It is right next to a well known restaurant at Hafizpet. Ambience is OK but not great. No attached toilet. Counter charge 1000. There was only one masseuse besides the receptionist at that time. The masseuse was a local girl from Suryapet. Young and decent looking. She tries to hurry up things and comes straight to the point. FS also available. Decent body. May repeat.
B) Second experience is at a spa meaning victory in Hindi. Location 2nd floor above a dentist. It s about 250 mtrs on the right from Kothaguda T junction on the Miyapur road. Close to well known auto show room and hospital. Normal saloon activity going on in the front of the spa. Owned by a NI lady who was present at the time. So I was skeptical about extras after seeing her. Counter 1500 rs. The masseuse was from Haryana. Short, bit plump and decent looking. Been to Kan twice over the past two months.
First visit. Went post noon hours on a weekday. No one was there. Guy asked how I come I knew of the spa, I told him a simple google search in the neighborhood. Guy offered 1 hour massage plus steam bath at Rs 1200 Male to Male. I asked for Female. Guy called up someone, and then asked me to Pay Rs 2000/.
Went into a room with the typical Kerala massage wooden bed. Tamil and Malayalam songs playing in the background. In comes a lady (didn't ask the name may be Miss R). Very professional in approach. Gave me a satisfying 45 to 50 minutes worth of oil massage, front and back. As expected, only extra was HJ at Rs 500. HJ was pretty mechanical, came in a about a minute. Lady set up steam bath, and I spent around 15 minutes taking in all the steam.
Lady offered a disposable towel and a Hamam soap pack, and I took my own sweet time to have a bath in the small but neat washroom. Hot and cold water Plus shower available.
After bath, lady enquired whether I wanted further relaxation from another therapist (probably the famed Miss P). I was done for the day, replied NO. Lady thanked me and left. Over all a very satisfying experience, and very professional.
VISIT 2: Post noon visit, guy again enquired if I had appointment, I said no. Paid Rs 2 K, guy set up the sheet in adjacent room. Went in, changed to Dispos, and in comes Miss A. Gives me a phony compliment on my physique, may be to break the ice. I opted for cream massage, and she does a decent job on the back, subtly touching the crack, and dropping suitable hints. Towards the second half of the massage, as I laid on my back with Johnny on salute, she tries to rush things up, and pushes me to take extras (Rs 500 for HJ, and Rs 500 for TA. Not the complete TA, just "small" touches. I asked her, I will give yo Rs 500, but I need complete access to the melons. I am sure some kind senior would help you out with your exact KAN related queries, let me help you with my perspective on each one of those.
Disclaimer: Never been to Kan, relocated to Kolkata a few years back. But I do have a fair share of MP mongering at Hyderabad, KOL, DEL. So the following observations are applicable IN GENERAL (not specific to KAN).
1. if everyone is using Nearbuy, go for it, though MPs sometimes say its not valid (but mostly would agree).
2. Ideally take the reasonably cheapest pack, so that you have something left to spend inside unless its a decent place where massage skills are present and you really want a massage.
3. some people like to call and confirm if MP is open and whether their fav is available for the day. If yes they book a slot, if you have a preference of the girl, better to prebook else going there unannounced also works.
4. Nothing is awkward. Leave your inhibitions once you enter the place. You are there to have a nice time so don't worry. Now if you cum early you can clean up and ask her to continue. She might charge you some extra 100-200 (or more) for a 'technical' round 2 . (totally depends in the girl) . But you can get your massage completed without any issues.

I understand what you are trying to ask, since I was in the same zone as well. So, I would answer and put a perspective that you may or may not like.
1. You choose nearbuy or something to book an appointment. Call them and confirm.
Or in some places, you can walk in. But, without appointment, you might have to wait.
So, best option is to call them with number available in Google maps and confirm the slot. Better. I initially used ditto app. But now, I prefer direct appointment over a call before going there.
2. You choose massage style depending on your need. End of the day,. Decide if you are going for a massage or for something else. Make a choice accordingly.
Or if you are new, try different options one after the other. Would be fun!
3. You get into the room. Remove everything and change to a disposable underwear and a disposable towel. In professional spas, they would place a towel and touch your back shoulders and all.
In some they remove it and let you feel the palms and sensitive hands on your back.

4. If there are hints or if the availability of extras is there, you ask or they initiate. Not sure on the release part.

Tried this place yesterday since I wanted to check out their Thai therapists. The receptionist as usual was pushing to go for membership, which I declined saying I'll try the massage first. Would have gone for mirror, she makes you comfortable and gives a good GFE. And my major Mistake 3 : If you want to go for full night and have a good GFE, I think it costs around 18-20 k. If you don't have that much, just go for one or two hours (10 k). That is the best option, I paid her 14 k for night, and she anyway left after 2 to 3 hours. Would have gone for good SP girl for 2 to 3 hours for the same money.
