Last night. Friday Lulu 12. 233 people got arrested in a drug raid at a Chang Ping KTV.
Such drug busts had in years past marked the start of the Strike Hard campaign in Chang Ping and Dongguan.

My reason for asking follows: I have a regular girl who I have been with many times. She says she does not do any drugs and I know she doesn't smoke (only one thing, hehe) , however, one night when I asked her come to the hotel room a bit later, (I was having a late dinner with my suppliers) , she showed up saying she had been having beers with a friend, probably in the KTV but don't know for sure. That night was the wildest she has ever been, and mean by yards. DFK, DATY, CG, back to DFK, RCG, BBBJ, CG, DATY arched up like a bow with nothing but head and heals touching the bed, face sitting, and wore me out! Now I hope she was just extra horny that night, but it has never happened to that degree again, and I have always wondered if she took something extra, either knowingly or not? Now I hope she was just extra horny that night, but it has never happened to that degree again, and I have always wondered if she took something extra, either knowingly or not? My first time in CP and staying at the Walter Hotel. My preference is to stay slightly lower scale and then get a suite. Seems to work for me and I think it is the more relaxed way to go. Anyway went to a KTV with BSD, (forget which one) , picked two girls, one spoke a little English, (claimed to be a college girl) and one didn't. The one that didn't said she hadn't worked for two months, so that's the one I took for LT in the hopes that she might need a good stiffy after a two month drought. In that part I was not wrong-DFK, soaking wet, and horny as hell. Bed to floor to one leg up on the dresser (standing Doggie) , and more I really can't remember, including CG, RCG, and others. However, that's the normal story, not when it got funny!
Come morning and going to pay her. Now as I should have done, put all my goodies, including $$$ in the room safe. Showered, next round, and went to open the safe. With the advent of Yanda (strike hard campaign) , a lot of the operators in Chang Ping will be starving for business and will probably try to 'reach out' for your patronage. It would be wise for why'all to beware. As desperate times too many times results in desperate means by desperate people.
Besides the usual caution against following any pimps to anywhere (you could be led to a lair where they'll pounce and rob you) , or just the importance of keeping your common sense intact even whilst your small head is doing the thinking, there are other things which if why'all don't mind, I'd like to give my take on.
WeChat has developed into a very viable and quite thriving method for girls to go directly to their clients – but since you do not have recourse to any bosses or businesses, do be careful before accepting propositions – especially if it sounds too good to be true. And for sure do not agree to go to 'their place' and of course secure your valuables if she agrees to come over.
I'd like to also expound on the phenomena of the Chang Ping XLG's. The usual case for this is just these Chang Ping SYT's falling for these Peacocks preying on their emotions.
As I've previously mentioned, a lot of these WG's in Chang Ping are so emotionally deprived that a lot of them are easy prey, not only for these WLG's, but indeed even for just ordinary mongers who are willing to expand a bit more effort. WG's daily lives are so filled with just the mechanics of sex that when anybody comes along showing a bit of human warmth, they truly become suckers – which is what you described.
But behind all this are the methods and intentions that these XLG's have. Many times, for them to be able to exert more 'control' over their girls, these XLG's would introduce them to gambling and drugs – habits which requires a constant flow of cash to support. Such constant demand for cash many times drives these girls to 'short cuts' with their clients and even criminality. This is what we as mongers got to watch out for – and the existence of XLG's with our chosen companion for the day / night should put up Red warning flags to us. Proceed with caution and do not fall prey to the tricks that these girls and their XLG's have up their sleeves to extract the maximum from you. And of course such include criminality.
Then there are even those WG's who are so hardened already that they would actually recruit their own XLG' (s) to do their bidding for them. These ones are really hard core, have so many beguiling tricks and games and are downright dangerous.

Now to get from say Swan Lake area to Hui Mei it should cost no more than 6-7RMB by meter, agreed?

Hailing a taxi can be easy. If he don't play by "reasonable" quotes, you can always get out and hail another one. Problem solved.
If it's during busy hours (5-7 pm. 9-12 am) , then if it's 10 rmb, you are LUCKY. Most times they will quote 15-20 rmb. You pay it because you may not find another one for 5 to 20 minutes. If you're in CP, being late a minute can mean a difference between getting the girl you want or getting the leftovers.
I be*tched and whined about taxi fares in the past when I was staying for an extensive time in CP. The practice is unfair and downright robbery, but it goes with the territory. You can always make up the difference by eating at the local eateries or eat bread from their bakeries (yummy) instead of those HK resturants. But I digress. I agree with you, but would suggest that you pay the 10-20 rmb quoted taxi rate.
Play safe.

The doctor cost 2000 RMB and she got 200000 for medical expense and severance pay. After she got the money, she hot tailed back to home village (now a block of apartments) with enough money to marry. Takes all kinds.

Of late, sick and tired of the relentless price rise and the corresponding lowering of service levels and bad attitude of the Mei Mei's in Chang Ping, a lot of us have been trying to find an alternative mongering destination.
Popular suggestions had been Huizhou, Danshui or even Shenzhen and some of its minor areas. Another one that seemed to have held some promise is Tanzhou just a few Kilometers North of Zhuhai.
OAH and I drove down to Tanzhou last Wednesday to scout it out, and it couldn't have been a worse day to do so, as we were caught badly by the Typhoon.
This being so, this report may not be a true reflection as to what Tanzhou is all about, especially after hearing such glowing things as thousands of girls and that the place is like what Chang Ping was 7 or so years ago etc etc. You may want to not keep on reading this as I really will not be giving out much by way of useful information. It may even be total misinformation actually!
Anyway, the first thing we had to contend with is the horrendous traffic jams caused by the constant down pour and of course, our non-familiarity with the layout of the hamlet. We managed to make our way to The Huichang Hotel and the much talked about KTV with the girls at 2-6-9 but the place does not get started until 7. What we did see of the place though, certainly was not impressive; quite run down and smelly, as can be expected I guess, from a KTV which offers such cheap drinks, minimum etc.
As it was too early, we went ahead and tried to find those BBS's that are supposed to abound; but we couldn't find one single taxi or pirate taxi even outside the hotel to take us around. The only mode of public transport that seems to abound in Tanzhou are those 3 wheeler canvas topped motorized pedicabs. And in that rain, we decided that there's no way that we could stay dry. You may want to note this fact about Tanzhou; that there does not seem to be any taxis, and that if you also want to try to monger there, you do want to already have your transportation all pre-sorted out.
Anyway, we had absolute Zilch Luck trying to find the BBS's ourselves and proceeded to ask these Trike Taxi drivers to lead us around. We asked them and they all reported no such thing in Tanzhou and it was only one guy we asked that tried. And of course failed to find any at all. Incredible given that I've heard such glowing reports about these Tanzhou BBS's! But there you have it! Perhaps it's only that day and because of the typhoon?
So, we then phoned up the agents that are supposed to service this place. The first one kept on just telling us to go back to the Hui Chang Hotel KTV (yeah, right, it was only 4 PM and we know for a fact the place don't get started until 7 at the earliest) , the second one kept asking us to go and pick her up (Yeah, right, we didn't even know where we were ourselves, even with our Ipad on Google map!) , giving us all sorts of fanciful directions to God knows where, whilst the third one quite helpfully tried to guide us to the famous afternoon KTV – which we also could not reach, as we again got stuck in a massive traffic jam and the place is actually not in Tanzhou but at least 15 KM away in Shen Wan. Can't really blame him for not wanting to go out to meet us as the weather was really horrendous then.
We accepted defeat for all we got was the Hui Chang Hotel KTV and what I'd imagine were only fuglies on this stormy night retreat was perhaps the best option.
I was going to go with OAH to drive back to Guangzhou where he knows his way around but we ran into the Tanzhou Bus Terminus and I decided to just sulk my way down to Zhuhai on the bus.
A complete bust of a scouting trip! Sorry if I wasted your time reading this drivel!
Hopefully others will have a better luck on Tanzhou. And report back. Please!

