573.

There are a few things to learn from this. First, don't make a fuss and keep a low profile. Had the guy given the woman's ID, that would have resulted in either getting rejected, or accepted but most likely not ending up behind bar. Second, LE do require authorization to break into a private place (although here, I imagine that they just got a pass from the hotel). Third, although everybody knows that most hotels are brothels, as long as you play by the hotel rules and bother nobody, you are (hopefully) safe: It seems the illicit sex crime is used whenever you breach other rules.

Thoughts?

Stay safe.

Stay safe.It was stupid of the guy to refuse to show an ID, but the guard, sigh, what an excuse for a person, he probably will use the incident as a dinner topic for the rest of his life, on how he sent 2 people to jail because they did not follow the rules, and oh, 2 people from supposedly privileged backgrounds compared to him.

He could have easily reported it and the hotel would have not checked out the guest until he produced an ID for the lady, but no, he has to rush and call LE to get his 2 minutes of fame.

For those who have been in DXB for some time, would know that there are certain taxi drivers and "security guards" who are itching to show hwo upright they are, either because they drive anyone drunk to the police station or because they call LE on anyone they think is indulging in immoral acts.

Any Idea?I know that some hotels have staff (mainly Arabs from Yemen, or Egypt) dressed with local dress to serve coffee and offer dates. But in general they were a turban instead of the Agal (the black round thingy they put to hold the gutra). If you do think there are locals I see two possibilities. The first is that they are staff (which I doubt). And the other is LE.

Hi Guys,

Quick question. I've stayed in a slew of GF hotels in Dubai in the past and reported on them, however, this time, I'm planning on staying in Dubai for a week and would like to stay in a GF hotel apartment in the Deira / Bur Dubai area. I've looked on booking.com and came across names like London Crown 1/2 hotel apts and Tulip Hotel Apaprtments in Bur Dubai. The reason for choosing an apartment this time around is that a hotel for 7 days would be a bit costly.

Does anyone know if any of these are GF or if anyone has any recommendations in the nearby areas, that would be good. I've stayed in Marriott executive suites before but they are very expensive.

Cheers.

And yes, the ones I noticed were more or less LE, you can tell apart very quickly. In some hotels with glass lifts in atriums, you may find them looking up following the lift.

Cheers.Usually these places are not GF friendly. If you book for two you can bring one girl in later but she has to register. Once you register one you can't bring another. Try baity or winchester apts. You can call these places and they would let you know their policies. I have stayed at somewhere hotel deira which is similar and is GF friendly. But check out their prices if it is suitable for you.

Cheers.Last night I picked an uzbick girl from abjar hotel, and she took me to her room in a hotel three blocks inside the dira area just opsit the Hyatt. We walked in she greeted the receptionist got her key changed, apparently she was locked out of her room before she left and was handed a new key, all of this while I just stood there and no question about me or my ID or what I was doing at 5 am following this girl into her room.

If this budget hotel is this cool with girls, I can imagine they would treat the guys even better. The reason I bring it up is because of its proximity to premiere at the Hyatt, and the fact that it was new and clean. I guess this could be a good choice for someone who can't take girls back to their home or hotel for privacy reason, but don't want to fork out big bucks for few hours activity.

The downside, it's tucked in a bustling street in a dira neighborhood that's full of regular people.

I'm not going to name the hotel till I get more qualifications about their policy and was this just an odd incident.

I just noticed that the rate for a room in Dubai via booking.com includes the other fees they used to charge in addition to the room rate. Saw this on booking.com. Is this a recent development because I stayed for 4 nights in Dubai at the end of June and these charges were extra in addition to the room cost:

Prices are per room.

Included: 10 % Municipality fee, AED 20.00 Tourism fee per night, 10 % Property service charge.

I take the girls mostly from Q43 and from the Pool when the party is in the evening. From the pool is no issue because you can go direct to the lift.

From Q43 I come from the back to the lift. So no need to pass the reception.

