You can also use Whatsapp with doosra. It was headache for me as well as lot of people don't use Telegram and you can't directly make calls with doosra unless someone calls you first.
To use whatsapp with doosra, you can either install whatsapp for business on you phone which you can use with other number.
Or.
If you don't want to install anything on phone, you can install a phone simulator on your computer (like blue stacks) and install whatever app you want in it with other number.
Phone simulator setup with your other number almost gives you a complete different phone where you can install whatever you want.
Only restriction is, its now on your PC not phone so not so easy to carry around.The only thing I would add is then you can open whatsapp on your mobile browser once you have installed whatsapp on the bluestacks.