Why here.
The most important point.
Mm's service attitude are better than CP, because there was once a large number of Taiwanese business in SL, MM are educated on service attitude well and have been inherited until now, local Taiwanese don't like SL as CP influx of crowds even here isn't Taiwanese look here as the Pure Land in Dongguan.
Sauna service sameas CP but girls are more simplicity.
Transport:
Eternal East (Mvp direct to SJ from HKIA, it take 40mins from Guangzhou&SZ by CRH & 13mins from CP.
Of course, not all things are good.
1 There are 2 five-stars hotel. 1 four-stars hotel, the others below three-stars.
2. Each KTV MM about 100.
If you're used tothe big scene in Changping that you do not come here.
It is completely different from Changping-style.

I have been to Swan Lake hotel and Sauna and Clippers hotel and Sauna last month.
Both were good. Maybe Clippers better.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Shilong to be a good alternative to Chang Ping. However, I must say that I am rather confused with your posting. I am trying to translate it from English back to Chinese to see if things have been lost in translation. From the overall message you are trying to deliver, you are stating that Chang Ping is overly crowded so a lot of Taiwanese Mongers are choosing to party over at Shi Long Town. In addition, because many Taiwanese own factories and businesses and they have higher expectations in services, thus service from working girls in Shi Long is far superior compared with Chang Ping.
You stated that Shi Long is rather secluded and not as exciting as Chang Ping. However service is much better.
What I am confused on are the following:
1. What do you mean MM is only 100 RMB? Is this their tip? Sitting fee?
2. You stated there are two 5 star hotels in town, what are their names?
3. I am assuming that girls hand you tissue paper after you come out of the bathroom correct?
4. They love feeding fruits to you?
Are you part of the Shi Long Tourism board? If you can please provide more information on where there fun is at in Shi Long Town. I along with many people on this board would be interested in finding out new places with good service from girls.

As always we always trying to find greener pastures elsewhere. Whether it be Danshui or Tanzhou, we have been lured there by reports, promises and rumors. I do agree that CP is getting too expensive and completely out of hand. But having been to places like Danshui and seeing how these towns on the outskirts of civilization are so backwards, CP becomes a much better option to party at in comparison. Danshui, I am assuming is probably two-three levels better than Tanzhou, but even I thought Danshui was quite backwards. Motor bikes all over the streets and a complete lack of taxis in town. Mini shopping malls that are run down and sell things that you can't see people even buying in the year 2013. Danshui is like going back in time to Dongguan back in 2003. I must attest to the fact that 2003 dongguan was fun, but it was not as great as it is today. Sure, today there are crazy price hikes and overblown expectations from WG. However, it's only been since 2007 that CP was actually beginning to be more fun. After 2007 you started seeing PZL, Legend footie. The widespread practice of flowerstreet KTVs which only Jiayi had. Then you say Mega KTVs being built, such as the likes of Eurasia, Yihao, Mayflower etc- much more venues in town, with much more selection of girls. You started seeing restaurants that you actually wanted to eat at popping up. 85C bakery. The only bakery that is worth eating at come into town. Sure with the advancement in CP has come tons of new tourists that have ruined the market for most of us by being big spenders. However, in places like Danshui or Tanzhou, I can only image how boring it would be after a BBS session in the afternoon or before the KTV fun at 7 pm. There's really no place to hang out and relax. Everywhere around seems empty. The streets in CP are already so empty considering it's such a close cluster of real estate developments. Imagine being in Tanzhou or Danshui for one week. It really feels like a ghost town sometimes.
At the end of the day, no matter how far we wander, all roads still lead back to CP.