In November I am again in media one and will check if things are changed.

I'd say Airbnb is your best bet. A few years ago I put some family in an apartment in JBR which was very good, clean, big bed, decent value for money. Lots of apartments on the Palm, Marina etc I'm sure, where you wouldn't have to contend with security as a "resident".

And when you walk into the hotel, walk in confidently and head straight for the lifts without being too aware of staffs around you. Worst case, they will stop and ask you which room number, and she will get a call to check if you are an invited guest. Emirates ID is never a problem. It's only to save their backs when crime happens.

Don't know where to post this but I'll throw it here. I have a girlfriend of only 19 years old, the problem is she's originally from around this gulf area. We're a bit scared to try a hotel since they ask for emirates ID's, do you guys think the age would be a problem? If I were you I will be very careful with 19 year old girl from this area. Best option is to choose hotel which has basement car park. Go first and do the checkin. Pickup the girl later and park in basement, go straight to room. I have done it many times and not once I was asked girls ID. They rarely watch the cameras. I have used one hotel successfully many times. PM me for details.

Book the hotel in her name. And when you walk into the hotel, walk in confidently and head straight for the lifts without being too aware of staffs around you. Worst case, they will stop and ask you which room number, and she will get a call to check if you are an invited guest. Emirates ID is never a problem. It's only to save their backs when crime happens.Might give that a try but pretty sure she's already scared af to go to hotels.

The response maybe a bit late for your purposes, anyway here goes.

Taj is a def no no. Marquis I am surprised as I have stayed there and had no problems, this was approx 6 months ago. The other option would be the W, however not sure if its canal overlooking, although its in the same (ish) area as the others.

Was thinking it would nice to stay in one of the new hotels overlooking the canal, or maybe there Taj or the Ritz. Any advice?

Been told the JWMM is a no go. Surprises me to be honest.

Hey Amigos. Been traveling in the Subcontinent and am getting caught up. Had a couple nights in Dubai on my way down and stayed at Jumeirah MAS. It was first time staying there. Very nice hotel. I received an email from the "Lobby" prior to my arrival noting that "all guests checking-in and staying in the hotel rooms as well as visiting guests, who would like to access a guest's room, must present valid identification as per UAE regulations". I would call that green. Sadly, I didn't get out or bring anyone back but good to know for future. And while hanging out in the lobby I did see one girl presenting ID at the front desk with a gentlemen. He looked giddy as a schoolboy. Cheers!

Most of the properties are located in buildings where the security do not really stop guest if they look at the visitor at all. Some might record entry and exit, but it's nothing scary or intrusive. I have used many Rbnb with no issue. If you really fancy hotels go for those which are known to be eternal green.

Hi Gents,

Back in Dxb starting 9th Oct for 2 weeks this time with my bi SB. Please recommend something ever green that meets below criteria:

1. Around DIFC or Business Bay.

2. Super King size (huge) beds.

3. Side / back entrance with no ID required for additional guests.

4. Over sized bath tub for 2 - 3.

If possible please PM to avoid unnecessary LE attention.

Damac ones are OKAY ish quality where I usually stay but don't meet 2 & 4 from above criteria.

Jumeirah Living ditto.

So anything apart from these please.

RBNB is okay too but haven't found anything there unless it escapes me.

IMHO. London is probably the best in terms of hotels meeting above criteria. Just saying.

Stayed at the Airport JW Marriott (Deira) and can confirm it is green. First girl I took I forgot to even check her in but nobody from security batted an eye. Also had breakfast with her at the restaurant. Checked in 2nd girl and also no problem at all.

Senior guys, any idea if Hyatt Regency in Deira is green? Called the hotel but could not get a clear response. thank you!Very standard practice at Hyatt Regency. Just take the lady to the reception and register her. All girls carry a copy of their passport. The hotel bills you for a double room and voila. Its all done and both of you can take the elevator to your room. No need to drop the girl to the lobby afterwards. She knows the practice and will collect the copy of her passport when she leaves.

