I went to the "no hands" place between Soi 2 and 4 a couple of weeks ago, and it is a waste of money. No action, and all they do is dick tease you. The food is also not that good and expensive for Thai food, IMHO.

Now that Joy has solved my ‘Where to find daytime pussy?’ problem I am finding less time to write and edit these reports, but I gotta file this one because it’s just sooo Penthouse Forum :) Also, I think this is a good counter to the 3F reasoning because it shows what you can get when you take the time to establish some trust with the right girl.

Concerning SW's in BKK, here are the areas I am familiar with:

1. Sukhumvit--99% of the girls will do ST for 500B. The Nana parking lot is a bit of an exception. There is one girl there named 'Ai' who won't go for less than 1500B. She is a b*tch and a lousy lay anyway so don't take her! The Russians SW's also get more. If you like big-size girls, check in front the Grace Hotel/Soi 3 area.

2. Petchburi Rd. near Siam Hotel--the best-looking and best selection of SW's. They all ask for 1500B ST but many will go for 1000B. They are there from 11PM until nearly sunrise. Last time I went, I got harassed by a cop who wanted to see my passport. He told me the area was dangerous for farangs (bullshit) and let me go.

3. Lumphini Park--most go for 500B. My taxi driver told me I should only pay 300B so I guess I am overpaying too.

4. Sanam Luang--this is the big park between Khao San Rd. and Wat Phra Keaw. Mostly ladyboys and old dragons, but some younger ones late at night on the southwest side. Some look a little too young--check those ID cards. The old dragons will do ST for 150B but who would want that?

There are many other areas as well, but not accesible without a car or friendly taxi driver. I would be interested to know if anyone else here has experience with BKK's bottom-of-the-totem-pole sex workers.

#2 Yes, I have used this board for my own personal amusement and insights into places that I have thought about going but never been. It's nice to hear people's first hand experiences. And because I like this sight what I am about to say should not be taken in a negative way:

Unless you're deformed, have a huge gut hanging over your belt, ancient, bald, traveling with girlfirend/wife or a combination of any of the above I cannot comprehend why you even have to pay at all! Three years ago I came to Thailand with my girlfriend and when I needed a break from her I hit up a tuk tuk driver and was on my way to relieving myself. Never payed more than 1200 baht - that was in 2001. I did that about 5 times over a 3 week period and although I had some memorable experiences, in the end I was paying it for it, having my time waisted by tuk tuk drivers and being hassled and haggled with by mamasans and girls. Yeah, it was a relatively fast way to get what I wanted but all in all it was a bit of a headache after dealing with the tuk tuk driver who always had his own agenda regardless of what I wanted and then haggling over prices with the vipers.

I have lived in asia for over 4 years now and approaching 30. I keep a log of my own experiences and beside those 5 girls that banged in 2001 I have slept with 203 women and never payed a single baht. I came to Bangkok one month ago to try to see if I could live here. I was skeptical about how my sex life would turn out because in the previous country I lived in I was rolling in it and my impression of Thailand was a country where women only sleep with men/farang for money.

Just got back from BKK, having done the standard tourist run:

Chao Phya II: greaty VIP soapy with superstar for 1850 Bht. Highly recommend.

Long time ends whenever the woman leaves -- sometimes that's in the AM, sometimes the PM, sometimes you have to pry her out of the door with a crowbar and a jackhammer. The main distinction is that short time is generally either one pop or and hour or two, and long time doesn't have those restrictions. (Naturally, the distinctions between those two can be the source of some disagreement at times, with many TGs interpreting long time as being any time longer than how they define short time.) Someone else Prime Ministered me the same question, so here is some more detail. The girls stand along the street outside the park after dark. Rich Thai guys drive up in their BMW's and pick the girls up, but it is perfectly safe to do your scouting on foot. The girls are usually average looking girls in their mid 20's. If you look at a map, Lumphini Park is bordered by 4 streets: Ratchadamri, Rama 4, Wireless, and Sarasin. Most of the girls will be on Ratchadamri. Occasionally a few stragglers on Wireless and Rama 4. More girls are out later at night, i.e. after midnight. There is a statue of the King at the Ratchamri/Rama 4 corner of the park. a woman used her four-wheel drive to run down her estranged husband and his young son after a tax bill dispute, a brisbane court heard today.