China in the past 15-20 years has had a major MAJOR infusion of capitalism. Before then although everyone was dirt poor, they were at least equal, meaning none of the extreme competition as it is now. Then all of a sudden all the money started pouring in from overseas and various Chinese have thought of businesses with an emerging market, making them extremely rich. They flaunt their wealth like no tomorrow and because Chinese like to compare, its turned into a free-for-all grab bag of resources for everyone. Imagine growing up in a society where you have to compete with hundreds if not thousands for each school seat, job or even marriage partners now. It hardens them like you said but not such as in a honorable hard-working fashion, it taught them to claw and scratch for everything they can, mostly in a sneaky and cowardly way. Most Chinese deep down know this about themselves which explains a lot about their insecurity.
Its unlike any other superpower country in history where steady growth has normally led to a strong foundation of values and treatment of people. There is all this "new" money and power now for many people who don't know how to properly invest and really benefit all around them. Its like pouring a gallon of water into a pint sized cup, your bound to get a mess. I grew up hearing from various elderly and relatives how I knew nothing of Chinese culture, well I get it now and its not much to write home about. Those same elderly have nothing to say anymore either.
To your point on foreigners being the cause, I suppose being from foreign lands with favorable currency rates and language barriers could have contributed but I believe its more what AsnDragon pointed out with new money from other Mainlander BSDs thats the key contributor. After all RMB currency has become stronger against all others in the past 10 years and probably due to currency depreciation and inflation, foreigners are probably paying 70-100% more then what we've paid back in the day. If anything from foreign countries has affected China its feminism thats given women goals to make money on their own, travel and more economic power overall. There are more white collar and sales jobs in all major cities with women making up the majority of workers giving some WG more options than the factory jobs they previously had. But still I think its due to lots of rich mainlander BSDs not knowing anything about women and thinking buying them is the only answer. The skewed sex ratio also has contributed to the attitude.
But then again without the new capitalism and competition, I suppose maybe we wouldn't have much of a CP in the first place!
Anyway with the KTVs, yeah no more try before you buy (or rent, whatever) , but I suppose counter measures are to ask the mom up front about this before you choose to have a short trial, or if a flower street then do you interview of 5 minutes at the street before you take back. Or if you change your mind in the room, then don't send them away with the money and a chance to earn more money off some other schmuck, leave them there until you are good and ready to go and let them sit there and pout like the trash they are. Its all business at the end of the day.
I have been doing business in China for over three decades and if it is one thing that I learned from all the mistakes I've made there, it's that Chinese businessmen do not generally appreciate graciousness! They take any common courtesies accorded to them as signs of weakness, that anybody who would concede anything are weak and / or addled brained, and that all that matters is what they can make right then and there. To hell with building up long term relationships as their own mercantile history has been so short and whatever success they've achieved had, for the most part, all been accomplished by only dealing with the now.
I have been castigated in the past for voicing out how IMHO, we as foreign mongers have contributed to the decline in service attitude and a corresponding irrational rise in prices in CP; how we all have been continually taken advantage of, but instead of fighting back, have just been gleefully accepting all the crap that we have been shoveled. I am not singling out anybody, nor any group, nor any particular national, nor any particular action / habit of anybody to stand out as being particularly egregious in contributing to where we now are at in CP. I'the rather think that most of us have equally contributed to this sad state of affairs in CP.
The latest crap to be happening is of course this new rule put in place by EuroAsia (OuYa) that once you've chosen a girl and she enters your room, if you change your mind and you want to turf her back out, they are now entitled to demand RMB 300 from you (believe though that the actual amount is still being argued by various parties). No more 15 minutes grace period at all!
This latest salvo had been unilaterally imposed upon us paying customers as many of us had been gracious in the past and would 'tip' various amounts when we change our mind and decided that the girl chosen really wasn't up to par. KTV's all over town are competing hard to attract quantity and quality of girls, and to do so, they've been getting more and more accommodating to the girls' demands I. E. Bumping up rates across the board by 100 (which we as customers end up paying for, and in fact subsidizing the establishment to build up their business) , condoning and even facilitating girls to 'butterfly' and earn multiple sitting fees each night, not coming down hard on girls who 'fly plane' their clients etc.
And of course now this latest 'rule' instigated by OuYa. I can see this quickly spreading to other KTV's in town as girls really hate being picked, made to sit for the 15 minutes trial period, being turfed out, and not being able to be picked out again as the flower street session had then ceased.

But let me assure you that for the most part, they are nothing of the sort and I would suggest that more of you stand up for your rights as customers and not be swayed or beguiled by the excitement or glamour of it all. If you want to get out of your ChangPing rut and try something new, head up to the HongMei Town area. It is off the G4 / G15 expressway, close to the border of Guangzhou. The area services the Guangzhou players.
Stayed at the GrandView Hotel (汇景酒店） in HongMei Town. Nice hotel for 468rmb / night. They have a sauna in the rear building. Went down about 6:30pm to check out the talent. I'd say just about all the girls who come to CP do not go there to find true love. They're there to make money, period. The same thing, most guys who come to CP is there to screw around and not there to find true love and / or long term relationships. This being so, the equation is pretty well equal. Except that the girls live this day in and day out and are more skilled / adept at handling AND manipulating the situation to their advantage.
Most WG's hate what they are doing and are always on the look-out for an easier way to make their money instead of doing what they are now doing. And the most preferred method is to get "packaged" by a guy. Or better still by multiple guys! Us guys must realize this and be on the look-out from our own weaknesses when dealing with WG's.
Sure, there's nothing wrong with truly enjoying the feelings of being in love; in fact I always go for it if I "click" with a girl. WG or not. And let the consequences be damned! I truly enjoy all the bells and jingles of falling love. But I also always TRY to have it at the back of my head that all this Air and Lightness is predicated on money changing hands.
And I personally know that this is many times hard to do. Especially if the relationship had been so perfect, had lasted for so long, to the point that one gets lulled into thinking that this is the real thing! Wrong! For soonest or later, reality steps in and the ugliness of the very basis of the relationship. Money. Rears its monstrous head.
My caution to why'all. Just be very careful when dealing with CP girls. They're PROs in all sense of the word, whilst we all are truly just amateurs.

This is my experience with CP girls trying to game (take advantage of) me.
I have been coming to ChangPing and DongGuan region for over 10 years.
I have used almost all the tour guides. Most of them are great except that they don't provide much of "after sales support". The experience in the KTV Room might be okay, but you want that great hotel room experience afterwards.
The girls nowaday tries their best to game you. They demand more money, not perform, even worst just takes your money and wants to go home ("airplane you").
I have personally experience all the above and more despicable constantly evolving tactics from some of these girls.
In August I picked a girl from Yihao. I picked her because she make eye contact, smiled, and seem to show all the signs she would be a good experience for the night. Everything was going well in the KTV room. When I bought her back to my hotel room it become a nightmare.
She took her blouse off and she had a big abdominal scar. I wasn't in the mood to do her.
I paid her sitting fee plus 100rmb for coming to my room. But that wasn't enough, she wanted the short time fee (800rmb) for just entering a guest's hotel room. She was huffing and puffing.
That was the new rule. She called the mommy. Obviously the mommy was on her side. She became a hardened mercenary who wants a pound of my cash. Imagine you are a newbie or just unlucky,
What would you do?
In almost all these situations, I'm on my own. My guide is not going to help resolve the bad experience at 2am or 8am when the girl is giving me hassle.

However, if the girl got drunk and vomited all over the floor in your room before you can screw her, maybe you just need to pay her the sitting fee + 200 extra to send her off. This is my personal opinion, what do other brothers think?