Have any of you had any problems checking in together with another lady while being married?

I read so much here about having to give ID and stuff it made me paranoid. Can anyone ease my mind or is my plan stupid?

PM.Towers Rotana last I recall (during a stay in April / May) was green with ID with the second guest being registered at time of check in.

Four Points by Sheraton is another which is also green with ID from around the same period.

Hi guys,

How is the quality in Premier these days? Any recent experiences? Haven't been for a while, but the others I've been at eg. Media were quite average. The Premier from my old days were somewhere around 1200 drh for short night stay, 2-3 has depending who you have in the room.

Hi fellow mongerers.

Can you DXB-pros recommand me any Hotel in Dubai with nice rooftop-pool or even an infinity pool?

What about Sheraton SZR and Millenium Grand Hotel? Are those hotels ok?

Price should be max. 150-200 USD / night.

Some friends want to visit DXB and they'd like to stay at a hotel, that offers roofpool or infinity pool.

GF is not necessary, as they're a couple (M / F).

Also, some good restaurants would be nice to know.

Thanks and cheers!

Since I have no choice in selecting a hotel for my upcoming stay (company's choice), I was wondering if any one could confirm Metropolitan Dubai (Thanya Street- near Burj Alarab) Green or Not?

If not (I have a feeling it is RED), any recommended hotel nearby (or near bur Dubai) that I could book myself for a night of fun. Hopefully a clean and affordable one as I will mainly use it for mongering but 100% green.

Would appreciate the help.

P.S. I RTFF quite extensively, nothing recent that could help.

Recent experience.

Nojoum Hotel Apartments.

Here previously reported as greenish with ID. I would change this status to yellow with ID and same ethnicity. Had an apartment for two adults. At check-in of girl (Asian) the clerk told me only same ethnicity may check in. After some back and forth he did check her in. Saved the night. I prefer my Hotel to Girls place.

The next day I saw quite some families in the corridor, breakfast area and lobby.

Nojoum can be reported as yellow with ID and same ethnicity at best.

Arajaan by Rotana Burjuman (also hotel).

Was there before & went there again. Easy check-in of girl (with ID) middle of the night.

Arajaan can be reported as green with ID. Full recommendation.

May this be of help to someone.

So here goes some more details.

Towers Rotana as well as most hotels on SZR are red. The only way you can bring a girl to your room is to register her as the second guest at the time of check-in (I am pretty sure you could delay her check in as much as you want, but once registered you cannot bring another girl). So I decided to ditch this hotel and went to Coral hotel (previously Auris plaza hotel) in Al Barsha. It is green with ID and the girl will need to register at the reception in your presence.

PM.

Hi fellows,

Coming to Dubai in few days and have the accommodation till the last minute. I usually stay in the Marina this is unavailable just now. So I was hoping for some help in apartments around the Bur Dubai area that allow ladies and also have parking facilities. I prefer private apartment rather than a hotel so any help would be mostly appreciated.

Also am I right in thinking that Jocky Club in Panorama is no more?

Thanks in advance.

Greetings all,

I came to Dubai to hang out with some lady friends (non WG's) and decided to get a room at the Marriott Marquis since I was going to be partying. My god this hotel is amazeballs and my room on the 66 floor was just sick.

So I was out with girl #1 and had a good time. Girl #2 wanted to hang, so I ditched girl #1 and told her to meet me at the hotel. She met me around 1 am and we went up to the bar at the very top for a drink. We then went somewhere else for some shisha and, after getting her in the mood, convinced her to come back to my room for the night. We got to the lift and was stopped by a guard with a clip board, verifying that I was a guest. My name was on the list but my guest was not. He then directed me to the reception where this bitchy receptionist totally denied my guest from coming up with me. She said that they have a "no guests policy" after hours. My guest even busted our her Emirates ID to check in but the reception was not having it and said that she needed to check in the same time I did. I had to send my lady friend home in a taxi for the night. I was fucking pissed.

