Damage: 2.7.
Oh man such a jacked up rates. I think I should have gone to other branch that was discussed. Didn't go as it was far from my place.

4) Hotels with Restaurants or clubs in the upper floors / rooftop (For going to club nobody stops the girl, from there you can bring her to your room).

No Hotel ever say they are girl friendly. But they are some indications by which you can understand it is safe to have a girl in that hotel (excluding raid situation). Here I am listing very few points to identify those hotels.
1) Hotels with huge lobbies (receptionist can not observe every one in the huge lobbies).
2) Hotels with direct lift access avoiding reception (Most of the hotels have lifts with key card controls, So security or reception avoid attention to lifts).
3) Hotels with ground floor restaurant with direct access to lift (You can meet your girl in the restaurant and then take her to your room).
4) Hotels with Restaurants or clubs in the upper floors / rooftop (For going to club nobody stops the girl, from there you can bring her to your room).

No hotel is designed with allowing or not allowing mongering, in mind. How big the lobby is, where the reception desk is positioned, where the lifts are, clubs restaurants coffee shops none matters. They are all a matter of design, availability of space, landscape etc and convenience of the architect / builder. Gone are the days when hotels used to buy lands and build hotels themselves. Today real estate developers build hotel buildings either without a hotel brand signed up in advance. Its leased out to hotels to operate thereafter. Hotels usually don't have a choice in the general design of the property, but only in interiors and fit outs, based on the brand / star rating.
As far as hotel chains are concerned, its the philosophy of the hotel whether it wants to allow mongering or not. The Kol-kata based hotel which has a property in Somajiguda in Hyderabad, it is historically known to allow not just mongering but also pickups and such activities in their bars / clubs in all the cities. The biggest hotel chain in India, belonging to the huge conglomerate, never allows shady stuff happen in its rooms or clubs, if they get to know it.
Irrespective of the layout of the hotel lobby etc, even if there are no key cards in lifts etc, all hotel corridors and lifts have CCTV and there are security people monitoring them constantly, for all security related purposes. If they find a WG looking person enter any of the rooms enter either alone or with the guest into any of the rooms, specially at odd hours, they will quickly check the reservation against that room and call the room and if its an unregistered person in the room, will be asked to leave.
The only sure shot way is book double occupancy, both have IDs, and ensure the WG is not trashy looking. Anything else is either risky or embarrassing if caught. Police rarely raid 3/4/5 star hotels, unless there is a specific lead they have, or the hotel mgmt themselves call them. Its the small lodges they raid.
We will be surprised to know many hotels in Dubai, which have hardcore and very famous pick up bars on their property, do not allow WGs into their rooms. Ever. Their philosophy is different for rooms and another for their F & be outlets.