Basically, the costs directly associated with being a KTV girl are as follows (approximately and generally)
- Either temporary work pass at 50 / day or they need to pay a one time "entrance fee" which includes uniform etc: 900. 1,200 depending on which KTV.
- When a girl is a permanent staff, then they pay 200. 300 monthly administrative / other fee and are subject to further fines of 200. 300 if they do not book a KTV room during the month.
- Their own rent / utilities etc: 400. 1,500 / month.
- Their own Civilian clothes: approx 1,000. 2,000 / month (You still got to look good when you go out with your client!)
- Telephone re-charges. 100. 200 / month (and of course the all important handset! These gals love their fancy phones. And are always on the look-out for suckers who'd give them as a present. Don't you be that sucker! LOL.
- Daily expenses: 15 Hair blow. 15 Make-up. 30-40 for taxi or bicycle back and forth to the KTV. 30-50 daily food.
Then there is the Mommy deductions from their fee:
For 3-6-10 girls. 60-70 if just sitting and 160-170 if taken out.
For 4-8-12:90 for sitting and 190 taken out.
For 5-10-15:100 sitting. 200 taken out.

SEAJSEAJ: Very interesting and I'll give a couple comments on my rather limited (compared to you) experiences. I just returned after a few days in CP and CA. Did the KTV in the Walter and a Footie at Plozim (excuse spelling) which was quite enjoyable and definitely recommend. The KTV experience at the Walter was acceptable, got there very late (11pm) and sat two girls and took the model back to the room. Good sex, but nothing memorable. Met up with Traveller the next day and he suggested that CA could be a better choice. Off to CA that evening to go to a KTV that he recommended. Picking girls from a stage show where they were brought out in groups and shouting out which one you wanted from the groups was an experience. Picked out a spinner with great boobs and booty. Actually was somewhat unbelievable the way this little one was built after she took off her 6 inch heels, couldn't have been more than 4 1/2 feet tall. Ended up sitting two but they wouldn't go back to CP which I didn't blame them for. Back to CP alone for a decent nights sleep. Checked out of the Walter the next am and off to CA, the Babylon Hotel. Back to the same KTV, took the built little one but a different friend. Both to the hotel and for a good night as both girls worked together, not the normal 1 then 1 you usually get in China. Gave them 1000 RMB each for the night. The little built one had the most fun orgasm, when she came she was OMG, OMG, and burst out hysterical laughing which caused a round of more laughing from all three of us. All in all, a fun night. The KTV games were good, after a set period of time the girls leave the room and go take off their bra's. After that some top down lap dancing and rotating, etc, etc. Much more what I wanted in a KTV, fun and games!
Off to my northern haunts. Went to an upscale KTV with standard and model category girls. Sitting prices were 3/7/10 and 4/8/12. Took one 3 and one 4. A rather tame KTV experience was had but was still fun. The group of friends I was with, this was Monday night, had to leave by 10:30 and may have been better experience if a bit more drinking and time were possible. Anyway as it was when it was time to pick one to take home for the night, and extra 200 RMB was required for the laowei. It is rather upsetting to see this extra 200 penetrating this area and I hope it doesn't spread further! Not wanting to set any precedence, I declined and no comments were made or negotiations were suggested. I thought this was a little strange, but let it go and went back to my hotel alone. No I did not stay alone as I went to the KTV in my hotel and told my regular girl that when she was finished sitting (RED) that I wanted her come to the room. She did show up but was quite drunk and ordered one of her friends for me, a Korean shop girl, which turned out to be my first Korean and was a lot of fun and enthusiasm. Not the best body, but her passion made up for it.
Now that I have rambled on for quite a bit, the reason for this response. At the KTV in the hotel where I always stay, the rates are 3/7/9. If you are taking a ST, you may as well go for the LT as there is not that much difference. LT shots-you are the only limit, and at my age it really doesn't mean a whole lot, one / two at night and one in the AM is more than satisfactory. And I sometimes just take an extra RED (200) girl to sit, the 200 is worth it just for play time if you enjoy her company. As I understand it from my regular, the girl gives mommy 100 of the 300 fee and the rest of the money is hers whether it is ST or LT. If she doesn't come to work, IE: you call her to entertain you in the hotel, out to dinner, etc; , then she pays a penalty to Mommy for not showing up, normally the 100 RMB. This is forgiven during RED time. The other fees that SEAJ mentioned I don't know about, but will try get more info.
The normal monthly earn for a regular KTV girl (not the youngest, not the oldest, not the prettiest) is about 10, 000 RMB. This what my regular tells me. This means that she doesn't get chosen to sit every night and probably does 5 to 10 ST / LT customers per month. I find that a KTV girl who has been in the business a shorter period of time (under 6 months) will usually give you a better time in the bed later. With more enthusiasm and passion. When they get to that one year mark and beyond, although they may have more experience and skills, the enthusiasm wanes and your overall experience is less sexually satisfying. My regular girl is 30 years old and has been in the business for over two tears, but I enjoy her company, and when in the right mood very good sex. She has no problem with me taking another girl and will order up one if asked. This trip was the first one where I have actually gotten her to play a bit of 3P, as it has always been the 1+1 with her. She tells me that as she is 30 years old (and as most Chinese girls, looks about 25) , she doesn't get chosen as often because the customers pick the youngest first, which only makes sense as I do the same thing. I do bring her small gifts, but do not always pay her for her time. If we go out to dinner, she usually pays for the taxi, so as far as I am concerned, the small gifts offset the daily rate or nightly rates. She, of course, swears she loves me and can't wait for my return. Now I know it's impossible for her to love me, with a 40 year age difference, but I do think she actually cares for me a bit, and of course, the guaranteed money while I am there.
Another general observation: The first time in the KTV with a girl for the first time, will usually be the wildest KTV experience with that girl as she is trying to sell you on her and get you take her either LT or ST where they make their money. If you choose them again the next time, they know they don't have to work as hard as you are going to take anyway. Now, that said, it is possible that the sex may be better in the hotel room as they now know you a bit better. However, that will taper off as you take her more often and you will get get diminishing returns on your investment! If you establish an emotional relationship with the girl, then the off site experience can be very satisfying, but the sexual responses may decrease proportionality as she becomes too familiar with you and knows you are "locked in" as a customer. I had also few experiences with girls having big scar on the abdomen. I actually did not mind that much so long as their bed service is good. Was there in Changan last week. We visited Dong Fang Mei li KTV. Minimum room fee starts at 588 plus 200 for dj.
There are 2 classes of girls: 3/7/10, 4/8/12. The latter being over 160cm. No quarantee of quality, price based purely on height.
Their main selling point is the strip games they play in the room starting about 10pm. If you go overnight, you can do them as many times as you want. They will blow you if you request. This is different from changping.
The mommy, can be woman or man, will select the girls and bring them into your room for you to pick. There is no flower street like in changping. The mommy can be very busy as she will look after many rooms, so she does not actually care too much about helping you pick the girls you like. Well stated! China these 15 years have gone on a growth steroid. I don't think any other country has seen their wages along with expectations triple and quadruple within this short of span of time.
Expectations of women change with every passing generation. OAH is true in that the post 90's generation are money hungry. They no longer believe in hardwork, but easy money is their primary goal in life. They would rather skip college all together and work as a WG or be rich guy's mistress to enjoy the luxuries of life. To them short cut is smarter than taking the long uncertain path in life. It's been ages since I've been to Houjie. But I'm surprised that there's still such talent in Houjie area. Frankly, I am tired of CP girls as they have this attitude about them as if they deserve more and usually don't give any good service at all. OAHHi OAH. I tried the above (via "Search Thread") and got only stuff from 2011. Obviously, there are newer posts in this thread with that word, so it seems one has to go page by page, and use ones browser's search function on each page.
I get the impression that "sauna" means something different in Guangdong than in other parts of China. In some places around China, it means you put all your clothes in a locker, hang out in the wet area (dry sauna, steam, hot pools, etc.) , then you put on some pajamas and go hang out in the lounge, have tea, watch TV, get a foot massage, etc. Then there are private rooms for body massage (sometimes "special", sometimes not). They might even have a buffet.
But I found that mongers in Guangdong call it a sauna when all there is is a private room with a girl, bed, and shower. Is that a "sauna" here?
What I like are the hot pools. I like being able to sit in hot water before and / or after the deed. Would this exist, or even be common, around CP and vicinity (Houjie, etc.)? And what is that called here in Guangdong (if not "sauna")?