phirajit (phirajit) evans, 41, is accused of knocking over her estranged husband christopher evans and running over the pram carrying his 16-month-old son.

it is alleged she then repeatedly tried to ram them.

evans has pleaded not guilty in the supreme court to four counts of attempted murder and two alternative counts of dangerous driving on october 1, 2002, at manly west, on brisbane's bayside.

evans allegedly drove to her husband's house about 7am that day after abusing him on the phone for not paying her tax bill.

prosecutor john copley said mr evans, 41 -- who separated from his wife two years previously -- was out pushing his son in his pram when the incident happened.

the woman allegedly followed mr evans in her mitsubishi four-wheel drive and chased him down the street and into a vacant lot.

she hit mr evans in the back with the bullbar, knocking him off his feet, before running over the pram, the court heard.

"she literally ran over the pram ... the pram disintegrated," mr copley told the jury in his opening address.

the pram's capsule was left face down with the baby still strapped in when mr evans raced over to see if his son was alright.

evans then allegedly came at them again, forcing him to flee with the baby still strapped into the pram capsule.

he ran behind a parked car which evans then rammed, the court was told.

mr copley said she then reversed violently backwards, performed doughnuts on the road and came at mr evans again, before scraping two more parked vehicles and driving off.

the baby suffered bruises and abrasions to his scalp, cheek, and arm and had bands of bruising across his shoulders, but sustained no fractures or brain damage.

mr evans suffered minor injuries.

the evans' were married in australia after they met in thailand, but separated in february 2000.

mr evans had offered his wife a property settlement of either buying her a car or paying her tax bill, the court heard.

mr copley said mr evans had taken out a domestic violence order against his wife after he refused to give her any more money.

he had bought her two cars in succession which she sold, the court was told.

mr copley said there had also been instances when evans would turn up at the house, smashing windows and assaulting mr evans' new partner.

the trial is being heard before supreme court justice john byre and is expected to continue for four days.

I wonder if anyone has any recommendations on the non-mongering side of Thai nightlife.

In the past, I took TGs to some of the hot nightclubs after meeting them. They really seemed to enjoy hanging out with a date a little more upscale place than usual. However, I haven't been back to BKK for a while, and I don't know which places are popular these days. In the past, I went to Forte and Narcissis. Is Ministry of Sound still hot with the locals? How about the clubs on RCA, which I haven't visited?

Great idea, though you need to be sharpish about this because the monsoon affects the west coast after late April. There are some really nice islands to the noth west, technically part of India and stunning scenery. I'd train the TG's in a pool first, get them used to breathing under water. I have been traveling to the LOS for that past 5 years and must conclude this is a wonderful place! Like Marlo, I have been a long time reader of the forum, but have been to computer illiterate to figure out how to post.

I have been traveling to LOS for the past six years and as Like All I Needed to Know I Learned In Kindergarten, I found all I needed to know on this forum.

I have never paid more than 1250 Baht for a long time engagement with a woman. Usually the rate is 800 to 1000 Baht.

Since I am 60 years old, and visited Bangkok three times when I was in Viet Nam, I firmly believe in paying the local rate and not the inflated US rate that some people prefer to pay.

I know that many try to compare what they are paying with what they would pay in the United States and figure that since an hour with a lady in the US is 300 an hour, they are getting a bargin by paying 75 to 100 for all night in Thailand. To those I would say, next time you go to a resturant, and the menu price is 50 Baht for a hamburger, give them 400 Baht because that's what you'd pay in a resturant in the US.

