I understand your point and side with you pertaining to the local girls of the UAE. Keep in mind though that most of the WG's are not citizens or natives of the UAE though. Most are from various parts of the EU and the former Soviet Union, and Asia. Even though it may be Illegal in the UAE the girls are not a part of the country and it dosen't matter with their faces being shown.

Nobody suggests that the authorities are not aware of the true professions of many young ladies entering Dubai, but there are also thousands of legit workers in that mix as well.

Thanks for making that clear; the law applies ONLY to locals. And it's only important that locals are shielded from any harassment from wannabe's who cruise this site...
I will agree with El Suave; the authorities are well aware of what is going on. BUT, my personal opinion, why make the girl's life potentially more difficult by careless acts?
And, amazingly, the authorities back home, wherever home is, are not stupid. They want to know WHY there's a banned stamp in the girl's passport, and want to be paid accordingly.
As Sporadic says, just the other night, my friend of the night would not walk the 100 m from York to where I'd parked the car; too many cid out.
Finally, if it's no big deal Ron, why don't you post a photo with your full face? Unless, of course, you are a citizen of the UAE.
That, to me, should be the criteria: if you think it's no big deal to post her face in the clear, then please include your full face in the photo as well. What's the OLD cliche: what's good for the goose is good for the gander? The plus side of this, that way, wsg members could recognize YOU when at the same venue.
OK, one other reason (although statistically small, NOT zero). There are a few (yes, a few) who moonlight, truly having a legit day job where they do work (NOT one of the bogus work visas). Having their boss, or a co-worker, or a customer, see them here would be BIG PROBLEMS, without a doubt. (Yes, I know, they can be seen in the bars, or on the street walking with a punter). But THAT still gives plausible denialability.
Likewise, some girls (again, a few), would like to find a legit job here, perhaps forsaking the P4P line (as one told me, "LOT LESS money, but it's a job that I can tell my family about"), or they would like to, if they could. Again, not something that would help the job application.
Bottom line, I think it's just common sense, and common courtesy, to obscure the face before posting. If you disagree, FINE; just post your mug alongside hers.

I'm in for a few days from Iraq (I'm a contractor); I'm near the York and thinking of stopping in today (having gone once before, months ago, and had an adequate 2-for-1 chinese ST), and I'd like to check out Cyclone. Is there anything interesting to do at either while checking out the goods? Drinking heavily while waiting seems a bit counterproductive.