Just want to give you guys that are planning to come to CP within the next couple weeks a heads-up, CP is moving into peak season as the 114th Session of the China Import and Export Fair A. K. A. The Canton Fair starting October 15th through November 4th in three phases as listed below (for detail schedule, click on this link:

Phase III – October 31. 4.
If you plan to be in CP either one week before, during, and / or one week after the Canton Fair and have not booked your hotel rooms yet, I recommend that you do that immediately as most of the major hotels have already sold out for most of the days during the peak season.
This is one of the busiest time in CP but with good planning, you can still have a wonderful time here.
There are a few ways to get to the Canton Fair from CP: 1) Train / Subway; 2) Public Shuttle; and 3) Private Car.
Come have a little bit of fun mix in with your work.

I hope that I am not opening a can of worms by writing this post but it's been on my mind for a long time and seeing how things are going in CP, I have no choice but to share my opinion on how to control the rising cost in CP, particularly the WG fees for the past year or so.
There are a few reasons for the rising costs in CP:
1) Whenever a new KTV opens up, they need to attract mommies and girls to work there because as you know guys, no honey, no bees, so they use the tactic of higher sitting fee / short time fee / long time fee to entice the girls to work there. I have been working as a tour-guide in CP for four years now so of course I have seen a lot of girls go from 2-5-8 (at Mayflower in 2011) and jump to 5-12-20 (at Yihao now). There are lots of 2-5-8 pork chops (these are the girls that generally don't get pick in the flower street) that are in the 3-6-10 category at HMTL. So, in order for the KTVs to keep their girls, they have no choice but to raise their prices as well, it's a snow ball effect and every KTV follow suits but the KTVs themselves are hurting themselves in the long run because as a customer, if you are spending more money on the girls, you naturally will spend less money on the KTV party and that's how the KTV make the bulk of their money, with less customers coming, the revenue will decrease gradually, and with more hotels (New Miraton, New Mayflower, New Virgin, and another hotel without a name yet near the train station) opening up within the next two years, there will be serious repercussions and domino effects that will affect all the hotels and customers coming in / to CP.
2) Over and reckless spending by customers. I see a lot of BigSwingingDicks (BSDs) in CP, picking more than two girls, sometimes 3 and up to 10 in some instances. I am not here to point fingers but we all know who these people are, for everyone's sake, please, you guys need to stop this! There were lots of responsible people that came before us to CP and they have manage to keep this a paradise to play but with the way things are going, it won't be much of a partying place anymore and slowly it will turn into another ZhangMuTou (this is the old CP about 20 minutes away) , where now it's like a ghost town but at its hay day it was very similar to what is CP is now.
So, what can we do? What I am about to say is just my opinion only, it's neither right or wrong and I hope others can offer their perspective on how we can keep it in control and keep CP the great place it is to have fun for all of us. In order for my suggestions to work, it must be a group concerted effort as it was not one person that has cause the problem but it will take many to band together and spread the word to other forums so others can follow or adjust to their plan to control or minimize the cost. My suggestions are as follows:
1) Create a domino effect by not picking any WGs in the model category and above. As you all know, height is the main factor in determining which category the girls will be in, it's not necessarily they have better bodies or are prettier for that matter as you all know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. By doing this, it will create a ripple effect downwards. If no model or only a few models have been picked, they will feel pressure by requesting to down-grade themselves to a lower category which then in turn creates pressures on the lower category girls to do the same when they are not picked because they then feel that their pricing is too high. KTVs have tactics to make you pick models by allowing them to come out first. Most guys that goes to the KTVs know that they can't be late for flower street for prime pickings so the KTVS let the models or above come out first and because the guys already have built themselves up so much to pick a 'good' one for the evening, they often make the mistake of picking a WG in the model category. Don't fall for this trick, wait until the flower street start and see those girls first and only then if you can't find a girl you like then you should consider picking a model. It is not much of a loss for not picking models because these girls feel that they are better than the other girls and that men will google all over them and allow them to do whatever they want. They are often the bitchy girls in the room, most of these girls will ask to leave early and misbehave and generally are not very fun. They are usually successful in getting a second and even a third or fourth sitting in any one evening because the later it gets, the lesser the girls, and the quality diminishes, this is a tactic that all the girls use in CP. For a WG getting 500RMB or above sitting fee, she gets to keep 400, she gets a couple sitting, she makes 800 (130USD net per night. 20 days a month, her annual salary will be 30,000USD net without a having sex with anyone and believe me, no WGs in CP is looking forward to having something stick in their vagina every night) , mix in a few nights of going out, she can make upwards of 50, 000 to 60,000 USD net per year, better than the average Joe's income back home. Frankly, the more fun girls are in the 300/400 category anyways. In a KTV environment, people are too often stuck upon picking the right 'type' of girl instead of right 'kind' of girl. A fun girl at the end of the night will win over a pretty one any day. How often are you in a room that you like another guy's pick because she was more fun than your girl and most likely you would not have picked her out of flower street because she was not your 'type' of girl.
2) Quality vs. Quantity – For newbies, I often will recommend that they choose two girls; they pick one that they like and I recommend one for them for 'insurance' purposes but most guys that come to CP have been here before and they should know how to pick the 'right' one. Unfortunately, people are always going for quantity vs. Quality and that is why there are so many WGs will ask to leave early especially when they know that they don't have a chance to go out with the customer so that they have an opportunity for a second sitting and perhaps find a late coming customer that will take them out. If you can start picking just one girl for each evening, you will be saving at least 300RMB, plus with less people, there will be less drinking and the party bill will also be cheaper by at least another 100RMB, that's a 400RMB minimum savings which pays for your WG for short time already. With more girls leftover from flower street, the WGs will start to feel that they may be overpriced and start down-grading so that they have a better opportunity to sit or go out.
3) Book rooms with managers and not from mommies; don't get friendly with the mommies because ultimately you will sit their girls that nobody want just to give her some face, frankly guys, how many of you actually have taken a mommie out because you sat one or some of her girls. It is just a big waste of money. By avoiding booking or getting friendly with them, you can save 300RMB plus each night to go toward the girl that you are bringing out. Often the girl that you are sitting will ask you to sit one of her 'friend or sister or cousin', don't do it, just tell her no or tell her that you will give her a tip if her service is good so you don't have to waste money. Often a customer will pay for the sitting fee for one of the girl for me to play with for the evening, I don't even pick girls from flower street anymore, I like girls that are fun over beauty. There are so many girls leftover after flower street and these girls tend to be more fun and enthusiastic then the ones that get picked because they are cute or pretty. By doing this, there will be more girls leftover which will cause an effect for them to consider down-grading because they can't get a customer.
My suggestions above can only work if we have group effort, every individual counts, I know that there are lots of forums out there that you guys read and post, if you feel that my comment have some reason and merit, copy and paste it there as well as I only post in ISG.

