Type-4: AH. You will get a message from some foreigner saying "Hey honey! I'm horny! They even connect in hangouts. Asks you where do you stay in Hyderabad? And when you ask the same question replies with an area nearby (by looking at the maps). Sends some photos for which even the reverse image search doesn't return anything. Seems genuine until that point. Once everything is all set and when you are about to meet. They ask you to do ODP. Suddenly they become super friendly and sends you all the steps to register. Brethren be careful at this point. The link provide will redirect to some shitty site where it says free but asks your credit card. This is the redflag. I have read stories about this scam that 170 $ being cut every month with out their notice.
So the meta point here is, use your social skills. You are not going to score with your desperation. Ask them for dates, be clear on what you are looking for.

If your visit was before joining ISG then its OK, but if you were already member and didn't do RTFF, then money wasted. There are several FR's mentioning this place as no extras place.

I see NEs into extras more in Delhi and BLR compared to Hyderabad. Not sure why but same NEs are very GFE and EF (extra friendly for lack of a better abbreviation) in those cities. This is near Apollo Hospitals and its not on the main road. Its in the by-lanes and you wouldn't know it was there unless someone pointed out. The place has only 2 rooms and has a steady clientele. They have therapists coming from various places staying for a month or two and leaving. I met a good looking lady here and the rooms have bolts. There were moans on both sides and there was plenty of action. The therapist is back to her hometown but I can visit when I am in her neck of the woods.

This s my 1st report here and it's on day before the end of last year. I checked in Loc and to and got in touch with a SP. He send me some pics and I am attracted by a lady. Haven't seen about it anywhere in Hyderabad.
