I then went on a grass roots attempt. CL, Locanto, Backpage et all. My analysis lead to conclude that most of the action seems to be Gachiboli area or madhapur. Could not find any option near the hills. One SP quoted 15k and then came down to 10k and was willing to send the girl to the hotel. during the last week end i thought of trying some massage center and see if that way it satisfies some of the needs. got some ref. from jd and tried one of them near 36 road. starting with thai, its close to a street with a known temple. the environment is very good as experienced in us or canada with some authentic interiors and flavors.
got a therapist somewhat close to 30's, a bit chubby, opted for a oil massage and it started very well. i was just silent and wanted to check how much the lady is taking the initiative to indulge in some talks. she started with " where are you from" etc. after my back was done quite well with her firm massage, she asked me to turn around and. the moment she saw my tool a bit erected. she asked me to check if i need a hj. i asked for the damages. it started with 3k and ended up on 1k. she finished the front and started shaking the tool. initially it was weird as she covered it with towel and was doing it under and was keeping an eye on the door as well. the door has a glass in between with some kind of coating to hide peeking in, however on the top it was transparent. i got that she is trying to keep a vigil on the door while she is doing the hj.

Finally a lot of this is hit or miss, with a risk of LE thrown in. And even if you find the "real deal", individual tastes vary. So YMMV as the saying goes.
Some things you can do to reduce the risk.
. Don't fall for the "cheap" ads. Prefer "posher" localities (B&J Hills :P, HiTech etc.). Guess from the ad wording a little on which one you feel comfortable.
. Search the pics posted as "real" on http://www.google.com/imghp. If they come from a stock "hot girls" site, the guy probably dishonest about other things as well.
. Look up the number on truecaller. Com. If you see multiple people have saved it, chances of a "real deal" are probably higher.
. Talk to the guy and make your own judgement. Ask pointed question on the room, LE risk, the companion etc.
I haven't had much luck with a public forum post asking feedback on a certain provider. But direct message / emails have also got me responses.

Lot of LE activity in Hyd. Be careful folks.I have been to this guest house before only without any luck. I arrived at the hotel to see a so called 'model' for $6k. I arrived around 9pm. It's a small hotel / guest house with around 10+ rooms. The boy in the front desk gets paid by the broker. I paid Rs. 1k for the hotel and waited for 2 +hours in the room. Every time I called the broker, she told me to wait for another 15 minutes. When I was about to leave, the front desk guy told me that she is in my room (strange, there is only one entrance and no one passed by me. It's a very small hotel). Looks like there is one girl in the hotel already servicing other clients. I could see few guys coming in walking out.
Anyway, I walked back into the room to find a very dark but decent figure girl in jeans (she is no model). I gave her Rs. 6k but she demanded 10k. I took this as an opportunity to take the money back and just started walked out without listening to the girl or the broker who was trying to bargain.
Anyway, stay away from this place. I hated this experience.

Today I searched almost every SP possible in and around Madhapur. Key run had one near Choc room. Looks good but protruding belly. Attitude was not inviting. Said no dfk. 6k for two shot in 1 hr. Hyderabad: Cyberabad police on Tuesday busted a high-profile sex racket by arresting a famous industrialist in the city and 'rescuing' an upcoming TV serial actress at Madhapur.
Cops nabbed the industrialist S. K. Goenka. 60, the managing director of Jay Raj Ispat Limited, and a resident of Banjara Hills, after a raid on Tuesday night. However, the main agent of the racket Madan. 35, fled from the spot before the raid.
Following a tip-off, a team of Cyberabad special operations conducted the raid at Fortune Towers at Madhapur. The 22-year-old actress, who acted in Telugu TV serials like Laya, was seen with Goenka in the room, police officials said.
'We had got information that the accused and victim were at Fortune Towers. We raided the place and found them at flat number 203. They have confessed to their involvement, ' said SOT chief K. Govardhan Reddy, adding, the agent Madan was absconding.
'The main agent of the racket, Madan, is absconding now. He hails from Visakhapatnam and is a wanted sex racket agent by the city police, ' said SOT inspector Ch. Kushalkar. The cops said Madan 'arranged' the serial actress for Goenka.
Agent had close links in Tollywood.
The cops said that Madan, the main agent of the busted sex-racket, got the actress for Goenka, who approached him through another person. Madan, who had already been involved in many other trafficking cases, is said to have close connections with celebrities in Tollywood and the TV industry.
The investigation officers are still investigating other members of the sex racket. They suspect that a big nexus is functioning in the city through Madan's racket.
Cops said that Goenka who has been running Jay Raj Ispat Limited for the last 37 years, was one of the customers of the racket. They added that more bigwigs from the city must have been customers of the same racket.
The SOT chief said that more information about the racket will come out after a detailed investigation. Madhapur police has launched an investigation.
Cops have now booked a case using sections of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. The actress will be sent to one of the rescue homes in the city.