I have been working as a tour-guide in CP for four years now so of course I have seen a lot of girls go from 2-5-8 (at Mayflower in 2011) and jump to 5-12-20 (at Yihao now). There are lots of 2-5-8 pork chops (these are the girls that generally don't get pick in the flower street) that are in the 3-6-10 category at HMTL. So, in order for the KTVs to keep their girls, they have no choice but to raise their prices as well, it's a snow ball effect and every KTV follow suits but the KTVs themselves are hurting themselves in the long run because as a customer, if you are spending more money on the girls, you naturally will spend less money on the KTV party and that's how the KTV make the bulk of their money, with less customers coming, the revenue will decrease gradually, and with more hotels (New Miraton, New Mayflower, New Virgin, and another hotel without a name yet near the train station) opening up within the next two years, there will be serious repercussions and domino effects that will affect all the hotels and customers coming in / to CP.
2) Over and reckless spending by customers. I see a lot of BigSwingingDicks (BSDs) in CP, picking more than two girls, sometimes 3 and up to 10 in some instances. I am not here to point fingers but we all know who these people are, for everyone's sake, please, you guys need to stop this! There were lots of responsible people that came before us to CP and they have manage to keep this a paradise to play but with the way things are going, it won't be much of a partying place anymore and slowly it will turn into another ZhangMuTou (this is the old CP about 20 minutes away) , where now it's like a ghost town but at its hay day it was very similar to what is CP is now...Your view is very correct, I fully support and will do as per your suggestion. Like you say, booking the KTV Room with mummy is the worst thing as the mummy always push an ugly girl to sit with you and wasted yr money unnecessary.

So, what can we do? What I am about to say is just my opinion only, it's neither right or wrong and I hope others can offer their perspective on how we can keep it in control and keep CP the great place it is to have fun for all of us. In order for my suggestions to work, it must be a group concerted effort as it was not one person that has cause the problem but it will take many to band together and spread the word to other forums so others can follow or adjust to their plan to control or minimize the cost. My suggestions are as follows:
1) Create a domino effect by not picking any WGs in the model category and above. As you all know, height is the main factor in determining which category the girls will be in, it's not necessarily they have better bodies or are prettier for that matter as you all know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. By doing this, it will create a ripple effect downwards. If no model or only a few models have been picked, they will feel pressure by requesting to down-grade themselves to a lower category which then in turn creates pressures on the lower category girls to do the same when they are not picked because they then feel that their pricing is too high. KTVs have tactics to make you pick models by allowing them to come out first. Most guys that goes to the KTVs know that they can't be late for flower street for prime pickings so the KTVS let the models or above come out first and because the guys already have built themselves up so much to pick a 'good' one for the evening, they often make the mistake of picking a WG in the model category. Don't fall for this trick, wait until the flower street start and see those girls first and only then if you can't find a girl you like then you should consider picking a model. It is not much of a loss for not picking models because these girls feel that they are better than the other girls and that men will google all over them and allow them to do whatever they want. They are often the bitchy girls in the room, most of these girls will ask to leave early and misbehave and generally are not very fun. BSDAlthough I don't get to CP as often as I might like, I totally agree with BSD. I was a newbie, to CP, I was with him one time. One suggestion- we all know there are a good bunch of guides in CP. Why don't they all get together and and try to start this as a group action rather than BSD doing it alone. Mm's service attitude are better than CP, because there was once a large number of Taiwanese business in SL, MM are educated on service attitude well and have been inherited until now, local Taiwanese don't like SL as CP influx of crowds even here isn't Taiwanese look here as the Pure Land in Dongguan.
Sauna service sameas CP but girls are more simplicity.

