Since it is your virgin trip, be sure to read the info on this forum regarding safety etc. in Rio. If you like Escorts, I advise getting an apartment in Ipanema or Copa, which means the girls only have to pass the 24h doorman (your safety) but there is no other hassle (hotels may charge extra ask for passport of the WG). If you use a hotel, be sure it is girl friendly. Yeah, companygirl has been out of business a couple of years now, I had used starcris instead, the website looked similar. I used ciaPlus just this past March and noticed it was out of business the other day myself.

Thank you in advance!This reply may be late, most people on here do not frequent regular Nightclubs mainly because of the language barrier of not speaking and understanding Portuguese. Also since you said "nice girls" I am assuming you mean regular girls not P4 P providers.
For "nice girls" try:
If your fluent in Portuguese then try the Lapa Area (lots of restaurants and bars) lots of people in the streets.
Check internet for Nightclubs, DJs and The Rio Times shows the Weekly Nightlife Guide.
Check the Rio De Janeiro Travel Forum and search (example, look up After hours Night Clubs) also post question for Nightclubs.
