Sorry to post this request but I'm looking for a apartment in KK. A studio apartment in the city vicinity would be great as I may be stationed in KK for about 3mths beginning feb'06. Someone recommended me Promenade apartment, any comment?
OK, Promenade Apartment is a good place. It is in the middle of city and plenty of Pinoys neighbors arround for you to pick from. It is walking distance to Promenade HC as well. It is the best location for work with pleasure. Hee!

Tawau is really great now,depending only on how adventerous you are. For minimum effort, you can go to the Spa's at the hotels and do the needful. More adventerous, go to the Karaokes and nightclubs. You can get the pinoys/indons and if you are good, you can get the locals even!!

Premonade apartment is ok for staying, etc. I've been staying there for few times before with my ex-girl. Quite privacy, you can bring along your girl/friends (the security will never bother you). I always take the RM 60++/day rate (quite cheap).

For Tawau, thus far I most venture to those kara'okes joints such as Sungai Mas (plenty of indon & pinoys) while the slightly up market kara'okes offering PRCs are located in the town near to King Park Hotel & Sugar Bun restaurant. Sorry I don't intend to mention names for those karaokes that offer PRCs as they're the target for MIB lately.

I guess these New Year holidays, everyone went on holidays and no one seen to contribute anything in this forum. Anyway, I will just put something here for things happen to me during my last Tawau visit. I was there last week, so far look quiet due to some operasi and also Christmas & NY break. Many Pinoys had went home. The PRC also lay low due to strong wind. So, I started to call some of my regular FL a Jawa FL, good skill but got some atitude problem, 1st she says ok meet me at 9pm, then when 9pm I call again she did not answer the phone. So, WTF I start call some of my contacts mamasan, lucky she she says had new 12 girls just arrive last week, so I went to her house to see. Some how I pick 1 that I like, she has a CTM look slim and tall, I took her back to hotel. Before do it she told me she had "Autie Visit Her" so we end up doing a BBBJ only. But as for service, you need to go for the older one to have the skill and experience. Just try one just poped virgin, but had too spend most of the time teaching and training her, damn! When i was working in sandakan some years back, there was this HC near Hsiang hotel further down bandar leila. They had Visaya, chinese and the range of services were steam bath, jacuzzi, massage...the rest you nego with your massage girl.
At that time full service (massage, FS) was just RM150. I dont know if it still exist as i havent been to sandakan fro sometime now.
Heard that karaoke at Nak is a good pickup point. Can anyone verify this?

Promenade Apartment is not bad, RM68 for studio apartment, RM100++ for 2-room apartment, but the problem for those not familiar with the arrangement/ building-spreadth is that it is difficult to locate your room. Note that the apartments are on top of a very long shop lots separated by few vehicle-passage ways at ground level but all interconnected at 2nd floor (apartment level). You could easily lose your way while trying to find your room/apartment.
Anyway, good for leg exercise though......walk a bit and treat that as your warm-up session..hehehe!!

What I last went there, also based on one brother's recomendation. I was there at night about 8.30pm with my buddy. At 1st, they told me no girls, then later says will have to wait, the mamasan will call them. Later after putting me 30 minutes in the partition without air-cond, then a local old chinese lady came came and do massage only about 50 minutes finised and they ask for RM70 from me. Later the girls told me that all the decent girls had ran away, and it is under a new mangement now. So, brother better do not go there for the mean time. This is the worst MP that I had been to so far, the mangemenmt is so rude to us as well when we asked for discount and telling them the real market rate was at that time. They had just reply, this is what we charge like it or not, others price we do not want to compare. Let them rotten until the day they shall realized what is the majority rules.

You may want to negotiate on monthly basis at Likas Square, they have several types of apartments there, i believe per-month would be much cheaper than per-day.

I believe Colonade condo is more expensive because I paid 3800 for a 3 rooms apartment but the place is much bigger & nicer than likas square.
No Cheonging so far but did went to Strawberry few weeks ago.
6 people + 8 girls (one malay n 7 PRC) x 4 hours = Rm3800.
All the girls there can provide service but forget to ask the price!

The KDM are hard to come by nowaday due to all went to KL to get higher pay(hot items in KL) and less chances to meet uncles and cousins during works. I use to have many girl friends left me for KL and never come back again. Sad for me lah! And in bandaran, the prcs in Virgo Saloon are on the ugly side, rarely can get pretty ones. I personally do not recomment that place. Better go Beverly Hills and choose.

I think 1st you have to try the HC in Karabunai. Most of the time they have what you want there! If not available, then you can call some of the call services to you. But you have to pay a few more bucks for the extra KM they carry. I had experience in that far, but can PM me to discuss this!

Why the Sabah section are all the sudden so quiet? Nobody go cheonging already or what? I am feeling bore here. Well, I just to give you guys a few tips from my past few days advantures. Since the CNY holidays were so long and boring so I went for check arround and keep myself up dated as well as all the brothers out there.
Most part of the town is quite quiet and having a few raid in penampang areas that include the P'nang Baru, Bundusan, Berverly Hills areas. So watch out for that areas. I went up to a few places in Bandaran still business as usual, the busness is a bit slow but plenty of selection during my last visit. Whao! I cannot even make my selection at there, I was stunt with so many beautiful young girls there. All just arrive freshly from the farm. I think it worth a visit. By the way, I will not be posting the place name unless you guys PM me with some informations for exchange. Or, only those guys who have contribute to this forum.