I've been a tour-guide in CP now for four years and last night saw something I never experienced before. It's rare that I get local Chinese as customers since they speak Putonghua better than me and they've been partying in KTVs more times than me but these guys are not local, they are from northern China. They call me out of the blue and say that they were at the airport and on their way to CP, arriving at around 3pm. I arrange a private car to pick them up at GZA so that they can make the 6pm flower street at Yihao. I know one of the guys from his previous trip to CP and he brought with them two of his partying buddies. They spoke with a strong northern accent where I had to tell them to speak slowly, otherwise, I could not understand them.
When I got to the KTV to meet them at 6pm, they have already picked a few girls. One of the newbie was in the room and had two ladies next to him. Another two girls were sitting across the room. He introduced himself and spoke very decent English to me as his friend told him that I come from the States. He told me that he has chosen 3 girls but one of them didn't show up, so I told him that if he wants to find more I can take him outside as the flower street has not started yet and he has never experienced walking in the flower street before. The moment he step outside, he saw a very cute mommie and approached her and gave her a big bear hug startling her. He whispered something to her and they exchanged telephone and wechat numbers. I asked him if he knew her and he said no, so I was surprised that this guy is so bold in doing what he just did. When we went to the flower street, we saw the other two guys and the three of them excitedly comb through the flower street, staring, inspecting, and partly molesting the girls standing in the flower street. Frankly it was a little embarrassing for me as the mommies are giving me the "are those your customers" kind of stare my way. After they finish picking the girls, it ended up that two guys picked two girls each and one guy, the one I initially met in the room ended up with 6 girls, crazy!
After picking the girls, the guys were hungry and decided to eat at the restaurant behind the hotel. During the dinner conversation, I told the guys that they have 'home field advantage'. Basically, it means that they are partying and staying in the same hotel. The advantage is that they can bring one of their girls upstairs during the party at any time and then come back to the party after they were done. OOOPS! Big mistake on my part! The guy with the 6 girls asked me if I had any Viagara, I said I don't but I can get one at the local pharmacy. He instructed me to get one for him so I dispatched my driver to pick one up (138RMB per tablet). He took the pill and swallowed it whole and took one of the six girls upstairs while we party downstairs. After about an hour or so, he came back without the girl. He partied for about half an hour and then felt the urge to take a second girl upstairs but this time it took him about an hour and a half before coming back again without the girl. The remaining four girls start to get fidgety but amazingly no one asked to leave early. We thought he is done with this but to our surprise he took another girl upstairs and by this time, it was half past midnight, his other two friends starts to get a bit drunk as they have consumed 7 dozens of beer up to this point. One of his buddy starts to get upset and start calling him and he did not pick up so they ended up ordering another half dozen which basically is one dozen as the beers were buy one get one free. At around 1:30am, he stumbled back into the room and again without the third girl. Both of his buddies took him outside and they had a heated discussion and when they return the asked for the bill. He paid two of the three remaining girls their sitting fees and they were very happy to leave which left the model that he said he had saved the 'best' for last. So, in summary, he did three girls in a 5 hours span and took the model for the rest of the evening. The total cost for the party including DJ tip, etc. Was 3,445/3 = 1,150. He paid 3 girls ST totaling 2,100, 2 girls sitting fee totaling 600, and the model for overnight = 2,000, so the total that he spent for the evening was 5,850 (closed to 1,000USD) and when he left he told me that he had a wonderful time and that he will be back next month with a few of his buddies for a bachelor party.
So, this story basically tells you that there are some big time partiers in China. A lot of hotels have suites and KTVs reserved for these types of VIPs and officials. This guy told me that next time they come back, they want me to take them to the best KTV in DG and that there is no budget for the party as they are planning for a bachelor party for one of the official's son from up north. I am sure there will be another story to tell after that evening.
For four year as a tour-guide in CP, I have never experienced an evening like that before; I wonder what will happen next month.

I've been going to CP for the past five years and experienced, like most brothers- this rise in cost. Although we're not happy, we all try to keep things in perspective. You say we have to band together in order to make an impact. I don't want to point any fingers either but as an Agent you didn't even discourage this guy from picking 6 girls? Seems a little hypocritical to me. Maybe they paid you a nice fee your services. So the next time I feel like having a crazy night in CP, which will be in a couple of weeks. Also we have a government BSD from the north, not your occasional traveler.
Plus to me the BSD got some good value that night with Dave's advice. He did get 6 girls but he had them all stay from 6PM. 1:30AM and not send them off early to play their game again and get another sitting fee. 5 out of the 6 were not models. He got 3 ST the most economically way possible in one night, taking a viagra and bringing them to his upstairs hotel room so no taxi or meals or much time spent, just the ST fee for each and able to come back later to the same party and not needing to go back another day and pay them LT. And he saved the LT for the model. If you got only 1 night in CP and loads of energy, that's the way to do it!
On a side note, I spent a few days in CP in Sept and went to sauna twice, one Walter and one Virgin. Both around 800 and smoking hot but sad to say neither of them did AR so word of warning to you guys that even the standard AR service isn't guaranteed anymore at the saunas. They were both doing office jobs in the past and had some education so definitely not your typical country bumpkin. So might make sense to ask during the lineup if they do a specific service, otherwise will skimp.

The fees are 2-3-5, if you decide to take them out for ST, the girl would take you to a room nearby which will cost 50rmb for an hour. If you just want them to seat with you and drink, the maximum is 4 hours for 200 rmb but by the second hour of drinking, they will ask you if you want to take them out for ST.

How to picking the best girl after Flower street.
All partiers in Changping know that they have to be on time for Flower street to pick the best girl. But this is not necessarily the best thing to do. During flower street, you have 1 or 2 minutes to decide who to pick. She might turn out to be a bad partner, ice queen, do just out right make your night miserable. You don't have enough time to make a "informed" decision. Flower street is a strategy based on impulse buying / herd mentality. You see other mongers "buying" so you are under pressure to buy also. from the beginning of last month into october, i traveled back and forth between dg and hk. i just returned from cp a few weeks ago, where i was able to enjoy a good amount of time. i'm writing this field report to give a big thanks to bsdave. this was my 3rd trip in 3 years, and each time i had dave book all my south china accommodations. i can count on him for anything, and he throws some great ktv parties too! but the other great thing with dave is, through him i always meet very cool people from all over the world. and every trip was an amazing experience. if i were to report on everything i did in cp from this last trip alone. it would be wall after wall of text. so instead, i'll just list a few with some brief highlights.
-eurasia ktv: definitely not a cheap ktv. but i picked very well that night and was very satisfied with my overnight girl (even though she was 1500 lt). i usually try to pick girls that can speak cantonese because my mandarin sucks. this time i just got lucky, as i went for the hottest girl in my price range and she just happened to know cantonese too. win win!
-mayflower ktv: this place has the most chaotic flower street in all cp (that i've been to) , but in a strange way. i love it! walking the main floor is like picking through a super aggressive flee market while playing speed chess in your head (trying to capture the queen before she's off the board). although i picked 2, my strategy is always just looking for 'the one'. that is the best, the complete package. i didn't find her this night. but i did end up with a real nympho, who would've done me 4x if she had her way (i tapped out after bang #3).