Go back to the older posts and read some of the sage advice that I was able to use in my previous trips. Many posters continually recommended against inflating the price. The ladies will ask what ever they think the traffic will bear. If people continue to give 3000 to 5000 Baht, then that will be the asking price. If mongers think with the big head as opposed to the little head and remember that they are not in Kansas anymore maybe we will be able to keep somewhat better control over what we provide for a donation.

Eden Club is a rip off, it is overpriced for the level of service, the management does not know the meaning of customer service, and the girls are very old and well used.

Now, the broker has to provide all the company's info up front and disclose all risks. He sells you the goods anyway. But, what the broker didn't do was tell you that, for a few dollars less you could buy a different company's stock that is a far better investment for you. Did your broker rip you off? This is something you have to decide for yourself, but my bet is that the majority of people would say yes.

I've been to Pattaya 9 times and in the past had threesomes in Pattaya, some great some not so great. There isn't a bar in particular that caters to Eden style experiences. What I have done in the past is go and talk to the mammassan, buy her a drink and tell her what I want, she usually knows who will and who won't do threesomes. I just return from a last minute trip to the Kingdom, and had a good time, but I would like to say the P.M. in Thailand is starting to win the anti-fun program he is putting in place in Thailand. Over the last two years stuff is really going down hill for the fun in Thailand. It had been 4 months since my last trip to Bangkok and in the last 4 months IT HAS REALLY when downhill and fast!

Two years ago P.M. started pushing the anti-fun program and there was SARS and this year is the Chicken virus and he is still pushing the program more and more hard. Between his push to control the fun and the other things going on in the world; I would believe at this rate the fun will be gone in Thailand in 5 years, if that long. I have been traveling to Thailand for almost 20 years and I have seen it when other people in Thailand have try to save Thailand from the sin that is happen in there Country. But today is a different time, and it may work with the people scared to travel because of the virus, media, and general problems in the world today; the fun going away in Thailand. Also in the past, the target was more the foreign night life, this time they are pushing in all the sectors to included the Thai sector. Even the Thai Soapy and Clubs are closing at 1 a.m. and are living up to the no show rules. They are also on there heels, watching out for a possible raid by big brother

The number one question is how long can some of these places stay in business with there income way down. 2 years ago, the clubs at Nana and Soi Cowboy where always full (packed) on Friday and Saturday nights with standing room only and the other days of the week very full! Now with the exception of a few of the clubs, you could be one of 10 customers in the whole club at any giving time. A lot of the fun is going away! Day by day and hour by hour!

With the new closing time in Thailand for the clubs at 1 a.m. the club owners just do not get it. A few years ago the bars closed at 3 to 4 in the morning and then it was changed 2 a.m. closing and now the 1 a.m., with talk of the time being changed to mid-night by the end of the summer. But on the other hand the clubs are still opening at the same time, with the exception of a few clubs that are opening between 6 and 7. The club owners need to start opening a little bit earlier and get the customer in earlier. Beat the new closing time by staying open the same amount time and maybe P.M. will not win with the clubs being open the same amount of time; the hours may move back to the old hours.

The street scene after hours is starting to get crazy, and I would believe this will cause a raise in crime rate and this is one of the things that P.M. is trying to slow down. Walk over to the Nana Hotel parking lot at about 1:15 a.m. and there is 100’s of people hanging out and trying to make a last minute connection for the night. Walk down Sukmitvit at night after the clubs close and the side walk are full with food and clothes vendors, and of course people until 3 or 4 in the morning. So is the P.M. winning the battle, yes in the way of the clubs, earlier closing time, no shows, no nudity, but he is making a new monster at the same time and this monster will be harder to control.

The other group that will win in this battle is the King Group, some of the small bar and clubs in all 3 areas in Bangkok will start being sold at cheaper prices because they can not afford to stay in business with the customer being way down. They will have to sell and the King Group will buy them all. Then there will be price fixing in the club areas. We all see the prices take going up faster and faster all the time.