So why am I sharing this with you all?

Because in my opinion, this hotel is red as fuck. Unless you enter through the car park (which I didn't even get to see), there's no way you can bring a lady back to your room for some sexy fun time. Consider yourself warned.

Cheers everyone!

Was in the Pakistani club / bar in Astoria hotel last year in bur Dubai. Picked up a good looker, walked out and went to the lift but was "stopped" by staff.

Hotel is full of Indian / Pakistani guests and the club is 100 m from the lift. Has anyone had this problem with them lately? Do they want you to book a room at there hotel, spend money at there club but not allow you to take your guest upstairs?

This was a couple years ago but the 4 points bur Dubai was no problem until the last time 3 years ago where the receptionist wanted to see the actual passport, no copy. My hoe for the night had to get it from her mamasan pimp who allowed it, which according to my hoe rare. Never had problems taking girls there until then even 2 Thai hookers together for a threesome out of York.

Never tried again since then.

Also 4 points downtown Dubai shut me down the only time I ever tried, although I called on the phone last year and they said sure, guest policy is no problem if you register for 2 people and she has valid original ID, no copies. But I haven't tried.

Add to this the decidedly down market breakfast, the slow internet, and dingy lobby, and it's off my list!Could anyone else confirm this? Is Hilton Dubai creek now totally 100% red?

To add to the list below, other green places:

Roda Al Bustan (5 star hotel).

City Season (4 star).

Winchester Hotel Apartment (would not really recommend, only go there as a last option if everywhere else is full or too expensive).

Roda Al Bustan and City Season are probably the two best hotels for value, for a 5 and 4 star. Al Bustan is probably one of the most underrated 5 star hotels in Dubai, and price wise compared to other 5 star hotels (many of which are red), the prices you can get is a steal when you consider it's a very good 5 star hotel. City Season is another great hotel with great prices, you can get a nice room for 370-390, again, compared to so many of the other hotels out there, another bargain. These are the two I always go to now ever since Towers Rotana on SZ road went red. They're both green, both very nicely priced, and both have very nice rooms.

Also if some of you are regular mongers, then it wouldn't hurt to join the membership schemes for these hotels, I'm an elite member for Roda Al Bustan, got a 15-month deal for around 1,000 dirhams, what's 1,000 dirhams for 15-months when you can easily spend 2 k in just one night! You get a lot of perks with the membership, 1 free night stay, 1 free upgrade, 25 percent discount on all bookings at any Roda hotels, and a whole load of other discounts vouchers for both Roda hotels and others as well. The best thing with these memberships is you get the late check out options at 4 pm, which basically means 5 pm since they never make a big deal when you're not out by 4 on the dot. Getting a membership will end up saving you some money in the end with some nice customer perks.

Roda Al Bustan (5 star hotel).

City Season (4 star). Thanks for that piece of intel. When I do a Google search for City Seasons, two locations in Dubai pop up: City Seasons Hotel (near the airport), and City Seasons Towers Hotel (near the Burjuman Metro stop). Do you have a preference of one over the other, and would they both be "green?

The Roda Al Bustan is also located over by the airport. Is it wrong to assume that Dubai hotels located near where large aircraft are taking off and landing at all hours of the day and night would be noisy?

Hi guys,

I have a few days home alone over Christmas / new year but with hotel occupancy high then and many guys out hunting I guess planning needed to book in advance. City Max Bur Dubai has worked for me before just walk in with the girl. What about if I check in earlier can I just show up to register the girl there later? Is Citymax MOE similar. Again used it in the day but checked in same time with the girl? Any recent experience with Citymax welcome as rooms are OK and decent bars downstairs for a pre sex drink with the girls. What about Ibis Deira City Center. Green or not? Just don't want to end up in a search for a room late at night when even Karama Hotel and their crappy rooms are booked out and over priced. Hilton Garden Inn sounds good from previous post. Never tried it and which one or are all green? Thanks guys for any feedback.