There are a express bus to Houjie start with L from the CP main bus station only 3 stop end at the Houjie E bus station take about 1hr 15 min cost 25 rmb, don't take the yellow st bus it take forever made too many stops.

Normally one would think out of 11 sauna's one would be able to find several diamonds, but I am sadly mistaken. I have scouted for two weeks and have not met one to my liking. There are two red light districts, one red district by bar street in houjie is somewhat foreigner friendly. Girls average about 5-8's. Price for locals is about 150rmb. Double price for foreigners if the girl doesn't out right refuse. The other district is by houjie international hotel, the girls are 5-9's (yes can find diamonds there miraculously) price for locals I think is about 100-130rmb. Not foreign friendly at all, almost at the level of korea redlight unfriendly. Their is no foreign price because they reject all foreigners except the lowest grade of working ladies. Playing in the red light district is generally a dangerous affair not only because it is down right shady but also the constant police raids. If you don't mind playing Russian roulette you can try, but it all takes to be caught just once in these raids and your passport is blacklisted for good. Hence I rarely venture in these areas.
Update: niles hotel in wanjiang. Selection is OUTSTANDING. The price is 7/8/9/11/13 for 2 hours. Girls range from 6-9's. The night I visited, I saw 4 9's, and lots of 7-8's. Hardware is so-so. I prefer the waterbeds in houjie so far.
Foshan, visited several hotels in nanhai district, very good still, girls range from 7-9's. Price is 6/7/8/9 for two hours. No water beds.

i'd like to add my general thanks to dave. by way of background, i speak no chinese, only english. i used bsdave my first trip to cp 3 years ago and he was brilliant at finding bbs talent, getting it to my room. navigating the ktvs. getting a specific girl to my room. getting my on a shuttle to hkia for me flight back the next morning. a few years ago i moved to hk permanently. dave has helped me several times since then. for example setting up a ktv night with 3 rooms and then allocating the guests so that i ended up with some middle aged business guys who i could relate to. his rates are very reasonable and he's a generous guy, rarely actually asking to be paid.
actually the only problem i ever had was some confusion about whether he had been paid. i thought i'd covered him with some other payments (letting him collect and keep the deposit on my hotel room). he was too polite to just tell me that i owed him and it resulted in some hard feelings as i didn't understand the issue. anyway, he's a great guide and anyone. chinese or gweilo would benefit from his honest and reasonable services. if you're going to drop a few grand (rmb) to bang a girl or two, you might as well drop a few hundred extra to make the evening smooth and enjoyable.

Swan lake, Mongkok for sure and I even hear, Virgin sauna are taking "rest days" until all this heat caused by the tv program dies down. And of course the discounted rates at Jinlang. With sauna business still sparse as punters are still worried and staying away from saunas.

To take the MTR from HK Cheap Lap Lok, I think the walk is about 1 mile (yuk) from the air terminal to the MTR stop. Take the MTR to Kowloon then walk half a mile to Hung Hom station.
Does not look like there is convenient MTR link between HK IA and Kowloon train station. I may as well take the shuttle van directly to to Hung Hom.

From now until about one week before Chinese New Year (CNY January 31, 2014) , it is known as "The Golden Period" in CP. Every medium to large KTVs have an over abundance of girls. A lots of new girls from all walks of life (mostly from factories) are working just for a couple of months as they feel the pressure of bringing home some extra money before going home for CNY, so this the good part, the bad part is that a lot of these new girls work as "temporary" girls so everyone that select these girls have to be careful as there have been incidents that these girls will steal or rob their customers and take off without a trace. Certainly there are some recourse against the KTVs / mommies that handles these girls but it is a big hassle to try to get them to compensate you for what you lose. Additionally, there will be more pick pockets and scams going on from now until CNY so be on alert and my advise is that if you do choose a temporary girl, be sure to get that girl mommy's business card in case anything happens and lock up your valuables in your room safe.

Looks like it will take a bit walking and bus change. Unless there is a direct MTR line linking HKIA and Hung Hom, it's too much work and may take up too much time.

The ariport bus A21 from HKIA to Hunghom bus stations every 20 min, I alway just take the airport bus to Shueng shui train station and take the train to LO Wu Shenzhen cross the border and you can take the express bus to CP whole trip take under 3hr for me not much waiting time if you know where to go but for newbie should take the CP hotel direct express bus.

They were quoted 738 and 838 RMB but were told, in Chinese, that there was 100RMB "BSD" (Not Dave) surcharge for foreigners. They brought only 3 girls. I will be swinging through Shenzhen on this day before hopping into Hong Kong, and have been wanting to check out Dongguan for awhile. I have heard that all the girls will be going back to their hometowns for Spring Festival.
Will there be any girls left, or will all these places be shut down at that time? Does anybody have any insight into which saunas might still be open? Will there be any high quality girls, or just slim pickins'?

I not sure which city are you going Dongguan is big I was in CP a few days ago is already a ghost town the new Dongguan train station in Shilong will open soon it will get worst for CP, The KTV and Sauna will open but most girl gone home for the CNY I saw many buinsess is closing down.

I would like to hear some experiences from non Chinese speakers.

Mobilizing 6, 500 policemen to arrest 64 suspects? I can see China already lost the war against the poor little girls who must make their living.

Pure speculation on my part, but I think it's possibly China's version of manifest destiny. I mean, this all started with the CCTV reporting which I'd think must have official backing and purpose.
Its also probably high time for China to at least try to do something. Dongguan, the rampant sex industry nationwide and worse, all these Prc hookers all over the globe. How can China even hope to be considered a strong nation in the world's eyes. When their womenfolk is selling their bodies to anyone and everyone around the world.
This may easily become a nationwide effort to stop the rot that the sex industry has become.
I've read estimates that Dongguan's sex industry alone is worth Rmb 50 billion. And I cannot see where any campaigns could even start unless it has official backing and purpose. And this time around, by using CCTV. And knowing full well that this will mean international coverage. They seem intent on tackling this blot on the whole nation's personae once and for all.