Nana, the quality of the girls seems to be down a lot. A lot of the girls in the 6 and 7 ranges now. A few of the clubs are still doing some shows, but not the old style shows in Nana. Hollywood is still doing the shower show, but no other good shows any more. Also some of the older Mamasan in the clubs, that have been around for years are starting to retire from the scene because of all the changes.

Soi Cowboy, the quality of the girls is also down a lot. There seems to be more customers in Soi Cowboy then at Nana, but they are still down a lot from the past. A few of the bars are going topless in the Cowboy. But the cowboy is not like a year ago, when business was starting to pick up.

Patpong, the quality of the girl are good. Lots of girls and a lot of them every good looking, lots of 8 and 9. The show bars look to be back in business again in full force also. Also there a lot of customers and business happening. But there is a lot of Japanese here and with the Japanese the prices all go up. Some of the bars are standing room only, so Patpong is winning the battle of the 3 areas right now. But I for one do not Patpong and the scene there. The cost is high and it is a push market, not a place to go have some fun! The night market, the customers seem to be down a little, but the club scene is rocking!

Business in Bangkok outside the night life seems to be down. Some of the shops are closing due to a lack in business and others are just getting by. I have a friend that owns two of the barber shops on Sukmitvit and he states business is not just a little down, it is way down!

Even places like Barons Oil Massage are scared of the anti-fun program. The girls do not shower with you any more, the girls during the massage are fully clothed and if you do not ask about special service, they don’t!

The fun in the Adult Disneyland of the world is slowly going away, I hope it comes back in full force, but is does not look good at all right now!

I have a certain amount of time for those who take us on - their resources are limited and anyone heading to LOS or elsewhere only has to read a bit on the board to find out about the scams - after all you did not have to help with the translations although perhaps it was too late before you discovered their motives?

Anyhow I do not think it worth getting too serious about this kind of thing - perhaps I have been around too and have seen it all before - even learnt the hard way (not on TG scams, however!).

I know of many stories where punters have behaved questionnably in the duty of extracting the maximum for the minimum and reckon that it is, by and large, fair game.

When TGs hit the Internet and plan their worst I cannot help but see the funny side of it - mind you I am always a supporter of the underdog so perhaps that is the problem in this current discussion.

Code seeks to protect children from sex tourism

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) -- U.S.-based travel giant Carlson Companies Inc. on Wednesday became the first North American travel firm to sign a code of conduct aimed at protecting children from sex tourism.

The code was launched in North America by UNICEF, the World Tourism Organization and the children's rights advocacy group, ECPAT, at a news conference at UNICEF's New York headquarters.

Chairman Marilyn Carlson signed the code for the privately held Minneapolis-based travel company, which owns the Radisson and Regent hotel chains and Carlson Leisure Travel Services.

"The travel industry is critical in the fight against commercial sexual exploitation. We can no longer look the other way while members of our own communities are abusing children in the most unthinkable ways," UNICEF Executive Director Carol Bellamy told a news conference.

More than 50 travel firms in Europe already enforce the code, UNICEF said.

As many as 2 million children are sexually exploited in the multibillion-dollar commercial sex trade, the U.N. agency said. Most of the victims are girls but a significant number are boys.

Sex with children is a lure to tourists around the world, with Acapulco, Bangkok, Rio de Janeiro, Bali and Cambodia among the major centers.

Rights groups estimate the number of child prostitutes in Brazil at between 100,000 and 500,000, out of a total population of 175 million. Some 200,000 children work in Thailand's sex industry, according to a U.N. estimate.

By signing the code, travel firms commit themselves to establishing a corporate policy against the commercial sexual exploitation of children, training their staff to uphold the policy and providing travelers with information on the sexual exploitation of children.

A U.S. law enacted last year made it a crime for any person to enter the United States, or for any citizen to travel abroad, for sex tourism involving children. Sex tour operators and patrons face up to 30 years in prison for violations.

That is an interesting thought about the airport women. The arrivals and departure levels are so "same same" to me because KFC is on one level and 7-11 or Burger King is on another with respect to terminal 2. Day 1
