It is not a crime to be inquisitive. You read a previous post about a hotel with a steep staircase. The only hotel fitting this description is the one in India Street called Khiaw Hin hotel.
Firstly, there are no young ones at that hotel.
Secondly, the price at that hotel is RM 40.
Thirdly, you did not add anything new to suggest that you visited that place or added any new information.
Fourthly, your report was discussed by some other senior members here too who felt that the report was not up to your usual standards. That is why I made the comments that I did and I am standing by it.

It’s that hotel above the coffee shop and the photo outlet. Opposite row of shops next to Tun Jugah. It was reported on some time ago in this forum. I went early in the day (lunchtime), there were a few young ones (less than 35 y.o., thats considered young, rite? Unless the person persists on posting lies or refuses to clarify, then its more appropriate. But in my case it was a first query by Seijaipow, and he came out with guns blazing.
Name of the hotel? Honestly I cant recall. Rather than give out wrong information which will be construed to be a false lead, I’ll leave it at that. I don’t need to be exonerated, redeemed or whatever. I posted with the best of intentions, with limited time and resources. This MP is located at the row of shops on the right, opposite the Sin Hua flats, as you turn into Ong Tiang Swee road from 2 1/2 mile Rock Road. What if you meet someone, say a friend, you know once your foot step inside the MP? It is already the point of no return. Do you say, 'sorry wrong office' or just greet your friend when you are inside? That is why sometimes it is safer to go cheong with friends. If you are seen going to a MP, you can always bring up the excuse that your friends brought you to the MP. Likewise, if you are seen coming down from a MP with friends, you can always say friends brought you.

Hello brother, you seem to have landed yourself in a dilemma. You have not informed us when your wife have given birth. If she has just given birth in the last 6 months (that is 1 mth in confinement and 5 months back to society) then she is most probably suffering from what the good doctor called "post-pregnancy' syndrome where she will undergo periods of depression, and with depression comes the tendency to over eat. An 'Exclusive Drilling Right' means to deny others the right to drill. To me, this exclusive drilling right is not absolute. You only had the privilege.
Your ML give you drill first and will let others drill later. My ML also always let me drill when I want and also when there is an abundance of water,
she will call me first.
All MP is the same. There is no such things as a cleaner MP. A cleaner MP does not means the ML will be drill by only one person or two persons.
Checklist for Exclusive Drilling Right
1. Do you have her house keys?
2. Can you go to her house anytime of the day?
3. Do you know who she calls or sms on her mobile phone?
4. Do you give her enough money?
5. Do you spend enough time with her?

The most important thing is to make sure that it is money well spent and that means that you must be certain that you are the sole franchise holder of the drilling rights in Sarawak here.
It may be wise to check up on your franchisor to make sure that no one else is given the exclusive rights when you are not around. Perhaps a trusted friend can be entrusted to go to the same MP and see if he is able to negotiate the same drilling rights. One must never take things for granted.
